We ordered a large order of wings for pickup. We didn't realize until we had already gotten home that we had been given the wrong wings. So we called them up and they said they could give us a credit. We wanted the wings we ordered so they did offer to make them if we would come get them. I'd call that fairly decent customer service. Over the phone, we were told we could keep the wrong wings and they'd give us new ones. Perfect! We made the 15 minute drive back to pick up the correct wings. The guy who helped us was very nice and accommodating, but unfortunately we had to go back in to get celery, which had been forgotten both times. So back in we go, and the lady at the front asks if we brought back the old wings, saying that we were supposed to. Great customer service right there, it's not like the can be re-used anyways. Let's hope that wasn't their intention. So we get home and finally have the wings, which really aren't even that good. They were pretty fried and made my stomach hurt for the next day. They're also ridiculously overpriced. I've had wings that are about 100x better for significantly cheaper. Overall, I'd call BWW ridiculously overrated and I won't be back for their gross, expensive wings or subpar customer service.

My seat was wet and the servers are not kind or helpful and instead of apologizing for the unclean table and wet seat-wet like soaking wet- he just said my bad and walked away. Didn't even try to dry or clean the mess. I was amazed. Every time I come here the service is the same. I gave it 3 tries and tonight is the last time. They have coordinators to help any customers with questions or feedback but even they ignore most customers. Pretty bad service all together.

Dear manager, I like Buffalo Wild Wings. You know you're near a university right? You know it'll get packed like crazy right? You hired 4 peeps to seat people. WHY ARE WE NOT SEATED YET AFTER AN HOUR? Oh yea it's busy. Sorry. WAIT A SECOND. 8 empty tables inside?!?!!! Hmmmmm. Much mystery.

After eating here for the first time, my friend decided to make an account after on Yelp for the sole purpose to leave a bad review. He ended up not making one though so I will leave a brief review vicariously through him via me. Wings, good. service bad. Felt rushed out, even in the takeout line... That is all.

Woah, I am honestly surprised by all the negative reviews. I thought the wings were delicious and service was good. Pros: -Parking was easy to find. This location is situated next to the Northridge fashion mall so there is plenty of parking. -The wait was estimated to be an hour long, but because it was near the mall the wait didn't feel long at all. My boyfriend and I went shopping for birthday gifts, which already took up almost an hour. -Brightly lit and casual/comfortable ambiance. I was happy to be able to see what i was eating. - 65 cents wings special if you come on Tuesday! Honestly, the biggest reason why I came here in the first place. :) -There are a vast amount of flavors to choose from, ranging from mild "Smiling" to spicy "Screaming". I personally really liked the Mango habanero and the Parmesan Garlic. -Our server was attentive and friendly The flavors I tried today: Mango habanero- really spicy and sweet. I love spicy food, and these wings delivered the spicy part. woowee, was it hot! Parmesan Garlic- It reminded me of a yummy cheesy pasta dish. Roasted garlic with Parmesan and Italian herbs. Lots of flavors going on. Asian zing- Sweet and a little bit spicy. It contains chili pepper, soy, and ginger sauce. The sweetness definitely overpowers the spiciness. My boyfriend's personal favorite! Lemon pepper- the crispiest of all the flavors i've tried. Lemon pepper has a nice citrus seasoning to it. Cons: - Food took a while to come out. - I'm honestly sitting here trying to think of another negative for BWW, but I can't think of one. I'm planning on visiting this location again soon and update my review to see how consistent the food and service is. Overall, I am happy with the food and the service delivered. :)

We used to come here Friday afternoons to catch the great happy hours after work. (Yard house is always a long wait) we usually come with 6-8 people and the wait is no longer than 20 minutes. the service is okay. We do experience the normal "forgot this and that" throughout our visit, but our group is always understanding. Our most recent visit (2/27 was for a double bday celebration so our group was bigger than usual - 13 people. Happy hour ends at 7 & we arrived at 5 our expected wait time was 30 min... we thought 2 hours would be sufficient time to catch the deals. WE THOUGHT WRONG. I understand our group was quite large but 2 hours is a RIDICULOUS wait time. An hour wait in, we all grabbed drinks from the bar.. at 6 o'clock we were told we'd be seated by 6:30.. 6:30 came along and our time changed to 7.. I asked the manager if he would be able to honor the happy hour incase were weren't seated by 7.. his response was "if you're seated before 7 yes. If not, there's no way I can give you the deal." I can appreciate the business rules but there's been a huge group right in front of you standing for the past 2 hours and you couldn't come up with anything??? congratulations to the owner, your managers won't budge, even when necessary. We were finally seated at 7:05 = no happy hour. Shame on us for even waiting that long & shame on them for losing our business. message to big groups trying to have a good time on a Friday night: stay clear!

We came to grab a beer and some wings and we've been here for 30 minutes and still no food. The manager also came out and was coughing all over the place without covering his mouth and starting bad mouthing customers with the other bartenders. Definitely not a place (at least the location) I would visit again. Bad experience

In a sea of the Raider Nation, it's really difficult to stomach anything. But here I am. I recall this being a B-Dubs back in my home state of Ohio. It was a really cool local hangout, where a college friend of mine use to hook me up with high end drinks. Didn't even know what Gran Marnier was, until she suggested it. What a strange change to see that long are the really cruddy dark college hole in the wall eatery to this stuck-in-the-mall franchise. I think the "Weck" is rolling in its grave to know it's been turned to what amounts to a Chili's. Anyway, I got the small order of wings, split between lemon pepper and wild. ZERO sauce. Dry, and really overcooked. They were terrible. Not just bad, but really...bad. The very last one I went to in Cincy were great. They smothered the wings in sauces. It almost feels like when the cat's away and the big man upstairs isn't watching, this shop does what it wants. This is unacceptable. The service at the bar is great. The greeters, however, at the front are really hopelessly, confused. I think they should revisit training them on coordinating who says who to whom. The couple in front of me were confused (and arguing) the couple behind me were just confused. This place is an open mess. You negotiate tables to get to the bathroom. It's overcrowded during football. And there's something disturbing about a whole Dallas Cowboys section that's screaming "Fuck Yeah!" next to a table of a five year old who's raising his drumstick in agree-ance. But, it's just okay. No big shakes. I really miss my Ohio B-Dubs.

All I kept reading in the reviews is about complaints on wait time and how horrible the service is but when I came I experienced none of that. I came with my friends when the world series game was on and the hostess told us there was no exact waiting time because of the world series game. We were expecting to wait an extremely long time but we probably waited no more than 30 minutes. The service was great! The servers and captain was super nice, attentive, and patient. Tiffani was my table's server and she was extremely patient when it came to waiting for my table to decide what we wanted. Marshall, I believe he is one of the captains came by our table to sample different sauces and he's awesome! The food was good. I ordered fried pickles and medium boneless wings. Only negative part to this visit was they gave my fried pickles to the wrong table but they quickly made another plate and delivered it to our table. I definitely recommend this place!

Waiting one hour for twenty wings for take out is insane. They said 20 minutes. Thanks for wasting my time. I love Buffalo Wild Wings but this location has a lot of work to do. This is the worst Buffalo Wild Wings I have ever been to. Come here if you want to wait an hour for cold wings.

What a scam!!!!!!! Guess not all BWW run the same promotions. Wish I would've known ahead of time. Was shopping in Northridge and decided that Wings would be a good idea especially cause it's Wednesday and they are cheaper than usual. Butttttttt.. . Not here only burbank offers those deals. I hate over paying for anything especially wings. My review is mainly based on that. over priced and extremely small portions. I literally got 5 wings and 3 pieces of celery and one ranch. Very dissatisfied I will never ever come here even if someone else would be paying the check. Go to Burbank. Longer wait but worth it.

New BWW in the valley! Awesome right? So far so good. I came here once during lunch hour. There was plenty of room to sit and enjoy some spicy wings :) Service was really GOOD 5/5 Food 5/5 the wing had the right amount of sauce this matters the most to me when it comes to wings. (just my opinion don't judge) Set up/Decor is a 4/5. They have one huge 4 sided screen which is pretty cool. Then there is plenty of TVs all around the restaurant. ( I still think Burbank has the best set up) Location- 5/5 Perfect its closer to home, right outside the mall and movie theaters. I still cant give it more stars because I have not tested it out for Football Sunday, so I'm not sure how well prepared they are and how they handle a lot of people. I will be back one of these Sundays and will update my review. ;)

Friday night around 9ish, 60 minute wait and mostly all outside tables empty. So, I offered to sit outside to see if maybe we could be seated a bit faster and the rude and very annoyed looking lady said its the same wait because there is no servers for those tables. Um ok it's Friday night, you're at a hot spot location with a yard house and movie theater next to you. This place should get a little more organized and have a larger staff on a Friday night. The lady could be nicer and not take out her frustration on the customers. Any who, no comment on food or anything else since we decided to go somewhere else... Even the bouncers at the yard house where way more polite that the lady at BWW's.

TERRIBLE SERVICE! They wouldn't tell me how long of a wait it would be...even though I saw 2 empty tables. I jokingly asked "You can't tell me if it'll be 5 mins or 2 hours??" She says no so I turned around and walked out. As I was leaving she told me to "Have a nice day" in a rude snarky way. Really!? I've been going to Buffalo Wild Wings since I was little..on the east coast they're a big chain and there's one ever 10 mins. I've never been told before that they couldn't give a wait time. Looking at all the other reviews it looks like I didn't miss much.

I've never been lucky enough to walk into the newer BWW's located in sunny northridge California, till tonight that is, I've frequented the one in Burbank and Hollywood. But this one was a special treat, the staff was warm and welcoming, got myself a beer and an order of hot wings and enjoyed the programming on the many flat screen tvs that are bolted around the establishment, my server Clarissa was more than informative and prompt in her service, id recommend this eatery to any wing enthusiast.

  • Arnold D.

First off the wait was given to us as an hour but it took way longer than an hour. But once we got seated, we got seated next to the bathroom in the corner where we were never noticed. It took over 30 minutes to get our order taken. We even told a couple waiters we were ready to order. Food took ages, they gave us french fries way before we got our main dish!!! Our boneless wings were terrible as well!! Too much sauce it made us sick. The only thing that we received quick was the check. And we were glad it was because we wanted to leave. I get that its new, but they should reinforce good service since they've been around for awhile. Don't go!!!

  • Info S.

I know this is a new location but the service was extraordinarily poor. The waitstaff typically crowd the refreshment bar and just chit chat. When your server goes on break, they dont tell you or have anyone take over. I counted 6 servers just pass by looking at my empty glasses and just walk by. Even more aneuryism inducing is the waitstaff not even bothering to ask if you want to order anything else. Did I mention it took 15 mins to ask me for my drink order right after sitting because the server was flirting with an all female table?

I came here during the day when there was only a few people. And literally took 2 hours here when all we did was order 10 wings with water and a basket fries. No appetizers or alcoholic beverages. So the food was probably like any other bww but the service was horrible we got some blonde girl with a bunch of colorful tattoos which seemed like she didn't wanna be there she took our order for the drinks and came back literally 20 mins later for our order then 30 to bring our food then once we were done we waited what seemed like forever for her to bring the check then another 15 mins for her to come back for it. Like really? 2 hours out of my day just for 5 wings each person. I would give this bww 2 stars but I unfortunately went back to order to go since I would never eat there again and again the guy taking the order looked like he did not wanna be there and it was almost 1 am which was semi understandable but then it seemed like he got upset when I asked for a cup of water and he asked if I wanted A RANCH SAUCE and I said yes just one yet he ended up charging me for 4. Plus he failed to provide napkins and forks.

I had a good experience here. Waiter was nice. Manager was great. He even changed a TV to the Los Angeles Galaxy game I wanted to watch despite the fact March Madness was on. Good experience for me.

So I came here for happy hour on a Thursday with a group of three. Our servers name was FADE. This guy was great at his job and shockingly precise, considering how busy it was. He is an awesome guy and attentive on a level I hope most servers are as well. His boss was also really nice. Our group turned into seven and they had no problem combining the table behind us so that our friends can join us (which made me really happy). I've been here before and the experience was not bad but this day was just great. Thank you fade for your service. Boss man, you awesome as well. Very nice people.

There's nothing much you should expect from here. The to-gos are awful, I gave this place 3 chances and guess what? They've been horrible every time. One time they even forgot to put vegetables in my burger, when we asked for extra. You need to check your meal, because I'm sure they messed it up somehow. Other than that the wings are ehhh, the dine in experience isn't that great either. Just drive to Burbank it's worth the drive and wait.

  • Christine S.

Tasty wings and great prices. Happy hour from 2-7pm Mon-Fri, on Tuesdays it's $0.65 classic bone-in wings. Although cheaper than the normal orders, they end up charging for all the extras (celery, carrots, and even ranch dressing!). Service is pretty horrible.. Didn't see our waiter after he dropped off the food, and we had to flag him down at the end for our check, water refills, napkins, and boxes.

Several times when I call to order they never answer , and when they do they don't have any manners. Also service is awful. The people at the bar are great, but the waiters are awful. I once edited 36 minutes fort check , and after I complained I did not get compensated for my trouble.

Decided to try out this new location at Northridge Mall. The service was alright. We waited an hour for a table of 9 that was seated outside. I don't mind that it was outside, but nobody was sitting out there to begin with. The place was not crowded enough to be seated. But, that's fine. Our waiter came out saying 'I hate when they give me big parties'. He did his best thought and accommodated us as best as he could. Regular small fries were the last dish to come out (they forgot). Refills of water are only given upon request. Food was good, as any other Buffalo Wild Wings. I was hoping this would be better than the Sherman Oaks location, but I guess not. In a waiter's mind, don't big tables equals big tips? Poor service, but we still tipped 20% on a table of 9 for a tab over $100+.

    (2)
  • Raquel G.

VERY BAD SERVICE!!! If it was possible not to put any stars I would of left the stars blank! We just left that place after waiting 40mins. The girl said the wait was 50mins or less! YEA RIGHT!! and another thing, apparently you have to know someone to get in with great service, so make sure u know at least one person tht works there. Out of all the Buffalo Wild Wings, this is the worst!

    (1)
  • Frankie M.

Terrible service at the bar. The manager is a total slob, coughing and bad mouthing other customers within earshot of other patrons. I honestly won't ever come back and I encourage you to eat at somewhere else... total bummer

This was my boy friends first time to a BWW'S and gosh this location sucks ! I will never ever return to this location! 1st off an hour and a half wait! 2nd it took about 20 mins for our food 3rd when our food arrived my mild bone out wings were DRY they had barley any sauce on them it's like I was eating traditional . 4th Your waiter disappears and you can't ask them for anything I saw a bunch of waiters in the corner just talking to each other HELLO do your job your a new location your supposed to be on toes. 5th every time my bf wanted to order a beer it would take them 20 mins to get a beer after we told them like 10 minuets ago! 6th this location is not very friendly! My waiter was very rude! Beware Stay clear of this location it sucks!!!

    (1)
  • Francis R.

Coming here during the night is pretty packed... Also music seems to be A LOT louder too... Don't exactly enjoy eating wings while feeling like I'm at club.

    (3)
  • Daniel A.

They took forever to seat me, they took forever to take my order, they took forever to bring the food, and they never came to the table to check on drink refills. I ordered a sandwich with fries and wings and they only give me one ranch, and to top it off, they charge 60¢ for each additional ranch. This place is ridiculous. This BWW is in such a good location, too bad it's terrible.

    (1)
  • Scarlet A.

The wings are excellent here! But I can't even begin to tell you how much the service sucks!!!!! One of my friends loves the food and the drinks here so we frequently visit but I end up in an argument almost every single time. I have even ordered to go and three out of three they had my orders wrong!

    (2)
  • Demitric G.

I have been here a total of 3 times and I can honestly say I will never be returning. I had to wait about an hour to wait to be seated (which I didn't mind) but I had to an hr to order my drinks and food!!! Then every time I asked for napkins or water, every waitress I had seem to be bothered. And the sad part about it, the place wasn't busy and all I see is the waitresses and servers talking near the soda towers and laughing about. The hostess always seem miserable and management seem like they don't have a clue. I love the food don't get me wrong but with the horrible service and wait time always long. I will not be returning.

If I could rate it 0 stars on customer service, let me tell you, I would not hesitate. I started coming here since it opened, & of course even if the servers are not very attentive, I'll probably still keep coming only because nothing else is open past 11 on any given day in the valley. It took so much of me not to write a review for the first couple months. I let it go only because it was a new establishment. But please, if the manager is reading this, you guys need to hire people with more restaurant experience because whether your food is good, great, or even bad, nothing beats customer service. I waited longer at a table tonight for anybody to notice we were sitting than for me to wait in the front for a table. That is fucking ridiculous. I'm sorry to say. If the servers weren't ready for us, they shouldn't have sat us and had us waiting at a table. I mean cmon, it's not that hard to even leave us with a couple of drinks.. Even water!!! I'm sorry but I had to walk out on you guys tonight. I would recommend going to a different location if it's not too far out of the way. Service is a thumbs down. Boo... I think you guys would do a lot better since the location is great if you guys chose a better staff. Ps. Just a heads up, if hosts tell you it's going to be a 45-50 minute wait, just wait. They don't have great judgement. I ordered togo one night after they said it would be an hour wait, & they called my name before my Togo even came out. Lame.

    (1)
  • Stephanie V.

Service sucked! I had to ask for my refill more then once and they took forever to give me my food and drinks. To top it off the waitress never came to our table she took 30 mins for everything and we had to ask two other waiters to serve us because she was no where to be found. The waitress didn't show any good service. I've had bad service but by far this is the worst service I've ever had. Bad service makes food fast horrible. Over all the environment was very good and the music was very happy music.

    (1)
  • Evelyn A.

The service needs improvement. The food is good. Takeout is horrible though! Takes forever and most of the time I don't get what I ordered. They make a big deal about the ranch

    (3)
  • Anton E.

so this was the first time ordering here for take-out other than a catering order; i have not eaten here in the restaurant just yet, but in the past, the catering orders have all been great today i spoke with chris and ordered a boneless-classic combo, 12 wings, 6 boneless as medium-buffalo and 6 bone-in as garlic parmesan the combo also comes with fries, ranch, and carrots+celery pickup was simple, chris was again the person helping, went through the bag to make sure everything was there, and everything was perfect to the order however, the buffalo wings seemed to have a mixup as the wings were way too spicy to be "medium buffalo" they tasted more like habanero i won't blame chris as the receipts both from the order, the bag, and customer copy all said "medium buffalo" so it was an issue in the kitchen but, other than that, everything was great the wings are a lot bigger than wingstop, juicier, better flavor, not as salty the fries are crispy and no extra charge for ranch with the combo! would love to return to dine in next time

Came with my girlfriend for a nice easy lunch and the place was actually pretty busy so we expected a little wait, but to our surprise we were seated immediately. Then left alone for about 30 min I had to grab a waitress and inform her we hadn't been served. She took our order ~10 minutes after we flagged her down. 45 min later we get our order 5 bon less mango and 10 bbq. All was good except we got 10 mango and 5 bbq and they were all cold. We flagged down a different waitress about 10 min later to enform her of mistake. Just a bad experience never saw a manager or got an apology

It's new so everything is shiny but their food is just really bad... tried burger, chicken tenders, wings and everything tasted blah. The beers were cold though so there's that at least.

New location here in the west side of the San Fernando Valley. The wait for seating was about 30 minutes which was not that bad considering it was full that day. The beer was not cold enough and our waiter kept disappearing. The food was good and got to our table rather quick. Overall an average experience at this new location.

I enjoy going to Buffalo Wild Wings because they have savory and tasty wings. After visiting another location (Canyon Country) I have to say that this location does not have the same service as this location. Upon arriving and being greeted, the gentlemen who sat us down seemed to be in a bad mood, and when he placed our menus down he slapped them down rather than placing them down gently. Our waitress arrived and was nice. After ordering drinks she seemed to have disappeared and arrived ten minutes later. The waitress was very nice and even made suggestions. Our food came out rather quick but our drinks did take while. The mozzarella sticks were good, especially for the cheap price. The wings were also good, but I still prefer Wing Stop. Overall, I would recommend sticking to beer at BWW, and the wings. They have great happy hour deals; as well as promotions on Tuesdays and Thursdays. The service at the BWW's I have visited seem to be hit and miss. If the servers were friendlier I believe BWW would be a better experience overall.

  • Ronald G.

I've been here 3 times, the last past 2 times have been horrible, really bad customer service, slow, wings are not the best, but I'm the type of guy that doesn't like to really judge the first time, so I gave them another chance, and again same thing! I only come once in a while now and it's just to sit down and talk with my friends and have a beer, other than that is not really good to come with your family and eat, unless you want to wait hours to be seated and then be unattended.

    (1)
  • Crystal C.

Customer service sucks! They need to work on it! Our waiter told us to close our tap because he was leaving and said we can open another one but we've been waiting about an hour and a half and no one as asked us if we need anything! All the BWW I've been to has had BAD customer service!!! We got the manager and he seem to change things around here!

Going into it we expected bad service but the service here us good! We got here when it opened on the first Sunday NFL game. The hostess said they were short staffed but the waitress, Michaela was very attentive. Will come back again.

Tried this spot for the first time. Wings were not bad. Hostesses at front, seem mad. No smiles, not to inviting. Server was ok, bill was a little pricy for just wings.

  • C R.

Ok...To start off, we went on a Tuesday for their wing special so we were ready for a wait to be seated. Wait time was only 15 min ...not bad. Service on the other hand needs to get better. We were literally 5 feet away from the bar but our drinks took 10 min. to reach our table. I could see my beer loosing its foam sitting there waiting while my server was no where in sight. We finally had to flag over another server to get our drinks from the bar. Wings came out soon after but not as spicy as l've had before from other B-Dub locations I've been to...but I guess they're still getting a hang of things. I may be back but there service needs to do a 180 if they want repeat customers.

This place isn't good at all. My group had to wait for an hour and half. The bathrooms are disgusting. The people that work here are rude expect our waitress. The music is horrible. I wouldn't recommend coming here.

This is my first time ever writting a review and all I have to say is that this BWW is horrible, first time i went there the waiter we had wouldn't refill our drinks,or bring us ranch and after going to the bar where he was just standing around i asked him can you bring us ranch and his response was "I ordered you ranch"(you're our waiter, you go and get it and bring it to us),and after we finished eating we asked for to-go boxes and we were informed that they had ran out. Wait theres more..my last visit we had 3 different waitresses throughout the hour in a half we were there ,never got a refill on our drinks and to top that off we asked our waitress just leave us 2 beers because we knew the wait for a refill would take forever and she just told us to sip our drinks slowly (are you f**cking kidding me?) and to top that off we ordered 2 orders of wings and our 2nd order never came and finally complaining to the manager they gave a discount but to a different party that was sitting across from us ,the manager who was wearing all black a spanish lady with an accent gave us an attitude when we told her you gave the wrong party our discount and she refused to fix it ..top that off half our table left hungry because we didnt get the rest of our wings..If you love BWW or wings in general stay away from this location, service is horrible ,management is horrible ,the whole place is horrible.wouldn't even tip this place a penny ..Literally

Waited an hour for a table when the hostess told us she was getting our table cleaned off! We ended up sitting outside, our waiter was nice was really slow service. Manager brought out cheesecake bites for the table! They were pretty good. Just disappointed we waited so long. Only would go there if friends were having me meet them there, other than that I would much rather go somewhere else.

Food is good, atmosphere is fun, but don't try calling your order in ahead of time... they don't always answer their phones. Just spent the last 15 minutes listening to it ring with no answer. Had to actually go in to place my order. FAIL! Get more phone lines BWW with workers who actually answer them.

I have never in my life experienced such bad service at a restaurant. I've been here about 2 times before tonight and service was horrible but tonight takes the cake! Arrived at midnight. Took about 40-45mins to get a table. The wait never bugs me. When coming to a BWW always expect to wait for a table. We got seated around 12:45am...took about 5 mins for our waitress to come to our table. We ordered our drinks and food right then and there. About 20 mins later our waters were brought out. From the time we took our order it took 40 mins for our beer to come, also out of the food only our garlic cheese mushrooms came out at that time as well. When the beer did come they served my friend a bud light instead of her bud light platinum. They didn't have the beer that my boyfriend ordered so he changed that and I just plain cancelled mine. Around 1:35am half of our food came out. Again the waitress informed my boyfriend they were out of the beer he just orderd, so he ordered ANOTHER beer. She came back with his beer only thing was he ordered a Killigan but she brought a Heineken, FAIL! I told our waitress half our food was still missing, 1.50am at this point. They close at 2am. Beers were not served, we never even got napkins, silverware or ranch either. It wasn't even busy! The manager came, we told him our dilemma. He said he would cover us but couldn't cover alcohol which is totally understandable. When we got our check which was roughly 60 bucks items that we never got were still on it. Example basket of fries $3.50 the manager explained that it was taken care of in the "food error" that was -$2.26. That doesn't makes since the fries are $3.50 but u only took out $2.26. We never got them! We asked them to redo the check with all the items that we never got taken off. The check was now reduced to about 36 bucks that also included the discount he told us we were getting. At this point we just wanted to get outta there as fast as we could. Honestly I can write a book on all the things that went horribly wrong tonight, I didn't even cover it all but frankly its just too must to write. You get the point. This place sucks! I thought the BWW in burbank was bad but that one right about now is looking like a 5 star establishment compared to the northridge location.

Just visited this location with some great friends!! Have to tell you, our server Nikolle Was by far very professional, really nice attitude n great customer service(she should get recognized for all the hard work) She made sure our food was great made sure we had drinks ,kept coming back to check up on us talked to is for a while For sure will be coming back as long as we get the same service

Food is good but down gall to my visit are the hostess in the front who is very rude coming from a restaurant industry I know what customer service is and those 3 GIRLS on the front of the house are very unprofessional specially Daisy and Ana who doesn't seem to want to be bothered when I ask a question.. Will never come back to this BWW I rather go to Sherman oaks...

    (2)
  • Kurt C.

HORRIBLE! We waited 3 f*cking hours for a damn table! The servers were just playing clowning around instead of cleaning the damn tables. Then the order itself takes another hour! If you want to wait for a few hours and get bad experience.. Go here.

My husband and I love their wings and their nacho burger. One problem we have is sometimes they are on Pointe with their service and sometimes they are not. One thing we noticed is they have really bad management. All the managers are walking around doing absolutely nothing and are just plain rude. They aren't attentive to even interact with customers. Hostesses never know how much of a wait they have which sucks because then they have customers leaving because they are unsure whether they are gunna wait 10 minutes or an hour. Also, sometimes they have a long list of people waiting and as we are waiting I can see a bunch of tables that haven't been cleaned. Not only does it look bad to see a dirty table just sitting there like that but it holding up the waiting list.

    (5)
  • G G.

The wait sucks!!! Its a bunch of teenagers. Not the best wings in the house.. The drink are pretty good. The services sucks though.. The waiter forgot half of the order. I guess it was a busy night for them.

The Good, The Bad, and the Ugly The Good: Lots of beer on tap and chicken wings . The Bad: Poor service, very slow, lots of dirty tables left uncleared, it got to the point we cleared our own emptys, The Ugly: The staff, was not as attractive like some other BWW I have been to and lower class clientele. Must be a lot of trailer parks and low rent apartments in the area. It is a newer location. Maybe they will firgure it out with time.

It's Buffalo Wild Wings so the food is good... Most of the time. It's closer to my house so just because of the distance I've been wiling to give it a few chances but I'm done the service is terrible. I sat at the bar im paying for drinks so you think the bartender would be attentive & ask me for another drink once I'm finished. regardless I'd rather drive to burbank or Sherman oaks.

    (1)
  • Adriana R.

It's buffalo so the food is good but service is just terrible. People are rude we had to call someone to refill our drinks

  • Dan F.

The biggest problem this place has is poor management. The waiting list is long on a Sunday night and the 3 girls at the front have no idea how to manage it. I've watched them seat parties of 2 at tables that fit 5 while having plenty of spots at the bar. The sad part is I watch a table of 6 go uncleaned for 20 min only to be seated there when they finally got around to it. Now that I'm seated you would think they would bring the beer somewhat quickly, but once again that was to much to ask for!

  • Athena B.

I've been here 3 times. I've also been to the Sherman oaks and Burbank locations. This one seems to be the worse. They all get busy especially when there's a game. But northridge seems to have the most servers and hostess and yet still lag with service. I understand waiting to be seated. What I don't understand is why are there so many servers, even on a busy night, standing around and talking about their lives to each other. Sure the servers are nice, but if I'm waiting for them to come back with a refill and it's taking over 10 minutes then there's a problem. I even see managers just standing around talking too and laughing. I feel like this store is runner by a bunch of young adults. They need someone to come in and change things

Went yesterday and after we made our order the waiters switched. After this everything went downhill, half of our table didn't get their order. And she came back 4 times with the receipt messed up. Though this BWW is the closest to my friends and I, I rather drive the extra distance to the Sherman Oaks one and have a good experience. Only good part about it was the guest experience captain letting us trying different sauces.

    (2)
  • Cleidy H.

I never leave reviews but this service was BAD! We needed to ask repeatedly for sauces and refills...we came for my nephews bday and their 'captain' came and gave him a paper crown and said Happy Birthday! That was it! So sad. I'm a retail manager and know how important the customers are....they don't value that here. I refuse to give them my business again! Hope this prevents many of you from coming and experiencing this.

  • Fonzie O.

Slow horrible service. Wings over cooked. Servers are sarcastic and rude. Hosts/hostesses are no different. If you enjoy being annoyed while you eat your meal, this is the place for you!

  • Jennifer A.

I'm only giving two stars cause the place just opened but wow does this place deserve one star. Almost every single employee I've interacted with has no clue what they're doing, they avoid customers because they don't know what to do with them. My wings never have nearly enough sauce, sometimes the foods even cold. Tonight I came for the boneless special, to find out they ran out of the boneless wings and I have to wait 40 min because they're out getting more boneless wings, then I find out they have to use chicken nuggets instead. Sigh. Wait is almost always more than half hour anytime after the evening. On nights with specials it's always over an hour. Hopefully it gets better. Never mind, they just covered my whole meal plus dessert, and gave me 4 free wing coupons for my next visit. They felt really bad, maybe they just really messed up tonight. It is true they just opened.

A group of our friends came in last night. To be totally honest, things were in slight disarray. HOWEVER, Brandon came out to fix the problems. I remember him from the Galleria location, where I also sent a review because he was incredibly patient and did an amazing job as a server. I'm a Regional Director for a small, private, restaurant company. This gentleman is a great asset to the company; be careful that I don't try to steal him.

So... only reason it's 2 stars instead of one, wings are delicious & pretzels are about the only appetizer I'll ever put in my mouth from BWW, but I will never eat at their restaurant again if I can help it. Went to their Grand Opening and it was good, knock-your-socks-off service of course and decent food, although EXTREMELY FREAKING LOUD, but I would have given them 3 stars then... Now they only get 2 stars instead of 1 because they DO have good wings. Aside from that, WAY too many employees and NOT ENOUGH SERVICE!!! What is wrong with your management?! You guys started off on the right foot and somewhere along the way, in just a few months, it all kinda went to hell in a handbasket. If you DO want any service, don't sit on the patio, because they will forget you while they crowd around the server station chatting. My husband wound up walking up to a group of like 5 of them to ask if he could refill his own drink. OMG I ordered a flatbread & waited for like 30 minutes after the clueless server brought out my husband's food before I finally had to ask the server where my flatbread was... no updates or anything... & turns out, they BURNED IT! Instead of making me a new, delicious one quickly, they just served it to me... big mistake. How do you BURN something so simple? I guess if you're a big sports fan and you love wings and beer, or if you just want to go to a bar, this is the place to be (tons of tvs, super loud, and good wings), but if you prefer good service, decent food that is NOT wings, and... well if you prefer a good dining experience at a good restaurant, don't waste your $ here (and just order the wings to-go to serve yourself in front of your own tv at home... then you don't have to feel bad for leaving a shitty tip for shitty service)

Tonight's visit improved my view of BWW! Didn't wait to long for anything and our server Angela was on her A game! No mess ups in our rather complicated 8 person separate checks order! The food at Buffalo Wild Wings is a step above fast food quality for quite a bit more $$ however during happy hour or on wing Tuesday it's worth it! It's fun to come in a group and try different flavored. Patience is a virtue as on busy nights you may have to wait.

I don't mean to be rude. I understand if your busy, but customer service is your job. I go with my fiancé to use our gift card first time there. We weren't even greeted by the host he was so rude acting like we we're bothering him. It was a 45 min wait so we decided to go to the bar. Then I notice while standing at the bar for 20 min the same 3 tables have not been seated really? While the staff can joke around and flirt with each other should you be seating people. Finally I decided to go to the host and ask how much longer since the same 3 tables we're still open. I was not rude at all but got a smarts ass response from the girl saying the are bussing and serving which I understand but the staff should be more worried about helping each other to get people seated rather worry about which employee they are going to take home for the night. My honest opinion truly disappointed.

So, I went here with a friend Saturday night and Nicolas was our server. He had a large party that was being rude to him so he didn't get to spend too much time at our table, but he provided fast, quality service and he was knowledgeable and intuitive. He is a great server and it seemed that most of the staff were overwhelmed and could use better support staff on the floor (aka managers). If you decide to go, expect long wait times. Also, if you work there, could you please not play so much crummy dubstep on the stereo? Thanks :) PS: You get 5 stars only because of the service!

I rarely eat wings. But I've liked my previous experiences at other Buffalo locations, so of course I went to the closest Buffalo Wild Wings to me. The wings were alright. I didn't like the Jamaican wings. But I did like the other wings that were suggested to me. What I really didn't care for was the service at the front desk. We entered at 10pm. Which isn't late, considering they close at 2am. Regardless, the woman was going on about how late it was to the waiting customers. Comments such as "do you really want wings at this time at night?" "Go home and be with your families." And what bothered me most was her suggesting to take our business to their rival store, Wing Stop. It's bad enough to tell customers to not eat there, but to go as far as telling the customers that the food isn't great, and It's all frozen. Best of all, after her rant, I asked if my table was ready. She then finally did her job to look for a table. And then seated us (only a party of two) at a table that has been open for those what... 20-30 minutes of her ranting? I know, because it was next to the front desk. I guess I'll try Wing Stop next time.

4 times. That is the number of times I have to ask for water at the bar... Trevor. Eat a bag of dicks. Its despicable how horrible of a bartender you are. Walking in constant circles. As a mixologist... I am.embarrassed for you. You're a car trying to start in 4th gear. A whole lot of revving and no action. Thanks rhiannan for the help and the waters.

Wings were good not out of this world. Mini corn dogs were wonderful. Service was between good & great. Our waiter disappeared for a little bit but not too long. Drinks stayed full. Manager came & checked up on us. My 2 year old had a blast dancing to the loud music. Went on a Tuesday for $0.65 wings at 5pm. I guess it was happy hour too, so that was a plus. No wait to be seated. No wait to order. No wait to get the check. (He gave it to us a pretty early. Offended my BF, thinking he was rushing us out but personally, I preferred it that way.) Quick & easy.

Came here yesterday with my friends and we were greeted with nice people who opened the door for us. The waitress we had was friendly but that's it. The food came out extremely slowly and it took her more than ten minutes to get is a to go box. Kindness isn't going to make my hungry stomach any less full or happy. The wings, which were 65 cents each for wingless Thursday (thank goodness), were so salty and drenched in sauce that we were eating it with the skin peeled off. We also ordered the sampler which has nachos, below par, soggy, and cold, mozzarella sticks, average, wingless wings, salty, and onion rings, not too crispy. The only redeeming factor was the potato wedges. Super crispy and flavorful, but I wouldn't come back solely to eat those. Not worth it.

I came here on opening day. I have to say it was the worst experience at bww. I usually go to the one in Burbank so when I heard there was opening up in the valley I was very excited. First we arrived there at around 11ish. We sat down around 1130. It took the waiter 15 to come and greet us at the table. After that it took another 15 min for our drinks to come out. We then ordered our food. This is where the service was terrible. A table sat before us and they got there food before us. We waited around an hour and a half and our wings finally came out. We were so hungry that we just gobbled everything up. By the time the food came it was already last call. So we each ordered a drink and when the drinks came out it was three short. So we asked where the other ones were and our waitress says they already did last call and couldn't give us our drinks. My friends and I are all waiters so we didn't really want to complain but I have to say this was the worst experience I ever had. I left that place around 2:30am. That means I spent 3 hours there. Hopefully they can do better service in the future but I will definitely never come back here again

This place is definitely struggling. I went there today for lunch with 5 colleagues and we were all blown away with how terrible the service was. Despite the fact that the place was empty, we went without napkins and drink refills, it took 40 minutes to get our food, and they overcharged us! I ordered one of only two vegetarian options on the menu, "Garden Crasher", which consisted of defrosted slimy carrots and dry brownish celery.

The Northridge BWW sucks. I had heard from other friends that compared to the one in Burbank this one was pretty bad but i was starving so i decided to try it. I'm not going to complain about wait time because i have waited a long while at the Burbank BWW. The service for us was quick but not the greatest. They ran out of Ranch, which is like "what!" its a wing place how do you run out of ranch!? We ordered potato wedges which were just regular french fries with cheese Not potato wedges like we usually get at the other BWW. We were too hungry to care about that at that time though. The food was good only after they fixed our orders -_- It's also too bright in there, we are more used to the darker lighting in the other BWW. We waited much longer because although there were plenty of open tables, apparently there weren't enough people to clean the tables. Really? The host is standing around doing nothing, why cant he go and clean the table and get people moving? The bar area is a joke, its really really small. My biggest beef with this place was the "DJ".. wtf is that? This guy would talk on the speakers and announce every damn birthday they were having which got REALLY annoying REALLY fast since there were a lot of Bdays on the day we went. He would ask us to shout happy birthday everytime too. I just wanted to come and eat some dinner with my friends without having to deal with that annoying crap. The choice in music was lacking as well. Maybe that was a one time thing the "dj" did idk but it was enough for us not to want to come back to this location. Burbank is farther away but it def beats this place by lot.

The wait is unbearable!!!!! Literally waited 2.5 hours on a Thursday night and what irritated me is the host kept saying "3 more groups ahead of you" then she would i kid you not, call 6 more groups then when I would ask her again she'd say "2 more groups". This went on for an hour straight. I got there at 10:00 didn't get seated with my friends until 12:45.

This place caught my attention because it always seemed busy and I was excited to try a new restaurant in our part of town. The service was awful, and the food reminded me of cafeteria food. There were many waitress there, but they didn't seem to want to work and had awful customer service skills.... perhaps a lack of training? They all seemed like they had no prior experience. The music was blasting like a club when it was only 4 pm? Couldn't enjoy my meal or have a conversation with my hubby. Will not be going back.

Not the best buffalo Wild Wings out there, the staff is very rude and not polite. Saw one drop a fork and then give it out to a customer who had requested it. Not exactly something I really want to see. Service is pretty slow and this was on a slow day too. Something is off with this particular Buffalo Wild Wings I'm not sure what it is but I'd stay away if I were you. The minute you walk in you feel how horrible this place will be.

Although one cannot beat the Thursday boneless wings special, the service is incredibly sluggish...98% of the time. This place has the potential to double their revenue if time was managed more efficiently. I literally watched as 3 empty tables stayed vacant while a line of people waited outside. Frustration kicks in and people leave while awaiting a table. Staff move at a snails pace to take an order, bring food, refills, and leave the check....then await another staff member to notice the table is now empty, signal another to clear the table and clean, and then notify the front staff that the table is ready for dining yet again. Time elapses yet again before the front staff comes out screaming a name to the crowd. It's simply poor management of time. I have dined at other locations and do not experience the same degree of time lag. Perhaps given their relative status as the newcomer to the Northridge block, this may be forgiven initially....or they may eventually meet the same end as the other chain restaurants in the area...closure. Time will tell...

Decided on take out as it Ooked it it would be a while to get a table. Girl was fine and we were told it would be 15 to 20. Got back around 20 mins later to find 2 people queuing with both cashiers on the phone taking orders! The food was fine once we got it. Would probably be back in a few months!

Just know that I went on a FOOTBALL Sunday, it was crowded with a wait so we chose to sit at the bar. Pros: Wait staff was great, food was ok, drinks were good, carried all the football games of course, bar area opened up quickly, friendly patrons Cons: Other than I had to park a football field away, I enjoy the experience.

Came with a couple of my friends and service was bad it was pretty slow And it took like 30 or more for our food and my gf got a salad and they brought no utensils I asked for some and he blew me off saying someone else would bring it I asked someone else they said the same thing then like 6 min later someone comes and says they ran out of utensils and they would bring some soon 4 min later no utensils I then asked for some ranch please and no eye contact or nothing and he yells out 60 cents more for one more as he's walking away but the onion rings were bee very good tho the wings aren't the best is choose Friday's over this location the server could have been nicer totally ignored all night

I have attempted to eat here several times, but I have yet to hear of wait time under 45 minutes. This is one of the reasons why didn't stay today. The other reason were the noticeable cold sores (herpes) on the hostess mouth. Why would management allow this is beyond me. They obviously have no concern for public or employee health. If they allow this on the front I can't imagine what they may allow in the back!

    (1)

It's a mess! So disorganized. Every time I come here they don't know the wait time. I don't blame the employees, I blame the management staff for letting it be this bad. Not the employees fault.

WORST SERVICE EVER!!!! Go to the BWW in Sherman Oaks or Burbank! The BWW at northridge sit you down and you have to wait at least 20 mins just for your drink order. Then they come up to you saying "Sorry about the wait, give me one more second" and that's another 10 mins. They bring you the wrong order, and they never check on you frequently. They come every 20 mins or so to ask if everything is ok. Save your time and go to another bww, northridge isn't worth it at all!! They should close it down!

So came to eat and drink for the 3rd time here and I the worst time ever no one was sure who our water was they didn't give us plates napkins nothing we were just sitting at the table like dorks waiting to get food and drinks. All these people "working" but can't ask us or bring us what we need.

I hate to give another 1 star to one of my favorite restaurants but your servers actions made your restaurant deserve it. I was very excited that i didn't have to drive all the way to Burbank or Sherman Oaks to get my chicken wing fix. Any who, my friend and i wanted to catch up and decided to try bww that was newly built in the greater good of Northridge. Convenient location and the restaurant is nicely decorated. when we arrived to the BWW we didn't have to wait in line to be seated which really surprised me because all the other BWW I've been to i had to wait at least 10 to 15 min to be seated. The server at first was very attentive but that didn't last too long. We had to wait more than 15 min to get our beers, took very long time to get our wings (which we had to send it back because it was cold), we asked for extra sauce which they forgot and that took awhile, we asked for couple of water which took awhile. By the time we got our water, my mouth was already feeling better from eating blazin. That's how long it took them to bring us water. Over all, the service was really bad and i never want to come here ever again. I am not surprised by how much bad reviews this location has. Managers, " captains" please pay attention and not sit with your friends when you see them. Literally, the captain was talking to her friends and didn't even bother to pay attention to us although we were right next to her. Managers, please coach the servers and the captains how to serve customers.

I love there food, but the service is horrible !! I must commend today's waitress she was the best I've ever had in the past 2 years. My family was sitting in two different tables just because the wait was so long. The table next to us cleared and she was nice enough to clean it up so my family could sit together! Michela !!! Wait that's not even the best part of my night she wasn't even our waitress !! But she noticed that nobody was helping us ,that she took of us! Thank you for making my experience tonight a good one! Hope to see u next time :)

We are huge Buffalo Wings Fans and have been to the Sherman Oaks location. We decided to give the new location a shot. We were so DISSAPOINTED! We sat there for approx. 10-12 minutes before even being greeted by anyone, however many of the servers were standing next to the computer which was located directly next to our table. Once finally greeted by our waitress she seemed annoyed and nervous...not sure why. My cousin ordered a Garden Salad, which comes In a full size at her normal BWW location, and when she asked about it the waitress was hesitant to listen to what my cousin expected and instead argued about it with her. She then came back to the table and proceeded to tell us it was HER MANAGERS FAULT. Biggest Turnoff of the whole experience. Our drinks were never refilled unless we asked someone to refill them for us. My husband guzzles water like a fish and when he joked with her to bring him a pitcher of water and she apparently didn't find it funny. By the end of our meal, we were all a little too frustrated to stay and watch the end of our game. So when we asked for the bill, I noticed the waitress did not move from her spot, 3 feet away from our table, and she watched us like a hawk until the book had our money in it and was closed. So unprofessional! Overall awful experience and will continue to drive to Sherman Oaks for our BWW fix. I realized once I got home that I left my debit card there. I called in advance to make sure it was there, which it was, and asked them hang out to it till I came back. I got there and asked the manager for it and she proceeded to tell me she couldn't find it. Im not sure why these employees can not get it together. I decided to mention to her our experience from earlier this evening and it seems like she had absolutely no interest in what I had to say. So annoyed i have to write so many bad things that happened! :/

Me and my friends went here.our server came and the second he started talking to us I wanted to fucking kill him.his attitude was horrible the way he talked to us was like " I don't wanna talk to you or I don't like you" kind of voice.and we were ready to order and he kept looking at us passing by us and I kept seeing him talking to other employees.worst service ever

I'm always here for NFL Sundays in the AM. Atmosphere is great and the dude at the bar is the most dopest cat in the game, Brendon Warfield. He gives you the best service. Love this place.

I love Buffalo Wild Wings in all, but last night I felt the waitress was being very inaproprate and made me as well as my friends feel uncomfortable. I didn't take down the waitresses name, But I clearly remember her. I honestly believe she was on drugs or something the way she was acting and talking to my table. Her first mistake was when she was taking down our orders and bent over and laid her entire upper body on the table with her ass in my mans face for at least 2 minutes. I was sitting on the edge of the table with my boyfriend sitting across from me and two of our friends were sitting next to us against the wall. I really didn't feel comfortable being put in that situation, and at that moment I tried keeping my cool, and I honestly let it slide. About a minute late she comes back and puts her whole arm around my boyfriend and leans her whole body on him and asks him what he had ordered again. First of all a waitress should never be putting her hands on customers. The moment that happened not only did I fell disrespected, but my entire table felt that she had crossed the line. I honestly should of slapped her for the way she was acting, but that is not how I deal with things. These kinds of things are common sense. I confronted her immediately, and told her that I didn't appreciate the way she was acting and honestly found it extremely inappropriate. I shouldn't have to deal with these kinds of problems. for the rest of the night my table had a hard time trusting the food or drinks given to us, because she was still handling our orders. I had approached a waitress at the front of the restaurant right after I had spoken to her, and explained my situation and requested for another server, but she did nothing to help us out. I had to get up a third time and find a manager. When I spoke to the manager he pretty much told me I was in the wrong about the whole situation, and didn't even make an effort to actually see the situation from our point of view or at least ask for more details . I can see BWW has cameras through out the building, and he could of easily accessed the situation, and then come back to me with an appropriate response. Instead he immediately backed up his server, and her actions. I really didn't appreciate it, and honestly felt disrespected and uncomfortable. The manager came back after we were done eating, and gave me an apology, but it didn't really seem like a genuine one.I felt like he really didn't care much about the situation . I honestly wish I didn't have to deal with all of this. I am a huge fan of BWW, but this whole night was pretty disappointing. I shouldn't have to worry about a server spitting in my food or something. when I was explaining to the front desk what had happened another customer over heard me and told me that they were having problems with the same server.

Idk what it is but bww always seems to have the worst service ever. It's like the requirement to work here is being able to provide the worst customer service in the history of life. Crazy how much different you get treated literally right across the plaza at yard house

Here's the thing with this place: based on the reviews, all I hear is people complaining about wait times and service being slow, but has anyone considered coming at times where it wasn't rush hour? It's Wing Thursday AND happy hour. I came in at 2:00pm.with my girlfriend, was seated immediately by a cool waiter named Josh who knew the menu and even suggested a good beer alternative. We recieve our appetizers in less than 10 minutes, followed by our happy hour drinks. In total, we were here for about 30 minutes before we received our food. Everything was how we liked it. Only negative thing I can say is the music is a little loud and the selection is close to being terrible. But that's just my preference...nothing detrimental. Moral of the story, know your times before you complain about waits. Of course you're wait longer than an hour with your party of 13, you idiot.

  • James B.

Should be called BuffaSLOW Wild Wings. It took us literally an hour to get our food. Granted, we were a party of 13, but it still took way too long. The restaurant did not look busy at all. On top of that, there were 2-3 staff members standing around talking to each other when we were looking over and trying to flag them down to order food. Drinks took about 15 minutes to come out. 2 appetizer platters, another 15 (30 minute wait total). Waited 45 minutes for half the group, and 1 hour for the other half. One of my coworkers told the server at the beginning that he had to leave at 12:55, and the server told him she'd hurry his order up. Well, that never happened. Poor guy left B-dubs having eaten nothing but a boneless wing and a couple of onion rings from the app platter. We took the food back to the office for him. My boss didn't get his food at all after the hour-long wait. His wings and fries finally arrived after he waited about 75 minutes to eat. Server told him the order got lost somewhere. This place is a mess.

First time eating here on a Sunday afternoon and since I was by myself, I just went to the bar and placed my order. The bartender was a female and kept calling me "honey". I thought that was funny. Anyway, placed my order, ate lunch, paid, and left. Service was good with no issues. I had boneless wings in spicy garlic sauce and that was delicious. I also had a Black and Bleu burger with onion rings.

Worst service inCali. With sooooo many people working you would expect better productivity, more people helping you, getting food out fast, or at the the very least some customer service! Tried to order food online- sites down. Called and ordered- they said come in 20 but then I went in and waited 40. Best part- girl at the register tells me the order wasn't placed. If only I could give you no stars.

So I came to the BWW location here they northridge mall. Nice location but to my surprise the staff was not a good fit. We we signed in at like 845 and we where asked to wait out aide to be called. So we did we had a seat and waited on a bench they had. Out side. So and hour passed and. I came into ask about the wait and was told. I was called I was really well I been sitting outside. So the first host was nice and said to wait outside to be called again and it shouldn't be to long so I said. Ok ... 10 more min past and nothing ...so I came back in and. This time it was the host FRIDA and what a RUDE DISRESPECTFUL KID ... I informed her again that we where not called. The first thing out of her mouth was "WE CALLED YOU!!" I was no You didn't I been out side for an hour!! HER AGAIN " WE CALLED YOU, So you have to wait" and she rolled her eyes and ignored her . By that time the original host had returned and took care of me and sat us right away. . So I requested to speak to a manager so that I could just express my. Poor experience and. The BAD SERVICE FRIDA had provided.. So the shift leader PETER came to the table and. Apologized for his employee and offered to speak to her at the end of her shift. PETER was able to amend the situation BWW your lucky to have. Him. Then our server CARLOS was really nice and quick to take care of us.. As for FRIDA She need to be retrained to removed from any type of customer interaction because of her poor attitude. Regards Joseph O.

Just the worst service I've ever had ! We waited almost 2 hours to get seated . Once we were seated we waited another 30mins just to order ! We arrived for happy hour and placed an order for drinks ..... We never got our drinks.... After waiting for so long or party decided to cancel our order ! And on top of that once we flagged down the manager to do so ! He didn't even care or even apologize for the horrible service . I will never go back!

This place is rubbish. U literally just ordered my food. I live 5 minutes away. The chicken was cold, the chicken was not tossed in a sauce but it was like they dropped a click of sauce on the chicken and closed the box. Don't even get me started on the fries. Ok the upside the girl that helped us was nice. But never getting Buffalo Wild Wings again.

So yes the wait was tiring just for two people but come on lets be real what did you expect? its game season so of course it gets packed and people don't want to leave till after the game. Which is why i'd give a 3 not a 1 star. THE SERVICE won me over. I don't recall her name but i paid her half of my bill as a tip. I went yesterday 9/4 during the packers vs. seahawks game. Of course the place was packed BUT she was attentive on top of it and never let my mouth go dry. Drinks kept coming and she made sure to keep coming back and asking if we needed anything. Which is why my rating went to 4 stars. Her service was also on point with other tables which i noticed. Great Waiter. Great service. Delicious Food. Of course I'll come back. The icing on the cake that made me go for 5 stars was I have been here once before 8/20 for my friends birthday. Our server was named Fade of course i'll remember his name but he was amazing. My friend was a little on the drunk side being her 21st which I don't blame her but she had to bring it down a notch. That's when Fade very nicely cut her off. Which i give him props for. Even i can't handle her at that point. He did it in such a nice non-judging way that she actually understood and I enjoyed the rest of my night there.

My daughter has been begging me to bring her here for a while. Although I did read so me of the reviews and I was disappointed I wanted to make my daughter happy and bring her. I definitely walked in excited and with an open mind to whatever I will experience. The wait for a table was only about 15 minutes which was good. We were seated and I notice that there are 50 flat screens everywhere & the football game was playing, it was extremely loud so we couldn't really talk. I assume this is more of a place for guys to come and watch the games/drink with their friends....sounded cool to me. We ordered Buffalo wings right away and couple drinks & we enjoyed our time together UNTIL after 45 minutes we realized they haven't brought our food. It really wasn't that packed so I didn't understand why I took so long. The waiter came over & told us it would be a few more minutes, not knowing another 15 minutes already went by. I asked for the manager to come over so I can pay for my 2 drinks & go home, he still never came. I waved down the hostess, he came over to assist us and then he got the manager to come to my table. The CRAZIEST thing is that the manager didn't care we didn't get our food nor did he apologize. It seemed as if he wanted us to leave, it was really odd because managers usually try to accommodate customers but this was not the case. I definitely will not be back.

The service and attitude here is atrocious. The very first impression you get when you walk in is terrible. The hosts can't even smile, let alone give the impression they care to be at work right now. You have a long wait? No problem, I get it. Why do the employees make it seem like we're interrupting their day? Be grateful you have a job. You work in the service industry. A positive attitude goes a long way.

We have been waiting for over 2 hours and still haven't been seated. It's ridiculous we are the only one still waiting for a seat. Horrible service so far....

    (1)
  • Jonathan O.

Lack of management! That is all I can say. Almost all the employees, with the exception of our waitress who was actually working, were in little groups just having small chats. Meanwhile people were walking up to them asking for refills and service!! Really? Where is the manager writing people up for not doing anything. The entire dinner service there took our table two hours of which only 20 mins was actually used to eat food....the rest was just our group waiting for someone to take down our orders for drinks and food. And even then its not like we were getting bar drinks, all we wanted was water. The manager compensated by giving us chips and salsa when we brought it up to his attention. But even that was a 15 minute wait. Came here with my group of friends thinking I was going to have a similar experience to the one in Sherman oaks, however the staff here is ridiculous and too busy taking selfies or giving out their numbers to customers. One of the hosts literally yelled out to her co worker in front of us "we should have more conversations like these"....Umm no I'm pretty sure you should be trying to do your job at the front of the restaurant.

two stars perfect for this place. (one without football games.) Went first time to watch football games at 10am this sunday (not like the poser crowd pretending to know shit about football and arrive at 1pm and wait 1-2 hr's...good call) Was pissed the server took us to the right corner booths which are fucking horrible seats. I said hell no, got seated with a "well that area is filling up fast I cant seat you there" bullshit. Woman, I come here to forget my home/work issues for 1/4 of a fuckin day a week, dont add to it and sit my ass down where I want. Servers look nasty; most look like trailer trash, not one friendly smile. Places like this should have servers with a pleasing to the eye figure, not asking for models but my goodness what freaky types. Need somewhat decent, presentable face serving you, with a smile and friendly. Not ripleys belive it or not types trying to set tattoo and piercing records for guiness. Our seating were very close to a waiter box-like place, they kept going in circles all over us; that should be put not in the middle of traffic, but somewhere in a corner away from seats and traffic. Ordered regular wings with medium spiced sauce. They are ok, no more no less. The pretzels appetizer are a joke. Sauce is orange on the wings. Just like buffalo red color on wings dont wanna stare at orange wings. Not a great sauce. Meh. The sliders: the meat was so-so and smelled; their sauces are one nightmare after another; either too sweet, too watered down, too-something not good. Wont be back, but I would definately bring my own bottles of blue cheese and hot sauce if I did. Its that bad, for their sauces. Tried the jalapeno/something sauce my griefness, worst sauce ever tasted in my 40-year life, by FAR. Ive tried about 6-7 sauces in the past all one worse than the other. Menu is limited and not many good items to choose from. Nacho/queso is my favorite, this is the only item on the menu worth more than 2 stars. I dont like how the tv's are spaced out and proportioned either. The service isnt good...server would ask 1 or 2 times max how is everything, forgot the pretzel order had to mention. Also got friends flats only wing request wrong, but easily fixed. Time to pay couldnt find server had to flag down a different one to bring bill. Asked for a plates to share the sliders, they bring this pathetic small peanut paper bowl. Also would be nice to have a napkin rack instead of begging for 3 at a time. Wipes too, ok, waaay too much to ask for a place that you eat WINGS and gets MESSY. The place was also ice cold with A/C blasted on max. Froze our asses off, bring a hoodie or jacket. I will stick to TGIF which has just as blah food, but more calm, easier view of games and 1/3 cheaper. No clue what good wings or wing sauce should taste like. Good luck. 1+done 4 me.

Worst place ever... I placed an order and when I got to Take Out they couldn't find it. The girl asked "are you sure you ordered from this one?" um yeah, i'm ordering from the only crappy one thats in northridge with the 2 stars on yelp. Crowd is about as bad as it gets too...

  • Shant J.

This place is the definition of bad service. 5 tables around us came 30 min after us and they all got their check by the time we got our food. They messed every beer order up multiple times and our waiter had no idea what was going on. If you get JD as a waiter I'm sorry, u should just leave.

This place has a cool environment, lots of college students and lots of noise. So if you're celebrating a birthday or want to watch a game this is a cool place to come. However in my opinion wing stop has better tasting wings and they are more affordable here at bww they sell everything separately which means if you want fries that's more $$$ and honestly the fries aren't really good. Also unless you are consuming alcohol don't expect to get refills or good service they kind of sit your and test your patience. Given that it was a busy night I was very patient and didn't complain about the 1.5hr wait not the 45 minute wait for our food but when our check took 38 minutes to arrive that was the deal breaker. How hard is it to give someone their check? Then after providing the waiter with my credit card he took another 15 minutes to bring it back. This was seriously the worse experience. Can't say I'm not going back but when I do I will have cash.

Food was consistant with the change but this management was horrendous. Tables all over the restaurant open yet they make you wait for over 30 minutes. The managers do not care that the empty tables are left unsat for over 20 minutes and the staff is on half time once you are sat.

  • Kandace G.

WOW! I'm seriously shocked by the reviews on here. You guys do get that this is a BWW in a mall next to a college right?? OF COURSE it's going to be busy! Writing a bad review because a restaurant is busy is really lame. Anyway, I came here for dinner earlier tonight, with 4 of my friends, and waited about 30 minutes even though I was told it would be a longer wait. My waitress, Carissa was awesome. I always try to avoid eating out because of a dairy allergy that my boyfriend has, but she was super understanding and informative about what to order and what sauces he could have. Our food came fairly quickly, and was exactly what we came for. I will definitely be coming back. Probably sooner than later!

One of my all time favorite restaurants, so glad they opened one in northridge!! It does get very busy and it seems the greeters don't know exactly what their doing. Our server Natasha was amazing! She's so attentive and made sure we were well taken care of. She's the reason for this high rating! She truly cares about her customers and makes sure they have a great dining experience. If you want good service make sure u ask for her!!!

Buffalo wild diarrhea - got take out on Friday night. It was packed with another hundred or more people waiting outside. All I can think is how they gave a thousand people diarrhea today. As a bonus the wings are overpriced, they forgot our fries and there was the barest hint of sauce on the original wings. More like fried bland pieces of chicken. Sadly another bad addition to the restaurant choices of the valley. People please speak with your dollars.

That's place is dump never go back, bad service, kids are running the show there they don't take customers serious they take 30 min to clean a damn table wtf manager don't know what the hell is going on fire everyone there. I'll just keep going to Burbank BWW.

I would just like to say that after reading some reviews .. I'm seriously in shock they're all ridiculous to me ! which is why I decided to create this account just to put our server in acknowledgment. My friend Laura is a big time yelper and told me how horrible these reviews were and that she her self had experienced 3 awful visits and suggested we go to yard house instead .. After talking it over we made a little bet.. We decided that if the service was bad I'd pay the bill but if not it was on her! Upon entering we were greeted by the hosts who opened the door for us. it was pretty crowded at the time but there was a dodger game coming up soon so that was understandable we waiting about 40 minutes to be seated, not bad I thought. Now this is where it gets good. After we were seated we got our menus looked at it for a couple minutes then a waitress named Karen stopped by and said she would be with us in just a minute. At the moment, she was bringing refilled cups to one table, brought napkins to another, and took down another tables order.. When she finally came to our table she came with waters! And had apologized for keeping us waiting which wasn't even that long to being with, 5 minutes tops. She was such a GEM! Great personality, knew her menu, asked us if we've been here before, talked about captains, and talked us into sampling a beer called the game changer which was pretty good! We finally ordered our food I kept it simple and went with the wings on traditional Tuesdays my friend Laura asked her for her personal favorite which I don't remember but it was some type of wrap, she clearly did not want any wings because she said they always come up dry or cold. At this point Laura was just waiting on something to call Karen out on because after our waitress left she said "Welp we won't be seeing her for like 2 hours" We finally got our food and it only took 10 minutes! Karen personally brought our food my wings couldn't look any more delicious and Laura's food also looked as appetizing. She brought us extra little plates and napkins asked us if we needed anything else and to enjoy our meal and specially told Laura she was going to love hers! The food overall was great Laura and I ended up sharing our meal because I got a little curious about her wrap and she couldn't hesitate on my wings it was all just perfect and satisfying! The service she provided was outstanding she was very attentive never had to ask for a refill, she engaged in conversation with us for a little asked about our day, talked about work, and the current sports going on, gotta love a girl who knows her sports! I was having such a great time and I was glad to see Laura having a change of heart she and I had an awesome time, the dodgers won the food was great the service was unbelievable she knew what she was doing she was always on her toes with everything. we saw her all over the place going from table to table so we finally asked her how many tables she was serving and said she was attending 7 !!!!!!!!!!!!!! And the best part of all she mentioned being a first time server y'all !! FIRST TIMER!!! Seriously just ask for Karen you won't regret it ! If I had to write ONE negative thing about my experience, it would have to be that our waitress Karen was a Barcelona fan #HALAMADRID!

Tried it for the first time, and never again. The service was very bad, we waited for about an hour (and it's just fast food). People who work there are just teenagers who would think that your flirting with them just by being nice. I hate it.

  • Lynell V.

Food sampler took forever... by the time we got it there was a crust layer on the dipping sauces from it sitting out too long...maybe the ppl should stop their conversation with each other and serve their customers....we were seated at the bar and my first drink was good but not a full glass. Hopefully they get better with time... egh

  • Daysi M.

My wings were cold. The same thing happened at the bww in Sherman oaks. Their system for cooking wings seems flawed. Maybe they make too many at one time and they end up sitting out? Otherwise the service was great at this location. Our server was so nice and on point and so was the host that walked us to our table. 5 stars for service for sure!!! Thanks Marco!!!

If there were no stars to give, that's what I would give this place. Seriously 2 hours for a wait time ??? And on a Thursday too?? Horrible place, honestly by far the worst Buffalo Wild Wings I've EVER been too.

Poor service. Very long wait. Chaotic. Food was overcooked and dry. Kurds and buffalo chips were plain and not seasoned. Prices too high for quality. Won't go back unless some serious changes

Me and my family walked in and there was 4 girls none of them greeted me they all stared at me and my family there was a pause for more than ten seconds until both me and my wife spoke we said for three and they snapped back into work mode but forgot to ask do you want to eat in a booth or a table then our food got to us all late and it was cold but like everyone says in the valley the one in the Sherman oaks galleriea does it northridge is lost

Another great addition to the outside part of the Northridge Fashion Center! I've been here 3 times, and I've had great experiences all 3 times! The bartenders are great! They have tons and tons of TV's showing every game! The one time that I went there to actually watch a game (a Red Sox-Angels baseball game), they already had it on several TV's, including a couple of their big screens. I like the crowd here. It's a great mix of college-aged kids (CSUN's close by of course) and people my age (40's) and older. The only negative about this place, is that it's usually a pretty long wait on a Friday or Saturday night, or if there's a big game. It could be awhile, maybe even 15-20 minutes, before you can even find a seat at the bar, even if you're by yourself. Other than that, I have no complaints about this place!

  • Bruce S.

We came for lunch at opening on a Friday, so the place was uncrowded. Our server, Angela, was fantastic. It was our first time to a BWW and she helped us understand the way things worked. Drinks came fast & were as expected. The pepperoni flatbread was very good & very different than others, not your standard Italian style nor Mexican style, I'd say American style, since the gooey cheesy top was very tasty. We also shared the large bucket of traditional wings with three different sauces which proved to be a good variety.... Parmesan for savory, Honey Mustard & Asian Zing. Though all good, the Asian Zing is a stand out, but you just need some variety, great taste, nice zing. Wings come with celery & carrots for dipping. On this visit the sound in the place was loud, but not too loud. Tons of screens with just about every sport imaginable. Conveniently located at the edge of the mall & next to the theatres. It's not our new best favorite, but they had lots of interesting items on the menu, so we'll have to come back to try more.

I wasn't unsure rather to come to this location. I've gone to the other two locations. (Burbank, Sherman Oaks) since they barely open this location everyone has been saying that the wait there is super long. And that the service had sucked. So the other day I decided to go check it out. I must say some employees were not friendly. But we did get seated pretty quick. And our server was nice. We got our food fast but then again we ordered right then and there. He kept coming back to ask if we needed ranch. Which I guess that was his way of saying if we needed anything else. Lol. Other than that it was good.

  • Jose C.

My biggest complaint THE LIGHTS!!! to damn bright. Staff in the front was very unprofessional, I was standing right in front of them and they just ignored me. Not even a welcome?? For how busy it looked it didn't take that long to get a table for 3 on a Friday night. Food did not look great like it usually does at other locations (I eat wings very often) so for now 3 stars but hope it gets better since it's still kinda new. Benefit of the doubt! You should try it once in a while.

  • Cyndi G.

Okay, well I first off I've been to better locations. This one is by far the worst I've been too. My cousins and myself went here on a Friday night and the estimated about a 45 min wait to an hour. We waited about and hour and a half. When we finally got seated then greeted by our waiter. He was nice. We ordered our drinks right away and they took forever to come and we ordered our food the same time we ordered our drinks. Our food took about 30-40 mins to come. And I never got a refill on my water because we never saw our waiter! He never came back. I had to flag him down and ask for more water and ask where our food was. Unfortunately, our food sucked. You could tell it had been sitting there and my cousin got nachos and there was barely any cheese on her chips. we kindly asked this random worker if she could take her plate back to put some cheese on it. And the girl just shook her head and said she'd get our waiter. Then our waiter came and asked what was needed and we said she needs some cheese with those chips. And they still didn't take the plate back they just brought a side of cheese out in a cup. Overall I love the canyon country one a lot better or the Sherman oaks location. I won't be returning here.

The food is always yummy but our server was absolutely horrible!!! Inattentive and not consistent. Pre bus was crap!! We had cups stacked for most of the dinner. Her section was not busy initially and when the food came out, we did not get everything we had asked for. She did not come to ask if everything was ok either. Lastly was the drink order, we ask about the price of a drink and she says around 8.00. When the bill comes they were 12 each. I would not have cared if it were 9 or 10 but 12 is not around 8!! I just felt as though the server had no idea what she was doing.

I came in with a group of 13 people and the service sucked. For a Monday night, i expected fast service- seeing that all the hosts and waiters/waitresses were just standing around in the front talking. I've been working with customer service for years now and this is by far the worst experience I've ever had. Our waitress, Angela, was so rude- no smile and she made us seem like a nuisance. It took over 25 minutes for us to get our food out, INCLUDING appetizers. Even when the food did come out, not all was given. By the time we were full, some of our food still didn't come out. We got our dips at a separate time and when we asked about our veggie sticks, she said it was on it's way. How hard is it to prepare celery?! If she expected a big tip, she definitely didn't get it from us. The wings were cold and hard, definitely not enjoyable. This place sucks. I get better service at mcdonalds.

Please read my review about the Sherman Oaks location. Place is fine when it's not crowded. Do not come here when it's busy! Horrible, inattentive service by kids who have no clue. They have plenty of time to chat and talk with each other, but no clue on serving people. Not busy, place will be fine, busy, don't come.

Wait time is beyond ridiculous. 8 people standing at the hostess counter and they missed our name. The service is pretty bad. The servers had time to talk to tables of men but couldn't get a water to save my life. Pretty disappointed for B dubs.

I usually don't write anything at all if the place is bad and if I do write a review it better be one of the best places... I don't waste my time with 2,3 or 4 star ratings but in this case I had no choice because a restaurant establishment has to be right on target it took them 25 minutes to ask us if we wanted a drink it took them another 30 minutes to bring us a simple appetizer and it took them another 30 minutes to bring the main meal now the only good thing I can say is that they have a great southern ranch sauce overall I truly thought it was a waste of my time the environment was nothing like a sports bar and Grill/Restaurant it was just a very cold uncomfortable feeling place and the people working there were clearly amateurs so in conclusion I blame the management for not being able to make this place what it could be! Don't waste your time there's about six or seven excellent top quality restaurants right next-door woodranch for instance yardhouse and many more you would definitely have a way better meal and a way better time at those other places!

I like Buffalo Wild Wings a lot but the one in northridge isn't the best. To be fair they just opened and they hired a lot of inexperienced workers so hopefully they improve!

Ok so this is a chain if you don't know and this is the fifth one I have visited in four different states. The food is the same at everyone I've been to. I think the trick to bww's is asking for exactly what you want. If you don't want super saucy wings ask for light sauce or sauce on the side. If you go during happy hours the prices are pretty descent and I like the food. They have an ok selection of beer (not the selection of the yard house though) and the well drinks are good too. It's not a huge location so the waits can be pretty long but let's face it every descent restaurant in this area has 1 hour long waits on busy nights. I'd recommend going I think it's a pretty fun spot for watching football

This place has amazing service, and to make things even better I ordered a total of 8 wings (4 of each for 2 different flavors) and got 7 of each so I literally saved about 6$... I come here every Thursday and I can honestly say it's worth it

  • Kelly P.

This place has decent food but it's service is terrible. I've been there 4 times and all times I've waited over 30 minutes for a small plate of wings. After that the waiters seemed very inexperienced and they had bad attitudes. I don't plan going there anytime soon so I wrote this review to warn others. The food here is good but the wait and service doesn't make it worth it.

It's a shame to have such a wait with so many open tables on a Friday night. Staff more people and manage better.

Stay away from this place. Not your usual Buffalo Wild Wings. Had to wait to get any service. Took 30 mins to get our drinks. When we finally got our food it was cold. Talked to manager and he did not and did not care to hear our complaint. We returned wings and paid for drinks. Funny thing was that our bill did not give survey information. Also place was not that busy. Most of the help was standing around talking. What a dump.

Food is good. And the inside is cool with all the TV's. But I've never been to a place with such bad service. All the other buffalo wild wings out there are way better. Need to hire new staff. People who actually know how to serve.

I came in during dinner time. The host called our party, but as we almost walking in they said, oh wait a minute your table is not ready yet! So we wait another minute. The server came to our table after more than 10 minutes, with NO SMILE!!! Seriously??? I know it was busy, but i have been working in a restaurant for more than 10 years. I know how hard it is, no matter what, even if you had a bad day or a rush, you gotta keep smile to your customer. Our party wasn't even picky, we just ordered normally. But as my friend tried to order something else and he wasn't finish talking yet, the server just walk away. Food came ok, the food runner was nice to us. But then again when the server came to our table to bring the drink, and she even gave us that anger look. I mean, what did we do wrong??? So we ate everything, she dropped off the check and we pay. We gave her tip just good enough to tip the bar, food runner and everybody else. WE KNOW HOW TO TIP!!! if she had given us a good service and SMILE to us, we would've tip her 25% of the bill. I will NEVER COMING BACK AGAIN to that place!!!

Horrible. Teenagers running the front desk is a joke. This place in for teenagers. It's sad that places use the name of the company to make money. Stop having kids run the place

Horrible service this was our 5 visit and 3/5 was bad. Today We waited for 30 mins no server. We ask the host where's our server he just said, you don't have one and walked away... Waited another 5 mins nothing.... We walked out went to yard house next door. Way better service. 5 star for them.

Other than the fact this place was PACKED on a Thursday night, the food, ambiance, etc. we're all very exciting. I feel that maybe the reason why it's so crowded is because it just opened BUT at the same time the only BWW around here is in Burbank and this one is right where most of the population lives. Of course the wings are soooooo good and the fried pickles CAN NOT be beat. Staff is friendly, but people be warned! Goin last minute you'll be waiting for at least an hour or two until the craziness ends or calms down! So happy there is one here now in northridge!

  • Jeff S.

It took us almost 2 hours to be seated and when we get inside we ordered right away so we can eat right away but its the other way around we waited for our order for more than an hour. The service is very poor and will not come back in this branch anymore. This is very unacceptable. Very very bad

Soooo bad, ZERO star review... came here twice in 1 week, hoping it would be different. first day they were out of stuff, like sauces, new ones at that, and staff was clueless on how to take down an order, got our waiter and i started to tell him what we wanted to order, and he was just standing there listening... after i finished telling him everything... he than takes out his napkin to write it down and i had to repeat everything.... came back two days later, because they said they would have everything... they didnt. Waiter was the biggest mouth breather in the world. I took the survey from the first visit to get my free $5 off. First im gonna tell you about the boneless wings... its like eating dry, hard, stale bread, with about 25% of the wing covered in the sauce you order, and i ordered about 10 different ones, none were even 50% covered. then we couldnt eat the Thai curry wings, because it tasted like a salt bomb... so the waiter said he will replace them for another one. so then time for the bill, to make this more clear, i only got 4 thai curry, value $2.60 and he replaced them with another 4 also value of $2.60 I told him he forgot to apply the $5 off, he said he didnt, he just didnt charge us for the replacement wings, which were 2.60 but still kept on the curry. so i told him, ok but the replacement wings werent $5 they were 2.60, wheres the other 2.40? ended up talking to the mouth breathing manager... who was just as smart as the rock sitting on the floor outside.. point is never coming back here again....

Foods always good but seems like any of the bww I go to the service is way below average, this one being the worst, too many people standing around and little to no coordination.

I came here about a week ago and let me tell you.. It was one of the worst experiences I've ever had in a restaurant. We came in with a group of 11 people and waited about 15 minutes to get out order taken. Then we waited 45 minutes for our food to come out but not all of it came out. It took a whole hour for everything to get to our table and the carrots and ranch came last! I wouldn't have mind if it was busy but it wasn't and there were about 8 workers sitting there talking about god knows what. Never coming back, ever

I went to BWW for the first time ever last Friday. I waited for about 45 minutes with a party of 7. When we finally got called to our table it was small and completely filthy underneath, littered with forks and napkins that no one bothered to clean first. There was also food left on the seats. We asked them to clean it and they did but with an attitude. One of my friends had to pull up an extra chair to sit in the aisle because the table was so small, he kept getting bumped into and was asked to stand by the waitress occasionally. Service was slow for drinks, taking the order, getting the food, and the check payment took about 20 minutes. The music was incredibly loud and the happy birthday announcements every 10 minutes were really annoying. I'm only 25 and I was really frustrated with the volume having to yell at my friends to talk. The wings were good, we got about 6 different flavors to split and none were bad. The wings aren't worth the incredibly slow and rude staff and the loud noise. I would rather go to Yardhouse with a good volume of music, tvs with games on, and pleasant fast service.

The service was horrible. When we walked in we asked for dodger game and they said it was available. So we asked for outside seats. They noticed we had a 2 year old and never asked if we needed a high chair or booster. We asked for the roger game agin as we ordered our drinks. He came back with drinks and we asked for the game again, still he said he would have it done. He took our order and walked away during the order. Another person showed up and we asked for the dodger game again and she said she would find out. We spilled a drink and she left to get something to clean it up with and came back 5 min later. Cleaned the table and left the chair that was drenched never offering to get a new chair or even cleaning it. We helped ourselves to a high chair that was near by. We finally received our food and we had no boats or utensils to eat with. We had to ask for that too. And we waited another 5 min to receive that. We didn't see her for at least 12 mins after that and never got a replacement for the drink that fell. Or asked if we needed a refill. When we were done with our meal we asked for the bill cause she had once again never came back. My husband and I were here with our 1,8, and 9 year old kids, ordered kids meals and we got charged adult drinks. Worst service of my life! We called a manager to over see the situationist the middle of our visit and that was no help. We had continued to get bad service.. So saddened by this. Out of all days.... Worst Father's Day dinner !!!! Thanks a lot wild wings!!!

Not only do I live in the community but I manage a prominent store in the mall and wanted to finally give the new restaurant on the block a shot. Unfortunately, I was unable to because we were never seated. My friend and I waited for 50minutes while we watched a table for 4 remain empty for 30min and another table for 2 remain empty for 25minutes!! That is rediculous!! Its pretty lousy when the staff couldnt come up with anything to say and greeted us like they havent seen us waiting the entire time. Customers are everytjing to a business and u better believe that the best form of advertising is 'word of mouth' but the worst form of advertising is....drum roll...WORD OF MOUTH!!!!

I'm a big fan of Buffalo Wild Wings. I was pretty stoked to hear about the opening of BWW at the Northridge mall, considering I live in Chatsworth. Unless I'm ordering takeout, I'll continue to drive out of my way to Sherman Oaks or Burbank. As delicious as the wings are, the service is absolutely horrid. I'm not talking about wait time either.

    (1)
  • Paul T.

This is strictly for wait time after food was ordered. It took approx 40min to get 2 orders of wings with fries. We waited 35 min to long. Probably won't be coming back.

Alright, for a place that was as hyped up to be as this one, I don't think I'll be coming back anytime soon. Came in today thinking they've been open for a bit and should have had the kinks worked out but i was wrong. My brother, girlfriend and I waited for well into the 30 minute range for wings to come out. I mean, for a place that specializes in buffalo wings, they sure take their sweet time to come out. I guess it's because all the servers and "captains" are too busy standing in groups hugging and joking with each other, not tending to their tables to find out if anyone needed a refill or to check on the orders that were taking a day and a half to come out. The wings weren't even that good, way too much sauce and over cooked. Anyways, that is all.

    (1)

The food is always pretty good, but the service and atmosphere is terrible. Save yourself the aggravation and order it to-go!

    (1)
  • Angel A.

Okay let me start of by saying I love my BWW's when they are cooked the way I like them. Yes I'm super picky with my order but very nice about letting them know that I like my wings cooked for a very long time and with a exact time! As much as I warn them that if they aren't cooked for the right amount of time I'll have to return them. So I beg them to please cook them right. I don't mind waiting for the wings as long as they are cooked well done but no joke at least 90% of the time I end up having to send them back.. Making me have to wait at least an hour more ! But let me say that Mario the manager at the Northridge store asked me to ask for him and since then my wings always come out just the way I like them! I use to come at least 3 times a week from the one in the city of Oxnard to Shermanoaks to Burbank u name it, i was just looking for a place that had good service! Well I found it tonight with Michela!!!! Let me say she was amazing! She had a great big smile and was so pleasant.

  • Nicole L.

Worst experience, worst service. The waiter forgot 80% of our order & hair in the Chicken strips, both of the salads came wrong, forgot to bring fries and ranch had to keep reminding them what to bring. Not to mention the air conditioning was set on 20% below!! And don't bother complaining to the manager, he won't do a thing. Bon appetite.

    (1)
  • Quiroz F.

Horrible service. Never go on Tuesday or Thursday because they sale you the ranch and blue cheese for 60 cents each. Wtf. And on Wednesday they don't got a wings special. It's closer to my house but I rather go to Burbank

if someone says they dont like beer don't tell them to try a drink that has beer in it!

  • Gaby L.

The service is a complete joke. Waited 40 minutes to be seated, after waiting for the longest time our waiter finally came over and informed us it was happy hour (which we were unaware of) so we ordered quite a few items off of the happy hour menu and our wings. After 15 minutes he walks back and let's us know that he was misinformed and that it isn't happy hour so we would be charged regular price for all of our items. Did We still want to keep our order or change it before he puts our order in (15minutes after we ordered!) we opted to keep our order. We received our food 45 minutes after being seated but got it before our drinks which was outrageous, food tasted good, no complaints. He never once came to refill our drinks or ask if we needed anything else. After 15 minutes of waving we finally got his attention, and asked for the check. When he came back he handed each one of us a receipt, all receipts had only a drink except the one he handed to my friend he put all the food on hers (over $80). I was very annoyed by this time and asked why he would do that without asking He replied "she ordered it" just because the order came out of her mouth doesn't mean it was all "her food" especially after he saw us share it! I really don't know if he was having a bad day or he just had a problem with our table, but the managers at this location need to get way better staff.

The wings are great. I order the salt and vinegar and get the sauces on the side. Best wings around. The only negative is there is usually a wait because it's so popular.

  • TIffany B.

I have no problems with the service or the food. My serious problem is the bathroom! Eek! I was watching a game out there and gave it a good hour between both bathroom breaks and it was still a mess. No toilet paper or seat covers. I was going to give them the benefit of the doubt since it was busy but then an employee walked out of a stall. So she obviously was aware of the conditions. I hate to judge a kitchen by their bathroom but I can't help but wonder what their standards are.

    (2)
  • Tina Z.

Seriously! This is the 3rd time I've ordered take out here and it's the 3rd time they've messed it up! It's so frustrating to wait, deal with the confusion they always make and come home to eat something ur looking forward to eating and ITS THE WRONG ITEM YOU ASKED FOR! It's not even worth calling and complaining about because they always do the same thing! I would say dining in is a little different then take out cuz at least you're inside the restaurant when they screw up ur food...you wouldn't have to drive all the way back here. They've been open for a few months now but they seem busy so I would assume they would learn from their mistakes but nope same shit. Please check ur food before u go, otherwise ur gunna go home with the wrong food and double check ur receipt!!!!

  • Vanessa P.

I been here a few times and and every single time the wait is out of control. The first few times we gave up and left. The first time we actually managed to get seated after over an hour we were disappointed! The reason why it takes so long to get seated it's because people are sitting waiting for a long time. We waited for the waitress to take out order, the drinks and food took forever, it seemed like they are only allowed to bring things out every 30 minutes!! The waitresses are young and inexperienced. All they do is stand around and flirt with the guys and talk to their friends. I literally saw one talking to this group for a good 20 mins at least! The manager needs to do a better job at keeping the staff working or else this place it's never going to be efficient. They need to get organized better. NOT going back until I hear it got better. Do not recommend it to anyone! Go to the Burbank one or NOHO... Way better and prolly worth the drive.

    (1)
  • Quentin S.

burbank one is way better. food was ok. service was terrible. hour to get seated 20 min to bring waters 20 more min to bring the table beer server forgot my beer so disappeared for another 10 min. 50 min to get a beer?!?! brought bone-in instead of boneless. we were just trying to get out of there but it took 2.5 hrs to get 1 beer and 5 wings and pay AFTER waiting an hour to be seated almost felt disrespectful

    (1)
  • Lidya M.

I actually think this place is better than the Burbank location, if you think this one is packed i find Burbank to be worse!!! Been here 3 times. The 3rd time we waited about 45 mins and they let in several ppl in before us (came after us) it was until my hub finally said something and they said 'okay, i will gave u a table right now' So what was the point of us justing sitting there and not calling our name??

  • evelyn h.

So we went on Saturday and the wait was about an hour ...Then we had the worst Waiter NICOLAS !!! First off he did not take our drink order right my daughter waited 30 mins for her lemonade because he kept forgetting it...then he took our food order and messed the whole damn order up this guy does not know how to wait to quiet and not very out going ...there was a waiter waiting on a table across from us who was very friendly helpful and if it wasn't for him we wouldn't have gotten our drinks ..he brought them out to us his self ...he even helped get our order straighten out ...i also asked to speak to the manger because some of our food wasnt brought out to us until about 45 min later after everyone finished there food and it was time leave!!!So you tell me you wouldn't be pissed OFF !!!OHHH and we were the large party!!! So get your facts straight....And you were his relatives on the next table so that's why you would say that ILANA...Thank you Waiter FADE you Rock other then that everything else was good

  • Arlene H.

WOW!!! Worst customer service!!!! I am so disappointed with this BWW, wings got cold as we had to wait for napkins, sauces, forks, and everything else that should have already been prepped; wouldn't recommend it at all. Worst of all ruined a birthday! Literally asked us if it was true, got a sad guy saying happy birthday and that's it! Save your self your time and don't come!

  • G H.

I'm leaving this comment as I'm still sitting in this restaurant. First off the only reason I came here is because my daughters school is having a fundraiser. This is the 2nd time I've been here and just like the 1st time service is horrible. If you are sat in the corner you will be ignored. When they brought my daughter's kids meal they didn't bother bringing her a utensil to eat her fruit. We ordered Mac and cheese with our wings and they did not bring them out. We had to ask for it 2xs and when it was finally brought out we were more than halfway through our meal. Also, it's baseball season and the only baseball games on is the Angel game because the manager is an Angel's fan. I asked to put the Dodger game on and I was told they don't get that channel. Don't know if it was true but was suspicious because they were able to put the Laker game on which is in Sportsnet...Also, as we are being ignored at our table there were several waitresses/captain that were cussing thinking no one was around or can hear them, when I clearly could, very unprofessional.

Good wings, great service. I enjoyed the fried cheese curds, I've never had anything that sinfully delicious before. I enjoyed a cold Stella on draught and the server Sarah was a sweetheart. Keep this place in mind for your next game day meal, they'll put any game on any TV you're watching.

    (4)
  • Cindy A.

The two stars are for service. There are 7 open tables and many people waiting outside. They told me I needed to wait an hour and the manager said he was goung to start sitting people. I have been here for 20 minutes after he said that and those 7 tables are still empty.

    (2)
  • Monica d.

It was awful! We got there and it was packed!! Ok, no big deal....we got seated in about 5-10 min. There were about 50 people working and walking around (no joke) but it took about 15-20 min to get service. My husband and friend order beers and the waitress says the beers on tap aren't working so they had to order bottled beer. Again, no big deal but ok. The music was so loud, you had to scream your order at the waitress and scream to have a conversation with your friends. I seriously thought I was at a club! If I wanted to go to a club, I wouldn't have gone there! We ordered our food.....wings are good, but no veggies are brought out, so we had to ask. We ordered onion rings and they are out of there special sauce. Ugh! It just doesn't get better! The service was super duper slow and it took multiple times of reminding the waitress about our drinks. I could go on, but I'm just exhausted already reliving that experience.

    (1)
  • Tej S.

It takes them 30 minutes to take your order. That is after you complain to the manager. I thought Sherman Oaks BWW was bad, but this is terrible. Expect horrible/slow service. Leaving a nice $0.00 tip.

Can't really review the food as we haven't managed to get in to eat there yet, although my wife and I have enjoyed eating at other BWW restaurants. First time we went they were just opened and very busy. We went to order take out and were told there would be a long wait just to order. Odd but we chalked it up to them just opening. We went again this Saturday afternoon. We were told that due to the football game airing it would be a 2 hour wait. Now, we've been told the same at other BWWs but it was always a case where the place was packed to the gills with people waiting outside. In this instance the place was half empty. I saw numerous empty tables. There was no one waiting around to get in. I assume either they understaffed without enough waiters for the full restaurant at a time is assume they should know would be busy or they just seriously don't know what they're doing yet. Very disappointing. The food we ended up having at Red Robin was good though.

This is the worst Buffalo Wild Wings, I have been too! I go out every weekend to Buffalo Wild Wings. This is the first time I tried this location. They are rude, they charge for ranch. I have never been charged for Ranch when your ordering over 100$ worth of food. The happy hour menu just sucks. They hire inexperienced young employees. Walking through the door we weren't greeted properly. Just a horrible place. I gave this place a 1 star because it wouldn't let me go less. Save yourself the drive, drive an extra 10-15 min to another location, believe me it will be well worth your time. Never again will I go to Buffalo Wild Wings after this experience.

  • Sarkis A.

if I could give them 0 stars I would, their food was average. we sat outside and our table was placed on a top of a drain towards the end of our meal a roach crawled up on my foot from the drain and then crawled up on my friend who was next to me when we saw the roach we all ran away from the table we asked the manager to come out and do something abt this because these roaches could've been in our food. the manager was very rude and refused to do anything abt it. so we went over and went to his boss and told him abt the situation he rudely started yelling at us saying he won't do a single thing abt it and that we need to leave. I've never encountered a manager as rude as him he was claiming that my friend was drunk and didn't know what he was saying (which he only had 1 beer) his name is Jeremy Knauer. DO NOT EXPECT GOOD SERVICE AT THE LOCATION. I am disgusted by the way we were treated as customers it's unacceptable. good luck to anyone who goes here. just save your self the time the food was for sure not worth the horrible service

This place has terrible service too many young workers that are not trained properly, went with my family and my 8 month old and they had us waiting and so many people came after us and we're sat immediately and it was not that they didn't have tables there was plenty of open tables and all the young workers were just talking among them selfs and its just terrible service very sad, needs new management or managers, I just go to yard house service is amazing.

Surpisingly this bww was not that bad. We sat at the bar, the waitress was super cool! She told us about the deals on Tuesdays and it came in a timely manner. She checked up on us and the food was good. Usually when I go to bww I expect the service to be slow but they did great! The deal on Tuesday for the lunch combo is awesome we ordered 20 wings, a side of dries, and 4 beers all for 45 bucks!

    (3)
  • Char L.

Waits on a Tuesdays and Thursdays are extremely long, at least 30-40 minutes. But what do you expect? You're able to order an appetizer and a dozen 60 cents wings and have your bill come out $10! Can't argue with that!

    (3)
  • Yanci C.

I don't see where all the negative reviews are coming from, the service is on point The Fact that Some Of These People Want To insult The Workers Is Disrespect AND immature. But bar service was great and drinks were as well. I will be back!

Came here a couple of days ago with some friends. Restaurant was slow so we expected quick service. We were wrong. First of all, it took a while for our server to take our order. So she finally came to take our order. Our server had a bit of an attitude, as if she didn't want to be working. That just quickly turned us off about the restaurant. After she took our order, food took what felt like hours to come out, and it came in batches. No one got all of their food at the same time. They didn't even bother to ask if we needed refills of water and we saw that almost every server was just hanging out at the front desk and having a great time while the customers were dying of dehydration. And when all of our food came out, they forgot to give us our sides and ranch. There were 4-6 people that could've easily gotten us that but of course whatever they had to talk about was more important than satisfying the customer. And plus on top of that, my friend had to wait an extra 10-20 minutes to get food that he ordered an hour prior. And it was just an appetizer. Overall, customer service is way off. If you just want to chat with your coworkers, then do it after you're off the clock. And also, make sure your customers are not dying of thirst, especially when they order some of the spicier wings. Unless there's a dramatic change, I will not be coming back to this location nor can I recommend anyone to this location.

I ordered some traditional wings to go. I was disappointed. Wings were soggy. I did not enjoy them at all and wish I could return them Lol I ate 4 out of 20, bummer.

Called a day before to make sure they were showing the UFC PPV and they confirmed. Came to the establishment 2 hours before the ppv and told the hostess we were here for the fights. They sat us and after slow service we ate and had a few drinks. Time for the ppv to start and we have to ask the "captain", who at the time was flirting with a few guys at a table bear by for 20 minutes, to change it to the fight. After a few minutes we were informed they aren't showing the fights. We ask for the manager and by the time he comes along the ppv is 40 minutes in. I told him we specifically came in for the fights and now we have to find another place, pay their cover, and miss half the ppv. He did comp our food (2 salads and wings) but still had to pay for all our drinks. Drinks that I would never of had if I knew they weren't showing the fights. This shows that management does not communicate with their staff nor know their clientele and their "captain" cares more about getting laid than actual customer service.

Very poor customer service...The girl on the phone said the happy hour started at 10 that night so we waited until 950 to go just to find out there was no happy hour that day. Once we sat we ordered beers which took a while to get and when we did my beer was flat. I got my meal almost 20 minutes before my boyfriend got his. My meal didn't look like the picture. It clearly shows 2 sliders with the 3 one cut off and I ended up getting 2 super dry salty sliders that were cut in half. It also took me a long time to get water. :/ I was so thirsty! !:/ Once we got the check the server quickly cleaned out table while we were finishing our beers. They had already mentioned last call so we knew we weren't going to get any more. During those 15 minutes the server came to us about 5 times to ask if we needed anything else. That would of been nice 45 minutes before closing out. Also they gave us a carrot that was a little rotten and to top it off my boyfriend got food poisoning. I hate leaving bad reviews but this place is pretty bad. :/ and also they never have the new wings they advertise.

The service was horrible. We waited over an hour and our food was still nowhere to be seen. We were told the manager was going to talk to us, but he also never came. We finally asked for the check and on our way out met with the manager Donald. He said he was sorry and that "his team was just not meeting the mark." He then said there isn't much he could do since we were leaving and thanked us for letting him know how we felt. I hope this place can run on "Thank you's!"

Our take out order took an hour to get ready and it was the wrong order!! I hate when managers try to offer you free stuff just for you to shut up!! Obviously I refused to get anything for free!! I just want my food that I payed for to be right!! NEVER going back here again!!

This place is really hit or miss... and I feel like the service is what turns people off. I work down the street and my co-worker and I have been ordering take out from BWW every Thursday [boneless special] for the past 2 months or so. The first several times we've had a great experience, which is the reason we keep coming back. Adriana [I believe that was her name] always gives the friendliest service and makes sure we're satisfied with our order before we leave. She is great, keep her around. The past 2 weeks though, I've had to deal with the unfriendliest service EVER from Erica. Look, I understand working with the public and dealing with people, I personally can't do it which is why I opted out of my retail job. Erica needs to learn how to suck it up, put a smile on her face, and be courteous if she wants to work with the public. She has given me MAJOR attitude with my orders and refuses to admit mistake. I've walked out very unhappy and unsatisfied the past two weeks. Her lack of customer service has left a very sour taste in my mouth and I'm not sure if I want to continue ordering my wings on Thursdays. I understand there isn't another location around, but that isn't an excuse for poor service.

Terrible. Waited a long time to be seated, waited for ever to get our food, wings were terrible, no plate, vegetables were all frozen. Just walk over to yard house and get far better wings and service there.

1star they tried to be freindly, horrible food , nachos were very bland, they don't have guacamole , wings are no big deal for $1.00 a piece, sandwiches were really bad, need to change menu, they had more staff than needed, however they were more interested in socializing amongst themselves, standing & talking, I was amazed at management, I'm sure they are running extremely high labor, since crew being there were standing & talking in front of kitchen door ,we're all these people training I thought?, but they were just talking.. It was like this for a good 45 min. They sent out a salad I ordered, no silverware, our waiter was no where to be seen, no plates, just little containers to share salad, oh they don't toss salads, to avoid cross contamination, every restaurant I have been to will toss a salad & wash the utensils. Finally I got upset & pulled over a captain , asked for silverware ,napkins & plates. I really think the menu needs to be updated for them to stay in business long term, just a hands down horrible product ,. Yard house is right next door & would burry these guys on all areas. Sorry buffalo you guys lost me & from what I'm reading many in the community.

My first visit and it's clear they are trying to get their rhythm (out of stock on food items). Not many places in the area match up when you want to watch a game, enjoy some redneck spicy chicken and meet a staff that likes what they are doing. If you are looking for something different in Northridge, easy to get bored here with food options, this will put some life into your day.

This place was a trip back to dorm food! The pretzels were ok, but the cheese sauce was DIGUSTING! It tasted like watered down cheese with salty seasoning mixed in! The burger was bad and so were the onion rings. The food tasted very processed. The celery and carrots were the best part of the meal. My buffalo wings were overcooked and were not dressed very well. Will never return.

The food was the only redeeming quality from our evening spent here. However, the service was dreadful. My girlfriend didn't get her drink until we were all done eating our food and ready to go, which was a good 40 mins after we ordered. When I raised this issue to the waiter, I just got excuses, but I don't know if there is ever a legitimate excuse for a drink order to take that long.

Horrible i was invited a week prior to my last visit by my friends and they paid for me and left a $2 tip .. on my second visit Zachary Forbes denied me service and told me he couldnt serve me at his bar as if he owned it .... i tried explaining to him that prior to that i had nothing to do with the bill but he kept insisting he wasnt going to serve me.... i quickly gathered managers and all my friends took info of him and report of discrimination ... i have a case opened against them since my lawyer told me its illegal for someone to deny you service based on a tip... I hope no one treats you like this Mr Zachary Forbes its really hurtfull expirience... If i would have been paying that night i would of understood him treating me like that but i didnt pay... i even tried offering him a tip and he humiliated me... im sure u got a family ZACHARY FORBES and always keep in mind that karma is a BItch

the only reason i am giving this 3 stars is because the food wasnt bad. but my experience here sucked. the service was horrible. my server only served my husband and son but failed to bring my drink (water) for a whole hour! then he gout out whole order wrong. he got my sons order right. but mine & hubs were completely wrong and we only ate half our food due to the error so we wasted money. he did give us a coupon for a free wing tester size. that helped but i would rather get the food i paid for! if i didnt love bww so much i would give it 0 stars !

This was a decent BWW location. Seems pretty new as I used to live in the valley and do not remember this location being here. In any case, this was your typical BWW experience and nothing out of the ordinary. I couldn't give more than two stars though because one of the wing flavors I just could not stomach. We placed a take out order so I can't really speak for the dining room service but the take-out host was prompt and courteous. They have multiple TVs streaming all the games on for the day so it is definitely a place for sports fans. Might be back if I'm craving wings and in the area.

  • Anthony S.

This is a Great place to watch any kind of sport, numerous TV's throughout the location. So anyplace you sit, You'll be able to see the game. The interior of this concept is very appealing, they should also bring that concept a little more in providing the best service and quality of food each and every time you visit,I of their locations. Be consistent. As for the food,eh. Really how many wings you going to eat. There are other menu items. This location was very clean and well maintained when I came, however its was early in the day.

    (3)
  • Denise E.

The wings are really great. The snack size is plenty and the happy hour beer and appetizers are good. Also, i love the servers. BUT the tables outside are GROSS. They are made of porous plastic that is sticky and dirty no matter how hard they try to clean them. So, stick to the inside and you will be fine.

  • Tracy K.

If I could've given NO stars, that would've been more apt. I will NEVER give this place a dime of my money. We put our name in for a table at 4:30pm. We finally got a text that our table was ready at 8:41pm!! That isn't a typo. We were told that the wait would be about an hour maybe 90 minutes. We ended up over at The Yard House who was able to seat us, feed us, etc and when we were leaving is when we got the text that our table was ready. Best part is the food isn't to die-for or unique in any way so... we out!

  • Erick E.

Our waitress came up to us immediately while we got seated. We knew what we wanted so we ordered right away. Beer came out fast and so did the food. I order a total of 4 Medium and 4 Honey BBQ. But instead I got 5 medium and 6 honey BBQ :') I think they were trying to get on my good side. The only downside to this experience is that the music was terrible. Like I'm talking almost ruined my meal bad.

I've been here a handful if times, and never had a bad experience. It really is the same as all the other locations, no better, no worse. I personally prefer this location because of the easy parking, and it's close to home. The wings are consistently good, the servers are always polite and attentive. Naturally, when it's very busy, you get less attention from the servers. Great happy hour deals.

    (4)
  • Ryan R.

After you're seated everything is great. Every server we've had has taken care of us. It's the hostesses that need to get their act together. They're the first people any customer sees upon entry and each time I come in here they act like I'm interrupting their conversation or like I shouldn't be coming in. The last time I put my name down and was about to walk away when I asked how long the wait was. She refused to give me a wait time but told me there were about 60 parties ahead of mine and some had been waiting for hours. Are you that incompetent to not realize that when 60 parties are ahead of the customer that it may be vital information to give to the customer? This would definitely govern whether or not they stuck around? You don't just say that you can't give me a wait time, simply saying "there is 60 parties ahead of you" is a wait time, which I had to push for to even get that info. Lastly, management was standing around checking out guests as they walked out, thats a customers wife your eyes are glued to, pervert.

MY REAL RATING FOR THIS PLACE IS -5. This is my first review EVER, and I just had to make time to figure out how to let other people know about this place and help them save there money. I gave this place another chance over and over again until they forced me to write this review. The wings they serve are horrible, there small and flat (not sure if its even real chicken to be honest).. Don't even get me started with the waitress, they all take for ever to attend you and usually forget to get you utensils or get your order wrong I'm sure I can keep going, but my point is that this place is a the worst buffalo wild wings I've ever bin to... Never again will I waste my money on this place.

Not the best place to go in. Each time I came here, I found myself annoyed. It's always crowded and takes a long time getting a table. Finally, when getting your table you have to sit and wait even longer for your food to get in front of you (The wait each time for me was 45 minutes). The servers seem not to care and don't have the best attitude. I will not be coming here anytime soon. The only thing that is good about this place that it's prices are cheap.

I am currently at this location of Buffalo Wild Wings. I am not pleased that we have to pay for this lack of real food. My first bite of boneless chicken wing felt like 100% gristle. My wings weren't covered in sauce but very sparingly sprinkled. The Angry Orchard tasted off. Don't come here expecting good decent food. My fiancé didn't even eat his. The server at the bar Brooke didn't even ask him if he liked it, or offer anything else. Just gave us the check. We watched her scratch some dirty stuff off of a beer glass while filling it, instead of getting a new clean one. Really? What a waste of good money! Won't be back to BDubs ever. Where's the owner? Clearly not here. I would give zero stars, but that's not allowed.

I went here twice already and both times were such disappointments. My best friend and I love chicken wings, and Buffalo Wild Wings really is the first place you think of if you want some good wings while you're watching sports with your friends. Although I have nothing to complain about their chicken wings, the service was horrible. The first time we were here, we waited for about 30 minutes before this lady took our order. She was just talking to her coworker about some shit while we were waiting there by the bar right in front of her. We had to ask this other waiter for our order bc she clearly was ignoring us. He then told the waitress that was supposed to have taken our order already that we had been waiting for so long. That's when she replied, "I know, but they can wait." Uhmm, WHAT. Girl, we are starving!! Last thing we wanted to do was to wait for 30 minutes without being accommodated. Our second visit was slightly better. We didn't have any problems with the service. But, the potato wedges with cheese that we ordered looked and tasted disgusting. It was dry and had no flavor at all. I still love their chicken wings, though...

Your experience at this Buffalo Wild Wings will be a hit or a miss. I have been here a few times now and visits have been better than others. I went yesterday, Memorial Day, around 5:30 with my family and they said our wait would only be about 5 minutes. After overhearing the girls at the front the wait was going to be longer because they apparently had a meeting going on. After 15 minutes we got to our table and the service was better than I have ever had at a BWW! The wings were great! I believe it's always best to go before the dinner rush because that's when you'll get the best service and the quality of the food is better because it's not rushed. The first time I went with my friends, we went later in the evening on a friday night around 9 pm. We waited around 40 minutes before we got sat down, but we know whenever you go to a BWW there will be a wait. The service overall was alright because it took the waiter awhile to take our order or give us the bill. The wings are decent and it depends on what you order. I ordered the Lemon Pepper, which are always my favorite, and I also ordered the Honey BBQ. The Honey BBQ were a little dry and needed more sauce. Things to make note of: -Parking will always be hectic and you will have to park far. -You will have a long wait during game days or later in the evening. -Your BWW experience depends on the time and day you go!

I think I give up on this place. I mostly order their lemon pepper wings and garlic Parmesan wings. I fell in love the first time I tried them here, they were cooked and seasoned perfectly. Unfortunately that was the only time I was happy with the service. I've been back almost 8more times since then, and I've been ordering the same thing over and over hoping to get the same results but I never do. My lemon pepper wings hardly get seasoned now, they seriously serve me plain friend wings that the waiter always apologizes for and takes them back to add more seasoning, but by now the seasoning doesn't stick to the wing. The garlic Parmesan wings look like the seriously just poured the mixture on top of the wings because they aren't even coated all the way. The last time I came here, one of the wings still had a feather in it that got fried along with the wing. The manager immediately came to our table and apologized and gave us a new batch. I'm not the type of person to make a big deal out of things at a restaurant. I respect the waitress/ waiters and I never insist on speaking with a manager for every little thing. With that said, I've never complained out loud about their food quality. In fact, I kept coming back hoping to get a service like my first experience but unfortunately it's not happening. I honestly give up coming here for wings or just food in general.

I came here on a Weds night and it was crazy busy. It took about 10 mins to be seated and it took awhile for the server to take our order. It was the first time I've ever been there and I asked the server for his recommendations for wings and he was this young guy that seemed really annoyed to take our order, or perhaps annoyed to be working there. He wasn't that attentive and it seemed like it almost hurt him to come by our table. It doesn't hurt to smile, c'mon dude, despite that, we still left the guy a 20% tip, because who knows maybe he was having a bad day. It was obnoxiously loud and the music was blaring, too. I felt like I was shouting and yelling to converse. I think all the CSUN students were there that night. I wasn't that impressed with the wings. I think the moment the server took my order, my experience went downhill from there. First impressions matter, so perhaps my server should have learned better customer service. If you're into watching sports, then this would be a great place to go, since they have a giant screen TV in the middle of the restaurant and TVs everywhere. They also have a great happy hour, BUT if you want subpar food and service then this place is for you.

The food is good just like every other BWW. Same environment and same great beer options. The inside is set up pretty well, with the bar set up in the middle. There's also sport memorabilia from local high schools...SFHS here! The TV set up is good but I would say burbanks is better. What does stand out here is the service! I don't know if it's somewhat new but the staff is great. Every time I come I get a wonderful waiter that's eager to take my order and just seems happy to actually be there lol unlike the service at Burbank yuck hate it there! Waiters act like they're too good. Usually, there's no wait around lunch time or on any other day unless of course it's a game day then be prepare to wait. I will stay faithful to this BWW I love coming here specially on happy hour lol

Unfortunately this is worst BWW ever. What sucks is that I thought it was a great idea to put a Buffalo Wild Wings here by the mall since this area is popular for people to hang out and it's right next to mall so I got really excited when it opened but it's just terrible here. The workers are all young like the workers you see working at the mall and most of them have no idea what they are doing. My fiancé and I have been here about 4 times just because it's the closest one to us, and we've had bad service every single time. Today actually, one of the waitresses was carrying potato wedges and she somehow knocked herself into our table and dropped a bunch of wedges on our table and some on my fiancé's foot. We don't get mad easily, especially since it was an accident, but this girl literally dropped all of that and then went to her coworker/friend and just looked at him and started telling him something like it was his fault and she didn't even say anything to us. She just walked away from it and made her coworkers clean it up and not even they said sorry. Finally, our actual waiter for the table saw it and apologized about it and actually cleaned it up. (The others just picked up the fries and still left the mess.) Horrible service... Also, they charge for ranch or any kind of dips you want now and I guess carrots and celery don't come with wings anymore.

This is my second time coming to this BWW. Horrible Horrible Horrible Horrible Horrible The manager or what is supposed to be a manager is a slob (dirty, unkempt beard- is that sanitary?) and had a piss poor reason for why a restaurant doesn't have coffee. They didn't have coffee. Really? I worked in the food and beverage industry for over twenty years and never once did we not have coffee aside from the maker being broken. In which case the management would go to great lengths to make sure the establishment had some. Just in case. Not make excuses like this manager. Oh, not to mention the amount of fruit flies buzzing around. That equates to poor cleaning behind the bar. Can someone call Bar Rescue?!?

Mehh. In theory this place should be really good! Wings. Sports. Drinks. Good atmosphere. What could go wrong right? Well a lot. First off the service is just as bad as everyone else is saying. I just waited an hour to finally get seated. Why make me wait another 30 minutes just to put in my drink order, or even be acknowledged that I'm sitting there? Also, the food is already cold by the time it comes out. Probably needs to go right back in the microwave where it came from. The only time it's worth considering coming here is for happy hour, when appetizers are dirt cheap. But even then, I'd probably pass.

Not a very nice experience when the waiters lie to you. It was my friends birthday, they sang happy birthday but didn't gave her cake because according to the "Captain" waiter they didn't have any more cake and didn't receive their shipment until Thursday. Next thing you know, there was another guest with a birthday, they sang happy birthday and surprisingly their was cake for that person. Why lie to the customer? The cake isn't coming off your paycheck. Not that I'm mad about not getting cake, I'm getting mad because she lied to us. Plus the wait time wasn't so good. Managers of this restaurant should tell the employees not to lie to the customer when it comes to that, because the truth will come out. I also did a corporate complain. Had to create this Yelp account since my friend told me about it, too let people know what type of service they'll receive at the places they visit.

Happened once, & this is how it went. My group ordered what we have wanted, & we waited there for about 30-35 minutes tops, & nothing. A few minutes later, one of the waiters show up to the table, and tells us, that the other waiter is "On break" so he will be serving us instead .. 10 minutes later our order finally showed up ! One of our guys who was dining with us, asked for medium chipotle sauce for his fries, & it took them over 10 minutes to bring it over to our table, with a little over 2 reminders. 10 minutes for a sauce in a small plastic container .. Hopefully, this does not happen again !

CLOSE THE DOORS PLEASE... Third time to visit its incredibly awful! Mediterranean salad served w ranch dressing, what they call a prime rib steak sandwich stuffed w meat is really fatty shredded something inedible slopped inside a flour tortilla w brown lettuce and chipotle sauce. The menu does not match what is being served and even if it did it would probably be gross! Even the homeless guy didn't want it he saw the symbol and picture and was like naw that stuff is horrible... In other words he'd rather starve

This was my second time trying Buffalo Wild Wings and my first time in this location. I used to be a fan of BWW, but after this experience, sadly no more. I was surprised to this place packed at 12am on a weekday, also considering the many other options for good food in the area. Firstly, the service was poor. We ordered about 40 wings for the 3 of us in various flavors including their XXX Spicy one. Disappointing! The XXX tasted sweet and the other flavors were also not as great as they used to be. After being unable to finish the wings, we asked for the check. Our waitress was no where to be found and after asking several times, we still didn't receive the check. Finally, I walked up to the manager who helped us with the transaction so that we can go on our way. If you love BWW, this may not be the location you want to stop by.

The food here is good but the customer service is the worst in the valley. The girls that work here are extremely rude. I came at a busy time, and was told that it was too busy to even put my name on the list. The young girl speaking to me didnt even make eye contact with me. I would not come here myself, with co-workers or to entertain my clients after my experience. A word to management- bring in some humble, hardworking and respectable employees to run this location. Really didn't want to give this place a bad review cause I really enjoy their wings...but the customer service was just horrible. Came here on a Saturday night for a party of two and the wait time wasn't that bad probably waited 20 minutes max. We got seated and our waitress came over and was not friendly at all. No customer service skills whatsoever...she just seemed like we were wasting her time or we were annoying her. We ordered a medium size wings plate and a basket of fries. When the food came over they didn't give us any napkins or extra plates to put the bones in and was also missing the celery and carrots. It was so hard to even get out waitress's attention...it almost took us over 10 minutes just to get a refill of water. Overall the food is great but I wouldn't come back here since they have very poor customer service. I will be going to the Burbank location even if it's a lot further.

We went to BWW in Northridge to celebrate my son's birthday. The celebration only started after we left. It was a horrible experience from start to finish. We waited 45 minutes for a table. (Which we understood, no problem). We asked for a table for 8 people we were sat at a booth with one chair on the aisle. I asked if we could move another table over so we would have room, for the birthday presence and cake and all. We were told they would do it. They seated all the other tables around us, no table was available to add to ours. Well, okay. Let's order some drinks, where is our waitress? Who is our waitress. She came took 3 of the 5 peoples drink orders and left. Came back with the 3 drinks and we asked if we could order more drinks, and we got a look from her like we just asked her to go out to the parking lot to wash our car or something. The rest of our party arrives. We wait again for drink service to the ones that arrived. Well, you get the picture. This went on all night with our food order. The food was absolutely horrible. I could make better, and I am a terrible cook. We asked for the "birthday treatment" we got the cake, but was told that the game was on, so they couldn't sing Happy Birthday. Just threw down the dried out piece of cake and didn't even ask anyone else at the table if they wanted dessert. As I said, the best part of the evening was finally walking out!

Lots of TVs showing all the games? Check. Surround sound for the MAIN game (we all know that means the Warriors ATM).. Check. Good wings? Check. Sounds pretty good so far but... Skrrrrrrrrrrrrrt!!!!! Is this the perfect sports bar? NO! Hell no! Let me tell you.. Parking sucks. Service is slow and incompetent. Mixed drinks are SO diluted, regardless of whether you order at the bar or at a table. We ordered a whiskey and Coke, and it just tasted like Coke. If you wanna get ripped off, come right on over! I really wish there were more sports bars in the valley. Go to White Hart Pub for real drinks and better wings. Come here if you'd like to get ripped off on light pours. My grandma serves manlier drinks than this place.

I am a frequent visitor to buffalo wild wings however this was my first visit to this location. I usually love this restaurant but this was by far the WORST experience I've ever had at a buffalo wild wings. Not only was the staff rude but the food this time was nasty. Not only was the order wrong but the food was very cold. I understand that when you order take out it may not be as hot as in the restaurant but I live a few blocks from the restaurant and it was as if my food had been in the fridge all day. I decided to try and eat it anyways. I was two wings into my boneless wings I got quite the surprise. I was stabbed in the mouth with a bone... that came from my boneless wings. I have tried to call 3 times and no one answers the phone. I will be disputing the charge with my bank.

I have been to many SoCal BWW locations and all were mediocre, this was the worst of them all. Friday night with basketball games on, I understand the wait time. Not a problem. Our server Jasmine was absolutely horrible. Never made eye contact with us and gave us condescending answers. She asked us what we wanted to drink blah blah and my bf said water. Then he proceeded with his food order. Jasmine interrupted him and asked, "But what did you want to drink?" He repeated himself then continued with his food order. She once again interrupted with, "So are you ready to place your food order? WTFF?? Girl, why don't you shut up and listen. My bf and I were gong to share "The Sampler" (nachos/onion rings/mozzarella sticks/ boneless wings) she answered with, "We do not offer that right now." Ooookaay?? So we opted or just wings and a basket of fries. Happy Hour started at 10pm so we ordered some beer and $3 mozzarella sticks. She replied with "sorry nope we ran out." and walked away. Oooookay... The problem is not that you ran it, (but was it really that busy? Don't you guys plan to have a huge crowd on a Friday game night???) The way she answered us because the lack of supplies from the company is the problem. I know its not her fault, trust me I know the feeling but don't make us sound stupid for even trying to order such food items YOU offer. Boyfriend had a couple questions regarding draft beers, she just tossed the drink menu to him and said its on here and walked away. All in all, just a "poopy" experience and I left with sour attitude. Date night ruined and my mojito didn't even take the edge off. BWW management, please check your employees, seems that they always have some sort of sass every time i go. Such a waste of a fun restaurant.

The food was great but the service was terrible !!! The host Jessica looked like she didn't know what she was doing AT ALL WHATSOEVER!! She told me it was a 45 minute wait & I waited for 1 hour & a 1/2!!!! What is that ! & only to find out she wrote down my number wrong so that's why I never got the text that my table was ready. I seriously think she should get re trained on how to be a host. She also had an attitude with me when I told her she got my number wrong. In my opinion she should get trained again on how costumer service works or just get fired. I'm unpleased with Jessica's service. Other than that, the food & waiter were great !!

I love bdubs, I love their wings. Hosts/hostess however should greet with a hello or good evening at least, not "how many".

Grand opening was just a few days ago. Place was super packed and the hostesses had no idea who was next to be seated. It took my party one hr to get seated. Due to Apparently someone having crossed out my parties name!!The hostesses were not able to give us an estimated time to be seated...management get on that. I understand the place just opened but the sooner this gets address and corrected the better BWW will be. This is a great location, right next to the mall, theater, and close to California State University Northrigde. Service from our waitress was awesome. We had a birthday in our group and for that you get a piece of cake and shout out !!!! Happy birthday nephew! Outdoor seating is available. This location also has a juke box for a price. The bar is in the middle back of the Restaurant. Wings are Great, good taste and warm. Will give them another shot in the future. hoping next time it will be a five star experience.

What a mess! What is going on here? All the reviews were and are right! I couldn't help but try it out because the prices are so awesome! If you think you are a patient person or have a date that swears he/she is calm and patient, bring them here! Lord I don't understand. Our food took forever to come out! No refills on anything! The female waitresses are interested in flirting with male groups. At one point I saw four female waitresses chatting with two male patrons. Our waitress was one of the 4 girls enamored with the guys. They must have been good looking or good tippers because wow, the girls couldn't step away from them. F our refills! LOL I guess girls are usually used to getting attention. Guys-it's your turn! Definitely don't recommend this place unless you want dinner and a show.

I usually don't judge restaurants super hard, but my girlfriend is considering employment here so we decided to go eat there to check out the vibe and see if it was worthy. Let me tell you, I didn't even have to come into this place with a "judgmental attitude" to disapprove of it. From initial entry it was dirty and the music was horrible and way too loud. I saw trash on the ground and it just had a scummy vibe. My girl and I decided to sit in the bar area and ordered our drinks. She asked the waitress if they could make a certain drink, giving the ingredients of it to the waitress and she confirmed that yes, they could make it. Sure enough, the drink was made incorrectly, but they did very willingly make a new one. We finally got to order our food, and the waiter was clearly new (not a big deal, we weren't bent toward him at all and he did a pretty good job). I got wings and my girl got a chicken wrap. I asked the waiter for an extra side of blue cheese dressing for my wings and after he left not 15 seconds later someone brought me the blue cheese dressing in a little cup. Like.....we JUST ordered our food, why did u bring this? We laughed, it was pretty funny. When the food came they neglected to bring napkins (there weren't even any there on the table in the first place). I ordered wings...napkins are a must!!!...and they forgot the included celery and carrots... not a super big deal.... but the main complaint we had and the reason for the 1 star was the quality of food. The wings were definitely mediocre, I had leftovers and decided to not even take it home with me and my girls wrap tasted EXACTLY like Taco Bell or Del Taco, but for triple the price. We won't be going back anytime soon and she will not be taking a job with them, lol.

I love the wings, period. The service really is unacceptable. I sat at the bar and waited 5 minutes without anyone approaching me to greet or ask me anything. The two ladies working the bar were busy talking and giggling with each other rather than circling the area. The bar was not clean, no one even noticed I sat down or left. Stay away from Northridge

I was so disappointed with my visit here. Our wings were okay, but the service is what really irked me. The waitresses seem to be more busy chit-chatting than paying attention to their customers. Our server Jasmine didn't come back to check on us once. The workers seem like they don't want to be working and the manager just runs around like a helpless person. Definitely won't be coming back to this establishment.

When it comes to chain restaurants, I usually like to check reviews for customer service purpose, as I know the food is the same as . But we came here last minute after a game. With that being said, I saw the overall 2 star rating as I'm arriving at this location and thought "yikes it's going to be an interesting dining experience" Well it was definitely a dining experience. A very good one that is! We arrived around 2:30pm on a Saturday with about 20+ people. We were quickly accommodated and seated within minutes. We sat out in the shaded patio area all in one long table. It was a beautiful day to be out, so it was perfect. The 2 servers assigned to our table were such amazing guys. Funny and very attentive! They provided us with everything we ask for and they didn't forget considering how large our party was. I wish I would've taken down their names so I can give them some credit here for doing such a good job. By the way, the food was pretty amazing too. Everything came out perfect!

The girl that takes ur name down for the wait list her name is Vanessa she is so unprofessional not customer oriented and she is so rude she called me a bitch to her co worker Jessica what Vanessa's dumb ass doesn't know is that I am a professional lip reader and I will make sure I get a hold of her corp office and let them know !!! .. If I really wanted to I could make this gonzo nosed little girl cry but I'll just blast her on yelp and call corp on her .. FYI stay away from Vanessa in the front she has long black hair caterpillar eyebrows and a big ass nose that curves in u can't miss it but If u every encounter her give her a taste of her own medicine ... Also I don't know why they have 6 seat seaters or hostess and not enough waitresses or waiters so dumb they told me that the 30-40 min wait list goes by how many waiters they have and not by how many seats are available ... How does that make sense ?? Hire more waiters and less hostess with rude customer service ... No wonder they get so many complaints and so many unhappy customers !!!!!

Came in after seeing a movie on a Sunday to try it out. The greeter at front wasn't very friendly, but our server was. We ordered 2 small boneless wings, and a beef patty burger. The service was generally quick. The wings came slathered in sauce, and were pretty much chicken nuggets with sauce on top. The burger's bun was chewy (ew), and the patty didn't seem to be completely, if not mainly, beef. The fries were good, but even with the BBQ seasoning on the burger, it still felt plain. We didn't finish either. I don't plan on coming back here, or going to any Buffalo Wild Wings. Obviously, you go for the sports and beer; not the food.

    (2)
  • Richard G.

It's what you would except: wings beer sport. Wait can be long but that's not a bad thing necessarily; doing something right if you got people out the door at midnight. Looking for some good wings and beer, give it a try I challenge them though, I ate the 10 scale spicy wings without water. Give me the burn! Make it hurt! Lol

We have been going here every weekend for the past year. We have always been very pleased and happy with our service. Last few months we have been traveling and have come back two times in a weekend and did not recognize anyone. Not to mention the servers were horrible. We have been coming here from Agua Dulce and have been bypassing the bww in canyon country for the same reason. we are DONE with bww and time to find a new place...

So sad that this place went downhill quick. The last few times that I've gone service and food have been so bad. One time the hostess didn't even write my name down and then 20 mins later tried to act like she didn't remember me, even though I was one of few people when I got there and was sitting in front of her the entire time. When it comes to the food I don't know if it's the waiters and waitresses putting orders in wrong or if it's the kitchen messing up. They just never can get it right. The chicken and fries taste stale and they are never seasoned properly, I always have to ask for extra sides and just do it myself. This bww just needs a new management team that's going to keep everything in check.

Wait time for a table 45 mins on a Wed night? Service is realllllyyyy slow!!! 20 mins to flag our waitress to get us a check. :/ I wasn't impressed with this place at all. The wait time was sooo not worth it. The server sucked really bad and at the end she even said my name is ______ make sure to ask for me next time. haha what a joke. I'll make sure to never ask for you EVER again. I'll be nice and won't insert the name. As far as the food, the nachos were not good at all, cold and I had better. The wings were at least decent but the sauces can be tricky so make sure you get the good ones. All in all, I wasn't impressed and I don't plan on coming back anytime soon.

This place will never cease to amaze me. Walked up there was a crowd. Ok expected. Saturday night I get it. There is a huge patio with 15 or so tables empty. I think hey its nice out we can sit outside. Well guess what. They are sorry but there is no server for that area. Well there are a few people there eating. Guess they went and got their own food? Every time I come here I swear I'm never coming back. Worst run chain restaurant I have ever come across. I can not believe this place is allowed to be run this way even with all these glowing reviews. It's not a coincidence you have so many bad ratings. Take care of your customers and staff your building on a Saturday night.

This is the 6th time I have eaten here. The last time was really good but we sat at the bar. We came in around 6:40 and requested an outdoor seat when nobody was outside, literally no tables were full. We were told 20 minutes. It's 7:18, and we have just been seated- 38 minute wait. Came in after they texted us, went to be seated and were told no tables were available outside, when there were still a minimum of 5 available. What a way to treat your customers. In addition, we were seated at the table and as we were directed to the table the male hostess wiped food off the table with the menus. Horrible! Thankfully our waitress was great. Brenda was the saving grace. No fault of hers but our sodas were flat .... Let's see what happens now.

I've given this Buffalo Wild Wings quite a few tries. Pretty much always have long wait times and mediocre service. Today however, I happened to have worst service I could have ever had at a restaurant. Server wasn't attentive at all, we didn't have napkins until the middle of the meal. When we got our meal, it was wrong. Server didn't even ask if the meal was correct, just dropped it off and left. Took another couple minutes to get his attention to get it corrected. When finally got our correct meal and guess what!?! We don't have utensils. Nonetheless this is a very convenient location, so I'll probably be back. Hoping not to have this same kind of service though.

As much as a I love chicken wings and all the sauce choices here, all the frustrations and trouble that comes with visiting this location is just not worth it. Been back here twice to dine in and another for take out after my first visit when they barely opened. The take out experience was horrible, took close to an hour for the a simple order of 12 wings to come out. The dine in experiences were even worse! Both times were with a party of no more than 4 yet wait time was about an hour even with plenty of empty or uncleaned tables. When we were eventually seated it was a mission to flag down our server for anything. Drinks take forever to come out and food takes even longer (five-ever?). Plenty of TVs around but want a channel change? Good luck. I swear they must hire new employees every day or something because everyone seems lost and they are clearly lacking communication. Gave this place enough chances, won't be back, unless dragged by people (kicking and screaming the entire way).

First of all this is Buffalo Wild Wings so don't go expecting fine dining and excellent service. I had to read the menu to our server when she disagreed with me that what I ordered came with a specific side other then French fries. The best part is her name tag said she was a trainer. Her response once I read the menu was that it must have changed and she would have to check with the kitchen. If your a trainer know your menu and bar drinks. She didn't even know if the bar could make a blended margarita that was only strawberry. The food was just like every bw3s so at least that wasn't a surprise. It's still better then he Burbank location which looks like a health department violation waiting to happen.

I went during Happy Hour on a Thursday so I actually had a good experience to report back from. Granted they are a brand new location with just happening to have opened this year so the staff appear to still be working their kinks out. The Good There was alot and I mean alot of staff. I've never seen so many people waiting to serve you. At least I think they were waiting to serve you ? it was confusing because I always saw 4 or 5 people standing behind the host entrance at all times. - They had boneless wings specials on Thursdays and Bone-in Wings specials another day of the week. - Happy Hour Beer was super cheap. I think it was $3 for a jack and coke. - They split the bill for a group of 12 of us and i was impressed. - They have TV's everywhere, alot of TV's and really big ones too showing alot of games. The Bad I don't recommend the boneless wings. Might just be personal opinion but I like Bone-in wings.

This place isn't as bad as everyone is saying... I mean its like any other bdubs, except the service here is prettttty slow, and the servers aren't attentive to what the customer needs which I guess gives this place a low rating. But other than that the food here is like any other bww restaurant, the wings are good, there's a variety of flavor but make sure you try them first (you can ask the waiter to try them before hand) because you do not want to regret getting a bad flavor and just end up not eating your meal lol yes it has happened to me when I decided to get the curry flavored wing... GROSS but I definitely learned my mistake. My favorite is the Asian Zing, its sweet and abit spicy but its so good ! I also like to get the Mango Habanero which is straight fire in your mouth ! that sauce is pretty good too if you like sweet and spicy, but sometimes it gets abit spicy for me. Good place to go to if its on a weekday around 2-5pm... lunch rush is over and its before dinner ! other than that this place gets super crowded. OH! and tuesdays after 2pm appetizers are $3 & its .70 cent wings... but prices have been going up... so call to make sure! if you just want a casual place to drink and get wings, hang out with friends, this is a good place to go to.

Our server jasmine was awesome that was the best part of my experience here. Shitty parts- we were waiting to be seated for about 45 minutes. There was a lot of empty tables but they kept us waiting when they could have easily seated the people that were waiting They kept blasting music so loud like it was a club it was getting hard to hear the game or even communicate to ye person sitting in front of me. The wings were ok. Nothing amazing. Pizza Hut has better wings. I would have given this place one star but our server was pretty awesome. She was very busy but she would come by whenever she would get a chance to see if we needed anything. The bathrooms are gross. The girls bathroom was dirty.. And one of the stalls had fresh period stain on the rim of the toilet. When our server went on break I asked the server that had stepped in for her for a fork and I didn't get it until about 20 mins later. Definitely not coming back. First time. Last time.

Opted for this location instead of the one in Burbank cause it's so close. Honestly, driving further would have been a lot better. The wait was nothing out of the ordinary, I feel like that's the estimate I always get. My review isn't about the restaurant itself, it's more so based on my server. Since I work at two restaurants I know how it feels to get a table right before your shift is over. But seriously? My two friends and I didn't ask for much; I always try to be extra nice to my servers wherever I go. Just cause I get treated like shit on a daily basis. It took 15-20 minutes JUST for my friend's blueberry iced tea or whatever. When I asked about it she said that the bar was backed up and she'll get it to us as soon as possible. Ok, I get it. So continuing on our food didn't take as long to arrive and they tasted fine. We like bone-out, so we wanted forks to save the mess of dirty fingers with sauce everywhere. I asked my server multiple times with her saying "sure thing, I'll be right back with those" every single time. Guess what? She never brought our forks. Instead I saw her walking around in the section we were seated in, talking to some old guys sitting at the table behind us. Then she started cleaning up the rest of her dirty tables, made eye contact with me, and continued doing whatever she was doing. As a person with a very low tolerance for betchezzz, I could say I was doing pretty well with containing my anger. Eventually I had to flag down a guy who ran the food to us for two damn forks lol. And while my server was still cleaning up her tables, she took a short break to introduce the girl that was going to be taking us over. After my former server left, I asked our new server who would be getting the tip. When she told me she would be receiving it, I simply said "ok, good" and went the rest of my meal with no trouble. So to that blonde haired skinny white girl who served us first - like I said earlier in the review. It sucks to get a table right before you leave. But there are better ways to go about it. Watching you disregard us for a couple of old men a foot away from us, eh. Watching you bend over your table quickly to put your tip inside that cute little pouch you had, ehhhh.... Watching you give us the stink eye as if we were bothering you, ughhhhhhh. The only reason I gave this place two stars was 1) there was nothing wrong the our food or drinks and 2) the girl who took over our table was super friendly and I was happy to tip 20%-30%.

I am really unhappy right now, we did a 5 order lunch run for boneless wings, I am the one who called the order in, and I ordered a 8 piece, two flavor for myself. When the girls got back with the food, my order of 4 extra wet parm garlic boneless wings had hardly any sauce on them and my lemon pepper wings had no seasoning!!!!!... so i"m sitting here writing this review while looking at my four fried tasteless chicken nuggets. I was really looking forward to trying the lemon pepper for the first time . I am pretty upset that it seems who ever the cook is, they definitely need to get it together !!. The girl who finally took my order after the first female put me on hold for a little over 5 minutes, was very nice and did her job as best she could. WING STOP is now my new wing hook up place..

  • Ej F.

(+) Generous amount of TVs, almost obnoxiously everywhere but that is expected and appreciated, especially during football season (+) Menu has a lot of options, for a sports bar type place... not bad (+) Pretzel appetizer, one of the best I've ever had.. warm, fluffy, delicious! (+) Service was fine, a lot of the complaints here may be related to when it just opened (before staff was experienced/trained well) or during really busy times. I went here on a weekday for lunch, not a huge crowd and got seated right away... enough of a server:diner ratio at the time. (-) Wings were ok, should not have gotten boneless... in comparison though I like Wing Stop a little bit more but they don't serve fresh carrots/celery sticks on the side. And Wing Stop gives so many french fries but they're so salty... almost inedible but I digress. (-) Disappointed in the quality of sauces, even the ranch dipping sauce was weak and watery. The Korean BBQ seasonal wing sauce was too sweet and the spicy garlic was not that spicy.

I ordered a large order of boneless wings for my family to share with honey BBQ sauce on the side as I had to drive a bit to get home and didn't want then getting soggy. I made the mistake of not checking the bag and got home to realize they gave me one tiny container of sauce for like 20 wings. Not sure if that's standard but if so that's ridiculous. It was about 5 wings worth of sauce. Super annoying. Check your bag!

as a college student, Buffalo Wild Wings is supposedly all the rage for teens and young adults. My boyfriend and I finally gave it a chance, and we were severely disappointed. Not only in ONE dish that we ordered, but TWO dishes contained some kind of hair in our food. We had corn dogs, and while I looked down at the last two pieces, I noticed a mid-haired black strain of hair wedged in between them. I tried to be nice and just ignore it because our waiter was kind and it was our first time, but when we got our hot wings, the same thing happened. Halfway through eating, my date picked up a long strain of hair out of my food.. I can't even believe that a new restaurant would be so gross. We paid 40 dollars for 1 basket of corn dogs, 2 orders chicken wings, and 2 samples of unknown DNA. ALSO Why are you guys so sparing with your sauce? It's as if someone literally grabbed a paintbrush and lightly brushed the THINEST layer of sauce over a super hard and crunch nugget. Never coming here again, so disappointed.

I love the hell out BWW no matter where it's at because wings are good and good for you. If you hit this place up during happy hour on one of their wing special days, you will be money. Mango Habanero and Hot BBQ are my favorite sauces. I find that the heat level varies greatly between visits. Some days Mango Habanero will kick my ass and other days I can shove an order of Blazin down my throat and be cool. I find this spot to be a lot better than the Burbank location in terms of wait times but that's the only advantage they have. No basket of fries on the happy hour deals here is a huge buzzkill and is the reason they get 4 stars instead of five. Burbank also has Wing Wednesday which many other locations do not. Other locations need to step their game up! I'm trying to eat wings on a recession budget!

In terms of take out, my expirence was good. Ordered 30 wings and fries over the phone. Food was ready in about 35 min. I got home and wings were still hot, flavor was good. And they were nice n saucy ( not like wing stop ). I love the mango habanero! Will order take out again to see if the service is consistent.

My sisters and I come here a lot. We love our wings and the different choices of sauces. I haven't had a bad experience and our waiters have always been nice and attentive. The only thing I see as a negative is that when you go in they sometimes have seats available that you can clearly see open, but yet they make you wait. It hasn't failed each time I go here we are always told that there is at least a 20 minutes wait, which is often not the case. However, I don't think it's a huge deal so keep coming back.

Sigh, tried to give this place another try. Before arriving, I called and asked if the NTN Buzztime and poker are working on the tv's. I was told yes. Arrived, waited 15 minutes, and we're seated. NO TRIVIA OR POKER. Asked to talk with the manager, waited 8 minutes when he came by and told us it was working and now it is off. So not believing that. Three times in three months and it is still not working. For my fellow Buzztime friends, do yourself a fair and avoid the Northridge Buffalo Wild Wings. Go to Black Angus or BWW in Sherman Oaks.

I've came here 4 times. The service is always horrible. H-O-R-R-I-B-L-E. Wait for two was close to 40 minutes. Servers have sucked 3/4 times I have been here. Maria was amazing, though !! Always and only ever get her if you can. Don't get mixed drinks. They're horribly sweet. Most taste like Gatorade on the rocks. Stick to beer. Can't go wrong with a cold IPA. Even then it will take you 15 minutes to get it. Servers instantly vanish after they take your order. Had no napkins. Wings were cold by the time I finally received some. I've had 3 terrible servers but I won't mention names because I am also a server and will not risk someone's job. But honestly, if it weren't for the happy hour I would never step in this place. From now on, I'd rather spend the extra money and walk over to Yardhouse. Can I give less than I one star, please?

    (1)
  • Paul L.

Both Sherman Oaks, and Northridge are OK. Definitely waited more than 40 minutes for a table. Even after receiving a table, took them 30 minutes to ask us what drinks. They're definitely slow on service, I do understand that we came on a weekend. BUT, that slow just to get drinks? Come on. I might as well have gone to Yard House, and waited the same amount of time to get seated, and better food. These guys really need to kick it into high gear, and get things done faster. Wings we ordered were alright, fries came cold, fried pickles were alright( I thought they'd be better, I guess not.) Only good thing the waiter did was refill our drinks, and remembered who they belonged to.

My review is "slanted" Hey so a friend and I went here the other day.. And honestly we had a good time! Our server, Spencer, was great and attentive to our needs, the staff knew my friend and they were all almost very polite and introduced themselves happily! (The one thing that actually kind of aggravated me moderately was this particular employee, who I guess was REALLLLLY good friends with my friend- I honestly don't mind people stopping by and chatting with him (or us) for a minute or two! But this girl stopped by so frequently and stayed such a long time talking to my friend that she was actually being intrusive-- like cutting off conversation rude intrusive. You know, the only other reason I would ever think this is rude is because she actually IGNORED me while talking to him.. She made eye contact like twice and spoke not ONE word of greeting to me. Yep, this is a problem, imho, because my friend and I spent like a quarter of her just talking to him... -facepalm-) I'm posting 3 stars because my friend Favio is a great server and so is a good portion of the staff! Great food, hooked up, love the place. 2 stars cause of the situation, and also I tend to notice that the food comes out slower than what I would expect, and some hosts/servers do tend to gossip when there's people waiting.

Best place for wings, drinks and watching games . Our server Jasmine was amazing always on top of things . Making sure we were okay , the wings were very good . Couldn't have gone to a better place . Jasmine made it a great experience. Will be returning .

Stopped by this Buffalo Wild Wings last Friday because a friend of mine came down to visit from Vegas. I usually don't have any real issues when it comes to BWW. The wait can be long depending on the size of your group and if there's a game going on that night, but for the most part it's all understandable. If you come around prime time and you have a large group, I would expect to wait no less than forty minutes, if we don't then that's a blessing! I tend to read reviews before I write my own and there seems to be massive issues with customer service here, but personally, I felt like our waitress was kind and did her best to tend to what we ordered. I thought it was impressive that she was able to hear all of our orders over the rowdiness of the people at the bar. The wings are good enough for me. I tend to get just a small order of wings; flavored Asian Zing and something else if I'm feeling like trying something different. I really love their mozzarella sticks and their onion rings. The prices aren't that bad either. If you're not too concerned with counting your macros or calories, should definitely come here with some friends if you're looking to just feel like you're in high school all over again.

We wanted to try this place because it recently open a few weeks ago. The restaurant was nice inside but the seating is kind of ackward. We were seated at table next to a dividing wall that separates the one side of the room from the center. On the other side of the wall was a high rised table which overlooked the wall so the people at the table can look down on you. It felt kind of weird so we moved to another table. You can barely have a conversation in the restaurant because the music is too loud. I dont know if it's because we were seated in the center of the restaurant where the bar and speakers are located at but you can barely hear people's conversation. Our server was nice and friendly. She greeted us promptly and took our order within a few minutes. However, she only came by once to check up on us. Luckily, we didnt need a drink refill or else we would be waiting for a while. When we finished our lunch and walked out of the restaurant, we saw 5 employees standing at the front counter talking to one another. Not one of them ever thanked us for dining at the restaurant as we walked out the restaurant. I couldnt believe it. Even my daughter who is 12 years old noticed it. These employees need to learn what customer service is.

I'll give 3 stars since they just opened. I came here with my friends on aug 7 at around 7:30pm. It was SOO crowded. People were just hanging around outside until they could get in. Some of the staff even came out with trays of sauces and fried pickles for people to try while they waited, so that was nice. They told us (7 people) it'd be an hour wait or 40 mins for takeout. We decided to wait so we could check the place out too. An hour later (8:30pm), our buzzer glowed red and we got in! Boy, was it crowded. AND loud! The music was blasting. Server asked what sauces we wanted to try so we got samples that came with some fries. Different server comes and takes our order. This wait plus the wait for the food to come out took another hour. We get the food at about 9:30pm. FOOD: It was Thursday so we all got $.65 boneless wings. It was good but I wish it came with more sauce... I love wings so I'm not too picky. -ghost pepper: the sample was not that spicy so we thought we could handle it. We were so so wrong. My friend ordered snack size (7) and he ate 5 of them because I took 1 and another took 1. He drank 4 cups of water. It's SUPER SPICY. We turned pink and then sort of pale-ish after drinking so much. Then we were shivering from the ice cold water apparently. -blazin': due to the GP sample, we thought the spicy ones weren't too bad. Yeah, this is the spiciest on their menu and I see why. I normally love spicy but this was too much for me. I drank 3 cups of water and took leftovers home for my dragon mom who loved them. -salted caramel: I had to try a piece from my boyfriend's because I was dying from the spicy GP and blazin' wings. It was good. He really liked it. The sort of bad and the really bad: -server gave us individual checks but messed them up. He said he wasn't sure if he got them right but my friend just said that he did so he wouldn't get bummed out. It's okay. We just payed each other for the mess ups. No big deal. It also took really long to get a to-go box because he forgot the first time I asked :( -the really bad for me was the loud music. It was just so difficult to hear each other and the server. Oh and the long 2 hour wait. I'd come back when it's not so crowded.

This place is the worst when it comes to service. Don't remember that we were at the bar waiting for a table. Couldn't remember our order. Waited a long time for our food. The worst thing about it is, that this isn't the first time. Every time I've come here the service gets worse and worse. The only thing this place has going for them is that it's a chain and the food is better than hooters. Also, it seems that the people that they hire can't seem to remember anything that you ask for an order. Seems like they came from continuation school for this position.

Very nice establishment. However, since this is a new establishment it needs improvement. For starters, the hosts that seat you or take your name when experiencing high attendance: they need training or something because it seems like they didn't receive customer service training. They seem like they don't want to be there at work (which maybe they don't most likely) but cmon. If you decide to go to work, work and provide customer service for the customers if not- go back home please. The waiters and waitresses: they have improved but they still need training. They may be college students, I get it but don't treat me or my family like college students who will settle with Ohkay service. Food: the food and drinks are delicious as always at all BWW but sometimes this location decides to pull out the rookie card. Overall, come here before 7pm because that's when you'll get the "best of the best". Anytime after that- avoid and go to either the Burbank or Sherman Oaks.

It was my first time trying buffalo wild wings, I can honestly say it was an amazing experience. I loved the cheese sticks, the onion rings, and the freaking nachos were so delicious. As for the wings I got the boneless asian zest I think its called. Everything i got was so good. and the waiter was very helpful.

One of the worst experiences I have ever had at a BWW...And I have been to a few multiple times. I was super excited when one was opened up closer to where I live, but the reviews had me worried. And I should have listened to them. But, instead, we decided to try take-out....ya...never again! The first mistake was up charging me $20. My total should have been $74.10....but instead they charged me $96. After waiting on hold for 10-15 minutes, a manager finally corrected the total. We get there to pick it up, It seemed good. There wasn't a long wait to pick it up. The girl reassured me the order was all there. The girl that checked me out was very nice. But when we are almost home, we get a call that they forgot a bag....WTH? So we turned around to go get the other bag..meanwhile the food is getting cold. We thought it was odd that there would be 4 bags...but we weren't able to check in the car. When we got home, we discovered that they made our order twice. So we had doubles of everything. While that may seem awesome.. free food and all. It just further shows how incompetent they are there...and how easy they could forget items or get the order completely wrong. By the time we got home with everything, the food was soggy and cold. Flavor was still good, but the sogginess really took away from the flavor... I usually listened to the bad reviews...If there are many of them, there is a good chance it is a warning...and it was definitely so in this case. No matter how close they may be, I will go back to taking my money to Sherman Oaks, least every time I have been there, it has been nothing but awesome. Maybe...and that is a strong maybe, I will consider trying this place again when I see it has seen a complete change in staff....And less negative reviews... Very very very disappointed!

The only reason we gave them two stars is because the wings were alright and our server Diego was a nice guy. It could have been worse...like their dirty bathrooms could have also been radioactive. I reserve one star reviews for such instances. The long backstory... All in all, we waited two hours to be seated. In that time we had the displeasure of getting very acquainted with their dirty bathrooms and shotty front desk staff. The tatted bag of douche (BOD) who put us on the list estimated 35 minutes. After about an hour of waiting we asked why it was taking so long, especially since booths had just opened. He said there were people ahead of us and told us it would be another 15 minutes. After waiting another half hour, they sat a party down that came in half an hour AFTER us, we asked to speak to his supervisor. He stated, "I said 'about', it could be more or less" and proceeded to give us some brah-titude in front of other guests. When we spoke to the newly anointed supervisor about his bad service, he tapped his broseph on the shoulder and said...I shall talk to him. No apology, no free wings, no nothing. That was free wing worthy, dammit. To top it all off they sat us right next to the front desk where we could enjoy more of his douchebaggery for hours. Argh. Still upset about not getting any free wings tho.

The food was good, but there is a lack of management. As my girlfriend and I got sat down we order drink. She order a soda and I order a Corona. Our appetizer arrive before our drinks. Then they brought us water, then she told me they ran out of coronas 15 minutes later. As she told me this she still have not brought the soda my girlfriend soda. I decided not to order any other beer because I was afraid they will take another 15 minutes. As I am ready to pay the check I review the bill and noticed they charge us for ranch and celery sticks. When she asked us if we wanted celery sticks and what dip. I found it weird to asked since it's always included. They state I order from the special and that it was cheaper than the regular meal. Perhaps it's true, but it was bad business practice as they didn't tell me it was .60 cent more for each add on. Since they took forever to bring our drink out I noticed a bunch of employees working very slow. They had so many employees but working on one speed. I saw this waitress flirting with one guy eating alone. I think the manager is focusing on hiring pretty girls Instead of people with experience. Hope they change things around because I'm not planning to return anytime soon.

I love BWW. I really do. But the workers at this place need to get some training on how to properly coat the wings in their sauces. I kid you not, but some of my wings had no sauce on them. Too bad I don't have a pic. On the other hand, my friend got a free beer only because it took them 40 minutes to give it to him.

This is the third and final time that I will come here. I used to love Buffalo Wild Wings because they have awesome wings but now I'll never go back again. The service sucked so much, we were not approached for at least 10 minutes and then it took another 10 for us to place our orders. This is not the first time this has happened, I gave this location 3 chances and each time it was the same. Also I only went for the Wing Tuesday and Boneless Thursday. Buffalo has raised their prices so much. It's not 60¢ a wing anymore it's more like 70¢, they charge for the carrots and celery, and they even charge for the ranch.. The soda costs $3 here and that's as much as a beer during happy hour. They are clearly wanting more money and they are severely understaffing to make even more. I'll never come back again, Wing Stop is my place to go now.

Waiting to be seated is pointless.. Say you need to go to the bathroom or you just want to walk around check for open spots... There will be at least about 8 spots open. 8 spots open or half of the 8 tables that are open are still dirty and have not been clean. Ive been here multiple times.. HIGHLY RECOMMEND THE BAR (GREAT SERVICE) !!!!!! On the other hand, another visit, i had to stand right at the podium where hosts are to seat and take down names.. 2 females were there they told me the wait is an hour n 45 min ?? Im waiting waiting waiting.. I walked around, mind you i saw 10 tables open including outside I walk back to the podium and i asked if they're going to seat people because there are 5 spots open on this side 5 spots open on that side "Oh yeah yeah we'll seat you" This female skips my name and seats the people that came after me and im like wth are you going to seat me first ??? They were here after me?? "Oh yeah she was looking for you." HOW COULD YOU BE POSSIBLY BE LOOKING FOR ME WHEN I HAVE BEEN WAITING WAITING N WAITING RIGHT IN FRONT OF YOUR FACE AT THE PODIUM AFTER I HAD JUST CHECKED FOR SPOTS (which only took 3 seconds to check and i came back really quick) they have not even called my name 'to let me know she was looking for me' .... I HATE the fact that they have to tell me that vegetables (carrots and celery) and ranch are 60 cents extra ??? Why the eff do you have to tell me how much it will charge me when im already ordering it... Why should we even have to ask for it WHEN AT BURBANK BWW they just give it automatically and don't even tell me there is a charge for those tiny sides... I will still come here for the bar and food NOT FOR THE SERVICE NOT FOR THE WAIT NOT FOR THE EMPLOYEES but for the bar and food.
