Better than Dennis for late night meal at least they don't slack on the food making. I like their variety of syrup options for the pancake, my favorite was the pecan butter. I ordered the split decision breakfast with turkey bacon. Turkey bacon isn't that great, Next time I am going with regular bacon. The plate had french toast, egg, bacon, sausage and two pancake on the side. It was good amount of food that would make you full at night. Service was okay, not great, staffs working night shifts usually give less attention to customers.

Dont go on a holiday........ I will say in fairness they gave me my meal for free, since I was forced to eat something I didnt want. This was thanks to the waitress who was rude and argumentative and coped a real attitude.... You Never EVER tell a customer that the chef cant make an exception because they are just "One person" She wanted me to eat those disgusting egg beaters instead of just giving me the egg whites like I asked. I hop used to never be like that!! Then the order came out back wards and wrong. They got my husbands meal wrong too. He ordered the peach pancakes and they gave him crappy peaches from a can on the side.. It was a year since I got to eat there and have to say they slid down to denny's level. woulnt go back.. I can make better stuff at home. A manager can offer a free meal, apologize over and over.. it doesnt take away what happened.. I dont mind paying for a good meal and great service.. The waitress was probably pissed because she had to work 4th of July. I should have just went to Dim sum instead.

I love their breakfast options, but this review is strictly for the service we had last Saturday. We came in around 6:15am and there were already quite a few people seated, but to our surprise there was only ONE waitress, and she was also doubling as the hostess. My heart went out to her because she was running around like a chicken with her head cut off trying to keep up with the orders and incoming people. IHOP needs to work on management because service is greatly affected when there is a lack of staff.

Its just a typical IHop. The wait was not to long which I surprise for a Saturday mid morning. The service is great and always far with their food serving.

Got to sit down right away. Our hostess, marsha, was on point. Coffee---bam got it on cue. Creamer, bam, on cue. I love speedy service. Our server was also fast. Took our orders and no confusion. As we wait here, i cant help but fantasize about their waffle dishes. But i gotta limit the carbs. Maybe when i lose 15 more pounds then I'll come back for them waffles. I ordered the sirloin steak tips and eggs sunny side up with bacon on the side. I forgot what my wife ordered but its some kind of turkey sang-wich. Sometimes i like to say Sam-wich. Good times and good food. Thanks Ihop.

Don't usually like eating at restaurants like IHOP or Dennys, but gave it a try and was pretty good! Got an orange juice with the steak omelet and a side of buttermilk pancakes. The steak omelet was pretty good which you can ask for salsa on the side for a better taste, but I think it had too much hash browns in mine. The orange juice came out right away with the coffee my friend ordered. The servers were all pretty polite and nice. Probably would come here again if I was craving american-styled breakfast meals. Overall, not my type of breakfast but would come back if my friends were craving IHOP.

IHOP is as to be expected, the food is mediocre, the customer service given by an older woman with dark hair was exceptional! I love their caramel coffee drink! So GOOD!! Overall, a decent place to get a bite to eat! Will return!

Pancakes with Syrup. Yum! I've always been a fan of IHOP. I was super excited that it opened at this location when it did. Otherwise the nearest one was in West Covina. The staff there has always been good. There were incidence where mishaps or wrong orders came up. But good thing is they took care of the problem with courtesy and service. Food quality is fair. As much as I love pancakes, I love waffles even more. Luckily, IHOP makes waffles the way I like them- crispy and not heavy. Outside of IHOP, parking can be tricky during brunch hours. Do not park at the Jack In The Box parking. They are meanies.

Came here for breakfast as I was craving for chicken fried steak, very good and hot. Eggs were cooked to my likings, but the hash brown were on the greasy side. I had substitute the buttermilk pancakes with the German crepes, but unfortunately they were not as good as other iHop branches. These were on the dry side as if they were cooked a way ahead of time

I came here a few weeks ago, but my experience here wasn't that memorable. We got there at 10 and were seated immediately. When we ordered I wanted the pick apancake combo with pumpkin spice pancakes, but they said they were out. Who runs out of pancake batter at 10am?? I settled for some other pancakes with egg whites, turkey bacon, and a fruit cup. My friend got the spinach and mushroom omelette and it was soo good! I'll make sure to try it next time. Overall my experience was okay, but for you to run out of pumpkin pancakes during pumpkin season is disappointing.

This IHOP has been around for a loong time. I've seen it undergo many renovations and it looks pretty decent now! They are located off the 60 fwy on Gale Ave. Some landmark places around are Home Depot and Fed Ex across the street. Parking is limited to the spot in the private lot. Restrooms are available in the back. The food really surprised me - in a good way. Besides pancakes, waffles, and the good old egg recipes, they have crepes! The best crepe is the chicken, bacon, and white cheddar crepe.. You will finish it faster than you can say "yum"! It's stuffed with chicken breast and only $9. Not bad. Also, the waffles aren't that bad.. I did not have high expectations, but they turned out very fluffy and light! When I went on a Monday morning, they ran out of bananas, so my eating partner had to choose the berries one (but they were able to add the pecans for her!). Waffle combo came with a side of 2 eggs and either sausage or bacon. I had the chicken fajitas omelet, which came out good as well. I chose a side of hash browns (other choices included: toast, 3 pancakes, fruit, etc). The hash browns were not as crispy as I would have liked. They were still light colored and soft. Boo. So much for trying to eat unhealthily! Service was so bad, which is why the 3 stars. Our waiter took our orders, showed up with the food, and gave us the receipt. He was asking other tables whether they needed anything, refilled their waters, etc. He totally skipped my table with the outstanding customer service. Also, I found it strange you pay at the register. I left my card on the table, but the waiter didn't acknowledge or tell me about the check out process. After waiting several minutes, I got the memo to pay up front.. I bet if you are here with a larger group, you will have terrible service.. Overall, IHOP is just ok. I wouldn't go out of my way to grab pancakes here. I've yet to try Flappy Jacks for that!

Ihop is okay. I mean I expected it to be better than Denny's, but it's not really. Denny's may be better, even. The strawberry banana French toast I ordered was okay, but honestly, I could make better at home. It just tasted like strawberry syrup. Meh. The service was really friendly, and I give points for that. We came as a party of 10 or 12, and they got our order out all at the same time, which was nice. But would I come back again? Probably not.

Really good food but horrible service There was only waitress since my friend and I went in at 4am, so a slow service was understandable. But after waiting for some time for our omelets and side of pancakes, the omlet came with churizzo sausage which we had specifically said to remove. She took the plate back and returned to tell us that it was not sausage but churizzo, which she continued to mention was meat because apparently we could not see that it was meat. She then removed the plate and later told us that we were still being charged for the entire order rather than subtracting the omlet which we never ate. I ended up paying fifteen dollars for three pancakes and scrambled eggs (that I ordered after finding out out that I was going to be charged for eggs either way) So overall I am dissatisfied customer.

The first times I went here were fantastic, but the last year they have really let their quality go. I went for breakfast with my fiancé and as soon as they put down a cup of water for him it shattered all over him and the table. Not an apology was given. This time I went by myself inquiring about the birthday breakfast and the manager was on his cell phone. He quickly argued that I couldnt do it. Save yourself a headache, its not worth the pancakes.

I would say most chain stores like ihop are pretty similar in terms of taste. This place had some ok food, but since we had a pretty good experience because the waitress was very very very nice and attentive.

I like to come with my parents and then order from the seniors menu--an omelet and 2 pancakes for around 6 bucks is not a bad deal! After having tried the pancakes at Flappy Jacks, the pancakes here just cannot compare!! But it is a solid American breakfast house and I don't think I will ever not look forward to eating here.. Expensive without your personal senior, IMO

MICROWAVED WAFFLES?!?! ZERO STAR!!! It is frustrating at times when you want to give your local chain restaurants many chances to correct the mistakes. But it seems like this IHOP simply cannot get it right or the employees were instructed by their managers to not care. If I want to eat microwaved waffles, I can buy them from the grocery store at the frozen section. I was highly disappointed or should I say disgusted that I saw two waffles being put in the microwave, one at a time before serving to us. REALLY?! I have eaten enough waffles to know the difference and microwaved waffles taste rubbery (chewy). Fresh waffles are slightly crusty on the outside but very moist and lite textured on the inside. My waffles tasted chewy today. When I asked the waitress, "Do you guys make waffles fresh". She immediately replied back,"of course!". I pointed out, "I saw you put the waffles in the microwave....". Mind you, she was not out regular waitress.... The waitress immediately responded, "oh, I know you like your food hot....". Wait, wait, wait.....how do you know how I like my food? Do you not serve hot food at a restaurant? WTH?! The waitress was most attentive I have ever seen....coming by every three mins to check on us. Gave us a box without asking, automatically gave me the senior discount at the register. Hmm.....you think it might be a guilty conscience? Lastly, the last time I complained about this location on YELP, the regional or district manager wrote me an email to apologize then proceeded with, "I will investigate this matter...." then offered a coupon to be sent for a comp meal. The coupon never arrived. Not that I will use it but to actually see it, makes a difference. If you, the District Manager, reading this....don't bother respond. I don't want your coupons. Just fix your responsibility! Consumer spendings is what makes you have a job TODAY!

They're no longer open 24/7 like before. Place not too bad, it's better than Denny's on Nogales of course. The servers are very kind, in the morning there's a load of people coming in to get their breakfast. Food are okay, I like getting the meaty omellete with crispy hashbrown. Bomb! Price are vary, can't really compare Denny's and iHop, of course iHop will cost more, that's because they're better than other diner places. Don't really eat the pancakes though, because I don't really like pancakes. Haha!

OMG! First I had to park next door because they only have 2 handicapped spaces. I wanted a nice breakfast for my lunch. Instead I got runny eggs, super thin strips of bacon, and teeny tiny sausages. Pancakes with one tiny dot of butter and a glass of orange juice.....the bill was OVER $21.00!!!! I almost fell over! WHAT A RIP-OFF!!!!

IHOP really does have the best pancakes. They have many flavors to choose from and many different choices. The service is okay here, it gets really busy here so be prepared to wait! Overall I like coming here every other Sunday.

The food here is good as well as the service but there is definitely something wrong with the management as I came with my kid and ordered a kids pancake which comes with a strawberry yogurt and we noticed that it expired yesterday on the package and immediately we notified our server. I figure that they didn't know about the expiration date and offered us a fruit instead as the server said all the yogurt were from the same batch Thus all of them had expired. Shortly after, I saw them serving the next table with the same expired yogurt, with that in mind I would have come to a conclusion that they are serving the expired food on purpose so it was not an accident.

Whenever I go to IHOP, it never disappoints me. Service was fast. Server was extremely nice and caring. Best hash browns I ever had. The pancakes were delicious and bacon was done just right. It was just a little bit expensive to be honest. $70 for 3 people.

Ordered fried chicken for dinner...it was overcooked and dry. Had to constantly ask for drink refills, napkins, etc. Yes, service is subpar and dinner is subpar. If you come here, come for breakfast during breakfast.

We went here on National Pancake Day. They give you a free stack of pancakes and encourage donations to a children's charity. Even though it was super packed, the service was great. I always like IHOP food but the service this particular night made it even better.

I don't have the fondest experiences coming here when it comes to the service. On this particular check-in, I went with my cousins. One of them was going to be late so we decided to order our food and then she can order when the waitress comes back to check up on us after she serves our food. We did receive our food in a timely manner but she never did come back to check back up on us (for refills, to check if everything is fine, etc.). After waiting for about 10 minutes, we decided to just grab her a menu ourselves. So, my cousin went to the register to grab a menu but they were out of menus & they told her to return to her seat and they would walk over to give us a menu when they have one available. We waited but we still did not receive one even when we saw waiters collecting menus from other tables after ordering. It was not until the restaurant manager was walking around checking up on the guests were our requests for a menu finally fulfilled & our beverages refilled. When my cousin had her order taken, she asked for sunny side up eggs but she wanted it cooked thoroughly (not runny). However, our waitress said they could not fully & thoroughly cook the sunny side up eggs like that. Instead, my cousin decided to settle on just scrambled. It seems to be a really nice, friendly environment & the manager is really nice and attentive. However, my experiences with our waiters/waitresses, especially on this morning, are less than excellent.

DONT COME HERE AFTER MIDNIGHT!!! I came once after midnight with a party of about 30 people and had to wait 2 hours before I got my food!!! Not only did I have to wait that long but my food sucked. My poor friend never got his food and after 3 hours we just left. But recently I went again only because I had a coupon for a free meal. I made sure I came during dinner time so around 7. Luckily, our food was fast and server was actually helpful. The chicken and waffles was delicious. I have no complaints the second time. But seriously, don't even think about coming after midnight with a big group or you will end up waiting hours on end.

I hadn't been to a IHOP in years, the last time probably when I was in late elementary school or early middle school. After watching a movie and not really feeling like Asian food, we came by around 9:30 pm hoping they were open... And they were! On weekdays and Sundays, they close at midnight, and are open 24 hours Friday thru Saturday. Upon entering, I noticed immediately the difference between IHOP and Denny's. It's so much brighter and cleaner! Maybe it was because it was raining outside, but it felt so warm and cozy. We were seated right away as there were only 4 tables or so dining. Their menu is quite simple, consisting mostly of breakfast items, and a small selection of savory dinners. George W. went with their limited Fish and Chips, and I got Chicken and Waffles. The entree came with four white-meat fried chicken strips and four waffle quarters. The chicken was reminiscent of typical chicken tenders from a fast food joint, but still surprisingly tasty, with just enough crisp, and the waffles had a nice fluffiness to them. Often times, chicken and waffles can be quite a heavy plate, but that wasn't a problem here. It was a decent dish considering place and price, and I'd definitely order it again. I've always preferred Denny's when it comes to breakfast diner grub, but I was pleasantly surprised with IHOP and this won't be the last time I visit.

This place is definitely better than Denny's nearby. The food, place, customer service. They no longer open 24/7. Sun-Thu till midnight. Fri-Sat open 24hrs. Food is always fresh. The waitress is always friendly. Place is always clean.

This place is super busy, especially if you come on a Sunday morning. Even though it is packed, turnover is quite quick and also service. Despite their busy-ness, my server constantly came by to ask me if I needed anything or how I was doing. Totally great service! By joining the IHOP email newsletter, I received a free Rooty Tooty Fresh N' Fruity and redeemed it for 2 sunny side up eggs, 4 sausages, strawberry pancakes and got a side of hash browns along with coffee. For coffee, they give you a whole carafe so that you do not have to continue to ask for a refill so that was quite convenient. A side of hash is $1.99 and the portion was quite small. I know that they make money from sides and etc but come on, I could buy a 10-lb bag of potatoes for $0.99. The portion given was also as small as the eggs. For the regular price of $8.99 for the rooty tooty fresh n' fruity, not worth it. I prefer to go to Denny's for the "pick your own grand slam." When I took my bill to the cashier to pay, I didn't think much after the leftover price from the coupon. Upon thinking about it afterwards, I should have brought it up with the cashier. The coupon was for a rooty tooty fresh n' fruity but they only covered $7.99 NOT the whole $8.99 cost. What a trick! I know it's a difference of a dollar, but that added on with the hash browns and the coffee...became quite a bit. I love breakfast, but I do not plan on coming back.

My husband and I come occasionally for breakfast or brunch . It's a nice treat. I always get the chicken florentine crepes. It's delicious especially with hollandaise sauce. It's a pretty big portion so I advice to eat half at restaurant and then the other half for a later meal...the servers are usually friendly and efficient.

I had the strawberry and cheesecake pancakes and although they were good, they took forever to get to my table. The place was understaffed which caused the server to take pretty long to get what we needed

Can I do zero stars? So we went to IHOP to eat after a meeting and two people from our group arrive first, they waited about 15 mins to be seated even thought the store was pretty much empty. Since the rest of us were going to take a while to get there... They decided to order first [we were a group of seven], but when I arrived there was a two big group maybe for some school game there, but the first two peoples food came first before the big group ordered for the big table [ I believe they arrive before both of the big parties]. After us another group of maybe eight was seated next to our table. We tried calling the waiters/ waitress to help us order because most of our group hadn't eaten dinner yet and it was around 10:15 pm... But we were just the ignored corner table... And then we waited and waited for 30+ mins. We told a waiter to help us order and he was like "ok I'll go tell your server" and he goes and does some errands and then orders drinks for a table next to us [that party of 8 that I mention earlier] who came in later than us. For 5+ min I had my hand raised so they would come and help us order. [By now our surrounding tables have even begun to notice how the servers ignored us, and even pointed out for us that we wanted to order, but they still didn't come]. Our table gradually became more and more impatient since they didn't even serve us waters or even tell us personally that they were going to be right with us... Then I got up and was like ok im going to go tell the lady who was supposed to help us... I told her politely that I think we ordered a strawberry milkshake (the drink was brown) she said "ok lemme change that for you ". I replied "it's ok we are actually gonna leave would you mind getting us the check?" She replies "oh your gonna leave?" [hello?! We've been waiting for anybody to help us but maybe they're just racist and ignored us Asians in the corner] I replied "yeah we've been waiting for a while, but no one has come to help us" She says "oh I'm sorry it's because we're kind of busy right now". I reply "yeah I understand that you have these big parties and all ..." She replies "oh what do you guys have on your table right now?" I replied "just pancake, one water, and one milkshake...." And then she says "its ok it's on us." And I replied "are you sure?" She says "yeah. ..." I then walked back to my table and I said "let's go, the waitress said it's on the house." If you want to know what we ordered: chocolate chip pancakes ( flavor is light, texture is mushy (( like it wasn't cooked long enough)) ) Strawberry milkshake ( water plus milk with brown coloring/ powder) Although I had such a bad experience, maybe "one day"... I will give it a second chance. Although I'd be nice if they up-ed their customer service.

It's funny how amongst my friends and I going to eat out at a Denny's or Ihop is a special occasion because we live in Rowland Heights, are Asian, and Asian food is the norm here while sit-down American food is like "wow we haven't done this in months!" So what I have to say about the food is that it's quite alright to my taste buds. However, I'd recommend getting things you can only get at Ihop (like Cinnamon stacked french toast, which was pretty damn good!) because Ihop is pretty much a slightly more expensive version of Denny's, and if you're gonna get normal pancakes, eggs, sausage, and hash browns, then you might as well go to Denny's. I give this Ihop 4 stars because my experience here is that the food is good and the staff is extremely nice, but the waiters are very prone to forgetting what you asked them for and they're often so busy that you can't flag them down to remind them. Hence, overall it's A-OK good!

Another bday freebie! Got a free Rooty Tooty Fresh 'N Fruity, which is equivalent to 10 hours at the gym. The food was not all that great, which is not surprising BUT the service was definitely 5 stars. Our waitress was sooo nice, and patient that I was falling in love with her.

Waiting to be seated went okay.. My party of 5 did not wait long at all. However, it took a very long long time..about 20 minutes for somebody to come and take our drink orders. We all decided to just leave. As we were getting up thennnnnn somebody came. Let's hope our food does not take forever. We were told that there were not many people taking orders this morning.. Maybe you guys should hire more people.. Or give them more hours. Pretty crappy service. I also noticed the table next to us had been waiting a while too. You could tell in their facial expressions.

Bad Service. I went in Friday morning. They weren't busy. I wasn't greeted. The server only came twice to take our order and to drop it off. My coworker got the eggs scrambled instead of sunny-side-up. And I never got my pancakes. I was able to get the host and ask him to bring my pancakes. When I got them, they were under cooked. I wanted to order another drink, but the server never came around.

I am a big fan of ihop... It's quick, it's simple, and it's affordable! I was really hungry today when I went in for a late breakfast. It seemed like they had a full staff and a not so full house which made for quick service. I was disappointed in their hash browns which are usually my favorite part of the meal. They tasted like they had been cooked in the ham or something.... Also they weren't crunchy enough. Overall it was an ok experience. Definitely not my favorite ihop location :(

I've been to other Ihops but this one I'll give 3 stars just because of the service. Their food is delicious! Just don't get anything that they don't really specialize; like their steak or burgers. They're mostly well known for breakfast items. Ihop is good esp. when you're craving at night and you don't want to go to Denny's.

I gave this IHOP another try, since I had a free Rooty Fruity meal offer to use up. I went in around 4pm on a weekday and there was nobody inside. I was able to get a pretty well made meal with my eggs cooked right, and had really good service despite telling my server about the free meal offer I was redeeming. She was actually super cool about it. She told me that's the best time to come, and I believe her!

Walked in here tonight for some breakfast for dinner. Waited 20 mins for someone to come and take a drink order. Walked in at 6:30 to an empty restaurant and still waiting for out meals at 7:15. Talked to the server and there is only one cook on. The manager had to go back and help out the cook. This is the worst service we've had here.

We came in and a waiter was helping a table. Then he asked us how many people in our party. So he ended up being the waiter and the host. He was the only one who was there until midway through our meal, the manager came in. Sucks for our waiter since he had to do most of the work. He was really nice though and he came back often to check on us and gave us our refills on drinks. I first ordered the Belgian Waffle by itself but our waiter said it'll be a dollar more for a combo which includes hash browns or eggs and sausage or bacon. So I decided to just get it as a combo with hash browns and sausage. I don't care for sausage much but it was ok. The hash browns was pretty good too. I love the Belgian waffle especially with lots of butter. I wish they had a stack of Belgian waffles but I guess they don't have that on their menu. I'll definitely come back here for their waffles!

URRRGH..... Dear IHOP, I hate your sour orange juice and your dirty silverware, I hate it when I wait too long and even more when no one cares. I hate your sticky tables and I really hate cold food, I hate when poor service really tampers with my mood. I hate your warm milk almost as much as I hate your menu, I hate that I come here optimistically only then to... Regret my decision, or my boyfriend's for that matter, Until we meet again (or not), I'll remain forever sadder. That is all.

I go to IHOP a lot. I like the food. Way better then Denny's. Although it was my first time coming to this location I walked in with my friend and it wasn't very busy, about half of the restaurant was full. I saw 2 employees when I walked in. Looked like it was a younger female who was probably a hostess and an older female who looked like she may be the manager. Neither of them actually came to me the manager just told me she would be with us in a moment from far away. And the other young lady was just following her around. I assumed they were busy and waited to be seated. Until 10 minutes go by and neither of these females has come to seat me yet or even come to let me know what's going on. When I can clearly see so many empty tables open. I don't understand what was so hard. My friend and I decided to leave. I love IHOP but will never come back to this one again.

Our server Vanessa was excellent and very attentive. The food came out super fast and was great. The manager visited the table too! We weren't too daring so we got the usual pancakes and eggs type of combo. I mean, IHOP is IHOP wherever you go but I am glad that this one did not disappoint. I went to this restaurant once and had crappy service. I contacted the website and got a call from the mgr. Needless to say he fixed it, fast quick and in a hurry. I am really glad I did not see Server From Hell there today but Vanessa was amazeballs. If I ever go back, I am asking for her again! Aowwww!!!

Rudy was a great server!! This location is right next to a Home Depot with a bunch of dudes standing on the corner trying to wave you down to hire them for the day. Made me feel awkard and I scurried into IHOP quickly to meet my fam for breakfast. Service was fast, friendly, and attentive from our waiter Rudy. Food came out quickly and piping hot. I got an omlette that said it included hash browns in its description (usually its an omlette, and you pick one side :hash browns, pancakes, or toast). Since mine came with hash browns, I ordered toast for my side. When the omlette came out with no hash browns in sight I asked Rudy- he said what I described above- that I was supposed to pick one of the 3 options for a side. Weird I thought, it was the only one to include hash browns int he descrip... come to find out my 3rd bite in, the hash browns are folded INside my omlette. as in its an ingredient like the cheese or the meat. threw me off a bit, I scraped it out and ate it separately. just a heads up that if your omlette has "hash browns" listed, its inside. not on the side lol.

Horrible wait times at night!!! I have visited this ihop twice after 10pm and each time it took over 3 hours to get our food and eat, for 4 people!!!! Horrible customer service. Took 15 minutes to seat us. Everyone around us was having issues with the right meal and getting what they ordered. Stay away from here as the owners don't care about earning your money.

There isn't much I can say except that I love the IHOP on Gale Ave in City of Industry! The food is great and the service is awesome. I love the atmosphere and the oldies playing on the overhead speakers. I am definitely a fan!

iHop is iHop. Like Bakers Square, Carrows, Denny's, Coco's and Marie Calendars, they're are all pretty much in the same class. The great thing about chains are, no matter where you are, you know what to expect. Clean, a wide selection, and ok food at a decent price. My only gripe with iHop is breakfast has inched up in price where it cost just as much as lunch or dinner. It used to be coffee was 50 cents, pancakes a few bucks, and we needed to add an extra dollar for tip because the check was so low. Average order is now is $8 a plate and coffee is $2. Really, pancake, waffles, french toast is only bread. And it's not gourmet coffee, at least it doesn't taste like it. I know, I know, they have to pay the executives, franchise fees, advertising, etc. PROS: Clean, decent food and service, consistent CONS: Pricey for breakfast Thumbs kind of down, take a pass and yelp the mom and pop coffee shops.

Came here for the first time the other day with a coupon. Got tiramisu pancakes. It's a stack of 4 with mocha and chocolate syrup like stuff between the layers- delish! Very filling as well, brought like an 1/4 of it home and my mom enjoyed it as well (she said it was very good with her coffee). I also tried some of the apple compote pancake as part of the Rooty Tutty Fresh Fruity (?) - okay, but defiantly liked mine better. Price- average. Place was starting to fill up at 8am on a weekday. Good service, I believe I was served by the manager - friendly despite sounding somewhat sick (can hear in voice). The restaurant is quite large and spacious. I would love to come back and try a waffle.. :)

My hard broil eggs where black from inside, and they made me wait too long at the cashier to check me out... Bad service. Would never come back. This location should be closed down and is giving I hop a bad name.... I thought Denny's was horrible !!!

Went here for dinner because I was craving pancakes. Our waiter was super nice. Hot chocolate is super good, and our waiter kept it coming too! I got the breakfast sampler (I think) [pancakes, eggs, hashbrowns and sausage] while my boyfriend had the cheese blitz crepes [something like that]. Good stuff (:

This review is for Saturday, January 4 at around 12 pm. My family comes here at least once a month. Food is always good, however, my sister wasn't satisfied with her scrambled eggs as they were slightly overcooked for her taste. We also had to wait a long, emphasis on LONG, while for our drinks. Our server, Jessica, informed us that there were no cups for cold drinks and that they were being washed. Seriously?! They sat us next to the bathroom, which already was annoying, but we were starving. The worst part about this particular time we went, was the bathroom. A disgusting, foul stench was reeking from the bathroom. The smell of shit lingered in the air and throughout the front part of the restaurant. It was the most horrendous scent known to mankind. Now for the worst part, as we were leaving, my Mom wanted to let the hostess know about the scent. All the girl did was look at her and say sheepishly, "Oh, we know...Sorry." Yuck! That only means those people who work there are immune to the scent of shit in the air! Get your act together, IHOP. We love your fluffy pancakes, but if you don't fix your restrooms, then your loyal customers will take their money elsewhere.

Very dissapointed it took them 15 minutes to get us our food the place wasn't even busy and the servers didn't even bring me my drink after waiting all that time I understand if it was packed but if you're in silence this is unacceptable.. never coming back the good was also mediocre

It was a business meeting that drag me to this place, this location. First, location is super clean, no customer and quiet. This really help us having a good productive meeting. Seriously, we were there for 3.5 hrs. Service was excellent that's why I gave a 4 starts but not 5. Kept checking on us if we need anything, refills, more food or anything. However, the food is not so yummy to me. They look really good on the menu photo but not on reality. I'm very very rare complain about food taste coz I really love eating and respect their work. But this time the food is just ok to me. Not fresh, not toast enough and pancake is not so yummy...so 4 starts is my best.

I love this place! The staff is always efficient and extremely friendly. The question of the day was "Is everything okay". The wait was not long for the food and the server was very attentive. I always have a nice relaxing time at this location.

I ordered the chocolate chip pancake combo with bacon and scrambled eggs and apparently chocolate chip pancakes mean pancakes with cocoa powder in the mix which makes it taste disgusting, all you taste is the powder. The bacon is paper thin, you can't even taste it. They are also small portions compared to Denny's... Oh and another thing, I ordered an appetizer, which is supposed to come BEFORE our meal but they came at the same time. My friend ordered nutela crepes and they had a lil bit of bananas and hardly any nutela!! Never coming here again thats for sure.

i come here once in awhile in the morning on the way to work to pick up some breakfast...the service has improved and the food is ok... still greasy as ever. I lost my keys here once... left it on the counter and someone pick it up. The workers were soo nice to help me look for it but it became a lost cause. Ill still come if i have a hankering for their french toast.

After stopping by Mimi's Cafe earlier today and finding out it was closed, we landed here. Now many people would argue why even bother to review a food chain restaurant, quite frankly I have grown a liking to review anything. This ihop location is quite smaller then your usual locations. The service at this location is quite friendly, and seem to have regular customers. The ihop menu has been revamped to look more attractive. I ordered the international passport with cheese blitz instead of the regular pancakes. The food taste the same if you were to go to any other ihop, but the waiter service is really superb!

Came here with my boyfriend before heading to Universals Studios. I was anxious to try red velvet pankcakes and I was super stoked when our waitress told us that IHOP does have it!! YAY I got the red velvet pancake combo: came with 2 pancakes, eggs (your preference of how you want it cooked), ham, and hash browns. The ham was kinda dry, hash browns were a little mushy... I only ate the top layer which was the crispy part and discarded the rest. I got my eggs scrambled and it was good. Red velvet pancakes were okay as well.. I asked for the cream cheese on the side so I guess it defeats the purpose of red velvet? but they never gave me the cream cheese. My boyfriend got a crepe. Forgot the name of the crepe but it had bananas, strawberries, and he also asked for the cream cheese on the side. Kinda weird tho, usually strawberry banana crepes come with nutella or chocolate right? Strawberry were not the fresh fruit kind.. looks like it came from a jar or can. Overall, the crepe did not look like a crepe. Bananas were on the side, strawberries on the side, and the crepe was just folded into 4's. Never ordering the crepe again.

This place is just like any other IHOP, is there really much to expect from an IHOP? with that being said, the food is average, the service this particular morning was great. nice little filipino lady was courteous and was pretty much the only person working the front of the house. the pumpkin pancakes were good. take heed, this place gets crowded on mornings during weekends.

The service is much better than the last time we were here. The server lady greeted us immediately and was attentive and considerate. It was pleasant eating there and the price was reasonable.

My friends and I came over here to grab a really late dinner around 10:30pm. There were a considerable amount of customers eating at the time but only two waitresses were working. Since I was 'handicapped' with a broken ankle, they sat me and my two friends at a table big enough for six people which was nice. I ordered the breakfast sampler which consisted of two pieces of sausages, two quarter slices of ham, two eggs, two slices of bacon, two pancakes, and hash brown. I asked for more hash brown instead of the sausages, don't hate me for doing so. lol The food was served within 15 minutes and when the waitress was distributing the dishes, she accidentally touched my pancakes and silently murmured "damn." At that point she took the pancakes and came back with fresh new ones which was very nice of her because none of us even noticed. The food quality was not too shabby. I liked how well the eggs were cooked, but the same can't be said for the bacon and pancake. The pancake couldn't hold its own form without breaking apart in two seconds. As the for the bacons, they're pretty small. After finishing the plate, a lot of oil is left which shows how oily these food are. Final Note: Good service, oily food, and small bacons.

I came here at 1 am with a bunch of my friends after a tournament and it was roughly 30 people. There was no one else in the restaurant except for us and the service was terrible. It took an hour to just get our drink orders and another hour to get our drinks. Took another hour to get our food orders and another fucking hour to get our food. They took down our orders and got one of my friends order wrong. So he just left. The waitress seemed like she knew what she was doing but the waiter just didn't do anything. Our food came cold. Our refills were forgotten. Horrible experience. Left no tip. Never going ever again.

the service was good but the food was mediocre at best. i ordered the the spicy chicken salad, the chicken was over done and dry, the and vegies were all wilted. there was too much vinaigrette it seemed like all the greens were soaked in the,. my friends ordered a plain waffle with hash browns and bacon. the waffle was over done and was grumbling, i dont know how but it was. this place got a 3 star just because of the service.

I would like to start by saying this is no Tubby's My husband LOVES this place though he complains about it all the time... it never fails when we go out for breakfast it's about 90% of the time we end up here The food is just average it's an IHOP for goodness sake! But the service is good though they'll get your order wrong 1 out of every 3 times they are super friend and nice and always try their best to fill your order as requested. It's pretty clean, and the service is fast, and WAY better then Denny's!

Went here around 6 am. No one was there.. just the cook and our server. She was very friendly. And I must say.. This was the first time I had been to an IHOP in a very long time.. Years actually. And I forgot how much I liked them. Love their breakfasts. They have much healthier options than dennys and other breakfast places I've been to, and everthing was delicious. I had an vegetable omelet with fruit and toast. My girl had eggs bacon and toast. No complaints.

Wow, I'm surprised no one has Yelped this yet. This place is a zoo on weekends, but good to hit up with when the random steak-and-eggs cravings hit. Service is a little too slow for my liking and I have no idea how this works, but things feel sticky already and this place hasn't been around for too long. Maybe it's a built-in thing that comes with the diner-types - pancakes, OJ and stickyness.

Came here for breakfast with a friend. Not really much to say here, it's an IHOP and this place is not much different from the rest. Better than Denny's or Mimi's cafe but not as good as Millie's, Coco's, or marie calendars. I had this eggnog pancake they have for the holiday season. It was good at first but got old fast. Most IHOPs would get a 3 but this IHOP is in a bad location because there is not nearly enough parking.
