    I love this Starbucks. Drive-thru's are a life-saver for toddler mommas, and this one is always quick and accurate. If you hit up inside to order/chill they are always friendly and get your drink right (and promptly)! You guys ROCK. (Especially Malissa & Jackie when they're working)!

    I've pretty much given up on this location. I feel like the taste at each Starbucks I go to is relatively consistent except for this one. This Starbucks is all over the map, but tends to stay in the spectrum of over-sugary/syrupy when it comes to frappuccinos. For a long time they would fail to read the customization requests on the cup. I would say and repeat "No whip", the cup would say no whip (most of the time), and I'd still get handed a heaping pile of whip cream. They've been better about that lately. The staff is generally friendly-- I will hand them that. I would agree with other reviewers that they don't seem very happy though. It lacks that typical Starbucks vibe I get at other locations where the employees all seem to be friends on some level.

    Terrible customer service. The place is always filthy and it took me 25 minutes from entering the store until my coffee order came up on counter. There are 6-8 employees running around but not much happening on the service end. We won't be back to this location.

    After dinner I basically got an iced tea and sat here to wait the traffic on 101 out. Gilroy sure is growing at crazy rates. This mall here is huge. But you know you've made it when you have a Starbucks right?

    It's always a nice and cool temperature inside and the service is always good. There is a drive thru if you don't want to get out and go inside!

    Pit stop for coffee. Taylor at the register was nice and professional. The line did move a little on the slow side. Lots of customers at the 5pm rush at the counter and drive through. The music is an interesting mix. I think they are catering to a huge customer range LOL with drastic diversity. Get dancing because this spot was pretty chilly inside!

    Ordered a hot grande caramel macchiato and got some bitter tobacco tasting drink from the drive-thru. Got back and told them. They apologized and gave me the drink that tasted like what I was used to. They also gave me a free drink gift card. This gesture was great till I came back one month later today. Same thing happened when I ordered a grande caramel macchiato but some bad tasting coffee drink from the drive-thru. This must be some poorly staffed shop. Won't stop there anymore.

    This is my first yelp review and it takes a lot for me to write a review about a place. There customer service is terrible I had to wait 25 minutes for my drink and customer that came in after I got there drink before hand. As I made my way to the bar I noticed they had stacked up all the cups which was why the drinks were out of order. This place is a disaster they need better training and customer service skills. I will not come back again.

    Epic Starbucks for the location alone. This always serves as my launch-off point for caffeination on drives to LA. Or my final pick-me-up and signaling a return to civilization on the way back to the Bay Area. As part of Starbucks' deal with the devil, they got one of the best possible locations, where you have no choice but to pass here if you're driving to LA. This one's open pretty late, and opens again really early - so unless you're getting back around 2 am, you're probably good. Bathrooms are clean, drinks are made well, and service is friendly. Other than that, it's the same Starbucks you all know and love (or hate). PS: It's the holidays, I recommend adding some Sugar Free Peppermint syrup to your latte! It's awesome, and guilt-free since it's not 8000 calories like the normal syrups.

    After i placed my order and pulled up to window they handed me my drinks and one was wrong, the barista told me that next time i need to review the order correctly at the stand before i pull up to window. EXCUSE ME i said and she walked away before i could respond. I wanted to tell her why dont you make the drink i ordered and was displayed on the screen. every time i go there i have a bad experiance what happend to customer service and work ethic??

    Good clean spot to stop in while passing though. It gets busy with the drive thru so don't expect a quick 2 min. stop. They are on their game and will have you out as soon as humanly possible.

    Lots of space to spread out. Good service. Clean restrooms. A Starbucks off of 101 and 152 which makes it a good stopping place if your are traveling through Gilroy.

    Most conveniently located starbucks in Gilroy. Located on route-152, its open early in the morning and late at night. How Early? Drive thru opens up at 4:30 am and closes at 11 pm! The staff on hand are very nice. Nice, friendly, and professional. Coffee isnt the greatest but still pretty nice to sip on! When it gets hotter, people will usually come here more often because of the A/C and wifi. HAHA

    Everything was up to par with all other Starbucks out there, exception was the employees making the mocha mix in front of everyone and the cleanliness was well below expected standards. 5 stars for service, 5 for promptness, 1 star for cleanliness. Total score 3.5 till the store cleans up.

    Mid-eight hour outlet shopping excursion, my mom and I always "need" a coffee. I usually opt for a frappaccino to caffeine and sugar me up while my mom often chooses a simple coffee with sugar free vanilla. There is sometimes a line but it moves quickly and the drinks are prepared with great care. Most of the stores don't seem to mind if you shop with your java in hand too... nice!

    I love how they have a drive thru and open really early. They usually make my drink right, but sometimes... I say ice, they give me hot add a flavor, i get no flavor extra room please, my cup is overflowing sugar? yes please, i drive off and taste nothing but bitterness Anyway, i love starbucks and this location is convenient for me to go to, therefore, i will continue to go here Hopefully the service improves =)

    OK, so I hang out here like almost all the time (majority of the time in the mornings). I love how they have a drive-thru -- UM HELLO! Need I say more? And the staff here is super friendly. Their coffee is always consistent (you know when you order one drink from one barriesta and it's good and you go to another one and it sucks. YEAH).

    So I can not say this about every Starbucks, but this Starbucks is AMAZING! I feel like it is always open when I "need it" (lol) and even if I am not in time to go into the shop, I can always go through drive through. The staff at this Starbucks is extremely outgoing and super funny. It seems like there is always a new story to be made with them. Recently they got a little face-lift so now there is also a ton of seating available for your drinking pleasure. Need a place for free WiFi, they have that here now too!

    It's a....Starbucks. They serve coffee. They serve doughnuts. They have free wi-fi. Just like every other Starbucks. I can't decide if this sort of homogeneity, and seeming abolition of local culture and flavor, is a good thing or a sure indicator of a rough beast Slouching towards Bethlehem....but the coffee was good.

    This Starbucks rocks! Stopped here for some much needed caffeine after a day of fun at Gilroy (Bonfante) Gardens. (see other review) Service at the Gardens was nice, but on the slow side, so imagine my surprise when I was greeted with both cheery and speedy service at Starbucks. the barista at the register rang me up, we talked about my cute wallet (thank you, Maker Faire!) and lo and behold, by the time I walked to the end of the counter - poof! My coffee was ready! Ahhhh. I didn't even get charged for the 2 pumps of vanilla in my venti iced latte ("oh, it's only two pumps"), and was told "Have a good day, pretty lady!". If only it weren't an hour from my house..... :) Thank you Starbucks ladies - you made my afternoon nicer (and filled with a lot of much needed energy!).

    Nice and clean, competent and friendly baristas, fast service, and great atmosphere. They have a lot of seating and plenty of couch/cushioned seating areas. I heard an older lady next to me say this was the most comfortable Starbucks she had ever been to. I agree. There are also several tables with umbrellas outside. The only thing that I didn't like was when the barista decided to start cleaning the glass around the coffee machines and the lid was off the bowl of beans on the top of the espresso machine. I watched as the windex type cleaner was spritzed all around and some descended on the beans. New ammonia latte flavor? Can I order the cancer inducing toxin bean latte please? Ewww!

    Starbucks in Gilroy Ca. cannot be any better than it already is. I am sitting here reading all of this negative B/S on Starbucks. I am a regular customer of this particular Starbucks. The people here are awesome. I don't know all of their names. The ones that I do know are Anthony and Paula's. Both of these two are the greatest drink extraordinare that I have ever encountered. I feel at home when I walk in. Myself and my best friend go into this Starbucks daily. The employees always makes us feel good. They say things like" Here comes trouble" or "Their back" funny stuff like that. It always reminds me of the sitcom "Cheers" when "Norm" would walk in. Everyone would say something to him. That's how I feel there. They know what we want and how we want it made. It is always hot and ready to consume. Yes they make mistakes and sometimes there is a long line. That's life. There are other people in the world. So quit hating. I give Starbucks in Gilroy Ca. a 100% happy customer award. Thank you.. A very happy customer.

    This Starbucks is an oasis amid the crappy food options at the outlets. I like that it is right next to the Coach outlet, where I need to be, and that the employees are fast and friendly. Unfortunately, this is only a stand, so no form of indoor seating is available.

    Incredible team here! They really support their community at this location. Our non profit through the Cesar Chavez Foundation asked for donations of coffee to serve to our team of volunteers for a September 11th event and they were more than happy to give!

    After shopping at the Coach store right next door and surviving the monster line and crazed shoppers, one can't help but need a little pick-me-up. So of course, seeing this little kiosk was like seeing an oasis in a desert. Service was swift, caffeine was again pumping through my veins, and I was one happy camper. =)

    Love the outlets here, specifically the Hugo Boss outlet. They always have my size which is a pain to find, and pricing is really reasonable. Now, onto the actual review. When it's hot outside, you always want a drink, preferably an iced starbucks drink. However, there is only one starbucks in the entire mall and it's tiny. It is just a stand, not even a real starbucks, with just two baristas. Starbucks will open multiple stores in one mall, but there is only one stand here in this gigantic outlet center which is almost always packed.

    In my experience, service here is very fast, faster than a lot of Starbucks establishments I have visited. In addition, the staff I've encountered here is quite friendly. But it's still a Starbucks, which means overpriced drinks with lots of calories. I only hit up Starbucks when I'm absolutely craving an iced chai (with soy milk!).

    I should have gone to the one next to the outlet mall cause this location my caramel frap was so bland only thing that was good was the whip cream and the caramel I threw away the whole cup. I don't know if it was busy and it tasted so bland or they dont know how to make it

    I have a newfound appreciation for this Starbucks. On my way north yesterday, I picked up a chai latte from the Prunedale Starbucks. Alas, I discovered my "no-water" chai was made with water, and couldn't bring myself to drink this watery, flavorless cup of disappointment. I was already back on the highway and couldn't go back to the Prunedale location to get a new drink. Luckily, I stopped at the next Starbucks in Gilroy and, despite a wait, got my drink remade on the house. Say what you will about Starbucks, the Big, Bad Corporate Coffee, but that's great service!

    I love Starbucks don't get me wrong. However, I hate going into a Starbucks and the cashier acts like I owe her s favor for taking my drink order. At this location I have experienced BAD customer service many times. It is too bad that I have to drive out of my way to avoid this location, not because the coffee is bad but because of the sour faces that come with it.

    This is one of the better Starbucks. Clean facility, friendly people and they don't take product off the shelves or stop serving certain drinks 30 minutes before like other stores do (eg Mountain View). Adrianna was friendly and funny taking my order and then making it for me as the others were doing routine cleaning; as it was early and few customers.

    Kind of a cross between a highway Starbucks and a neighborhood Starbucks. It's clean enough and the workers are polite but that is where the good part of this review ends. The drive through driveway cannot accommodation the demand. I parked and ordered inside, that was a mistake. The kid making drinks was out of his element. Twenty minute wait for a coffee drink is unacceptable.

    Oh my Lord! I'm glad that they have nice seating because they are super slow! !! I thought the one @ La Palma, Anaheim was the king of slow people, but this one is store the winner! The sad part is that the drinks are not the best :( If maybe associates dedicate more time to engage with the customers instead of joking around will help the reputation of this store.     Just came here with my family on our way to Vegas. We ordered a caramel macchiato, vanilla Bean frap, caramel brulee and an undertow (understandable that the cashier didn't know since it's not on the Starbucks menu) all the hot drinks came by quickly (about a minute after we sat down) the guy at hot bar was a fast work and drinks were tasty. I would've rated this place a 5 if the cold drink station wasn't so slow. As someone who has worked at a pretty fast paced starbucks, the time waiting for the frap was a long 15 min. It's understandable that the frap took longer since making them takes time, especially of there are a lot in line and that more people continue to come in. However, the moment when people who ordered way after us got their Fraps before, it got pretty irritating. Overall, my experience would've been better if there was a better way of keeping the drinks on track.

    This drive-thru Starbucks is the WORST Starbucks I have ever had the displeasure of either walking into or driving through. I've given this place and the staff there several chances to prove their service was actually good and that I just happened upon a bad day on THREE separate occasions--and they failed miserably. First time, walked in with my daughter to pick up a quick tea while my dogs were being groomed. I saw a huge pitcher of the tea ready to go and still waited over a half an hour for someone to pick it up, pour it into a cup, and add ice!! Even worse, I watched as someone came in 15 minutes after me and get served the exact same tea from the exact same pitcher before me! Hmm, could they have poured a second cup at the same time? Apparently not 'cause they waited 15 more minutes to pour my cup! Second time, drive-thru took forever and when they finally gave us our drinks, my husband said his iced mocha frap was the worst tasting drink he had ever had. It was so bad, he had to dump it. Time number three, just yesterday, I attempted to order a tea again through the drive-thru, I know, I'm a moron--but a hopeful one. There was no one in the drive-thru in front of me and the store was not busy. Yet I sat at the speaker for 5 minutes without anyone taking my order. I thought maybe the speaker was broken so I drove up to the window and sat there as three people walked past the window and completely ignored me and my big SUV. Fed up, I drove off thirsty, empty-handed, and very angry. So angry that I signed up for Yelp just to post this review...something I have never done before. As other recent reviews have shown, the staff in this Starbucks is SLOW, completely unorganized, not customer-service oriented in any way, and the store needs a complete overhaul of its staff. The service (term used very loosely) at this store is not just terrible, it is non-existent! Don't waste your money at this store!!!! I only wish I could get back the 40 minutes of my life they wasted and give them zero stars instead of one!

    This place is pathetically unorganized and slow. I read the reviews and kinda laughed because people complained about this location being "slow," but all starbucks are busy. This location is just poorly run and the staff aren't a well oiled machine. My sister had to wait 10mins after she got her coffee to get her bagel! We found out they completely forgot about it. When asked if she wanted it toasted she said, "yes" and they just put it in the microwave!!! Maybe it is because they were not able to function with the walk in business and the drive thru? My sister usually never says a negative thing about anyone but she mumbled under her breath, "those people are a bunch of freaks!"

    Ordered a Venti, was given a frapp lid and grande straw. Needless to say I couldn't drink it until I got home after the 15 minute drive. I wish they would have let me know they were out of Venti straws and lids when I ordered, they just didn't mention it. I only noticed I drove away from the drive thru and couldn't drink it :(

    The line inside and in the drive thru is always long! And the staff is very slow. On a Saturday morning they have ONE cashier with the line almost reaching the door! Very poorly staffed. They also forgot to give me on of my drinks, and when I asked for it, it was sitting off to the side almost all watered down! If you're in the area don't waste your time coming to this location, go to the one in Barnes and noble! Staff is way nicer, and no long lines!

    There were flies in the food case. I told the guy working the register and he said thanks....then sold the very thing with bugs on it to a customer. Too gross for me. ....just got my drink and they messed it up. They have a huge staff here, maybe more time paying attention and less time joking around is needed.

    I've been going to Starbucks almost about every day of the month of December. I don't know what it is, maybe the red cups? The brisk cold chilly weather perhaps? So I have my share of opinions on Starbucks locations. I came here on a Saturday evening around 8 or so, the inside is quite large, wall cushioned seating, leather sofas, 2 person tables. Very nice. Since it was later in the day, the garbages were full to the tip, were coffee cups, and other trash were over flowing. Didn't really like that, and during the holiday season, they seem to never ever have the Christmas Blend ever ready!!! Like they ran out! So it would take then a few mins to brew. No bueno! If its a popular Holiday blend...Keep brewing!!

    If you've seen one, you've seen them all... but this place does have its own character and vibe that I enjoy. I am here so often because of location, location, location. It seems to be directly in my path of weekly chores, so I always make a stop for more caffeine. The baristas are super polite and coffee is made above average. What!? I know, I know... corporate coffee blah blah blah, everybody goes to starbucks every once in a while, so this is an option for you. Currently holding down the reign of duke, come and visit.

    Longest lines I've ever experienced at any Starbucks. And very dirty bathrooms. Big drag. Too many employees behind the counter to be this slow. Can't even review drinks yet because I'm STILL WAITING IN LINE!

    We often go thru the drive threw. Sometimes our order can be just a little complex. They all ways give us our order right! They are friendly and verbally happy! Drive thru I must say is always quick. With as long as the line can be they are fast!
