My favorite Starbucks. Awesome service here.

I love Starbucks coffee, so this review is not for the coffee since there is a Starbucks on basically every corner in California. I used to come here almost everyday during lunch and the staff is so friendly! I love the service here. I've been to the Starbucks on State college blvd. and have had quite a few problems with the staff and with the wrong drink being served. A+ for this Starbucks. The management is awesome. Everyone goes above and beyond. Thanks!

This Starbucks was a huge disappointment! I have been to many Starbucks and this one has the worst service. After being here a few times, I find that the employees are not very friendly or efficient. The line in the morning is very long and goes very slowly. At other Starbucks, even when the lines were long, they moved pretty quickly and I received the correct order and great service. Not here. The long line went extremely slow, and instead of taking the orders and then making the drinks, it seemed as though they were making the drinks one at a time! People are in a hurry and need to get to school and work and they are taking their time! Also, they took my order incorrectly and moved on to the next person, making me have to interrupt to fix the order. The people at the front are not very friendly and don't seem to enjoy being there. This is really a disappointment since this Starbucks is so close to where I live and I was hoping to receive better service. On the plus side they do have a wide variety of food and baked items. The coffee was hot and tasted great as usual. This review is based solely on the service and employees, which were sub par. I hope this will improve in the future.

I go to this Starbucks All the Time. We have a family full of Starbucks nuts and this is a great location. They get my drinks right every time. There are a lot of great personalities. And the service is top notch.

I am a strong believer in paying back a kindness so even though I am not a regular reviewer, I feel it important to note the exceptional service I received recently. This location is the closest to my home and each and every time I have been treated very warmly, however the specific instance I want to comment about happened this last Sunday on Easter. This previously Friday I had visited the drive-thru Starbucks by my office (17th and Grand, Santa Ana) and had bought a few drinks for my order. When I took my Venti Carmel Macchiato with 4 shots of espresso and non-fat milk out of the drink carrier I knew something was definitely wrong as it was so watery and light. The espresso at the top half was barely there....it was all milk. I ended up brewing more coffee at work and adding it to the drink (which made the drink warm and not very enjoyable). You know when you have your heart set on that little treat that you limit yourself on because of cost reasons and it comes out all wrong? I really dislike that feeling. Anyways, I told this location about the problem, showed them my receipt and picture I took of the drink and was given a replacement drink for free that was made perfectly. I really am not one to complain at businesses, but know that the 3 behind the counter probably get it all the time. They were all super nice and down to earth. When I picked up my drink, to my surprise I was also given a gift card for my next drink. Thanks to this Starbucks location! You rock at customer service!

So it's been a while, we're out running errands and despite my last experience I gave this place another shot. Lol! What a frigging joke! Once again not busy but ur employees are so slow to the point a line forms anyways. How you going to mess up our drinks and then be rude about remaking it? The whole staff here is horrendous. No smiles. No customer service, even gives u attitude when you order cuz your bothering them right? They hate their jobs as much as customers hate their service. Your employees still suck Starbucks!

    (1)
  • Celeste C.

The baristas here are honestly hit or miss.. Sometimes they're nice and friendly, and sometimes they're just off. My barista today, Scott, was frankly a little rude and impatient when I asked for the free pastry that I was supposed to receive as a part of the rewards card. I wish they would put a little more emphasis on customer service.

This place is horrible all around. Especially when the older lady Laurie is working !!! Yikes ! I hope Starbucks reads these reviews. Why are you letting this happen to so many customers. It's not right. Today I witnessed her treat a lady who is hard at English horribly by using a demeaning tone in her voice! Saying things like "you'll be your drink free, don't worry." In the rudest possible way you could imagine. The drinks are okay. Honestly the Starbucks in the Brea mall is the best. Worth the drive...

  • Danna A.

This was a horrible experience and when I will prevent others from having!!! I went tot his Starbucks and 2 cashiers where arguing in front of me wanting to talk my order only to make me a mystery drink. ..I ordered an Ice Coffe with a Caramel drizzle and got a white chalky layer of crap at the bottom of my cup. It was disgusting. When I asked about this, she brushed me off and told me that she could make me another one but she had to charge me...Seriously!!!!!...Needless to say I won't go back....Terrible representation of Starbucks standards....

  • Kelly M.

I live walking distance from this shop and some employees are so awesome, but not this location and not this day. I asked for a refill and they didn't even look at my cup and threw it in the trash and said "NO" our store is really cracking down on same store same visit. She didn't look at my cup or drink. She didn't ask for my receipt to see the location or time. She then asked what size I had and what I wanted. How about a refill and a hint of customer service??? Too much to ask, I guess ????

  • Amber M.

My husband and I jokingly refer to this place as the "rude Starbucks" because we have been here so many times as it is close to our house but every single barista is rude every single time - to the point that it is unbelievable that you can get the same bad customer service so many times in a row.

    (1)
  • Christine A.

I called to talk to them personally because these ladies are so sweet but got no answer and truthfully I'm upset! If I wasn't at work I'd go there and speak with them directly but I can't leave so I am disappointed to leave a review like this for people I love! I come to this Starbucks at least 3 times a week and don't always get the same thing but pretty regularly get a grande flat white! This morning I didn't drink any until I got to work (like usual) but thought it felt really light so I opened it up before even taking a sip. It was half gone! Half! Now some mornings when the foam fades it's a quarter gone and that I can live with but to give me half a cup of coffee and charge me $5 is wrong.

    (1)
  • J D.

This is my closest Starbucks, but I avoid going here for one big reason: they never fill my drink to the top whenever I order a latte drink, whether hot or iced. In some cases, the drinks were a good half inch to a full inch from the rim covered by foam to hide how much less they're giving me. It is so noticeable that you feel cheated after paying $4-$5 for a drink. Like if you've experienced the same. And I agree with other reviewers. The staff are not warm and friendly. I've definitey experienced better at other Starbucks. Thankfully, I have a choice to not come here.

Not giving out receipts. Served me a wrong drink. Never coming back ever. There are better locations, this one is not. Worse Starbucks ever. And employee named kris has an attitude!

I don't like the way the store is set up. You'll often be at the end of the line outside the door.

This is my place to go. But today when ordering the usual the gentleman who took my order asked my name name and I said Jen and he called me Jessica. Then seemed upset when my wife corrected him. But I mean we call make mistakes. I ordered a green tea frapp and he gave me a regular iced tea. I had to advise the other young man that my order was incorrect. He apologized and fixed my drink. Which I really appreciated. But as for the gentleman who took my order, you should listen to your customers. And try smiling it's Christmas! Lol

  • Eva L.

I've given this place multiple chances and as much as I love the Starbucks franchise, you just can't change people's personalities. My 1st visit here: the barista (older lady) was not friendly. I ordered my passion tea apple juice and chocolate croissant, which (btw) took FOREVER. And not only that, but after I finally got my drink, I find out that they forgot my chocolate croissant. The barista who took my order did not even come over to personally apologize, instead, she just shouted "SORRY!" from the cash register. Maybe it was a bad day for them, and for me - I like to give people chances. My 2nd visit here: the barista (younger lady) was friendlier. The wait for our drinks were roughly the same - it was still kind of slow. We noticed that the baristas here like to take their sweet time making drinks. There was barely a line and it took us 15 minutes to get our passion tea apple juice. My 3rd visit here: when I approached the cash register, the barista (older lady) saw me and just put her hands on her hips to look at me. Hello? I'm a customer and you don't even give me a friendly greeting? I got my same order of chocolate croissant and tea. This time, my croissant was prepared on time and I did not have to wait that long for my drink. So to sum it up: I really do think management needs to intervene because there has been a lack of consistency regarding the baristas delivering customer satisfaction with their pacing of making drinks. Not only that, but some of the baristas need a refresher course on customer service. I found it off-putting when that barista treated me with no regard. Is it really that hard to say, "Hi, how are you? What can I get for you today?" Needless to say, I am giving this place 2 stars. It's disappointing because I really do love Starbucks - but this location has lost my respect as a Starbucks patron.

  • Danni N.

Of course the closest Starbucks to me has baristas that are total jerks! Always in a bad mood & rolling their eyes to any little change you make to your drink. If you hate your job so much quit! I recently went on Thursday & ordered a double chocolatey chip frap with whip cream on top & bottom for my boyfriend & a very berry hibiscus for myself. The girl was very friendly so no complaints with her. Usually when I order the frap they get it right at other Starbucks & you can tell the whip cream is on the bottom. This time it was obvious there was nothing there. & we're not the type to be rude about the wrong order but when he tried correcting him Sam just walked away! Who does that?! The girl came over & fixed his mistake which I thought was so nice of her. The tea was good so I can't complain about that. Sam needs to get his attitude checked!

Due to this being my nearest Starbucks to my home I've visited this location a few times and I must say every time I stop by I am completely disappointed in the lack of Starbucks pep. Most location I visit are welcoming, helpful, and happy I've picked their Starbucks to visit! This location is none of these. Not even a simple hello from the greeters/cashiers. When I was a tad confused by my app I asked a question and was dismissed. My drink was not what I ordered and when I attempted to ask about a modification I had requested I got a rude and condescending remark in return. This was my 3rd and final visit to this location.

WORST customer service EXPERIENCE EVER, out of any place I'd ever been too. First time throwing a tantrum in a coffee shop I was soo upset. He thought bcuz I asked for ice I'm not an avid Starbucks goer or believe in tipping? I TIP MORE when I only get water or ice, as much as a large frap normally is at least unless they're super awesome than $10 min bcuz I know that's where they make their money bcuz that's where I make mine in the entertainment industry! I was soo strained for time and had literally just ran around the shopping center doing what I do best, shop. Almost two hours behind schedule and I waited a cool 20 mins and waited for 12-15 people to get their drinks, asked the barista politely 4 times and the 5 I blew up. Even if he was having a bad day he was not kind to anyone else there and someone ran off with a drink they didn't pay for right in front of him..he was rushed either. It was this tall chunky gay guy with glasses. FYI I'm always overly nice to everyone and when I got so mad and I threw a small tantrum for the VERY FIRST TIME, I went next door and tipped the Asian lady after paying $2 for a cup of ice..never going here of my life depended on it.

Why is it that this Starbucks doesn't follow consistency in their customer training and prices. This is one in a handful of Starbucks that always try to charge me more for my regular drink. They want to charge an extra .60 cents for hot steam milk. REALLY! and then Jacob the lack of client relationship server has an attitude about it. I asked if he wanted to see the charges on my phone for the same drink from other Starbucks, he declined.

  • Kev L.

I've been here about 3 times, each time I've gone it's been pretty bad customer service. 1st time the they didn't call my name and my frapps were just sitting there melting. 2nd and 3rd time I said thank you and the barista just grinned and looked away? I could have been witty but hey, we all had miserable jobs at some point maybe I just never felt compelled to manifest it through my customer service. Anywho 1 star only cause I couldn't leave it at zero.

  • Xio M.

I usually go out of my way to avoid this store. Drink quality and customer service are definitely issues at this location. It's not the cleanest store either. Today I watched while the barista gave a customer attitude even though she's the one who made his drink wrong. After he left, she and the other barista were so busy making fun of the guy that they just piled drinks at the counter instead of calling them out. I really won't be going here again.

Really weirdly located and set-up Starbucks. I had trouble finding it, its way off the road, and the place is teeny tiny. Barista wasn't the friendliest, but, eh, my coffee was on-point. Oh, and it was hecka noisy- I can't understand how anyone can actually hang in there and READ...

I love this location; it's close to home and my kids' school. Baristas are usually so pleasant; however, the red-head barked at me this morning for asking for a cup of water at the pick up counter. Apparently you have to ask for it at the front counter.

This is the closet location to me that I can just walk over but I avoid this location at all times!! This is the worst location! I have tried giving them chances but I regret going in there every time. So now I drive further just to avoid this one. One particular time- I went in before heading to work (around 1030am) there was only two people ahead me- I figured that I would be in and out within 5 mins. But when I was the only one waiting for my drink- the employees were gossiping back and forth with each other about a date that one of the girls went on the night before. The employee literally had my drink in her hand that all she had to do was put the lid on and hand it over to me. But no- she held onto it for a good 3 mins while they finished their stories. The 3 mins of holding my drink was after already waiting at least 15 mins after ordering my drink. The few times that I did go to this location- it was always at least 15-20 mins each time. And it wasn't because it was busy- it was because too many employees talking and gossiping with each other. I will never go back to this location.

I am fan of this location as opposed to say one off of St. College and Chapman which is a constant disaster. In coming here I haven't ever really had bad service, most often they are on point and helpful. In fact one specific time I was in line this poor female barista was just being hounded by this lady who sent back her frap 3 times and just was never going to be happy and she took it all with grace. When the irate customer left, she got a round of applause from all those in line. I have definitely found myself at the end of a ridiculously long line, but that isn't on them. This location is not a large space inside and has limited room to hook up your laptop and work for a few hours, but does have the basics and can work in a pinch. There is some nice outdoor seating and plenty of people watching opportunities if that is up your alley.

I don't know why I keep coming to this Starbucks. They "didn't hear me" say I had a reward then waited for my spinach wrap for 10 minutes bc they forgot to put it in. At least it have me time to write this on Yelp.

I get the Java Chip Frap with 2 shots espresso, extra mocha/caramel every time. They make it good. Blended well where you still get small chunks of chocolate. Yum

I asked for refill on coffee in the morning and was interrogated as to if I bought the coffee at this particular Starbucks and if it was exactly an hour ago? I bought a banana for 1.00 which I could have bought at Ralph's next door for 13 cents and a breakfast sandwich. Do they really need to make another 1.00 off of me when there is a line out the door that I had to wait in? I thought Customer service was supposed to be what they strive for but this lady was just mean. She needed a cup of coffee more than anyone. Very dissatisfied about common knowledge of people who go there everyday for a cup! Isn't it more important to keep customers coming to buy the other stuff at regular price than be trivial about a refill of coffee with mostly ice in it?

    (1)
  • Franklin M.

They are kind of slow here, oops it's a Donkey in line who doesn't know what to order. Hey buddy it's a coffee house, figure out your order before getting in line. The iced mocha I ordered was just right.

The new Caramel Flan Frappuccino is delicious!! The staff here is always very friendly and gets the drinks out fast and yummy! I have been going to this location since it opened and it has been great ever since!! I also get the soy chai frap, which is my fav!! They always make it perfectly and just how I request it!

Closest Starbucks to my old apartment complex, El Dorado. - I usually try here first, if no go, then St College or Asso/Imp - Next to a donut shop. Get a 75 cent donut there and a coffee here. haha - Difficult to get a table. If you are trying to set up shop to study, come early. - Weekends around 11am, you should be fine studying. After 12pm, look for another starbucks. - Weekdays come around 1-4pm. After 5pm, It will be difficult to find a spot probably until closing. - Not very many outlets. 2 different. With one being very loose and you have to put the plug in just right. - No complaints with the service. Great with refills. - No real outside seating. One outside table.

If I could title this review, it would be called "The blind leading the blind". Because that sums up their operations team. They have 4 people working, yet you only have one cashier, one barista, and the other two workers working at a snails pace and you wonder why there is only one person waiting for their drink and 15 waiting in line. You should have more people waiting for their drinks at the end of the process instead of serving one customer at a time. I saw that you are remodeling the place, maybe restablishing your operations team is 1st priority.

This is my second time coming here and dealing with the same unpleasant employee. My first ecounter with cashier Scott was very unpleasant. He was rude and raised his voice at me. This time he did it again. He wrote my order wrong and when I politely corrected him, he rose his voice saying "well damn speak up I can't read your mind here. We don't read minds you need to tell us what you want." I wasn't aware that taking down an order for iced coffee would be so complicated. I don't think I'll buy from here again if he's working.

This Starbucks is one of the better neighborhood coffee shops. Good coffee, quick and friendly service, and free wifi. There is not a lot of seating, so it's best to take your coffee to go at this location, but has plenty of parking.

    (4)
  • Keith D.

Worst service the past few times I've been there. I don't drink coffee and simply want their ginger ale which they don't have right now. Well it has been four weeks and you have not had it. How about stop putting it on the menu if you don't have it.

We all know the basic Starbucks format: comfortable seating, hip background music, free wifi, plenty of electrical outlets for your computers, a variety of pastries, sandwiches, and snacks, tea, juice, water... what am I forgetting? oh yeah - and of course the coffee. You can be a purist and order it black or you can get all fru-fru and order it with plenty of sugary syrups, flavorings, and additives. I was in town for the weekend to do a live broadcast of the Miss Placentia & Miss Yorba Linda Scholarship Pageant being held down the street at Valencia High School. I popped into this Starbucks to grab a quick coffee on the the way. Well, it would have been a quick coffee if it hadn't been for that long line of people ahead of me. Apparently, I am not the only one who counts on Starbucks to give me that jolt of caffeine to get me going first thing in the morning. I usually order complicated drinks (my favorite is a decaf Americano with 3 inches of steamed breve and 6 pumps of sugar free vanilla syrup), but for some reason (prominently placed advertising?) I decided to try their new vanilla spice latte for the first time yesterday. MMMMM.... good. And the barristas delivered my sugary coffee-ish drink with big perky smiles. It went really well with the sugary donut I picked up next door, and I'm now one star closer to my next free coffee! I only wish I'd had time to hang out and enjoy the atmosphere!

I was little disappointed with this particular Starbucks the service was not as friendly as the one I have been doing earlier I felt as though I was doing them a favor coming here to get a refill. Maybe it was just the person at the counter bad day.

This is place always takes forever. I stopped by to get my special order latte...normally when other Starbucks mess up your drink, they make you a new one with no extra charge for the soy milk if they make it with regular milk. I ordered a my drink with soy and thought they just didn't charge me for it by mistake....but they didn't get it right. I took one sip, looked at the cup not marked soy and went back and told them that I can't have regular milk...they asked if I was charged and checked if it was marked on the cup and then asked me for the 60 cents....really?! I don't mind paying for it, just don't think I should go back and pay for their mistake.

I got the chocolate croissant for the first time, and it was delicious! I love the smoothies, and I get one of them almost every time I come here. Although the food was good, the store isn't so clean. The floor is muddy and the counter where you pick up your food or drinks was sticky. Our table was dirty, too. The music is also a little to loud.

  • Jessica M.

I don't ask for the crazy drinks where you need a bit of every syrup, I asked the older male barista for "lightly blended" and he rolled his eyes and with an unfriendly tone said "I just push blend and it does its thing" , I then replied "you cant push it real quick and let go?" Its not a difficult task and if it is, then be nice and answer in a polite way. People give you service; thats why you still have your job !

Awesome service. They had to brew a new pot of Pikes and for the wait, Josh @ the register, offered the coffee for FREE. I was very pleased and impressed. He was very polite and kind to everyone. Good job and Thank You Josh!

This Starbucks is so close to my house, but its so horrible I drive two miles out of the way to the Brea location just to have good coffee. The coffee always tastes burnt, the service is HORRIFIC, they always run out of the pastry I love..its all just bad. The bathroom is shared by both men and women (therefore it always stinks). If you must go, don't ever go in the morning. You will stand in line and all three barristas will stand there, pretend you aren't there, never greet you and act as if you are infringing upon their time. My advice..go to the Brea location!

  • Lauren A.

This Starbucks is CRAP. I always go to this location in hopes that my next visit will be better than the last...well, nope! The old lady at the front always has the crappiest attitude. I feel as if she has bad days, every day and takes it out on the customers. Horrible. Anyway, I am taking time to finally write a review because of my most recent visit...which was about 10 minutes ago. Again, that older lady with the black bob was there and greeted me like she hated that I was there. When I ordered my drink, she was like okay and who is this for, carol? and I was like WHAT? How did you come up with that?! I then told her my name..and that was it with her. I cannot stand that lady. Anyway, I go over to the counter to retrieve my drink, and the girl who ordered her drink before me was grabbing her drink when she reached over the small glass plate to grab a straw and the other employee was like "Can you NOT do that, they are not on the counter for a reason." Followed by a really, really, nasty look.. LIKE WHOOOAAAAHHH! I don't think the poor girl heard her, but I DID! Rude. It sucks because I live and work 2 minutes from this location, but I do not think I will return after this last time. Guess I am going to have to deal with McDonald's crappy, watered down coffee. Much better than having to deal with a bunch of rude, non-customer service, unfriendly people. I may just do my research and find out who runs this joint to see if they know what kind of people they have working for them. Sorry, YOU JUST LOST ANOTHER CUSTOMER. And I'll let all my co-workers know not to go there either.

Can't stand this Starbucks. The cashiers are never friendly, they never smile. The cashiers look irritated when your ordering. The wait time is ridiculous. The orders are often incorrect. Its worth driving a few extra blocks to the Starbucks in Yorba Linda. I only stop here because its on my way to work but today was the last time I was going to give this place a chance. My order was incorrect. I asked for sweetened and the cashier confirmed I wanted sweetened and of course it wasn't done. This has happened too many times here.

This Starbucks is better than the one closer to the college. Not as crowded however, people are starting to figure out this is the one to go to. Limited seating here though, can get just as busy as the one of State College

I hate coming here but this is the only one that's closest to where I live. Baristas are straight up lazy. I came here today and ordered a venti coffee and all I asked if I can please have a stopper for my coffee since I realized it's going to splatter everywhere in my car. I figured the baristas can at least grab it for me because the place is small and it's crowded and there are two baristas just standing there doing nothing and I don't want to dive into a crowd thats waiting for coffee. That just calls for disaster. Nope...baristas just pointed out where it was and know for a fact that it's hard to get by! Jerks...

First of all I have lived in Placentia since 1988 and have been going to this Starbucks on and off since it first opened. Ok well apparently this Starbucks doesn't take phone orders, which makes no sense when every other Starbucks I have ever called to make a phone order with has had no problems taking my phone order and have been very friendly and welcoming... Not this Starbucks they want nothing to do with you and your phone order lol. The girls working at this Starbucks are rude and have bad attitudes. After enough times coming to this Starbucks and being unwelcome I decided to yelp on them. This morning was the straw that broke the camels back. I merely called up to order a simple coffee black and an oatmeal plain no sugar no raisins... Real simple order nothing to strenuous at least not at any other Starbucks, but for some reason when I called this Starbucks I was basically blown off from the very answering of the phone call to the end. So I call in to order for my girlfriend trying to be a nice guy and get her coffe and something to eat before she has to head to work and when the lady answered she was very short with me, anyways I figure maybe they are busy or she's just not having a good morning.. So I tell her what I want a simple coffee black and an oatmeal plain and immediately she says that there is no one else there and something about can't take the order over the phone, then she says with a reluctant tone of voice, "well i'll take your order but your things will be cold by the time you get here"... Really? How does she know how long tell I get there and what is it to her anyways??? So I tell her no actually I'll be there in 2 minutes it will be just fine and she says "ok" and hangs up on me. So I go over to pick up the order for my girlfriend and stand in line... no big deal... it happens. But as I'm standing there in line I'm paying attention to how the customers are being treated. the women at the register acts and looks like she doesn't even want to be there. I still observe the 2 lady's taking the orders being friendly with the lady customers but when I get up to them neither one of them greet me, then I tell them I called in and wasn't even sure if my order was put through because no took my name or anything and the helper lady just slides the stuff up to me doesn't repeat the order to make sure it right or anything just here's your stuff now go attitude. Anyways I pay for my stuff then I figured I'd get the same send off as the women in front of me received but of course not!!! I was the one that said "Thank you" and "Have a nice day" and even then not one of them said thank you or have a nice day to me. Very rude!!! I'm really not sure what all the good reviews are about this Starbucks but I'm guessing it makes a difference whether you are male or female because it appears that every time I've gone into this Starbucks all the girls working have been all cheery, happy go lucky inviting and welcoming to all the women when taking there orders.... all with "Hi's", "How are you's" and "Have a nice day!" To all except me lol! Why is this? It's not because I'm rude or a jerk because I have been ultra friendly every time I've been to this Starbucks and always receive the cold shoulder. It's pretty sad when the customer is the one being polite and courteous, I've always been the one that says "Hi" and "How are you" I even say " Thank you" and tell them " Have a nice day!". Not once has any of the staff (girls) been friendly or welcoming with me. But they sure are friendly with all the ladies coming in. Bottom line is don't expect to much in terms of customer service at this Starbucks.

I really don't have any complaints about this store. But one. The service is fine. The products are fine. But there aren't enough seats! I'm just posting two stars because it's hard for me to give them three if I have to sit in my car because there aren't enough tables. In fact there are usually more seats free at the Starbucks across the street from Cal State Fullerton and that's usually full of students. And this location has room if they rearranged stuff. Mr. Cranky says....he's a bit cranky today.

Let me start by saying that I love coffee and I love starbucks, but I absolutely hated this location. When I arrived, there was no line so I thought "cool, this will be quick". Here's what actually happened. My order is taken (by some weird guy who thinks he's too cool to breathe in the same room as me), I order a grande iced coffee with milk and classic syrup. Then I waited, and waited, AND waited! Sheesh how long does it need to take???!?! I literally stood in there for 22 minutes. There was only one barista, and two cashiers (the stuck up guy and some chick who was flirting with him instead of working). I've never been to such a poorly managed starbucks. Oh, and the cherry on top was my disgustingly bitter iced coffee. SO MUCH FOR THAT.

This is an average Starbucks. It's my favorite though because of it's small size.

I am a loyal gold card customer and i love Starbucks. However, i had a awful experience at this location today, and i would not recommend this Starbucks! My friend and i were together in the line and the guy who was at the register charged my coffee on her card when we told him we will be paying separately (we told him twice). He did not listen to us nor pay attention. Second thing is that the store was very dirty. The floors needed to be mopped and swept. The tables were dirty also. Third problem is that they did not have milk or half and half in the containers. Nobody cared to check them, they were empty. I had to them them to the front and ask for some milk and the lady looked at me weird like "why do you need milk". Then she took the huge jug of milk out of the fridge (instead of filling the ones that i brought to her) and followed me to the table we were sitting at, and poured some milk in my cup, which i find extremely unprofessional. I was very uncomfortable and disappointed after paying such a high price for a cup of coffee. This should never happen at Starbucks and i suggest you go to a different location!!!

great customer service!!! I asked them what they would recommend for me and the girl that was serving said that if I didn't like the drink, I could trade it for something else. But because of her great advice, I didn't have to!!! :D

I'm a coffee snob and I only drink it black. So if I need a quick fix of the good stuff and the only place around is Starbucks, I'll bite the bullet and order a venti Americano (4 shots of espresso with hot water) with lots of room, so that the hot water doesn't dilute the drink too much. Lots of Starbucks mess this drink up and make it too weak so I have to specify the exact line I want the water to reach. The good news is that this place not only made the drink correctly, it came out pretty fast as well. Didn't really stay to study or read a book - just ordered my drink and left. But from what I saw of the place, it looked like there were plenty of tables to study - about 6 at least. Plus a couple of couches. The bathroom is coed so if any of you ladies have an aversion to such things, make sure you're ok with this. All in all a decent Starbucks but I wouldn't stop by to study for an extended period (although there are plenty of places to sit, it is fairly small).

I've visted the ladies at this Starbucks a few times and I'm hooked! It's close to my office in Brea, they open early and the girls here are always so cheery and helpful! 'Nuff said! Cheers!

I was thinking in my head....do I really need to write a million different reviews for each Starbucks I visit? Then the answer came zipping through...HECK YEAH?! Their coffee is consistant, therefore no need to review on what they taste like or what to order. Ya'll should know what ya like here am I right? Well let's rate on their location, staff and cleanliness... I like this place. It's in a corner of the shopping center, has enough seating space and staff are wonderful! Sometimes they'll make a holiday/seasonal christmas drink even if it's not on the menu! Great to know that some "baristas" are accomodating. Shake and stir away my lovely barista...shake and stir away!

This Starbucks is walking distance away from where I live, so I get this all of the time when I'm craving it! The workers are so sweet and they communicate well with other people, which I absolutely LOVE. Whenever I order a secret menu drink or a drink with a complicated order, they always get it first time and I never have to repeat myself! They make the best drinks, in my opinion. Not too watery and not too icy. :) Just perfect!

This is my Fullerton area Starbucks. Always see a familiar face lounging around outside.

This is not my normal Starbucks. I have only been here a few times, when I find myself on that side and wanting coffee. This place is super small and always crowded whenever I come in. Last time there was even some kind of school trip or something. Weird. Anyway, I have never had much trouble here, and I don't sit inside to drink so the space is no big deal.

To do it: $4 I know, I know! This hardly warrants a review, but I'm being thorough. Seating is highly competitive and the lines are amusingly long. Music/ambiance are just about as hit and miss as any Starbucks. The coffee is alright, but listening to other peoples' 25-syllable drink orders rarely gets old. Service is usually pretty prompt and friendly, warranting that extra star above three. It's a great landmark and/or neutral meeting place. Use it accordingly. Summary: You've seen one, you've seen, well, you know how it goes.

This place is great! Love it! they may or may not have gotten rid of the older blonde barista who will mess up your order, but they have had some turnover, and I haven't had any issues with my orders recently!

You people know good customer service!! After being screwed over by the Starbucks at 505 N State College Blvd. (yes I'm calling you out) I needed to find another place that could cater breakfast for 15 ASAP that morning, at 5AM.. What am I to do? I ran over to this Starbucks, hoping they could help me try to get some food together before I was late to my video shoot. Originally I had called this Starbucks to help me, but, polite as they were, they actually recommended I use another Starbucks, the one on State College Blvd, since they open earlier and could provide me w/my order faster so I could make my 5am video shoot. That was really nice of them to actually forego revenue for my sake. I don't blame them for the shitty service found at State College. When I told them what happened they immediately began on my order and was able to produce breakfast for 15 within 15 minutes for me WHILE they were servicing incoming customers. They never missed a beat. You guys absolutely rock. That is customer service at its finest and I am totally appreciative of you guys saving my buttocks that morning.

Usually not too crowded in the mornings. I stumble in half awake and order my usual (Americano) and my drink is made within a couple minutes, which is a bit slow for just espresso over ice, but it's within reason.

Fast service and nice staff. The coffee is pretty standard for a starbucks and can't really complain too much overall.

This is my absolute favorite location. Mandy, Michelle, Natalie and Emily are so incredibly sweet. Michelle is quick and always makes our drinks on point!! Mandy always suggests delicious new drinks to try. Emily makes sure my drink is made right and I leave happy with my purchase. Natalie is a sweetheart, always has a nice compliment and makes my day. This staff is excellent. I am impressed by them since other stores are gross and rude.

This starbucks is SO POPULAR. There always customers hanging out, and this location seems to be a big part of the community. The staff are really efficient for how busy it always is. This location has been here for a LONG time, and there's a reason. :)

My boyfriend and I come to this specific starbucks every day sometimes even twice a day. We are just so amazed by the staff at this location. Mandy, Natalie, Michelle, Emily....all the staff, they are just phenomenal. Our drinks are always made correctly and if for some reason something is done wrong they will fix it. I came in yesterday with a drink from the starbucks inside Target in Brea, and they re-made my drink. Thats what i get for going to a different starbucks! lol The service at this location is just incredible. The girls always make me laugh and have something nice to say and the gentlemen are always awesome and remember our drink! I would give this Starbucks location more stars if i could

I'm so sad that this is the only starbucks on the way to work. This place is always packed, the employees are slow, and not as friendly as Starbucks employees usually are. I never get out of there in less than 10 minutes. I just moved to the area, my old starbucks was 10 times better.
