I come in and I wait in line for my order. Their is only one person at the register. I see that an old lady who I presume is the manager. She is yelling at an associate in the open. After she yells she goes to the back n never returns. I thought she would help dim the line down but doesn't. Talk about horrible service and unprofessional for the manager.

Can't believe I'm writing a poor review regarding customer service at a Starbucks! But this was just so unacceptable I had to write. I was in on Oct 2 to redeem my "free" reward drink. So, I ordered a venti iced vanilla soy latte and a muffin. When I get my drink it is a grande. I say, "this is supposed to be a venti" and the guy - Andrew - just grabs it, pours it into a venti cup, brews up some more coffee, pours that in and adds milk - from the gallon jug. Doesn't say a word and is obviously annoyed. I ask - "is that soy?" to which he says "Yes". I haven't seen soy in gallon containers, but thought maybe that has changed. I called another Starbucks to inquire and was told no, soy is in boxes. So I go back in, now there are two guys making coffees and I ask the other one, what kind of milk is in the gallon, to which I am told "2%"!!! Yup, Andrew, out and out lied to me about it! This is just the weirdest experience at a Starbucks I have ever had! What if I was lactose intolerant??? This guy Andrew certainly doesn't embrace the normal Starbucks friendly customer service standard and shouldn't be in this job. The other guy - who was very nice and I'm sorry to say I didn't get his name - remade my drink and I went on my way. I will never come to this location again.

    A solid Starbucks. Nothing spectacular.

Decided to stop by here on my way to work after a Chiropractor appt. It is now ~10am....why are all the tables FULL here? Doesn't anyone in Fremont work? I don't get it. This Starbucks is small, cozy, yet in a pretty prime location next to a Noah's Bagel and on the corner of Fremont and Mowry. I ran in, and ran out with my Bold of the Day coffee-Yukon. It's how I like my women: dark, strong, sweet, and HOT!

Im a total fan of statbucks, but this store... Emm, not my favorite. Today, idk why, they put a bakery cart to block the way to restroom, when I ask if restroom is available to use, a girl works there just laughed and walked away, I was like totally confused. Then a guy told me restroom is closed due to some problem. After about 20minutes, I saw their staff walked in the restroom, several times, different staffs. I was sure they were not fixing "problems". Idk what they were doing, and no sign of "out of service" is put on the door of restroom. I'm wondering if they make this restroom staff only. Which I thought is probably the case. Not good.

A Starbucks will always be a Starbucks. I enjoy this particular branch because the staff is super friendly and, since their remodeling, it's a lot easier to find a seat that has close access to an outlet. It's also a nice and central location for Fremont, so I like having some small meetings here as well. I won't say that the layout is as comfortable as can be (I miss the couches!), but it's as good as it can be for a person who needs to get work done. Being in such close proximity to other people studiously working motivates me to be more productive without needing to be stuck in a dingy library all day. If it's a nice day, this location also has a nice outdoor seating area that it shares with nearby restaurants.

The people who work there are super nice! Almost forgot my breakfast this morning and they ran out to my car to give it to me.

All I have to say about this specific Starbucks is that the service is immaculate. My barista, Daniel, was very friendly. I accidentally ordered the wrong drink, and he was happy to make the correct drink for me at no charge. I will most certainly be returning to this Starbucks.

This particular Starbucks has become a personal favorite of mine to frequent while I'm in Fremont, and it has nothing to do with the ambiance or layout of the space--which is, as of when I am writing this review, still smaller than I would prefer. Instead it's the store manager, Larissa. She is always kind and caring, and has been a great help to some of the local non-profits I volunteer with. If you ever see a Russian lady with scarlet and sometimes frazzled hair and a pale complexion supervising the staff in there, that's Larissa. Say hi to her--she's a great person to know! Since Barnes & Nobles closed next door, they have sealed the entrance to that side of the building, and rearranged the interior layout a little. From my understanding, they will be doing some remodeling of the location over the course of this summer, but until that happens... this is still a pretty tiny Starbucks as it seats about 15 people. I'm eagerly awaiting the day when they'll expand their space more. TIP: If you frequent Starbucks and you are not already part of the Starbucks Rewards program, you really should consider it. All you need is a gift card and to register it online and you'll start earning stars redeemable for free drinks and upgrades. (This is applicable to all Starbucks.)

I love this location. There are so many things to do nearby. I always either order a chai latter or on a hot day a caramel frappuchino. Only thing is that it gets really busy so be prepared.

  • Sonia Y.

Y U NO CHEAPER STARBUCKS?! I used to always drop by this place when there used to be a Barnes and Nobles right next to it. Now I come here just for the coffee, they're one of my favorite Fremont locations. Here's why: Consistent, quick, and friendly - they always get my order just right, my blood sugar level high, and my mom giddy. The temperature of this place seems to be just right - is it just me or do other Starbucks locations turn up their AC a little too much?

Service was a bit slow and the lay out of this store does not really "flow". The nice thing about this store is that it has a huge patio to hang out on however good luck getting a seat. People pretty much camp out here and never move once they find a open table outside.

    (3)
  • Smrti R.

Great place and friendly staff BUT oh my god beware if you're going to be sitting here because there are SO many fruit flies and mosquitoes buzzing around! You can't sit for more than 5 minutes without having one sit on your arm. It's quite frustrating. Besides that, great joint.

This place is always crowded perhaps it is because of a barnes and nobles that is next door but i always come here at night and there is this super friendly barista i think his name is billy everytime i come here he is always smiling and he is asking how am i and how is my day some of the employees never do that anyways billy knows how to make my drinks just right i always request him to make it oh yeah there was this one time when i went there and i really needed to use the restroom billy let me go and then there was this indian guy who worked there ( i think it was the manager) and started yelling at me when i was about to enter the bathroom like he didnt want me to go in there cause they just cleaned the bathroom but billy told him that it was okay and then the guy said fine gosh i swear he wanted me to go pee in my pants or something and that would have been worst then letting me go into the already clean bathroom anyways that billy guy should get promoted or something! super freindly service!

All Starbuck stores are the same, crowded and busy with people using the FREE WIFI. Staff are friendly and I don't have to wait long for my coffee. I would have given 4-stars if there are empty seats.

I hope there is Starbucks in heaven! I love this spot in Fremont Hub not too far from where I live. I stop here every or other morning. This time it was a Venti caramel milk w/ extra foam w/ whipped cream wriggled with caramel (I have to thank my friend Eileen for a spectacular drink choice!). Love it! Now I can sound like a rockstar when I order next time! I had the Spinach Feta Cheese Wheat Wrap and a yogurt. My favorite morning combo! Hmmm. Starbucks got starstruck. I also love this place because it's totally adjacent to Barnes and Noble! A perfect combination!

Yes! There is a Starbucks within walking distance of Fremont's Art and Wine Festival. My sister and I were so thirsty since it was 2:30pm and we were in the blazing sun for already a couple hours. We had these coupons for two free tall drinks. We wanted to get the new mango banana smoothie, but the drink only comes in 16 ounces. Boo. We couldn't pay the difference between the tall and the grande size. We ended up getting the green tea frappacino and the caramel frappacino, and inhaled the drinks in a couple minutes. So much for savoring the flavors of the drink. I like how you can easily go next doors to Barnes and Noble to read a book or magazine, and you can enjoy your drink.

When my friends and I are in town and say, "Let's meet at Starbucks" we all know which one. This Starbucks holds a special place in my heart. It is here that in my adult years, I have laughed and cried with friends. It is here that I enjoy festive peppermint mochas on cold winter nights or ice cold caramel frappuccinos on warm summer days. No matter the drink or the seat, it is here that I know I'm back home among friends. The staff have always been friendly and despite the occasional crowds, service has always been prompt. Throw in free wifi and an integrated Barnes & Noble (though they're moving soon!), and you've got yourself the perfect hangout. So come on in, bring some friends, buy a drink, grab a book, and make some memories.

  • Aimee L.

Starbucks are all the same - to me at least. Good customer service, yummy drinks, clean store. The only sad part is the Barnes & Noble store that was connected to Starbucks closed down. It was nice to get a drink and walk around the bookstore.

Closest Starbucks to people leaving near Washington High. I love the baristas here. They are always super friendly and the bathroom is very clean. It is a nice spot to grab a drink with a friend and chat for a bit since the seating area is so nice =)!

Like any other starbucks same prices same atmopshere. I order a grande soy chai the barista was quick and fast and made my drink pretty good but it was a little too much chai. Store seem pretty clean and lots of chairs u can sit at and even an outside area for you to enjoy your starbucks.

I come to this starbucks on a regular, and this morning was the worst experience I've had. Didn't catch her name, but tall blonde who works in the morning helped me. I ordered my coffee, and in the midst of giving the cup to the barista, she had to walk over to her because I'm guessing she was new, and had to tell her what to do. So on top of all that, she just made my drink. When she came back to the register, I asked for a bagel WITH cream cheese, all in the while still talking to the barista. She walks over to get my bagel and had to ask again whether I wanted it toasted or not. I did not. So she hands me the bag, I thank her, and go on my merry way. Only to get in my car and notice she did not put the cream cheese in the bag, so I had to go back in and let her know she forgot to include it and she proceeds to tell me, Oh, I didn't charge you for it!! WHAT?? So she makes me go back to my car to get my wallet for a $.50 cream cheese. After retrivieving my wallet, I am standing there waiting for her as she is once again, helping the barista. I stood there for a couple minutes, when I finally threw my dollar on the counter and told the other cashier, "I don't know how much it is, but I don't have time to sit and wait for her to finish what she is doing, when she clearly sees me standing here." Note to that cashier/barista: customer service is key in your line of work. Learn to pay attention to paying customers when taking orders.

worse starbucks in fremont, hands down.. i was the first person in line, ordered an americano..5 people came in after me ordered more specialized drinks and everyone got their drinks first. I had to ask if they were available to make my drink.. If the baristas spent less time socializing with each other, they would have been able to serve their customers. I have never waited 10 minutes for coffee.. worse service - ever!

    (1)
  • Marshall M.

Service is inconsistent. Twice I have ordered a drink and I am the last one served with people who were behind me in line being served first. That is inconsistent. The service when you are given your drink by the coffee steward needs to improve. In my humble opinion, the service and lack of friendliness needs to drastically improve. The outside tables must be cleaned more often and the ground outside this Starbucks needs to be steam cleaned. It is filthy and it smells.

  • Maytin C.

This is one of the better Starbucks in the Fremont area. Attentive, Accommodating customer service. I also tried a new drink today called the Iced Chai Latte topped with Whip Cream, It Was Awesome!! Its like a cross between Chai Indian tea and Horchata !!! Lol

  • Rachel D.

I go this location everyday! Love the staff! They have my drink order down! Even when they're super busy I still get my coffee in a decent time!

  • Sarah S.

BOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO. There are like 3 tables and maybe like 3 and a half chairs? Where are people even supposed to sit in this place? Why is it even next to a bookstore with barely any tables and chairs? I went here to study found no space for me here. I wandered through barnes and nobles and also found no where for me to sit. Lame. I ended up having to go to borders down the street... which also sucked.

  • Alma G.

I've been in here a couple of times and have always received poor customer service. Not one of the employees ever smile or greet their guests. Of course I've been in here during peak rush times, but that is not a good excuse for poor customer service. The lat straw was when my husband and I walked in here and there was no line at the counter. We just stood there while the barista ignored us and another employee walked by to get to the back. They knew we were there because they looked right at us ... but never acknowledged us with a "We'll be right there." We are avid Starbucks drinkers but will never give this location our business.

It's 7:45 and I'm desperately searching for a coffee shop close to my job because honestly there is nothing even remotely decent within a 5 mile radius. There is a little drive-thru coffee kiosk across from my workplace that I swear serves the dollar store version of instant coffee--- that bad. I'm serious. I had heard a legend that there was a drive-thru Starbucks close by and I find it just before I give up, but there are literally 15 cars waiting in procession to get the caffeine injection that we all so desperately need and I'm hurting. bad. And I thought "I "was lazy: Drive around to the store entrance and there is NO ONE in line...not a soul-- nada. Brilliant. I'm not one to frequent Starbucks, but let's be honest- -when there's nothing else around, you have to compromise your standards, no? One thing that has sold me on Starbucks lately is their breakfast options which are cheap and healthy: a whole wheat egg sandwich with spinach and cheese, and a whole wheat wrap with egg, feta and sun dried tomatoes. All I can say to those lazy asses waiting in the drive-thru line-- 5 minutes suckas!

  • Ricardo R.

Standard starbucks. The girl making our drinks was slow and talked too much to co workers. Another worker was able to take 3 orders and get people out the door before the first was done with ours!

    (3)
  • Steve M.

The best part of this Starbucks is that its attached to a Barnes and Noble. It has a decent outdoors sitting area, however it feels a little cramped inside.

    (4)
  • Jojo R.

This Starbucks is connected to Barnes & Nobles and offers free AT&T Wifi (Woohoo!). But this location lacks in comfy chairs. There are 6 mini tables and one "large" (equal to two minis) table. There are some basic wooden chairs, two "plush" chairs and some kind of couch with no backing. None of the seating was comfortable. Service was quick and friendly. It was medium crowded when I arrived but I was able to find a place to sit. It got really busy when the rain began pouring and soon it was crowded with no seats available. As soon as the rain let up, it cleared out with only a few people nearby.

    (3)
  • Brenda G.

so all starbucks is basically created equal. that being said this is one of my favorite starbucks because even though they are always crowded they make drinks pretty quickly which is sooooo incredibly awesome if you are in a rush. customer service is fast, although the staff is less talkative than at other locations. no complaint from me. people that expect baristas to be their besties are lame. So, like other reviews mention how crowded this particular location is and the lack of seating, however there are patio tables outside which are pretty awesome for enjoying the sunshine if you dont mind the occasional smoker. And, is it just me or are parking spaces particularly tiny?

  • Patrice P.

I go here almost practically every morning for coffee. As bad as I'm trying to stop, it's hard to. Hahahaha. The people I usually see in the morning are very nice and greet me :) A few of them hit the mark on how i wanted my coffee (which is usually extra hot. hahahaha).

Today i went to this location for coffee with my friends. my friends have been living here in Us for the past 10-12 years and i have never faced such rude behaviour and racism from anyone before.... we were treated badly and VERY RUDELY!! ... there were five of us ... and all of us had our head covered. I guess all the bad comments we received were due to the fact that we are muslims. This is exactly what happened ... we all entered and decided what to order ... the two individuals behind the cash counter were really nice and took our orders really nicely ... then comes the turn of the guy who calls for the order so that we can go and collect our coffees ... so the guy who was preparing the coffee called ... "ICED COFFEE WITH MILK" .. my friend went ahead to collect her coffee and just wanted to know if he had put chocolate topping on it or not .... then comes this lady (a starbucks worker) who was standing at the back door (which maybe was leading to the kitchen) .... she came forward and started screaming at the guy (the one who had called out our order) ... these were her exact words ... "You need to be very loud and clear so that they can hear wat you are saying ... You know they (she meant us - customers) dont do this often so they are new to this, They need more TRAINING!!!" ... oh my god are u serious??? .... what were u thinking ??? what made u think that we need more TRANING??? .. in my opinion people like u need more training in how to act and treat people and especially their customers ... Today i just kept quiet there coz i dint want to create a scene there, plus my religion and my parents taught me how to behave and treat others irrespective of their culture, creed and religion ... and surely urs didnt !!! .. and its sad .. !! ... i wish u were more educated and informed rather than being judgemental of people for how they look or dress ... Well, me and friends are never coming back here again .. We have always loved starbucks ... but because of this lady's rude comments .. we are never coming back!!!

I'm surprised that this location has never been reviewed. This location, at one point in time, was one of the top producing locations in the nation. You could always find a crowd hanging out in the 'patio' area til at least midnite. Maybe it's not as bad now, but this location still generates a lot of business. Personally, I'm not a coffee fiend. I prefer the teas...ice cold. Their green tea lemonade is quite refreshing. It's also a hangout for those looking to get their study hormones flowing...I don't see how, with al the distractions around. Oh yeah...their mints are a breath-saver.

  • Rob C.

I remember when this place first opened. barnes and nobles, noah's bagels...this was awhile ago. was popular for a very long time and starbucks continues to be...now has become like the McDonalds of the coffee world. asides from being over-commercialized, coffee is good. they are a strong business...

Been here a couple of times and have never spent more than 5 minutes inside (between ordering and receiving my hot beverage). Have to say it is one of the most impressive Starbucks around in terms of team work.

This SB get tons of traffic on the weekends, no matter what time you go. I've only been here on the weekends so I can't say anything about what it's like on the weekdays but make sure you give yourself plenty of time on Sat and Sun! The lines can get long and the service is in general pretty speedy but on occasion, things will back up. Similar to my other SB reviews, the quality of coffee produced at this location begins to decline as the line gets longer and the place gets more crowded. I have had my coffee and espresso drinks overheated/burnt and warmed food items such as a breakfast sandwich forgotten about on multiple occasions. The workers are neither friendly nor rude, but you can tell that they're not psyched to be at work on the weekends. I like the shared patio that is adjacent to the Noah's and Chaat place but unfortunately smoking squatters make it impossible for me to sit outside with my baby without inhaling some serious second hand smoke. Parking an be annoying at times because if you parking the lane closest to the store, you're likely to have a hard time backing out because there is so much traffic. I'd advise you to park further out to avoid getting hit and walk your lazy ass a little bit for some pricey coffee! This location is connected to Barnes and Noble, which is my fave big box bookstore (see my review on Barnes and Noah's for more info). On the whole, this SB is all-around average. No major complaints from me.

Manager has adjusted the attitude and is friendlier since my last encounter, also offered me complimentary free drink for signing up for Starbucks card and explained how it works. I would recommend getting the card if your going there on a daily basis like I do.

I used to manage a Starbucks. So let me start off with that. I have never seen a group of baristas that we more miserable with their life. With the frumpy looking, dirty apron, messy store, horribly up kepted condemned bar, you would think that the drink quality would make up for the mess. No, I received a cup of milk with a splash of coffee. Somebody needs to revisit recipes with the store.

    (1)
  • Kay L.

Iced caramel macchiato is very good here. The only problem is that they don't fill your drink to the top like all the other starbucks I've been too. It's conveniently located, so I always go here.

Stopped by the Fremont Plaza Starbucks to use claim my FREE birthday drink then my FREE breakfast sandwhich of my choice with my coupon I had recieved for being a Starbucks Rewards memember. There was no line, when I had walked in. So, I was helped right away by an Asian barista. The guy was nice and helpful. Me not being much of s Starbucks person, I had him which sandwhich was good and he recommended I geta Ham and Cheese Crosciant. He said it was his personal favorite, so I was like why not, let's try it. For my drink, I ordered a Vente Double Chocolaty Chip Creme Frappuccino. It was great, if you like Chocolate, but don't just want to order Hot Chocolate, this might be something you might like. It's chocolate goodness! My order was quick and both my drink and breakfast sandwhich came out fast as well. Service here was great, the baristas were all friendly and seemed happy to be working at Starbucks. Parking can easily be a problem because it is by Sprouts Farmers Market. Other than that, a good Starbucks to chill at.

I got off work today & came to Starbucks for a nice drink. But that's not what I got, sadly. I ordered an iced green tea latte with caramel drizzle & very easy ice. I waited for a good 5 minutes & received a pale looking cup. No green coloring what so ever. Thinking like it was no big deal, I sipped my drink & it tasted like plain milk. I paid $5.05 for a venti milk & caramel drizzle. Really? There was barely any green tea in my drink & my friend even asked me what it's supposed to be? If I wanted a cup of milk I could've went home & had it for free.

I understand it being full at 3 o'clock, what I don't understand is the lack of cleanliness in the store. I don't think I'll be returning to this Starbucks.

    (2)
  • Michelle G.

I get it that the location has the high school crowd (and it looks like it annoys the employees) but sorry I will not be returning :( I was greeted (actually there was no greet so I should say approached) by a young man who didn't even say hi or anything. Instead, he turned around to the double doors behind him and exclaimed "that's it, I'm quitting!!" Like... Uuuuhhh okay..... Bad day I get it. We all have them. But I told him my drink order. And apparently he's too concerned about quitting than writing my drink correctly. I asked for it to be sweetened and it was not. Tasted horrible!! I was very disappointed. I paid $5 for water basically. Sad.

  • Sandy Q.

I've been here many times and since I was thirsty from shopping at Sprouts, I decided to drop by for something cold to drink. I ended up getting an iced mocha with whip cream. It wasn't busy when I walked in. However, after I paid, I noticed there was a long line (almost towards the door). Customer service is good and this place seems to be much bigger than the ones I've been to which is a plus, since I don't like to be too close to people.

    (4)
  • Eva Y.

Pretty standard service but I was impressed with how two baristas helped each other today when once spilled the ice drink while the other barista jumped in and help to mop up. Team work and decent service! The only down side is the parking lot is always super busy here so watch how and where you park and back out!

    (3)

Service is great. Employees are always great. however, I'm not a fan of starbucks so ill just leave it at that.

Just your typical Bux. The line can get a little long in the mornings, but they have never messed up my (pretty straight forward) drink and everyone is super friendly.

Love this place...The Monday thru Friday morning crew is the best. I walk in and they ask if I want my triple grande iced vanilla latte and I give a nod to say 'go for it'.

  • Sam C.

To give you an idea of my standards, I'm the type of person who thinks McD's and Subway are solid choices for dinner. I can't remember the last time I actually had a problem with customer service either. So, no Yelp-hipster-snob here. While the drinks are ok and the baristas here are decent, the woman who appears to be the owner/manager is quite awful to deal with. She was hostile from the beginning, possibly because I had a promotional discount to use. When I asked a simple question, she rolled her eyes and gave me a sarcastic answer. This went on for a bit until she was done taking my order and payment. I wondered, why is this woman working here at all? It seems like she absolutely hates interacting with customers. Looks like several other reviewers mentioned an irate manager as well. So, unless you have a great reason to come to this specific location for your coffee, I'd recommend avoiding it.

    (1)
  • Elizabeth H.

So I ordered two hazelnut frappuccinos with Java chips during lunch. A girl from Washington passed out so the baristas decided it was time to stare at the poor girl instead of doing their job. There was already two staff helping the girl. I got my frappuccinos after ten minutes and it was literally so icy, with just milk and Java chips. I paid 4 dollars for two poorly made drinks, me and my friend didn't enjoy our drinks what so ever.

Booo! If you follow my check in's I hit up starbucks a lot. I'm giving this place a 1 star for the following reasons: - They didn't have dark roast drip coffee available when I ordered - Said I could wait for a fresh batch to brew which was fine - Paid for my order - Waited and waited and waited - Overheard a customer order dark brew and got it right away - Obviously they forgot my order - Was made to get back in line! FAIL!

this is for the store manager, Larizza?, and her staff. Excellent customer service! I was looking for a bulk of cups...so i call starbucks and spoke with the manager inquiring her stock. i didn't order much only 10...she had them on hold for me. Upon my arrival, she told me she realized she didn't have the complete set of the lids for the cups. She had called other starbuck locations to get the lids and had one of her staff members drive to another starbucks to get the lids prior to my arrival. (mind you i told her i was picking them up within the next 30 mins) honestly, and i'm sure some of you who have worked in retail before would probably do this---...I would've just apologized and said the lids were not in stock to our mistake. oh well right.--TRUE STORY But this manager went beyond her role to satisfy ONE customer for only 10 cups. I am actually going to buy more cups as presents and she said let her know and she'll have it ready for me. As another employee was ringing me up, she too was at the register helping and advertising the buy one get one starbucks deal to customers. That shows someone who actually enjoy where they work and take pride in their job. most managers are either 1) in the back being lazy 2) always doing "admin work" 3) micromanaging. This one worked just as equal as her coworkers. People like that will go far in their career.

Okay so it was our first time here and it was horrible. Take it my boyfriend has been with starbucks for 12 years and he knows his drinks. The guys working the bar today at 6:40 was too busy not paying attention to what he was making. He messed up both our drinks not once but twice. Maybe if he didn't have his earphones and listening to music he would have heard us telling him he messed up. Then he was trying to prove us wrong and we told him he messed up. I asked for non fat milk and he said yeah it's non fat when I saw him poor whole milk. He knew he messed up and he dumped the drink out and poorer non fat milk. First of all if u are on the floor take you headphones off its rude and disrespectful no appropriate for work. Pay attention to your customer orders

I go to a lot of different Starbucks often and this particular location I give a very poor customer service rating, place is pretty messy and has an evil manager or maybe she's the owner who seems to be angry at everything ~ all this I witness before I make my order with the stupid, ugly crabby cashier thingy/person! Anyways, they get my order wrong and charge my card twice for it. I asked them to remove the extra charges (I don't even ask to have my drink corrected) they give me a coupon for a free drink to use for next time instead. You FMer, like I'd come back? Epic failure!

If you enter from Mowry and you see "drive thru" you maybe surprised because the front entrance is in the very far last corner of a small strip mall. You actually have to go around the building to the back to get to said window. You'll also have to fight the awful traffic of this strip mall compounded by the fact that the breakfast place next door is bonkers. We opted to park and go in. It's small and weirdly shaped for a Sbucks but the staff were decently friendly getting my apple beverage in a fairly timely manner.

My favorite location to pick up my daily cup of coffee. The staff is super friendly & makes my drinks extra goood! Daniel & Sean are the best batista at this location! They make the drinks great, that's why I'm always coming to this location.

This is an A-OK Starbucks located in a busy plaza. I've been here a few times now and got exactly what I ordered. Nothing out of the ordinary. The shop is actually a little bit small so don't be surprised if you find that there's a lot of people here.

Came in one day and ordered a grande mocha frap with less ice and whip. it doesn't seem too complicated But the guy who rang it up wrote caramel frap. I didn't know this till I was waiting for my drink and everyone else already had theirs. The girl calls it out again and I tell her that that's not what I ordered. She then asked me what I did order and I tell her and repeated my order. I wait again and I'm thinking when am I ever going to get my drink. Then she hands me what seems like an iced mocha with tons of ice and a little whip. I repeat my order again. Then finally I was given a mocha frap with regular ice and less whip. Still not what I ordered but considering that she slammed it down and gave me an evil eye I took it and left since I was running late. Never coming back to this location. She never once apologized about it being wrong she just kept telling the other guy she was working with how the other guy messed up the order. I told her the order twice and she still didn't get it right.

Love love love this Starbucks!!! Don't know why or how this Starbucks has gotten so many awful reviews but I just went and ordered a Caramel Frap from Tony and received awesome customer service from him. I just received a gift card and wasn't sure how the whole registering your card system worked and he was sweet enough to walk me through it patiently despite other people in line. Maybe those other people weren't so happy, but he was just as attentive and patient to them as he was to me. Tony-- you are an asset to Starbucks and I hope they realize it!!

This is my favorite Starbucks! It's right by where I work, so for the last couple years I have frequently made the short walk, sometimes multiple times a day, on over. I've seen a lot if different baristas and I definitely have my favorites! Daniel, Shawn, etc! They are awesome. The manager Larissa is sweet too! I feel a like truly known customer, my ever changing drinks memorized too! They actually take the time here to know their customers, which I've noticed. The baristas really know a lot of customers by name. I'm really fond of you guys here! Thank you so much for the great customer experience you've given me!!!!

It's Starbucks. It's fine. But I recommend you find a Coupa Cafe and try their chuao spicy maya mocha instead.

I came here on a Sunday afternoon and I decided to redeem my free drink. I ordered a venti very berry hibiscus. The first time it came out it was clear. So I asked the young lady about it and she fixed the drink right away When she gave me the drink the right color it was watered down. I'm disappointed. I guess that is what I get redeeming a free drink here. Overall customer service is alright and the store is clean. This Starbucks is quite cozy.

Love the customer service at this Starbucks. My two main barista's are Zahed and Patrick, my drinks are always on par! The only negative thing is probably, the manager that's always yelling. Even when you're the manager it would be nice if you were more mindful of the customers in the store. It's hard to get any work done with someone yelling in the store. Some of us have tests to study for..

One of my to go to Starbucks in the area. Usually after I eat at Chaat Cafe. LOL. Always busy, never a dull slow time. I tried getting some work done here before, and I was stuck with a barstool seat. This is one of the Starbucks that has those community dining/conference tables. But how can I take a seat, if every person sitting at the 12 person table is taking up about 4 seats with their backpack, laptop, coffee, powercord, and phone - all for some reason sprawled out leaving about 2inches of space for me to sit down on the bench. Seriously. Place. Your. Bag. On. The. Floor. Or hang it on your chair. Bc of this: I'm in and out at this Starbucks. Don't bother to stick around.

Coffee was good, but found out after waiting a long period of time that they didn't have the breakfast sandwich that I ordered. I recommended they check next time before charging me, they didn't appreciate the feedback. Next time, I'll go to Noah's bagels next door.

This local Starbucks always gets my drinks out pretty quick, but it is located in a very busy shopping center with crazy parking.

This Starbucks is the place to be on a Saturday night in Fremont! Walked in and there was a group of 8 older men playing 2 games of chess with a group of kids watching intently from the edge of the table. You got your people studying, just lounging, and lots of traffic in and out.

I never could justify paying $4+ on a coffee everyday since I'm not a big coffee drinker, but I do go to Starbucks occasionally. Plus, my baby brother's girlfriend got me a Starbucks gift card for Christmas, so I can't really say no to spending already spent money, right? My boyfriend and I came here to get some work done, and I'll have to say, this is probably one of the Starbucks in Fremont that has the most outlets! Even with a full house, we were able to get seats close to outlets since we knew we were staying there for a while. I ordered a grande caramel frappucino with extra caramel.. and extra caramel they gave me! The baristas here were all super friendly.. so it's no wonder this Starbucks was pretty busy throughout the three hours we were there.

The service was friendly and fast. The mocha tasted great! This is a small Starbucks nearby is the Sprouts, Chaat Cafe, and Jamba Juice. It gets really busy here during lunchtime, 11:30am-1pm, due to the high school teens getting espresso drinks, however the staff did very well with keeping up with the rush. The drinks were made in a timely manner. This one is a small Starbucks in terms of room size. but there are chairs outside and people often like to sit outside. I usually sit inside, so I don't have to think about the weather being too hot or too cold. Also, I don't smoke otherwise maybe I'd be standing/sitting outside.

Good Starbucks location, came here to grab a hot chocolate while waiting for something else. Speedy service and friendly staff were a plus. One thing I didn't like too much about this place was the limited seating. Luckily, however, the place wasn't too crowded and I took my order to go.

This has become my new favorite Starbucks in terms of service. Generally nice and professional. The way a Starbucks should be run. The only problem is the space is small, but overall a good place to get coffee with a smile.

Thank you Leann(sp?)!! Such a sweet girl. I came in with a personal cup to get a zebra mocha, and she seriously made the best zebra mocha I have ever had and that's a lot since my auntie is a manager and my best friend is a shift at different Starbucks locations. And I dropped my lid and she washed and dried it off for me, like whaaaa! You're so kind, thank you so much!

Since Starbucks got a healthy breakfast sandwich I am stopping here more as opposed to a full service sit down place where I can get a HUGE plate of food. I joined the starbucks loyalty program and i have the card loaded onto my phone so it's much easier to pay for food or drink. I like the petite scones just a nice sweat bite without the HUGE calorie count, just one is all you need, the staff is friendly there was seating, parking is a breeze after you can shop at sprouts or get out to go to your next mission.. :) My only drawback is that starbucks should improve their W-FI 1 MB download in 2013 is like giving away free dialup, perhaps have a 2nd tier one for the loyal customers with speedier internet.

i would give this starbucks a 5 star rating but my experience from my last three visits here have definitely ruined my feelings for this starbucks. the starbucks is clean and its a perfect environment for doing homework, especially with a cup of coffee or hot chocolate on a windy day. i may stop coming here with my friends from now on because the same barista messed up on my last three drinks, and she treated me rudely when i made a suggestion. i normally buy a venti vanilla bean frap with java chips and extra whipped cream. in my last three visits, my cup was only filled 5/6 with the drink itself, and normally my whipped cream would either be squished and filled up in the cap, but it was filled partway. not only did this barista not give me enough of the drink, but she left my cap half empty without whipped cream. when i asked her to fill up my drink next time, she rolled her eyes and said, "ok ill fill it up next time," with an annoyed tone. this barista ( i think her name is megan according to her apron ) also let some of my friend's passion tea lemonade spill out from the top and handed the drink to her with a sticky cup. arent they supposed to clean the sides up before handing the drink to her? anyways, this barista has ruined my experience here and i will not be coming back as often. i recommend going to the civic center one ^_^
