this place SUCKS! I used to love Boston Market. The food was good, there were lots of variety of sides that tasted pretty fresh, and they served great roasted chicken and cornbread. But after the last few times I've been here, ESPECIALLY my recent visit, I never want to come back here again! All I wanted is a warm meal of chicken and corn. I come in and the line is pretty long already. There are already a bunch of people waiting for their food to come out after already ordering. As I wait for 20+ minutes in that long line, I start to wonder WHY the line seems to not be moving at ALL. Including the people waiting in the pick up area not ever leaving... I realize there is only ONE register staff, and ONE person working the serving of food and kitchen. Manager, you fail. After I finally got to order, I had to wait another 30+ minutes (NOT exaggerating!) just to get my to go meal of chicken and corn.....ONLY to JUST THEN be told that they don't have anymore corn for the day. The ONE thing I was looking forward to here!!!! So I chose the creamed spinach instead in sadness. Boston Market (or at least this store in Fremont), we are no longer friends. :( Farwell... OH! One more thing I almost forgot to add about this place: I had come here to buy a meal & some chicken soup for my boyfriend who was sick. After I get the order and go to his place, I realize they forgot my SOUP! You FAIL F-mont Boston Market!

Bought turkey breast dinner for six with sides of mashed potatoes, gravy, dressing, sweet potato casserole, and corn bread biscuits on Christmas eve for Christmas dinner and it was GREAT! We had done this years ago, but I don't remember it being so good. We will definitely do this again next year!

The food here is great comfort food ( can be a bit salty), but tastes great. They have some decent deals, especially with coupons. They have a great squash casserole. Would not recommend the sweet potato casserole though, unless you like it really sweet.

I don't know about you all but I sure don't like going potty in a smelly dirt restroom that looks like it hasn't been clean in ages. Also when food gets delivered I like the thing the food is getting delivered in clean ..... these plastic things were dirty and smelled like ass. To be honest I sent the food back cause if that smells like ass what does there kitchen look like?? Are there dishes even cleaned? I was not happy with the boston market on mowry in fremont ca. I was in tustin ca not to long ago and ate there VERY CLEAN restruant and pleople there had awesome customer service also there bathrooms didn't just look clean but smelt clean too

Ate here recently. It wasn't bad but wasn't great either. I liked the chicken although it was greasy, but the meat fell right off the bone. The corn was over cooked. The mash potatos were good but the gravy tasted like it came from a mix. Their meatloaf sandwhiches are alright. The coleslaw was white, all white cabbage, no green stuff or carrots, very strange. Meh, I could take or leave it.

I haven't personally been to this location but my family picked up food from here yesterday for lunch..a togo order for 5 people and under 40 bucks? Works for me!! I had Boston Market just recently up in Daly City..but I fell in love with it..I just had to have it again hahahha..It's them sweet potatoes I'm telling you..they had me coming back for more..!! This visit tho..I didn't have the meatloaf..which was good..I decided to try something different and we ordered the beef brisket..and I would actually take that over the meatloaf anyday!! They were nice enough to cut it into strips..unless that's how they always serve it..it was super tender and easy to chew..and it filled me up fast!! For sides we got the usual corn, mash potatoes, sweet potatoes, corn bread..you know the usual carbs..lol but hands down no complaints..Boston Market you always put a smile on my face!

Meatloaf Sliders are not worth your money! Not only is this place SUPER slow, it was also disappointing! I waited roughly 15 minutes just to get 3 meatloaf sliders, which is something new that they're offering. The sliders couldn't have taken more than 3 minutes to make. The buns were cold like they just came out of a refrigerator, and inside you just get a square of meatloaf, a square of cheddar cheese, and a little sauce. No tomatoes, no lettuce, etc. I don't recommend this menu item, even if you're hungry.

One thing that irritates me to no end is that even though there are no less than THIRTY Subway sandwich places within a 10 mile radius of my office and at least 3 within walking distance anywhere in the city, there's always some shmuck I work with that wishes they would build a Subway near their home. You'd think with all these Subways they could at least have just ONE Boston Market in my area, but the nearest one is 15 miles away! Why shouldn't I make the drive to eat here? The staff is very friendly and they offer healthy alternatives that you can't find anywhere else. Since KFC stopped offering rotisserie chicken, Boston Market is now the only fast food place where you can find it, They also have the widest variety of side dishes of any place which are so tasty, I could pick something that I normally dislike and still enjoy it. I always get at least two different side dishes with one of them being a large order of sweet potatoes that they top with an oatmeal streusel and marshmallows and tastes excellent even when reheated the next day. I only go to sandwich places that cut the meat fresh for you such as Blimpie, Jersey Mike's, Boston Market or any supermarket rather than Subway where they peel off a small portion of disgusting pre-sliced, manure-fed lunchmeat from a piece of wax paper. People in California are stupid judging by the places they eat and how they vote.

my very first jobs was at Boston market during high school days, so I've always been a fan of BM, I love the food, I love the way they prepare the food at the back(very clean compare to taco bell or mickey D's) Anyways, to the GM, you aren't doing a good job hiring people. I've been Fremont for the last 4 years, I'm usually at your location few times a month, food quality has gone down, portion has gone down, worst of all, your employees' customer service has become very shity. I wasn't gonna write this review despite decline in the service level, but I feel it's about time to. I was there a few days ago, your African American was talking to the food prep lady, even knowing me standing at the counter waiting to order she still took the extra 20 second to finish her chitchat before coming over to take order. Then when I order spinach, I got spinach with onion? WTF is that? For the last 12 years ordering at Boston Market when I said spinach, I never got anything other than Cream Spinach. So even if you guys have two types of spinach, shouldn't your employee at least ask which one? Unbelievable! Again to the GM, continue with your decline in customer service and you're gonna lose more and more local customers like me. P.S. in the entire 2010 I only saw any managers in sight no more than 3 times, where are you managements hiding at? Also would it kill your food prep people to smile even once? Or say thanks?

This place is great if you don't have time to cook, and yet you still want some home cookin. It's also nice that it's fast and cheap; and that the staff are pretty friendly. (The squash casserole and cream of spinach are awesome.) If you're a food snob, don't even bother.

Great service , friendly people! Holidy banquet is so easy! I love the mac n cheese also the stuffing! its home cooked meals all year round!

The chicken and steak here are good, but can be a little moist at times! Decent food and good service at a decent price. They have nice family/group meals as well. Try their Mac and cheese side!

This place has gone to crap in the last 2-3 years. I came back a few days ago and the service sucked, yes I know, all they do is take your order and serve you on a plate, but I don't need them to have an attitude from them when they're doing that. Also, whenever I take out, the servers never fill it up all the way in the cup. I always have to ask them to do so, and they do. Maybe it's not their fault and the manager is telling them to do that. The only reason I don't give this one star is because you can get something quick and easy here if you're on the run.

  • Valerie F.

I'd give it more like 3.75 but the site won't let me. It's decent enough plain American style picnic type food to go. The best items are the squash bake and the rotisserie chicken which is really really moist. If you're in the mood for spicy flavourful international cuisine don't come here, of you are in the mood for something your aunt from the mid-west would make then this is place. Valerie

This place serves the equivalent of buffet food.....Bad buffet food. Everything I have had here goes beyond moist and right to slimy. There is absolutely nothing that I have had here that I cannot get better out of a 2 dollar frozen dinner.

  • Cheri B.

The chicken & meatloaf is excellent cook to a perfection! I try to go at less once a week prior to bring my lunch to work. My favorite sides are sweet potatoes, creamed spinach, garlic spinach and loaded mash potatoes their all are darn delicious!! You also get a buy one meal and a drink get one meal for free coupon on your next Saturday visit! It is worth going when you are on a budget. Got to go and enjoy my meal Yelpers!!

Service here is terrible slow. The workers don't really care if you are staying for more than 10 minutes to order food.

They should have got more stars. Had the cater an event I went to and the apples were so great thought they would make a good cobbler. But $34.00 later this is all the apples that I got. Ridiculous for so much money to have such a piss pour quantity of apples. It would have been cheaper to go to the store and buy it in the can

I decided to come check this place out after I received a 10 dollars gift card. I came here during lunch time on a Thursday. There was no one in line and the service was alright. This place remind me of kfc. Haha. I think it is because it has chicken and many sides that goes along with the chicken. I got their half chicken meal. I ordered it with mash potato and their garlic potato. It also came with one corn bread. The meal was around $10. The food here was alright if anything. The chicken that I got was way too salty. The garlic potatoes was gross. The mash potatoes was alright and the corn bread was alright too. Like honestly, I rather go to Costco and get their chicken. Yeah.

I think this is the second time I came to Boston Market. The other location was in Campbell. The ticket is cheap because I had a coupon for BOGO. The chicken is not comparable to the ones in Peru and Limon in SF. The sides were disappointing. Not only did my bf's spinach was cold, it was hot and cold and tasted gross. After requesting to have a new one, they just threw it in the microwave. Super disappointing! The cornbread was hard and not the greatest. The veggies were super dull and over steamed. I think the green beans are better than the veggies. The dill potatoes were nothing special as they were just potato with butter/oil and dill. Perhaps I would come here for just the chicken itself as it's less than $10. I'd go and buy it go to if need be.

This is like eating a fast food thanksgiving meal. It's nothing to rave about. I would give it an extra star if the food was hot. The food was barely warm. You get a decent meal for the price. Go here if you don't feel like cooking dinner but just ask them to heat it up for you.

Good food but bad service. Do not order food here on holidays because they are not effecient dispencing food. I waited 1.5hrs and sometime they give you the wrong order.

Well today it was suggested i try the ribs. So i did im still trying to figure which kind of meat this was or where it came from i hope it wasnt my neighbors missing dog ....yugh icke... Not a familiar taste...i feel that i was a victim of an unwanted taste test. Not good at all....i have a horrible feeling.

  • Emily S.

The food was decent. The customer service was horrible. Then guy working the register and taking our order was the most miserable soul I have encountered in a long time. I got the half chicken meal. The chicken was exactly what I expected from a Boston Market and the sides were ok as well. All the tables were dirty so I had to wipe our table down myself prior to eating. We probably won't be back...

Came here Saturday and ordered 2 chicken carver sandwiches and they forgot the cheese on both! (We LOVE our cheese) But we called and Dan was nice enough to replace our order today MONDAY. We realy enjoy BM. Hopefully they'll get our orders right from this day forward.

This place is great if you want a meal similar to thanksgiving. It's delicious stuffing perfects the meal. It's great if you're bringing home food to the whole family. Way better than KFC and I'm pretty sure it's more healthy for you.

  • Pedro Juan G.

I come to this place to order their grilled chicken. I always ask if they can roast the chicken some more because I do not like under cooked chicken. Sides are great, service is very good. Parking has been hard ever since a grocery store opened up in the same strip.

  • LaaLaa N.

This just happened earlier. Ordered a large meatloaf meal but got a small. Ordered gravy but didn't get it . Ordered garlic spinach but gave us creamy spinach. Ordered bbq sauce but got tomatoe sauce. Teach me a lesson to check their competency before leaving the store. It is an inconvenience to come back to the store but they really need check how they train their people or hire smarter people

I love going here when I'm in the mood for something just wholesome, somewhat healthy, and filling. Rotisserie chicken is my favorite and it's always good here. I also recommend the mashed potatoes, green beans, and the vegetable stuffing. AND the corn. I don't know what they do it, but it's just so delicious. Definitely get the combo with the corn bread, too. It's really good and not too sweet. I'm always in the mood for Boston Market.

I love cooking my own turkey, but i love picking up our side dishes from this place, we have been doing this for about three years now. It even comes with cooking instructions, YES!! Food always tastes fresh. Roasted chickens are soooo good too!!! Staff is always helpful and friendly!!

  • Jade M.

I had lunch in the afternoon, and haven't been here for more than 4 years. sometimes I come here for the turkey or rotisserie chicken with a side. today I had the meatloaf with beef gravy - still tasty and beef gravy is really flavorful with beef drippings and some spices. Garlic and dill roasted potatoes are perfectly cooked and taste in lacking in spices and garlic. This savory dish is good though and just needs more garlic and dill, probably some salt for seasoning. The sweet potato casserole is really sweet because of there was a lot of brown sugar and roasted marshmallows. It was cloying sweet. They probably put extra maple syrup and brown sugar on their mashed sweet potatoes. I didn't like it very much. I ordered the market bowl and was $6.99 and it was a good lunch. Service is 5, I received good service and it was fast. Food would probably be a 3 because I really enjoyed the meatloaf and garlic and dill potatoes. Although I hated the sweet potatoes because it was cloying sweet and couldn't eat another bite of it. Ambience is a 3 too. but this store is well managed and very clean.

I get fat just thinking about this place. I always get the mac and cheese. I would not recommend eating in the place itself as it feels rundown and dirty. Takeout only.

  • Emmitt W.

Food was horrible. The potpie we had was old. I mean spoiled or frozen, thawed, cooked, repeated. My cinnamon apples had a special ingredient (corn) in it. Never knew apples and corn went in the same bowl! Mind blowing! Anyhow, this is my first and my last time here. No second chances on serving me spoiled food. No matter how great the service.

  • Cheryl S.

4 stars only for the tasty rotisserie chicken was SO tasty. And the green beans and mashed potatoes. The cashier definitely wanted to be anywhere but there. We got a little 'tude at the register. I asked for no gravy on my mashed potatoes. When she comes out with the plate, there is gravy on them. I let her know, and she acted like telling her was this huge inconvenience. And kinda put the plate down a little too forcefully and loudly when she came back with the new one. Jesus, lady. It's not like I asked for you to go to Idaho, harvest some Russets, and peel them yourself. Just no gravy. She did what I thought she would do. Scrape off the gravy and add new potatoes on top. I didn't want her to go all Tasmanian Devil on me, so I just let it go.

You get 10% off of a minimum $10 next purchase if you fill a survey within a few day of your last visit. Their whole chk has always been tasty for about $8. With the 10% survey coupon, you can get 2 chickens for $14.5. Much better tasting than Costco and Safeway and FoodMax chickens. The sides are just average. Nothing special. Don't get the spinach because it is so mooshy and it has an unappetizing look. Staffs are friendly. Nice experience overall.

Updating the ranking on their service: My food was ready in less than 5 minutes after order. That's more like it! They have some new workers who seem happy to work there --- turns out the previous problem I experienced was not a process error, but bad employees.

  • Judy V.

Even though this place a little far from work, it is worth the drive when I crave for comfort food. Not only is the chicken flavorful the sides are delicious too. My usual order is three piece of dark meat chicken with corn, cream of spinach and loaded mashed potato.

  • Erica C.

I have fond memories of this place from back when I was in high school. The food is still delicious with great prices. I stopped by after a workout and tried the quarter chicken with sweet potatoes and corn. Yum! The quality of the food cannot be beat. Everything is fresh and flavorful. On top of the food being great, the service is always excellent.

Chicken Pot Pie! I'm astounded! I never, never would have expected to find really good Chicken Pot Pie at Boston Market. The crust was excellent (better than if I made it at home). The filling was excellent, lots of white meat chicken in a delicious sauce with some assorted vegetables. There is nothing I would change about this Chicken Pot Pie. Hubby was picking up dinner here and called me while waiting in line to say the pot pies didn't look very big and ask if I wanted two (I said yes). When he got home with them, I was surprised at how heavy the container was. The reason became apparent pretty quickly - this pot pie had so much white meat chicken, veggies and rich sauce in it that it was heavy. I was only able to eat one - but was happy to think about having the second one for lunch the next day. I was shocked and bemused to realize it was the best dinner I'd had in a while - and from Boston Market, of all places! I'm still astounded! Oh, wait - I almost forgot! I had asked Hubby to bring me a cookie for dessert (Boston Market usually has large, single cookies at the checkout area). Instead, he brought me a huge piece (1/4 of a pie) of pecan pie! This pecan pie was sooooo much better than the one I'd bought for Thanksgiving. I was already full before I tasted it and shouldn't have eaten it but I didn't want to stop because it was delicious! We've often forgotten about Boston Market - but they're back on our radar and, if the food keeps being this good, they'll stay at the top of our list for easy, delicious food to pick up and Enjoy!

Very nice & clean. Everyone is super nice. They make eye contact with you and smile. If you are dining in, they come by to check and see if everything is OK with your food. Oh and the food is pretty darn tasty too! ^-*

Had the Tuscan Chicken with Loaded mashed potatoes and creamed spinach. Chicken was very dry and over cooked. Spinach was pasty and potatoes were crusty. Cornbread was dry. To top everything off, when we walked in, there was a guy on a ladder working on the monitors hanging from the ceiling directly over the food area while workers are preparing dishes. He's got one foot on the ladder and the other on the counter disassembling the bracket holding the monitor up while customer's food is passing directly underneath.

Boston Market sells the usual american comfort food: rotissierie chicken, roast turkey, pot pies, the usual sides: mashed potatoe, corn niblets, green beans, baked beans, etc. drink: mango or strawberry-bananae smoothie(2,19) -mango, 12ish ounces very sweet, either rich puree or sugar added smoothie already made in lemonade/horchata blending machine. comparable to jamba, way better than coldstone. drips: -service professionally polite, 5 stars -smoothie acceptable for 2.19 vs. 5.20 for jamba....(jamba has more fruit and ice).

I'm surprised I've never written a review for this place before. I became a fan when I went here for the first time in 3rd grade at the Pleasanton location. I was pretty sad when they went out of business. As an adult, whenever I was in the Fremont area, I'd usually make a stop to this Boston Market. Last weekend, I was out in the area and decided to go there for dinner with my girls. We ordered our usual meals. I agree with what a few other people have said about this place. I thought that the service was a little slow, for food that is prepared already. I'm not sure if they have enough people working or what. But we waited about ten minutes from the time we ordered. That doesn't seem like a long time for dining, but in reality, for food that is already prepared, it seemed a little long. But other than that, the employees were nice. The restaurant was clean. Our food was good. I'll still visit it every time I'm in the area.

  • Katherine L.

You get an endless variety of sides, a wholesome "all american food" type of meal and the chicken is moist and flavorful enough. The employees here have always been nice- never ran into any grumpy "I-hate-my-job-get-your-food-and-leave" type of people. I'm not giving it more stars because my boss got a turkey for our feast last week and it was so dry! There was nothing particularly special about the sides although they were decent. I'm just so so SO bummed out about the turkey because being so good with the chicken, you'd think their turkey would be nice and moist not sandpaper-y. Tip: my aunt said you can get it a little under-cooked, bring it home and put it in the oven an hour or so before your gathering, fill the bird with chicken broth and glaze it with a sauce of your choice to give it extra juice/flavor. Maybe I should try it and let you all know...

Well corn cake is good so are the sides . I ordered the meatloaf , it was good i suggest the beef gravy!

Y'all have the friendliest cashiers! I walk in, and the cashier gives me a smile even though he knows I'm just in here to take a quick pee and then leave without ordering anything. But how could I say no to that gorgeous smile? I walk up to the counter and order some cornbread for 69 cents. The cashier thinks I'm cute so he gives me an extra cornbread for free. I think he's cute so I give him a tip. The cornbread tastes okay. California in general has really shitty cornbread that can't compare to that of South Carolina.

  • Salena B.

Wow. I don't come here often, but when I do they have been out if chicken!! Third time in 6 months. I could understand if I visited the last 5-10 minutes before close, but tonight I was there a full hour before they were to close. When I ordered, I was simply informed that they were out if chicken. No mention of chicken even being cooked or being ready soon. Thanks for letting me know that ribs and meatloaf were available. I came in for chicken...

I used to work @ this joint over 15 years ago. The food was good then, and it's still bomb diggity today. Recently got the family meal for 3 (22 bucks), it came with a whole chicken, 3 large sides ( I got Mac & cheese green beans and the garlic new potatoes) and cornbread. Everything was really tasty, this chicken really blows every other chicken joint out of the water. The only complaint I would have is some chunks of the new potatoes were cut too big and were kinda crunchy. Overall I'd say it's probably the best fast food option out there.

I must admit that I am a sucker for Boston Market because I used to eat it in Atlanta GA. while attending undergrad almost everyday. This location is small, and quite frankly it's kinda cold and uninviting, but I love the squash casserole and all of its delicious creamy cheesiness! The spinach is succulent and the mashed taters are decadent! I don't care much for the soups although its free refills when you dine in. Guilty Admission: We traveld by BART from El Cerrito to have Thanksgiving dinner here. I have NO regrets. BM I LOVE YOU!

I used to come her a long time ago with my mom and dad and I remember the chicken and corn being so good. So since I was craving baked chicken I decided to come here and see if it was still as good as I remembered and it was. I got chicken, loaded mashed potatoes and cornbread. I was very satisfied and I will be coming here more.

Very disappointing when booking Thanksgiving dinner, My sister ordered the $100 meal that came with tons of side dishes and turkey. We went to go pick it up on the day of and they told us they have actually ran out of some of the items that were listed on the package. I don't get it, how can you PRE ORDER A MEAL and have it come missing some items?!

  • Veronica A.

Their chicken is excellent, moist and flavorful. Their sides are also really good (my favorite are the mashed potatoes and creamed spinach). Their conbread is off the hook. The man at the cash register was super friendly and nice. Will be back :)

I've been coming to Boston Market for years, ever since I was little! It hasn't changed much. I always get the meal that comes with the drumstick, breast, cornbread, and two sides. Personally, I think their best sides are the mashed potatoes and the macaroni and cheese. My mom says their spinach side is pretty good as well. Their chicken is always really good! I've probably only encountered one time where the chicken was a bit dry, but usually it's tender and juicy. The workers are super chill and nice, you get a really good vibe of the restaurant just by walking in! I highly recommend Boston Market, the food is great and the customer service is pretty awesome as well.

Been going here frequently, meats and sides are good but after my last experience I will be hesitant to return. I arrive 8:40pm on a weekday. Closing time is 10pm. I ask for 3 piece dark chicken and the cashier tells they only have 2 chickens left and are only selling the chicken in either half portion or whole portion. The cashier goes on to say that this is because it would be an uneven amount of chicken leftover if they sold the 3 piece dark. Really???1hr 20mins prior to closing time and you have 2 chickens available and can't even sell according to the portions listed on your menu? I don't blame the cashier. It's the store manager that likely told the cashier how to sell the chickens. Someone from corporate needs to come down here and teach the store manger a lesson or two about customer service.

Came here for lunch today and the food and service was good but they seemed understaffed for the lunch rush. There's only 1 person at each station: register, plating and either bagging or bringing the plates to the tables. Their chicken is great, sides are good but what I absolutely love is that their soup is unlimited (if you dine in). Parking lot of this plaza can get very busy during lunch time so be careful drivers!

  • Sonnia K.

I love chicken. It was my first time to visit this place and it was not that crowded on a Thursday night. I had ample time to check out their menu with my S.O. and we got a real nice deal. The chicken was good, and the best part were the gourmet sides. Yummy macaroni and cheese, stir fry veggies and my favorite whole kernel corn. Not to mention that we also got corn breads too. The place has a very friendly service staff and it has convenient parking spots around it. I'm hooked!

Pretty good yet boring american take out. Cleanliness is iffy, staff is nice. Don't visit late evenings, nothing is fresh.

Pretty good overall. Like the brisket, corn and corn bread. Always friendly service at this location.

The chicken never disappoints, always tasty always juicy. The sides are a hit or miss, some are good, others are barely edible. Of course, I don't come for the sides, mainly the chicken. Service was polite and friendly.

I decided to speak to the manager after waiting in line for over 15 minutes just to hear they ran out of turkey. I thought at the very least they could have posted a sign to warn customers before they wasted any time in line. The manager apologized and offered me a different meal, on her. I was still very disappointed but appreciated the gesture to compensate me for my time.

I bought the pre- made turkey for thanksgiving and I liked it so much I had a Christmas party just so I could have an excuse to have the turkey again. Jk about the party excuse to buy it, but I really did buy it for my Christmas party and we all loved it again.

I've always gotten great service everytime I have been here, whether I dine in or take my food to go. Great tasting food, fast and friendly service. I have absolutely no complaints!

If your looking for all American food you have found it here at Boston Market! I love their sandwiches, salads, soups, sides, and desserts. Some of my favorites are the chicken pot pie, mashed potatoes, sweet potatoes, creamed spinach, and chocolate cake. Great food, reasonable prices, and friendly service. Wish I could dive into a hot chicken pot pie now! Writing this review is making me hungry.

For "home made food", this is great! I don't really get the whole like-home feeling since I'm european and we don't really eat meatloaf or sweet potatoes at all where I'm from, but I get why people call this home made. The chicken was delicious, moist and perfect. I had the creamed spinach and sweet potato casserole as sides, both were very good. The sweet potato casserole was more than just very good, it was amazing. My hubby had meatloaf which was just okay. The brownies was sort of meh, didn't really expect them to be great either. We did take out, the people who worked there were friendly and helpful. There was a 10 minute wait, which was fine. Will come back if I ever crave food like this again! I might actually go back for just the sweet potato casserole......

Be patient people, the Line will Get backed for the overwhelming selection of food. Clean place , don't know there is No napkin s on the tables. The soda machine is really hard to find: free refills though! Bottom Line- the ordering process takes long because the variety: hard to select which sides to pick . They use moist towellettes in place of napkins. They cater which is awesome. You can order online too. I am going to have to try the rotisserie next time. The pulled BBQ sandwich is real messy, i needed paper towels!

I don't come here as often (I'm also not getting coupons as often), but I still enjoy BM every now and then. I usually order online, but they never seem to have my food ready in advance, they rush to get it together, and forget that I purchased drinks too (but happily give me my cups once I remind them). You also can't order tortilla soup through their online ordering, but it's still there. The food is still on point; I've moved on to the carver chicken sandwhich with habanero honey sauce; my dude has moved on to the turkey sliders. The new loaded mashed potatoes w/ bacon are too fat kid to pass up. Great comfort food in a jiffy.

i used to go here a lot during lunch when i went to HS down the street. had a sudden craving for chicken while i was at Jamba Juice. i got the half chicken deal with 2 sides & corn bread (don't worry, i didn't eat it all). i don't really eat corn bread so i wanted to switch it out. they used to allow you to switch it for another side but this time the only option was wheat/white bread. got the wheat, which had a odd taste to it. not really a fan of the gravy with the mashed potatoes either. the thigh/dark meat was good but the breast/white meat part was kind of dry. for some reason i remember this place to be better. guess i won't be using the buy 1 get 1 free coupon i got today.

As a frequent diner here, i was quite surprised that the 99 cents side dishes have increased in price to $ 1. 29, and the portions cut in half !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Its about the size of a baby cup! They should change the name of this place to Boston Rip Off!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Had a thing for meatloaf yesterday and since this is the nearest BM I gave them a try for lunch. Prices are decent and the portions are good. I ordered the reg portion of meatloaf which came with 2 slices of meatloaf, 2 sides of your choice and cornbread for around $6.99+tax. You can either choose the tomato sauce or gravy with your meatloaf. I got the tomato sauce with it and mashed potato, and green beans and OMG it was delicious! like moms cooking well the sides and cornbread was! the meatloaf was good till halfway it just started to taste more processed. Go there for SIDES and CORNBREAD! a MUST!

Decent food at a decent price. Very nice employees and if you're eating there, it's very clean. :) Their chicken is always super juicy and flavorful!

My work was having a potluck and I needed something quick! The night before, I made an order online and indicated when and where I'd like to pick it up. Got there 20 mins later than my assigned time and it was hot and ready to go! Because it was around lunch time, the restaurant was super packed but if you just ask someone who doesn't look busy, they'll get you your goods right away. This is an ideal place to cater a Thanksgiving meal for a HUGE group of people (50+) because it's not bad, in price and taste. Cornbread = probably my favorite item here Rotisserie Chicken = moist but it can be depend on the location Turkey = dry but fixable with their cranberry sauce Cranberry sauce = not too runny; good for fixing dry turkey Mac n Cheese = better than Kraft Creamed Spinach = nice and gooey Not bad, not bad indeed.

The food was good but they forgot our extra cornbread. Messy restaurant. Too many raggedy ppl in n out of the place but not the restaurants fault. They was out of lemonade for 30min. Food came in a decent time. Very nice employees. Prime location.

I came here when they opened a long time ago and it was lacklustre. I now work across the street and figured why not come here for lunch. A lot of people talk crap about Boston Market and I really dont know why anymore. Like it was a really good - homestyle meal for not much. I had the meatloaf sliders with loaded mashed potatoes and corn. Freaking good! The meatloaf was tender and really good and the sides were REALLY good. Especially the loaded mashed potatoes. Best part was it only cost me $6.59, and its an actual meal!

We usually go here around dinner time to buy food to go. It is usually crowded at that time. The staff is very friendly. I've seen people ask for detailed explanations about every side dish, meal, etc. and they have been very nice and patient when explaining everything. The food is just your typical boston market food so can't complain about that. My main complaint is just that when there is a long line, sometimes you have to wait up to 30 min to get your food..which kind of sucks..

This is a Boston Market and if you like chicken like me it helps ease the craving. The food is like a home cooked meal everyday on any given day. I usually get half a dark chicken with mash and gravy and corn. I used to like the tri tip when they had it from Santa Clara in Fremont I have not seen it on the menu. Every now and then I will have the meatloaf which satisfies that craving. All in all for a chain it hits the spot but if you like gravy ask for extra gravy on the side. They really do not give enough on the mash to go with your meal. Make sure they put gravy on your mash as well as on the side once they just gave me side and charged me but didn't put any on the mash! QUICK TIP!

I like home-style food and Boston Market makes it convenient. The regular size meals are the perfect portion for me and are pretty tasty. I typically get roast turkey breast or meatloaf with stuffing and green beans. The turkey breast wasn't as dry as I expected and goes well with the gravy. The stuffing with gravy was very tasty and I really enjoyed their Mediterranean green beans, which had garlic and red peppers (not spicy) in it. The food won't blow your mind, but its a good meal for a good price.

If I could give NO stars I would. First time I ate here I found a long thick black HAIR in my salad. Enough said. So gross, first and last time. NEVER coming back here again.

People are right; this is pretty boring food. Expect all-American dishes such as chicken, turkey, sides of macaroni, mashed potatoes, veggies, etc. But even though it's boring, it's GOOD! I used to go here every week with my dad when I was a kid. The macaroni and cheese is pretty good; they use fusilli (twisted/spiral pasta) because the cheese holds onto it better. It is a chain and is nothing too special, but I give it an extra star because I remember a few years ago I ordered a brownie but they didn't have any left. A few seconds later, while my dad and I were still at the register, they took out a new batch of brownies and gave me the ENTIRE TRAY for free! I had brownies to last me for a week after that. Haha, I always thought that was funny. Maybe I just looked really disappointed or something....

First time here and probably the last...but that's because no more coupon for me to use...buy 1 get 1 free individual meal Two meals for $8.77?! HELLA SCORE! Armed with my store-issued/a coupon exchange from coworker/ coupon, I politely had asked if it would be accepted before ordering. The very friendly gentleman agreed, and I proceeded to order. 1/2 chicken with stuffing & sweet potato. meatloaf with tomato sauce, mashed potatoes & mac 'n' cheese. Wow, hella salty stuff. Portions very generous (made more so from b1g1 free!)......chicken was juicy and tender (salty)...meatloaf, tender a bit dry (salty).....wow everything was salty except the sweet potatoes (yum). Amex friendly!
