I love this Starbucks. There baristas are polite, fast, and have common sense. I was waiting on line for 15 min with only one car ahead of me. However, when the car FINALLY got out of my way. My steaming cup of white chocolate mocha with Soy milk and light whip cream was hanging out of the drive thru window waiting for me to grab and enjoy, and to my delight it was free. That's the way you turn a negative into a positive.

#372 I would rate this place higher, except for the fact that one of the employees took my extra dollar and tipped herself with it. Yeah, that's right. My drink cost $4.32 and I handed over $5.32. She gave me my caramel macchiato and just left it at that. When I asked about my dollar, she just stared at me blankly and replied, "That was tip, right?" At that point, I was so appalled that I just left. That's a surefire way to guarantee that I'm not coming back. Sure, the macchiato tasted just fine - as it does from any Starbucks - but that girl was crazy. This ain't no bar, honey! Plus, my grande was more like a tall.5 serving.

Every single time I've come here, without fail, the employees are running around like chickens with their heads cut off with no one seemingly in charge. The area behind the counter is always a disaster and the wait is always long. They seem nice, but just terribly inept and leaderless...

Yes I have a lot of check ins here, why? Because it is at the on ramp to the freeway and that is the way I go every day, so it is my normal coffee stop. Service is fast, coffee is good. Not mush else to say as I don't get and super dooper drinks (grande drip please).

everyone is always nice buuuuttt today they messed up my drink for the 3rd time in a row! naturally i had to come on yelp and share. its not like my drink is very complicated, just a large coffee with 1 splenda, a lil cream and caramel syrup. how do u forget to put the syrup in? they probably figure i wont notice the difference. ha! wont be stopping here again

This one has a drive thru which is super convenient!

I love this starbucks because the staff is always extra nice. They actually show warmth and they smile to greet you. I've had a couple instances when they got my order wrong but they were more than happy to fix it to my liking. The place is always clean and there are usually enough seats for people to sit either inside or outside. The only bad thing is that there are a lot of homeless people/beggars around. I guess it's because it's close to a motel, gas station, and a gray hound bus stop. I think every 3 out of 5 visits, I would have somebody come up and ask for change, which gets really annoying at times. But the starbucks staff will talk to those people whenever they see them coming up to customers, so I guess that's the best they could do right?

Good coffee and ambience and free wifi.

  • Kevin D.

Conveniently located right next to the freeway and nearby my house. Without these guys I don't know if I can make my daily commute to Los Angeles. Staff is always hospitable whenever I stop by. Sometimes when I order a single shot of espresso they give me an extra shot for free.

I LOVE THIS STARBUCKS... The BEST in town.. The people are so nice.. I go to ALOT of Starbucks and this is the BEST by far..I get a black tea made kind of strange to most, but here my order is right EVERY time..I drive from Ontario to this one because they are so good..Stay away from the one on mountain and 6th the WORST.. Come here..

Its a Starbucks, and they seem to be all the same. This one happens to have a drive through. I just think that its over priced coffee.

Good clean place to get coffee. Could use some padded chairs. Has a good location for the area. Has Wi-Fi you can use if you sign up for the Starbucks card ahead of time.

I never get the complaints about the drive thru? This location is - at peak times - busy both inside and out. I'd rather get a quality drink vs a rushed one which always tends to be wrong when I go through a really fast drive thru. I have watched the employees and they are always moving, never witnessed lollygagging. And, sometimes if your nice and patient they'll give you your drink on them! This is still my go to spot! And, I recently tried Augies-nothing better than Starbucks.

It's early November and RED CUPS ARE BACK! Cue the holiday drinks! I woke up this morning feeling extra happy and I knew I wanted to stop by Starbucks for my first holiday drink and red cup of the season. Located right off the Indian Hill Blvd freeway, you make a left if you were coming westbound and right if eastbound. The drive-thru tends to get busy so I just park my car and just walk right in; there are no long lines early in the morning (around 6:30am). The baristas are friendly and they move rather quickly since they know it'll get busy. This location isn't that big on the inside; it has various tables and chairs and an outdoor patio. It was clean and well kept! My first holiday drink this season was the hot Skinny Peppermint Mocha. I ordered the tall and I like that the drink is only 100 calories and they use non-fat milk and sugar-free syrups. I've always gotten skinny beverages from Starbucks and I cannot tell the difference and I actually enjoy the skinny beverages more! After my first sip, it put me at ease and was delicious. It was the perfect mix of peppermint and mocha. Since red cups are back, I'll probably be back weekly :)

They are always out of tomato mozarrella paninis and the sparkling teas. Some staff is fantastic and others are very slow and rude. Not a big fan about this starbucks but the drive thru is usually a nice stop in the way to work.

    (3)
  • Elizabeth S.

Do not go there I ask for mocha frappe and it taste like watered down ice coffee like wtf

  • J.C. T.

Service here was horrible. Took 5min for anyone just to acknowledge that u were actually in line waiting to order. Usually Starbucks is great but this particular location is sub-standard. Will think twice before considering coming back here...

    (1)
  • Pedro L.

They always run out of everything all the time and same girl always make mistakes when I order

    (1)
  • Laura A.

This Starbucks has great customer service. They are busy during the morning rush hours. The baristas are quick and if they are a little behind they always apologize and give a comp card for your next purchase. My only complaint and it's not directly towards this store but more towards all Starbucks...why did you get rid of the original marshmallow squares?!? Prepackaged is not the business.

  • Desiree M.

Our go-to Starbucks during work. So far, every things been smooth. Helpful staff, long waits at the drive-thru, typical starbucks. Actually they don't fill up their cups. I got jipped on a few swigs a few times hahah But the breads are delicious. Pumpkin and banana nut !

  • Brenda Q.

I usually come here and they are great. Today however the girls seem to have attitude. Don't look at me and seem unhappy. I ordered mini fraps and one customer who works in the area was in there asking is those where samples and barista said no they are just mini and she thinks they are annoying and doesn't like making them, what's the point they are only 10oz. I'm right there listening and watching you and just made me so mad because you work there and shouldn't be talking bad because you are not the one who ordered them.

    (1)
  • Leilani Laisa T.

The quality of drinks here is inconsistent. But it's right off the 10fwy and there's a drive thru. They're not really fast if you go to the drive thru but it beats getting out of the car. In general. Cuz I don't like to. I haven't been inside but its tiny and maybe you'll get your drink faster if you walk in? No matter what a drive thru and free Wi-Fi is at least 3 stars!

Honestly, this place is depressing. The employees don't know how to welcome or smile.

For the love of god. It's 10:17am on a bright, sunny, and warm morning. It's November 24, yes, three days before Thanksgiving. And this Starbucks is BLARING Christmas carols. Not quietly playing them, but playing them so loudly that I can't hear myself think. I went outside to sit in the lovely warm weather, and the carols are even LOUDER OUT HERE. Noise pollution to the extreme. I just went inside to ask them to turn it down out here. They wouldn't. I pointed out that it's a bit early for Christmas carols, and the employee said, and I quote, "It's Christmas everywhere! It's America!" I understand that many people in this country celebrate Christmas, but can't we at least restrain ourselves till after Thanksgiving? I'm waiting for the day when Christmas carols start up "again" on Dec. 26 one year in the not-too-distant future.

To start "phenomenally awesomeness" I don't usually write reviews for franchise café bars, but this one stand about the rest. -fast and accurate -friendly and superb smiles -helpful and cheerful I was greeted with a warm hello as soon as I walked in. Got my order accurately how I wanted my coffee made. Replenish bar and cleaned pantry. No clutter in and outside the establishment. Special thanks to the ff barista who made my evening pleasurable. Marissa Dash Tyler Aly Grayson Thank you so much... Imma come back!!!

Haven't been here in awhile but he manager who I had the incident with is no longer there, so we'll start fresh! They still have not won me over yet. The drive the is still SLOW!!!!

  • Mikeo X.

Great drinks but the drive thru services really needs to be faster they make plenty of money daily with loyal coffee addicts I just believe all there making are drinks and should speed it up ....

    (2)
  • Stephanie C.

Rude, rude, rude. I requested a venti iced coffee with soy and they made it wrong. First off, I wasn't even mad. Second, when I realized it wasn't the right drink I told her very nicely that my drink was made wrong and she gave me the dirtiest look and grabbed the cup out of my hand not saying a word. Let's just say she's lucky I didn't throw it in her face after she made me a new one. I will never hand over my money to this location again, not with that type of service. One word: HORRIBLE! Don't go here.

  • Marissa L.

Amazing Starbucks! Employees are so friendly and genuine. They are very helpful when you are confused about which drink to order. They make my mornings and they truly want their customers to have a great start to their day. They definitely give me a great coffee experience. Love store 6981!!! All the employees are my favorite!

  • Lisa C.

Been to this Starbucks several times & have been very satisfied but I just had a very bad experience in the drive-thru today. I hope they read this...I pulled up to the speaker & said I asked the impatient male server for 3 gift cards. Silence. Finally he says "are you going to be ordering any drinks today?" very impatiently. The rest of the transaction was just as crappy. To me service beats convenience & price. I hate when people in business act as if they are doing you a favor by waiting on you, like they're so above the whole thing. Needless to say I chose not to buy the gift cards, I'll buy a different gift.

  • Alex M.

I always come to this starbucks and the only one I actually go to unless I am at the mall or something. there usually pretty quick I don't go threw the drive thru which I'm glad because the time I did it took forever. the girl was nice and gave me an extra drink of my choice because of the wait. other then that I really enjoy coming here and never had a bad experience!

Wifi is slow Drink came out a bit bland Workers seem to hate their jobs But, decent amount of seating for those wishing to come and study.

Writing this as I'm sitting in the drive thru 12:12- Entered drive thru 12:19- Placed order 12:29- Rudely accepted my drinks I know this SB can be slow but this is ridiculous. I refuse to come here ever again. It's so strange how slow they are when there's not even really that many people inside or in the drive thru. I would have gone in but literally everyone and their mother were at the Denny's right across the walkway so there was no parking. As for customer service, there is none. There were not apologetic about the wait and seemed to have a slight bit of irritation with me. At most Starbucks, if you wait more than 10 min, they will give you your drink for free for the inconvenience. Do not expect that here. A wait over 10 min seems to be the norm.

    (1)
  • Nichole T.

This starbucks can't ever keep the drive through line down....so annoying!! It doesn't matter the time of day

    (1)
  • Abraham D.

Unbelievably slow and this wasn't even the first time! Came in at around 4 and I understand Starbucks is always busy and what not, but they had 7 employees and not one was taking orders! For 10 min I waited in line with others for someone to come over and take the first persons order. Instead of letting us know at least that it'll be a few minutes they just run around making the drinks, 5 were making drinks, 1 at the pastries, and 1 at the drive thru! And yet they still couldn't take some orders. I don't know if they need more employees during this time or to be trained how to work under pressure but management needs to address this. I work at chipotle and it's not that difficult to make sure your employees are prepared for a massive rush.

Tonight was the best experience I've ever had at this location. I ordered a pumpkin cream frappacino. They made a pumpkin coffee frappacino instead at first. They apologized for the delay and gave me my pumpkin cream frappacino first and also asked if I'd like to take the coffee one home too for no charge. I was thrilled. Thanks to the night crew. You guys made my night. Very satisfied customer.

  • Rachel S.

CONS: Drive thru is ridiculously slow (expect 15+ min), horribly tiny parking lot (prepare to park far & walk). PROS: Friendly staff, clean location, convenient off freeway, orders (usually) correct.

    (3)
  • Antonio G.

Save your rude smart a** responses Adrianna. I did not appreciate your attitude when I asked a question on drive thru. You need lessons in customer service. Me and my husband have Starbucks almost daily. I will avoid this one if I can or go to mcdonalds instead for drive thru.

  • SoCalSkippy ..

Just came here at 11:30 AM on a Tuesday and got the worst service I've ever had at any Starbucks in my entire life! I knew the kid at the drive thru didn't catch my order, so I asked him to read it back. He read it back correctly, but I still felt like something was wrong. When I pulled up to the window I confirmed the order again and he had it wrong, thank God I asked yet again! When he handed me my first drink I could tell right away that it was wrong, but I said nothing. When he handed me my second drink it was also clearly wrong! (even the label said "no whip," but there was whip on it) I drove off infuriated and both drinks went straight into the trash, along with my $11. Please Starbucks employees...pay attention...your job isn't very hard...I used to work there!

I enjoy going to Starbucks even more when there is a drive thru. However this time my experience was not so good. I am a Gold card holder and we get a star for every drink we purchase. I ordered 2 drinks and I failed to tell the barista who toom my order, that i want to be charged separately ( so i can get a star for ach drink i was buying). So i get to the window and I advised I decided to pay for those 2 drinks separately, she made a terrible face and even made a rude sound. I felt so bad, and since It seemed as though I was bothering her, i said to her to just ring them up together. I am not a huge fan of this particular Starbucks.

    (1)
  • Matthew B.

I am a Starbucks fanatic. Every time I have visited this location they have not once got my order correct. Not to mention the drive thru takes at least 15 minutes & t he parking lot is tiny. I avoid this location.

  • Stephane M.

FIRST AND LAST!!!! My first experience at this location and my last!!! RUDE CASHIERS, and BURN coffee!! stopped by this location for the the first time, and it wasn't a good experience. First of all the cashier had a mean look, and I don't always just judge by looks. She was annoyed, because I wanted to use my bday reward!! Im a gold member she is not doing any favor!!! I regret using my reward at this location, the coffee tasted awful and the ethos water was hot!!. Do yourself a favor and avoid this location!

  • J G.

Texted code for 50% off all espressos, cashier refused to give citing my starbucks card did not have the code. Showed her my phone code 354 and asked if cash would work. She said ok. But did not get the discount. Whats worse cashier shorted my change $10. Watch out for this place. The cashiers are eithers petty thieves or incompetent. Going to start ignoring the offers from Starbucks.

    (1)
  • Brandon R.

This Starbucks is seriously the greatest Starbucks around here!! The baristas are great and friendly and make there way for their customers! Drinks are always 100%correct and are made by Starbucks standard. Gaby, Marissa. Collen, and Jacob are great baristas and provide a wonderful Starbucks experience. Thanks guys and keep it up. Ps if I'm missing other baristas sorry but just know I appreciate all you guys do!!!

  • Priscilla S.

Drive through always takes a while to get your drink so plan accordingly! Today I ordered a toffee nut frapp, barista said hazelnut is the same but less, so I said ok. Wrong!! The frapp taste like spoiled milk and it was soo gross! Im'Unique helped me out when I went back in to fix my drink and upgraded my drink. 5 stars for her :)

  • Kanoa S.

This Starbucks is really good . Especially their fraps. I got this secret menu app (which u should get) and tried this thing called buttered popcorn. They blended everything in correctly and it tasted exact. I recommend this Starbucks.

    (5)
  • Damein T.

Avoid going to this location, they always seem to run out of something bags , drinks, cups , etc. Drive through takes forever so plan ahead. Or just go to the one on central or mountain

    (2)
  • Anel B.

Some forgettable manager here was rude to me once so I never came back.

I love Starbucks but this one took 30min just to get through drive thru. Ugh, never coming back here

    Good coffee, and hot!

    (3)
  • Rose B.

Good Starbucks drive-thru! Reasonable fast service and barista's are very friendly. Drinks vary in taste gotta admit every time, but I like this store. Quick tip: Ask for a drinking straw with every drink to avoid yellow teeth. It does wonders. Trust me!! Great habit for coffee drinkers

    (4)
  • Cristina H.

Slowest Starbucks drive thru in the IE... parking is a nightmare. Not exactly sure why it's so slow... there was only one car in front of me and I still waited 20 minutes...

    (3)
  • Judy H.

For the ultimate lazy person such as myself, this awesome Starbucks has a drive-thru! Of course, don't come into the drive-thru around 8am or you will be waiting forever and will be late for school/work. The employees here are talkative and kind and knows how to make the drinks right. This is a small Starbucks with small tables, just for future reference if you're thinking about studying here.

    (5)
  • Jessikah A.

This is by far the slowest drive thru!!! As for their customer service, they have none. The wait time doesn't make this location convenient at all. I was hoping for better and quick service. I rather drive further and walk into a Starbucks then to ever come back to this location. You lost my service.

  • Mimi J.

We stopped at this Starbucks on our way home from Palm Springs because I was starving and verging on crankiness and it had very convenient access on and off the freeway. The first thing I noticed upon entering was the soothing music playing throughout the store. Sade, perhaps? It was certainly on track to soothe the savage beast inside me, that's for sure! I ordered my usual, a Venti Soy Chai Latte, and sidled over to the refrigerated food display. I figured maybe I'd get a breakfast sandwich or one of their bistro boxes, but to my surprise Starbucks now sells Paninis. They are stored in the refrigerated display, but the barista will toast one for you so that it is golden brown and the cheese is melty. I ordered a Roasted Tomato and Mozzarella Panini and was quite satisfied with the result. My drink came out perfectly, too, so they pretty much hit a home run on this visit. Starbucks has a proven formula for consistently providing a quality product and this location lives up to that standard. The music soothed my soul, then the food and drink soothed the ache in my stomach. Problem solved.

  • Sweet I.

This location is conveniently located off the 10 fwy in Claremont. The indoors has limited seating. Unfortunately no lounge area, only small tables and chairs. The outdoor seating area offers canopies and patio tables and chairs. A bit noisy due to the freeway overpass. The drive thru is a plus.

    (3)
  • Adam J.

THEY CAN DO THE APP IN THE DRIVE THROUGH! Plus the sweet little lady taking orders got my Vinte'! Chip frap with Carmel sause and 1 pump of toffee on the nose!

    (5)
  • Sean M.

My favorite location to get a cup on the go. they have a drive thru, but I usually go in, if for nothing else to enjoy the employees here, they are genuinely friendly and helpful. It is rare that I spend more than 5 minutes getting my coffee, so this is definitely a good alternative to the busy Village location.

    (5)
  • Tiffany N.

It's probably the LA-girl in me or should I say the American in me that makes me into the coffee-snob that I am. I'm not a starbucks lover or a hater, but I do enjoy its availability and familiarity as well as their gimmicks (holiday drinks, holiday cups, etc.) This particular Starbucks is just OK. It's at a convenient location for me when I need my coffee fix for the day. The drive-thru is very convenient and usually not that long of a wait as long as you are not there during peak hours. The drinks here are I say hit or miss. Sometimes if you get a good barista your drink will be on the spot and other times it probably would've been better to just get some coffee at the McDonalds next door. You're asking what credibility I have? Well, once upon a time, many eons ago I was employed by Starbucks. I'd like to believe that I know what most drinks are supposed to taste like. I am a sucker for coffee shops and I love to study at them. I have a thing for people watching and the ambiance seems to make me believe I'm being more productive. If you're a modern day hipster, this probably isn't the best place for you to prop up your macbook. The tables are limited and get filled up fast, especially during the weekends.

    (3)
  • Asmita J.

I only get the starbucks to go here since there isn't much seating available, which kinda sucks because it'd be nice to study here. I haven't tried the drive through but I'm sure that makes it a popular location. Otherwise, nothing special.

    (3)
  • Chris R.

Drinks are always good, but the wait is way too long in drive thru or inside. Get more staff!!

    (3)
  • Rebecca L.

Drinks are always made right here! I always get a vent caramel latte extra hot, and it's very consistent. My husband and I come here every weekend to grab breakfast and coffee. My favorite starbucks!

    (5)
  • Regina P.

Great Starbucks with friendly staff and my coffee always tastes great! I also love that it's right next to the fwy.

Don't do it!! Save your money!! Go to another location. This is the worst Starbucks I have ever been to. I ordered a trenta passion tea lemonade, a fruit and nut box and a blueberry yogurt muffin from their new product line. I paid for my entire order and was waiting to be told they didn't have the fruit box to begin with. So i had to wait for a refund. Then he hands me the muffin and good thing I checked the bag because it was an entirely different muffin. It was not the blueberry yogurt Muffin I ordered. Ended up needing two different refunds for this transaction. plus we spent and wasted over 15 minutes in the drive thru. You would think they would have offered a coupon or free drink or high five or something for all the inconveniences. Nope..didn't get anything but inconvenienced. Go to another Starbucks that knows about customer service.

    (1)
  • Fern R.

They Haven't Messed Up A Drink Yet, Other Starbucks Have Given Me Someone Else's Order Or Made A Watery Frap For Me. The People Here Are Very Customer Oriented & Have Great Service. I Gave This Place 4 Stars Because Their Drive Thru And Their Parking Lot Sucks. When They're Busy It's Hard To Park & Sometimes The Drive Thru Can Take 30 Minutes To Get Thru. The Last Time It Took 30 Minutes They Were Doing A Shift Change And There Were About 5 Cars In The Drive Thru...We Got Our Drinks Comped Because Of How Long It Took To Do A Shift Change. Now That's What I Call Customer Service. They Need To Do Something About Their Parking Lot And The Drive Thru...Otherwise The Drinks Are ALWAYS Perfect;y Made!!!

  • Matt A.

You would think drive thru is convenient and a short wait, but no.. This location sucks. Had a long wait. I had to repeat my order twice. I ordered a green tea frap with no sweetener and soy milk instead. They didn't have soy milk and when I got to the window, just to be on the safe side and repeated my order, turns out she didn't hear when I said no sweetener which they totally ignored because I was able to taste it. I also asked for a tall and was charged a grande. I waited about 15 minutes for my ONE small order.

  • Rossy M.

SO. I sent my friend on a Starbucks run for me and she came back pretty upset. She'd gone during happy hour so the long line and long wait for the drink were understandable, in fact she didn't even mind, but her barista was not! Unfortunately she didn't catch her name, but the blonde barista working at 3pm on Sunday, 5/12 provided terrible service. Not only did she make her drink wrong, she did not even apologize nor did she correct her mistake. Written on the outside of the cup was exactly what she had ordered: a caramel ribbon crunch frappuccino with no whipped cream & with extra caramel. What she had gotten looked nothing like it & did have whipped cream. When my friend addressed the mistake to the barista who had made it, the blonde simply said, "your drink doesn't come with caramel or crunches. It's just a frappuccino." Uh, first of all, rude! And what kind of frappuccino was it then? Because it certainly wasn't what my friend ordered. What she should've done was remake the drink and the very least she could have done was apologize, but nope. Neither. By this time she had waited 20 minutes for her drink and it had gotten even more busy (it being the last day for the happy hour deal), and my friend did not want to make her job any harder so she just left, unhappy and unsatisfied. Her drink was melted, bitter, and NOT what she ordered, but whatever. Isn't Starbucks known for their awesome baristas and customer service? For someone who drinks coffee daily, I know this to be true. However, we will not be coming back to this location.

Parking is hectic they share a lot with dennys and the drive-thru line is always long.

    (2)
  • Jeff H.

Really slow walk in service. Been here three times, had 1-3 people ahead of me and waited around 15 minutes for an iced coffee each time. Nice staff but focus seems to be on drive thru. Parking is a pain as well. Maybe check out the McDonalds next door.

  • Monique B.

I have been to plenty of Starbucks locations and I'd have to say this one is the worst location I have been to! Considering I live 1 minute from this particular starbucks I have come about 5 times in the past few months and EVERY time something is wrong. NOT COOL ! the customer service is never friendly and the drinks tend to taste like they didn't wash whatever they used before - I ordered a hot chocolate yesterday and it tasted like a chai/bland barely there chocolate drink. I give up on this location. they need new employees who take better care of this Starbucks! until then I will drive my butt to the mountain location.

This Starbucks does coffee right. Every time my friend orders a frappe at this particular Starbucks, it comes out looking and tasting good. My girlfriend and I know that this Starbucks will never fail us. We usually order a Green Tea Frappe with Soy. Stolen favorite. 5/5. They always impress.

Given it's standalone + drive-thru location, the inside of the store is pretty small, with only 4 bistro tables, 2 lounge chairs, and a large disabled table, plus a few tables outside. Service is friendly though, and you can always walk across the way to McD's or Denny's for a more reasonably-priced snack (avoid Cham-ya, it sucks). Way easy access to the 10, and open later than the one in Claremont Village.

Was on the 10 freeway couple weeks ago and needed coffer. Saw this Starbucks and so I've exited the freeway. Ordered a grande ice coffee. Apparently the lady who was making my drink either did not know the meaning of light ice or just didn't care for the customer's specification. She still poured a big scoop of ice into my coffee. The other girl going around wiping down the tables and chairs is very nice though.

I wouldn't go here if I wanted to park and walk in. The drive-thru is fast and you get your drink fast. ORDER AND GO! Great for those who commute on the freeways expecting to beat traffic. The only odd thing is the exit near the drive-thru. Apparently, you're not allowed to make a right turn on a right turn only. ... I remember when you were able to. They most likely added that sign b/c its so narrow of a turn.

When I ordered a SECOND cup of Green Tea Latte (stupid me for not ordering a larger cup earlier) I got it upgraded to a Venti for free! What great service (again!)

seriously, they need to eliminate one parking spot and restripe their lot! I pulled into the last spot available, and there wasn't even room on either side to open the door...what am I supposed to do, crawl out the trunk?! I drive a prius, btw. So it's not like it's s big fat SUV or anything. That even I couldn't fit into this spot was annoying. When I pulled out (to leave) I noticed all the spaces were way tight. So, yeah, come here if you're on foot, or bicycle, or if you don't give two shits for your paint job. Bah.

It's such a gorgeous starbucks right smack in a plainjane spot in claremont. I usually come here after bikram for a low-cal, educated but still satisfying drink option. Staff here are super nice and make my drink the exact way I like it.
