Great burgers, great service, great atmosphere and always great fun. Come check it out if your around the neighborhood or come and make a trip out of it. I promise you won't be disappointed.

Fancy burger without the fancy taste. I'm a sucker for these gourmet burger places, but Rounds is just missing something. When I arrived, there was one customer in front of me that took 15 minutes to order. I didn't know whether to punch him in the face or the cashier for not scooting his butt along. You can either make your own burger here or chose from a pre-"designed" one. I chose to get The California, which has bacon, American cheese, avocado mash, and thousand island sauce. I thought all of my favorite toppings, would make for a great burger, but I was disappointed. The bun was dry, the avocado mash tasted very much like some premade stuff you can find in your grocery aisle - not fresh, and the meat was more oily than juicy. On the plus side, the fries here are good. They are like a thicker cut in-n-out fry. Lots of modern seating inside and a few TVs if you're looking to catch a game. Though the burger is okay, I'd probably save myself a few dollars and walk over to in-n-out for a better burger.

Dynamite burgers :), the staff there is so upbeat and friendly :). The create your own burger is is to die for, I personally would want the works bacon, avacado, ketchup, mustard, onions, pretty much anything to go on a burger. Also keeping it on the healthy side too is a good thing there between protein burgers lettuce only to double the protein on extra patties sooo good.

Great fresh burgers. Fresh ingredients. A small non descript not overly hyped location. Small selection of beers large selection of dipping sauces. Imagine slaters 50/50, teamed up with five guys and in n out this would be the result. Wonderful food great service. I WILL BE BACK!!

The service here is crap! I walked into an empty resturant on 04/20/14 with my wife and son at around 3:50pm and both cashiers were talking and ignored me. They were talking about their weekend and about some guy that was suppose to meet them there at the resturant. How do I know what they were talking about? I was standing right in front of them for 5 minutes before "Elisabeth" felt like she should take my order. She never said hello or even apologized for making me wait. I also had to repeat myself 3 times because she kept talking to the other girl while she was suppose to be taking my order. Great food... Poor service. The patty's are fat and juicy. Their chicken is mouth watering! The premium burgers are great but I perfer the build your own option. The food here does not make up for the horrid customer service. This was my second and last visit to Rounds.

Quality has steadily declined. Example: menu says "avocado mash" but it is no longer anything that resembles mashed avocado. It is now processed avocado goop. The turkey burger is over salted and no longer tasty. A lot of $$ for mediocrity.

I usually create my own burger here and it can climb pretty well if you choose the $1 premium additions to your burger like bacon, avocado, a fried egg, or a grilled pineapple. Cheese is $0.75 to put on it. I like to get a medium burger with bacon and garlic aioli with grilled onions, pickles, and shredded lettuce. Their burger is moist even without sauce or cheese. You can also smell the bun too, very glossy-looking as well. To make it a combo, it's $2.75. I do love their garlic fries (with plenty of chopped garlic and parsley) and their chili cheese fries as well. Their garlic aioli, bbq sauce, and pesto mayo are the only ones I've tried and they're all great. Very filling though it's a bit expensive for a combo. The restaurant and bathroom is clean. The staff is nice too. They have bottled beer, beer on tap and a couple of flat screens that was playing golf the last time I was there.

Asked for well done, came to me pink... Looks like a good place. I'll be back. Maybe I said medium done, even though I always say very well done.

Good selection of ingredients great burgers. And they sell beer! Staff was nice place was very clean. Not too pricey but more than other burger joints. Remember you're paying for quality.

I got a "classic cheeseburger" from here about an hour ago, and I am so sick. The bread was extremely dry and the burger meat itself was undercooked, gray, and just very unappetizing. After eating some of the burger, I know I'm going to be sick for at least a couple of days. Honestly, McDonalds is better than this place.. Don't get me started on the fries too... The ends had a green tint to it, and I don't think they were very fresh. Overall I would give this restaurant a 0 star rating, but I am forced to give at least 1 star.

First time here a couple of days ago; delicious and fresh. A little on the pricey side for a burger but you get what you pay for... A good, quality burger and fries. Yum yum

  • Z R.

The burger was very oily, bland, and did not taste fresh. The bread was stale at 1PM in the afternoon. The fries were not that good. There really is nothing premium about this place. I was not impressed and not worth the money.

Why give a burger joint 5 stars being that I'm a Chef? Because it's that good! Umami is crap compared to this place. Actually found a Groupon and took my family. Excellent dips, chili fries my niece practically licked clean. The perfect high quality beef, fresh veggies, generous bacon, a tender bun and so much more. Worth driving to any of their location. My family was very impressed. No skimping on ingredients or quality here. To top it off, service was great @this Claremont location. Please try this spot.

Had the western Burger, very good!! It had thick Bacon and tons of onion strings... the best thing we had was the garlic fries!!

My first experience at Rounds was amazing with one flaw; The veggie burger(I'm a vegetarian) kept falling apart kind of making it a mess to eat. I loved the food so much I decided to email Rounds and let them know. Now this is the 5 star part...the owner of rounds emailed me back and asked how I would improve the veggie burger! I gave him some tips...the veggie patty is made from scratch with actual vegetables and grains so it's no easy task getting those ingredients to stick. Well Rounds has figured it out and it merits a 5 star rating for me. This is the go to burger spot now....it's causal, fun and great for big groups, food is excellent, quality gourmet ingredients and they take time and pride making each burger fresh and I really appreciate the fact that the owner was so responsive to customer feedback and dedicated to improving the experience for his customers.

Best burger I've ever had. The build your own options are great. The staff was also very nice and knowledgeable since it was my first time here. Pretzel bun was fantastic!

I'm pretty sure the hippie guy with the long red hair is the owner or manager, because he's usually there, so this review is for him. Bro I'm sorry to say, your Chefs tonight could not cook my beef patty correctly. I ordered Medium and they brought me Well Done twice, so I finally got a chicken sandwich instead. It was very good. I've been to a few other gourmet burger joints, and I'm pretty sure beef patties are supposed to be cooked as follows. Rare- Briefly seared on the outside only. Medium Rare- A bit more cooked, but still a little bloody. Medium- A little pink on the inside, or a lot pink, but no blood, only juice. Medium Well- No pink, but still juicy. Well Done- Pretty much dry, but not totally cooked into submission. Other than that, the food is actually quite good for the price. I think they've changed french fries 2 or 3 times since opening, and now have settled on a fry that is pretty similar to the ones at In 'N Out. Some of the sauces and toppings are really good, I haven't tried them all yet. I can't give 4 stars after tonight, but I won't give 2 stars either, since the food is better than that, and I still like the place. If I get another overcooked burger though, that will be the last time.

Love this place! Good food and friendly employees! If you come ask for Tony! He remembered my face and my name! If you have a choice, I would get the stuffed patty (patty with cheese cooked inside) and the garlic fries! Definitely gonna be a regular

We came here because of the great reviews. I was pretty bummed out. This place was OKAY... We got the custom burgers. It's fun and creative (reminds me of slaters 50/50). So we filled out our list for the burgers and handed it to a nice lady at the counter. She took the paper and said that they were all out of fresh buns. Okay... So wheat bread is fine with me. I had my meat well done. I don't like to see pink! And I didn't but it was toooooo dry. Thank goodness for the sauce. The chipotle ketchup is yummy!! The wheat bun that I was fine to take was bleehhh! It was hard and tasted old. Like you know when you leave bread out and then put it in the microwave? Then it gets all hard later on.. Well that's how the bread was. The fries... Nothing special. I was super excited about them but it was just sad. We ended up paying about $18 for 2 burgers and 1 order of fries. It was okay but the in and out down the street would have been better. It's a great place and I love the idea of creating your own burger... But the quality was not there.

This is a GOOD burger! I built my own, which doesn't always work out for me, but oh my ! Beef patty, onion strings, garlic aioli, bacon on a pretzel bun with garlic fries. Mmmmmmmmm! Husband got the beef patty stuffed with American cheese and bacon bits, garlic aioli and red onion. He hasn't spoken since it sat down in front of him! The location is out of the way, but right next to the 10 freeway. The cashiers are friendly and helpful and full of smiles. One actually just came over to check on us! I'm very impressed. My only 'not love' is the decor. It looks and feels like a fast food restaurant. But it doesn't taste like fast food, so it doesn't match . They do have beer on tap, and Hanger 24, the local brew. I definitely recommend! Delicious! !!

When this place first open it was delish! Quality burger with a fast food set up. I don't know what has happen but the last two times i've come it was very disappointed. Aside from the prices going up (even more than they already were) i mean $11 for a combo kinda crazy for "fast food". Well now its more like $13. But anyways that would be fine if i was still getting a good burger. Before the meat was thick and tasted fresh like a good quality patty. Now the patties are small and thinner but whats worst is it taste like a cheap quality meat. It reminds me of a frozen patty you buy at the store it just taste bad. I feel like Im paying more for an inferior burger. I ate here one more time after the first time i noticed it thinking maybe it was a bad day. But nope burger tasted mediocre not to mention it took forever for my order to be done. I wont be coming back anymore I gave it a second shot and was even more disappointed, for the price i rather go to claremont village and have a great quality burger from one the surrounding restaurants. Too bad this place seemed promising.

This is a really good place for burgers. I was actually very impressed at the quality of it. The model reminded of a burger joint in Denver (which was featured on the travel channel... Cherry Cricket!). I like that it brings premium burgers in a fast-casual setting, because sometimes I just don't want the full service. I assume that works for them too because it lowers their overhead. You get to customize the burgers whichever way you want. So I don't know why there are some people here who complain so much (I know... newbie Yelpers who don't know crap about food). I do think that if this place was located at the University Village, it would do much better. Anyway. I recommend Rounds with two thumbs up.

I've been wanting to try this place since it opened up right next door my best friends house and finally got the chance yesterday..All I can say is the wait was definely worth it! I had the Executive Burger combo with chili cheese fries and the boy designed his own burger combo (8oz patty, ranch, pickles, tomatoes, American cheese and bacon on a brioche bun) with regular fries. I couldn't find one thing wrong with my burger or fries, which could easily rival In n Out's and my friend was also very very satisfied with his meal! Needless to say we will be back and I'm beginning to think its not a good thing that its so close :)

Lunch here last weekend was YUUUM! for me! Concept is basically a build your own gourmet burger by grabbing an order form, filling it out, and handing it to the staff. There are a variety of meat options, bun options, sauce options, and toppings galore. Some complimentary and some not. Fries also come in regular, garlic, or sweet potato. Thought I was going to be healthy and chose a turkey burger with whole wheat bun---but then I lost control and added the jalapeno ranch sauce, excellent! In the photo you can see the sauce running down the burger. Yes, it's a hot mess, but in a good way! Don't wear your Sunday best here unless you have a bib. Also had garlic fries and enjoyed every fattening moment of it. My husband lived in New Mexico for quite some time where green chile is offered everywhere, and so he was excited when he saw green chile as a burger topping here. The verdict-- he got robbed! The chile was not roasted, just chopped raw, and didn't have any flavor or pow to it. Now we have to make a trip to New Mexico to fix his disappointment! ;-) P.S. Lisa C.--thanks for clueing me into this place!

Ordered the classic w/ Jack cheese ($6) and the California ($8.50). The meat tasted very bland, either they forgot to put a little seasoning on it, or that is how they prepare their burgers. The bun was good, but not good enough to hide the bland meat. Had to smother it in ketchup and salt. With so many great burger places in So.Cal. (Slaters, In-N-Out, Habit), we won't be coming back.

Mmmmmm, many mouthwatering options and one delish burger! They actually cook to your preference and to order, which is rare (haha, look at me, an unintended pun!) at burger joints. You can create your own burger (breaded jalapenos? Blue Cheese? Garlic Aioli, anyone?) using the little forms, or choose one of their creations. The BUN is really the best bun I have every had at a burger place. It holds up and doesn't get all soggy and torn at the end. I got the 1/3 and barely finished my burger, it is huge and cooked perfectly. Also got the ChiliCheese fries- very very crispy, a bit too salty but I loved them. There were also garlic fries and those were great too.

  • Shulie L.

Burgers were delicious. The ingredients are super high quality, and they come stacked. I mean, the tall kind that you need to take two bites to get all the way down. Don't get the chili cheese fries. The chili, not bad. The fries, standard. The cheese, disgusting. It's pretty low quality waxy cheese that gives you a weird film in your mouth. The dry fries taste better with the side of chipotle aioli that we selected. Prices are not bad and the service and wait time is great. Tons of different selections and a great way to build your own burger without the high price tag. A plus for wheat buns and carb free options like lettuce wrapped burger and burger on a salad.

What can I say.....Yum!!!! A few girls at the office and I went here for lunch today. I chose to create my own burger instead of ordering one of their pre-assembled selections. I ordered my burger med well with mushrooms, onion strings, avocado and garlic aioli on the "fresh bun". The burger was amazing, the meat was perfectly cooked, flavorful and juicy, the bun is light, soft and delish. The only change I would make is to leave off the mayo completely or request it on the side. The garlic aioli tasted great but there was way too much of it (and that's no easy trick, since I love mayo). I also had garlic fries with jalapeno ranch dipping sauce on the side. Easily the best fries I have ever eaten! The service here is fast and the staff are friendly. The atmosphere is casual and comfortable. There are large screen TVs (with sports on) and classic rock music playing in the background (at a fairly decent volume) which I found appropriate for the setting. I can't wait to come back and bring my sweetheart, he's going to love this place.

Holly smokes! Most expensive burgers I've paid for in town. Overpriced but burgers are bigger and taste better than in-n-out down the street.

I really like this place. You can customize your order or order from there yummy menu. Everything is cooked to order and comes out piping hot. Try the garlic fries with the chipotle ketchup it's delicious.

  • Alexander A.

The only premium thing is the price... Meat had no flavor my Chipotle sauce was blah..... im still waiting for the flavor to kick in. Fries over cooked no salt at the same time I order the chili fries I think they should get a better can name then the one they use... not a good place to eat specially for the price of they ask for.

Think of this place as a gourmet version of The Habit. I enjoyed that they offer a bunch of different toppings and sides. The decor is modern and there's two big TV's. I thought the ingredients were fresh and the patty was juicy and a nice size. The food is priced very reasonably. Worth a try.

So I was at my local barbershop Friday afternoon and the subject of best burgers came up. Being in Montclair and in the mood for a great burger we talked about the Back Abbey, good but pricey, or Slaters 50 50, awesome but kind of a drive. One of the guys suggested Rounds Premium Burgers on Indian Hill South of the 10 freeway. So we gave it a try. WAS NOT DISAPPOINTED! Not a huge burger but tasty. I think their buns are delicious. You build it the way you want or choose their signature burgers. Fries were good. Diana the cashier /server was awesome, friendly and helpful. We were so satisfied with this spot that we are making it our go to burger spot. M. My best burger spot is Hodads in San Diego. Slaters is #3.

YUMM-O! This place goes on my list as one of my favorite burger joints! Yeah, it was a teeny bit pricey (one custom burger, one order of chili-cheese fries and a drink for about $12), but man oh man! The portions fit the price! Yummy buns (I got the regular fresh) and sauces (I got chipotle ketchup), as well as lots of thick juicy MEAT! Walked in hungry as a stray dog, walked out with a belly full of delicious! Really swanky deco, almost a nod to western style with leather stools, tan/brown/dusty color scheme, but it was definitely not over done. Which made it super chic! I'd say its a step up from In-N-Out, in taste and overall design. To all the folks at Rounds, I say BRAVO! and expect to see me again! :)

Quick pit stop on Claremont. Really enjoyed their burgers! Service was quick, chili cheese fries were on point. They had a cool little set up, couple of tv's, clean restaurant.

Came here with a friend less than a week ago and now I'm back again a couple days later. Their burgers blew my mind. They looked like they came off a magazine. Diana B. Is the cashier that helped me out. She could've smiled at least but didn't do a horrible job. Hats off to the cook is where it's really at.

Came Here ordered the chili burger with chili fries and it wasnt very good. The hat way better. I decided to give this place a second chance. I build my own burger. It was bland. They need to season the patty before they cook it. I also ordered it med and they gave it to me rare. My burger was still mooing. I also paid extra 3 bucks for some soggy garlic fries. Over all I will not be coming to this place any more. So many other places that are better in Claremont.

We liked it. One of us had traditional burger, thick patty and one had chix breast. I like the ability to choose meat, or no meat, toppings, type of fries - onion straws are great, even beer. I recommend it. It's a little pricey, but it's not McDonald's, it's a quality place, nice atmosphere.

Great service, quality. I like that you can build your own burger...down to the doneness of the burger.

The burgers here are very photogenic. Wish it tasted as good as it looked. The interior is similar to Habit Burger. Ordered BYOB: 1/2lb beef + Grilled onions + toppings + chipotle ketchup + cheese + recommended fresh bun. Buns: Did not taste fresh and was not grilled. The bottom bun was soggy due to 1: not being toasted/grilled 2: grease from sauteed onions. It was just overly greasy. Patty. Ordered medium and it came out as medium well (not even pink) BUT it was still juicy. The patty had no crust and was just soft. Tasted like a steamed patty. Sweet potato fries were soft and limp. Total disappointment. Overall it was not an enjoyable experience. I like my burgers and fries with flavor and texture. Would not come back. Ever. ~$12 for a greasy & soggy 1/2lb burger, limp sweet potato fries, and soda.

The veggie patty is more like a "veggie sloppy joe." Disgusting.

  • Kim C.

I went last night, and for the price, it's not worth it. I wanted my patty medium rare, and it came out well done. It's hard to not overcook a thin patty.... so don't over it any other way than well done. The sauces were good, but why do they need to ration it away. Even the ketchup! If you're looking for a high end burger, I recommend Umami in LA and OC. If you're open to paying $12-15 for a burger, then I really really recommend Back Abbey, down the street. I was so not impressed with Rounds. The burger was dry. For 2 burgers and 2 large fries for $26? It had better be the best.

Amazing Gastropub style burgers at a descent price! And they have some good craft beers! I think its one of the only restaurants that serves alcohol on that side of Pomona/ Claremont Indian Hill

One of the best Burgers that I have had. I love that I can customize my burger, my way. You can also taste the quality of the meat and ingredients they use. The inside of this place is nice and clean with ample seating. Would DEFINITELY recommend to burger enthusiasts.

To all yelpers looking for a great new burger place, this is the place that you will really want to see for yourself. A very creative and uniquely inspired menu that only a master chef could have envisioned, an evolved trendy, gourmet prodigy of any top shelf burger. They have several Specialty burgers like the western, the slopper, triple cheese, etc... Then they have the build your own, with the usual toppings, then there are many unusual choices, like jalapeño ranch, breaded jalapeños and a dozen more. They also will be serving some craft beers on tap soon. The place was spotless, service was friendly and helpful, everything was fresh and tasty!

I've eaten here roughly about 3 times and each time I eat here it seems as though the quality gets worse and worse and there place gets lets busier by the minute. I now see why. I paid $8.99 for just a hamburger with cheese no fries or drink. And there was probably like 5 other people in the restaurant, so there was no reason to mess up on my order. I had ordered it to go, and guess what, when I get home there's no cheese. Also the hamburger meat seemed very dry, bland, flavorless, and almost frozen (the meat tasted like nothing, if you had not told me I was eating meat I would not have known). A high quality burger that I'm paying almost $9 should be juicy and have a great taste. It defeats the purpose, I would much rather go to in & out 10 seconds down the street and pay $3 to $5 for one of their hamburgers. At least it will have flavor. Or I would much rather go to Eureeka or back abby and get the back Abbey burger. I would highly recommend that the owner please come in and check out what's going on, I just don't see how they will continue with that kind of product at those prices. I can tell you that I will not be returning unless there are changes for the better. Any good food place should be consistent, this place has only consistently let me down and gotten worse. I truly hope that they realize that their product needs to be better (I want them to be better, I hope they get better).

I realize in coming to a burger place of this nature that it is NOT fast food. However, this is also not a 5-star steakhouse and we are still talking about burgers here. So on my last visit, why then did it take 25 minutes from the time my order was placed to the time we finally received our food? In watching the cooks do their work, we had the perception that they were only cooking one order at a time. On previous visits, 15 minutes seemed to be the norm for getting the order out to us, regardless of how busy they were at the time. So not sure why it took so long on this particular visit but it is entirely way too long to wait for burgers. When I mentioned it to the manager, all he said was "Oh really? Sorry about that. Can I get you anything else?" I guess I should be happy about the apology but that just wasn't the response I expected. Overall, the food is pretty good and pretty decent value but I just don't think waiting that long for a burger is justifiable.

I would venture to say that Rounds provides a better fast food burger than In-n-Out. It's cleaner tasting and just as fast. I really enjoy the burger and the toppings I can choose. I really enjoy the options of different burger, size and various options in terms of veggies. I highly recommend this place

Gourmet burger place opens around the corner from me, I'm there!!!! Quality meat, fresh buns, and various toppings. Love the turkey burger or the veggie as well. My son doesn't like hamburgers but requests a burger from here once a month. Good selection of sauces as well.

The food is good but went there today and watched a worker take his hand and reach down into the trash I guess to push it down then went right behind the counter to box up food. Then when someone asked for a tray, he picked one up must have seen a smear on it and breathed on it and wiped it off. A patron then complained that their burger had cheese on it, they took the burger scrapped off the cheese and gave it right back. Really? Despite the good food I will not go back. The employees are obviously not trained correctly.

Rounds is loved by my whole family. When we are too tired to cook we call up Rounds and order burgers. I like that u can customize your order easily and they are fast. Love the grilled onion on the burgers. The regular fries are pretty good as well although the garlic fries not so much. All in all it is consistently good and worth the money.

first off i want to apologize to the staff member michael for calling you an a**hole in reference to you not letting me try the summer ale. we started off rocky but when that red-headed guy came to my table with a nice little sample of that cold summery deliciousness in a cup, i was a happy camper. AND bought the beer! glad i got that off of my chest. moving on, this place changed my life. i will definitely be back any time i crave a delicious burger. juicy burgers, perfect buns, lots of sauce options, lots of amazing topping options too! the garlic fries AND house cut were both equally wonderful and fresh. tasted a bite of my friend's veggie burger and that was amazing as well. made in house and jam-packed with flavor. the texture doesn't hold up like a beef burger- but it's not trying to be an imitation beef burger, it's a veggie burger so that shouldn't be all too surprising. to be completely honest, i will come here for a burger before i goto eureka burger or the back abbey probably ever again. it was that freakin' delicious. i'm salivating right now just thinkin' about it. mm.

So I'm always looking for new veggie burger spots and after the good reviews I decided to give it a chance. I got the veggie patty with chipotle aioli mushrooms and onion straws. I wanted to add spinach but they don't carry them. The patty was falling apart, I've had veggie burgers before and they can be a little messy but these weren't holding together at all. This changed my eating experience, the other burger patties might be better, I only tried the veggie.

If you're looking for a good burger, Rounds is the place to go. Great service. I made my own burger with onion strings, bacon, shredded lettuce w thousand island and swiss cheese. I enjoyed every bite. I will definitely come back.

The western! Friendly staff, clean restaurant, and a great combination of available burgers! If you dont see a specialty burger you like, you can create your own! I am a huge fan of the bread they use for their burgers. The beef is always juicy and they pile it high with the toppings you chose or the burger comes with. They even have great choices as to what kind of sauce you want on your burger. This place serves great gourmet-style burgers in an unlikely place. Definitely going back.

I am a huge fan of umami burger and would agree that these are very close to the quality of Umami. Today was my first trip there and I got the 1/2 lb. burger with bacon, avocado, grilled onions, and thousand island sauce which is very close to In-N-Out. The price is higher than most burger joints but it worth every penny. Also the fries are great!

There are many gourmet burger spots nowadays, so you have to be pretty special to impress; however I was not impressed with this place. I will try it one more time if I find myself nearby and hungry.

Rounds, roller coaster ride.......to terrible. First of the only reason for two stars is the concept of filling out an order card. I have been to rounds 5 times now and only once did I enjoy eating here. My first dine here was not great but I could see the potential for it to become better. The burger looked delicious, I just wish it tasted as good as it looked. The burger patty itself tasted as though it was not seasoned at all. The French fries and dipping sauce were pretty tastie. The second time I took my wife and my gamble paid off. The meat patty was seasoned well and we really enjoyed our burgers. We got a side of sweet potatoe fries to share, they were mouthwatering good! Perfectly cooked with a nice crisp to them. We both agrees that we would be back soon. Both my third and fourth visits were mediocre at best and left us wishing we went to a better known fast food burger joint located a block down the street. Here I am back again after not eating here for 4 months. I am very disappointed. I find myself having déjà vu, remembering my first visit with the non seasoned burger patty. This time the sauces where not good either. The where very bland overall. I ordered a side of sweet potatoes fries, they were nothing like what I had before. Instead I found myself attempting to chow down on soggy, over-cooked fries that I would not be surprised if they had been reheated from earlier. I know Rounds started as a food truck, I just hope that they do not end up as only a food truck again. In Claremont there are many other burger joints that are always pretty consistent in quality. So for your own sake Rounds, put your game face on!

Rounds is a really popular joint and alot of people go here because its new in the area and the burgers "LOOK" great, if only it tasted as good as it looked. the fries were average. not crispy enough nor salty enough, and the burgers are over-hyped. I think people have a false delusion that it taste good because of all the fancy smancy condiments that are put into the burger. I think they have the potential to be good burgers because the meat is good but they load on too much ingredients that really dont compliment eachother. I mean the burgers arent bad but if i had to choose between In-n-out down the street and this place, i would pick in-n-out anyday! plus you get more at In-n-out for your money.

A good custom burger joint at a reasonable price. We have enjoyed several of their suggested burgers as well as "built" our own from their multiple choice card with many choices. Their fries are very good, the garlic fries are literally covered with minced garlic and parsley, good, but if you are concerned with bad breath, don't go there;) The service is friendly, young, and very good. If you are going to build your own creation I suggest you get a card and pencil and fill it out at a table or counter, not right in front of the 3 ordering stations.

Rounds has the best hamburgers around even better than In N Out. I love rounds so much that I go at least 2 times a week. my favorite is the chicken on wheat bread. their garlic fries are awesome! I would like for Rounds to expand near Riverside wich would be closer to home..

This place was okay, it was a lot like The Counter only that instead of having a server, you went up and ordered whatever you wanted yourself. I felt like my burger was missing something and I just couldn't pinpoint what it was. I guess my biggest thing was that it took forever! This might have to do with the fact that we didn't have a server. Typically when you have a server, they are checking up on you - making the wait time feel much less than what it actually is. Since we ordered and sat down, I felt like we were waiting like 20 minutes for our food.

As far as burgers in Claremont goes Id rate Rounds Burgers behind Eureka Burgers, but ahead of the Village Grille. The burgers themselves are good and you can enjoy some Dale Brothers beer with your burger, when I went with my wife sh noticed some minor glitches such as people not wearing hairnets that handled the food and the manager was walking around with his fly wide open, but other than that Id recommend this place

Great quality burgers. Any burger with a choice of egg is just perfect! Frequently eat at Eureka, Back abbey, and even Slaters. Rounds is up there with these great burger places, but at fast food set up. Meaning not restaurant set-up, but restaurant quality burgers.

Simply amazing burgers. I do not eat a lot of red meat, but had a taste of my better half's and it was outstanding. I always get the turkey burger and it is the best by far. So many different ways you can have it. The fries are out of this world and you get a good size portion. Beer served as well. Great, attentive staff and big screens. Super food, super service and a super place.

New favorite burger joint in the IE. If you enjoy gourmet burgers (beefier patties with more seasoned with sauce than salts and glazed buns), you're going to appreciate the burgers Rounds has to offer. They offer customize-able burgers with a good amount of toppings, including onion rings, bacon, avocado, and sauces that compliment the bun and patty very well. It's no "Umami burger" but the quality difference sure triumps McDonald's, Wendy's, Carl's lard-filled burgers. I have tried the Western (barbecue-bacon-onion), the Devil (buffalo sauce-bacon-fried jalapenos), the California (bacon-avocado-thousand island), the Executive (carmelized onions-bacon-garlic aioli) and recommend all of em, especially the Western or California. The fries they have are thick and starchy and the garlic fries are worth complimenting your burger. If I'm in the IE area, this is definitely a joint worth spending $10 for a burger, fries and drink.

We saw on their website that they have a veggie burger so we called yesterday to get some details about it and found out that they make them from fresh ingredients daily! Perfect! So I went today at 5:00 pm, filled out the make-your-own burger forms, stood in line, and then was told, "Sorry, we're out of the veggie burger." At 5:00? Seriously? We weren't offered a coupon, discount on a future visit, nada. Bad first impression. Needless to say, call ahead if you want a veggie burger.

Whoa! Great food in the city of Claremont? I found that hard to believe considering I just started work in the area and for some reason that side of Claremont is REALLY ghetto... Then I drive a few minutes down Indian Hill and there are all these amazing restaurants. WTF? Odd... Anyway, I stopped by Rounds without even checking it out on Yelp (GASP!) but I was hungry, and in a hurry so I stopped in for a turkey burger, fries and a drink. WOW it was the BEST turkey burger I've ever had! Super flavorful, moist and BIG! My meal was about $9, but it was worth every penny. If you think about it, sometimes at the drive-thru, a meal can almost cost that much! Why not pay a bit more for better quality food? I thought it was a great deal considering you know they use great ingredients. The fries were great, not greasy and awesome when dipped in garlic aoli (I'm a fries and mayo kinda gal, not so much ketchup). What I also love about Rounds is the tabasco ketchup! I've been mixing tabasco and ketchup for the longest time and that alone made me fall in love with the joint. Parking is easy, seating is plentiful and service is with a smile. Great place! Bravo, Rounds! :)

I waited a few weeks for this place to open and was excited to give it a try. I might have been too excited because I was not impressed by the prices. Each additional topping was $1 and that added up to an $8 burger without sides. The portions were not large enough to call this a value.

This place has a nice atmosphere and good service. Very clean and friendly. Lots of menu options. The food was nothing to write home to mom about. I got a BBQ chicken sandwich with garlic fries. The bun was the best part of the whole burger. The garlic fries were essentially fries with a big pile of garlic in the middle.

I can be a bit of a burger snob and all I can say is, this place is great! I love the fact that you can create your own burger based on your cravings or go with one of theirs. The brioche bun is excellent, the beef is tasty and juicy, both the garlic fries and chili cheese fries are good. Their turkey burgers are also excellent, not dry like many places. They have a wide selection of sauces, the buffalo one is my favorite, I just want to smother it on everything! Definitely, give this place a try, you won't be disappointed.

Best burger-fries combo in town. Diana was very welcoming, helpful and made for a pleasant visit. She gladly answered all of my questions and even suggested new and exciting combinations that never crossed my mind. Their prompt service, comfortable seating and televised entertainment makes this a place we love to come and enjoy. Great selection.

This was my first time here and I have to say I was very impressed! The burgers, size wise, aren't that big, but the element of surprise is how incredibly tasty and filling they are! The environment is comfortable and clean. Definitely worthy of many return visits! Oh yeah!

At the time of this review Rounds has been open less than a week. So for now I will leave off service and speed as everyone is new and still learning. Rounds is located on the east end of the revamped auto center area. This center was dead for a long time, but thanks to a good property management company they have really turned this place around, and Rounds is one of the newest additions. Decor is quite simple, nice mix of tans and browns, tables on the window side, booths on the wall with a long bar type seating area down the middle. You get 2 options on ordering. You can build you own by filling out a slip of paper with all of you burger options, or you can order off of the re-built menu. We decided on the build your own. Going for the 1/3 pound cooked medium well, onions, bbq sauce, and the fresh bun and a combo of fries and a drink. My wife went for the same pattie and bun, she added veggies, thousand island, onions and mushrooms. We only ordered one combo for the 2 of us. We gathered our food and of course quickly posted pictures right away. The burgers are stacked tall, and the fresh bun look amazing. Sliced mine in half and it was cooked just as I ordered. The one thing that really stands out on these burgers is the fact you can taste the meat in every bit. Even with the onions, cheese and sauce you can still taste the meat. Fries where nice and crispy and I really liked the the course salt they used. Overall we spent $16 on 2 burgers 1 fires and 1 coke. A bit pricey but it was damn good. We will be coming back to enjoy another burger. Once everyone settles in I will update the review with a section for service.

This place is ah-mazing!!! Moved to the city about 8 months ago and this was my first vist! How could I have missed out on all this goodness?! My boyfriend and I had the build your own burger. It was so much he actually got full early. Only thing that upset me was that the two cooks left early and left the cashier alone. Uhm... really? I felt bad for her but glad she stuck it through and someone came in right away to finish off the night. 5 stars for her and 3 for the cooks.

Ya um NO ! The burger was dry as the Sahara desert and the gigantic bun didn't help it the fries were slightly under cooked. The seating is regular burger stand seating and here's the worst part of all,4 burgers, 2 fries and 4 beers $67.00 !!! What the? Ok save your cash folks go to the Habit, In n Out, Five Guys, Dolce anything but rounds.

It's been eight months since my review of Rounds Premium Burgers. My first visit left me mostly unimpressed. About a week after my review, I received a message from the owner, Charbel G, who invited me to give Rounds a second try. I'm here to admit that I have in fact dinned here a second and third time. The verdict? Rounds has left me looking forward to future visits. Before I delve into the positives of the establishment itself, let me focus on the food. Second visit: lean beef patty, jalapeño ranch, all the free toppings, mild cheddar on a wheat bun. For my side, fresh cut fries with garlic aioli. With a fountain drink, it all came well under $10. Compare this price to another restaurant catering to the same concept of premium burgers and you can see Rounds is an economic option. In my first review, I noted the fries were outstanding. Once again, the fries were exquisitely seasoned. The burger was cooked as ordered, but I found the jalapeño ranch made my burger a soup sandwich. I was unable to taste the beef or enjoy the melody of flavors that one looks forward to when chomping on a burger. Overall, my meal was tasty and filled me up, but did little to change my opinion of my original 3/5 rating. Third visit: lean beef patty, no dressing, all the free toppings, Monterey jack all on a fresh bun. For my side, garlic fries with chipotle aioli to dip them in. With a pint of Pomona Queen, the total was around the $10 range. I enjoyed my burger far more this time than the previous two times because I was able to enjoy the beef, cheese, and toppings with each bite. I had a small cup of mustard on the side and would dab it on my burger once in a while. A condiment is meant to accentuate the natural flavors of the burger, not mask it. If you enjoy sauce, I recommend you grab it on the side. The garlic fries were pretty good but the chipotle aioli was muted in flavor and not the slightest bit spicy as one would expect. I did away with the aioli and ate the fries naked. The establishment: Rounds now serves alcohol and I noticed Pomona Queen on tap, so of course I grabbed a pint. The LCD's are also much appreciated, especially in October. During each of my three visits, the dinning area was well kempt and there was a table available. Lastly, the staff behind the registers have been personable each time and set a great impression to the dinning experience. Parking is a bit busy due to a small parking lot serving three crammed businesses, but its not a major issue. I conclude by saying I look forward to my fourth visit and trying a new burger selection at this great restaurant.

My wife had a chicken burger & absolutely loved it. She built her own & had the garlic fries withe the chicken burger. I would recommend you build your own burger first to try different things. Place is clean but would be better if it was a bit bigger. Going back ASAP to make my own burger stay tuned.

I absolutely love everything here. I usually order the vege burger with a side of Chili cheese fries. There are several burger places in the area, but this is my go-to spot. They always get my order correct and their consistency remains unmatched.

This review is updated to somewhere between 3.5 and 4 stars. I came back and ordered the Western Burger. It has BBQ sauce, onion rings, and a beef patty. It was pretty decent, and my instagram friends were really jealous of my meal, so kudos on the presentation!

The interior is very clean with plenty of seating. There are 2 flat screens on opposite corners showing sporting events. Ordering: you can grab a slip and build your own burger by choosing the type of meat, size, dressings, toppings etc (similar to 5 Guys in that sense). Or you can choose one of their 10 specialty burgers. Wifey ordered the Classic Rounds Burger Combo which is ur basic lettuce tomato pickles and onions w/ 1000 island, with their own twist. Although the burger tastes good, the mix had a sweet taste which she didnt care for. Maybe the Classic is a better plain option. I got The Executive which consisted of carmelized onions and blue cheese. That was delicious! For the cheese lovers out there, enjoy. The meat was very good and you can taste the quality. The fries were very good too. The fries are similar to in n out's but a little larger and seasoned better. Bill 19$ after tax Ovrall, enjoyed our meal very much and look forward to trying the other many options.

Super nice and friendly! Even added caramelized onions to my burger after I forgot to order it. Nice tables, two big screens w/ games playing. Would be fun to go with a bunch of friends having a casual and yummy meal. Can't wait to try the Executive!

Came here with some expectations due to the reviews but definitely not something I would try again. While the place was clean and the service was great the food was lacking. My chicken burger tasted bland and the sauces didn't help it either. My boyfriend had order a regular and the beef patty was bland also. The garlic fries seemed like they had something missing. I would not go there again simply for the lack of taste.

They have really tasty burgers here. I love the buns. Although size up the smallest one there seemed to keep me a little hungry still lol. The prices are a little high. But it's unique and tasty....the food took a bit too. But all in all good joint.

Don't think of this as a burger, think more like a stake on a bun I had the western it was amazing I especially liked the BBQ sauce and the crunch in the onion rings. The garlic fry's were pretty awesome as well.

My company recently relocated to Pomona so a group of my coworkers decided to explore the Claremont area for lunch. Indian Hill Blvd is very busy street with gas stations, fast foods, hotels, and very close to the 10 freeway entrance. There are plenty of parking spaces just difficult for us to get into the plaza with all the heavy traffic during lunchtime. To be honest the place reminds me of Chipotle or Dogs Haus kind of interior design with benches and high stool chairs. Service: We order at the counter, the service was friendly and price was decent. Long wait for our burgers since there was like 9 of us girls with different type of burgers. Food: They have good selections where you can build your own burgers or a set of burgers to choose from. I was surprised they offered wheat bun and lettuce wrap. The fresh cut French fries are pretty much fresh and crisp but I really like the garlic fries with the sauce: garlic aioli, chipotle aioli, and pesto mayo are one of the best. Recommend: Oh man, since the burgers are high stack, I sliced that burger with such disgust all the oily juices of the beef patty and cheese goosing down. All my coworkers were shocked. I would only recommend this place for a good TGIF and pay day for lunch. Oh yeah...

  • Rosa M.

Nice! Got the Executive burger and it did not disappoint! The patty was cooked as I ordered (med rare) and the fries were perfect. The staff were friendly and patient as we looked over the menu. It's pricey but they're not your regular jack in the crack burgers. The place was bright and airy. Had mma fights on one tv and baseball on the other. $38 for 3 people but we left in a burger coma so it's always good to feel like you ate your money's worth.

On our way to get a sit down meal at Norms across the street, we noticed there was at least an hour wait. Not worth it. So we wandered to the other center across the street to gather our thoughts and found Rounds. Looked it up and decided to try it. The menu is great because it allows you to make your own burger or get one that is already put together. I had a burger with pesto mayo, mushrooms, and the fresh bun. The burger was cooked well and the add ons were great. Really good burger. My wife got the chicken fingers to share with our daughter and those were good as well. We also got the garlic fries. Those were great. You could take the garlic in it. Overall a great find. We enjoyed our food and had a nice meal without all the noise and distraction of a chain restaurant. It was also fresh and different. Definitely a try!

I've been waiting for this place to open. Finally I get the chance to try this place today. As I open the front doors & walk into this establishment, this place looks nice and clean. Well of course this place had just opened for only three weeks now. Plenty of tables & chairs inside this place. There was a few other people dining in like me, eating their lunch & watching the football game on the 40 inch Sony flat screen TV that's mounted on the two corners of the front of the restaurant. So I ordered the turkey burger with chipotle aoli sauce, grilled onions, swiss cheese, fried egg on a wheat bun! I love it! The fries that came with the burger was delicious and the portions are huge! I'm looking forward to my next trip to this place & wonder which burger and toppings should I order next...we shall see!

Went here tonight for a quick & yummy meal with my husband. Overall, really tasty food. I got the veggie burger on the gluten-free bun (yes, they have that option which i LOVE). Super yummy. The veggie patty breaks apart easily which actually means it is made fresh from veggies and confirms that it is not frozen or mass produced-YIPPEE! My husband created a beef burger with bacon. The only issue was that he ordered his burger medium rare and it came medium well. Completely brown, no pink. Not a biggie at a fast food joint, but since this place specializes in burgers, that was a large oversight. The place is clean, service quick and friendly and has a light, comfortable atmosphere. Stop by and create a burger!

The devil, garlic fries with jalapeño ranch! Yum overload! Get burger patty "MEDIUM", otherwise it's WELL done! (asked for med-well). They serve good beers there too!

Burgers are really good, but only when they actually make them correctly. The girls at the teller are awful in the sense that they can't input your order correctly into the system; it's literally only looking at a piece of paper with stuff circled. The cooks are arrogant and visibly looked pissed at us every time we have to bring back their mistakes. This place is frustrating as hell and i thank god that my girlfriend hates it now too, so I can stop giving these incompetent bastards any more of my money. Michael out

I wanted to like it more, but it is ok and a bit pricey. The burgers are tasty, but you have to go through trial and error to find the one that best compliments your taste buds. Garlic fries are really garlicky, which I like but can be a bit much for others. And the couple of times I have had the chili fries they tend to be a bit on the salty side.

I lose a little bit of faith in my fellow Yelpers when a place as shit as this gets 4 stars. I'm a burger connoisseur by definition and I've had many many good burgers in my life and a few bad ones. This is at the top of my list as the worst "gourmet" burger I've ever had. The meat was overcooked and flavorless. The fries were nothing special and the shake tasted like a grocery outlet vanilla ice cream bucket mixed with some Hershey's syrup. I am appalled by the enthusiasm on this page.

hmm...yep a GREAT burger place! I've passed Rounds Everyday since I moved here from Arizona and never once came in...except for today...I had family visiting who was craving a kick a** burger...I explained I didn't know of a place...so I yelped...and ta-da! What I found was Rounds...it was clean, small and simple...but my experience was that of awesomeness! The service was great! I loved that I could customize my burger (ordering it off the build your own burger menu) and the final product? a kick a** burger! yes...a bit on the pricey side, but worth every penny....definitely my new go to place for burgers and fries....

I had a "free burger" coupon" in the mail. So I had the classic, medium rare, on lettuce-bun, with blue cheese, tomato and red onion, no sauce. They use ground chuck beef which makes for a very juicy, very tender burger. (note: juicy = lots of fat in the meat--chuck is not a lean part of the cow!) And, it didn't need 1000 island, ketchup or mustard because the beef, cheese onion and tomato flavors really come out nicely. (I added a little salt and pepper.) The "lettuce-bun" was perfectly shaped like a bun and held the whole thing together extremely well so no gloppy mess. I really appreciated that given that the burger was hot, juicy and the cheese melted. It was perfect medium rare and they melted the blue cheese a little so it didn't just fall off the thing. Nice touch. A little more "charred" flavor on the outside would have bumped up this review. Also, I was pretty full even without fries or a soda. The service was pleasant and it wasn't too crowded. Parking can be a problem. Very small. Update 7-9-15: Ordered exactly the same thing I did before and it came out spot on once again. I have to say that the lettuce bun is not just a lettuce wrap...it's really like a bun which is a huge plus over Eureka Burger who will give you some lettuce under your burger but doesn't really go out of its way to accommodate you. The burger was again done perfectly medium rare and was really juicy. I will say that the meat was not as flavorful as some other places and it's not flame grilled, but still good. We ordered some wings which were not good. Probably should've tried some fries, but the burger alone was perfectly filling, especially with the blue cheese.

Our order was given to another party, The personnel didn't bother coming to us and letting us know what had happen instead they waited till we went to go check the status of our food. They had a gift card waiting for us thinking it would fix everything, and at the the the burgers were sloppy they were definitely rushed and forgot all about quality. I would not go back, but I guess we will give them a try since we have a gift card to use up.

Yummy!!! The Santa Fe burger with the turkey patty is delicious; very flavorful and juicy. My boyfriend got the California burger with the chicken breast, the chicken was juicy and burger definitely had a lot if avocado, but a little bland for me. Strawberry milkshake awesome! Fries not bad. Nice, clean, and laid back atmosphere, with very friendly staff. We will be coming again.

Food made to order .... My Medium Rare was done correctly as so was the Medium I tried another time. These guys do it right. The brioche bread is good. Firm but not to dense. Quality combination of flavors is excellent. They season well but not too overpowering, no matter what you choose. Try out a variety of fries they are all good.

this place opened up right next door and i'm happy to say i was shocked with how good it is! it took me a few months to check it out (but that's because i didn't read the great reviews on yelp!). anyway, my roommate and i checked it out and we were both happy campers to say the least. i had the grilled chicken with the buffalo ranch sauce and the garlic fries with the sriracha sauce (? i think). everything was yum! i got the fried onion rings for my sandwich which was really great! my only gripe about the place is that the fries are definitely on the oily side (but it might be because i got the garlic fries?). nevertheless, the food was good. probably not the most healthy thing to eat on a regular basis but definitely worth the splurge once in a while!

Went there after church with a large group. The staff were very friendly and gave us all the 50%off coupon. The food was cooked to order and tasted great. Lots of options to customize your burger. Would go again!

Went back to try this for a second time. After the first incident we were apprehensive being we were on our lunch break. It was better! Still could use a little more time management training since there were not that many people there and it took a little longer than expected. But they did get the orders correct and they were delicious.

Oh yeah! Found decent place to eat burger... A build your own burger style with freshbake bun, and variety of beers Since its so close from my work, more likely this place are hype either lunch or dinner time. I ordered medium well done with chipotle aoli and soda, while dh had med rare, combo ( with fries & drink). Believe me it was enough for both us.. ** attention to self no more food & goes to treadmill after 3 hrs I think the price is comparable with the food quality...I do.not mind pay little bit more ;).... We will be coming back!!! Yummmm

Oh man I was so excited when I found this place on Yelp. I LOVE burgers and knowing that they have a gormett burger place that's also affordable made my day! I ordered the executive burger, it was seriously out of this world good. The ONLY thing i wish it had on it was something cold to kind of balance the flavors but regardless it was delicious. I also ordered the garlic fries which were also amazing! I got a large caus I was really hungry but trust me you only need a small! (I may have saved my fries and finished them later) haha. I love this place and cant wait to go back!

Rounds is a build your burger type joint that lets you choose from an array of produce, condiments and protein. They also pour beers while making some mean french fries which can be crowned with garlic or chili.

Build your own burger with Loads of options, they're quite delicious. But my fav is pretty basic Good ole Classic Turkey Burger with grilled onions, cheddar cheese, jalapeno ranch and a beer = The BEST! Only problem I have found is that they occasionally run out of Turkey. ;.(

Boutique burgers where you design your own. They have all the details but there isn't any heart or unique twist that makes this business stand out.

My son and I went on a Saturday night not too busy The staff did a great job and did ask if this was our first time to see if we needed help. I had the executive and it was great the bread is possible the best I have ever had. My son built his and akso gave a double thumbs up

I'm not going to write this 10,000 review on a bunch of crap that you don't care about like other reviewers do, just the nitty-gritty. Just great burgers there, the bun and the patty quality is all the difference. Buns are beautiful to look at and has an amazing taste. The different sauces that they have for dipping are super good, all different and all good. Plus, the fries are amazing, especially the garlic ones, chili ones are good too. Don't listen to people that say that the music is loud, it couldn't be any more of a perfect eating environment. Don't miss this place!!!

WHY IS IT SO DAMN HARD TO GET A RUNNY EGG IN MY BURGER? Second place that couldn't do it. Pfft. With that aside, the place is still really good and worth giving a shot. :) I love jalapeño ranch! They have a build a burger option but I decided to go for one of the pre-made burgers since my build-your-own was looking like a $15 burger hahaha.

This has been my go-to place for lunch for a while now. The burgers are really good and you can customize them any way you want (although my favorite is the Executive). The fries are always perfectly cooked and you can get one of their homemade dipping sauces with every order. The TVs show ESPN and other sports channels and the wi-fi is free. Great place to eat.

Burger junkies, this place is great! I like to compare it with The Counter, but on a lesser scale. The place has TVs to watch a game and great sitting for the kiddos. We came here on a Sunday and we were surprised at the amount of people that came in within 30 minutes of the place opening up. We decided to both make our own burger. 1/2 lb with bacon, american cheese, onions, a fried egg on a white bun for myself. 1/3 lb with onions, mushrooms, avocados and imported swiss cheese. Both were EXCELLENT! We also tried the fries and the fries were arguably some of the most addicting fries ever. Garlic, regular, whatever it was, we enjoyed both. So after all this raving and praise, why the 4 stars? Well the price was a little up there considering this place isn't an upscale, gourmet burger place. Nonetheless, the food is good, but the service was extremely unfriendly. We even overheard one of the hostesses say she didn't know what type of cheese they had. Horrible right? Well the food was good, the place is clean and the big TVs are a plus.

Didn't take us long to give this place a try once I found out about it. I ordered the Sante Fe burger and some garlic fries. The garlic fries are one of my favorite fries ever. I also got the jalepeno dipping sauce for them and the sauce was very good also, the fries where so good by them self that I kept forgetting to dip them. The burger was very good also, I didn't get much of the chile flavor until more then halfway thru it. The bun is one of the best. My wife complained that her burger she couldn't taste the meat flavor, I would kind of agree. not sure what if any seasoning is on the actual burger.

  • Tommy G.

Fantastic burgers with great sauces (the best is the garlic aioli) and fries! I loved the executive burger with caramelized onions bacon blue cheese and garlic aioli! The garlic fries are delicious but be careful because they drown the fries with garlic, which I love but for others it might be a turnoff. Also if you don't like any of the burgers on their menu they have a make your burger card which looks pretty awesome!! Your a pansy if you don't get the garlic or sweet potato fries

  • Omar R.

Disappointing. I really wanted to like this place but my experience was just horrible. The only good thing about it was the interior. It's really modern and offers two widescreen televisions. The seating and tables were pretty nice too. Yet, that doesn't make up for their portions or prices. The burger itself consisted of nearly 90% the hamburger bun. Literally, it almost looked like two of those Hawaiian rolls stacked on top of each other with meat and a lousy amount of vegetables in the middle. The price? I ordered two burgers, one chicken and the other was a regular burger, both with avocado and vegetables. I made the burger a combo which came with a lot of fries and a drink. Everything came out to $17.00 even. I don't mind paying that much for food but I expect to get my money's worth. Which in this case, I didn't. My advice, go to the In N Out down the street. The burgers are far more tasteful and satisfying than a loaf of bread labeled "burger". I would give it 0 stars but Yelp is forcing me to give it at least one.

One of the best burger joints around. A HUGE step above the norm. Eating a Rounds Burger is almost a religious experience.

Two stars might seem like a harsh review, but like it says next to the star count, "Meh, I've experienced better." Let me start off by saying that the burgers here are NOT BAD. However, for the price tag that comes with making it a combo, and the fact that they advertise themselves as being "PREMIUM", Rounds fails to deliver. I enjoyed my burger, but my girls did not. My 12 y/o daughter has been wanting to try this place and always bugs us every freaking time we get off the freeway, so last night the wife and I decided to break down and take her. Two combos, one burger and almost $30 later, my girls were left disappointed. My daughter ordered the "Triple Cheese" burger (Melted American, Jack and Cheddar cheeses and garlic aioli @ $7.20) off the Premium Rounds, my wife ordered "The Executive" (carmelized onions, bacon, blue cheese and garlic aioli @ $6.70) and I had "The California", which consisted of bacon, American cheese, "avocado mash" and Thousand Island dressing for a whopping $7.70 price tag. Adding regular fries and drink to make your combo will cost you an additional $2.95 per burger. Paying premium prices for premium burgers should mean that you are paying for premium ingredients, but here at Rounds, apparently it doesn't. Starting off with my wife's burger, the blue cheese flavor was basically non-existent. It tasted more like blue cheese dressing was put on the burger instead of crumbled blue cheese, and this is coming from two non blue cheese eating folks who were going to give blue cheese a chance! We were both actually looking foward to that pungent smell and taste but sadly didn't taste or smell it. As far as my burger is concerned, the bacon was very well executed and so was the meat as I had asked for it "medium" and got it medium. However, when I saw "avocado mash" in the description, I was expecting guacamole, the kind that is made when you smash up a real avocado, the kind that is thick and chunky and tastes like an avocado and what I got instead was a thickend up version of that watery flourescent green crap from a plastic bag that some "Mexican" food places serve on their taquitos. HUH? To make a long story short, I could get a better burger at In-N-Out or a mom and pop joint for a fraction of the price. When a restaurant advertises itself as being premium, there is no excuse for shortcuts. All the ingredients should be fresh, and the burgers should not be overdressed like my daughter's burger was with the aioli. Nor should they be made sloppily as mine was, nor should the bun overwhelm the flavor of the meat which happened to all three of our burgers. Meat should be the star in a burger, not all the other stuff put in there. And something simple like french fries should be a salty, greasy delicious side enjoyed by all, and I was the only one that enjoyed the fries. For the record, all the staff was super friendly and the restaurant was very clean, so nothing could be taken away from that aspect of this location. They have bottled beer, beer on tap and a couple of flat screens which might be reason enough to come back.

way too pricey for what you get !!! The only up side is they serve beer so u can have a beer with your 30 dollar slider lol

Burger was very juicy but a tad bit underwhelming. I'm pretty sure it's because I got it to-go instead of eating there though. The sweet potato fries were good and I like that you can build your own burger. It's actually a very simple concept and restaurant but does have some nice local craft beer (Hangar 24 and Dale Bros). I'd recommend eating there to fully enjoy the burger since the seating looked comfortable and there were a few tv's. Next time I'll get a beer too!

Yum! Pretty good I made my own 'burger' - chicken breast, bbq sauce, lettuce, jack cheese [+.75] on their original bun made it a combo [fry's and a fountain drink for 2.65$] the total was close to 9$ [including tax] a few down sides - the seasoning for the chicken breast had oregano which I'm not a fan of so next time I'll ask for it to be off the food is served on a metal tray with a thin wax paper lining covering it wasn't a huge fan of that, my OCD went into over drive when the paper ripped and my bun touched the tray so maybe next time I'll ask for mine in a to go box besides that the food was really hot, juicy and came out fast service was great the bun was really delicious the french fry's were thicker and a usual fry but not 'think cut' crispy on the outside and soft in the middle, a good fry the tables were clean and also was the surrounding area

I came back, and I was BLOWN AWAY!! Every place deserves a second chance, and Rounds Premium Burgers is no different. I stopped in a few weeks ago, and decided to give the place another try. Wow. Just wow. The burger blew me away! I don't remember the exact details of the burger I had (I know, I know, my fault for not writing the update review sooner), but I do remember the burger had onion straws, bacon, white cheese, and I believe Chipotle Aioli. And onions. Can't forget the onions! I also ordered a side of fries. The girl at the counter was super nice, and let me have two dipping sauces: chipotle ketchup, and pesto mayo for my fries. The wait was well worth it - the burger was UNBELIEVABLE! Every company has an off day, and this place more than made it up to me. I will return again soon. I'm a believer! My ONLY recommendation: make the bun bigger. It's awkward when the bun is not proportionate to the burger. My burger fell apart toward the end, but it was still darn tasty!

Meh..... Really the only way I can describe my experience. They had all the right concepts with all the wrong execution. We tried the California burger, the Executive burger, and a custom chicken sandwich. Regular french fries and garlic fries were the choices of the night too. - Burger..... sure felt frozen and pre-fabbed. Not at all what I was expecting from a Slaters 50/50 style burger joint. The price point was way too high for the shotty quality of burger too. Asked for it to be cooked medium, and it was cooked well done. - Bun... Brioche. It was decent.. That's really all I can say about that - Fries... The garlic fries were missing something... AND a lot of it. They were regular fries with regular canned minced garlic dumped on top (you could tell how stale the garlic was). Fries weren't all that crispy and didn't seem fresh either. Bummer man, cause i really wanted to like this place. When i walk out spending $43 on 4 burgers, two fries, and three sodas I'm not a satisfied customer, given everything I described above. If I want quality, fresh, and cheap I'll stick with In and Out. If I want a gourmet fresh burger for the same price I'll stick with slaters. This place tries to wedge itself in-between the two and miserably fails at both

A hidden gem, located in the far edges of the Claremont/Pomona border. Burgers are customizable, but they have some pre-selected options. The burgers are juicy, tasty and with an almost unlimited number of options, you can't go wrong. The burgers here can compete with pricier, gastro-pub options in downtown Claremont. So if you want a good burger, minus the hipsters, this is a pretty good spot. The garlic fries are a nice treat. I haven't tried all their dipping sauces, but the ones I have tried were all pretty good.

Came back to re-create the Flemings $12 burger. For $7 the Rounds is identical and for way less money and hassle as I said in my first review. 1/3 lb Medium Rare, Cheddar, Bacon, Tomato and Thousand Island. Just like Flemings. I also tried the regular fries and the garlic fries today. Both are excellent. Thick cut and they come with your choice of dipping sauce.

Quite the gem. I found this place on yelp and decided to give it a try. Best decision of the day! The burgers were flavorful and quite large. The fries were fresh and perfectly seasoned. Great burger place to get something if you're in a hurry or even looking to hang out

Obsession! A torrid love affair has begun and I don't know how to contain myself! He's juicy, hardy, appetizing, and I crave him when I feel the butterflies in my stomach-or the growl of a hangry (the combination of hungry and angry) stomach. Either way, Rounds knows how to treat burger enthusiasts right! What makes Rounds stand out is that they can prep you a gourmet burger without leaving you hungry or broke. They're oozing with flavor, packed with toppings, and served in between a fluffy brioche bun. And guys, if food is the way to your stomach, you'll definitely be struck by the Burger Cupid! The highlights: SANTA FE Burger with chipotle aioli, green chili pepper, and jack! THE CALIFORNIA with bacon, avocado mash (soooo good and just slobbered all over my burger!), and thousand island! Added a side of fries and a fresh Coke and this girl was definitely satisfied! If anyone can do gourmet at an affordable price its definitely Rounds! I've reached burger nirvana and I don't ever want to look back...

Nice place. It's clean and comfortable. I got the Western burger and they forgot my BBQ sauce on it and left the paper on the pepper jack cheese. Honest mistakes but one not so honest mistake is - its taste to me like they don't change the fry oil enough. I was in at 3:30 and the fries had that musty taste indicative of old oil. I will come here again but if the fries are cooked in old oil again - I will not come back. Lets see.

The husband and I had a chance to visit Rounds right after it opened. I was quite impressed with it. Reasons why: CUSTOM!!! I love the idea that you can add ANYTHING you want. I customized my burger with 1000 dressing, pickles, tomatoes, grilled mushrooms, red onion... had everything I wanted. :) THE MEAT!!! The meat was very fresh and tasty. I mean you can really taste the meat. It wasn't as if it was a pre made patty. I liked it that it was flavored just right. LOTS of Au jus. DECOR... Very clean with a nice industrial look to it. Not overcrowded with un-necessary table settings & condiments. CUSTOMER SERVICE... Very nice and attentive. Use ipads for orders... kind of neat.

I've been to The Counter in Pasadena and enjoyed their burgers, was excited to try this place. Everything in the place looked dirty, employees didn't seem to care about customers, probably because the owners don't care about them, food tasted like shit. Go to Dolce in Montclair instead, or Eureka and Back Abbey down the street if you're going to spend this much of your money on a burger, otherwise go to mcdonads and eat their crap and save your money.

Wow! We are here a couple weeks ago. We were in the area looking for some lunch. Never heard of this place. Decided to try it out. Both my hubby and I agreed by far the best burgers we have ever had! Juicy, moist, cooked to perfection, tasty homemade bums too! Better than in and out!!!!! (And that's a bold statement!) The only downfall food wise was the garlic fries. They were just ok. We were hoping for closer to red robin's sautéed garlic fries. So we won't order those again, but the fries them self were fine. Very very very pricey! But you pay for what you get I guess. As we looked around we noticed it was an award winning restaurant and on some show or something to that affect. The staff was friendly. Bathroom music was way too loud though!

We went yesterday, on Monday (10/29/14) at around 6pm. We found the cashier lady to be a little rude about our order even though it was not busy. She also made a mistake on our order and included sauce on my burger and forgot to add additional items on my friends burger. There were dirty tables all around us. It looks like management might be trying to save labor costs and reducing employee quantity and quality. It used to be a lot better, but overall the burger tasted good. My experience: Two stars because "Meh, I've experienced better"

I think it's worth a 5 - your choices in the area are Heroes, Eureka Burger, and In n Out. In n Out is the best for sure, but rounders gives you a great option with a beer better than the others.

I should be a regular here already, but I always forget to check in. Lol. With that said, I can honestly say I've never been disappointed! Their burgers are juicy, always taste fresh, cooked to order, and satisfying! They aren't cheap on the toppings either. My favorite: the executive with sweet potato fries on the side. Other bomb ones: the four cheese, the veggie burger, the turkey burger, garlic fries! And now they serve dale brothers beer! Yaya!

Finally gave in and after reading all the positive Yelp reviews, my daughters and i came here for dinner. We enjoyed all the different options, as far as the kind of meat, and how you want it cooked, right down to the sauces and condiments. We loved it and for the exception of the chili cheese fries, we loved the garlic fries.

I came through for lunch with a friend and was quite impressed with Rounds. Gourmet tasty 1/3 lb hamburgers with a good selection of craft beers so it is a big step up with the usual fast food and mom and pop burger joints. Nice clean atmosphere with two tv's and friendly service. It wasn't really crowded at all either. There are order slips on the side of the counter to fill out to build your own round with a $1 extra for each premium topping or 75 cents to add cheese. On the menu theres classics for $5 and specialized rounds for $7-$8. To make it a combo add about $3. It was pretty simple and the cashier just repeated my order to make sure it was right. I got my burger cooked to medium rare with garlic aloli spread, shredded lettuce, pickles, red onions, and added bacon, made it combo and it came out to under $10. It was quite delicious, cooked just right with crispy fries the way I like it. Afterwards I was satisfied but not bloated and disgusted with myself like when I overeat so that was a good sign. Open 'til 10pm so I'll definitely be back with more friends after work to get my gourmet burger fix with some brew next time .. Thanks Rounds!

Delicious burgers made the way you want it. Staff is always friendly and the place is always clean. Large portions so the fairly expensive price worth it in my opinion. I'd suggest this place to anyone looking for a good burger.

I came here yesterday around 2pm and the lady taking my order looked like she'd rather be anywhere else than that restaurant. She was rude and when I wasn't sure about the process of creating your own burger, she interrupted me and said to look up on the board. The food was great (western burger and garlic fries) so kudos to the chefs, which is why I'm giving two stars, but it doesn't make up for the bad service. I probably won't be back because of this.

  • James T.

Great place to go to if you like to build your own burger (including veggie paddies). Beer is served at this location. There are two television screens that are simultaneously playing various games. The customer service is great. Many have stated that it lacks decor which is true. That's not really an issue for me. It's a mellow place to kick back at and watch a game, eat some food and drink a beer with friends or by yourself if you're OK with the "you're an alcoholic if you drink alone" remarks. Just kidding. You also have your choice of fries, such as regular, sweet potato and garlic fries for example. The prices are decent. The food is good.

I've been here 'round three or four times. It has varied from 2 stars to 4 stars so I'm rounding to 3. The burgers are always good but there is always a mistake in or 'round the order somewhere. Today they gave us onion straws on one of the burgers instead of the side order of onion straws...the execution was 'round the right area but didn't hit the mark...technically two mistakes - missing the side order and adding something to one burger that was not ordered. Twice my burger has been medium at best when I ordered it medium well...perhaps a rounding error in the cooking. I can understand with all the apps and pasta dishes and stuff going...oh wait, they only do burgers. Sorry, a little snarkasm around there. Anyway, let me come back 'round to the wrap up...good burger, good service, execution on the product is generally 'round the mark but doesn't consistently hit the mark. Hence the name, Rounds. Did you see how many times I worked round in there? :-)

Let me first begin by saying that, yes I am huge burger fan and I have paid a steep price for a good burger. With that being said, I am all about value for your money, but if you must call that a burger snob then so be it. The experience to me for a customizable gourmet burger is always a sit down restaurant, so when I walked into Rounds and saw I could make my own burger I was excited. That excitement died in 1.3 seconds flat. I am at the register, my party is done ordering theirs, and there is people waiting behind me to order and I am not done deciding. So i opt for a pre-made option. "The Executive" blue cheese, with bacon and caramelized onion. All that for 7.50 + 3.20 to add fries and a drink. Fine ... I was like well this is a tad much but I will give them a chance. Burger comes out in 2-3 minutes, I don't know any gourmet burger joint that has a burger done that fast. It looks decent, yet when i ask for a burger with bacon I expect bacon strips to be hanging out from all sides of my burger. This burger had the bacon cut up and sprinkled on top of my spread and onions. I take the first bite and 1. it is not medium like i asked it... more like dry and 2. I'm almost 100% sure the patty was frozen. Alas, the garlic fries had toooo much garlic and were not complimenting the burger at all. If I would have paid 5 - 7 bucks for the meal I wouldn't be so upset. Yet the steep price and the ordering atmosphere with a bland tasting burger makes a no-never-go-back joint for me.

I love this place! Gourmet burgers in a fast food setting w/ craft beers on tap! Look to spend about $10 for a custom burger combo with quality toppings such as brioche buns, fried eggs, patty cooked to your preference, breaded jalapenos and more along with fries and a drink. Sure is IS pricey for "fast food", but keep in mind you're getting a restaurant quality burger without having to tip your waiter. TIP: opt for the garlic fries! they're covered in minced garlic and parsley

  • Alicia B.

I think $7.50 for just the burger is a lot, and the burgers are on the small side (although I think this is a plus). This is before the fries and drink, when my total went to $12. That said, my burger was tasty although pretty greasy - why is the bun greasy?? I already feel guilty about eating a burger, don't push me into full-blown regret with an oiled-up bun, jeez! The garlic fries were meh, you're better off getting regular fries and saving the dollar. I mean, really, a dollar for 2 tablespoons of minced garlic and parsley? Oh, the fries were pretty greasy too, moreso than usual for things fried in oil. I do think it's cool that they have the turkey burger option. This made me feel slightly better about my greasy bun and fries. This meal sat like a brick in me old tum-tum though, even with the turkey patty. It was the only meal I ate all day and I didn't get hungry again. So I suppose my $12 went pretty far. OH the ranch dressing is really good, it's obviously made in-house and real thick and bad for you and awesome!!

Came here just last night. Before I ordered, I see a worker taking out the trash and then coming around to the back to handle some food. Without washing their hands!! Eek!! I ordered the Western burger and garlic fries. The meat is so bland and for some reason, the patty seems frozen. The onion rings/ shostring fries in the burger were flavorless and the bbq sauce taste suspiciously like sweet baby rays bbq sauce. The garlic fries are were warm and had too much garlic on it. I'd recommend Eureka just a few blocks up the street. Their western burger which is the "Cowboy" burger is way more fresh and their house made bbq sauce is to die for. I'd rather pay for freshly made and expensive burgers than to have a bland flavorless burger.

this is a nice burger place. good concept. quick. efficient. good.tv viewing...burger was top notch..not my fave, that's a tough one to beat, but I recommend this place. I had the California with avocado and a beer with fries, the fries were dry and too crunchy, does not recommend

2 beers, 2 burgers, 1 large order of fries came to about $31. Beer was good, fries were good, burgers were just okay.

Ordered the California burger when I went in this last time. I like that as the customer you are able to customize your burger any way you want and that a free dipping sauce is included. The establishment is clean, and the staff is very friendly. I like coming here and I know I'll be back soon. They also have happy hour here!

Very good food! Huge selection of items to choose from. Fast service, fresh food, and the Groupon is a steal. The cashiers have been patient and helpful both times I've eaten there.

This place was nice burger stop away from home a little on the pricey side but the food is worth it l. I had a turkey burger with egg and bacon with garlic fries and I was super full before I finished!! The patty was juicy and the chipotle ketchup was GREAT

Since when do good burgers and classic rock go together? Apparently now. I had to walk out of Rounds to not feel nausea but the music was louder outside so I had to go back in and suck it up. Well, the good thing is that they have purse hooks conveniently placed underneath the tables at this Rounds out in the boonies! Civilization has truly arrived! I had the turkey burger with chipotle aioli. It's pretty big and satisfying for the hinterland. However, I feel that the patty was too juicy for my taste and the chipotle aioli was much too subtle in flavor to make me give the burger a 5 star rating. Plus, the milkshake I ordered was underwhelming. Regardless of the fact I had to trek to the outback to savor Rounds's good turkey burger I had really high hopes I would encounter a true taste sensation. In all fairness, I must admit that I have never had garlic fries as good as the ones I had this night at Rounds. They are plentiful and have a great garlic taste that just makes you want to eat more and more. They are obviously very fresh and they are not too thick or too thin. Seriously ladies and gents, these fries are awesome! Ordering is easy and fast. This is one of those build your own burger types of places. I enjoyed the fact that they ask you how well cooked you want your patty. This location has a class act of a manager too so I would expect that that translates into employees with good attitudes. Employees with good attitudes produce better food than those without. Right? I highly recommend Rounds if you are into good burgers and superior garlic fries! As for me I'm sad that the garlic fries are so far away that they will have to remain nothing more and nothing less than a fond memory. Rounds is easy to spot from the boulevard. It's in the same shopping center as Super King. Parking is no problem!

Good burgers, but it is fairly expensive. They serve alcohol (yes, they have happy hour) and other non-alcoholic drinks. We had a 2 Groupons for this place, but they could only take 1 (because their "system" won't allow to redeem both). We had the garlic fries, which is just fine IMO. The burgers were good. If not for the high prices, this would be a 5 star.

Found a hair in my burger and when I told them about it, they appeared indifferent. My second burger to replace it was dry and I couldn't even finish it, even with putting a shit ton of steak sauce to give it flavor. Never going back again

Awesome burger spot! So it was my first time to rounds I had seen it around for months and finally decided to give it a shot! There burger was amazing! I got the western burger with a beef patty, crispy bacon, crispy onion straws and BBQ sauce! I was not disappointed at all! Definitely recommend this place if you like a good burger!!

I'm not a burger person. I'm satisfied with just my regular in&out animal style + fries to satisfy the burger cravings. BUT I LOOOOVE when you can customize your food!! All I remember is getting BBQ sauce and adding an egg which doesn't sound too spectacular but it was REALLY GOOD. I wish their garlic fries were actually mixed around in the garlic versus having a big blob of garlic on top. But the chipotle aioli was the best dipping sauce!! I'm going to be coming back soon to try another combination + the sweet potato fries.

Rounds is a burger joint similar to that of The Counter. You can choose the type and size of the burger you want along with all the toppings. They also have specialty burgers you can choose from as well. I ordered 1/3 lb beef burger cooked medium well with chipotle aioli sauce, shredded lettuce, tomato, red onions, monterey jack cheese and avocado mash (which they forgot to add) with garlic fries with a side of jalapeño ranch and a chocolate ice cream shake. yelp.com/biz_photos/roun… yelp.com/biz_photos/roun… yelp.com/biz_photos/roun… The patty itself was very thin, similar to that of a McDonald's patty. I was disappointed that I didn't realize that they had forgotten about the avocado mash until I was nearly finished with my burger. Oh well. The burger itself was seasoned well and the chipotle aioli sauce made the burger ok. 3 stars The garlic fries I absolutely loved, the portion was quite large for a regular order and it had fresh garlic, not the powdered overpowering stuff other places use. 4 stars The chocolate ice cream shake was thick and creamy but nothing special to rock my palate. 2.5 stars Service was excellent as it was quite busy and the girl at the register was moving through the line quite rapidly. The manager was very accommodating to our party, posed for some pics and made sure that we were all happy. 4.5 stars All-in-all it was ok. 3.5 stars

I have had wanting Rounds for a good minute. After seeing all the pictures of these amazing burgers I was sure I was going to have a great expierence. The store looked great, was clean and smelled gooood. The other customers seem to be enjoying their meals and the host that helped us was welcoming and knowledgeable of the menu. I knew I wanted something amazing but i wasn't sure of what. Everything sounded so good I couldn't decide. My first time being their I figured I would go with The Classic. Unfortunately I probably should have choose something more catering to my taste buds. In a nutshell, my burger looked great but full short on taste. The meat was just okay. All this time I put off for an okay burger was disappointing. I'd go back to maybe create my own.. And hopefully edit this review with some positive notes. The fries on the other hand were bomb. They were cooked just right and seasoned well.

If you're a burger person than you found the right place staff is nice as well, clean, & tidy. Their Classic is so delicious and the bun is so fluffy and fresh, Don't get me started on their GARLIC FRIES! OUT OF THIS WORLD!! Staff is friendly and helpful at making burger decisions(in the case of my soon to be hubby),

My dad dropped me off at Toyota in the shopping center here to pick up my car and noticed this spot. A few days later he asked me if I wanted to meet here for dinner. This place was pretty packed but luckily I had enough time before I had to go into work. After creating my own burger on paper (which is what I thought you were supposed to do), I looked at the menu and noticed there was literally the same burger right there: a BBQ bacon burger. So clearly I ordered that and some sweet potatoes fries with the spicy ketchup. I have a thing for those two now. I noticed that they have my Gold Peak Sweet Tea on deck and I was super excited! That is my new found addiction and not having to use my own bottle I brought with me was perfect. That alone gave Rounds Premium a gold star in my book. The burger tasted really good (nothing like my spot Avocado Burger though!) It kind of reminded me of Eureka's burger farther up the street. Meal price may be around the same. If you want Eureka's burger, just come here. You won't have to tip a waiter :)

This place is great. We went there two Fridays in a row when Fridays for us has traditionally been reserved for trying new places. I like the fact that there was no wait and it was not crowded (this surprised me considering how good our burgers were). I would encourage those who have had a Slaters or Back Abby burger to visit Rounds. I really do think they make a comparable burger to these other trendier places.

Delicious! Been here twice and always left with a full tummy and a smile on my face! The burgers are super tastey (triple cheese, the executive) with super soft buns and the chili cheese fries as well as the garlic fries, bomb! Plus beer on tap? Score! Love it!

Not impressed with the California burger. The fries were well done, which I like, however did not sit well with the rest my party. The restaurant was clean and football was on the TV. For a quick burger I'd probably rather go to Black Angus for the price.

Ummm my burger was dry. I mean not something I would come back to if I want a burger but I mean it was ok. I like the way you get to create the burger of your choice that was pretty cool!

Really nice service. The overall restaurant is presented very well and everything is clean. When I walked in there was a huge line, but it moved at a pretty fast pace as the workers were quick and efficient at taking everyone's orders. The employees are pretty friendly and they bring your burger to your table if you're dining in. They have this one build your own burger section and there's a lot to choose from. And I just have to say, their burgers are fantastic!! The flavor is just...damn. Words can't even describe how good it is. I mean the meat is fresh and juicy, the sauces melt into the burger, the bacon slices are thick, the fries are amazing, what more can I say? I've been to so many other burger places like slaters 50/50, umami, etc but overall I think rounds is the best burger I've had. Rounds premium burger is now one of my absolute favorite burger places. You have to stop by! It's amazing (:
