Quite busy Starbucks. Often full seats but managed to get ut seats and tables anyway. Staffs are OK friendly. It will be even better if they could be more welcoming and add positive energy to the shops. Drinks are mixed well as I tried bad Starbucks (where drinks didn't taste like any other average Starbucks.) Got a hot chai tea latte as usual. Satisfied

Skinny Cinnamon Dolce Latte doesn't have 2 inches of foam at the top. Less foam means more drink! This Starbucks has expanded their sitting area and changed things up. Clean in and out, but too noisy to sit there in your Buddy Holly glasses and Adam Levine tight red jeans writing your screenplay. Best bet: buy a big sweaty cold drink and then go walk through the clothing aisles at Burlington down the way. When they yell at you for having a drink in the store, yell back that they are a third world thrift shop.

Awesome team! Walked in around 930pm tonight asking for a Black Mango Tea with Lemonade - they ran out! Manager suggested another drink and she nailed it - the suggested drink was amazing! Great team and great service!

This place ALWAYS gets it right! Shout out to employee Aaron, awesome customer service and gets the drinks right.

Long lines, slow service, barista doesn't read orders correctly and unfriendly staff. Been here twice and had the exact same experience twice. If you don't like your job, please find another one which suits you better. Much prefer CBTL.

On Yelp, this location states that they close at 10:30pm on Fridays but when I got there at 10:09pm, the door was closed. I can see there were 3 employees still there cleaning and restocking but they pretended that they didn't see me at the door. Why can they just acknowledge that they are closed or said: sorry we closed for the evening than just turn their back on the customer, that's rude.

Yes, it's a Starbucks, yes, it's like all the rest, yes, they serve all the Starbuck's favorites. What I like about this Starbuck's is the personalities of the Batista's. They like to engage in conversation! They are nice AND make decent drinks. Remodeled over a year ago, it has a nice feel and is warm and inviting. My go to place for a coffee....

I like what they have done with this place! The Barista that took my order (Sean) was nice and apologized for the store not having venti sized cups for cold drinks. Skylar (I think that is how she spells her name) needs some training in customer service. Throwing straws at customers after making their drinks is not gonna get you any brownie points, missy!

Similar to other Starbucks around this area, this Starbucks facility is no exception when it comes to cleanliness, efficiency, and friendliness. The baristas almost always greet the customers when they come through the door, and the drinks are freshly and quickly made. I am a frappuccino person, so my favorites include the cookie crumble and the peppermint mocha. In my opinion, the caramel bruleé is too sweet, but then again, I am sensitive to the taste of sweetness. In any case, if you need a quick coffee shot before your work day starts or before you hit the LA Fitness gym right next door in the same plaza, then this Starbucks may just do the trick. Parking spaces are plenty, and there are indoor and outdoor seating chairs and tables.

I stopped in on the way to a movie at the Santa Anita mall. Could not believe this was the closest Starbucks. It's in weird location. Luckily I found it by pulling into the two story parking lot and seeing the sign hiding on the corner of a building. There was plenty of parking behind the building. The place was really crowded. The baristas were kind and quick. They made my drink perfectly. I luckily found a seat at the giant table in the center of the room. It was so crowded that I felt like I was being watched and hovered over by everyone standing in line. Might not be a good place for the table. Overall, Starbucks is usually consistent. I was happy with my venti iced quad espresso. Yum.

This Starbucks has undergone a major renovation and is much bigger and much more modern than before! More tables, chairs, a really big table in the middle for a huge group or random studying partners, bigger counter space, dark wooden furniture ... it looks really nice and a place I would actually go to for studying if I could study with noise. I've been here quite often and have found that there are a lot of regulars who come in for the same cup of coffee everyday that the workers recognize, which I think is pretty great. Sometimes when it gets incredibly busy, the workers have less patience and seem to just be focused on getting you through the line to get your drink so you can get out of there, but when it's less crowded, the workers are really chill and fun to talk to. I've had a few situations where I noticed the barista making the wrong drink for me, and she was incredibly nice about remaking it. The consistency of the coffee and drinks is pretty spot on. I don't think I've had any drinks that lacked flavor or didn't taste the way it should compared to the other Starbucks I have been to. I actually used to hate coffee, but because I was on my quest for the gold star, all those drinks ended up turning me into a fan and the caramel macchiato, the frappachinos and the iced teas that they whip up here are really great. I've also tried the food, and while most is packaged and sent from the Starbucks warehouse or wherever, the breakfast sandwiches that they make are pretty tasty. I guess all they do is slap everything together and put it into the toaster, but it tastes pretty great. Anyway, a great place to grab a cup of coffee or hang around to study or chat with a friend. It gets really busy during the morning and during any Starbucks promotion, but with such a big parking lot, you're guaranteed to find a parking spot. I also drive by this Starbucks almost daily as I go to the gym and the same people sit outside sipping on some coffee as they talk. Having this many regulars has to be good! Consistent quality and pretty great service.

Nicely remodeled and regular crew but they seem too busy to be customer oriented. The interior is a great place to relax or work.

Gets really crowded when it's almost 8 am. Hit and miss. Seems like they've been training but i ordered a ham and cheese savory square and got some sort of ham and cheese sandwich. Did not realize it until i got to work!! Then my cafe vanilla drink, the cashier training the newbie was saying it is just a fancy way of a latte... Well sure tasted off. Didn't taste the vanilla (sweetness) like i normally do!

My hubby's family lives close by to this Starbucks, so I hadn't been in awhile. This last visit got me so confused because they had done a complete remodel of the place to make it more like all the other Starbucks, more cookie cutter. It's beautiful inside and the people are very friendly working. They have a new machine called a clover that brews coffee for single cups. I guess only a few Starbucks have it still because it's quite new. The man who was brewing actually let us have a sample! How nice is that? The only thing that seems off is that the remodel of This place doesn't offer tons of more seats!

One of the worst service I have ever received in a coffee shop. I do not expect the baristas to understand how a real Italian espresso is made and served (they don't have a slightest idea..), but a little common sense would certainly help. You just can't serve a single, tiny shot of espresso in a coffee cup....it gets cold in 10 seconds. The espresso must be served at very high temperature and in a tiny ceramic cup (what we call "tazzina"). I told the barista to re-do it and put it in a smaller cup but he told me that he did not have any smaller cup. No "I am sorry".... no "let me see what else I can do for you"....nothing. Besides the fact that a business that serves espresso should have espresso cups (no brainier), this particular Starbucks was also lacking customer service.

As a starbucks fanatic, I can tell you one thing about this starbucks. Their ICE COFFEE is the best in the region. They truly double brew, then ice it. It is very strong! Otherwise, I did not really care for the expansion or redesign, but customer service and parking is always good.

  • Barbie B.

Love the setup in this Starbucks! Spacious, a lot of seating, line to order isn't crowding the entrance, and the service.. The service is awesome! So much energy at the register! Great way to help people jump start their morning. Love that my latte isn't too sweet and its still hot! *If any of the people in this team read this.. Keep it up and don't lose that customer service!!

The workers in here are so rude. I hate this Starbucks. I went in today happy and cheerful and there was barely a line. The girl took my order and there was an Asian guy who was working the cash register. When I went to pay with my app, he just rang me up and didn't say anything to me. He didn't greet me or give me my total. Instead he proceeded to give me a blank stare and just waited for me to swipe my card, I guess. I put it in front of the machine. As I waited for my drink, the barista poured so much half and half in it that it was almost completely milk. He didn't give me a straw. He just stared at me and shoved my drink at me. Terrible service.

Remodeled Q 2014. Twice as big as used to be. Lots of people flowing thru. Comfortable seating, convenient power outlets(pretty much all tables), good cell signal too. Beware as of Jul 26'14, frequently grinds in coffee. I guess coffee with fiber is healthier :) Mix crowd at least weekend mornings.

  • Helen M.

Worse Starbucks ever. I ordered a mocha cookie crumble half sweet. Waited more 15 minutes for my drink and they called out mocha frap half mocha half vanilla?? Not only did it not look like my drink, tasted overly sweet, and it was really melted by the time I got it. Threw it in the trash where it belongs.

This Starbucks is always the best! I am a heavy green iced tea drinker and they always get it right which is "Old School" I love the attitude of the employee Emily. Every time I go in there she is a lot of fun and knows what she is talking about. Great place!!!

  • Katie L.

I got an iced chestnut praline nonfat latte and it tasted funky. It was not busy at all, so the barista to make it wrong... Wow... Must be a bad place. However, I haven't been here since the new remodel. It bought the nail place next door and expanded into a larger store. The atmosphere is spacious and comforting, I would come back, hopefully the same guy doesn't make my drink.

I go to this starbucks a lot because its on my way to grad school This starbucks was recently remodeled so it looks really new and modern. It is fairly big and you can always find room to work and study (you might have to share). This starbucks even has the clover machine so you can get all the cool, exotic coffee. My only and biggest complaint is that this starbucks is always PACKED PACKED PACKED with the high school students. Do high school students really need coffee??? Well they're in for a surprise in college. So with that in mind, avoid this starbucks during lunch hours and afterschool at all cost unless you want to be stuck in a long line. Besides that, this starbucks is pretty nice. The workers are friendly but they also looked stressed. Most likely from having to make 5 thousand drinks for high school students.

Haha I wish I read the reviews and realized this was a coffee kiosk inside a grocery store. I came here to do some work and realized that my trip was kind of a bust - not completely though. There was a couple of tables and chairs so I was able to park myself for a minute. The regulars who sat around were senior citizens who spent their time chatting with the baristas. Cute.

  • Lachlan M.

i reccommend not studying here because its actually pretty loud. The drinks are good sometimes, but can sometimes be a little bit weird tasting because its different people everytime making the drinks, but I still love starbucks because everyone there is so nice.

Out of multiple Starbucks the Arcadia location should be bigger and better but it doesn't really seem that way at all. It is super cramped and I just feel like I should always order take out because they don't have enough places to sit and eat/drink. Located pretty close to Burlington and a few other stores Starbucks has a large parking lot due to how many stores they are sharing with! A supermarket is right next to it as well I always forget if it's Pavilions or a Vons but I think it is a Pavilions. If you want to get Starbucks and you are in this area, this is the place to come and grab it and go. That is all I got folks! :P

This starbucks just remodeled. I love the way they set it up. my friends and i actually can have a group meeting in that middle table it is so spacious and we can actuallh lay out all the construction paper on that table. the service is fast and staffs are friends. One time they forgot my drink. The actually gave me a free upgrade size too. it is my everyday place to go!.

  • John P.

Ambiance are all the same.. However usually they shake your drinks, not here.. We ordered a ice green tea latte and they didn't shake our latte well enough that all the macho powder was stuck at the bottom and gulped a chunk of macha :p

Seriously Starbucks you can not make change for $100 bill! What a bunch of rude losers

    (1)
  • Darlene Y.

I find if very bizarre that there is a Starbucks in the Pavilian's market and also right next door. Needless to say I still went to the alone standing store. They newly remodeled it so the place was super nice. Enjoy!!!

  • Ada L.

This location is really small, and service was a bit slow considering the amount of customers they had. However, our drinks (Americanos and Iced Green Tea) came out pretty good. I used the bathroom, which was decent. Not the cleanest, but at least not as dirty as other Starbucks locations.

    (2)
  • Luan C.

This Starbucks does not receive a heavy load of traffic that does not mean you will always receive your drinks in a jiffy. The workers here sometime seem to operate at a less than apathetic speed and tend to chit chat with each other often. With that said, you will still receive your drink quicker than if you were to be waiting at another busy Starbucks. If you would like to have delightful and lifted experience at this Starbucks, I recommend that you initiate a quick conversation with the staffs here. They seem to be pretty friendly most of the time.

  • Katie X.

This is my go to Starbucks and anyone who knows me knows how addicted i am to Starbucks. This place is very neat and organized and I have personally never had a problem with the drinks or the staff. The drinks are always on point for me and the staff is just super friendly. 10/10 would recommend.

They just remodeled and the new location is huge! Plenty of space- a variety of types of seating, lots of outlets. The baristas are really cool people and will remember your drink if it is consistent. Good spirits here - a good way to start the morning. As others have mentioned, parking is phenomenal here. And now the space on the inside is big enough to match.

    (5)
  • Shaun T.

The recently remodeled so there is much more space here. Google now provides Internet service so the speed is a lot more dependable as well. A nice Starbucks to go to!

Love this place as staff is friendly and plenty of space & parking too. It has quickly become my fav remote office! :)

Tiny tiny tiny place with no organization in the morning rush - where to stand, who's waiting to order v waiting to pick up. At somehow, despite it's small size, seems to be overwhelmingly understaffed. Bathroom was clean, table area is limited and not even more than a couple seats outside. Pass on this location if you can.

    (2)
  • Erika K.

I love this Starbucks! It's very convenient to get to and has lots of parking. The staff here is always really nice and patient. They're very fast as well. They recently remodeled it and it's more roomy with a lot of places to sit and lounge chairs.

  • Joanna L.

I hate the service here. It's not just one worker, it's a different person every time I come here and I only come here once in a while because I visit my grandfather down the street every so often. My drinks are always good, but the people who work at this particular Starbucks are always so snotty and rude. I am always polite and nice and am usually the first one to ask "How are you doing today" or "How's your day been so far" but when I ask a question about drinks, they respond like I should have already known the answer and I shouldn't have asked it. UGHHH RUDE! YUCK! Next time i'll just go to the one inside the Pavilions...

    (1)
  • Priscilla N.

I usually order a caramel brulee frap with toffee nut instead of the regular caramel frap now because it tastes so much sweeter and less bitter/coffee flavored. But at this Starbucks branch, everytime I order a CBF they usually forget to add the brulee sprinkles on top, and it makes me think, did they forget the brulee syrup in the actual frap as well? Then when I drink it, it tastes like a regular frap. I can usually tell the difference right away. So I basically paid extra for a regular caramel frap. And this has happened more than once. Can't a person just get their regular CBF?

    (3)
  • Sarah S.

Since they moved to the corner to expand, their service here has been horrible. The employees never know about the current promotions nor bother to ask, they just stand there and stare at you instead of asking someone. I guess that's why they work at Starbucks. I emailed customer service to tell them and they sent me free drink coupons only after I asked for them. Great place if you don't care about saving a few dollars on promotions. I know I can't afford Starbucks as much as I would like.

    (2)
  • Andrew F.

Really high-energy and friendly staff. They really make it a point to get to know their customers. They know a lot of regulars by name and are able to start making their drinks before they make it to the front of the line. One week before the Pumpkin Spice Latte officially hit the menu, they had already received shipments of the syrup/mix. Having heard of this rumor and knowing that my sister LOVES their Pumpkin Spice Latte, I requested it and they served it hot and ready. Again, really really nice baristas and cashiers. They make nice conversation and make you feel really welcome when you come in. Located in the Pavilions parking lot, there is plenty of parking. They're reasonably fast and seem to be very friendly. Good job, Arcadia Starbucks, you've won this fan over.

I don't go to Starbucks often, but when I do, its usually at this location. I've never had an issue with customer service or any of the employees there. However, when I went tonight to buy some Christmas Blend coffee beans and a drink, the blonde woman behind the counter was un-friendly, kind of stuck-up, and acted like she was better than everyone else. In addition, my coffee wasn't even the normal hot temperature like it usually is. It was warm... I had to microwave it when I got home! This same blonde woman made my drink. After this experience with this employee, I don't think I'll be visiting this Starbucks anymore. The one inside Pavilions has nicer people!

  • Julia C.

Just visited the newly remodeled coffee shop. First impression- too many tables and chairs. It was difficult to determine where the ordering line starts. The pick-up location for drinks is also in an awkward spot. I think rearrangement of the furniture is a MUST!

  • Steve H.

Came here last evening for the after 2PM $2 treat special. Had a bit of unfriendly service from the afternoon/evening staff. Ordered two grande cool lime refresher which taste diluted (made together using limited mixer). Still a big fan of the morning crew.

  • Kay S.

Nice, helpful staff. They can correctly manage special orders better than most any other Starbucks that I have been to throughout the country. Much easier to get in and out of now that they have enlarged the store. Pretty annoying that a bunch of ladies take up a table much of the day, every day with their water and yapping little dogs, but can't fault the staff.

One of the better starbucks in the area to satiate my addiction. Not necessarily caffeine addiction.

    (4)
  • Shenny S.

Small Starbucks. Only 3 tables, 1 handicapped table, and a window bar with 3 stools inside and a few tables outside. What's nice is they have packets of honey available and unlike other Starbucks, puts out the non-fat milk as well as the half and half. The staff is loud though so bring earplugs or headphones.

    (4)
  • Lori C.

Although this Starbucks is small, it is located in a really residential and quiet area. The customer service is great. One time when I went to study with a friend, the cashier brought out the drinks to us rather than shout out our names. There is free internet access (no password required) and there is outside seating; if not outside this Starbucks, then outside or inside the Pavilions near it. =) If there's still no seating, this plaza has a Burlington Coat Factory perfect for window-shopping.

can i just say.. i LOVE this store? (: I am currently employed with the company but had the chance to cover a shift here. The staff + manager here are amazing! High energy, welcoming, genuine, involved, considerate, and funny!! This review will be as unbiased as I can possibly be. LOL This location IS a bit small compared to the few stores that are around but the partners here totalllllly makes up for it. Anyways, +_They have 2-3 high chaired counter seating facing the parking lot, about 3 tables aligned to a booth cushion seating in the lobby, 1 handicap table in front of their retail wall (which makes it a little more awkward to shop/sit), and 2 tables outside. +_Parking lot is shared with Pavilions, a salon/spa?, morning glory, Burlington, LA Fitness and more. eh. Never had a problem with parking. +_Staff here are friendly with all customers, old or new. :D +_Only one bathroom, located at the back of the store past the hand-off bar. +_Clean, clean, clean. Still don't get it? Just go grab a cup of joe to see for yourself (:

I really want to give this place a three star but I want to support this starbucks location. I started coming to this location because I started taking another route to work and it was on the way. The first thing I noticed when I first went in was the happy staff. Most of the barristas in Starbucks have that slightly dead in the eye look (probably from making too many tall double shot espresso soy-free latte extra foam no cream gold bean ... ). It's kind of nice to see. I only wish the coffee was better. I always order the same thing but it's almost always different from the day before. One day it'll be super strong with barely any milk, the next day it's like drinking coffee flavored milk and on another day it'll be perfect. It all depends on the person making the coffee. Though I have noticed that recently it has been more consistent. Regardless, it still makes me feel good to patronize this Starbucks. Though I still miss Peet's.

  • Garrick L.

Great service, the baristas are happy to serve and great conversationalists, and the cafe is perfect study atmosphere. I've come to this venue countless times for study groups, casual hangouts, and interestingly enough, numerous intellectually stimulating political discussions with my peers. I always order the cold mocha frappuccino with a dash of cinnamon, but honestly, the drinks are not the reason for the 5 star rating; the ambient atmosphere is what truly makes this Starbucks a gem.

Probably the worst Starbucks ever. I still remember that evening. When it's still an hour prior to close for this Starbucks. I walked in and wanna order a cup of coffee. Unfortunately, there're only 2 guys inside, one black guy was cleaning the floor, the other white guy was walking from restroom to kitchen. None of them noticed me. I was really pissed off. I started saying excuse me in order to let them know they have a customer who wants to buy something 1 hour prior to the closing time. Their response surprised me, they say like it's because it's closing, they did the cleaning work ahead of the closing time. FUCK YOU!!!Worst excuse I've ever seen, u fucking stupid lazy pigs just wanna get the hell out of here ASAP cuz ur customer service sucks ass and no customers would buy coffee from here, customers prefer to drive a longer way to get a better Starbucks. Btw, this Starbucks is just walking distance from my place. After this, I never came back here for this worst Starbucks. Hold on, I'm not finished, I ordered Vanilla Latte, the asshole was already thinking of making love after going back home, he wasn't listening, and the restroom guy came over and took order, and I had to repeat my order again and again for more than 3 times. If I wasn't that thirsty, I would slap the door and get the fuck out of this hell forever immediately.

So it's that time for their holiday promotion again and we get in at 4:58 right before their 5pm cutoff. I'm stuck behind some guy who is taking forever cuz he can't decide on what fruity drinks he wants. But after 4 minutes, he finally settles on a holiday flavor while his date rolls her eyes at his fickleness. Good job bro. When it comes to our turn, the girl at the register says you're too late for the promotion unless you were already in the door by 5. Hello? Are you blind? I'm a head talker than the previous customer and was standing right behind him, in her eye sight. I plead my case to no avail so I give up. Whatever right? It's only a couple of bucks more so I order a peppermint mocha and notice the girl rushes to clock out to go home. It then occurred to me that she was just rushing me so she could do less work and clock out to go home instead of honoring the promotion. I don't mind being too late for the B1G1 free but don't lie cuz then the customer realizes what a crappy experience you just gave him/her. First time here and it'll be my last time cuz not only does the service suck, the coffee tasted bad. Terribly bad...

Not my favorite location, seriously lacking in comparison with the Temple City location. Service is kind of off beat, people still kind of friendly but their drinks aren't as flavorful as others. I swear, the weirdest people appear at this location, old ladies dressed up in strange floral dresses, hyperactive mothers, and ambient old men. It sort of has a more eccentric vibe than any other Starbucks place I've hit before. Also, few places to sit, but at least you get abundant parking.

What this place lacks in size it more than makes up for with spunk. I'm a recent convert from the Albertson's Starbucks on Live Oak. There are several reasons to prefer this Bucks over the that one. First, this Starbucks is always adequately staffed. Second, I've noticed this staff embody the values of teamwork and community. I noticed Baristas anticipating orders and engaging customers. Lastly, the drinks are hot when they're supposed to be hot and cool when iced. I should probably disclose the fact that I'm currently the Duke and I've had Baristas refer to me as such. And this, my friends, is priceless.

I like this particular Starbucks for this past day because how they are open on Christmas and they are near my work place. Their coffee here is blended pretty well; I bought the frap. The guys behind the counter were so awesome. They talked to me like they knew me from a previous life while making the coffee and I was so uplifted just by the conversation about my life. My biggest gripe about this place is that it's so tiny and I can never find any seats, so it's not a good study area if you want to find a Starbucks to study at. Other than that, it's an ok Starbucks to be at.

Been to the same starbucks at this location for almost 10 years now, and they've never let me down. I usually get black ice tea lemonade or ice white mocha and i love it. Customer service has always been consistent too. No compliments, thank you =)

I love it here! The staff is friendly and talkative! They usually do a great job making the drinks; although, I had two bad experiences here.. but I always keep on coming back. Its located near the mall which is awesome. Ask for Joey, he's super nice and remember my drinks! This is my favorite Starbucks of all time, I've been to quite a few and let me tell you.. a lot of them aren't that good at making drinks!

This is my favorite Starbuck. Yes, it could get kind of busy in the mornings but that's just how it is when peeps want their caffeine fix before work. I love how friendly they are at all times and they remember lots of peeps' orders as soon as they see them. The best part is that they allow refills even after you leave their store and come back. I love it, because I can get a cup of coffee, go to the gym (which is in same shopping center), and after my workout get a refill. I have never had a bad experience here.

It's Starbucks so you pretty much know what to expect. The staff is a cut above the others so an extra star for that.

Walked in with 2 gift cards. They swiped one and exhausted the credit. Swiped the second one and asked if they can toss the exhausted card. I told them fine. Next week going back, I hand them the "good card" and it turned out they tossed the wrong card for me.

-I had to wait about 8-10 minutes for my Tall Coffee. At every other Starbucks I've been to, they pour and hand you your cup of coffee before you even pay. -They didn't have Whole Milk...so I had to use Half and Half. If I had to get coffee, I wouldn't mi

still one of my least preferred starbucks in the whole san gabriel valley. thats because the staff is usually really loud and obnoxious. this isnt because im usually there by myself, studying/reading. but even if you were to have company and want to hold a decent conversation, its hard to talk over the yammering of the staff. i get it though, a lot of the staff members seem to be friends even outside of work. I cant blame them if theyre having a good time.

The coffee here has never failed my taste buds. But the hospitality has.

I love the staff here. So much. The tables are small & it gets super crowded w/ retired locals, but I love it. It's got a great hometown charm in a big chain Starbucks.

Horrible service they help the regulars first and they screw up orders. the regulars that take all the outside seating are even ruder. They sit outside and get upset that you are there and the annoying mean dogs bark at you and the owners look at you like its your fault for being in their space... I would give it no stars if I could

Price is exceptionally high but hey its starbucks! I love this location cause its near school, so at lunch i can just walk right on over. What i dont get is why there is 2 of them. Theres one located INSIDE pavillions and one a few stores down from pavillions. I prefer this one alot more because it has quicker service, it has more people employ, and that dude down there DAN V. doesnt know what hes saying dont listen to him. I've been into this starbucks so many times, I dont hear the staff talking really loud and obnoxious, its more just the customers holding conversations. The staff is really nice, sometimes, when it does get loud in there, its harder to take orders, but thats forgiven. If you come during lunch over its really packed also, theres seating outside, and good desk like bar spots with bar stools and booths. one bathroom but alot of supple parking of your choice, just remember that the parking lot is shared so there may be limited spots at times. :) Also, after your done ordering you can go shopping around the plaza or after Working out at LA fitness you can reward yourself with starbucks.

Ice blended caramel macchiato ! Tell them nicely to blend it and its sooooooooo yummie! I'm a fan. The works are hip young and extremely friendly and nice. Everyone knows everyones name. Its a tad smaller than most starbucks but still busy enough to keep this location home type feeling.

Food/Cost: (3/5) It's the usual Starbucks fare guys; I'll let you wander into one of the bajillion Starbucks and you can see for yourself the display counter of pastries, the cooler of sandwiches and bottled drinks, and the board of menu drinks. I must say though, I tried the Egg White, Spinach, & Feta Wrap (~$3.50) here for the first time, and it was surprisingly filling and delicious! Pair that with my usual Soy Chai Latte and you have a winning breakfast. Ambiance: (3/5) This particular Starbucks is one of the bustling, smaller ones. In the mornings it is primarily frequented by working people looking for their caffeine fix and gym-goers from the LA Fitness in the plaza. I've studied here a few times because of Starbucks' free wifi (good connection) and because this store has a small area of three tables with booth seating and electrical outlets on the bottom of the booth seating. There's also a table outside, a slightly larger table inside by the window, and a few counter seats. If you're looking for a place to study, this location isn't the best choice given the limited seating and noise volume. It may get a little distracting if you have a hard time concentrating and don't have headphones, particularly because the store is small and people will naturally be walking quite close by. As a grab and go Starbucks, you may face a line if you come coincidently during a busy time when the lines get quite long -- but I suppose that's true of any Starbucks. Location: (4/5) Located in the Pavilions lot, there is ample parking here which makes this Starbucks super convenient for those who need their coffee fix. Service: (4/5) The baristas here are all super friendly and nice. They greet regulars by name and are very efficient with taking orders and getting you your food. Of course when it gets really busy, you'll still have to wait for your drink order, but its no wait out of the ordinary. Overall: (3/5) This Starbucks is one the small side, so if you're looking for a place to cozy up with a book or do work, you may be better served by going elsewhere (that is, unless you have no problem blocking out other people and/or come armed with headphones)

I have such a mix feeling about this starbucks. I've dropped by so many times to get my morning fix me up before a long day at work and sometimes I receive excellent service and other days I receive the worst service ever. It really depends who you get at the cashier i guess. Some day's I feel so ignored and some days I get the friendliest person on the planet. Overall drinks are made okay. But not the best.

I didn't really start going to this Starbucks a lot, but the guy I was dating (now my boyfriend) works there and now I visit often. All the workers are really nice and friendly, and they have frequent costumers. Every time my boyfriend and I go when he's not working, customers always talk to him and ask him how they're doing, and they know each other by name. So this place really knows how to build a customer - employee relationship. And their service is actually really good! Yes, it's smaller than most Starbucks around, but it's a nice place to relax, and it's very clean! And being sanitary is a great thing for an eatery to have(:

Time to redeem my free item! Pretty big Starbucks. Super busy when I came at 10 am. All the seating was taken. Thai Peanut Chicken Wrap - $5.95 - Chicken was pretty tender but no seasoning. Toppings were fresh. Peanut sauce was ok. Not much flavor. It needed some heat.

This Starbucks makes the best drinks! It is one of those places "where everyone knows my name." I like going to a place where people are nice to me and my family. The employees are super nice and will make customized drinks. Josh, one of the baristas, makes amazing seasonal drinks. These are his own master creations, and are always a treat! This place has grown, but still feels like a local coffee bar. Jimmy, the Fizz Master, makes the best fizzy line waters. Super tasty!
