Everytime i come here via drive-thru, never disappointed. Friendly staff especially at 5:30 in the morning when we're all barely awake lol. Red velvet whoopie pie is tasty, though i wish they made it just a little bigger :( No mistakes with my order as of yet lol. Pretty much come to this branch often, especially when working those early shifts ;)

This starbucks is of the better in Anaheim. Although there may be crackheads loitering around from time to time, there is plenty of sunlight, a friendly staff, and enough space where it gives you room to breathe.

One of the slowest Starbucks I've ever been to. The people who work there are unprofessional, making jokes about me while I'm in my car at the window to pay. Unfortunately it's not a place I will want to go back to because of the service I was given.

PRO: 1. It serves all the typical Starbucks fare. CON: 1. The drive-thrus are serviced by the dumbest people on earth. More often than not, there is an unbearable wait time before you get your drinks. If it happens to you once, don't write it off as a fluke. This place is particularly bad about keeping on top of the drive-thru line (explanation to follow) 2. The employees are too busy flirting with each other to notice that a lot of customers are impatiently tapping their feet in line, waiting for the workers to get the ball rolling. 3. The food selection is virtually non-existent if you show up after 8pm. I am now convinced that the workers hoard everything. One night, I was there at 8pm when they got in boxes and boxes of food & supplies. I went back the next day and... still empty. WTF? 4. They run out of the Classic sweetner. Often. Like ALL THE TIME. 5. They are ALWAYS cleaning the storefront sidewalk. This would be a good thing.. if they did it AFTER the customers left! Why do I have to sit there, crouched on the uncomfortable chair, while you broom and mop the concrete floor UNDER MY CHAIR? Totally weird. I don't like this Starbucks. But it's the closest one to my house aside from the one on Brookhurst/Ball (I have a reason why I refuse to go there - another review for another time), so I end up here 5 days out of 7. Oh well. I've long since come to terms with the fact that 99.9% of Starbucks Cafes have pathetic service. It's a necessary price I pay for my addiction to the products. SIGH!

You would think that when you pay an arm for a cup of coffee, the coffee would taste great every time and at every branch. However, the drinks i noticed are more bland here than other starbucks i gone to. Today i ordered an eggnog latte and all i could taste was bitter coffee, other than that, blandness. I had asked for extra whip cream and i notice when the worker that made my coffee, after overfilling the cup with whipcream and trying to figure out how to close the lid, use the lid to scrape off the extra whipcream leaving the rim of the lid full of whip cream and didn't bother wipping it off or put on a clean lid. Then when he put the drink on the counter, the side of the lid with all the whipcream was facing out so he casually rotate the cup around so the clean side face out toward me and the call out the order. I understand if there was in rush hour that he simply forgot to wipe it off but the place was nearly empty. The time before, when i told one of the worker that the drink here wasn't sweet enough like other branches, they told me to order extra pumps of syrup which of course cost a lil bit more. I mean don't they have a recipe they had to follow?? how come it taste different every time.

This is my new Starbucks location of choice! After my usual location disappointed me one too many times I decided to start coming to this location. BEST DECISION. The service here is phenomenal. Speedy drive thru lines and I'm always greeted by a friendly face. My drink order is never incorrect and it's always a pleasant experience. In particular, David the barista is a great asset to this place! I've had him three times since I started coming here and I'm happy every time. More workers everywhere should have David's attitude and professionalism! Thank you Starbucks and David! :)

"ME" Never in my life had a complain or problem with starbucks. I LOVEEEEE STARBUCKS !!! But yesterday was different. I was in drive thur ordering drinks. I ordered ICED caramel macchiato & VENTI iced peach greentea lemonade. but they gave me HOT caramel macchiato & GRANDE iced peach greentea lemonade.. (It was over 80°F; who would wants to drink HOT beverage) so I told the lady that the order was wrong. OMG, The lady gave me B**** attitude and she literally poured my tea to venti cup and filled it out with ice.. and gave me back (please check my pic out!!!) I couln't say anything more because I didn't wanted to make traffic at drive thur.. What is going on Starbucks? stop hiring those people who ruins other people's day !

Staying at a hotel just within walking distance (Kona Motel) without coffee, I needed my morning coffee and this was my go to. This location is fairly busy on a weekday morning and could use maybe a extra hand to keep the line moving as the wait in line took at least 10 min to get to the front. When I finally did reach the front of the line, the counter staff was friendly and smiling and quick to get me my morning caffeine fix. A quick tip to save a few buck$ at $tarbuck$ and to save the landfill from another disposable cup: Bring your travel mug, my cup of espresso roast cost me only $1.65

  • James R.

Solid Starbucks. Came here before we went to do some shopping around 11am. No lines at all and the lady behind the counter was nice. Ordered the new blended berry frap and it was absolutely great! Place was clean and the parking was easy to get to. Consistent like most Starbucks! Would try again if ever back in the area.

So I go to the Starbucks because it is the closest one to me. The only complaint that I have is that they are very stingy when I ask for extra caramel drizzle. That is the most important part of my order for me so I had to deduct two stars because I am always disappointed when I only have a few drops of caramel in my drink. Every other Starbucks I go to is very generous with the caramel drizzle. If they would fix a small issue this place would be ideal and perfect. The employees are absolutely amazing and extremely friendly. They know just how to put a smile on my face in the morning when I'm usually pretty crabby from rolling out of bed. This location is very clean and very convenient with the drive-thru. Check them out.

I hate this location. I only came here because of the drive thru & I was in a bikini & didn't want to wear a shirt. I just got an iced soy chai which was good & it's impossible to mess up since it's just chai tea mix & soy milk. Nothing brewed, no pumps added or anything, it's simple. My biggest complaint about Starbucks in general is they don't know what "easy ice" means. This location refuses to hear and accept these words. Here I am again & I got a cool lime refresher-- once again ask for easy ice. I get a cup 75% ice. WTF. They make 4 drinks then remake mine & they make it watered down instead. It's like a big FU. It's morning time, I don't have time for this. I hate this location I hate this location I hate this location. NEVER AGAIN.

  • Tamara T.

Close to the 5 fwy and Brookhurst lines typically move fast and staff are always friendly. Avoid this place on Wednesday mornings since the high school kids at the neighboring high school start an hour later and they tend to hangout here in the morning. Also you'll notice this is a popular spot for the Gypsy familys to hang out at so go slow when you're going through the parking lot because they like to congregate in parking spots...it's weird.

While this is conveniently located, it's proximity to several schools pretty much guarantees that is going to be a zoo during the after school hours. Add that to a smaller-than-average seating area and is a recipe for misery. It's easily one of the filthiest Starbucks I've ever been inside.

    (2)
  • Bani M.

Cleanliness: Not clean, our table had spilled coffee drinks marks that has been lying for sometime! We took extra napkins to clean it and still the store associates didn't bother to clean up! Friendliness:No eye contact, no smile, not greeted upon entrance Attentiveness: Somewhat Communication: When we placed our order that's the only communication we had Speed of service: Slow Accuracy of order: Accurate Customer satisfaction: Very Bad Location: Strategically located to the 5 freeway and Brookhurst. It's highly unlikely we would return to this Starbucks(Have provided the same feedback in the Starbucks survey received immediately upon using my Starbucks rewards card)

How the hell do you run out of caramel drizzle? This should never happen. Please train on inventory and requistioning.

  • Madai J.

Seriously!!! I go to drink my coffee and it's an inch below the top empty. First you screw up my order then you give me less? I just paid almost 5$ for a half ass drink!?!? It's always something here at this location . I wish there was a closer coffee bean all together

No parking, inside dinning and outside patio are dirty, and I don't think my iced coffee with white mocha even has coffee...

  • Ted S.

I pulled up to this starbuck's at about 9:30 on a tuesday morning. There was a homeless looking fellow sitting outside in their patio area with newspaper pages strewn about him on the ground, some still on his table. A worker was sweeping the area, and politely asked the man if he would mind if he cleaned up the area, indicating the paper. The man nodded, and the young guy went about his duty with a smile. Service inside was no different. Very friendly all around, and very fast service. I even had two people working on my order. All I had was a drip and a wrap. The place was really clean too. I was really impressed with their treatment of a clearly downtrodden fellow. Dignity. This place is a must return for me.

So I went through the drive thru rite now and they don't have change for a hundred . Wow that's some bullshit there , the girl was very rude . I will never go back costumer service sucks ass

Slow slow slow! We stopped at this location on Thanksgiving and literally sat in the drive-thru for a half hour just to get to the ordering screen. Yes, there were a lot of cars in the drive-thru ahead of us but why it takes some people 5 minutes to get a single coffee is beyond me. I have not encountered this sort of wait at other Starbucks locations although I am sure it happens. My review is based purely on this last visit as the wait time was far and away the worst I have ever seen. Despite it's shortcomings this location is conveniently located on the way to the freeway so I know that the chances are high we come here again. I really hope this was just a bad day due to the madness of the Thanksgiving crowd and that the normal everyday service is leaps and bounds better than this experience.

This is the best Starbucks! The service is AmAzINg and the people that work here are knowledgable and very friendly. Hats off to the staff!

This place has always been welcoming. I haven't had a mistake on my order yet. It's packed alot but thats usual with all the wireless moochers looking for free wifi. J/K. It's peacefull inside even though it's packed. Line is Long for drivethru but it's next to the freeway.

    (5)
  • LaVerne A.

So unprofessional! I pull up and the guy working the drive-thru thinks it's his platform to be a complete douche. There's nothing more irritating, tacky and sad than someone who works a drive-thru and thinks people want to hear them trying to be funny.

    (1)
  • Monika S.

Next time please take the drive thru orders when you are actually near the computer so you could input them right away instead of pretending to have gotten the order then surprise your customer with a wrong drink.

    (1)
  • Jimmy C.

Should be aware that lots of people come from outside setting in the patio eating their food while they are not even drinking or ordering from the shop.. the patio is for customers !!! .. when you fi d group of students occupying half of the patio and laughing loud annoying everybody you will feel un welcomed ... should pay attention to that .... I kept walking to my car ..

This Starbucks location has improved, with it's service and ability to execute the right coffee for the right car . I'm satisfied . .

  • Jim G.

Worst Starbucks ever. Staff is unresponsive and as other reviewers have stated it is a minimum of 20 minutes through the drive through. If you ask for the Manager's name, they ignore you.. Wife:"It took us 20 minutes" Kelley: "It's not our fault" Wife: "I want to speak to your manager" Kelley: Silence Wife: I want to speak to your manager" Kelley: "It's not our fault. We are slammed" Wife: "Well it still shouldn't take 20 minutes" Kelley: Well maybe you should come in and help" Really, I have never had such an unbelievable exchange. That worker should be fired immediately. I am writing to corporate in the morning.

I love this Starbucks!! Nothing better than coffee then hiring up the smoke shop. This star bucks has a good drive through they are pretty quick. The staff is funny though. They will mess with you in a good way. The inside of the store is clean and always stocked. The bathrooms are clean. If you need a place to study it's good because the way it's laid out is legit so your not on top of one another like most Starbucks. It's one of my favorite Starbucks

This drive thru always takes FOREVER. Every time I come to this one I'm waiting in the drive thru for 10 or 15 minutes. It's absolutely ridiculous. Inside isn't so bad, but it still takes a long time to get your order. I don't think I've been to a starbucks where I had to wait this long.

    (3)
  • Amanda O.

All the attention is focused on their drive thru customers, and even then the line in the drive thru was backed up. They had one cashier for walk ins and the line was out the door. The cashier was not paying attention and kept asking customers for their names over and over again causing the line to grow even longer. When I finally received my latte it was flat with no foam!

    (1)
  • Mohamed Q.

I like this Starbucks because it is on my way work and home. A very friendly staff customer service is great they do not take forever to get your order. God is always fresh

    (5)
  • Lizette Q.

Worst drive-thru ever!! I was stuck in line for over 30 minutes and they gave me the wrong drink. I will never visit this Starbucks again. The cashier ignored me when I expressed my frustration. You cannot exit the drive- thru once you enter the line, be careful if you don't have 30 minutes to spare.

  • Dana J.

I don't wanna even give out a star. I went here on Saturday 8:30 pm. I used drive thru and I waited for 10 mins in front of the drive thru speaker and no one answered. I pulled up the girl didn't even apologize. I am disgusted with their attitudes. Also this barista frowned as I ordered and he had a horrible attitude. I should've gotten his name. The worst Starbucks I've ever been to. Ever.

    (1)
  • Felicia D.

I came here this morning. it's a smaller size starbucks. If you don't pay attention, you may miss it. It's before crescent. Parking lot can be packed... because it's shared with a few shops : game stop, lebanese food. Not too many tables inside. But they do have a drive through.

    (3)
  • Brian K.

It's starbucks. That should be enough a review for most starbucks but I found this one somewhat lacking. Not in quality or customer service but chairs. That's right, chairs. If you are going to use the drive thru or going to quickly order and pickup your coffee, this place is as good as any starbucks gets. But if you want yo chat, study, or hang with friends, this place is not for you. They do have some outside seating if the weather is pleasant. Overall though, it is difficult to put tables and chairs together for more than three people.

    (3)
  • Eric L.

I like the drive through of this place. Although starbucks or any sort of coffee shops are expensive for a quick coffee stops, I love starbucks. They havent really disappointed me in any way to my several visits. Everyone is friendly and nice here. Nothing negative to say about this place!

    (5)
  • Jay Y.

I typically come to this Starbucks location when I'm on my way to LA. The location and drive-thru option is perfect for me on my way to the freeway. Never stepped inside the store. I always use the drive-thru and I don't have anything really negative to say about this store. There has been maybe 4 times now that the wait in the morning was almost 10 minutes in the drive-thru. I usually give myself more than enough time to get to work that early in the morning, so it doesn't bother me too much because they always make up for it with free drinks. I've received about 4 drinks for free from this location because the wait was long. They always apologize and I think the free drink makes up for the wait. The workers at the window are overall very nice and friendly. Depending on the line, they usually throw in very small, small talk to make the visit more personable. Overall, a pretty good location to go to for me.

    (4)
  • Leasha C.

I left this location at 7:20 this morning. I didn't think my wait was too long but Angie said otherwise. I showed up at the drive-thru around 7am making sure I left my house in enough time because I knew it was going to be super busy so it was no big deal to me. Angie, such a sweet gesture. Thank you, totally made my entire day that much better. It was a pretty sucky morning so I went to get a hot chocolate as a pick-me-up. THANK YOU.

    (5)
  • Kelly T.

This place is just a 15-20 minute walk from my house. Sometime when I'm walking my dog I stop here for a drink. I just carry my dog inside, since i'm afraid to leave him outside alone, and the employees don't complain. The service here is fast and friendly.

    (5)
  • Ursula G.

DRIVE THRU soooo convenient!!!!!!!!!!!! I wish all starbucks were drive-thru (mostly because I'm embarrassed to ever be here...but shhhh) but mostly because if I'm getting starbucks it's usually because I'm going to work for an insane amount of hours and I am getting it for other people. I'm honestly a coffee bean enthusiast, but prefer independent coffee shops all together... but since my reasons for getting coffee rarely ever allow me the time it takes to wait for coffee bean, or an independent coffee shop... starbucks wins in convenience and speed...and a drive thru well that is just plain fucking fantastic. That's all!

    (4)
  • Sakura C.

Great to have a drive-thru location nearby my house. Haven't yet went inside the coffee shop but the drive-thru order + wait time took about 5min. Staff members at the window were nice and friendly and the drink was well made without any coffee mess or stains dripping from the side. My regular drink from here is Iced Hazelnut macchiato. d(^_^o)

    (4)
  • Janis B.

If you are in a hurry, do not do the drive thru. It takes 20 minutes at least on a good day after ordering! Otherwise good experiences if you go into it expecting a very long wait at the drive thru.

    (4)
  • Zia B.

Slowest drive thru ever. Typically I wait for 5 min for one car. Then a few cars flow then 10 min for one car. Then a few cars. It's like get it together. What the hell? In the morning it's get to work time. Makes me want to get my coffee machine back from my sister. It's pumpkin spice time. So I really look forward to my iced coffees in the morning.

Venti Starbucks double shot w/ 3 pumps of white mocha, half and half shaken and extra add shot! It's the best drink if you like espresso!!

    (5)
  • Maren G.

This has been my hometown Starbucks since 2007 and I am almost ALWAYS happy when I leave there! Even if there is a mistake, they are always super courteous and quick to make it right! It can be an extremely busy store as well so you really need to roll up with patience intended if you see a long line of cars or of people inside, they're always doing the best they can!

    (4)
  • Anna K.

I love that this location has a drive thru but do not go here if you're limited on time. In the mornings the drive thru usually has a long wait (understandable) but there's been times when they are empty and I've gone inside and the baristas are chatting with each other and show no sense of urgency. I know it's only coffee but when you're paying $4-5 for a cup of coffee I think it's okay to expect a little better customer service.

    (3)
  • sabrina t.

I feel really bad giving them this review, but they made my entire order completely wrong, and since I took it to go, can't do anything about it. I ordered a chai tea latte with an extra shot (hot), a chai tea latte with an extra shot (cold), and a venti americano. I received a cold caramel latte (or some drink with caramel in it), a latte of some sort (there is no flavor, and I don't even taste any espresso), and my venti which shouldn't be too hard since it is espresso and water. It makes me upset because she double checked with me (she asked me through the glass), I saw her dump out a drink since she made the first drink incorrectly, and she still made my drinks wrong. Looking at the cup, it looks pretty standard to me since that is how my cups are typically marked for my usual order. Just makes me upset that I pay for a more expensive drink, add on to it by getting extra espresso, and I get a drink that is definitely not up to par with what I have ordered. Also, I have gone to study there, and the employees tend to talk very loudly about things that they should not be discussing or verbalizing loudly in front of guests. I am fine with having fun at work, and I think they can still have the same conversations, just in a lower volume so that we don't hear everything that they are saying.

    (2)
  • Lisa A.

I don't really base my reviews on Starbucks based on how slow they are. I know that it's usually because of the line. I'm usually able to get my items and be back at work in less than 15 minutes. I work off of Brookhurst & Lincoln. I'm usually here with the morning crew so this review is mainly on them. I don't remember the names of all of them, but it's pretty much all of the members on the morning crew get my kudos. Keep up the good work!

One of the nicest outside patio seating, comfy not skeleton drinks. Big bear has #1 best one of course. But small place ppl drive thru Only starbucks by my work place. They hired new really nice ppl now. Here for a free pastry day with drink purchase! WOW, seriously the new morning staff from 6am-7am staff on Fridays are becoming more awesome. I seriously started this place off with 1 star but you can see my stars have been increasing over time. Not sure if best place but its pretty decent now, maybe new staff? Same new staff I had the great experience last time.

Horrible service, they make the drinks taste like shit, asked for a different drink and they said no

  • Amy N.

Mostly not that excited about this Starbucks but its open later and I always go there when in the hood. They have a drive-thru which is a plus & my fav lebanese restaurant Zait-&-Zaatar are in the same lot. Most times they are unfriendly and rushing you through but I havent seen those particular rude guys there anymore lately so maybe they did one better and quit. If you dont like serving customers all day don't work a customer service position. The last few visits however the servers/cashiers have been awesome, super nice, friendly and ask me how my day is going. One thing I thought was nice was I bought a k-cup pack one day and the cashier gave me my drink for free, that was really sweet and made my day.

    (4)
  • Sharona R.

Friendly service, but I'm not impressed with the way they make the green tea latte. I expected them to stir everything for me, not just put macha powder on top of my iced nonfat milk, close the lid and say here you go.

Popped into Starbucks for a three hour stint, studying before my licensure exam a few blocks away. Parked right in front of the door, easy-breezy. Great furniture and a bunch of young professionals chilling on laptops, typing away. Somehow I walked in, there was no line, went and used the men's room, and when I returned there were four people in line. Line didn't move particularly fast, but I was planning to kick it there fro a few hours, so I wasn't bothered. Not sure I would've been too happy if I were in a hurry though. A father came in with his two kids, sat on the couch next to me, and sang nursery songs to them for about twenty minutes... when you're studying for a major exam, that brings about homicidal thoughts. Seriously, you're in a Starbucks singing while everyone around you is on laptops and reading? Don't be an asshat. Someone went into the men's room and was in there, I swear, almost two hours. I used the ladies room twice because I couldn't wait (I was drinking a LOT of coffee as I studied). Bottom line... nice baristas, nice setting, but some of the customers don't know how to act right.

This Starbucks has been my Starbucks for the longest time ever since I moved here and no matter who takes my order they always have a good attitude and always tries their best to satisfy their customers with the drinks that they make

My girl and I stopped here on the way to Disneyland. We went through drive thru. I could of sworn that I was in a line at Disneyland, in July, on a Saturday. Loooooooong wait. Why even have a drive thru???

  • Iris P.

I live within walking distance here and I love it! This is where I do all my craigslist sales. Staff here is friendly. I do think music is a bit loud at this location so it might be a little hard to study or talk to those you are meeting. There's outside tables but it's mostly smokers sitting out there, yuck!

    (5)
  • Alan K.

I absolutely love that this location has a drive thru. It makes life much easier when you don't have to get out of your car for coffee. I have to say that this Starbucks was relatively busy even on a Saturday morning. I ordered a iced coffee. The lady at the drive thru window gave me the option of whether it should be sweetened or unsweetened. Of course I got it sweetened or else it would taste quite bitter. It was decent tasting although I think I like the McDonald's version of the iced coffee better.

    (4)
  • Erin S.

This is the worst Starbucks location ever. The older woman that works at the counter is rude and almost always gets your order wrong. I ordered a pumpkin spice latte today and I got a peppermint mocha. She's basically an idiot. Then she blames you and said that's what you ordered. I hate peppermint in my coffee. No way I ordered that. I have had the same experience about 4-5 times w/her. I'm changing my drive to work to get my coffee at another Starbucks!

    (1)
  • CJ J.

Worse Starbucks drive thru I've ever been to. Always takes forever to get a simple drink! its faster just to walk in.No sense of urgency what so ever!

  • Alex L.

I usually stop by this Starbucks after work or before work because it's on the way to my office and particularly because of the easy access drive-thru section. I always order a sweetened green tea and the reason why I am yelping this is because the lack of consistency. Honestly, I use to work at a tea bar making drinks as a barista and we had me to make sure every employee is consistent with the drinks. This Starbucks needs to check their ingredients and the employees making the drinks. Sometimes my green tea would be too sweet and other times it would be very bitter. Of course I always let them know it is sweeten. It's just this particular location that makes my drink so difficult to be satisfied. Yeah, so I hope the management checks the employees and their way of making drinks.

  • Aidreana Q.

This starbucks is across the street from where I work . The staff here are very friendly. I honestly don't like the drive through, so if you are in a hurry and don't want to get out of the car, seriously your drink won't be perfect. My drink is pretty complicated and the staff are really nice about it, if they make it wrong they don't mind making it again. The morning staff are the best and the friendliest. This starbucks is actually my favorite location not just because I come here all the time, but they really have good customer service. There are a lot of starbucks where I live, which is by south coast plaza and would rather not go there because of customer service. If you are complaining about the drive through honestly how can you really hear while your car is running and there are customers and a bunch of other noise to distort the sound. Give the drive through some slack.

Most of the time the staff here is really nice, occasionally there are some with attitude, but other than that, really great place. The store itself is pretty small and crammed when busy(that includes the outside patio)

SOOOOO SLOW!!! They've made me late for work twice! Once I only had 3 people in front of me in the drive though & it's took 28 minutes to get to the window (where I waited another 7. I know because I had nothing better to do than watch my car clock). I never order anything there besides green tea because Starbucks coffee tastes like cigarette ash to me, so really, not hard to get my order. Get a cup, put ice in it, pump artificial sweetener, and pour. Viola! Does not take 7 minutes. And here's the straw that broke this camels' back:I was there another time, months later thinking the shitty staff that's so slow may be gone, with 4 people in front of me, it took 32 minutes to get to the window where I waited another 5 minutes for the wrong drink. Then I waited another 5 minutes for a new drink. This time with the wrong sweetener (classic, not sugar free) which I had been EXTREMELY specific on (I'm hypoglycemic so sugar makes my body FREAK OUT), triple checked they knew it was sugar free, and it was still wrong. Luckily I hadn't pulled away, so I told them, the chick apologized & started my order over from scratch and made me another one. Another 8 minutes. I leave an hour early to make sure I get to work on time & let's add up that visit shall we? 32+5+5+8=50 minutes. FIFTY MINUTES FOR A FRIGGIN ICED GREEN TEA!!!! You don't have to brew, steam, fluff, foam, misto, machi, any of that shit just pour it in a cup with ice & SUGAR FREE sweetener. 50 minutes. Literally. Late to work? HELL YEAH! McDonald's is down the street from here, there coffee doesn't taste like it's burned (I have made people drink end of the day nasty office coffee out of a Starbucks cup & they thought it was the nectar of the Gods. The coffee's crap, it's the unhealthy crap people are hooked on cuz the coffee itself, is crap), it's cheaper, even with 8 cars ahead of me I still get out quicker, and they NEVER screw up my order.

this place is really hit and miss. one day youll get the nicest employee helping you and the next you'll get this rude unpleasant one who doesnt say thank you. the quality of the drink is hit and miss too. i pay an extra .60 cents for caramel all over the cup and i only get a string if it. or another day they will jus give me a generous portion and cover the cup in syrup. but today was the last straw. lady serving me was slow and was rude upon taking my order to giving it to me. she asked for my name and didnt even use it upon announcing drink was ready. why ask for my name then?? AND i kno she used reduced fat milk when i asked for skim. im done with this place.

I am definitely not one of those yelpers that goes around writing bad reviews all the time, but this is long over due. I usually stop by this starbucks ONLY because it is the closes to my work and I regret it everytime I do. I do know if it has to do with their management, but they consistently do not make drinks correctly. It reminds me of a little child not listening. How many times do I have to get an incorrect made drink. I am not asking for much. Either they mess up on the milk, syrup, or just take tooo long, it's just never great service at this location. What bothers me the most is how they run their drive thru, do not go through it even if there is only one car. They will take their time making your drink. Last time I went the lady at the register just stood in the drive thru window, as i waited over 15 mins for them to make ONE drink. This is unacceptable. There are so many negative things I can write about that Starbucks, but at the end of the day, I think they are just CURSED, cursed for screwing people up and messing up the starbucks brand, because being a former starbucks employees for over three years, I know what quality service is, and they are FAR from that. If you can, go to another Starbucks some where else! You will be happier!!!

So I'm sitting in my car getting to write this as I'm waiting in the drive-thru. Yep. Taking THAT long. I have never seen a SB this slow. Amazingly this morning my mom and I came to this same SB. Drive-thru too. And waited forever. I thought maybe it was morning rush. So I'm being a little forgiving, it was about 9:45. They could have a rush that late...it's possible. Anyhoo, when we got to the window our Caramel Lite Frapp had been sitting there. It was already liquidy on the bottom. Hmm. The Mom needing another jolt, so this afternoon here we are back again. Waiting, again. To be stuck twice? It would take me less time to walk in than wait through this again. Yep. Lesson learned. Find another SB.

Today I went through the drive through. I ordered a grande Caramel Frappachino with a ton of extra extra extra caramel on the cup. I do not know how much clearer I could make my point. When I get my order there was no extra caramel anywhere on the cup. I handed it back to the server and asked the guy to please put a ton of extra caramel on the cup. When I got it back there was a small ,very small amount on the cup. I am extremely unhappy with the service here. By this time I was not happy, how can he not understand? I knew not to walk in because by this time I was very unhappy and did not want to make a scene. I do not splurge on these drinks very often but when I do I want it to be good. I do not recommend this place.

Walking distance from work and this place seems to be making a conscious effort to improve their service. Their drive through people are friendly and I haven't had a drink order messed up. But I guess that would be hard because I only drink black drip. When they mixed up my food order, they immediately offered to make the proper item. At first I was not a fan, but they've been really awesome lately. Always nice and helpful.

The Good: I usually come here during the evening, so my review will be based on my experiences. Most of the employees are hard-working, efficient, and friendly. If they mess up on a drink, they will quickly make another one before they work on other drinks. When they are closing, they sometimes pass out the leftover food items for free. The Bad: There is very limited seating indoors. Ideal for pairs, not groups. Try: coming here about an hour to closing. Stay until they start passing out the free food. Don't Try: coming here with a big group. Duh.

I like the drive-thru, although sometimes it seems too Slow. The Staff is friendly and mostly on their game. Located close to the I-5 for quick access to South and North bound Freeways. Good to roll with a fresh coffee.

Ordered an iced latte only to find it gone in two sips because ice was filled to the top! Above the starbucks logo. Ask the worker id there was a way I could pay for a refil because honestly it was wayy to much ice. Gave me an attitude saying i shouldnt have taken a drink or should have asked for light ice (usually i do, but when i dont it isnt up an over the logo sign). Said she would do it for me "this one time" for free. While giving me an attitude gave me more than half of the cup soy milk and less than a cup if chai and handed it to me with an attitude again! Never going back there ! Thought starbucks was all about customer service, its not like i was being rude with te worker

Well, I drove through this Starbuck's 8 days after Cathy K, who panned it with a 1 star review, particularly calling out the staff and the drive through! I got my coffee pronto and drove off on my way. It was at 12.29pm in the afternoon, so what Cathy K was complaining about may have been: 1. Lollygagging by the morning shift crew,. not the lunch crew 2. They fired the poor service people and I benefitted with new people 3. It was really busy when she went 4. Cathy was in a big hurry, exasperating her wait 5. Uh, a little too much coffee maybe? With most Starbuck's, you expect slow service if it is crowded and not much food, especially after 8pm.

BOYCOTT this SB!! No one should ever sit at the drive thru for 20 minutes for a tall ice green tea! They are never, never, never consistent in getting their orders right and they move slower than a sugar cane plant making molasses!! I don't know why I even bother coming back. Peeps- go to the SB across from the BP mall. They can get thru 10 cars quicker than this can get thru 5 and they'll get every single order right!!!

I come to this Starbucks at least two times a week. I have never used the drive thru but I love the people who work here. They work hard and do their best. I've been to other Starbucks that the workers are so snobby but here they remember names say hi and make you feel welcome. The food is yummy and the coffee is great. Favorite place to go for my mornings :)

I have gone through this particular drive thru almost every day since they opened, so I feel I'm qualified to write a review. I'd have to say this is about the worst Starbucks in this area (and there are many). I understand that people make mistakes, but Lord... these people can't give a consistant drink. I have ordered the exact same thing for years at that same drive thru speaker with no variation... however, I have been presented with almost every other item on the menu when I actually get to the window. My drink is hot (theoretically), so I can't usually really taste-test it until I am down the road a few minutes. If I do spot the error at the window for obvious reasons (like it's the wrong size, or it's in a cold cup), the employees laugh it off and I get to wait some more while they make something closer to what they think I ordered. Another slightly annoying thing at this particular Starbuck's is the used-car-lot sales pressure to buy other drinks, pounds of coffee, food, donations, etc. This is a recent change and has been going on with every order for the last couple of months. I never buy anything other than what I came for, and I never hear the person in line ahead of me or behind me say "Gee, yes, I hadn't thought of that... I'd love to add some more stuff to my order." I understand a litle of this in a retail environment, but this is too extreme. Partuclarly the older grey-hair woman. She's positively annoying about it. Yesterday was the last straw. I ordered my drink and did receive a drink that might have been correct. I will never know, however. The lid was not put on correctly at the drive thru so the first time I picked it up to take a sip the lid popped off, the cup collapsed, and the drink went everywhere. When I got to work, I spent about 20 minutes cleaning the inside of my vehicle. I'm done with this particular Starbucks and although I have never posted a public complaint in my life, I appreciate this forum to voice my opinion.

I love this starbucks. Since I moved in across the street about 2 months ago, they have gotten to know me by name. And they know my drink order. It makes me feel good that they think of me as a valued costumer.
