Diabetics at Pizza Hut

Pizza is neither a great meal nor the worst for diabetes. All you need is some fact check and monitoring while ordering your pizza. Diabetics can opt for thin crust or skinny pizza at Pizza Hut and avoid the cheese topping to cut down on the excess fat and sodium. If you have diabetes, then ensure to check your portion size when you order a pizza. One or max. two slices are enough. You can also avoid meat if possible and go for wings as a meat option.

Foods to Avoid at Pizza Hut for Diabetics:

You must avoid Meat Lovers Pizza with Original Pan Crust as it contains over 1000mg sodium and will add 470 calories in your meal. You should also skip Super Supreme Pizza Large Original Pan Slice which is too high in sodium and fat. Chicken wings are often tempting but you must control and restrict yourself from ordering Traditional Honey BBQ Bone-in Wings as it can add up to your sugar levels if you eat too many. On average, a person orders or consumes six chicken wings pieces in a day.

Sides must be avoided at all costs especially if it's Bacon Cheddar Fries with Ranch Dipping Cup for its high sodium content. You must also avoid New York Style Cheesecake with Applesauce as dessert as one slice of this dessert item contains 86g sugar. Pizza Hut also offers other Italian dishes such as Pasta. However, you must skip Spaghetti with Meat Sauce and Meatballs and Garlic Bread as it is too high in sodium and sugar.

Fast-food restaurants like Pizza Hut are not recommended to dine-in if you are diagnosed with high blood pressure. High Cholesterol at Pizza Hut

Whether large, medium or small, a pizza can boost your cholesterol levels instantly. You shouldn't eat more than one slice of any pizza your order at Pizza Hut. If you're concerned with your high cholesterol, then it is wise to take your friends to Pizza Hut and share pizza among them slice by slice. You can also try pasta at Pizza Hut but ensure that you are not adding any dressing or extra cheese as you order pasta.

Foods to Avoid at Pizza Hut for High Cholesterol

Keep your pizza intake to one slice to avoid high cholesterol intake while you dine at Pizza Hut. Skip Supreme Pizza Large Original Pan Slice as it contains a high amount of fat and the sodium levels are also very high. Avoid the desserts section completely to limit the fat and sugar intake. Pizza was great! Crust was soft, cheese was melty but not overly stringy. Wings were really good. Dry rub was delicious, the mild wings were a little spicy for me but then again so are hot Cheetos so... To sum it up, it was great food and I wish there was one closer to Camarillo.

Someone once told me that from a man's point of view, pizza like sex, even the worst isn't that bad. I guess whoever said that didn't get laid enough. I ordered a mini 8 inch pizza for 4.99 and added pineapple and pepperoni for 89 cents per topping. I also gotten a Large Caesar salad for 6.99 and added chicken for 1.99. The salad was better than the pizza. The pizza made me sad. The caesar salad was alrighty. I don't understand why they charge 2 dollars extra to add chicken to the caesar, when they offer a chicken salad that cost 6.99. Both salad has romaine lettuce, the chicken salad has a few more toppings; Mushrooms, onions, cheese, tomatoes and chicken. while the caesar has only romaine, parmesan, croutons and caesar dressing.

Pizza boy was amazing! we ordered the house special with a side order of hot wings. If you don't know the area you'll probably miss it . ( that's what happened to us ). definitely coming back !

Our third visit here. It has become a routine tradition when we visit Southern California for Disneyland. Cheap food that is both delicious and generous portions. My fiancé loves good pizza and this always hits the spot. Definitely try the cinnamon stix (pizza box sized dessert), cheesy garlic bread, and cheddar potato wedges for sides!

  • Michelle D.

Food: 4/5 Overall: 4/5 Location/parking: located on a strip with other stores. It's easy to find. The parking seems a bit tight but, there should be no issue finding a spot. Ambiance: it is a hole in the wall spot but it is worth it to try this place out! :) it gives off the vibe of an old school pizza parlor esp with the arcade games that are available. Food: I tried the chicken BBQ pizza and the cheesy bread sticks. The chicken BBQ pizza is probably the best I ever had! It was good. I feel like the messier the pizza when you eat it, the better it is ! Haha. The cheesy breadsticks were ok, nothing amazing! Just good cheesy breadsticks. Pros: + good pizza + variety of sides available + cheap prices for the quality + lots of specials available Cons: - bathroom key. I hate giant bathroom keys. (( I just feel like it's not sanitary, not everyone washes their hands. That's just the germaphobe in me talking)

  • Ilona M.

probably the best pizza I've ever had. my BF and I get this almost every time we're in Anaheim and its never disappointed. so good, and they have the absolute best crust ever.

    (5)
  • Wayne Z.

Very awesome pizza, especially the thin crust with everything on it. I want to try the Chicken Wings. I think Pizza Boy should have a Check-In special

Don't know what my fellow yelpers were thinking with this one, but maybe it wasn't a solid day for pizza boy today. 75 cent slices and its local? Of course I gave it a shot. Walked in and straight to the counter. I wasn't greeted and the girl taking orders was fairly short when it came to customer service. I ordered 3 slices and garlic bread to go for my coworker and I. I waited roughly 10 minutes and I was on my way. I asked for packets of parmesan and chili and the girl handed me one and one and walked away. I laughed and ask the other girl if I could have some more and she too handed me one and one. I laughed a little more and walked out. The pizza was mediocre with a lot of blant crust. The garlic bread had no flavor of garlic. I guess you can say it tasted like 75 cents a slice. I will not be back, ever. P.S. pizza boy, clean your restrooms. They're gross.

Garlic Chicken Delight is good. I'd prefer Roundtable when paying this much for a pizza, though.

  • Kiki N.

I've came here before and the pizza was amazing, now I returned with a friend and her baby and went next to door to get my friends baby some icecream at natural. I was rudely asked if I ordered anything from there when I returned from getting icecream and sat next to my friend when we were trying to feed her son pizza and some icecream. I explained that I was with them and after she left continued to get looks and made me feel so uncomfortable that we left and didn't order more. Not returning here anymore bc I believe he owner (older Asian lady) needs to learn how to make her customers feel appreciated and not feel like they're doing something wrong because they want to sit and eat pizza WITH ICECREAM.

Work ordered this pizza for a company lunch thing. It was very very good. Good flavor. I would totally order again.

3 things: WEDNESDAYS 11am-3pm 75 cents for slice of pepperoni/cheese pizza Good quality pizza for very little on Wednesdays. Great crust, which I usually throw away on most pizzas but not here. Tastes like freshly baked bread and is chewy! Avoid the crowd by coming at 11am or past 1pm.

    (4)
  • Tyrone B.

Pizza was mediocre at best. The $5 they charge for the 3 undercooked chicken strips was laughable. Won't bother ordering from here again.

    (2)
  • Cindy V.

Pizza is delicious, absolutely love the buffalo wings. Fast service, staff is always nice. Atmosphere is great!!

    (5)
  • Belinda A.

MMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMM! Need I say more? Not greasy, tasty, quality ingredients. First time coming in and it was busy because it's a Friday. The house special was really good. The one topping large was a deal $9.99... The one thing that could have been better was the young girl at the front with cleavage and a cheetah bra easily visible through her shirt. When she got overwhelmed with how busy it was,she put on her "b*tch face". Despite that, the food and the rest of the service was good.

  • John H.

Very nice and friendly staff. I've been going here since they opened 6 years ago. The pizza is delicious and by far the best in East Anaheim. I will never go anywhere else when I'm in the area.

  • Julio S.

very good pizza! It might just be me but their cheese is darn right amazing. I would definately come back here and try other items, perhaps thin crust if they have it?

  • Josh W.

Tried this place because of the other reviews and it's proximity to my new apartment. Ordered a large meat supreme. It arrived pretty quickly. Crust and sauce were pretty good, but nothing really stood out other than the pizza being packed with plenty of meats. I've had better, but I've had worse too.

    (3)
  • Stephanie S.

This place has the most tasty hot wings I have ever tasted! The pizza is ok and this place has a mini arcade for the kids or big kids!

Very good pizza that delivers to your hotel. Hits the spot when you are tired and need a good eats.

  • Lauren H.

From the outside this looks like its going to be a sketchy place to sit down and eat, but the moment you walk in you will be transported to a cleaner, aesthetically pleasing environment! The pizza is standard.. I thought it could've used a little more sauce and will order extra next time. Their side salad with house ranch was amazing! They have great deals on pizza, as everyone else has said, and also the cheapest beer I've ever seen. I believe Blue Moon was around 4 bucks. Bud light was 1.25... can't beat that! They also have a few TVs and a small arcade in the back, so it could be a great place to bring the family and watch a game. They do nickle and dime you a little when it comes to small things: ranch is 50 cents each and you only get one free refill on your soda. This is a small, family owned business and I love that!

    (4)
  • Carlos V.

They prefer to loose a long time customer simply for not allowing us to take in our own natural water drink. Love the pizza and subs but they lack in customer service. It's not like we were taking beer inside, she said (owner) "NO u can't bring your own drink in here." I will NEVER eat here again!!!!!

  • Larissa R.

This pizza is actually pretty good. I was pleasantly surprised. The only thing you need to know is how crisp the crust is. Yummy crispy crust.

On Sunday, January 19th, my girlfriend and I and four friends arrived to dine on some great food. None of us had ever been here before, so we didn't know what to expect. We took some time to go over the menu and figure out what we wanted to order. I ordered the chicken ranch bacon melt sandwich. It. Was. Delicious! I modified mine without mustard. It was perfect! The bread roll was rustic and fresh. I also ordered a pitcher of orange soda. So good! One friend also ordered the sandwich, but without tomatoes. She loved it. The others shared a large, one topping pizza pie. It was delicious. They said it was really hot at first. We also shared a cinnamon pizza-like dessert. I thought it was tasty and sweet, but definitely piping hot at first. But, after it had cooled off, the crust was a bit tough. I still ate another piece but the others weren't so impressed. Overall, the place is small but very clean. Large flatscreen television to watch the games. From the outside, it doesn't look like much, being in a stripmall and all. But don't be fooled. Definitely worth the visit!

While at Noble Ale Works, my friends ordered a House Special (I think) and a veggie. I tried both. They were loaded with good toppings. I'll take Dave G.'s word that the cheese was a provolone/mozzarella blend. He's probably right, and I also prefer all mozzarella. The crust was pretty chewy. Conclusion: pretty standard pizza that fed the need but was not distinguished. Except for one thing. They deliver to Noble Ale Works, Valiant Brewing Company, and possibly other breweries (that don't serve food) for all I know. They certainly know marketing: they have plenty of menus at both locations. I highly recommend both breweries, but their tasting rooms don't serve food. If you're hungry or you know that you will be, you could do worse than calling Pizza Boy, and I may do so in the future. I can't imagine ever going to their shop, but they perform a valuable service to beer lovers in Orange County. I'm bringing leftovers to work tomorrow!

  • Vanessa O.

First time there, Pizza was Delicious they're homemade ranch is to die for . Beers are only $1 and sum change . Pizza on Tuesday is $.75 I recommend this place if you wanna just chill and hang out, they have a lil spot in the corner for the kids to play games.

I was waiting for my dog to be groomed so i decided to grab a pizza with some friends. The price was awesome, crust had so much flavor, a little too much sauce for my taste, cheese was great! Pepperoni had great flavor and had just the right thickness. Service was a bit dull but the location was super clean and the food was awesome- so it definitely made up for it! Would come back if I was in the area, 1000x better than anything you get at Pizza Hut or Dominos

  • Mark B.

We're fairly new to the area and have been looking for a pizza place that we enjoy ordering from. So far this is the only one we've found that we've ordered from more than once. We've actually ordered from here a few times. I wouldn't exactly rave about the place but I find the pizza here to be satisfactory.

  • Manny R.

Love some Pizza Boy! I know theres a new In N Out right across the street but gotta have that Pizza Boy!

    (5)
  • Andrew K.

Pizza was okay. Not amazing but not bad. Was kind of leary of the pizza guy because I gave him a $20 for a $13 order with the intent to tip, told me he left his change in the car... yeah right. Went bacl to his car with him to keep him honest. Still gave him a tip, but likely not ordering there again.

  • Pamela B.

Had a pizza delivered to a local hotel we were staying in. We should've asked, I suppose, how much the delivery charge would be...otherwise, the pizza and garlic cheese bread were delicious! The pizza was cheesy; the Italian sausage brought back childhood memories of great tasting pizza. We'll be back when in the area!

    (4)
  • Kate W.

It was ok:) I would probably eat here when they have coupons, but it was just really basic pizza. Not much else to say.

    (3)
  • Alejandra Z.

I'll keep this somewhat short and simple ...pizza was alright, had better. Person at the counter was a bit rude. Mini arcade ate my coins. Reasonable price though.

    (2)
  • Jessica L.

I found this place on yelp and was quite pleased!! Their pizza is always delicious and the cheese bread is my favorite. What can I say I just love cheese!! The prices are very reasonable for the quality!! 1000% times better than any local branch of chain pizza

  • Louie C.

I made an order for pickup on my lunch break and I have to say I was very happy that I did. I had the meatball sandwich lunch special with a slice of pepperoni pizza. Both were fantastic! I love when a pizza place makes their own pizza dough, it makes all the difference. They use mozzarella and provolone cheese on their pizza and sandwiches (awesome cheese combo). They serve beer too. What more could you ask for? I will be a regular here.

    (5)
  • Casey T.

Food was yummy!! Not too greasy and had great flavor. We ordered half pepperoni and olive with half sausage and mushroom. Total was around $20 for a 15 inch. They said delivery time was 46-55 minutes but showed up around 35 minutes later...awesome. Would order again!

    (5)
  • Cynthia Z.

They delivered to our hotel room within 30 mins it was fresh and yummy.. The price was great and even better they came to us since we were worn out from Disneyland

  • Jacki C.

Good service + Great pizza = Bad habit. I picked up once and haven't dined in yet, but I love that they deliver and the pizza boys are always friendly. I always go for the thin crust pies which unfortunately (fortunately?) means greasier slices. It's so tasty, though! I used to not eat pizza that often... maybe once every 2-3 months... but I've already ordered from here more times than I'd like to admit. Tsk, tsk, tsk. Pizza Boy has turned me into a Pizza Girl :(

I go here almost once a week with my husband and son and it's always a good experience but today there were a couple unfamiliar faces that were not attentive or mannered I at least would like a "your welcome" but I didn't even get that from these girls. I would give this place 4 stars but not today.

Just moved to the OC 2 weeks ago, this was our first, we're fucking hungry, let's eat place and Damn! A reasonably priced, solid Pizza for SoCal. If dining in, beware as there is a time limit, typical of Asian owned places, but a respectable Za, and I'm from Chicago...

  • Meiver G.

Any time we want pizza, this is our go-to place. Pizza is always delicious! Customer service is great and the place is clean. Mozzarella sticks are to die for a must try! Careful when ordering the veggie pizza they overdue it with garlic other than that we love this place!

If you've ever considered having an affair with a pizza boy, look no further! Hot, fresh, cheesy and cheap... what more could you ask for? I had their pepperoni pizza and garden salad. Their pizza is not too salty and has just the right amount of sauce to cheese to pepperoni ratio. The crust is soft, light and fluffy like a cloud but with a crunch. Love it! A garden salad sounds basic but I was pretty impressed by theirs. A small is $3.99 and has romaine lettuce, tomatoes, mushrooms, black olives, onion, mozzarella cheese, and a pepperocini. Tip: if you like ranch sauce with your pizza, get a garden salad so you don't have to pay $0.50 for it and you have yourself a healthy side! I happen to wander into this place at the right time because on Wednesdays from 11-3pm, slices of pepperoni or cheese pizza are only $0.75!! That's an amazingly good price for the quality. It sounds like they have good deals all the time though. The place is not that big and it was packed at lunch time on Wednesday but the service is really quick. This place is a great find!

Great pizza and wings! We're visiting from out of town and we'll definitely be coming back :)

Don't really have anything great to say but nothing terrible either. I ordered a small chicken ceasar salad thay came out to $7 even. It was alright. They do seem to have a bunch of deals going on though, unfortunately I wasn't there for any of them. I think I saw a sign for a lunch special for Wednesdays where a slice is just $0.75

    (3)
  • Krystina W.

You really can't beat 75 cent a slice pizza days! Their side salads (not the same as the slice of pizza/ salad special) are pretty delicious and I have no idea what's with their ranch but i want to buy a bottle of it to bring home with me. Wait can be long on wed so call ahead.

    (4)
  • Wayne P.

Pizza has some pluses and minuses to earn a three-star rating. Crust was the positive of the pizza good texture cooked to perfection. Sauce was okay not too much flavor, could have used a little more seasoning. The cheese is where this pizza really fell apart low-quality and no flavor. Use higher-quality cheese and this place could be a four star joint.

found this place in 2012 when i moved to anaheim. and they have such good quality pizza at great prices. the employees are friendly. and the crust is nice and fluffly, sauce ans cheese are great as well. they have beer at $2 and you cant go wrong with that! and they have 1.50 slices of pizza monday thru friday! and wednesdays 75 cent slices from 10-3 i believe. but pizza boy is great. i definetly reccomend it !

four stars cause yelp has never been wrong. got the BBQ chicken pizza which pushed it to four stars. the pepperoni was a 3 star at best, but even though it was delivered late to the hotel it was still hot which is worth a star for sure. so four stars.....

Monday deal: 1 large pizza with one topping for $7.29 They loaded the pizza with a generous amount of sauce, cheese, and pepperoni. I enjoyed eating the crust because it was layered with cheese. Awesome! Definitely, I have to try other special pizza on their menus. There will be a next time.

Delicious! Pizza and toppings are fresh and tasty. Chewy crust too. Love the grilled chicken salad- chicken is super, super tender. The sandwiches look real good too. Everything is priced right and they have lots of specials too. Little arcade set up in the back for kids and Tvs all around. Super friendly service. Will definitely be back.

Big disappointment! I've been going to Pizza Boys sister restaurant, Ho Toy's (Chinese take-out) for many years and have never been disappointed as the food is always top notch! Been getting' Pizza Boy fliers for their restaurant up the street for several years so after reading a couple of god Yelp's I went for it. Unfortunately the Yelps did not steer me right tonight. Didn't feel like going out so I spun the delivery roulette wheel and Pizza Boy came up. I ordered 10 pc hot wings, antipasto salad and a medium Hawaiian with jalapenos. The order arrived quickly and the delivery boy was very courteous. I first opened the pizza box and the pizza looked ok. A little skimpy on the toppings and sauce, but things went downhill fast after that. I then opened the wings and they looked half cooked with some sauce on them yuck! Next I opened the salad and was again disappointed, lettuce, couple of olives, mushrooms slices and 5 half pcs of salami with a little cheese. No dipping sauce! I had to doctor up the meal. I threw the wings on the grill to crisp them up and added my own chicken wing hot sauce. I then added some mozzarella and fixings to the salad. I salvaged the meal. Bottom line service 4 stars food 1 star overall 1 star because I had to do extra work to make things right.

I LOVE the crust, it's so light, airy and great tasting. I've been here many times since my last review, the ingredients are just so fresh and tasty!! My five stars goes out to the great food... for the 'food moment' (food moment = while you are eating, all you can think about is that food, where time stops and you are just enjoying the moment, you know like fireworks in your mouth). Aside from great food, service is superb and I don't know how I forgot to mention this before but they also have...beer :D ~ what more can you ask for?! The more I write, the more I'm getting cravings...

Was very surprised the dough had great flavor. I had the BBQ pizza which was not the best but not the worst. Will be back and get something else.

Pepperoni pizza or cheese pizza slice are $.75 on wednesdays from 11-3. They always make it fresh and it tastes amazing. I always come in here with the intent of eating once slice but always end up eating two. Definitely recommend.

We orders pizzas from Pizza Boy for a company lunch, and glad we did! This has to be one of the best delivered pizzas I have ever had! Can wait to order from here again, and maybe try some of the other great looking menu items!

I've had their pizza 10-20 times and thoroughly enjoyed every one. The prices are excellent with a Large 1 topping ~$7 on Mondays and ~$9 on other days. I'm not aware of any other pizza even close to this quality that can be had at this price. Mushroom, pepperoni, or sausage are what I usually go for. Quality of toppings: noticeably better than the typical pizza franchise Quantity of toppings: average to above average depending on which you pick Crust: very slightly thicker than average at the edges but soft and fluffy Sauce: above average, I prefer extra sauce here and at most pizza places in general Cheese: you can taste the mozzarella, never burned Consistency between visits: extremely consistent The TVs inside are pretty nice especially if you are early and there is a Lakers game on. The dining area has always looked clean. For those who've never been, you have to be going south bound on State College to get into the parking lot.

Really good pizza for a good price. Would definitely come back. You get one free soda refill. We ordered a large pepperoni pizza for $8.99. The pizza had good dough and the pepperoni was crispy and not too greasy. The cheddar cheese potato wedges for $4.99 where very filling and very tasty.

What was ordered: Sausage Sandwich ($5.95) - Yay! I'm a Fan! (4 Stars) - Italian sausage, marinara, mozzarella, and provolone cheese sandwich served on a toasted 11" French roll bread. This sandwich has all the ingredients that I could eat by themselves. You put them all together and you are in epicurean heaven. Every bite of the 11" sandwich you get a good girth of the Italian sausage--they do not skimp here. The marinara sauce is rich and tasty--you don't mind lick your fingers afterwards. The cheese is warm and stringy as it subsides in your mouth. Buffalo Wings ($4.99) - A-Ok (3 Stars) - 5 pieces of spicy buffalo wings served with ranch dressing. The buffalo wings were nice and meaty. The chicken tasted fine, but was not as spicy as I would liked. They give you a large tub of ranch dressing. Mmmm, that buttermilk and sour cream tastes so good with chicken. Pizza Boy is more known for their specialty pizzas. If their sandwich is any indicator of the rest of the menu, then I am a big FAN of the Pizza Boy already. As a hetero male, it's okay to admit you like sausage ... go ahead and have an 11 incher.

I'm one of those people that will scroll through yelp until they are satisfied this is the place they want to try. I'm from Sacramento and I can tell you I like 2 things affordable prices and pizza. My boyfriend and I were staying close to Disneyland and wanted something we could take back to the hotel and enjoy while relaxing. We didn't order ahead cause we weren't sure what our plan was, but we ordered a large to go pepperoni for less than 10 bucks. The food didn't take long and we got ranch (i think 75 cents) and left. The pizza amazing and we will probably stop by on our next stay. They do serve beer and had tvs if you wanted to stay there and have a good time too.

Came to Pizza Boy for my last meal before going off to Maui. We grabbed pizza during an Angels game so all the flat screen TVs were on baseball. I'm not a big fan of baseball, but my BF loved it and sat there mesmerized as the Angels played. I just don't get it...I'm more of a football fan or Summer Olympics fan when it comes to sports. Anyways, the food. We ordered the special with no mushrooms and no onions and added jalapeños instead. Also we got a small grilled chicken salad! The salad was real good, everything was fresh and the chicken was yum. The pizza was also good as expected. The Italian sausage was yum and there were plenty on the pizza to pick at. The service is always fast and friendly, plus mama pizza boy is so cute and nice. She's sweet. Thanks pizza boy, you never do disappoint which is probably why people continue to go back.

I have eaten here many times now. I really enjoy the pizza and the staff. I choose this pizza over the chains. I love the family special. I usually pick it up because the kids like playing the games, but it is great that they deliver too!

On a Friday night my father-in-law will often call in an order and stop here on his way home from work, and get a couple of pizzas for the family to share. I like their pepperoni or hawaiian pizza, and they also have VERY yummy Italian sub sandwiches (so yummy that I once got into a fight with my husband when I was pregnant and he ate the rest of my leftover sandwich without asking... LOL). Sooo tasty - I highly recommend =)

I ordered delivery and while they gave the usual 35-45min, they actually arrived with my delivery in 20min. Very courteous. As this was my first time here, I ordered the basic pepperoni pizza and to be honest, not much to brag about. It wasn't terrible, just not much to offer in terms of taste. I also ordered wings were packed with chicken...very delish.

Found this place on Yelp because we were tired of the chains. Bang for the buck, it's hard to beat Pizza Boy. We've had their pizza a few times now. Last night, we had the nieces and nephews over, so we needed to provide food. Bottom line, for 5 adults and 3 older kids, we bought 4 pizzas and their dessert pizza, $55.00 AND there were leftovers. Now granted we picked it up and we supplied the sodas at home, but try getting away with eating that cheap anywhere! Fast food might be as inexpensive but you won't have tasty leftovers. Check out their internet specials, and call ahead as they do have REALLY cheap specials on certain days.

This place was really good- a very meaty pizza with my son after he was discharged from the hospital. Also seems like a decent place for a beer, but none with the son.

Friendly and cheap! The pizza here isn't phenomenal, but it's definitely a step up from the chains and not as expensive as Top Class and other pizza places in that category. I really liked the friendly service and the fact that they have the coupon sheet right on the counter - so everyone gets the discounts. We got a large 15" 3-topping for $11.99, Caesar salad for $3.99, potato wedges for $2.99. Everything was fresh and good, free refills on the drinks. The atmosphere was no-frills tables and chairs, with sports channels on the TVs. They were nice enough to change one of the TVs to golf for us. I think if we go again, we'll just take it To-Go!

I remember back in the days, when this spot used to be ocupado by Daddy's Pizza. Horrible. So when Pizza Boy moved in, I thought nothing of it. Fast forward 4 years. Living one mile, door to door, I finally decided to venture after picking up my dry cleaning next door. Tuesday carry out special: One topping, medium pizza for something ridiculous like $4 and change. Pretty damn good considering that it was made by asians. This is like "white man who grew up in New York" caliber. Cheap, no frills, quality, local. Probably gonna be my new go-to spot for pizza bingeing, TV marathon nights.

I went here a few months ago when I moved into the area. It's a whole in the wall, perfect for getting something before the game, or to take with you for tailgating. The prices are really good, along with the pizza, but I wouldn't say amazing. I'm a big fan of sauce, and always order extra sauce, but theirs was just a normal sauce, nothing fancy. The place is small, if kids are there it gets loud quickly, but that shouldn't discourage anyone if they are looking for a reasonably priced good pizza. I'll definitely try it again...

And to think, my boyfriend and I were on our way to Pieology when I told him I was too lazy to drive all the way to Fullerton and wanted to stay local in Anaheim. A quick Yelp search led us to Pizza Boy. Pizza Boy has a lot of great things working for it: it's clean, it's close (at least to me), it's quick, it's cheap and best of all: IT'S TASTY! it doesn't hurt that it's run by Vietnamese people (represent!) We got a large 15' pizza with pepperoni and it was done in about 10-15 minutes and cost under $10. As we waited for our pizza, we were able to explore the joint a little more: cute arcade, lots of long tables, big screen tv, a few large groups ordering pitchers of beer. I think this would be a great place to hang out with friends, watch a game and eat some good, cheap pizza. We got the pizza home and I was sold after my first bite. The crust couldn't be more perfect (crispy and chewy) and I'm a sucker for runny tomato sauce. For a pizza with pretty standard toppings (pepperoni and cheese), I felt that the pizza wasn't all that greasy - especially when compared to the big chains! I remember the last pizza I ate (Pieology) being a bit on the greasy side. I had no problems with Pizza Boy's grease level. This is one of those establishments that makes me proud to live in Anaheim when all of my other friends have fled to Newport Beach or Irvine. Pizza Boy, representing for the 92805-92806.

The Wednesday special is the best 75 cents a slice you can't lose. Unfortunately they tend to mess up on your order all the time. The line is ridiculously long and they don't have two cashiers like they should. If they can quicken the order taking and correct the orders than I would change it to 5 stars. The pizza is delicious and fresh at all times. The wings are delicious as well. The salads are great.

Quite good for a west coast pizza. Flavorful/light-fluffy crust with a sweet sauce. I just got pepperoni for toppings, which I never care much for, and it was still delicious.

  • Robert A.

Pizza so cheap, but without the "cheapness"! Did you know 50 cents can buy you a good portioned pizza slice? You should really try this pizza on Wednesdays because for a whole buck, you can really fill your appetite. My coworkers and I enjoy visiting this place because it hasn't really failed our taste buds. Pizza boy does provide other lunch deals during the day as well as alcoholic drink specials. Try to beat the crowd on Wednesdays during the lunch rush, which can be a pain to deal with. When it becomes really crowded expect to wait a few extra minutes for your order. The other set back to this joint is that the lady chargers a few cents for a cup or water, which is horrible, but I guess in America, nothing really is "free".

One thing (of many) that Yelp has helped me realize is that there are a lot of tasty eats in my neck of the woods...Pizza Boy is no exception. I hadn't been to Pizza Boy before a month ago, but I knew it existed because Ho-Toys (the fast Chinese food down the street with the same owners) had been advertising it forever. I ignored the fliers, because, let's face it when a Chinese restaurant tells you they know a place for great pizza, you aren't quick to pull out your "must try" notebook and pen. WHAT A DAMN FOOL I WAS. So one day I stopped being a fool and started, well, craving pizza, so I finally gave this place a shot. NOM to the nth degree! Every pizza ingredient is fresh and delicious. The specialty pizzas are not the cheapest around, but as soon as you open the box, you can tell you're paying for quality. Nice sized pieces of meat, scratch made sausage, crunchy & fresh veggies, lots of delicious, gooey cheese and a BEAUTIFUL, non-greasy crust! The crust is not made up of sliders, or filled with hot dogs, nor does it turn into a boomerang or drip oil...it's CRUST...yeasty on the inside and crusty on the outside and delicious all over. Since all their pizza veggies are fresh, you can imagine they have some very tasty, crunchy, topping packed salad options, too! And their ranch, one of their many scratchmade dressings, is so, so good. I'm a vinaigrette girl to the core, but when it comes pizza time, you can keep your pear and gorgonzola vin; i want ranch...I want PIZZA BOY RANCH. I like their spicy wings because they have some heat to them and they're BIG...but they're a bit fatty so I can go without them. If the skin crunched up a bit more, i'm sure i would fall in love, but for now they're just O.K. Whether i'm picking up or having it delivered (like the lazy being that I am), the service is always great. I always manage to spend quite a bit of money here, but they have lots of deals that can save you a TON, so definitely look out for those!

Came in just to buy some garlic bread to eat w my homemade spaghetti. I was pissed cuz I forgot about .50 cent slices on wed. Line was out the door. I mean its coo & everything but I wouldnt stand in line like a welfare recepient for a slice a pizza. I mean its not that serious. Anyway, I called my order in and just went to the front of the line cuz thats how I roll. Im back at work now and damn amazed! I figured Id get one piece of garlic cheese bread, to my suprise there 4 pieces. Word? Didnt know you got down like that Pizza Boy. Im down. Taste amazing. The old asian lady can be lame at times.

How can you beat 50cents/slice Pizza on Wednesdays and $6.99 for a Large-One Topping Pizza (Carryout) Mondays?! For a large, one topping pizza for $6.99, the quality is far superior than Little Caesar's. Plus, they have daily lunch specials as well. Wife enjoys the abundant amount of gooey mozzarella they put on their pizza. The sauce and crust is quite enjoyable as well. Definitely give this place a try! Just like another reviewer has stated, "It's cheap in price, but not in quality."

My lunch buddies at work would always get lunch here when I brought my leftover. I've only got to try two of their sandwiches: Italian Subs and Chicken Caesar. Italian Subs was OK. But I really like their Chicken Caesar! Very tasty! Grilled chicken on top of a tossed Caesar salad over a hot bread. Yummy! Awesome food and great value!!

Asian people can make good pizza too! You can get their gourmet pizzas in the mini size! A lot of places only let you do medium or larger but I liked this because you could order 2 minis and try different kinds. Their crust was good, not rubbery or doughy. I am definitely a fan of the BBQ Chicken Pizza, first time I've had chicken pizza where the chicken was actually marinated and moist. AND they serve beer! The cute asian lady even brought me my new moon with an orange slice in it. What a nice surprise, I don't know why but that made me really happy.

Just wanted a simple classic pizza. As a pizza enthusiast - I give it 7 out of 10. Not awesome, but pretty good. Very clean and organized. Prices are decent. I have one complaint. I bought a large drink before making plans to come here. I was told to get rid of it. As a paying customer, I thought that was rude and silly.

Super friendly on the phone when ordering. Quick delivery and yummy pizza!!! We ordered the BBQ chicken pizza last week and it was great! So great that we are ordering more pizza for dinner tonight. Crust is more of the hand tossed style vs. Pan but that's what I prefer. They also don't skimp on the cheese which is another bonus. I've never dined in, only gotten delivery.

When my coworker had the idea to order 50 cent pizza slices one Wednesday I thought, "Sure, it probably won't be that good but you can't beat the price." I ordered a slice of cheese and a slice of pepperoni and let me say...not only was the pizza good by 50 cent standards, I would have easily paid full price for it. The blend of spices they use in the sauce is just sheer perfection that left my mouth watering when I was done with both of my slices. The only downside is the 50 cent pizza is only from 11-3 but if you can take a lunch break somewhere in that range, it's definitely worth it. On Mondays you can get a large pizza for $7 and a medium on regular days is still only $8. I've heard great things about their ranch too so next time I'll be sure to order some of that too. I had no idea this place even existed but I will definitely be a regular (especially on Wednesdays) from now on. Great job Pizza Boy!

Finally moved to Anaheim, right down the street from D-Land, but more importantly, right down the street from Pizza Boy! I can now have my favorite (in the Southern California area) pizza delivered to me! This time I called in an order for pick up right before closing (not knowing it was closing soon) and they were super friendly about filling my order. The girl who took my order was extremely sweet and helped me make some very important pizza choices. I ordered a large, half veggie, half BBQ chicken pie with a side of chicken wings (for my carnivorous friends). Rolled in to pick up my order and left with piping hot pizza all within 15 minutes. The great thing about their take out pizza is that they put a piece of paper between the pie and box so that the steaming hot pizza doesn't stick to the cardboard when you get home. Genius.

Seen this place on yelp and saw 100+ reviews and even a yelp friend review this place. It had been on my radar but never made it out this way near Ball when they're open. So we decided to check it out since it's close by instead of driving 30 minutes to P.H.A.T. pizza or Rio's Pizza for our pizza fix. We got there around 7 and there was only one guy in there drinking and watching the hockey game on TV. We figured it would be packed on a Sunday night. The people there were very friendly. Small but decent size to have a couple pizza and beers and watching a game. Ordered a Hawaiian and a pepperoni. Cheese : The cheese was okay but kinda bland no pop to it, not the kind that makes you want to eat another slice even though you're already stuffed. Reminds me of a generic mall pizza. Sauce : It was okay as well. Kinda watery. Missing something. No kick. Crust : The crust was excellent! It's maybe a little thicker than a thin NY pizza. But it was light fluffy and just a bit of chewiness. This was the best part. I could have just eaten the crust straight up instead of the rest of the pizza. Overall it was okay, they have some good carry out specials that are only slightly higher than a Lil Ceasars plus they serve alcohol. We decided order some cinnamon sticks and it was 7:56 and they closed at 8pm. Didn't realize it was that late and they were closing but they still made it although to go. So I thought that was cool of them. Everyone there was super nice so I wish I enjoyed it more. But I think I'd rather go somewhere else if I'm in the area and wanting a pizza. Though I might stop for a slice if I'm right there during the week, so I don't have to grab a whole pizza somewhere else. Note 3$ minimum for ATM/CC purchase.

Unbelievably friendly staff. I was eating out of my pizza box all by my lonesome self at table and the lady boss came over with a paper plate for me without asking. yayaya. They also damp every pizza with paper towels before closing out the box for the customer. I think that's a really nice touch. The crust has a light sweetness like papa john's if you've ever noticed that. Please support family owned businesses. $8.99 - 1 Large 1 Topping carry out special. Great dealllll. Pizza Boy score: 91 Points.

People who give this place four stars must be reviewing the price more than anything else. Yeah, it's really cheap. And the decor is nice, and they have beer. It's a very small place in a very small strip mall. Inside is much nicer than outside. It seems to be a nice place to watch a game, except it is far to small to have a sports bar atmosphere. But the food was mediocre at best. I had a caesar sandwich. It was overcooked and greasy, and the chicken meat was grisly. It was OK for the price, but nowhere near a 4-star restaurant. I suspect the pizza is better.

Being so close to a Pizza Hut, you would think that ordering pizza there would be a no-brainer. But, just across the street is Pizza Boy, so it is just as convenient. First off, for anyone who has been to Pizza Hut, you know what there pizzas taste like, so Pizza Boy already has an advantage. Another advantage to Pizza Boy is the price. At Pizza Boy i can order a large three topping pizza for $11.99 (using their online coupon). The ingredients are fresh and the crust is soft with a light crunch. It is a really delicious pizza. They do charge $2.00 for delivery, but you can still get a superior pizza for a great price. One of the best parts of Pizza Boy is that you can have them deliver you Chicken Wings, Salad, Garlic Bread and best of all, Sandwiches!! Sick of pizza, but are too lazy to leave the house. Order a delicious sandwich!! I have had the Meatball Sub which was good, but i really prefer their Ham and Cheese. It is a sub on fresh toasted bread. It is really good and hearty. I ordered a Sandwich, large Anti-Pasta salad and two pieces of Cheese Cake and the bill came out to less than $20 and that includes the delivery fee. I also recommend you trying their Potato Wedges! They are really good and come with a side of Pizza Boy's own homemade Ranch Dressing! Very good. Last week on my way home from work i decided to do a pick up order for Pizza Boy and went into the restaurant. It was surprisingly nice inside. Pizza Boy is in a gross strip mall in a crap part of town, but the interior is really nice and i would actually go in to eat. In the end i have decided to never order from Pizza Hut ever again. Their product just doesn't compare to Pizza Boy. I would say that the pizza isn't as good as say Round Table, but for the price, you cannot beat Pizza Boy in Anaheim!! Try it, you shouldn't be disappointed.

Either they put some pixy potion in it, or that was fresh cheese in that pizza, not used to that , wow. In a conveniently located State college by ball and the 57 in Anaheim, this place would be a quick commute. But, with a broken toe, I did not want to leave work and walk so much. I ordered a medium pepperoni and 30 minutes later, here is the freindly delivery person with my pizza. The cheese tasted so great, im a salt lover, this had not so much salt per my taste, but just the perfect amount for the normal pallet. The crust was perfect, not too hard, not too soft, fresh tasting. My co-workers had some, they asked where I got it from, Pizza Boy. I will definately go there or order from there again, no complaints so far, no for real, none yet. Next time, I will ask thier freindly person on the line for some wings and a salad.

I decided to try this place because of the great reviews on Yelp. I tried their vegetarian pizza and pepperoni pizza. Seemed okay at first bite, but then I really didn't want to continue eating it afterwards. The pizza was lacking something. Perhaps it needed some extra spices or seasoning. I also ordered their buffalo wings. I was surprised to see how large they are but was disappointed when I tried them. There was so much skin and fat. It was not worth the work trying to remove the skin and fat to eat them. On the other hand, the staff was very friendly and nice. The service was quick.

Grumble Grumble. My coworkers and I were hungry and we needed food fast! I was luck to yelp something and find some good Italian food while I was out on a client near Disneyland. Score! After perusing through the menu, this place looked like a keeper. Their lunch special of 2 slices of pizza + a soda for $3.50?? This is only a special that you would normally chance upon at Costco. Twas a great deal indeed. I myself ordered the Grilled Chicken Salad which was more than amazing. Seasoned chicken with shreds of mozzarella cheese, mushrooms, tomatoes and red onion made my taste buds sing as I have never tasted a salad as flavorful as this. And to think that my first bite sans dressing could be ever so delicious! Quality food and good deals are hard to come by these days. If you're ever within the vicinity or are planning a day trip to Disneyland, I highly recommend that a pit stop be made here.

Wow! I have worked in the Anaheim area for the past five years and never been here, but my hubby tried it recently and told me to give it a shot. Now I've been two times in the past week! I suppose I always avoided it because of the location, but it's actually very nice inside: three flat-screen TVs, lots of seating, a mini-arcade, friendly service and good quality food. On my first visit, I stopped in for a late lunch and ordered a two-slice combo (choice of cheese or pepperoni pizza and a medium drink) for $3.75 plus tax. The slices were big and hot, the cheese was melty, and the crust was...crusty (in a good way, that is!). It's a great deal! The next day, my family came over to visit and their stay extended to dinner time. The six of us were craving pizza, so we headed down to Pizza Boy and for about $25 we had an extra-large 18" pepperoni pizza, an order of cheesy potato wedges, and a pitcher of Pepsi. Everyone was satisfied, and we even had leftovers! Love this local pizza joint, and will definitely be back for more.

I've been back about 4 times and I'm quite impressed with this place's consistency! Food always taste great - well worth the prices paid and the staff is always friendly! I live in an apartment complex near Angel Stadium and found out that they deliver with a $2.00 service fee (which is fine with me if I don't feel like leaving). The driver was friendly enough and the pizza was warm and fresh. I think I found a friend for football season!!

My bf and I have ordered pizza from here a few times. Being a NY transplant, I'm an admitted pizza snob so I don't think I'll ever rave about any pizza I eat in California. That being said, Pizza Boy definitely serves up a decent pie. It's nothing mind-blowing, but if you're craving some pizza, it will hit the spot. The unfortunate thing is that when we order pizza, it's usually because we're too tired to cook or go anywhere and Pizza boy charges a few bucks for delivery. Although it's not a huge deal, I'm accustomed to free delivery so it sucks to have to pay for it. Not a deal breaker though. We'll likely be ordering from here again.

Pizza boy is the reason I can't stick to a diet or a budget. God bless this place. Seriously, I order from them at least once a week. It's cheap, it's hot, and the best local pizza place I've found. I could eat this stuff every day. Oh, and the delivery boys are nice too. Thanks guys!

  • David Y.

Most of the reviews rave about the price of the pie more then anything else. Let me just say this. It's a legitimate pizza parlor that's shouldn't be on anyone's high list of date places but the pie is okay. The ambiance is quite lacking but that's okay you're here for the food right?

Have you ever seen Do the Right Thing? It's hot. It's racially charged. It has pizza. After finishing up this movie, we had a hankering for pizza. There's no Sal's Famous Pizzeria so we hit up Yelp and decided to try Pizza Boy. After calling in our order, we picked it up 15 minutes later. It looked family-owned and operated by an Asian family and they were VERY nice! A medium house special pizza ran about $15 and can feed about 4 people. Pepperoni, sausage, peppers, mushrooms, red onion, what else? Oh my, I've lost track. The pizza is seriously STACKED with toppings. I'm a person that prefers saucy pizzas as opposed to overly topped pizzas. There wasn't much sauce, and it tasted kinda like generic pizza sauce. I can look past it and just drench it ranch dressing anyway. :) I also ordered a garden salad which cost about $3 something. The quality romaine was fresh and had a lot of tomatoes, mushroom, and cheese on top. Loved it! The potato wedges cost $2 something and I don't know how they tasted because they were gone by the time I got to them... I will definitely try and make it for the $0.50 slice at lunch!

Really great tasting pizza and salads. This would be my place of choice to pick-up an order of pizza and definitely take advantage of the daily specials they have. You can get a $6 dollar large cheese pizza on Monday! If you don't know their specials, check out their website or even call them to ask. Also check out their lunch specials as well, it is a bang for your buck. This place has never disappointed me one bit, I die over their salads.

Dear Pizza Boy, You make awesome pizzas. The crust isn't oily and gross and the amount of toppings you put on the pizza is out of control. Your wings are seriously addicting and delicious. A little spicy, a little sweet, sorta vinegary, I really enjoyed it. Your mojo potatoes and mozzarella sticks were awesome. The ranch dressing is some of the best ranch I have ever had. Your $6 pitchers of beer for Yelp people is a steal. Even SGV isn't that cheap..,.. plus you have BLUE MOON and FAT TIRE on tap. I enjoyed photo hunt in the arcade. I only hate you because you're in Anaheim. Why can't you deliver to Pasadena? Support Local Good Eats! Joel PS- Your cashier is very friendly. Seems like someone I would actually want to hang out with.

Had Pizza Boy for lunch today (Wednesday) with the coworkers. It's was 50 cent/slice day. We ordered an 8 slice pepperoni that came out to only $4. Far better than I expected. The crust, pepperoni, and sauce are superb. The slices are nearly Costco sized. The cheese is the fake stuff, but at these low prices who am I to complain? Robert A and I will return!...but only on Wednesdays.

Yum!! I called my order in while driving there and 15 min later, we arrived and the food was already ready to go! :) We got the $8.99 carryout pizza special of a Large 1-topping, a Bacon Chicken Ranch sub $5.95 , and a 5 piece order of the mozza sticks $3.99. When we got home, everytihing was still piping hot. I appreciated that they already cut the sub in half, and wow was it yummy! I ate my half and the bf ate the other and it was just right. The bread is perfectly toasted, the flavor punches, and their ranch is kick ass. Mozza sticks would've probably been better if eaten fresh but they were still good with the marinara sauce. Pizza was great too. We got pepperoni, and the cheese was generous. Toppings covered most of the pizza and even my bf, who never eats the crust, ate his crusts. A week before we had Cortina's pizza (which is amazing) but Pizza Boy is a much better deal for quality pizza. No more little caesar's for me :P

Yes im sure you guys are like, what 3 stars WTF. Well we got the food to go, we live in Anaheim hills and the pizza stay hot from pick up until we plated the food. I was a little disappointed with their customer service skills, after they took the order of the people in front of us, they just started working on orders in the back running around getting shit together, never once, said we I will be there with you guys in just a moment, so my sister and I were standing there for a good 5 minutes like WTF, thank god are shit was ordered over the phone and I wasn't trying to get service if we sat down to eat there. Now to the food, we ordered wings and 2 pizzas, we ordered One medium pizza half meatball and double cheese, the other Pepperoni and sausage. The wings were hormonal wings , I like my wings smaller and not close to regular chicken sized pieces. The pizza is good but not 4 or 5 star pizza, if you want 4 or 5 star pizza go to Bounos pizza in Long beach on Ocean , so fuckin good. I will try Pizza boy for the other items but they need to get their customer skills straighten.

Found this place on Yelp while visiting from the San Francisco Bay area... Went in & ordered the $8.99 15" one topping special, and the total was $7.50.....turns out, Monday is $6.99 day! The do .50c slices on a Wednesday too.... Excellent value, very good pizza....a local even offered to share his garlic bread while we were waiting!

Pizza Boy! You have been hiding from me all my life! Why!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Even though they deliver to very very local places, if you are not local- get off your lazy arse and go get a pie from Pizza Boy! My fave toppings are the chicken and artichokes. The artichokes are definitely similar to the ones you dream about every night....humungous and delectable. That's what she said. You can also get individual sized pizzas if your significant other is a big newb and doesn't eat pork. I'm not bitter...

My bestfriend and I started coming here on a regular basis before we go to Disneyland (at night). The service is excellent; they're very friendly. The pizza is hot and delicious. The potato wedges; to die for. The only concern I have is the bathroom. It smells like crap. But hey, it's a bathroom not a garden.

We had the Monday Large one topping deal ($6.99 I think), some wings, and a salad. Family of four eating a very good dinner for $25 = awesome! The salad was one of the freshest I have ever had! The pizza was great! The kids couldn't stop talking about how yummy it was! The wings were the only thing that was off. It seems like most places aren't doing the traditional deep fry and cover in sauce (hot sauce and butter), they did seem to be a frozen pre-made type. It didn't get in the way though, cuz everything else (especially the service) was great.

Cheap AND high quality? Yes! That is why I like Pizza Boy! I was pleasantly surprised about how good it was. I was say it like a Lamp post and Round Table have a baby it would probably come out like Pizza Boy and for half the price! Eat in special of a Large pepperoni for $8!

Went here today for my 4th visit with some co workers. The Wednesday lunch special is $4.00 for 2 slices and a fountain drink. GREAT DEAL !! Put this way...the lunch crowd hits this place hard from 11:30am onwards and expect to see a queue out the door. There's a good reason for it. Decor is clean, with a little amusement arcade in the back for kids (or bored office workers) Will keep coming back until the good service stops or the pizza tastes awful.

I order from Pizza Boy regularly. They've got great specials, the service is awesome, the beer is cheap, and most importantly, the pizza is GOOD! The crust is light and tasty. The sauce is fresh and seasoned well. The toppings are fresh! I love me my pizza boy!

They have these great deals on their pizza! I always get the medium pizza with mushrooms. There isn't too much red sauce (which is a major plus), just a perfect amount so that it doesn't distract from the rest of the pizza. The prices are fair and the staff are helpful!

Cool, cheap, clean pizza joint. An XLarge can feed up to 5-6 people (yes guys too!). They serve Fat Tire beer! Never had it before this, but it was actually pretty good. Our pizza price was... $11.99 for 3 topping large pizza (fed 4 adults). They have the normal pizza (not thin crust nor deep crust) - the crust is not oily which is a plus. You can tell the pizza is freshly baked though. Overall, cool place with friendly people. They also have an arcade in the back...reminds me of high school. =)

Went here over the weekend with my fiance and my bff. We are all pizza lovers. We might even go as far as calling ourselves Pizza Connoisseurs. This pizza gets 4 stars. It's good and it's cheap. Next time I'll pass on the potato wedges. We dined in and even though it looks pretty crappy outside, I really liked the inside. It's small but not run-down. They actually have a nicely sized hi-def t.v. Several people were watching the football game. I would go again if I was in the area.

I really wasn't expecting that much when I went in but it greatly exceeded my expectations. The cheese was fresh tasting. I ordered a large 1/2 pineapple 1/2 pepperoni and cheesy bread sticks. 15 bucks not bad. It was really dang good. My mom loved the bread sticks, usually can't get her to touch pizza or pizza paraphernalia. Nice and garlicy. Its right around the corner from my boyfriend's house; we're both ninja turtles so this will be a new regular stop for me :)

You can't really beat 50 cent pizza Wednesdays. You get a choice of either cheese or pepperoni pizza. It's New-York style (my favorite) and with the slices they give you you'll be full with 2-3 slices. The pizza itself is cooked just right, the crust isn't burnt and not doughy. It's a bit greasy but the taste overall is pretty good. I go here with my co-workers and we all chip in for a large ranch, 2 pizzas each and we're good to go!

    (4)
  • Japen G.

Good Pizza! Great Deals! 50 cent pizza slice Wednesday! You really can't beat that... And the pizza you get, choice from cheese or pepperoni, is really good. I am not saying its fancy pizza like you would find in NY, but definitely taste much better than papa johns or dominos. For $2.50, I got 2 slices of pizza and a bag of chips and I was a happy guy!

  • Niki R.

The Pizza here is soooo good! Asians who make NY style pizza? I'm a believer! Ask for the thin crust. YUM! This place is really clean inside. They have great prices, and lunch specials are really fantastic! $3.75 for a fountain drink a slice of pizza and a salad is just one example. This place is really small, but you could still take a large group with no problem. My 3 YO was totally occupied with the arcade wich gave my husband and myself ample time to enjoy the delicious pizza.

Delivered to the Del Sol hotel - across the street from Disneyland - in about 30 minutes. Great crust and quality sausage and pepperoni. Not expensive. Ceaser's Salad was just lettuce, croutons and dressing - no anchovies, tomatoes, or anything else.

Ok where do I start? Here goes..So you walk in and you see the owners hard at work in the background. Up front you see the most beautiful blondie I have ever seen. Now to the ordering .. I order a large pizza for me and my bother. the place has an amazing vibe. I ordered a classic cheese pizza. When the pizza arrives its hot, juicy and amazing. I am in pizza heaven. I will keep coming for years..

So a Vietnamese owned and operated pizza joint...hmmm. Things that make you go...HMMMM. That aside I decided to give them a try. Here are my thoughts: Pizza: Not bad...actually it was pretty darn good. The sauce is made fresh and the dough was soft and chewy...NY style. They have all the standards. So go crazy. I really liked the green peppers and onions (fajita) pizza. Service: Friendly, fast and prompt. What else can you ask for? Best part is that they sell beer in huge mugs. You can even buy pitchers to share. They even have Stella on tap! Oh! and the buffalo wings are pretty tasty as well. The prices are really fair given the portions. If you go on a Monday you can score a large 1 topping for $6.99!!! Wow! The atmosphere is really chill. We went to watch the Lakers game and there were families, college kids, couples all mingling about. I like the ecletic crowd. Final Verdict: Go try it if you're not feeling some Pizza Hut, Dominos or Papa Johns pizza.

Came here on Monday..just for the special 6.99 large one topping... Hey..this is recession..I can be cheap, right..? :) Anyway...this is my first review on this place. I came a couple of time already tho.. Greeted by Asian guy on the cashier. Super nice. "Pick up for Mike please.." Paid, and enjoyed some pieces while watching Monday Night Football. Pizza, as always...nice and delicious... topping was from edge to edge. I ordered large with three toppings..all meat... :) The only thing that stopping me from coming here everyday is my waist-line... which is not getting slimmer... :-(

Yelp never let's me down but c'mon...a pizza parlor run by asians? I was dubious but being a pizza fiend I took the risk and left convinced that they're legit. Once again, life gently reminded me not all stereotypes are true. I called ahead to pickup so I could get in a meal before heading to Disneyland. The alternatives being getting raped while there or starving. Cordial lady processed my order correctly -- medium works (easy cheese) and a 10pc of "berry" spicy buffalo wings. The works was exceptional but I could have done without the ham. Crust was crunchy and fluffy; no lock jaw and nonabrasive to the roof of my mouth and gums. Every single piece of wing was tender, shimmied off the bone effortlessly but wished it could be spicier. Looked/tasted like they used sri racha chili powder paste in addition to buffalo sauce which was a pleasant surprise. Functional decor. Interior was very clean, plenty of seating and no wobbly tables from what I could glean. 3 flat screens, all in HD, positioned so no matter where one sits, they'll have a view. Perfect for the Boston/Miami game. Upfront there was a platter of shakers filled with red peppers, parm and tapatio. The only thing missing was oregano and crushed garlic but the pizza was just fine without it. Lastly, a great selection of brews like Amber Rock, Fat Tire, Blue Moon and the usual foreign as well as domestics. Go to their site for coupons.

Don't judge a book from it's cover. The outside isn't quite appealing, but as soon as you walk in it's as if you're in a different neighborhood. The prices are super reasonable especially lunch specials. Friendly and quick service. We enjoyed several items which all were so pleasing. BBQ chicken pizza was so good, the bbq is not drenched onto the pizza, just enough to enjoy the pizza & bbq sauce combination. Pepperoni pizza and chicken salad were also delish and fresh! Will stop in again when in SoCal. Thanks Pizza Boy!

This place is all about 50 cent slice Wednesday. Great price for a slice of pepperoni pizza. 1. expect a little bit of a wait on 50 cent day. 2. If old Asian lady that worked at Hoy-toys (same Owners as hoy-toys, I know Asian pizza kinda weird.) up the street is working the register. Expect her to be a bitch. Because she was a bitch at Hoy-toys and is a bitch here. But what do you expect for 50 cent pizza. Won't waste my time here on other days of the week. Better pizza elsewhere for their full price menu. L8 P.S ate wings here before. Wing sauce fucking sucks. You have been warned. I mean how complicated is just using franks fucking red hot sauce on the wings to not fuck them up. Get rid of the Asian'd up sauce.

I got the Monday Special (Large 1 Topping for $6.99) and for the price, I have to say the pizza is pretty nice. Would I pay $10 for it? Probably Not. If you compare their pizza with Little Ceasers and other cheap local joints, they bake a decent pie and offer many deals and daily specials. The crust was nice and light, sauce flavorful (could use more of it on the pizza), and they put enough cheese on the pizza. Again, if you are looking for a cheap pizza joint near this area, you might want to try this place. Service was good too.

Came here with a group of friends on a weekday to just have lunch. Got the pizza, wedge fries and a pitcher of soda. The pizza was about Costco quality pizza. For those that never had Costco pizza, the sauce was just perfect, not too sour not too plain. The cheese was unified meaning that sometimes when you took a unclean bite you might have pulled it off the whole pizza leaving sauce and bread. The bread itself, simply tasted like plain pizza dough, nothing special like the super greased up pizza hut bread. The wedged fries were delicious! When I first saw them I was skeptical because they looked exactly like my high school lunch, which were suppose to be "cheesy fries" but sometimes tasted like fish... But these tasted like actual cheesy fries! My opinion here of their fries may be bias due to the terrible terrible fries I got from my high school years. The service was friendly and simple, not too much complication getting our things. Also the food was fresh. The pizza didn't look machine made like in the chains where everything is semi-prefect. Therefore the pizza had a few misshapes, but thats what makes them special.

When you pull up its in a small strip mall......If i had not found this place on Yelp (with excellent reviews) we would not have stopped , not inviting looking at all.....but thank goodness we did.....YUUUMM !!!! We consider ourselves Pizza experts and i have honestly not had a better piece of pizza in my life !!! The crust was crazy good , awesome cheese , and great sauce !! Had their Wed Night Special $8.75 for a large one topping , and a picher of Fat Tire for $10 ....Can't be beat it flavor wise or price wise !!!!!! Cant wait to visit Anaheim again so we can have more of this pizza !!!

I'm starting to just expect all restaurants like these to be Asian-owned. Pizza Boy almost sounds like the type of name Asians would come up with. But anyways they're really friendly and make really good pizza here. They also have flat screen tv's all over on which they were playing SportsCenter. It seems like a great place to go watch a game. I came with some friends for lunch and ordered two large and one medium pizzas with cheesey potato wedges. There was a deal for two large pizzas for $21. The ingredients on their pizzas are really good. The sausages seem to be handmade due to their large size and lack of shape, and they're really good. We ended up spending about $6 per person and I had 5 slices, well worth it.

Ok, we were on vacation and was craving pizza at 8 p.m. on a Monday night. Found this place on yelp and decided to give it a try. Luckily, they have a Monday Night special 1 topping large $6.99. We ordered that plus the wings. Took about 20 minutes to make. The place probably seats about 30 people and is located in a strip mall area. They do have t.v.'s so you can watch sports if you want. The pizza was greasy and pretty good. It's good for price but nothing fancy.

I have put this place into the lunch rotation. The pizza has been consistently good and for an affordable price (large single topping pizza $8.99). They have four flat screen televisions on so its nice to catch up on some shows during lunch. Couple of old school video games are located in the back.

  • K. R.

Anything I have ever eaten here is ALWAYS Delicious! I mean the pepperoni pizza is a hit the sauce has this flavor that's addicting and the cheese..mmmmm, but the hot wings to die for, but if your craving something on the sand which side, try the grilled chicken...OMG! Sooo good, then not to long ago I discovered Alfredo sauce pizza, it isn't on there menu..but if you ask them they will make it, I've been ordering it ever since I found out they make it. The people there are really friendly and have your food ready in the amount of time they say, the environment is nice the people around are all happy.

My BF & I were in the area for some shopping and stopped by this delicious Pizza joint (via friends' high recommendations) for dinner before hitting the BLOCK. Newly renovated with new paint and 3 large TV screen for the sports fanatics....this place was nice & inviting. We ordered their grilled chicken salad and a GIANT sized pizza - half Hawaiian & half the Works! My BF eyes are larger than his stomach. LOL. I tried to talk him down into a smaller size but he would not hear of it! The pizza was nice and hot when it came out. The crust was soft and crispy at the same time. Yummy! I limited myself to 3 thin slices b/c I am on a diet, but I could have totally ate more! I liked how they did thin slices...for portion control :) Good for my diet. I like to savor these bites. We ate half and ate the rest the next day...just as delicious! A very warm and friendly place to be. I recommend it for sports fan who wants to watch their sports, eat their pizza, and drink their beers. Beers go so well with pizza...the fact that they serve beer is a major PLUS! ;) It's good for families too...there is a little area with video games. A little girl was playing this game on top of the counter when we were there...she looked focused! Go and support this wonderful family owned business! Chains are over-rated, small businesses rule!

These guys know how to make a good pizza. The best qualities of their pie: 1) Reasonable prices. Under $10 for a 12-inch-single topping. 2) Cautious restraint in use of the tomato sauce. I'm a big fan. The tomato sauce does not overpower the cheese/cheeses. 3) Speaking of cheese. The piping hotness of the pie ensure the gooey-goodness of the cheese. 4) No over-doughey-ness. Suggested improvements: They have enough space for a bar. But they don't really have one. If they served booze at reasonable prices, it would become a pretty cool place to hang out. But that would mean more hours for owners and such.

  • Lexi P.

They have delicious pizza here for a great price. Make sure to order from the coupon sheet at the front, otherwise the prices are ordinary. Best deal is a large one topping for $6.99 carryout on Mondays. The crust is thin but tasty, loaded with toppings, and less greasy than alot of other pizzas I've eaten. Very cheesy, too. The staff is very friendly and polite. We didn't realize they closed at 9 on Monday but they didn't push us out after closing time and thanked us on our way out. Beer specials aren't bad either. I don't recall the prices; all I know is they have Blue Moon on tap and we get a pitcher everytime. Yummmm.

  • Lan C.

You can't go wrong with the pizza here. It's made to order, so you'll get your pizza piping hot which could be a bad thing because I've burned my mouth before, but its worth it! Since the pizza comes out to you straight from the oven, the cheese oozes (it's so good!) They have a special on mondays, a large one topping pizza that is super cheap, maybe around 6 bucks or so. But dont try the buffalo wings! Not worth it. It tastes just like the frozen wings from costco.

Pizza at Pizza Boy is first-rate: high-quality, stringy cheese; tasty tomato sauce; good crust. The one issue I had was that the wide screen TVs seemed to be non-HD. It looked like a regular feed, hence a non-clear picture. It's been awhile since I've been here, though, so maybe they've changed it. Also, beware Laker fans: I came here to watch the Boston-L.A. Finals game and there were Celtics fans here. It didn't make sense to me because they didn't seem like transplants. Other than that, I love the pizza.

I was on a mission to have some pizza for dinner tonight, so I told Jeff V. "Pizza Now" and he tossed the penny saver over to me with a sweet ass coupon for a large cheese for $6.99 and we were on our way. The line to order was a little long because there was an East Anaheim little league baseball team celebrating some victory and their phone was ringing off the hook with orders. So we used the waiting time to order up a blue moon and have a drink together while we waited. $3.50 for a pint is a great deal, however the orange slice was a little on the weak side which bummed me out slightly because I am all about booze infused fruit. We got our pizza and side salad before we could even finish our drink. Took it home and were satisfied. We will definitely be back especially since it is right down the street from our house. The salad was fresh, perfect and had yummy Italian dressing. The cheese pizza was a good size and like everyone says is not soaked in massive amounts of grease. It is taking some serious self control right now not to go snack on piece as I write this review.

My gf and I were searching around Yelp for some good pizza. She recommended that we go to NYPD Pizza, so of course the skeptical me wanted to check out Yelp first. When I searched for the restaurant, Pizza Boy came as one of the results. I told her about the current 4.5 star rating with 64 reviews vs the 3 Star NYPD Pizza. Coming from Fullerton, it was easy to find, just exit off Ball Rd. and turn right at the street. Easy to find! We ordered their $11.99 Large 3 topping pizza and proclaimed that it was the best tasting pizza, hands down in the west coast. We ended up eating just half since it was way too big for the both of us. Every inch was covered with toppings, every slice was stretched with cheese. Definitely made my mouth water. Since we took home half of it, we ended up having the rest of it the next day. I'm not a fan of left over microwaved pizza but this one tastes almost as amazing like it came out of their oven. Would definitely come back! Whoever took the pictures and posted them on here made the deal for us to travel a town away for Pizza instead of staying in Fullerton.

Good cheap eats. Period. Pizza was surprisingly good. Cheesy gooey goodness. There were no leftover crusts on the plates. Potato wedges with Ranch dipping sauce was the bomb nizzle. Grilled chicken salad was so so. Price was outstanding. Order at the counter and they bring the food out quick. They also deliver within approx a 3 mile radius of the restaurant. Large flat screen TVs are a joy for watching games while scarfing down pizza. Great beer specials should make this place an ideal hangout for college students and beer/pizza lovers alike. I have found my new favorite local pizza joint. Thank you Pizza Boy, you are my new hero.

Every time I hear the name of this place, I want to sing "Wonder Boy" by Tenacious D. Of course I replace it with "Pizza Boy".. I know I'm a weirdo! We got delivery from this place, and I must say forget about your pizza huts, pizza johns or any of those gross places. Go Local! This anaheim pizzeria serves a very decent pie at a good price. All of their ingredients seemed to be fresh. Good sauce, good crust, and good all around. I need to actually make a trip in though.. Another gem in Anaheim found! love it!

Cheap Delicious Hot Pizza and a Beer, who could ask for more? This location offers dine in tables and pictures of beer which is becoming harder to find these days in pizza joint's. When we looked at the menu online I was a little worried the prices were a bit high, but once I got to the restaurant they had a full list of coupons you could use making this place one awesome deal. The dough they use for the pizza is super delicious and the pack on plenty of toppings. This could easily become one of my favorites.

Excellent. Great pizza, fresh to order, good crust, great toppings. Service with a smile. Ordered a three topping special from the coupon list at the counter for only $11.99. Stella for $3.50 a pint. Sweet. Ate half and had enough left over for a second meal at home. Tables and chair only but the chairs are cushioned! Wish they had booths but super clean and family ran local pizza. I've had the delivery service too which was prompt and accurate. But that means no Stella!

Best Deals are on Wednesday!! I'm not sure if it's still going on but it's only 50 cents a slice! The Pizzas are great, and not greasy like some other places.

I tried this place because a couple yelpers said it was the best pizza. The pizza is good but I wouldn't call it the best. It's one of the best deals on pizza.

It seems that a lot of yelpers are showing love for this joint. They even have a sticker on the door telling you that yelpers love the place. I was freakin hungry, I essentially ate breakfast, lunch and diner at the same time. I ordered some wedges, chicken wings, and a slice of pizza. The place was deserted when I walked, just the way I like it, I cant stand being around too many people when I eat, I like my privacy. First she brought me my slice of pizza, it was hot, so I had to wait a minute for it to cool down. As I was finishing my slice she brought me my wedges which were hot as well, with plenty of ranch, in fact it was more than enough which was awesome. The wedges were good, but thinking about it I should have got them with cheddar on top of them. About 5 minutes later she brought me my chicken wings, which were good as well. I really like that they brought me my order separately instead of all at once. I love that its a small business as well, which is real cool. The only beef I had was with all the Angel gear (I am a Die Hard Dodger Fan) Nevertheless, I understand its in Anaheim. If you get a chance drop by and support a good small business.

I had an overly tiring weekend, just walking around everywhere. Come Saturday night, I was exhausted and was in no mood to go out to dinner, let alone cook. The BF suggested we order pizza from Pizza Boy. He'd had the sandwiches, which he loved, but he'd yet to try the pizza that I'd raved about. This time, I put on my thinking cap and remembered that they deliver. I phoned in an order around 9:45 and got.. 1. Bacon, jalapeno, garlic (our favorite combo on ANY pizza) 2. Marinated chicken and red onion (something different?) My thinking cap must've been a little loose on my head, because it wasn't until AFTER I placed the order that I decided to check up on their website for additional toppings. Smart, smart... =____=;; Anyways, that's when I found out, they close at 10pm! I ordered at 9:45, and despite the time, they still honored my order! And it came sooner than expected! Wahoo! The pizza? Yummo. However, I think I liked the House Special that I ordered last time better. That thing was dripping with toppings! However, the marinated chicken was really good, too! After getting full off a few slices, I spent the rest of the night picking off all the chicken from the leftover pizza. All in all? Yummo~

Location definitely did not used to be a pizza place. The inside is rather small, but has an attempt at a homemade pizza place kinda feel. Pizza is very tasty, but ranch is extra, so bring some change if this is desired (they don't take cards for extras). Overall: 3.5 - 4.0 stars.

Pizza Boy rocks! Awesome quality pizza!! My fave is the House Pizza. If there was another star, I would add it. While I don't live near the shop, I would come out of my way to pick up their pizzas. I don't mind knowing that it's going to be good pizzas and def better than some of the chain pizza restaurants. Monday's special is awesome...my kids loves cheese pizza and we add extra toppings on the 2nd pizza we ordered. Can't beat the price, service & again BEST pizzas!

I love Pizza Boy! I emailed them month ago (based on Yelp reviews) because I needed pizza for a party and was going to get same ol' same ol' Domino's based on the price. William emailed me back and said that not only could he honor Domino's $5 Medium deal, but that he'd give me $7 Larges. He also recommended the amount based on my number of guests. I went in to order them last Wednesday and he couldn't have been nicer! Picked them up for my party on Saturday and they were literally coming out of the oven when I got there. MANY guests commented on how good the pizza was and I agree! They're not all greasy, the crust is crispy and yet, soft, and the toppings were delish. (Too many different kinds to describe them all.) GO THERE!!! :)

I came here with a coworker for lunch one day since we had a meeting with clients in the area. WOW!! The pizza is phenomenal!! Ok, I'll start from the beginning... We walked in and were greeted by the friendly cashier, which we found out later was the owner. The place is very clean and decorations are simple. Just like an old-fashioned pizza joint , well except with modern touches like popular arcade games and giant flat screen tvs! Ok, so the owner recommends the House Special Pizza and we also get the Caesar Salad to share. The crust is just perfect with a slight crunch but soft inside. The ingredients are very fresh tasting. The entire pizza was very well seasoned and the flavors worked well with each other! The portions are also HUGE! The pizza was packed with toppings!! The salad was also very good and was a large portion as well. We both had leftovers for a 2nd meal! I was told the meatball sandwich, grilled chicken salad and cinnamon sticks are also delicious. Will definitely go back to try those soon!!

Pizza. Beer and soda in pitchers. TV showing the game. Low prices. If that's what you expect, you'll love it. Don't expect a lot more. Just eat pizza and chill.

What's the meal you can get in Anaheim for $4? The lunch special at Pizza boy. 2 slices of pizza and a soda, 4 bucks, what more could you ask for? How about excelent pizza that not only tastes amazing but also isn't greasy, and a cool sports bar like environment. Also took home one of the monday specials once and it stayed warm all the way until I got back to the south bay. This might be my favorite pizza anywhere right now, and for that price, I'm an addict.

I wanted some pizza and i saw the reviews . Yelpers you got it right . The pizza dough was just what i like chewy, not too thin or thick. The crust was baked just right. The cheese and toppings are quality. .The wings were not to what i like not spicy at all. The prices are right for this pizza joint.

So I had been looking for a pizza place in oc that has good chorizo pizza and I finally found it! The chorizo pizza here is delicious! They have a good beer selection on tap too. I was surprised at how reasonable the prices were for what you get. Love this place!

Whoa whoa whoa! There's definitely a difference between your local pizza vs the likes of Pizza Hut/Domino's etc. And you can taste it!!! This place is pretty good. We ordered the pizza when we were babysitting! The kids ate it up ... some even had 2-3 slices...dang growing kids!! haha! The "adults" had wings and combo pizzas! The wings were gone so quickly. The thing that stands out to me about the combo pizza was they had Canadian bacon. That's one of my favorite toppings! It really add to the pizza. The toppings are fresh and plentiful. The crust is just okay, but overall pretty good pizza!

We were staying at embassy suites while visiting Disneyland and wanted some pizza delivered for dinner one night. I looked up on yelp and followed good advice of other yelpers and ordered up a large combo pizza and a garden salad. It was one of the best pizzas we have had in a while. Top quality fresh meats and veggies on the pizza. The salad was far better than we expected too. In fact as good as the pizza was, and it was great, we thought salad was better. We will order from there again next time we are at Disneyland. Highly recommend to anyone wanting better than just average pizza chain quality pizza.

This place has excellent pizza for a great, GREAT price. I've been here twice now, both times we ate inside. The inside is nothing to great, if there's a game on there will be a few groups. But the pizza and the price is awesome. If I lived nearby, I would def make this my go to pizza joint rather than the other name brands. Unfortunately, it's not, but when I'm in the area and looking for pizza, this is the spot to go to!

Very tasty pizza, wings & mozzarella sticks! We were in town on a visit from Phoenix, AZ to go to Disneyland for the weekend. We were staying on Harbor Blvd, and were craving pizza. We saw great reviews on this website, and decided to give it a try. The MOST friendly hostess ever! She was so nice and even took time to get to know us when we stepped up to order at the table. Reasonably priced food, and quick service. Very very friendly staff. Not the ABSOLUTE BEST pizza I've had, but definitely worth a try and it is very good. Just not the best. Then again, i'm not from that area and I'm used to Rosati's and NYPD in Phoenix. So I'm a bit biased, but I would still definitely recommend this place to out-of-towners (this place is a quick drive from the hotels on Harbor) as well as locals alike.

Best pizza for 50 cents ever, but only on Wednesdays from 11am-3pm!!!!!!! Great place too, they have 3 plasmas all with ESPN and other sports channels. Hawaiian Pizza is a must. Good potato wedges and wings!!! I always recommend this place to people I know.

    (4)
  • Brandon M.

Just finished trying 2 large 3-topping pizza: the Hawaiian and a peperoni/olive/mushroom... Both were xlnt and the Hawaiian was really good with the bacon they put on it. Usually I don't like that on a Hawaiian but they do it just right. The place was nice and very clean and they even had some decent cheesy arcade games & pinball machine which any respectable pizza place will have imho. With the coupon they give you it's a great pizza at a great price. If you don't get something with the coupon it's a great pizza at an acceptable price...

uh..they pretty much have the best tasting ranch i've ever had. (and i'm an expert..) yes, they make great pizzas..but for those who are on a diet...this place still offers great choices. i love their grilled chicken salad. it's fresh and huge and can easily be shared by a couple of people. but even if you're on a diet..try the cinnamon sticks. they're delicious!

This small restaurant is in a very small strip mall just northeast of Disneyland and offers pizzas at a very reasonable price, our large 15" was $8-9 and we did not ask for any discounts or use any coupons. for this price, I was not expecting much. I was somewhat pleasantly surprised by the pizza which did use ample amounts of real (but bland) mozzarella. The pizza sauce was also good but bland. The biggest failure was the unimaginative crust which was mildly thin (per our request) but mushy and also very bland. Strengths here are generous mozzarella and great prices, unfortunately terrible crust.

Ok I was in Anaheim for my honeymoon and my husand and I decided we wanted to go get pizza with his parents. So I yelped!! thank god I did. Pizza boy was the first to come up and we decided to check it out. Pizza was delicious the prices were amazing. They had specials for everyday of the week. We live in Sacramento and both agreed that we would isit pizza boy everytime we go into town. I reccommend Anyone looking for amazing pizza great atmosphere and good price go to Pizza Boy!!

  • J. W. S.

Apparently Pizza Boy's claim to fame is price and "freshness." I'm sorry but when I see 4.5 stars I expect flavor. Unfortunately, that was missing in the pizza I got. The box was more appitizing. The cheese was salty and tasted a bit off, but it was very fresh. The sauce had no descernable flavor, was a bit chunkey, only slightly moist, but was very fresh. The dough was very soft, consistant and small hole with tell tale marks of the dough machine on the underside. A sign in the window says "hand tossed." I guess that means they throw the dough ball into the machine. I ordered a combo, cheese and meatball (which counts for two toppings though meatball & sausage sandwichs are the same price). So I actually ate two slices before I tossed it out. Don't bother, unless you're dead broke or have dead taste buds.

This place is pretty good! I actually prefer their personal pans, over their regular slices. Although after they started offering their 'Special Deal,' I went back to their regular slices!! Their pizza is always fresh and comes really hot! I usually have to let the pizza cool a bit before munching. The service is also great! Maybe one day I will go back...

Yummy and well worth the drive. Our family of seven visited this wonderful restaurant looking for an alternative to Disneyland food. Not only were we happy with our meal and excellent pricing, but they stayed open late for us too!! We will be back next time in town. Thank you for your excellent food and service! Bill

Got the lunch special 2 slice pep and pretty big drink. Honestly it reminded me of little ceasar pizza but not as greasy and cleaner tasting. Their crust is soft vs the hard tough crust of little caesar. Still nothing to rave about other than it's a locally run store and I will probably be going back to support them.

I just had this pizza for the first time after mulling over the reviews on a Friday night. I have to admit the pizza was really good. The sauce has a tasty garlic flavor. And the potato wedges with ranch is delicious. I got a three topping pizza with potato wedges for $16!! Check out their website for the coupon.

Good pizza, great prices, especially on Wednesdays... I work in Anaheim and pizza is my thing. If anyone has a better spot, let me know...The inside looks like a total chill spot, I could stay in there all day doing homework. I'm done with college so of course for me, it's eat and go.

This is one of my favorite pizza places. I'd eat here so much more if I lived a little closer. Luckily, the location is convenient before or after a Ducks/Angels game (although they close a kind of early) or on the way to or from Disneyland. The pizza is a great value. Two large one topping pizzas are under $20. I forgot how much it was exactly, but I remember handing them a $20 and getting change back. The pizza is a good, basic pizza. The crust is kind of like Pizza Hut in terms of thickness, but way, way better than Pizza Hut in terms of taste. They are loaded with toppings and just all around a great deal for the price. The pizzas taste good to me; they remind me of the days when there were mom and pop pizza places everywhere (for some reason all of them seem to have turned into Zito's). There's probably cheaper pizzas around, but you won't get something that tastes as good or have as much on it as here. The staff has always been very friendly. In addition to the pizza I've also had the wings and lasagna. They are pretty good, but the pizza is the best thing on the menu. I've both dined in and had take out. It isn't a bad place to eat at. They have several TVs tuned to sports, beer, and a few arcade games (again, reminding me of all those mom and pop pizza places my friends would have their birthday parties at).

i cant imagine why somebody would give the food here 5 stars, but its not bad. got the hawaiian. ingredients were fairly fresh and tasty. not greasy. the dough itself didn't have much taste or texture which is one way great pizza places distinguish themselves from others. delivery was fast and prices were reasonable. i would try it again.

Came here grand opening day, had a whole group and ordered EVERYTHING. The pizza were delicious, the buffalo wings were nicely spiced and the ranch very savory, and the cheesy garlic bread MMM..you can't go wrong with that combination...besides the good food, it is a cute place to hang out, green walls make the light wood below it pop, the menus are hand written on a blackboard and there are pictures of the pizza sizes which allow for easy ordering. The black table and chairs also compliment the decor and you can also not go wrong with a few flat screen TV mounted on the walls playing sports. As long it's on the Ducks when they're playing, this place is good to go! Oh, and met the owner and he's a young entrpreneur, very smart and accommodating, this place is one of a kind!!

Ok, let's not go overboard with this place people. Almost all 4 and 5 star reviews? Really? Anyway after reading all these amazing reviews, I decided I had to check it out. I ordered the large House Special (Peperoni, sausage, ham, green pepper, red onions, mushrooms, and bacon bits). It came out nice and piping hot with lots and lots of toppings. That's where the 5 star impression ended for me and the 3 star reality took over. It's great they cover the pizza head to toe with meat and veggies, but the quality of those toppings is not happening. It's not terrible, but it's just your average Papa John's quality pepperoni and sausage. The sausage was pretty low grade stuff, although it was nice and chunky. I do like large chunks of sausage, but the fat and grizzle to meat ratio in that sausage was way overboard. Don't believe me, let a piece get cold and then try to eat it. You'll be chewing on it for an hour. In fact I found all the ingredients to be no better than you would get at a papa john's or pizza hut. The green peppers weren't sauteed first, just thrown on raw. You can do that with onions and mushrooms if you cut them thin, which they did. But green peppers never really cook right like that. They just taste like warm raw peppers. I was unimpressed with the flavor of the sauce, not bad, not great, and not very much of it. The cheese is a provolone/ mozzarella blend. OK, but to me a high quality whole milk mozzarella is the way to go on a traditional pizza. Pizza Boy's cheese had no richness to it. The dough for the crust was just ok. It's hard to get dough right in socal, mostly because our water sucks for it. I can tell they pay attention to the dough here, but I wasn't blown away by it. It was a notch above fast food pizza dough, but not a 5 star pizza dough for sure. So what did I like? The bacon bits were a nice touch, real bacon crumbles, not fake stuff. It gave the pizza a kind of smokey flavor along with the ham. The service was great, everyone was very friendly and nice. There was a nice family atmosphere to the place, and you can tell it's a hang out for regulars for sure. They prepare the pizza well. The crust was cooked perfectly, and someone made it with some love. If they used better quality ingredients, this pizza would be great. But you can only go so far with what you got. My advice is if you don't mind driving a few more minutes, Cortina's on Brookhurst and Orange Ave is a real 5 star pizza joint with 5 star ingredients. Better dough, better cheese, better sauce, better everything and the price is a little less too.

Good pizza... but based on the reviews, not as good as I had expected. I ordered the "House Pizza" -- which has pepperoni, bacon, Italian sausage, mushrooms, onions, green pepper, and bacon. The crust was somewhat soggy -- and the toppings were conservatively placed. Certainly, I must say that the service is very good. Moreover, the pizza is a step-up above pizza chains (ex. Domino's, Pizza Hut, Papa John's etc.). The Buffalo wings and cheesy garlic bread were alright. The cool thing about this place is that there are a good amount of tables -- and a few flat-screen televisions.

Pizza was fresh and almost perfect!!! Stopped by on Monday and didn't even realize that they have daily specials! They have a 15 inch one topping pizza for $6.99. Pizza has lots of cheese, good pepperoni and the crust was crunch with a soft center!! Talk about bang for your buck!!!

I went there last night with my fiancee and my bff for dinner. I ordered the 3 topping large pizza special for 11.99. What a deal!! I got canadian bacon, pineapple, and mushroom. I love the fact that they didn't skimp on the mushrooms. I love the texture of the pizza the toppings didn't make the pizza too soggy either. We also got the cheesy bread sticks too. Those were pretty good they use the same pizza dough for the bread sticks and smother it in cheese. It was nice and crispy. Man, I almost forgot the grilled chicken salad!! I think it was because we scarfed it down. The chicken was pretty flavorful which makes a big difference when your eating salad. We had a lot of leftovers so I reheated it this morning for breakfast and it was so good crunchy and still tasted really fresh. I would definitely come back!! Next time, I'm going to make it before 7pm for their 6 dollar pitcher of beer. Beer and pizza makes me happy.

Kept driving by this place on my way to the freeway and figured I'd stop in when I learned of their .50 per-slice deal on Wednesdays. The brother and I arrived at around noon and there was a line out the door, but the staff seem pretty on top of things so it moved quickly. Although the outside is pretty dodgy, inside is nice and clean and they have a few arcade games and a TV. The pizza itself is honestly too greasy for my taste and Brother said he felt a bit sick afterward, but the crust was nice and thick. So overall, ok pizza for a great price.

Good pizza. Thicker crust than I normally like but good fresh veggies and meat. A little pricey for their pies. ($23 for a large or so.) Appeared to have really good beer specials. A very efficient well run joint. Looks like it would be a fun bar. Food was fast and as expected. Would do again rather than overspending money on a Disneyland pizza.

My family & I have lived in Buena Park for 7 yrs, and for the first 2 yrs we looked for the best pizza in town...and we could never find that spot. Until one day driving back from Disneyland, we decided to navigate a pizza joint & ended up on state college rd. And the rest is history...The best pizza in the O.C.

So I started coming here because it is right down the street from wife's work and she recommended it. Tried it and I was hooked. I was looking for a good family owned pizza.......didn't want all the hype.....just good old fashioned pizza. This place answered that call. Had just a pepperoni and cheese and crust was perfect. Then they had Fat Tire pitchers on sale....SCORE. The following time I had a chicken sandwich....that was really good with the dressing. If that isn't enough......50 cent Wednesdays is perfect....whole pizza for under $5. We have been coming here alot that they know us now. It is a small place, but I will call them sometimes to watch a game and they quickly reserve a table for. There customer service is off the hook. About 3 weeks ago my wife's work had an event and the caterer they hired was not working out.....people were not being fed on time. She called Pizza Boy and within 20 minutes they delivered 20 pizzas without blinking and eye......they saved the day. Thank you guys for saving us. So if you are in the area stop by.......try the chorizo pizza.

I can't say it's in my top 5 pizza places, but the only reason I give it 5 stars is because this truly could be the best pizza joint in anaheim. Everything they put into making these pizzas is pretty much as good as they come. The toppings are very generous but not overwhelming, the crust could use a little more zing but other than that you can't really complain. The place is very relaxed and inviting, they have plasma tv's and serve beer.

I came here by suggestion of my fellow yelpers. Upon arrival, I couldn't believe my eyes... Pizza?!?! Made by Asians?!?! That's insane!!! I mean, Asians make some pretty bomb Asian food as is, but pizza? I thought my fellow yelpers had let me down. Until I had my first piece. Yeah... Foot in mouth... Humble pie for breakfast, lunch and dinner... The girlfriend and I had the BBQ Chicken and Garlic Chicken Delight. Simply awesome! The dough wasn't dry or tough, the perfect amount of sauce, tons of toppings. Definitely a new favorite spot for pizza. Only down fall is they're not open late. If they were open late, 5 stars easily.

Decent pizza. Only second behind hungry howies. Its neck to neck with costco but beat it by its freshness. Friend of mine introduced me to it. If there was one by my house I'd pick it up over dominos and pizza hut any day.

Overrated in my book. I've had much better pizza at lots of places. We had the mini meat lovers and BBQ Chicken. The wings were pretty good. The skin was crispy and they were well sauced. I think this place was a bit over hyped which leads me to this lackluster review. I would go back but there are about 5 other places in the area that domiant PizzaBoy

Work in the area and a good lunch spot is hard to find. Pizza Boy doesn't look to promising as you are driving up, but a great find in the area. GREAT prices and the pizza crust is hand made and delicious. The pizza joint itself is very clean, the people working there were very friendly, and the service was very quick. 4 bucks for 2 slices and a drink!! Definitely worth checking out if you are in the area.

My husband felt like eating pizza and I told him that I was good with that if it came with a salad... So I decided to use Yelp and found Pizza Boy! We drove down there to check it out. From the moment we walked in to the very end their customer service was great. We ordered the family special (1 lrg up to 3 toppings pizza, salad, 1/2 order of wings & 1/2 potato wedges, and a pitcher of soda). We sat down and our drinks and fresh salad were brought out to us shortly. Right when we were done with our salad, the rest of our food came out. The pizza was DELICIOUS not greasy at all and generous toppings. The wings and potatos were just right. We all enjoyed it a lot and is now a favoraite. Come to find out we live in their delivery zone so we will be ordering our pizza and stuff from Pizza Boy from now on!

Went there for lunch a last week and was pleasantly surprised. The sandwiches were good, as was the pizza. The only complaint would be related to getting drinks. Not sure why they have a fountain in the back and only good for 1 refill.

My boyfriend and I ordered pizza from this place tonight because it has a whopping 4 and half stars on yelp. So we were expecting some seriously high quality pizza tonight, but obviously set the bar a little too high. I'm not a fan of soggy pizza. All we ordered was a simple pepperoni pizza, nothing special, but I guess even that is so greasy that it leaves the crust soggy and limp. I'm blaming that partly on the excessive amounts of cheese on our pizza that also made it taste less than great. It wasn't terrible, but considering the previous reviews I was definitely expecting something much better than what we got.

Came here at lunch time with co-workers to watch World Cup. I was very impressed by the size because from the outside it looks like it would be small but its not. There are a lot of tables to eat at and big flat screens on the wall to watch games. The food was delicious. I ordered the Italian Sub (11in) with extra meat and extra cheese. It was so good I ate the whole thing. I also ate pizza that we all shared. The quality of the bread, cheese and toppings was perfect and was served to us fresh and hot from the oven. I will definitely be recommending this place to everyone!

this place is to far for me ,wish it was closer..... after all the 5 star reviews figured what the heck..... prices were very reasonable I liked the fact that they have the mailer coupons right on the counter and honor them for you. the pizza was nicely done large amounts of toppings the bottom was done just right not to soft and on the border of toasty... beers... good amount of games in the back..... flat screens...lots of room for football watching... kept clean... again this place was great... just to far out of my way... oh almost forgot the wings were good on the sauce but are oven would be killer if they were deep fried... cant win them all... the cheese bread was also killer...

Pizza's delicious, potato wedges are delicious, beer is delicious. They also have a slew of flat screens showing sports (of course) so not a bad place to watch a game.

i won't go into too much detail as i'm on the verge of slipping into a food coma. but i'll say this: if you're looking for an italian sausage sub, look no further. takes a little while to come out, but that serves to raise anticipation anyway. toasty, cheesy and delicious with a great marinara. it's six bucks and 11 inches, so chances are you won't finish it. the ambiance is cool enough here too. kinda reminiscent of a joint you'd find in the suburbs of NJ. couple three flat screens so you can watch whatever match you might be into. today i believe it was the albuquerque angrymen vs. the north carolina spiders. the objective seemed to be moving an oblong shaped ball from one end of a field to the other. people rave about the pizza, so that's next on my list - prices looked good and there's a list of specials that you can ask about over the phone. i'd actually give the place 4.5/5 instead of 4/5, but hey, that's not an option.

I love this place. I highly recommend any of the salads especially if you have the balsamic vinegrette; it's not only healthy but it's totally delicious. And then there's those cinnamon sticks that are too die for. The service is great plus there are video games. My friends and I are always taking a break from watching the game by playing Photo Hunt...superfun!!

I just got their lunch special (2 pieces of peperoni and large drink), and it was great and only cost $3.50! I also added an antipasto salad and asked for extra blue cheese, they don't skimp! I'd love to go back and try their grilled chicken salad and order a special pizza. I'm sure it would be great! Great prices too!

This place is cool for a quick lunch. Pizza crust is crunchy and thin. The toppings are fresh. They have TV'son the walls and Street Fighter in the back. Cool little place to eat.

Excellent pizza and salad delivered, quickly to our room. Much better value than room service! Will order the next time we visit Disney.

I read lots of positive reviews and decided to try it for lunch. There are two things to remember about Pizza Boy. The prices are really good and the pizza is even better! You'll save major money on lunch plus they have news and sports on LCD'S and you can bring your laptop too because they have WiFi. I can't wait to have a pizza party for my co-workers at sports/talk AM830 the Home of Angles Baseball located just down the street inside Angels Stadium!

Pizza was good but nothing spectacular. Wanted something fast before heading to Disneyland. Above average pizza but not sure I would drive here unless I was already in the area.

I discovered Pizza Boy though a random flyer that was floating across the ground. I am thrilled I found this place. It is the absolute best place in Anaheim for the freshest pizza I have had in a long, long time. They make it to order, and they make it delicious. Everyone at the store is exceptionally friendly, and I would rather spend slightly more here for a better pie and much better service than at the franchised Pizza Hut down the street.

I visited Pizza Boy on their grand opening with some friends. Their pizza is okay and I can't say I tried their other food. I appreciate the fact that their ingredient were fresh and that I could see them make the pizza and that their service was above average.

Great owners, awesome pitcher of beer specials, and the pizza is good for a place of this size. Having located pretty close to where I live helps a lot too. Overall, the best pizza joint for value I have found in Anaheim! Go Pizza Boy !

I thought, and honestly wanted to believe that this place was the undiscovered holy grail of pizza in Southern California. While the food here is good, in no way whatsoever does it merit 5 stars. I suppose that for 10.99 for a large 3 topping, that would be a big factor in receiving high ratings. We ordered a large house special (supreme?) pizza that had sausage, pepperoni, and various vegetables, along with two sodas and an order of potato wedges. This set me back around 30 dollars. Since we ended up taking about half the pizza back, this is still a pretty good deal since it then averaged out to about 20 dollars for both of us. Side note: They have old old school House of the Dead here, which we enjoyed playing. (used to rock that game back in1999!) The workers here are very friendly, small mom and pops place. Interior is clean and decor is nice to boot. Potato wedges came out first...crisp and cooked perfectly, but not overbearingly greasy. Delicious homemade ranch sauce, tastes very Hidden Valley-esque but I am no homemade dressing connoisseur by any means so take it for what it is. The pizza was alright. Nothing great, nothing bad, just average. Whoever mentioned Costco pizza earlier was dead on right. They are pretty much on the same level. I really do like Costco Pizza, but if I wanted Costco Pizza, I would go there for half the price! I would swing by this place if I was in the area, but that is about it.

Pizza Boy (not the same as the one in Stanton) recently opened in Anaheim at the intersection of State College and Ball Rd. It's a much-needed family-owned restaurant in the land of chain restaurants and Wal-Mart. The food and service are great and the location is suitable for large groups or you can even sit at the bar (they've got 3 big plasma tvs for the sportos.) They also offer delivery if you don't want to head out. I recommend supporting your local restaurants instead of eating the corporate garbage Pizza Hut and Dominos continue to dole out.

  • James L.

I think this place has been too highly over rated. The pizza ( half Hawaiian, half cheese) was ok. The toppings were fine, but I thought the crust was too chewy. I'd say the pizza was about on par with a Papa John's or Pizza Hut.

  • Samantha L.

I can't believe what a great deal this place is! We fed a group of 15 for less than $8/person AFTER tax and a 20% tip! They take reservations for large groups and allow pre-ordering, too!!

This pizza is different than all those fast food chains. The ingredients are way better and the pizza tastes great. I love that you can order a big garden salad or sandwich if you don't feel like pizza. The sandwiches are huge on very good bread. The ranch dressing is incredible! The restaurant is clean with flat screens and video games to entertain the kids. A great family restaurant.

Simply one of the best neighborhood places to catch a game and have great food. I recommend the house special with pineapples and jalapenos. The atmosphere is casual and the service is unbeatable. Attentive with a great neighborhood feel. It's definitely the place I pick to watch a game with the guys or when I'm craving a pizza pie.

This is THE BEST pizza place, period. This is my absolute favorite pizza ever, anywhere. They also have a really good chicken salad. My friend loves their hot sandwiches, and I hear they have good lunch specials. Cinnamon sticks are so good with the icing. They have some flat screen tvs so you can watch your favorite games. The owner and staff are so nice.....you can tell they know how to run a business. Forget the chains and order from here instead!!!

Love this place! Their pizza is awesome especially meatball and mushroom.

  • Jeff W.

This place is not a chain pizza joint. It's definitely better. There's a reason why some of those places offer $5 pizzas, its cuz you get $5 tasting pizzas. This place has great selection for whatever mood you're in. I do recommmend the wings as they are big and juicy as opposed to small dinky ones. Flat screens around the restaurant for all major sporting events.

Yelp - another winner Me and the fam went to Disneyland for the day and wanted to have a yummy but chill lunch away from the crowds and the heat. Found this joint on Yelp and we took off / for 20$ I fed the family and we had 1 slice left - great service great food and an amazing price! Not even 2 miles away from the happiest place on earth. We got the Cheddar Wedges / pepperoni pizza and drinks - loved it / make sure to stop by. If your a beer drinker they have quite the selection.

Based on flavor and taste, I give this place a 5 out of 5 stars! Their pizza is very delicious! my coworkers and I ordered a large pizza, with sausage, mushroom and extra cheese. The only reason I am dropping a star is because I think that it is a little on the pricey side. We paid $16 for one pizza vs. Competitors such as pizza hut and dominos who have better deals on pizza but the quality and yumminess of it makes it worth the extra dollars and definitely surpasses the taste of the competitors by a long shot! This is definitely our To-Go spot from here on out since it's close to our workplace :) I recommend to try this place out!

  • Kaity W.

This is a pizza review only. I have not tried anything else on the menu. That being said I have heard nothing but great things about this place. I have come here three to four times after work and have ordered a pizza. The place is always a ghost town but I usually come in about 5:30 on a Tuesday/Wednesday. My favorite is the pepperoni and sausage. If you order to go, the wait is usually about twenty minutes, not bad and there are video games and a TV to keep you entertained while you wait. Everything comes out tasting hot and fresh and the pizza is never greasy, huge bonus! The only downside is they charge you extra for ranch. It is made in house, however, so it's almost worth the EXTRA fifty cents. If you are a pizza lover I would highly recommend this place.

My family loves going to Pizza Boy. Delicious pizza great prices. Best costumer services every time we go. It's always clean and the pizza is always fresh. I highly recommended it !

They have great salads and pizza. Their dough is a bit different from their competitors, way better in my opinion. They have slices for 1.50 daily and it's not small either. The staff is nice and it's a clean establishment.

This place has been a favorite of mine for a few years now. Whenever my family is craving pizza, this is always the first place we consider. What I really enjoy about pizza boy is their house special pizza. It's their supreme pizza with loads of toppings. It's always fresh, the crust is slightly crispy, and they don't skimp out on the toppings. It tastes exactly how a pizza should taste. Prices are a bit higher than most places but it's worth it trust me! The inside is not the best and it's usually pretty empty unless there's a game being shown on the screens but that's not a bad thing when you're trying to enjoy a good family dinner. I'm giving the pizza 5 stars and the inside 3 so overall this place is a 4. Definitely check it out when you get that need for cheese. Oh and try some of their house Ranch! It's amazing!

The places has one of the best meatball subs I have had since his nibs took down their deli ... That was like what 99'. However their pizza is really good!!! And they have beer on tap!!!!

Pleasantly surprised at the good taste and good value. My first time here but not the last. Ordered a pepperoni pizza that had a good amount of cheese and good flavor. There specials are really good deals. I love places that give a good product for a fair price

Just moved to the area, and we had to find a new pizza joint. We've had two pizzas here, the Hawaiian and the Special. Both were great. Very generous with the toppings. Delivery was fast and the pizza was hot.

Tonight I had a massive craving for pizza, so naturally, I yelped some local pizza joints. I really didn't want fast food pizza like Domino's or Pizza Hut.. haven't had that kinda pizza in years. I also didn't want to pay an arm and a leg for something like BJ's. Fortunately, I came across some pretty good reviews for Pizza Boy. Pizza Boy, it was! When we arrived, it was a packed house! A few large parties of 6+ people, and a scattering of tables with 2 or 4 people. There's a sign that reads, "45 minute maximum occupancy", which means that it likely gets busy in here often. There really wasn't much space for us to eat in (there were two seats at the bar, but the chubby guy sitting at the table next to it gave us NO space), so we decided to order to-go. They had a 1-topping large pizza deal (12 slices) for $10.99. What a steal! We also added on some cheesy garlic bread for $4.50, so we could explore the menu a bit. It took about 15 minutes for our order, then we were out the door! Customer service was great, considering they were so busy in store and with taking orders over the phone. Of course we stuffed our faces when we got home. This pizza is pretty GOOD, guys. The sauce isn't too heavy (which hubby is very picky about), the crust isn't too thick, and the flavors (cheese and pepperoni) are on point. The cheesy garlic bread wasn't too garlicky, and was super crunchy. Definitely not gourmet, but we weren't looking for gourmet. Looking forward to coming here for our next pizza fix!

Wow! Pleasant surprise! I had food delivered to my hotel room and was impressed by the speed of delivery, as well as taste and quality of the food. I had the antipasto salad with a zesty balsamic vinaigrette; veggie special pizza; and hot wings. I like a little bit of everything. Pizza was great - lots of good quality toppings, chewy crust, nice cheese. Medium was big - I have lots left for breakfast! Wings were baked I think, not too hot, just right. Salad was packed with salami, olives, cheese. I added red onions that made it perfect . Delivery was under 45 mins and was friendly from the order taker to the delivery guy. Two thumbs up!!!

Ok..so I have to give 5 stars just for the fact...it was HOT & YUMMALICIOUS!!! So just so u know I solely pick where to eat from experience. Found this gem on yelp & all I can is yessssssss From start..taking my order & finish/delivery OMG.. yummmm! This is not your ordinary buffalo wing sauce...this has it all...the vinegar & the RIGHT...LOL. but The pizza. ..so I ordered the combo / combo sub bell peppers for jalapeños & i must say the sauce, flavor & the love Even the i am tired of pizza. .went out the door ;) funny i was talking to fellow guest saying....yeah the pizza on the advertising in our hotel was good, but.....dot...dot..dot...ba ba baaaaaa So I say to myself . wink wink..yelp it out! ENJOY my Disneyland peeps!!

  • Brian W.

Can't say I was really impressed but this is a step above the regular delivery chains. I stopped in for a to-go order and had a beer while waiting. They have a few decent beers on tap, which is nice. The "bar" though is just a counter area off to the side, a cluttered poorly laid out space in my opinion, but ok to wait there a few minutes. The pizza is not bad. Ingredients seemed fresh enough. It just didn't really stand out to me. Crust and sauce make a pizza and both were pretty lackluster. If you're a pizza snob its best to look elsewhere. Might recommend these guys for delivery in the area but not really an atmosphere I'd like to spend time in.

  • Andrew Y.

Sometimes you just want a no frills, no nonsense, solid pizza. I'm not talking greasy Chicago deep dish or NYC thin crust (too thin) style. I'm talking about a solid, all American, standard pizza loaded with fresh ingredients and hot out of the oven, baked to perfection pie. That is what Pizza Boy delivers. The doughy crust is delicious, bottom of the pizza has a bit of crispiness to it (mm mm mmm!) and the toppings are loaded. There is a clear difference between these guys and the dime a dozen pizza store chains all over the place (e.g. Dominos, Pizza Hut, etc) that skimp out on toppings and over saturate their pizzas with msg, oil, and salt. The quality of pizza here is clearly a notch above the rest, and you can tell their pies are thoughtfully put together, which is surprisingly hard to find this day in age. Aside from the pizza, their chicken salad is my personal favorite. Again, loaded with toppings, fresh, and sized very generously. The chicken sandwich is a hit as well. And oh, they have a few decent beers on tap with TV screens showing the latest games too. Spacious dining room with a few arcade machines in the back for the kiddies (anybody got tips on the claw machines with stuffed animals? they had some good stuff in there last weekend. too bad I couldn't score nothin'). Nice bonus. The owners are very friendly and you can tell they really care about their business and customers. Needless to say, I'm a fan!

I never thought this pizza place would be so good. This place is right by my house. I had the house special pizza for the first time. Next time I would like to try their vegetarian pizza and I was looking at the pictures on yelp, those chicken wings look mighty good too. My sister decided to do the carry out, so she picked up our pizza. She said that the owner is pretty stingy (her friend who works there said that)haha..kinda shows it too I guess because she gave is two packets of Parmesan and pepper. This might be my go-to spot for pizza though

Hungry after a long Disneyland excursion tonight we decided to order a couple pizzas from Pizza Boy..Best decision of the day!!!!! Excellent quality, fresh ingredients, gooey cheese and perfectly baked crust! We ordered a pepperoni pie for the kids which they gobbled up pretty quickly, and pepperoni, mushroom, and green bell pepper for us adults:) both pizzas were delicious and I'm happy to say we found our pizza place on the first try for our Anaheim stays.

Okay, so wow! We were RV-ing near this location and had pizza delivered THREE nights in a row! This pizza was amazing, probably the best we've ever had! It made my vacation awesome, considering I was off the hook for making dinner (and lunch the following days!)! So yummy, hot, fresh, and fast! We ordered the "house special", and a plain cheese pizza for all three nights. We all agreed we were full, but just couldn't stop eating! We'll be back on our next vacation!

Monday Large Special $7.99 Tuesday Medium Special $4.99 Wednesday per slice Special $.75 With such low prices I had low expectations, such as Little Caesars but I was wrong. The pizza quality is really delicious. They are not stingy on cheese or pepperoni. The sauce and taste is just right. Can't go wrong with Pizza Boy. Been here several times so I'm definitely a fan.

So dissapointed with this place. Again they messed up my order.. the lady was so rude and had no customer service. The lady undercharged me $1 on my card. So 15 minutes later while I'm talking with my friends she says she needs to recharge me. Like really ? . So then after I asked for a ranch then she tries to charge for that. And her tone was putting the wrong on me.. finally when I get the pizza it was so dissapinting. Nasty cheap rubber pizza. And call this a giant pizza ? Psshh.. whoever put 5 stars probably knows the owner. Never again

Horrible lady, been going here for the past 7 yrs and my friends and I love their Wednesdays special however today i had a doctor's appointment for my 2 yr old daughter and after she wanted pizza so I brought her here thinking I'll just get 3 slices for .75c each. It wasa little after 3 and the lady in the front told me that it's only until 3 and wanted to charge me over $5. I told her in coming because my daughter was craving it, she was next to me, however the lady would not offer the .75c a slice offer even tho i told her I'd been coming there for years. I will never return, ever, she is a greedy, insensitive bitch who didn't care that a 2 yr old was ill and from the doctor to give us the special. I walked out and promised I'll review her greed! I'll also tell all my friends and family to never go there again. I hope InNOut puts you out of business you greedy rude bitch!

I'm not a pizza lover but the kids wanted pizza. I chose this place because of the four star rating on Yelp of course. To my delight the pizza was not only fast important when your starving but delicious. The crust is cooked to perfection. The only suggestion is to wait 5 minutes to make sure the pizza is cooled off because the cheese slid right off the first slice. Our family ordered a giant half cheese half pepperoni two orders of potato wedges that I loved and a 5 piece hot wings that were not too spicy and a pitcher of soda. All for $37.00. Summing up great food at a great price
