I always come to this Starbucks since its close to my work & have never had a problem till yesterday.. I usually get greeted before I order and this time I didn't I ordered what I wanted then get to the window and the girl/guy idk which it was doesn't even tell me my total or anything so I let them scan my card.. I get my drink and don't even get a thank you or nothing.. I was very disappointed in the customer service I had that day.. Not cool

they always make my drink wrong. green tea latte with soy milk. how hard is that??? The Baristas don't know what they're doing. The store doesn't look very clean, it kinda looks grimy. Every time I go there, there are always crumbs and dried coffee stains, and straw wrappers on the tables/chairs. GO TO ANOTHER STARBUCKS.

Wonderful customer service- the ladies behind the counter were cheerful, conversational and suggested something delicious to order. The place looks clean and has a typical Starbucks atmosphere. With the customer loyalty iPhone app I get free coffee refills, and the occasional free latte. I would definitely bring a girl here on a date or spend the afternoon studying by the window.

So I'm not into chains but Starbucks never fails to be on par with customer service and keeps me coming. The expresso drinks are yummy and the atmosphere is excellent. Not much of a fan of the drip coffee... too bitter. Too bad there are not too many other local coffee shops in Yuma that can offer the same thing. I'm a loyal customer!

I visited this location on several occasions for the convenience since they have a drive-thru. On every occasion the staff has been upbeat and friendly. The time it took me to get my drinks seemed a bit longer than most, but I think that's the price you pay for going through drive-thru.

My favorite Starbucks location! Today the barista was putting my order in before I could say a word. Awesome staff. Always polite and fix any mistakes immediately and apologetically. They make it a point to get to know their customers if given a chance. There are many employees that rotate to other locations but the regular staff is awesome!
