I love this place! The bacon, egg, and potato breakfast burrito is gigantic, the carne asada torta is delicious, and the donuts are amazing! Every time someone visits me in Houston, I ask them to bring me these three things (although the donuts never quite make it). They also have awesome salsa that they let me take large coffee cups of after I explained I was hauling it all the way back to Texas. They are also open 24 hours, which is something of an oddity in Yuma. If you want great food fast and for a reasonable price, STOP HERE WHILE IN YUMA!

It's a dumping looking building from the outside and the inside is kinda beat up but they have good but slightly over priced breakfast burritos. They also have fun cakes and donuts. The drink situation here always confuses me. The have fountain drinks or instant coffee but no bottled water. The burritos are 5.99 and huge, hot, and delicious. It's hard to mess up a breakfast burrito with a solid tortilla. This place is open 24 hours so a late night torta or burrito could be in your future. The do have a credit surcharge. I bring cash and get it to go.

OMG- we alWAYS stop in at this donut shop on the way to Mexico...they are so friendly and I love the Lemon filled donuts AND the strawberry filled as well as I always get 6 of the donut holes...my road trippers always get a dozen or so so we eat donuts all the way to and from Mexico...they love the cin rolls and the bear claws and some other huge sugary beast but I really like the round regular donut types...the ones with cocunut are good too but someone in the car always eats them before I get my hands on one! The people that work there are real sweet too, we always blow in right around 6am when they are all hot and fresh. YUM and YUM on this place

Donuts & Breakfast Burritos? A most PERFECT combination! :D Also, if you don't like either (weird!), there are tortas & a few other Mexican food dishes. The GOOD: fresh food large variety of donuts, including Mexican breads/pastries lots of different combinations of breakfast burritos (I recommend the chorizo & potato) Salsa bar (it includes different types of salsas AND fried green chiles!) Drink variety (regular milk, chocolate milk, strawberry milk, fountain soda's, water, juice & coffee) roomy clean Breakfast sold ALL DAY! Open 24/7 The BAD: If you use a debit/credit card, there's a .50 addl charge. The coffee isn't bad, but it's just OK. not great on the phone (they're busy people & no voice mail is set up) The UGLY: Nothing this yummy is ugly! lol FYI: The burritos are BIG and HEAVY. You might need to hit the weights to get your guns ready to lift those suckers :D I'm pretty sure I pulled something when I collected my order of 5!

Needed some donuts and they were one of two close to downtown Yuma. Got a dozen and they were very good. Nice and soft, fresh even at 8pm. Then I decided to try a taco plate. Came with three carne as at a soft tacos with rice and beans. The plate was disappointing. The meat was a bit crunchy and over cooked. The veggies on it was fresh. The soft tortillas were disappointing. They just wouldn't hold a taco. All three fell apart in the middle.

Interesting! I just realized that my review got deleted! Is it because of the unfriendly people working there or the molded ceilings I mentioned!!!?? How freaking poor and tiny minded do you have to be?? So is Yelp! a real deal or are you only allowed to post positive stuff! Geez!! I didn't say I saw cockroaches running around there - I was just being honest so people would know what to expect once the go there! They do have good food, but that doesn't eliminate the fact that they're dirty as hell! Just for being straight up liars I will never recommend this place to anyone! Face the reality and clean up your ceilings - its a mess!

I wouldn't normally associate a donut shop with a place to grab a scrumptious burrito, but after visiting Arizona Donut, that has changed for me. The burritos are decently sized, tasty, and run $5.29 each. The reason that I can't give this place more than 3 stars is because there was broken glass all over their parking lot and they charge 50 cents per credit card transaction (what is this... 1995?). The place is also filthy.

Visiting with Grandkids & it was Donut Day and Arizona Donut's did not disappoint. They had a great selection of all the classic favorites, extremely fresh. This will be our Yuma donut destination from now on.

Stopped by this place since it is one of the few nearby Donut places open in Yuma on a Sunday. So that's a plus. There was a small line in the morning when we arrived but nothing too bad, it did get about 7 people deep after we made our purchases though. They do serve breakfast burritos as well as an assortment of donuts. They apparently offer a bunch of other stuff too but none of it was on the shelves, there was a big sign that read "Baker Needed" so apparently they need to hire a baker. I suppose that's why the only pastries on the shelves were donuts. As for the donuts, I got a cream filled (whipped cream, they apparently don't have custard) a maple peanut, and a frosted coconut. The cream filled was actually pretty good considering I'm a fan of the custard style, it tasted good, but still felt pretty light. The maple peanut didn't really have as much maple taste as I would have liked but it was still decent, I think the peanut sprinkles did take away from a lot of the taste. the frosted coconut was pretty good but I didn't taste as much of the coconut as I would have liked either. All in all the donuts were pretty good but the saving grace was that they were actually open on a Sunday whereas a lot of other places weren't. Not the best donuts I've ever had but they will do when in a fix! I didn't try the breakfast burritos so I can't comment on that side of the food choices but I hear they are pretty good. A lot of the other offerings weren't available from the looks of it but hopefully that will clear up once they hire a baker. The place is a little gritty in appearance, some would argue a little dirty looking but the donuts and food appeared clean so I guess if you are taking it to go, well, you are good to go. Not the greatest ever but it will suffice for a Sunday donut fix in Yuma.

Horrible customer service, long wait times and horrible food. Don't even bother with this place.

Good Donuts, good breakfast burritos. That's all I go here for. Not sure about their other items....When I'm feeling unhealthy, I go to that place just up and across the street, you know, past chevron and that other place, it's like a healthy version of AZD.

The service was slow, the food tasteless, and the price charged for a combo was more than what was posted on their menu. The bathrooms were truely terrifying, covered in graffiti and smelly. And to top it off, the music was beyond bad...couldn't even understand the words and was too loud. I understand other people speak different languages and I'm not at all offended when I hear mariachi music from south of the boarder. This music was beyond tasteless and painful to listen too...obviously the Asian staff cared more about listening to it then they did about cleaning the place. My family won't go back.

We tried this place for breakfast burritos while in Yuma, due to the excellent reviews. We weren't disappointed! The breakfast burritos were HUGE and hot and delicious, and donuts were great too! Definitely recommend this place, and will be back next time we are in Yuma.

not so bad. Carne Asada Burrito is good. Donuts are ok. the place is open 24hrs and can be full of teens on a Friday/saturday night. Dude who posted the first review, you really need to get a life and perhaps your buddy does as well. Try sobering up.

Ordered two burritos and some donuts. Wanted a bear claw, the woman gave an apple fritter. The burritos were terribly made. It was like they put a cheese stick in there and wrapped them up. I definitely wasn't happy with my food. Should have gone to Stans, but they don't have bear claws.

AWESOME concept. A donut shop that serves up Mexican grub. It really doesn't get any fucking better than that for late-night grub after a night of boozing it up. The problem is, this place is filthy. I mean, I've been to some serious hole-in-the-wall mexican joints, and usually the rule is the dirtier, the better, but I guess that isn't the case once you get out of California. This place is dirty AND the food is shitty. They get a bonus star though for bringing together two late night essentials though. Now if only I could stop laughing at the memory of my buddy drunk off his ass hitting on the girl behind the counter with the missing tooth.

The last two times I visited, they were out of boston cream filleds, which are the only reason I stop by. Actually most of the time their donut shelves are practically empty and they simply say "we're out" if you ask for a specific flavor so I'm assuming they don't make more when they run out. I didn't want to leave without buying anything so I ordered a potato, egg and cheese burrito. They're freakin' huge. Kind of bland tasting, I ended up adding my own cheese when I got home. I feel like hot sauce would have made it more enjoyable, and I hate hot sauce. It seems like a popular place so it's worth trying out.

Great donuts, but don't stop there. The burritos and tortas are delicious as well. Really great dive to get some really good food.

1/2011 Where can I start - this is not your normal donut shop. Arizona Donut has a wide selection of great donuts that are about 50% bigger than most donuts that you have ever seen. And they are really-really good. We brought them to the customer a few times and they disappeared each day. But they also have great breakfast burritos. Now let me tell you, I am a big fan of charisso and egg burritos but they are usually greasy. The first time I had one of theirs I was amazed - hardly any grease at all... I mean - not a drop in the wrapper. Very good. Try this place and you will not be disappointed... i assure you.
