First impression, clean restaurant and friendly staff. The order was taken quickly and accurately. Our food arrived and everything was in order. Their ranch and blue cheese dressing is outstanding. We got a basket of perfectly cooked and seasoned fries. The wings were cooked just right also. Great lunch experience.

I eat here maybe once or twice a year. The wings are very good - love the flavors and the variety. They are though a bit on the expensive side - I went there with my college age son and didn't think that a 12 piece for 2 people would do the trick. In looking at the menu one can order 3 extra wings for another $2.80 (basically $1.00 wing). So we got one of the family packs and didn't realize it came with a ton of fries (don't really eat fries) and spent $30 on lunch for 2 people. I would frequent more if the prices were better....but there are other choices for wings in the area. Order ahead - wings take 16 minutes

I've been a Wingstop fan for years and this store is one of the best. Incredibly polite employees and the store is impeccably clean. Food is always hot and delicious w the BEST fries! Give the Lemmon pepper wings a try... Delicious!

Watched too many wing stop commercials this past weekend! Decided to come in to try the mango habanero wings. I got to admit, the sauce was actually pretty good. The guys at the counter had me sample it before ordering, thinking I wouldn't like the spiciness of it. Lol. They just don't know me! =) Haha. Anyway, it was nice & sweet with that hot & spicy kick to it! My favorite flavor is still the garlic parmesan though! It was worth a try. Before this, I hadn't been to a wing stop for a while. I now remember why... The wait is forever! If you are going to place an order, I recommend ordering beforehand either by phone or online (yes, you can do this!) so you won't have to wait long. I waited about 15-20 minutes for a combo order (wings, fries, & drink). Luckily there was a TV in the dining area, so I wasn't bored. Plus, the staff was nice too. Overall, the wings are good, but the waiting for the food sucked. Lol. =)

Enjoy this Wing Stop. It is always clean and the staff is always friendly. They have a beer selecting and my favorite, the Coca-Cola Freestyle machine. Wish they would offer more airsoft flavors like the Mango Habanero more often.

No good. The food was mediocre at best, the service was terrible. We were so rushed to order. They didn't close until 12 and we got there at 1030pm so we had plenty of time. When we got our food, he had bagged it all to go. "Do you need plates?" Ya, cranky man. We wanted to eat our food too. The girl mopped around our feet while we ate with really vile smelling water. When we asked the guy at the front for napkins, he said they're over there and pointed across the floor the girl was mopping. He then counted the drawer down as loudly as possible- throwing the change around.

We ordered the wings and were not impressed. The outside of the wing was chewy not crispy. There was hardly any sauce on them either. Best part of our meal was the ranch dressing.

This is my spot. Love the Louisiana Rub Bone in Wings (Well Done & Wet) as well as the Lemon Pepper. The guys (Robert & Ryan) that work here are cool and always get my order 100%. It's gotten to the point where I can just call and they know what I want and it's always on point. Plus they got a Coke Remix machine thing so that's a plus. If you're on the North side, get your wings here. They'll take care of you!

Best wings I've had! Much better than Buffalo Wild Wings, went in twice and wasn't disappointed either times, really friendly service just takes forever to get your food

Clearly, the people who eat here aren't writing reviews. Every time I come here it is busy and people are enjoying their wings in house or carrying it out by the huge brown bag full. I also enjoy the boneless wings here thoroughly. I will even admit that I now crave their wings. You could say I've been here a few times. I am a fan of the boneless wing and am not a fan of the super hot. The original hot was too hot for me. However, the mild is just as it is described "For those who want the flavor, without the fireworks." It is very flavorful and goes perfect dipped in their ranch. Their fries are not my favorite, but that's because I don't like steak cut fries. My roommates love the regular bone-in wings, the fries and the ranch. They usually order the Lemon Pepper and the Louisianan Rub. Like Terence said, this place does take a little longer than you would think. However, this is actually a good thing. They cook the wings once your order them, hand toss them, and serve them up for you. The first time I went to leave, I was pretty confused because there is not a trash can like you would find at most counter service places. The staff pics up after you and cleans the table in between each customer, and they aren't slow about it, which means there is never a dirty table.

The sad thing is I am not giving this Wing Stop location one star because of the quality of the food. I enjoyed the wings and would eat them again; I simply could not stand the rude and unwelcoming customer service I received. I placed an order online for 16 wings and went to pick them at the time stated on the receipt. When I arrived I was greeted by a lovely woman who had either worked for far too long that day or was simply angry at the world. I was told immediately that one of the flavors I had ordered was not available (despite the fact it was advertised on the website AND in the store) and I would have to choose another flavor. Now this is no big deal, but one of the things I did when I set up the account for the order online was provide a phone number, which I also saw on the receipt I signed. Why did I not get a call after they received the order asking me to choose something different? Anyway, after choosing the new flavor, the pleasant young lady at the register told the Wing Fry/Sauce Technicians what flavor I had chosen. Apparently my order had already been sealed in a paper bag that could not be reopened so they were putting the new sauce on the side in a plastic cup. When I asked if they were going to make the second half of my order I was told that the wings were already made and he was putting the sauce on the side. This was followed by "oh do you want them tossed in the sauce?" She then proceeded to announce to the Wing Prep Galley "um he actually wants them tossed in the sauce..." Now I did not want to inconvenience these fine employees by asking them to do the ONE JOB they have but I felt it was a bit silly I would be given plain wings with "dipping sauce" from a place that only serves wings... Needless to say, my wings were tossed in the sauce, with a side note of distain I am sure ,and handed to me with, what I perceived to be, a very sarcastic "her you go sir, all fixed. You have a good night." Now maybe I am the A-Hole here but I was not asking them to "fix" anything. I was asking for my order to be made correctly... Anyway, with all of this said, I would not have any problems with continuing to order wings from Wing Stop, I will just make sure it is at another location. Maybe they can open a location in jail, I hear customer service there is top notch!!

I placed an order to go, the guy said it would take 12 minutes...35 minutes later after watching the guy play with his cell phone and serve two other couples I finally got my wings. Needless to say I will never be returning to this location.

Terrible service the cashier Danielle kept messing up on the order and getting noticebly irritated. It seemed as though she didn't want to be there at work, I should have known when we walked in there were some unhappy customers in that joint. The bad thing is all the other staff were extremely nice and cool skinny guy in the back cooking and big guy manager. Get a different job if you don't like what your doing Danielle!

I paid a recent visit to the nearest Wing Stop, and it was the same as it usually was: decent wings that take a little longer than one would expect. I have been to different Wings Stops about a dozen times or so. The setup here is what you'd expect any wing joint to be like: you choose either the wings or boneless chicken and then the flavor or flavors. Pretty early on I discovered that the Lemon Pepper was really good; neither too lemony nor too peppery. I wish I could say the same about the other flavors. While I do love my food how I like my women, spicy, their Original Hot and Cajun flavors are simply too powerful. Not spicy powerful, mind you, but powerful in a way I cannot really put my finger on. I think it's the vinegar they put in, but again I'm not exactly sure. If Wing Stop would let me in their kitchen, I would try hide the vinegar bottle and add more hot sauce. There are other more exotic and sweeter flavors available (Teriyaki, Hawaiian, and some others) but I have never been inclined to try them. Overall, the wings here are of superior quality compared to other chains. I just wish they could do a better job on the standard issue stuff.

Wings are good, not great. I got the 35 family pack today for the super bowl. I asked one simple request: Please cook the french fries to crisp. The fries are flavorful but ALWAYS soggy. The girl told me they could not take "special requests" today. Special requests? Just cook the damn things!
