This restaurant is a good ribeye steak and good price for me but all staffs not friendly and not listening carefully what I want to order. This one just ok not comparing other one in Tucson because it is too hot not enough air conditioning.

Came here today with a party of 11. The wait was an hour but this was due to the hostess not using several open booths for just 2 people and sat them at a table needed to sit our party together. So that is the only reason I'm not giving 5 stars. Tables should be used for larger parties and 2-4 people should be placed in the booths that I counted 8 empty ones. The food was great... The fall off the bone ribs were exactly that and tasted great.... just ask for a side of bbq sauce. Everyone enjoyed their food including the fresh rolls. The star of the show was our server Andrew he did a remarkable job and was very nice and patient. I live in California but when I'm back here I will ask for a table in his area. Overall great experience minus the unexpected wait due to poor sitting decisions.

Friendly, as always. We were seated right away on a Saturday night. Started with blooming onion, which is always cooked perfectly. It was my birthday, so I got the prime rib, which was perfect. A couple of my friends got steaks, also great , bacon cheeseburger and chicken strips. All were yummy. We all walked away happy. Super plus this visit, they passed out some activities for the kids. Moustache stickers and puppets. Lots of fun!

My husband and I ordered takeout and shared platters - ribs, mashed potatoes, fried pickles, and rattlesnake bites. All of these items were a profound letdown. Appetizers were flavorless other than being excessively salty. The ribs were really not pleasant to eat - just dried out and excessively salty. The worst however was the loaded mashed potatoes and there was a dead beetle in the container. I will certainly never return.

I love the good country feel to this restaurant. Free peanuts at the front (be prepared for some mess from the shells here). The waitress/waiters line dance which adds to the fun. The bread rolls that are complimentary to the table come with this fantastic cinnamon butter, it's delicious! The steaks are fresh and just like any steakhouse cooked to order, but at least here when you say medium well it's SLIGHTLY pink and not the equivalent to medium. Sauce isn't necessary because the steaks pack flavor. As a side I suggest the mashed potatoes with all the toppings, it's super tasty.

Just left here and couldn't be more content! My wife and I ordered the Ribs and RibEye plate to share. I was craving a steak and she was craving ribs. $19.99 for the two due to the 10oz Ribeye. I was a little apprehensive because at some places, you order a combo platter and your steak is most likely sub-par. The waitress re-assured me that it was not the case there so I ordered it. I also started with a lg. Coors light followed by a smaller one with my dinner which both were frosty cold! When we received our food, the meal couldn't have been better!! My ribeye was ordered as a medium and medium it came. Perfect flavor to say the least so hats off to the one on the grill for my steak. I THANK YOU! While my wife and I were waiting for our food, we had noticed not once but twice both a waiter and waitress sitting down at their designated sections and cleaning the menus and salt and pepper shakers. Total + in my book! Peace of mind with cleanliness goes a long way, especially when I saw on a report on TV that those items were the most bacteria infested items in a restaurant. Again, we were extremely satisfied with this place and are coming back ASAP. Hopefully it's the same experience!

cinnamon butter. those two words came out of every single person's mouth that i told about a lunch i organized for some co-workers last week sunday. so delicious! those were the two words that came out of my mouth when i bit into their piping hot rolls with cinnamon butter spread on them. we called ahead for a party of 8, so we didn't have to wait to be seated. everything on the menu sounded delicious. i settled for the filet and some sides. they cooked everything perfectly to order. some friends had their speciality margarita and it came with an add shot. pretty good bang for the buck. if we didn't have to go into work after lunch, a few others probably would have had a drink, too. we'll definitely be going back!

This Texas Roadhouse location is now the best in Tucson. Since my last review I decided to wait a bit before returning and the wait was totally worth it. This place has got the whole TR experience on point. Everything was perfect on this visit. Our waitress was charming and efficient, the food was awesome, and my beer was frosty and delicious. Every member of my family agrees that this was our best Texas Roadhouse experience ever. My kids cannot wait to go back. We even met the owner, Scott. He was really cool, making sure that every customer in the restaurant was happy. From the look on all the patrons around us, he was doing a really good job.

Great value, great food, good service. We'll be a new regular here. Please really does a brisk business! It's 3pm on Saturday and it's packed. You really have to try this place. I love that it's consistently good. The catfish was awesome as were the other meals.

This is Texas Roadhouse at it's best, because the other two in town are just as good, so a little friendly competition is good for each other. Their hot rolls and cinnamon honey butter are the best in the land, and as far as casual steakhouses go, you can't beat Texas Roadhouse. The other two locations are just as good (Broadway and I-10 on the west side). They brought my steak out cooked to order and the presentation is very good, always fast service to get you back on your way. I'll always come back here!!

We were on a road trip on our way back to California, and stopped here because of Yelp reviews. Sure glad we did! My husband had melt in your mouth ribs and I had the most tender and flavorful pork chop ever. Our waitress was very friendly and efficient. Since this was our first visit, she took the time to explain menu items, and to let us know that all side dishes were made from scratch. I would go there just for the rolls, they were awesome. Awesome staff, all of them.

I was very excited to visit since this place has great reviews, but found it to be a very disappointing experience. The wait was two hours long. My husband and myself were finally seated. Received bread and butter immediately which was great, but took 25 minutes for someone to take our drink order. After we received our drinks the waitress left and it took another 20 minutes to comeback to take our food order. After this the salads arrived in about 15 minutes and consequently the food arrived about 25 minutes later. This is too long to wait for service in my opinion. My husband ordered the Road kill, medium well and it came rare, I ordered Rib-eye medium rare and it came well done. We asked to speak with the manager. To our surprise he was very short and rude with us. ( I guess I expected more from the manager) My husband and I came to celebrate his birthday but we were very dissapointed. What should have been an enjoyable dinner was a very unpleasant ordeal. If you are looking for good service this is not the place to go.

This place is always packed. On my first visit, I went for a late lunch with a friend so it wasn't stacked full of people. My first impression is that this place was built for sizable families. There is a nice sized seating area outside and immediately upon entering the restaurant. This also gives the impression that their tends to be plenty of wait time before being seated. But there's no wait time for the lunch. The staff is very attentive and portable. We were seated promptly, choosing a seat in the bar area. Shortly thereafter, we were presented with the bucket of nuts. I'm not a fan of nuts but my friend is, and she said they were delicious. We decided to split the onion blossom. I have very fun memories of the onion blossom at Chili's, which is no longer served there mostly because the blossom would always create a catastrophe in the fryer. I also went with the catfish platter, which came with two sides. I chose the Caesar salad and the french fries. I found that the onion blossom was a bit overwhelming. It was a bit too greasy and there were certain parts of it that were a little too wet. But the onion was delicious. The catfish had a nice batter but there was a bit too much and it overwhelmed the flavor of the fish. Just a bit too much of it. But the fries were delicious. Also, the salad was extremely fresh. I just wish they had gone llight on the dressing. In all, the service was exceptional! Very impressed with our attendant and our server. But, ultimately, the food just wasn't good. I'm sad to say that my favorite parts where the salad and the french fries. I could've done without everything else.

We ordered a couple dinners for pick up. The staff was friendly, and courteous. But, when I got my meal I was a bit disappointed. I got the "Texas Size Combo" with 1/2 barbeque chicken, and ribs. First off, the half chicken consisted of a single chicken breast split in half. Then I tried the ribs, and though tasty were quite dry and definitely not "fall off the bone". We had a bad experience with the bartender last time we dined in, and now the food. Not sure we'll be back.

So I've had bad experiences at the Texas roadhouse on wilmot this one it could be better if the hostess girls had a better attitude I would love to give it five stars but based on their attitudes and knocks it down to three stars but therefore you can never go wrong with their food nor with their bread and I love the fact that you can get food to go that's a plus

Love this place! Even when their crazy busy, the food and service is top notch. Ordered a 6 in Dallas fillet with a side of sauteed mushrooms for take out. Everything was made the way we ordered it. The rolls and the cinnamon butter are outstanding!

I've only been to this location & except for one disappointing meal of chicken fried steak (too much gristle), I've had very good food: Prices are very reasonable for the quality & portion size. Sherleen (Charlene?) is an amazing bartender/waitress who is always polite & courteous. Steaks are hand-cut & the salad dressings are all made there & the large house salad has both shredded cheese & crumbled hard-cooked eggs on top. I would recommend the prime rib, bone-in ribeye, pork chops, 1/2 roast chicken & surprise, for a steak house, the salmon, grilled shrimp & fried catfish are tasty & well-prepared! - Almost forgot: the ribs are tender & delicious...

Probably one of my favorite restaurants in Tucson regaurds to food, the food is 5 star and i really like dim lighted western feel of the place. I am giving only 3 stars because i HATE HOW LOUD IT IS THERE. You cant really hold a conversation with your group without repeatedly saying "what?". They have country music playing pretty loud, and all the people are talking loud so others can hear them, and it is just a bunch of noise. It makes me not want to go back despite how good the food is. If you dont mind all that, and not having conversations with the people you go with this is the place for you...lol

2 adults, came about 5:30, Sat nite, seated almost immediately. Waiter was friendly, attentive, refilled coke and Tea before being asked. Ordered pulled pork dinner, large size, very tasty, second order was 1/2 chicken, cooked perfectly, very moist, best chicken I ever ordered out. No dessert. Another very good experience. This is our steakhouse of choice these days.

Only complaint I have is that there is no changing station in the men's room. Kid's can be loud and still not heard over the very loud country western music which I enjoy.

It was my Dad's birthday a few weeks ago and he chose Texas Roadhouse for his bday dinner. We were a large party of twelve and after a bit of confusion were seated in two large booths. We all ordered and the drinks and entrees came out promptly! The food was good, and every one was full and happy. My Dad ordered prime rib and wanted it medium rare but all they had was well done. He opted for it anyway and said that it was good. That's why I deducted a star, in my opinion, prime rib is not intended to be served well done! I had a 6 oz. sirloin and felt it was perfectly seasoned and surprisingly tender for an inexpensive cut!

Despite our long wait time, food was very good and we had the best waitress Josie for going above and beyond to accommodate the 9 of us. Thank you Josie.

Absolutely NEVER AGAIN. Dinner last night - birthday celebration for my younger brother and it was an absolute disaster. From seating to service to food - I was just so frustrated and surprised at how bad it all was. I want to let everyone know that we were a very large party but, in anticipation of a problem seating us, my sister-in-law visited the restaurant the day before to coordinate with the manager. Yet, despite their talk, we ended up sitting in a strange configuration - a row of booths so none of us could talk to each other or interact at all. The section where we had requested was full of people that had actually walked in AFTER us so we were very confused why we didn't get the section we wanted. It took us a while to order drinks and food but I anticipated this because of the group size. Then the food came. I paid for a medium well, 12 oz, hand-cut New York strip. What I got was a very gross - full of gristle and tendons so tough that I had a hard time cutting through them and had to cut around all the grossness to get to the good pieces of edible steak. And it was RED - not in any way was it medium well. It was disgustingly chewy. In the end, most of it went into the doggy bag (for the actual dog - I hope she doesn't hate me). My daughter said her steak was also sub-par and she didn't eat much of it. Additionally, as every other table's order was filled, our table of friends (and their children) didn't receive their food for quite a while without an explanation. Turns out the ticket got lost and they had to prepare the food on the fly. Another 10 minute wait for them. Then when the food came out, half of it was missing. A tray had been dropped in the kitchen and it was yet another 10 minute wait for our friends (and, most importantly, their two small, very restless and hungry children). All the other tables were already having their plates cleared when our friends got their food. And their recompense for this HUGE inconvenience? $8 off their four-person check. Effective management, adequate food, and good service was so sadly lacking in such a busy establishment that we won't be going back ever. I'm sad for my brother because what was supposed to be a happy time turned into a bit of a debacle and he didn't even get to really talk to anyone. Last note: in the middle of our dinner, someone must have bumped against the stereo volume control because we were suddenly BLASTED with music. It was so loud that I couldn't hear the person sitting next to me. It took a while for them to course-correct but I think it was really indicative of the entire establishment. Just a mess.

Best steak I ever had! The staff was very friendly and fast with getting orders out. I was in a party of nine people and they got us seats With in 20 minutes. Everyone meals were cooked right and no mess ups. I do wish the music wasn't so loud though.

Service is always good. Food Is good. I love the ribeye. Always so juicy even though I get it well done. The chili is good too. Love the portion sizes. But my favorite has to be the bread they give you. I love it.

Horrible. Ordered bacon cheeseburger medium rare. Came burnt/black with no bacon. Bun was so hard it just crumbled when I tried to cut it. The cheese was obviously kraft American singles or generic version of that. Waitress saw burger and took it back on her own. Second burger. Not as burnt but burnt still and guess what? No bacon. They did not charge me for the burger and the peanuts were good. You have been warned. Do not order a burger

The only reason this place gets 2 stars is because the service was good. Other than that I was very dissatisfied. Our food was awful I ordered the pulled pork dinner and when I got it the onion rings on top of my pork where soggy and cold and not crispy at all and the toasted bread was burned black and my pulled pork was so salty and smothered in bbq sauce that I was only able to eat maybe 1/4 of it before I had to stop because it made me gag but I was starving as I hadn't eaten all day. My fiance ordered a 6oz sirloin medium and it came out with absolutely no pink in the middle and they brought out half his order and then the other half later. We didn't complain because they where swamped and the server was so nice but I honestly will never go back. This isn't what I remember Texas Road House being in Phoenix. Very disappointed with this place because I used to love TRH.

This place was great. We came for steak and decided to get the grilled chicken with BBQ ribs it was satisfying. The service was great as she was very attentive towards us. The lighting was dimmed, peanuts everywhere and just a great place to go with friends.

They always have a nice fresh house salad and I love that they add a boiled egg. The petite filet is the perfect portion.

Every time we come here we have a wait...whether we get here when the doors open or if we come two hours after the lunch rush. Got here today and there's a 30 minute wait because they are waiting for more servers to arrive. However there are 4 girls standing at the hostess station, literally making fun of other staff and applying makeup. One hostess was so engrossed in her lipstick application that she failed to notice a customer and he tried to hand her his buzzing pager for over a minute. He finally lad it down and walked away with the other hostess while lipstick lady kept smacking her lips into her iPhone. Lovely. Good thing the food is decent and the servers are always nice.

Love the dinner rolls that come with cinnamon butter mmm so unhealthy but so good. Great steak! it is right off the highway. When we went there, there was a sketchy lady outside asking for money to grab a cab.

Basically a notch up from Chili's. Nothing too special, but ok in a pinch and in my case it was. Bright spots: - Caesar salad was fresh with a decent dressing. - Warm rolls right when you sit down are nice, not great, but decent. - Baked potato was really good and nicely salted. Weak spots: - Ribs were bland, tasteless and dry. Fall off the bone, but without taste unfortunately which is pretty disappointing.

We just waited 40 min at our table (with three small children) and received absolutely no service. No drink orders, nada. The final straw was when the waitress again pointedly ignored us, finished the bill out for the table on one side of us and immediately started assisting the family that was just sat on the other side of us. Somehow our table located between those two were somehow not in her section? We left and enjoyed a nice dinner elsewhere. Truth be told, my last steak at this place was a horrible cut. We will not be back to this one.

It's Texas Roadhouse. Great service and always eager to please. Our steaks were over cooked and we sent them back. They were apologetic and brought us out steaks that were cooked to the right temperature. I go here to get my cinnamon butter and dinner roll fix.

Service was good. Had the ribs with a side of chili and loaded steak fries. Food is good and consistent. dont come regularly but cant complain if someone wants to eat here. Something for everyone. Glad there are more options opening up down here on the southside.

After seven years of the same restaurants (we come to Tucson each year to attend the gem shows), I chose the Texas Roadhouse on Irvington as a change-up. My husband and I love a good ribeye steak, and this place did not disappoint us in the least! We arrived around 5PM, and the place was packed, mid week. We were told there would be an approximate 20-30 minute wait. Well it wasn't more than five minutes and we were seated by a lovely young girl. We decided to try one order of their bbq ribs and an order of the 14 oz boneless ribeye. Now mind you, my husband is not super-excited with bbq (doesn't like spicy food at all), but to try things there, we split our two orders so we had the same meal. We ordered our steak medium and it came out perfectly pink but COOKED. HE LOVED THE RIBS!!! Flavorful, not spicy, and the meat literally DID fall off the bones. These are really about the best I've eaten too. The steak? Wonderfully flavorful, tender, meaty with very little if any fatty waste. Steak fries were cooked crispy on the outside and fluffy inside. Even their dinner salad was good with the extra bonus of crumbled hard boiled egg, and housemade dressings. (Hubby had a delicious Caesar salad). Throughout our meal our waitress was spot-on with beverage refills, extra napkins, etc. Texas Roadhouse is now going to be one of our favorite new haunts in Tucson...the young, personable assistant manager came by our table and spent some time asking us our opinion of the restaurant, and some fun discussion of steak houses. I really couldn't have asked for a better visit...did I mention how sinfully delicious their rolls and sweet cinnamon butter is??!!??

Mmmm...mmmm... Mmmm! Yummy yummy yummy! The cinnamon butter and rolls are worth breaking the diet for! The staff is super friendly and always get it right. If you go during the dinner hour there will be a wait but they have call ahead seating (which I recommend for a party of 5+).

Love this place. Comfy seats. Our waiter Luigi was awesome! He explained the menu with enthusiasm. I got the full rack of pork ribs that were great. They definitely fell off the bone. The sauce was sweet and tasty. Bread with honey cinnamon butter was good. Plenty of parking. Easy to find when coming from I-19.

Loooooong wait, but SO worth it. The portions are HUGE. The pulled pork plate is delicious, but super big. The dinner rolls are beyond great and addicting.make sure to come with a BIG appetite. Know before you go: while you are waiting there are peanuts on ice in a buckets that you can snack on.

I had the worst experience here. I came with a party of nine and was seated at a small table where we were bumping into each other's elbows. Then we ordered drinks, and our kids milk was warm and didn't taste right. Then we ordered our food and waited an HOUR. Yes an hour for burnt ribs, cold French fries, and smothered chicken without cheese. We ordered more bread and that came out 35 minutes later. I watched the couple near us, they arrived, got their food and left before we got our food. The manager said that they were busy. We looked around and it wasn't, only about 10-15 other people around, no line. I was very disappointed with their service. I don't think I will be coming back in long time.
