The food is always fresh and the people working there are friendly I go here at lest once a week

It's about the same food quality as all Subways, but -- as most reviewers have said -- the service is painfully terrible. Last time I went in, the first employee made my sandwich wrong and refused to remake it, and the second employee who was supposed to ring me up took about 15 minutes to even acknowledge I was standing at the register. This location is run by idiots.

You know, it's a Subway. The food doesn't vary much from location to location. The 5 stars go entirely to the staff, particularly the two gentlemen who are usually there what seems most nights around midnight. I would often go in once or twice a week. They are friendly and efficient, which says a lot considering the late hours and the typical post-bar crowd. It's not an easy shift to work! It didn't take them long to remember what we tend to order either, which is always a plus! Thanks late-night crew! :)

We gave up on Subway years ago, but we're night owls and wanted subs the other night. I must say, I was impressed by the food and service. My husband and I shared our old-time favorite, the Spicy Italian, unheated. The lettuce was fresh and crispy, the tomatoes were shockingly fresh and delicious. They were light handed with the oil and vinegar, which we appreciated since it was a carryout order. We ordered a Black Forest ham and provolone sub for our daughters to share the next day, and it was just as well made. The sub rolls were fresh and delicious. No, they aren't the best sandwiches in town, but at 2:00 AM they certainly come close!

I was just in Tucson for a little over a week and I had the pleasure of going to this Subway a couple times. Thank you to a worker nicknamed Cheetos and his fellow employees for a memorable transaction every time. You guys rocked!

Okay, when I lived in Tucson this was a place I went with my friend after work when we weren't given lunch breaks. We knew the service was lacking and we knew there'd be tons of downtown weirdoes and UofA a-holes who stayed up too late drinking and have a craving for "Five. Five dollar. Five dollar footlonnnnngs." Yes, that really happened one night. Anyways, I was in Tucson recently for something else and on the way out (at 1am) my boyfriend and I were hungry. He'd never been here, but I sort of knew what to expect. It was extremely quiet as we were the only customers (I'm not counting the homeless lady sitting in the back of the place talking into the brick she was using as a pretend cellphone and switching seats at the same table over and over). The two guys working seemed nice enough (its Subway, not a freakin' five star establishment). However, I asked for a footlong and the guy started making a chicken sandwich on a six inch. He'd even pressed the meat on to the bread to start making the rest of it. When I told him what I'd actually ordered, he just took the chicken off and put it back then, put the bread right back into the little cabinet thing. I couldn't believe it. What if there'd been a vegetarian or something who would end up with that bread? Or worse, a vegan? It made me wonder what else they recycle at this location. Next, they were out of tea and there was dirt all over the cup that looked like food particles (ick!). I know its 24 hours, but so is Super Wal-Mart...next time I'll just buy something there.

Rarely top notch but always edible. Just don't expect fast service from them at 2am after they've been putting up with drunk college kids and druggies all night. There are a lot of worse options at that time of night.
