Just had the most friendly experience after a not so pleasant time at the location at El Con Mall yesterday. Thank you for a delicious beverage served with a smile... It really does make the coffee taster better!

It is not the best coffee in town, but it sure is consistent. I love the fact that I can walk into any Starbucks in the country and get something that I enjoy. My drink of choice is a tall vanilla bean frappuccino with a shot of espresso, or a grande with two shots if I want a boost. Give it a shot, it is delicious! Anyway, I like this location, check it out!

Worst customer service I have ever received at a Star Bucks. Very simply argot 90% of our order and patiently waited 15 min & realized they must have forgot to make the last drink we ordered. No problem, it happens. But when we brought the issue to the attention of the Barrista she rudely and sarcastically told me I just take them in the order I get them and were busy so you're ill get to your drink in a minute. Took about 20 min to get a drink made. The entire time she was talking to a man (friend, boyfriend or the like) on the other side of the counter not paying any attention to what she was doing. I then asked the girl taking the orders for the managers name and phone number., she then rudely stated I'm taking care of another customer right now, you're going to have to wait. I told her actually we were also customers, who were there first and had not been taken care of appropriately. All I was looking for was a polite "I'm sorry but we'll get right on it). It's not the fact the drinks were made out of order or that I had to wait, but how they handled it when I addressed the issue. With family in town I had just spent about $40 there in the last two days. For the premium you pay at Starbucks over indulgent positive customer service is expected. Won't be visiting this Starbucks at all in the future, nor will my friends and family.

I really like this location. The staff is nice and helpful. I have never had a bad experience and it is a typical Starbucks. It is just a normal experience...

Pricey for a Starbucks...although I do have to say I very much appreciate the fact you were open on Christmas Day. My family thoroughly enjoyed it. Thank you.

Pricey, but overall the best place for a tasty Venti Vanilla Latte. Love the Lemon Pound cake w/white glaze frosting poured on top, soothes the sweet tooth and goes well with your java! : )
