Great service, always a great coffee and nice place to hang out. I went here with a good friend of mine and as we sat down, there was a guy coming over us and gave her a necklace and gave me a ring and said that he doesn't need it anymore so he gave us the jewelry. We both ended up giving him back those jewelry. It was a weird weird day..

This is the first Starbucks I've seen with the new La Boulangerie pastries. I didn't try any other them, but compared to the Starbucks offereings they replaced, I was very underwhelmed. All the pastries look 1/2 the size as before. Notably different and not as appetizing was the Iced Lemon Pound Cake. That was my favorite. But judging just by the size of the pastries, I'm not impressed.

The place is too loud to get any work done. The environment feels a bit tense because there are too many employees talking and laughing just as loud as the customers. It doesn't have the sophisticated feeling as the other Starbucks I have gone to in Tucson.

I don't normally review Starbucks for the most part they're okay but this location has a few people with attitude problems. The location is good and they're fairly quick but not anything that stands out as far as the Starbucks chain goes.

The drinks were good. But when you order and are charged for a venti I also expect the cup to be filled more then half way.

It's high time I reviewed my work neighborhood Starbucks. Over the last 6 yeas there have been periods of time where I've been here at least once a day. Sometimes I just need to get the heck out of Dodge so my friend and I walk over from the office. Then there are the "I'm starving because I didn't have breakfast" days, and the "I am in serious need of caffeine days" and the "I'm totally craving something sweet" days or maybe even the "I didn't bring lunch and don't feel like driving anywhere days". I will admit that sometimes the staff isn't always overly friendly right up front; however, I've definitely seen improvement in this area over the last 6 months. Lately I don't think I've walked in the door that I haven't been greeted. They are always friendly at the counter and sometimes even remember our usual orders. My friend and I do our best to provide comedic relief for them. Most of the time we get a laugh. There was the whole "hot morning buns" conversation with the guy at the register once but maybe that story is better left for another time. I don't think they've ever messed up my drink order. They are patient and accommodating when my friend wants a chai tea latte made with a tea bag rather than the mix, and I want a caramel machiatto made with coffee rather than espresso. As for the consumables, the coffee is still Starbucks coffee - enough said. I do like the tea offerings. I also like the breakfast sandwiches. The pastry case, as in any Starbucks, can be hit or miss. I border on the Yay! I'm a fan, but then I ask myself "if there was another option within walking distance would I still choose this Starbucks?" Probably not, but this place is A-OK.

I have recently been going to this Starbuck's more due to the fact all my meetings are very close to this location. I was having a bad day and they asked how I was doing and I said terrible and they gave me a free drink. It was really great and kind. I went there the following day and the barista asked if I was having a better day. It was great to know they remembered me and cared enough to ask. I am really impressed by this location!

This is my favorite Starbucks! I love the baristas! They are so nice and helpful and patient with my kids when I bring them for smoothie dates. :).

I don't know why this Starbucks has such low reviews. The only downside to this place is the fact that they don't have a drive thru. Other than that, I used to go here every day because it was close to where I lived. They were always speedy and the staff is some of the friendliest of any Starbucks. It got to the point where I would go there and they would have my drink ready for me by the time I paid. They also have a nice outdoor area to sit at.

I'm going to "lovably" dub this location as the Snafu Starbucks. This location runs out of menu items more frequently than any other Starbucks in town. Come after 8 on a weekday and they're pretty picked over on breakfast items. You'd think they'd eventually figure out to stock adequately to meet demand. Still more frustrating are inexplicably long waits--even when there are just one or two other customers in the place--and the frequency with which they mix up orders. Today I waited a ridiculously long time for a breakfast sandwich, was handed a bag by the barista, and got home to find myself stuck with a multigrain bagel. Um, thanks?

How is it possible that a coffee place is bad? I actually like Starbucks but this one does not stand up to others. My favorite Starbucks happens to be in a grocery store which is hilarious since they are actually employed by the store. This location I have hit up at least 10 times and each time the service has been less than adequate. Too bad because I would gladly keep spending money there.

Every Starbucks is the same bland, boring, sterile yuppie infested, "I'm in a rush, get my latte quick" type place. Awful Coffee, lousy rude service, terrible sandwiches, overpriced everything. I avoid it always unless I get a free gift card.

Stopped by this morning. My drink was alright but the place smelled like burnt coffee like usual. There were actually seats open today. Most of the time there is barely enough room to wait.

There are always 4 employees stuffed in the closet space that is the single order counter of this tiny Starbucks. No wonder they are so impatient and rude.

It's a Starbucks. They have a few drinks that I like. It is a handy location with easy parking. Good staff. It is a little tricky getting in and out at certain times due to traffic.

I've had good service at every other Starbucks I've ever been to! At this location the lady who took my order was so snobby and acted like it was a chore to take my order when thats her job and she didn't even get my order correct. The cold brew was so bitter it was hard to drink. They should try to work on their friendliness and hospitality skills.

I was a barista at one of the Tucson coffee shops with a cult following, so usually Starbucks is just average for me. But this Starbucks truly breaks the mold. They're incredible! One of the baristas is such a ham and really made my day. I don't know his name... Tall with curly hair. Even now as I write this review he is checking in with his regulars about their kids and weekend golf games. The other baristas are also very kind. And my drink is delicious and at a perfect 140 degrees (not my request, I'm not one of those customers). I just moved to a condo near this Starbucks and I'll will definitely be adding this one to my weekly routine.

I am giving this a 5 star review because the 1 and 2 star reviewers are hopefully long gone! It's really more like a 4 just because it's Starbucks, but I would like to defend the employees. I have found most of them very friendly. They don't know my name but they seem to know many people that come in around 9ish, which is when I pop in a couple times a week. The music is at just the right level and the ONE time they flubbed up my order, it was super busy and they more than made up for it. One of the managers knows who I am and even though O don't called by my name, they make me feel welcomed here and that's what I like.

Meh...it's a Starbucks. What can I say. It's close to home but I've only been once and honestly I would rather drive 5 miles down Campbell and get some seriously bomb coffee. I swore off corporate coffee a couple of years ago and every now and then I end up having to come for one reason or another. I ordered a Dirty Chai and it was horrible. Tasteless honestly. I could barely taste the Chai and there was no spice at all. It was probably the blandest tasting Dirty Chai I've ever had. That's really all I have. No love loss here Starbuck's

I decided to review my neighborhood Starbucks, mainly because of the nice people that work there. The barista named Kimmy is always smiling and calling me "dear". It is appreciated. Starbucks is Starbucks for the most part and although I am not a huge fan of their coffee... I can easily review it for their tea. Favorites at Starbucks for me are- iced green tea, iced passion tea and iced chai tea. The new addition to Starbucks are these cute and yummy petite sized treats. The red velvet whoopie pie is a favorite of mine. I find it quite challenging to resist getting one of those petite treats. Bottom line of my review is, I am a fan of my local Starbucks.
