A comfortable, clean, intimate space. Always have experienced friendly staff and positive service. I've come here many times to study or meet up with friends to chat. (Or when giftcards were wanted to be used, since the Starbucks in Barnes and Noble at the mall does not take them). Chipotle, Subway, and Baskin Robbins are in the same strip, so catering different tastes is quite easy. Outdoor seating is set off to the side of the building and is more spacious then most Starbucks outdoor seating areas.

Will not come here again. This place is so slow and unfriendly. They have a new barista and the staff is not being supportive. I was not greeted at the register and not given my pastry after ordering. Then the barista is new and I totally understand but she doesn't know how to make all drinks yet but the staff is not explaining anything to her and you can see she is struggling. She made my drink wrong and now have been in Starbucks for 15 waiting for my drink....and I was first in line. I'll drive further and take my business elsewhere.

RE: THEIR NEW BREAKFAST SANDWICHES. I always enjoy visiting here. Very nice barristers and customers alike. Right across from where I work. I wanted to mention the new breakfast sandwiches just rolled out. There are 5-6 choices, on artisan bread or muffins. They sell for around $3.25 or so each. I tasted a sausage/Cheddar cheese one. Very fresh muffin, moist folded egg and melted cheese. Served very hot and fast, too. It does not have any condiments on it so if you like it moist, add butter or whatever goody. Gary got a bacon/Gouda one on artisan bread, very fresh bread, also with melted cheese and folded egg. They were filling and tasty but for me, don't take the place of a fresh-cooked egg. Might be a little rich at the price because there are cheaper options for this type of breakfast sandwich out there, but it's well prepared, nice quality, and a good option when on the run and needing protein.

Good Starbucks. It is usually busy when I go there but the line moves quick. Good location for me. The staff is friendly. clean.

Despite a long line, it moved FAST. The staff was nicer than average, and they clearly knew their regulars. No drive thru

My sister frequented this Starbucks location more than I did while we were living in Tucson, but here's what *I* have to say: It's clean, the employees were friendly (except one who laughed at my Visa Card picture, but maybe I deserved it--I had my picture on my credit card), the deserts they had the last time I went in were delicious (okay, I didn't try everything, but the chocolate cupcake was good), and they made my Caramel Light Frappacino perfectly (because I like my drinks light and my sweets packed full of awfulness and sugar--I'm full of contradictions like that). When my sister went, she said they had her and her ex-boyfriend's order down to a "T," which I thought was kind of cool. Otherwise, it's a decent, typical Starbucks. Nothing awful, nothing exceptionally noteworthy...yet, here I am...making a note. Ha.

Super friendly staff! They always help remind me to use my starbucks card so I can get points to earn free drinks to further feed my starbucks addiction haha. The only downside is no drive thru but there is nothing better than walking into the smell of starbucks in the morning! Can't go wrong with any drink! The reason I didn't give 5 stars: this location is ALWAYS running out of the featured drinks

Not a drive-thru location, which is always disappointing. And this location is especially small inside w/only 8 small tables and limited seating. The staff was fairly nice, but the reason for the two-star rating was an epic fail on this location's part...how the hell do you not have any dark roast brewed? And then not even offer to brew some!? WTF? I desperately needed caffeine and had already walked in, so I settled for the Pike w/a shot and 4 splenda. Let me just say, that was the worst $2.71 I have spent at an SBucks to date and shame on this location for not having dark roast and denying me a well-intentioned caffeine fix!

Love the location and staff, particularly James. He's one of the best mixologists (my preferred term) for making wonderfully delightful coffee and tea drinks. Hope this location does really well because it deserves it from my experiences there. - Steve Newcomb, Tucson, AZ

Shittiest green tea latte ever. It has a ton of precipitate. Every sip contains chunks of green tea powder. Asked the barista (chick with red highlights) to reshake it better. She half assed it and returned my cup to me wet. It still had unmixed chunks of powder and a thick layer at the bottom. Somebody please retrain this girl!

This is one of the finest Starbucks I've ever been to. I only order plain black coffee, so I cannot speak to the quality of all of their drinks. But, I've been coming here very early in the morning for the last week to work. Each morning, the staff has been extremely friendly not only to me, but consistently to everyone who comes in throughout the morning. They know several of their regular customers by name, and are always asking them specific questions about themselves, as follow-up to past conversations. As people leave, they wish them a good day. They are clearly a cheerful bunch and I appreciate how they go the extra mile. Thanks, crew!

Slower than slow today! Four people in the front. One mopping. One guy looking lost. Two other girls going back and forth getting stuff. Looked disorganized. 10 min to get a tall cafe Americano w steamed cream. I also didn't have anyone in front of me. Rational?? Couldn't tell ya.
