Love love love this newly created drive thru starbucks & it has amazing seating as well as the outside hanging place is to die for. I'm sure to be back in the near future. Fast service even when in a rush always smiling and never rushing always patient and willing to assist you with your needs.

Slowest Starbucks ever. I downloaded the yelp app and left this review in the time it took to place my order and get it, 2 cars back from the box. This isn't the first time. Very nice staff, and great new location. Couches outside are a nice touch. Please...pick up the pace!

I've visited this location many times and have come to the conclusion that it's a 50/50 chance that I'll get the right order and/or in a reasonable amount of time as well. I'll use this location for the I just don't have a spare minute to go to another location or I'll simply go without. Frustrating.

What can I say..... it's a Starbucks. The drive-thru is faster than other ones I have gone through. Nice new building...friendly staff. I enjoy going to this Starbucks. Funny thing is there is also a Starbucks inside the Fry's in the same plaza.

I was in there with a friend and he has frequented there several times. When they call the customers name to pick up their order I could barely hear the name called and I have good ears. They only say it once and if your talking to someone you might miss it and your drink will either get hot or cold. My friend ordered a cold coffee drink that he usually orders. This time they got the orders wrong 3 times. Almost making us late for church. They don't know what customer service is. I won't go back there again.

This is a new location on speedway and pantano. When I pulled up there were no cars in the parking lot or in the drive thru. Weird right?! I wasn't even sure if they were open. They were. I ordered a dirty chai with two shots of espresso. I'm shaking as I text this review lol. Maybe I'll get one shot next time. Anyway, this place is super clean and has the best Starbucks bathroom I've ever been in. There are plenty of places to sit and outlets galore. The outside patio is HUGE and has very nice seating. I'll probably make this location my regular spot versus the one on broadway and kolb. I love Starbucks!

People are friendly, the place is always clean, and it's a Starbucks. So you know the menu. Stop by if your thirsty, they have a drive through btw.

Brand new shop, wasn't too busy when I was here. It hasn't have the upbeat energy like some other more established one just yet. It will get there sooner or later. I do like the big table in the middle btw.

Five stars for a great layout and views. Ample seating inside includes a long community table. The wrap around patio has a long couch-like seating along with a half dozen tables. While waiting in line you don't feel like you are bumping up against seated patrons due to the spacious interior. The staff seems well trained and friendly. There is adequate parking and a drive thru ( don't try to get into the drive thru if you enter from Pantano - it is best approached from the Speedway entrance or from behind the adjoining Burger King).

The location is outstanding and the staff is excellent. It is without question the best Starbucks location I have visited. Granted, I am not much of a coffee drinker and have only been to 4 or 5 locations in my entire life, but this store is at the top of the "World Class Customer Service" list. I am known to have a plain bagel with cream cheese and a BTL (Arnold Palmer). The one time they made my drink wrong (because I was chatting up the young man and distracted him), they offered to remake my drink without hesitation. In fact, he caught his mistake as he was handing me the cup. I took the drink he offered and told him to not worry about it (I felt a little responsible, I think he was new and I was distracting him). They remembered the next time I came in and comped me my drink. I know you have a lot of choices when buying coffee in Tucson, but I promise you will not be disappointed if you choose to visit this location. Not on product, customer service, or their commitment to our community.

I have been to this Starbucks several times since it has opened and am really pleased by the friendly staff and the coffee. I wouldn't recommend always going into the drive-thru since it's packed often with cars. Therefore, I will share a small secret with you.... behind the Starbucks building is more parking (that's where I go). You can park your car, walk inside, order and be out faster than those waiting in the drive-thru. I have saved so much time doing this. I'm serious! I get my Iced White Chocolate Mocha (and a sugar treat) far faster than those waiting in line in their car. It saves me serious time. I think the staff have a good multi-tasking system, but I have never had to wait at the counter in-store to have my order taken and it only took the barista less than two minutes to have my drink ready for me. Each Starbucks is different, I have been to other locations where it was ok waiting in the drive-thru. Plus, there is very comfy seating outdoors (like a super large couch). My bum doesn't always like sitting in hard metal chairs so the outdoor couch is a nice change.

I didn't have to wait very long which was great. When I ordered my coffee the cashier was very friendly. When I got my coffee it was very fast and the guy had a excellent customer service.
