Barista's are very friendly and knowledgeable about deals and promotions. They also gave great suggestions for new things to try. Very quick service and plenty of room to sit/stand/wait.

I am not going to say much about the coffee and the product at this store because unless you live under a rock you probably are well aware of Starbucks. If you do happen to live under the rock I will just say this, I like coffee and Starbucks is awesome. This Store is great for that morning coffee just before heading into the office, this is also happens to be when I frequent it the most. Sometimes the line can get crazy when a rush of people looking for their morning fix rush through the door but don't panic, these people are professionals and will handle it with ease. Starbucks employees are typical friendly and professional and I can say that the same is true here. So if you happen to be reading a review of Starbucks go check it out! Don't forget your treat receipt if you have a sweet tooth.

Meh. This location was pretty dirty, the windows were absolutely streaked with handprints, the floors looked like they hadn't been swept in two days, and why are there homeless people next to the front doors sleeping? Sketchy.

Love Starbucks! Venti passion tea lemonade with raspberry.....so so good! The baristas here are super nice & know what they're doing.

This run-of-the-mill Starbucks has outdoor seating with misters, which has been a treat on several triple degree weather days here in Tucson. I've only been here on the weekends, where it's usually been moderately busy. But the employees seem to be as organized & efficient as any other Starbucks. Did I mention the misters?

I am sorry to say that, but probably Manager doesn't do a good job, or staff isn't right for this place! It's horrible! From my first day here, the girls forget what I ordered, they don't call the drinks when it's ready, they always apologize for their mistakes with almost every second client! At least, they are grumpy in the morning! Finally, 6 am in the morning, and the restrooms are so dirty, unbelievable! It shouldn't happened in the Starbucks of US !!! And delivered food in the boxes is standing by the restrooms!!!

Everyday I drive past River and Campbell and drive the extra distance to both this location at Wetmore or the Sbux on Stone for quality service. The morning crew here is probably the most cohesive team I've seen, completing beverages quickly and accurately, and it only took the team a few weeks to memorize my drink and my name. Impressive, especially considering that at a majority of the other locations the baristas still look at me blankly while holding their Sharpies, even after 6-7 years. I really feel valued as a customer at this location, and that's what makes all the difference.

Starbucks is the most popular coffee shop chain in the world, and for a damn good reason, too. I can't think of a better excuse to spend $5 on a liquid, caffeine-laden dessert-in-a-cup-- something which has little nutritional value but is FULL of emotional satisfaction-- than a Venti Frappuccino. The only reason there isn't a fifth star to be found in my review is because, while their coffee is very good, it still doesn't best a locally-roasted, artfully-crafted cup of coffee (Black Crown Coffee Co., I'm looking at you!) Of all the locations I go to, this is the one I frequent most. Every visit I've had has been pleasant, and the staff here in particular are charming and full of warm smiles. Good for you, Starbucks. And curse you for being so delicious and addictive!

Good location, close to my mechanic Buck's Automotive, Walmart plaza, Battery Plus, etc. Very friendly staff, almost always upbeat, and great customers -that's what really counts when looking for good conversations.

I have hit this Starbucks twice on my way to work during not so busy times and wow, the service is slow! The first time I came there were 4 baristas working and only one of them making drinks...taking his sweet time making them too. I came again for a second time about a week later and the service was still slow. I have always been impressed with every Starbucks I've been too & their timeliness but this one in particular was shockingly so sloooowww!

The staff here is amazing. I have went to other Starbucks and even repeated business there and they always struggle with my name, this Starbucks still remembers it even after they don't see me for a bit. It's nice to be known or at least feel that way. They also make amazing and flavorful drinks! I haven't ever had have them remake my drink! Thank you!

Everything about this Starbucks sucks. Dirty windows, sketchy toilets, bums hanging around the entry. Mostly, the store manager is a deceitful, self-serving piece of crap. A dreadful woman who will give you a smile and stab you in the back. The testy all female staff of teenagers is always busy amusing each other while customers wait and wait. Go somewhere else for coffee.

This Starbucks is consistently great. I registered a gift card online, so I get free soy and free syrup. If you get a tall misto, your total is somewhere around $2 and it tastes just as good as a latte. There are definitely ways to save at Starbucks. A few weeks ago, they had a buy one get one free holiday drink promotion. Anyway, my drinks are always consistently the right temperature, and every drink tastes like it is made from an experienced barista. If you ask for a triple-shot venti peppermint white mocha and a scone, your order is going to be around $8, so be careful! But the staff has always been friendly to me, and most of the time I am in and out within five minutes.

The barristas at this location are very friendly and completely focused on making every customer feel welcomed and valued. They work hard to assure that whatever your chosen Starbucks beverage, it is served the way you like it. One of the barristas, I think his name is Allen, is especially charming and works hard to make your experience in this store delightful so that you will return often. There are countless Starbucks, but it is the staff at this one that makes it memorable.

I go to many starbucks, all over town and this one is a pretty good one as well. I mean good service, good coffee, good music, clean bathrooms and beautiful staff! Pretty much cant complain about starbucks itself. The only complaint I would have is the location. It's not the best location but you always have people outside the area or near asking for change. But that can't be blamed on Starbucks. Overall it's a decent place.

This Starbucks, is just like any other, except-the staff. The staff here is excellent. That is why they get three stars. The location is small, the seating is mostly for one or two people and there are just one or two places that will accommodate a small group. The location is not easy to get in and out of. People driving down Wetmore are evil and never let you out and you are in a parking lot filled with Walmart, Taco Bell and Best buy customers--so it is always busy. At night this area is slightly sketchy, especially bc of the Wally world customers. It attracts an interesting breed, especially at this location. Don't get me wrong, I frequent this Walmart, but the peeps are seriously, interesting to say the least. So beware. Oh and it gets busy in the am, slightly less than River and Stone, but there is no drive through here to speed things up.

I guess it was ok, I am just use to the staff at my usual SB's remembering me. Spoiled yes. The staff was nice, and the coffee exceptional. I paid with my iPhone app. That's always fun. I will go back to my usual Starbucks from now on.

I kept getting Skinny Ventis from the drive through Starbucks on Campbell and Broadway by mistake and these gals gave me a corrected one on the house. Great customer service everytime. Always attentive and patient when I go several times a week.

Update: Stopped in for a cup not too long ago during the evening. Of course staff does rotate so these were not the same chicks as before. The women working that night had children (or at least one of them did) doing a lot of running around the place. Honestly I did not know whose children were whose - between staff and the customers. Still, this team was much nicer (even if they weren't paying any attention to us - I'd rather be ignored than have to deal with someone's PMS!)
