This is the first Starbucks ive ever been to, and by far the best! I love the friendly atmosphere and how quick they have your order ready. Plus, plenty of places to hangout inside and out.

Honestly I used to come here every day... Yes they used to pay attention to what you ordered and even know you by name... I've been going to this Starbucks 4+ yrs and this the third time in different occasions that I've been rushed to take my drink order.. The cashier didn't even listen when I said I wanted to load my gold card first so I can get my star, not to mention he took more time with the guy with 7 drinks in one order, ahead of me. Then paying attention to what I had ordered. And then it still came out wrong in the end. I understand they are trying to work faster however you are losing guest service experiences all around.. And by reviewing this I can tell I'm not the only that feels this way... Miss all the old crew here.. The newbies need to step up there game. Or another coffee shop will be getting my money.

Great customer service and delicious drinks! This is my favorite Starbucks in the city. It is in a great location, and the staff has an unbelievable memory. Everyone is super nice, and I've never had a mistake on my order at this location. This place can get a little busy, but the staff here knows how to pumps out consistently delicious drinks with ease. I've never had to wait more than five minutes, even with a dozen people in front of me. This Starbucks is what the rest of the locations should aspire to be!

I love this Starbucks. I enjoy that they remember me and my order. It's so nice and refreshing to walk into a place and they call you by name. Great Hospitality! The store always looks clean bathroom are maintained. Great job!!

I'm sorry, but I wasn't impressed with this Starbucks. I stopped in before I got my pedicure on Friday and the line was not only stupid long, but they only had two people working behind the counter (at 4pm). A cashier and a barista. That's it. Nobody washing dishes, nobody taking drink orders ahead of time, etc. I paid for my drink and went over to the bar area to get it. Oh wait a minute, there wasn't a place to wait- they had tables crammed all the way up to the bar area and there were at least 6 people standing there before me (all waiting for their drinks). The barista looked swamped and I felt bad for him, but I've never experienced that big of a backup at any Starbucks (and I've been there at some baaaad times). I tried the skinny mocha. It was okay, but nothing to write home about,
It's Starbucks, ya' know? And there's nothing wrong with that. I like this location; in the morning, the west-facing patio is out of the sun's death rays. The staff are usually caffeinated enough to be friendly. And there always seems to be nice people in this store. It's no Exo, but it's a nice Starbucks at a nice location.

Came in for a quick cup of caffeinated energy post food coma and was actually impressed. In and out with the correct order and a smile from the friendly barista. This place doesn't have a drive thru, but visiting from Austin and recently having issues with several locations not getting my super simple order of a tall dark roast with a shot and 4 splenda right, I might be willing to forego the vehicular convenience for getting exactly what i ordered. So 4-stars for giving me what I asked for in a timely manner and with a smile...would you be interested in relocating to North Austin?

They were crazy busy when I stopped by, but did the best they could with the staffing. One barista, (Daniel, I think?) was exceptionally good - making chit-chat with a number of customers and remembering a lot of them by name while whipping up drinks. I'm sure I'll be back.

At the time when I lived near by here, this was the perfect coffee place for me to go, since it was like literally 3 mins away. I loved it here due to the short distance. My coffee here was greatly made and the people here were friendly. Since I moved I will miss this spot!

If I'm going to go to a Starbucks (primarily for the lemon pound cake), this is one of my favorite locations in Tucson. Convenient parking, generous seating areas inside and out, and friendly staff. The lines can get kind of long, but generally my drink (and lemon pound cake) are delivered quickly enough.

This has got to be the biggest Starbucks in Tucson that I have found. Plenty of seating (indoors and out). It could be their big open glass windows that emits so much light that it makes the space look bigger, unlike the other dark, low lit ones. And like all the Starbucks everywhere the barista is super nice and cheer-y :)

i'm not a big fan but here and there i will go. sunday mornigns with a few gym bros. and the few times i do go i do enjoy it. coffee is coffee but seasons blends are the shit.

Super busy location, but the baristas here know how to handle busyness. They don't flinch when you give them a large order or a special drink with 4 specifications. You may have to wait a couple minutes for your drink, but it will be amazing - the espresso is strong!
