This place is very busy at weekend on the Morning because it is located in Tucson Spectrum mall, the staff is very hurry for working but they are very professional to take orders from the clients, 4 star.

I really hate this Starbucks. My drink is always wrong. Drive thru takes 40 minutes on average. Inside takes 20 minutes. Employees are always laughing, like excuse me, just make my drink, I don't care if you're happy. But it's the only one on the south side so I don't boycott like I should. (Angsty sigh)

Thought I could give it another chance. This is what I said.."iced grande quad shot with 4 pumps white mocha"...then she asked of it was a latte or an espresso.....so I broke it down for her and said "grande with 4 shots of espresso and 4 pumps of white mocha and then fill the cup with ice, no milk"....my total 3.62...the wait time wasn't slow as molasses slow, I waited 7-10 min max....but when I got my drink, it was in a tall cup with light ice and I had about an inch of room. Maybe I'm too picky, I didn't even bother to change it. I wonder what I would've gotten had I ordered in a venti...anyways this Starbucks is going to be remodeled, I hope their customer service will be too

Seriously slow!!! By far the slowest Starbucks I've been too. And it's 11am...not what I'd think of as peak hours. And a "couldn't care less" attitude from the girl who gave me my drink.

Literally the worst drive through ever, it takes almost an hour at times to get through and has to be the slowest Starbucks in all of Tucson

Took 15 Min to get caramel iced coffee when there was hardly anyone in front of me and it tasted like nothing. I think this is a drive thru first type place. They get priority. Be prepared to wait forever.

Trying to figure how service can be so slow when there are 8 people working behind the counter. Worst Starbucks I've ever been to.

I was not a Starbucks fan until recently! Now I can't get enough of it! Especially this location! Everyone u always super friendly and they love my little Yorkie through the window (she goes for the car ride). They always get it right from my difficult drink to my simple iced coffee. And you can connect to the wifi in the drive thru!

This place should be called Starsucks. Slowest service ever. 30 min for an iced tea and iced coffee. The employees response was that they have a lot of customers. Guess what, hire more help. Completely oblivious.

One of the slowest Starbucks I have ever been to. Whenever I have to go inside (because of the backed up drive through) there are unpacked boxes all over the store. Not your typical Starbucks....

They make the drinks pretty good and the workers are super friendly but, service is slow.. But thats probably because they're always busy and their drive-thru is always backup.

I am not Starbucks-prone, preferring my coffee from either Espresso Art on University or Coffee Times on Speedway. But I cannot always get to the midtown area, so this is where I end up sometimes. I have had terrible experiences with Starbucks in the past. The coffee. Not the employees or the ambiance. But the folks at this particular location know how to make an iced latte! And the place is comfortable. And likely because of its close proximity to Pima Community College and being that it is one of very few cafes on this side of town (right off the interstate, too) it is often busy. But it has a decent amount of seating, even a few lounge chair/sofas. Also, nice floor to ceiling-windows that are south-facing make for a nice amount of natural light. Otherwise, it's your standard Starbucks. They do sell little sandwiches and salads here. The croissants are pretty good -- large and buttery, as they should be. The music is usually at a mellow volume and is Starbucks-typical: Jazz and neosoul lots of times. And free wi-fi! That's always a strong draw.

Busy drive thru just steps from prime shopping like Old Navy, Ross & Sports Authority. My only beef was that they were using ill-fitting lids for their cold drinks. Even though they were apologetic about it and free with the napkins, it was a situation that needed serious fixing especially when ordering a sticky caramel drink on the go. Hopefully they get their act together!

I love this Starbucks! The baristas are super friendly, especially Anye (spelling?), and they work fast too.

Product and employees are great but the drive thru has to be the slowest in the country. You are lucky if you get through it in less then 10 min.

I've tried the drive in and walking in here..frankly park your car and walk in - it's faster. Other than that - its typical Stabucks far and typical friendly Starbucks staff.

Not a fan of this location. I don't really frequent any Starbucks because I love my Circle K coffee. The coffee is good enough here, what I would expect from Starbucks. The parking is difficult and somewhat crazy which makes this place a zoo. The reason I stop here is because this place is right off the freeway and there is a great Wi-Fi connection.

Great place with fabulous people behind the counter. Always cheerful and go the extra mile. Great coffee and awesome conversion;)

This is a good place to stop by and get your FREE Wifi work done, the staff is always friendly as they are in every starbucks place I've ever been to, I recommend the Iced Green Tea, with Vanilla syrup, but ask for it with no water, they put plenty of ice and it will be so good and refreshing! Give it a try!

Drive through----waiting over 10 minutes JUST to get to the area to order. So, I tried going inside the next time---same ridiculous wait, with one person in front of me. The barista's and cashiers were soo crazy slow. If you're considering Starbucks in this area, you're better off going to the Target in the same parking lot and buying the ready-to-brews, your own coffee maker, and you'll get it quicker that way. PASS....

It's Starbucks. It's on Tucson's Southside. There is wifi. The staff are friendlier than most other Starbucks. There is rarely a long wait inside.

I have to agree that this appears to be a slow Starbucks. Then again, maybe it was just that they served the wrong drink without a name and then moved on to the next last time I was here. When this was corrected and the right drink served, it was accompanied by a "Next Drink is on the House" voucher. That was classy, and saved the place from a two-star rating. Free wifi as well for what it is worth. That is unfortunately outweighed in my opinion by the store's location--the largest, crappiest parking lot sprawl in all of Tucson.
