They finally hit bottom. I ordered the big plate combo with Beijing beef, teriyaki chicken, orange chicken and then a steamed veggie/chow mien side and spring rolls. I ordered through the drive thru. I swear it was cold, old and nasty. The Beijing beef was crispy and over cooked and like it had been reheated so many times it no longer identified as beef...yet it was cold! ? The teriyaki chicken was fatty and cold , the orange chicken was like the Beijing beef...cold and old and tasted like it had been sitting under a heat lamp all day which doesn't explain why it was cold. The steamed vegetables were wilted...how do steamed vegetables become wilted and dry? It was like they packaged my food several hours before and had it sitting under a heat lamp for the first two hours and then on the counter waiting for me for at least three. Even a hobo would have felt worried whether it was fit to eat! The spring rolls lacked the usual character and tasted like tasteless mush. Mush I tell you! MUSH! Yuck! My first instinct was to call and complain but I thought about it. Then I figured I'd drive all the way back and dare the manager to eat a bite of each item and tell me it was up to their standards. Then I thought about it some more and I realized it was just inexcusable and could only be this way by a lack of leadership. So why complain to a leaderless leader! I am never going back...

I'm so grossed out right now. We just stopped in to grab a quick bite while out school shopping. We decided to eat inside since it's 100 degrees outside right now. From the second we ordered our food the staff was rude and unfriendly. After we paid and walked over to our dirty table. I cleaned it off and we sat down to eat. While we were eating we watched each employee except the cooks, take a piece of food off the main food area, walk into the lobby and eat it. They were like little mice grabbing a small piece of food and eating it before walking back into the kitchen area. Each one was well aware of the cameras as they faced the beverage station. The worst part was none of them washed their hands and went right back to serving food. So gross! I saw one person actually working while we there and I asked for her name. It was Jennifer, she didn't eat any food off the main food area, she just cleaned the whole time we were there. This is not a usual experience for Panda Express. I'm so grossed out! @PandaExpress

I was wondering why people like Panda Express so I finally tried it, namely the popular "premium" walnut shrimp, and the orange chicken, and I am still wondering why people like Panda Express. Also, I believe they claim to use no msg, but I am suspicious of that because the latter dish sure tasted like it had a lot in there. Sweet dishes, and very strangely spiced. They should have left the Church's fried chicken joint in this space that was here before. Really.

Excellent service! Fast, friendly and moving with "a sense of urgency" which I always appreciate when I'm standing in line waiting my turn.

So I picked up some food via the drive thru window and surprisingly the service was was quick; handing me my entire order as soon as I paid. The food was good with one exception. The new Surf n Turf was not as advertised nor as pictured on the web site or on the outside menu. I received only one shrimp and my wife got only two shrimp. There was a little more meat but the dish was consumed with too many potatoes. I'd say that over 50% of the dish consisted of potatoes. We'll never order it again. The Orange Chicken was the usual fare. The Beef n Broccoli was the usual "hide the beef in mountains of broccoli" you see most everywhere. I liked the Chicken Egg Rolls and the boy loved the Cream Cheese Rangoon. The fried rice was standard but leaned more to the bland side. Overall you get what you pay for... $25 to feed three people via a drive thru lane. Hot, fast and cheap.

Smaller than the Pandas I'm used too but seemed clean and organized. Multiple employees asked for help when I needed it )they didn't know another was getting something for me). That's great considering many times they assume your being helped and then you get overlooked or they don't help you. Quick service.

Chinese Cuisine

The popularity of Chinese food in America can be adjudicated by the appearance of China Town in many major cities in the United State of America. The popular trend of ordering or opting for Chinese take away food isn't unknown in America. Chinese take away food comes to rescue when you're too tired from work or too exhausted to cook. No one can resist the temptation of eating spicy noodles, shrimp, chicken, beef or pork cooked in the sweet and spicy sauce. The cooking method of authentic Chinese food is a lot different compared to what is served in America.

Generally, Chinese use dark meat small bones and organs to cook dishes but this changes when you are eating American-Chinese fusion food prepared using white boneless meat cooked with broccoli, carrots and onions. Back in China, the food is less spicy and oily as they favor steaming and braising method for cooking the most popular dishes. So, if you have a taste for authentic Chinese food, then try finding a real Chinese restaurant in the city. You can also try the most popular fusion Chinese food like Pecking Duck, Chicken Feet, Hot Pot, Shrimp Dumpling Soup, Mapo Tofu, Wontons, Chop Suey, Egg Rolls and not to forget Fortune Cookies.

There are not many restaurants in America serving authentic Chinese food. A little research on Restaurant Listings directory can help you locate the best Chinese restaurants in the city. Chinese cuisine is continuously evolving, and you can find a variety of dishes categorized as the food for lactose intolerant, gluten intolerant, vegan, vegetarian, and diabetic friendly. So, if you have a group of friends with different taste patterns, save the hassle and visit the nearest Chinese restaurant in your city.
