We went here with family, party of 8. Service was OK, food was OK. The hot and sour soup was very good, the rest of the food had to have very large amounts of sugar and salt because next day all of us were sick. To top things.......... I gave the server two gift certificates and he used only one towards our bill, the lower value of course. Good thing I checked the bill and I told him that there were two gift certificates, he went back and he said that it was a mistake..... I don't think so. Not going to this place again.

Drinks were watery, the egg rolls were bland, and the lettuce wraps were served with the ends of iceberg lettuce, not sure why they aren't using Bibb lettuce. The one positive was our server, she was very attentive and nice.

One of my favorite restaurants in Tucson, food is fresh and has great variety, execution and it has somewhat wow factor. Consistency in flavors for same dish is not great (pat Tai) but every single time it has a special touch (different) but good enough to make you keep eating more. I strongly believe reviews are to build up instead of just voicing a complaint. And also to recognize how well business are doing. The only advice for this place to be even better is to focus on customer service when sitting parties and getting the right server. Especially if you are like me that enjoys to sit far from the bar and get a fireplace in the middle of the table when it's cold. Also, drinks are costume made and only some employees go the extra mile to make you comfortable. Over all is a great place to celebrate life's moments.

what a great place. the food is always fresh and has a great flavor, the server kendyl r was on the spot whenever we wanted something. the manager Cheryl p stopped by several times to check how everything was[ which was awesome]. we have been many times and always left happy and full. while my wife had the egg rolls and I ordered the spinach w/garlic both were very good, first time we had the salt and pepper prawns, very nice taste and a lot of them for the price. we will return again and again.

Dinner for four. Appetizers, lettuce wraps and dumplings, both very good. Variety of main courses, all tasty and ample quantity. Prices much less than expected. Server, Dave, kudos! Linens and cloth napkins, classy. A pleasant evening.

So a 7 pm reservation for 10 people and they seat you at 745 and takes til 8 for water to arrive. Food is average Chinese takeout for 50% more in price and 1/3rd the quantity. Staff is hurried and the place is noisy. Just like all the other PF Changs.

Tried the Dim Sum Lunch $7.95 for 6 dumplings ,a cup of egg drop soup and an extra $3.95 for a bag of tea with hot water in a fancy pot. $15.00 total with tip. A bit pricy for me but service was great.

Chinese Cuisine

The popularity of Chinese food in America can be adjudicated by the appearance of China Town in many major cities in the United State of America. The popular trend of ordering or opting for Chinese take away food isn't unknown in America. Chinese take away food comes to rescue when you're too tired from work or too exhausted to cook. No one can resist the temptation of eating spicy noodles, shrimp, chicken, beef or pork cooked in the sweet and spicy sauce. The cooking method of authentic Chinese food is a lot different compared to what is served in America.

Generally, Chinese use dark meat small bones and organs to cook dishes but this changes when you are eating American-Chinese fusion food prepared using white boneless meat cooked with broccoli, carrots and onions. Back in China, the food is less spicy and oily as they favor steaming and braising method for cooking the most popular dishes. So, if you have a taste for authentic Chinese food, then try finding a real Chinese restaurant in the city. You can also try the most popular fusion Chinese food like Pecking Duck, Chicken Feet, Hot Pot, Shrimp Dumpling Soup, Mapo Tofu, Wontons, Chop Suey, Egg Rolls and not to forget Fortune Cookies.

There are not many restaurants in America serving authentic Chinese food. A little research on Restaurant Listings directory can help you locate the best Chinese restaurants in the city. Chinese cuisine is continuously evolving, and you can find a variety of dishes categorized as the food for lactose intolerant, gluten intolerant, vegan, vegetarian, and diabetic friendly. So, if you have a group of friends with different taste patterns, save the hassle and visit the nearest Chinese restaurant in your city.
