Great service, Texas toast, ranch style beans were amazing. For the price steaks and ribs were just okay. Bake potatoes are only offered with butter and sour cream, no other fixings.

The steak is absolutely amazing but their side are AWFUL. I wish they would have better side. The toast is like wonder bread toast. Not very tasty. If you want the entire steak experience beans/potato I would not go here if you only want a delicious steak this is great!

What can I say but what a dump with the best steak I have ever had! Now this place is not much for decor and in fact when I first walked I was shocked but steak makes up for it all. Now you have to keep in mind the menu is now vast with choices but what the do offer is fantastic. All their meat is cooked over a wood fire that gives it such a great flavor! The cowboy beans made for a good side dish along with my baked potato.

The food is so salty. The bread is burn. The food doesn't worth for so much. I think Taxes Roadhouse is much better than this one. I think their beef rib is awful.

Food was over-priced. Tasty but you can get a cleaner place with similar or cheaper prices at Sullivan's or Silver Saddle and you'd have (A) MUCH better service and (B) MUCH more sanitary conditions. Kids menu is yuck. They actually ran out of baked potatoes and my salad got soggy because they served it without having clean silverware. By the time they did... My night was ruined. Refills on drinks? Uhhhh don't even think it. They never came back for the table. Hotdog (only child menu available) took a half hour longer to come out than the steaks... Nope! Don't go here!

Don't bother, unless you want to see a place with great historical significance that has been run down to the point of sadness. The atmosphere is dumpy, and the prices are very high for what you get. The steaks are good, but you'll pay a fine-dining price for a steak with some bag-salad, a piece of thick white-bread toast, and a bowl of beans for everyone at the table to share. I hope someone will come along, buy the place, and breathe some life back into it.

Great Place! Come here every time in Tucson. Can't get better food. Can't get better atmosphere. Service sometimes slow but bus boys makeup for it all. If you've never been must come. Wish had live music more like they used to maybe still do but haven't seen any in awhile. Love, love, love!

I've been coming to Little Abner's for about 15 years. It makes me sad to report that the great experiences of past dinners are over. The perception of quality and value from the past is lost on tiny cocktails and wine servings, BBQ meat that is now rather plain, a tiny salad of plain grocery store bagged greens and prices that suggest much more than today's experience. We ordered beef and pork ribs. They arrived at our table with no apparent BBQ rub on them and no BBQ sauce. The end of one of the ribs was charcoal. You sauce the ribs at your table from a choice of one BBQ sauce. I have never had ribs served this way. They had a winning formula in the past but is totally disappointing now. After 15 years of visits I'll never go back. Good bye Little Abner's and thanks for all the fond past memories.

GREAT PLACE! The smoke everything right outside on a gigantic grill, visible to outside sitting patrons. Menu is simple but since they do it right why add fluff? Have enjoyed the pork and beef ribs and hear the steaks are fantastic as well. They also have live music and dancing under the stars on saturdays-super fun!

Use to be good..about 20 years ago!!!! The meat was over cooked, bartender didn't know how to make cocktails. We were ignored by the staff for the first 20minutes should have left... Very disappointing! We will never go again, sad to see it run down and such poor service and food quality. The $$$$ prices use to match the quality and service but not now.

Wrong place to go after a long day at work on a Thursday night, and it's not ever winter yet! We wanted a good meal. They were busy when we got there so we were sat at the bar and asked, politely, to wait. We did for 30 minutes when we suddenly noticed they had seated a couple of tables without calling us. We brought their attention to the fact that we were waiting for a table, and they sat us quickly at a table way at the back in front of a door through which a cold breeze was blowing. We then had to wait longer for the food to be prepared. It was 1 hour and 15 minutes from the time we walked into the place. While the steak was good, it was NOT worth the looong wait for it, and the price we paid. We have been going there for 30 years, and had not been in about a year. We are, needless to say, going to have to think long and hard before we go back.

Flew in private plane to Marina/Arva Valley Airport for golf tournament. Through Yelp located Little Abners. A lot of fun, Four staff busy with outdoor wood fired grilling of steaks, ribs & chicken. Made friends at shared tables in huge dining room, and while waiting outside in long line. A great place for a good time.
