We go here every Saturday. The food is wonderful, and between me and my girl we have tried just about everything. I highly recommend the biscuits and gravy or the country fried steak, but my girl loves the potato skillet. When you go to jerry bobs because it defiantly worth it say hi to Viktor for me he is fantastic!

I came here for my birthday with a friend last month and I love it here. This restaurant reminds me a lot of iHop and Waffle House mixed into one, but with a little local flavor twist to it. My absolute favorite thing here is their waffles. Oh man do their waffles taste good! The staff is nice and friendly, and the restaurant itself is super clean. My only issue is the noise level when it comes to the kitchen. You can hear the dishes drop into the sink and hear everything cooking. Aside from that I love it.

Had the chicken fried steak and it was very disappointing. I think my steak had been in the deep fryer more than once, it was very over cooked and tough to the point my fork bent while trying to cut it. The breading was dry and hard and the meat was completely dried out and tough. Mashed potatoes came from a box and my salad greens were more yellow and brown than green. On a plus the country gravy was good and the ranch dressing tasted homemade. Our waitress never once checked to see how we were doing so I couldn't address the issues with my food at the table. Even when we checked out at the register she didn't ask how it was but I did bring up how badly prepared my steak was and was offered a $3 coupon for my next visit. No thanks we wont be going back.

Service was fast and friendly. Eggs and bacon were cooked well, but the side of hash browns was quite skimpy. Coffee was good. In my quest to find another breakfast joint while Robert's is closed during the month of July, I have to say this place is adequate, but a distant second to Robert's on Grant. Robert's is $1 cheaper, for the exact same breakfast, and they serve home made bread.

A whole pile of meh. Undercooked potatoes and bland and flavorless food. Would not recommend.

You can pretty well guarantee finding near-identical menu items at every Jerry Bob's in Tucson. There does exist some variation, at times, on things like the Friday fish fry, the early morning breakfast specials and the rotation of daily specials, among other things. So, when that it is the case, what makes all the difference is what ambiance and service a particular location provides. For that reason, the Jerry Bob's on Broadway at Rosemont has long been my favorite location. I love the folks there, the space and the specials. However, I periodically find myself at other Jerry Bob's locations in town and, aside from the one near the Tucson airport, have a comparable experience as this one here off of Campbell: swift, nondescript service in a bland space. There is absolutely nothing about this location that I have found to be too-too detrimental. It serves predictable food at excellent prices with hefty portion sizes a small wait, if that. Consistent. But that is all that it is. Regulars may have something entirely different to say.

Breakfasts are ok but if you deviate from the menu at all you will pay dearly. Charged me an extra 1.20 for a couple slivers of cheese. Charged me another 1.20 for a couplepieces of onion totally ridiculous and out of line for the type of restaurant it is. . I thought they were opening a lot of new locationsvbecause they have great food. Now I think they are makiing a small fortune on their ridiculous up charges...BEWARE

I was looking for a simple diner with some pancakes for me and the boy and that's what I found here. I will take away one star simply because the atmosphere is a bit sterile. When dining I like a little but of music to distract me from the sound o kitchen prep and other people conversations. Other than that, we walked in to a clean establishment, seated ourselves and received immediate service. The menu is what you would expect we ordered and our food came out in a timely matter. There server was friendly and checked on us after a couple minutes and refilled my coffee three or four times. I looked at some of the poor reviews and I have to say that it pisses me off when someone bags on a place when it's busy and their service is less than stellar. These reviews should cover every aspect of the business not just your little world! I see some deviated from the menu and was upset about an up charge. This menu is so cheap anyways, how can you complain about $1.20? I will just stop here and say I will go here again.

Visiting a friend, we went to this local breakfast spot. I got the porkys skillet he ordered the pancake sandwich( 3 pancakes). We were here on Mother's Day, so it was a little busy, but seat yourself, and tables were open, so we waited 0 minutes! Service was not to bad except for drink refills, we ordered and got out food and first drinks right away. Did not see the waitress after that, but we really enjoyed our food. Better then Denny's in my opinion by far. I see some bad reviews about this place, but presently, this place has good food and decent service. I would come back and recommend.

I admit I'm a total restaurant snob, but I ABSOLUTELY LOVE this location and the service. They remember you and give warm friendly greetings. I eat here at least twice a month and the food is consistently great. Very clean and fast service. I have been to the one on la cholla which is closer to my boyfriends house, but the service was terrible. The building was nicer since it is new but we will stick to this location due to the amazing customer service and great food!

Jerry Bobs is always very consistent with their breakfasts. This particular Jerry Bobs offers all the hits all the time baby. You gotta admire that. Sure you can get that at Denny's or IHOP, but that little bit of local love elevates it just a notch. Honestly this is a 3.5 star review

I have eaten many times at the Jerry Bob's in Oro Valley so I was shocked and extremely disappointed at the service or lack thereof. The first words out of our server's mouth were: " You're going to have wait to order, I'm too busy for another table", just after we seated ourselves. ...yep, that pretty much set the tone of this restaurant. After ten minutes, she graced us with taking our order, which she promptly screwed up. She wrote the order incorrectly then charged for a side she ordered to fix her own screw up. Add to that the numerous other miscellaneous up charges, we paid twice what our order SHOULD'VE been for a subpar breakfast. Never again going there.

My dad loves this place. I don't know how far we drove to get here, but it was over the hills and trhough the woods. We got here, there is an old waitress from New York and some really hot waitress from some place where I want to be from. Of course we go with the old waitress, no nonsense there. I got the tuna melt with the minstreone soup that was about $7, my pops got cheesebuirger with steak fries, my mom got hashbrowns and toast. Everything was good, and fast. Minstrone tasted straight from the can, but oh well, it was good. Next time, I think I'll try the hot waitress.

Poor service. Servers did Lots of gossip. No refills. Didn't ask if food was good. Dry hashbrowns?? Didn't know that was possible... I have been to three jerry bobs and this has to be the worse. The server was nice but i paid 20 bucks and did not get the basic service that would be expected from Jerry Bobs. Just so disapointed.. : ( i never thought i would ever say thus but i should have gone to mcdonalds.. Gross
