My wife and I ate here while passing through on our way to Cali. Everyone has always told us to try In and Out when we get to the West Coast. Moving from Florida, we never heard of it. To say the least, all that hype can let you down if the food doesn't live up to it. Fries were good, burgers were nothing special.

Always such wonderful employees and the food is always hot and fresh. The in and out burger in Casa Grande is just as good. Again great men and women working here.

This was my first time to this location, and every In-N-Out feels pretty much the same. Great customer service! Our server was friendly and helpful. The restaurant was clean. I ordered the cheeseburger, animal style, with fries and a side of the Special sauce. It took less than 10 minutes for our number to be called, as the place was pretty packed. I forgot to tell ask for no bun, and went back to the counter and asked for lettuce in lieu of a bun. I was given a generous amount of lettuce, and pretty much had a salad, as I dipped it with my extra sauce. I love how the French fries are made from fresh potatoes. Yum!

The food is good but the service can be a little spotty. Why can't the understand no pickle. I will admit during this check-in the service was very good and I did not worry about my pickle. Like all In-N-Out Burger joints the setup is the same, and the food choices are the same. If you are not aware they do have a secret menu, that can be looked up on line. I love animalizing my burgers, I will have to try to remember to do the same thing to my fries sometime.

We ordered food and then took it with us to the airport so I didn't have the full experience of actually eating in the restaurant but that didn't stop me from ordering an Animal Style burger with a side of fries. "Animal style" is part of the secret menu at In-N-Out that really isn't a secret at all. Google "In-N-Out" and one of the first things that comes up is about the "secret menu." Ordering an animal style burger means the beef is cooked with mustard and onions on the grill and then it also comes with extra special sauce, lettuce, tomato, and pickles. As a double burger with all those toppings, this thing is enormous. The quality of the beef is very good and everything was freshly made. The special sauce is similar to Thousand Island dressing and is very similar to the special sauce on a Big Mac at McDonald's. It was a big, sloppy mess and I can understand why it's called "animal style." To me, the best part about it was the difference you could taste in the burger being cooked with the mustard and onions. This gave the onions the opportunity to caramelize and add a slight bit of sweetness. If you get the opportunity to try a burger from In-N-Out, I highly recommend getting it "Animal Style."

The menu is the same as any other in n out. You're going to ge ta great meal when you go. Don't be scared if there is a long line, Workers at In N Out are great at getting fresh food out quickly. This location was easy to get to. Had a very large parking lot. Easy access to the freeway. It shares a parking lot with a gas station. Ask for the fries well done, you won't be disappointed!!

What a mad house loud messy people rushing everywhere. The service was good food was ready quickly. The food was ok but just as soon as the fries cool even the slightest they really start to taste sub pare.

I hadn't had In-N-Out in the longest time when we stopped in on our way home from the airport last night. I don't even really like burgers, or fast food, but once I had some of my husbands fries I remembered that it is really is delicious. I don't know what they do to their fries but I was loving them. His burger actually smelled great too. My problem was the wait. It was 11pm. There was nobody else in the drive thru when we pulled up. We order, we drive right to the window and pay. Then some other customer walks in and the guy working decides to socialize with him foreverrrrrr. We could see our little bag of tastiness just chilling on the counter by the window. But there was nobody to hand it to us, we just had to watch as the guy chatted with someone I'm assuming he was friends with. Torture I tell you! But food, delicious.

My husband and I were driving through Tuscon on our way to Phoenix, and immediately had to stop when we saw the In N Out sign. Neither of us had ever been since we live in NM and we were excited to try it. We got there earlier than they opened, because my phone decided it was still on the wrong time zone. However, employees that were in the parking lot noticed we were getting ready to leave and let us know they were opening their doors in 10 minutes. Yep, I could wait. And speaking of the employees, they were all awesome. Every single one we encountered were super friendly and even one not on shift insisted to hold the door open for us. Impressive. Okay the food is freakin' amazing. Even their plain cheeseburger was out of this world and did not taste like fast food. Their fries are so good, and we loved them even more when we found out that they make everything fresh. I'm also amazed that my husband liked the milkshakes. He is so picky about shakes, and loved the ones here. That in itself is a miracle. I must proclaim that I love In N Out. From the service to the food, I'm absolutely impressed. Keep up the good work guys!

Consistently delicious burgers and a streamline menu to keep it simple. Fresh, quality ingredients are expertly combined in a way that immediately snares your taste buds and transforms you into a lifelong loyal customer. Like every other good thing in this nation, In-N-Out started in Southern California. The aroma of burgers and grilled onions can be smelled from miles away. It has the power to induce instantaneous hunger the moment that scent infiltrates the olfactory system even if you just finished a meal. After some of my people moved to Arizona it wasn't long until an In-N-Out was built. That made the transition a bit smoother. Now there's multiple locations. I honestly don't know why there isn't an In-N-Out in every state. Amazing comfort food that never disappoints.

I will never bother to stop at this In-N-Out again. We pulled in at 9:30 and didn't get out of the drive thru until after 10. They did have a full line, but we thought,"hey, it's no big deal. This will maybe be ten minutes." Nope. We sat there for a half an hour for a chocolate shake and an iced tea. And when we got up to the serving window, they had about 6 drinks sitting there prepared. You know what I had to wait for? The iced tea. Apparently shakes could be sitting there melting, but the iced tea had to be made fresh.

Love coming to this location since it's very close to my work. The only problem is the drive through is slow, but other than that this place is awesome! The double double with animal style fries are to die for! In-N-Out Burger blows all the other fast food places out of the park.

When I went in they were trying to keep this place clean, but because so many people are coming through here it repeatedly kept getting dirty. It's loud inside, and so uncomfortable. There's too many people in a small place. If you come here, sitting outside would probably be your best bet. If you don't want to go for tacos for lunch (admittedly it takes quite a while to get tired of tacos in Tucson...), this is a great quick stop. Packed for lunch, quick, fresh, and delicious. It's how fast food should be. I grew up in the midwest and never had In-N-Out, but I'm a complete convert. Animal style all the way! P.S. The lines were long and the place was quite busy. It didn't take long to receive my order, but it was just disappointing. I ordered a cheeseburger, protein style, with whole grilled onions. The onions were burned, as well as the patty. The patty was slimmer than the tomato slices they put it in. I can bare the wait, but the low quality of food is what deters me from ever going back to this location.

Finally had this place for the first time! It was really good. I guess I was expecting something big and amazing but my wife corrected my assumption. It's very much an "In n Out" experience. But the food is so much better than regular franchise fair. Over all I was very pleased! Even remembered to he my burger animal styled. No opinion on the bathroom though, didn't have to use it.

If you want a burger, fries and milkshake at a very reasonable price, this is the place. Food quality is excellent. If you want fine decor, buy a Porsche and eat inside the car.

Order is always done correctly, the french fries always taste awesome, and the restaurant is always clean. Love the quality of the beef, because it tastes like actual meat unlike many conventional fast food burger joints. Oh yes, and the milk shakes are yummy too!

As In N Outs go, this one is just as busy as the next one. The drive thru is cranking while the dining room is full. Party out front & Party out back! As we approached the cash register to place our order, the associate thrust 2 sticker sheets at the baby and kindly asked "Would you like some stickers?" She did and then we got down to business: Animal styles all around with lemonade and fruh-fries (as the toddler calls them). It was really no problem for us to polish off the whole order. If you are on a diet, don't go here. If you're not, put the coals to it and have yourself a delicious burger.

It's crazy, I work across the street, and yet this was only my third visit to this location since it opened. I guess they say you never visit places in your own backyard. So I modified that today. Of course it's like any In-N-Out Burger. Wonderful! I am a fan of this place. It's simple, menu options that aren't complicated. You can go up and order right away without a lot of thought. I like that. I don't want to think. I have enough to think about, and even then, I don't do much thinking. So this place solves that problem for me! I went with a #1 combo which was a double double, fries and a drink. I decided to peak at the "secret menu" however on the Internet beforehand. So I had my burger AND fries animal style. Oh yeah. Bring me the calories! (so much for a New Year resolution. My resolution: enjoy food. Gym later). Oh, however I was a good boy and I asked for no salt on my fries. That took a while for them to get a batch of no-salt fries. Apparently, I'm the only freak in Tucson who orders fries without salt. I mixed the delicious lemonade with ice. Oh yeah. And I impressed my co-worker by showing her all the biblical passages hidden on the cup and burger wrapper and under the fries container. Oh those fries.. so delicious. I won't do animal style next time though. The fries are awesome on their own. I wish they could expand the parking lot for this location. But then again, I just walk over, so it doesn't matter. Just an observation.

2nd time coming to this location. The staff here are friendly and it's conveniently located next to a gas station so you can fill up if on a road trip. It's also right off the freeway, you can't miss it. I always get the cheeseburger, light onions and fries. And of course spread and chili peppers. Yummm.

Great burger. Got a hamburger with grilled onions and animal style fries. As an east coaster, it's been awhile since I've been able to devour an In-N-Out burger! Delicious! Love the sauce. According to my friend (a local), this location does not have fries that are as warm as the fries at the other location in Tucson. However the location is convenient since it's close to the airport.

I'm not a fat guy, but there has always been something about the thought of In and Out Burger than makes me want to go on a diet of grease and sugar. So, on my first trip to Tucson, I found myself drooling and going into withdrawal until showing up on the doorstep of the local In and Out. The order? Double double and animal style fries of course. Solid 1,000 calories and more motivation for a workout later that evening. It's good. It's really good. Make sure you top your off with your favorite beverage. Mine is strawberry lemonade. All for under $10. It was dark (I eat in shame) when I arrived here, so I can't comment on the location. All I know is it was 10 minutes away from the airport, so if you have a stay over in Tucson, hop on over for a gut bomb before your flight. It'll be worth it.

well most of you if not all of you are already aware of this establishment. Growing up in California i lived just around the block from one and ate there to my hearts desire. Anywho, best burger for your buck. Simple and awesome (secret) menu, it's family owned so they're not franchised and be seen in each and every corner of your street. Terrific shakes too!

While visiting a drive-thru is rare for me, a quick pit-stop at In-N-Out, or more like a once a year pit-stop is always pleasant. It's also rare to go to any In-N-Out drive-thru and not experience the long line, but that's part of the In-N-Out experience. Cheese burger meal with animal style fries is the way to go. I can't really tell the difference between a McDonalds burger and an In-N-Out burger other than In-N-Out has crunchier lettuce, but I come here for a clean environment and friendly staff. The menu is not inundated with a million items, making it easier to make a decision. The friendly customer service makes picking up fast food all the more pleasant. At the end of the day, it's fast food like all the other fast food places, but In-N-Out is my preferred spot .

I'm from So Cal and love our In and Out! This one was on par. Like all In and Out's great fast service. My only "issue" if you even consider it and issue was the taste was just a tad off. Don't get me wrong the food was great, but just a tad bit off to what I'm use to in So Cal. Also, the french fries were not hot and fresh. They were lukewarm. Other then that it's your typical In and Out!

The best value in Hamburgers in the USA. This place does nothing but burgers, fries, and shakes. they also do a grilled cheese, but that is only exception. The people are always friendly and the restaurants are always clean. With the amount of people in and out each day makes this amazing. I go there every time I am on the west coast.

I usually stop in Tucson whenever driving out west and back, its a good place to refuel the car and get some grub, but I always had to play the what-fast-food-place-to-eat-at game. Now I can stop at In-n-Out AND get gas right next door at Chevron. #WINNING!

Got my cheese burger animal style no lettuce and tomato, xtra pickle. Love it, just wish the hamburger patties were bigger. "Where's The Beef!" Great service that's for sure.

Yum!

If you're not, put the coals to it and have yourself a delicious burger.

well most of you if not all of you are already aware of this establishment. Growing up in California i lived just around the block from one and ate there to my hearts desire. Anywho, best burger for your buck. Simple and awesome (secret) menu, it's family owned so they're not franchised and be seen in each and every corner of your street. Terrific shakes too!

  • Felicia B.

#WINNING!

Drug addiction will kill you. Alcoholism will kill you if you let it, too. Heck, even too much love can kill you as aptly demonstrated by Freddy Mercury all those years ago. A double double animal style burger with fries will kill you if you let it, too. But if you stay in the zone and don't over indulge you can have this beefy ambrosia without shuffling off that mortal coil. Just occasionally indulge yourself and you will be able to bask in its existential, endorphinal glory. That's why when I travel to the southwest (once or twice a year tops), one of the first things I do is pull into the nearest In-n-Out, part with about seven bucks, and gorge myself on this beautiful burger. You can also display this level of restraint. All you have to do is put about two thousand miles of real estate between you and the nearest In-N-Out!

I can just smell the sea breeze as I coast into my southern cali favorite. Ok, so maybe it's really just in south Tucson, but it sure makes me feel like I'm back in Sandy Eggo! Here's my some-what 1/2 assed healthy/low carb alternative: - - Cheeseburger "PROTEIN STYLE" (no bun - wrapped in oh-so-crispy lettuce (calories: 330 fat (g) 18) ... I know, the cheese would bring this down, but it would also turn into a Phantom Lunch.. you know, disappear about 25 min later and leave you starving? - - Arnold Palmy (pretty good with the strawberry lemonada) (calories 90, fat o) If you don't know, now you know: In-N-Out has a full secret menu, chock-full of delicious alternatives.. cheese fries, grilled cheese, grilled onions, peppers...Animal style, protein style... or the Flying Dutchman (perfect for feeding your pooch!) full secret menu available here: badmouth.net/in-n-outs-s… complete nutritional info: in-n-out.com/nutritional…

4 STARS for good burgers. 1 STAR for their fries - I watched the employee cut the potatoes and he lays them down, not standing up when he brings down the handle to chomp those suckers into fries. The result? One-inch fries! Plus ours were soggy and cold. We returned them for fresh ones. Still got one-inch fries! Get it together, IN-N-OUT!

It's just a burger. Nothing special. I know, you all might hate me for it! It is just a West coast take on the fast food burger. Not that it takes anything away from my credibility (might actually give you some confidence in me hehe) but I am from Texas. Whataburer IS where the best Fast Food burger is made... I know I know you are still trying to get over me being from Texas and the awesomeness that surrounds all of that but I can still eat one of these burgers. I just have to be in the mood really. In-n-Out, especially at this location, has Great people working for them who really seem to care about you. Sometimes the lines are long and the work is hard but they always serve you with a smile. If you are not sure what to get, do it up Animal Style on yoru burger and fries. Can't go wrong :).

The In-N-Out animal style burger remains the best fast food hamburger in the United States. I prefer it, just barely, more than Five Guys. Its not on the same level as a restaurant burger or the decadent, this is what God would eat, burger served at Minetta in NYC. No, its a fast food burger that ought to be the standard by which all other fast food burgers are judged. As everyone has noted, there's a very public secret menu -- google it before you go and enjoy experimenting during frequent trips (once you have In-N-Out you'll be hooked for life). The ONLY disappointing thing are their fries -- and that's ok, because if you don't get them you just have room for more another delicious burger.

The opening of this new In-N-Out Burger on the east side of town right off I-10 is a welcome sight (sniff-sniff). In-N-Out Burger is a great fast food restaurant for those in need of cheeseburgers / hamburgers and fries. A simple menu, made to order food, and reasonably fast service due in part to its popularity and the place almost always being packed to the hilt. I always get #1 (Double cheeseburger, fries, and a drink) but a friend who grew up in southern California turned me on to the "Secret Menu" when he ordered the 3 x 3 "Animal Style" burger and Fries. "Animal Style" Burger Description: Mustard-cooked beef patty, additional pickles, extra secret sauce with grilled onions. "Animal Style" Fries Description: French fries with secret sauce, onions and cheese on top. I recommend you look up In-N-Out Burger's "Secret Menu'" if you are not already hip to it as they have an array of special creations (4 x 4, Flying Dutchman, Protein Style, Neapolitan shake, etc.) as you might find something more to your liking than the regular menu. All in all a great place to eat!

If you are hungry for a fresh burger, this is the place. Everything is fresh, not frozen. It is always extremely busy but there are so many employees that the food comes out really quickly and has not been sitting under some warming light half the day. Speaking of the employees, I don't know what this business does to create such happy employees but they must be doing something right. The staff here is cheerful and happy to serve their public. They keep the place spotless. The menu is limited to burgers and fries, shakes and soda, but they are great at what they do.

Not sure what all the hype was about. They are ok and the fries taste like cardboard but I should eat less fries anyways. My son Loves the 4x4 stacker.

What can I say about In-N-Out Burger that hasn't been said before... This is truly the best fast food burger I've had. It tastes fresh and never sits on a warmer. At first I was not a fan of the fries but not I like them more. I recommend you get your burger animal style, which is mustard cooked beef with extra spread and grilled onions... Mmmmm... Yummmy...
