how could anyone give this less than 5 stars?!?!?!? i don't get it. the burgers were freshly made, didn't taste frozen at all (which is one of their big selling points) and fast. I admit, we went there 3 times during my vacation. I couldn't help it -- after years of McDonalds and Bk on the east coast, i was so excited to have "fast food" that didn't taste like it! Double Double animal style is the only way to go. Boyfriend can house 2, i can only eat one (although now that i'm back in NJ, i so want like 5 of them. NOW.). the service was good too, all very nice servers who gave me stickers (cause i'm a dumb tourist) and didn't even laugh at our ridiculously big orders for just 2 people (we like food, mmkay?) i haven't gotten to try Shake Shack burgres yet, but the comparison will come (i'm sure). For now, i'm definitely an In-n-Out fan :)

As a New Yorker, I am not a big fan of fast food since there's soo much to choose from. I'm here in town and realized that Tucson, AZ have IN-AND-OUT burgers!!!!!! (First time, I had it in San Francisco). I am excited to have this once in a BLUE moon, just to "refresh" my taste what they have in Here (In and out in Westcoast, White castle in Eastcoast). LOVED MY DOUBLEDOUBLE cheeseburger "animal style" (have to special order that so they can put Grilled Onions with Thousand Island in it. To compare with McDonalds is ooook... But the I love about this fast food is the flavor and the toppings in the burger. Also I ordered my Fries Animal style and that made my day! Don't get me wrong that there's nothing to eat in Tucson, I had the craving since I don't get to eat it all the time and to tell you the truth. I rather pick In and Out than McDonnalds (too Franchise, and the bun is bigger than everything else.). That's all what I've got to say.

This is the slowest service I have ever experienced at an in N Out that is NOT packed! Wow

After enjoying an afternoon at Hi Corbett Field, my sister and I noticed an In-N-Out burger on our way home. No questions asked, we had to stop by to see what the hype was all about. This location was PACKED. I saw a sign inside that said "75 maximum capacity." This place was easily holding more than that. People were standing around waiting for orders, since every table was full. Even with the massive amount of people, we were up to the front of the line quickly. I loved the short menu: hamburger, cheeseburger, or double cheeseburger. Simple, and no hassle. We did have to wait for about 10 minutes before our order was served up, but no matter. The cheeseburgers were very tasty, save for the massive amount of onions on my burger. I love onions, but there were just a few too many on there. I've had better fries, but these were good, no doubt. In any case, I'm happy to have finally tried the famed In-N-Out burger. Very tasty. I'd stop by again for sure.

I have loved In N Out for years. Long before Tucson had one. Don't care for Five Guys, but need my burger fix from In N Out. I try not to have one more than every two weeks, but it's a struggle. I order the protein burger...the lettuce is always so cold and fresh. For those of you that say why a secret menu if it's online? GOOD GRIEF! Can you imagine the size of the line and the wait, not to mention the size of the menu itself! Figure all that out at home online instead of getting in front of me in line trying to make up your mind. There's a good reason the menu is simple and brief. Figure it out.

In-N-Out....What a Dream! We don't have these in Colorado, so when I was driving to my hotel in Tucson, I saw this and knew I had to stop by! I have eaten at the ones in California so I knew animal style was the way to go...I got the hamburger, animal style, of course and was super pleased! The lady at the drive-thru was nice and sounded friendly and when I pulled up to get my food, she was all smiles. Sometimes, just a smile is all it takes to brighten someone else's day! To sum up: YUM!

Best fried (non flame broiled) burgers available. Love their whole leaf lettuce (filed like sheets in their lettuce drawer). Great fries, great service.

The burgers are really damn good here, but what really floors me is how tight of a ship In n Out runs. Every location is run just as tight as the next one in my experience; it's robotic and almost eerie. Almost. This particular location was crawling with people waiting for their orders, which I think if I were local--I'd be less inclined to bother. Being deprived of In n Out for a few years now, however, I gladly waited. When I finally got my order, it was well worth the wait. The burgers are the same magical goodness I've come to bank on. The ingredients are fresh and the patty is such beautiful, juicy carnage. It is just a fast food burger, but like I said before--the way In n Out runs their restaurants is impressive. This location was crawling with people and there was no attitude behind the counter or looks of despair. In N Out also keeps everything squeaky clean; tables were continuously bussed while I was there. I'm not sure how they do it, but cherish it--some of us don't have In n Out!

I HATE THAT TUCSON IS FULL OF CHAINS AND THEREFORE NO ONE TRIES TO BE THE BEST In n out does not need to try in this town for there is no real competition.

I'm just tired of In-n-out. Honestly, I'm not even sure if it's fair, kosher, or legal to dislike In-n-out, but I'm done with it. They're spouting up everywhere in Tucson now, and after you peel back the hype, there's honestly not too much propping the reputation up. Sure, if you've never been to one before, there's something nuanced, novel, and unique about it. I guess. By very virtue of being scarce (if you haven't figured it out yet, that's because they only set up shop in markets inside a radius they can ship things to without resorting to freezing), people love In-N-Out. If you're an out of towner and love In-N-Out just because this is your one chance in forever to try it, so be it. After you've eaten here for a long time, it's just a burger. Seriously people. I don't get the hidden/secret menu thing. It isn't a secret if it's on their own website, and now that they don't honor the insane N x N orders, it's a bit lame. It used to be legendary. I'll spell them out, too - Animal style for copious amounts of thousand island, pickles, cheese, all melted into one homogenous slab? I guess that's cool. Fries lite or well done? I guess that's novel, but what's so special about stuff that should just be obvious? Protein Style for no buns, Grilled Cheese - self explanatory, Cut in Half - if you're somehow opposed to eating things in one piece, Flying Dutchman - beef patties with cheese in-between, Extra Toast - yeah that's obvious too, rootbeer float for shake + coke, grilled onions, Neapolitan shake, and peppers. I think that sums it all up. Is having a "secret" menu really mythical enough to merit the oh-so-holy-on-a-pedestal status that In-N-Out has attained? I'm voting no. Before you rage out, just bear with me. This is random, but my other problem is their straw diameter for shakes. It's always felt half-assed to me that shakes come with regular diameter straws. That sounds daft until you've actually had one, at which point it quickly becomes an epic, biblical struggle to create enough suction to actually get the shake into your face. Yes, it requires biblical suction and facial stamina. Do they give you a spoon? No. The result is that my intake rate is always below the actual melting rate of the shake, ending in a melted mess about halfway through. It just smacks of not being very well thought out. Sorry if I'm reading into it, but that doesn't buy 5 stars, ever. The burgers are also inconsistently assembled - sometimes I get a mess of misaligned junk absolutely crammed into a paper wrapper, other times it's perfect. Sometimes tons and tons of thousand island on the animal style, other times almost none. Consistency is important, and In-N-Out's menu is small enough that it should be 100% consistent even at midnight. Lately it's trending towards ::meh:: The final straw really was when last I tried to do the drive through thing. To In-N-Out's credit, it was right at the razor's edge of closing. The time on my phone was 00:59 AM on a Thursday, as reported by two smartphones (which set time automatically based on NIST time). In-N-Out closes at 1 AM. There were cars in front of me in the drive through that had clearly already ordered. I pulled up right behind in line with the order station and queried. hello? No response. Hello?! No response. HELLO ANYONE THERE?! No response. That's not cool, not cool at all. At least tell me to get lost, but don't leave me there for 5-10 minutes waiting and then make me back up out of the drive through. That was it for me. Get it together, In-N-Out. Five Guys is in town too.

What a miraculous addition to the Tucson area! The service here is very fast at the drive thru, I've never eaten inside the place. It's brand new as of early December 2009 so enjoy!

Best fast food burger, period. Also, excellent service, amazing and fresh fries! If you're in Tucson, as for "Animal Fries," you won't regret it. It's a shame we don't have them back home near Cincinnati, OH.

  • Yolanda G.

At first I was not impressed with their fries at all, but now I have just gotten used to them. The service is quick and the grilled onions make the meal even better. Would like to see more menu choices that are visible.

Great burgers from fresh ingredients. If you've got to go fast food' this is the place to get it. Order "Animal Style" for a tasty mess' but be sure to grab a handful of napkins.

    (4)
  • Sara S.

It's difficult to write reviews for chains that are really consistent! But this In-N-Out is pretty much like every other In-N-Out. Animal style fries are delicious. Or if I don't feel like that I get a grilled cheese. :) Quick service for how busy it is and consistently good.

  • Trish S.

Have eaten here twice now and I just don't get the hype. I came prepared to love it and was disappointed. It's just a big burger without a lot of flavor. When I went back the second time I tried it "animal style" thinking that would maybe improve the taste. Nope. I know that a lot of people like this place but give me a Sourdough Jack any day of the week instead. (Nothing special about the fries, either).

Dude, it's in-n-out. Expect a line as ALL in-n-out's have one. And a couple of minutes for them to slap together your burger and you'll be in bliss when you take a bite. Also, for everyone who doesn't understand what all the hype is about or it was just okay...... it's a fast food burger, don't build it up in your mind to be the best thing you've ever had. Just the best fast food you've ever had.

you know a burger joint is good when: you have been throwing-up-sick for nearly five days, unable to stomach anything, and this burger is the only thing that your stomach does not reject. it was my first and most wonderful experience of an in-n-out burger, and i definitely hope it will not be my last. the bun was toasted to perfection, the meat was delicious (despite my attempts at being a vegetarian lately), and, well, it didn't make me sick. five stars to YOU, in-n-out!

We were very excited to finally have an In-N-Out here in town. We went twice and everything was great. The third time we went, we went through the drive-thru and decided to eat at home. Now, we live a good 20 minutes away and not until we were home did we notice that we were missing two orders of fries. ARGH! I called just to let them know and the customer rep took my info. Not long after that, I received an apology letter and a coupon for free meal. I was pretty surprised. A few days later, I received a call asking if I had received the coupon, apologized again and said they wanted us to be satisfied customers. Of course we went back. Tasty burgers and excellent customer service are a great combination!

I love it. Waited here for years and when we finally got one, I was happy. I only really like it if it's fresh though, since a 10 minute drive home can take away from the toastedness of the buns. Lines are only long if you go during peak times, but regardless of when you go, expect to wait 5-10 minutes to actually get your food.

  • Rob B.

I love in and out from my days of living in Cali. Now that I'm in tx I just can't get there as often as I like. I usually don't do reviews of big chains, but this is the closest one 2 my home and I always stop here when on road trips to the left coast. Dbl dbl animal style!!

    (4)
  • Kim M.

Amazing; as I live in Chicago and am not a huge lover of fast food; In-N-Out takes fast casual food burgers and fries to a new level. My heart reaches for an In-N-Out every time I am traveling the west coast or arizona. I love to get it monster style (smothered in grilled onions, topped with spread) cheeseburger and top it off with a chocolate shake. It's worth every bit of indigestion.

    (5)
  • Jen W.

For a mid-afternoon hamburger "snack," I thought I would be "in and out" but it's still best to take the drive-thru. The kitchen area was not as chaotic as the furthest east one. The cashier was super nice, and I got my $2.35 hamburger snack.

  • Jennifer H.

Don't understand what all the hype is about. Waiting in line all hours of the day and night for an "ok" burger is ridiculous. Burgers tastes alright but nothing special. I'd rather go to Fuddruckers.

  • Remi C.

Honestly, I love In-N-Out burger. It's super cheap, decent quality and the servers/cashiers/cooks/cleaners are always so nice it's creepy. Can't beat that! Now, I haven't been to other In-N-Out burgers in the area, but I imagine they're all probably the same. Basically, whenever I go to one, it reminds me of growing up in Cali. Look, you can get gourmet burgers from other places for sure, and they'll probably be bigger, better, and more expensive. But a #1 animal-protein style with unsweetened ice tea was exactly what I needed after a 9 mile hike with Steve L. at Mt. Lemmon. Just do it. Protein style is awesome btws. Doesn't make the meal so filling/sickening (i.e., get rid of the bun!)

(This 5-star review is brought to you and inspired by the 20-minute drive thru line I'm currently making my way through as I type this.) It's now 11:21PM on a Thursday night, and as I pull up to the drive-thru, I can see easily 12 cars in front of me in line, as well as a packed house with people in line on the inside. There are currently 4 people working by my count, with one on the register on the inside and one working the drive-thru window. Yet, this line is moving rather quickly, despite having a skeleton crew on to manage all the strain. This ALONE is worth a 5-star review. Add (on top of that) super fast and friendly service, fresh, hot food, and quality you can taste (I know, it's a cheesy plug of their motto, and unnecessary... Deal with it ^_^), and you have what I call the best late-night fast food joint in town, and one hell of a tasty burger. Kudos to you, In-N-Out Burger, for knocking it out of the park once again, as well as curing this desperate man's late-night hunger pangs. Greasy fingers and unintended secret sauce shirt stains have never been more worth it.

So here I am at yet another in n out location. Same good food, but this one was super busy-no surprise given the location and time of day (Friday, lunch). I wanted to review this location for two reasons: 1. The group ahead of me had multiple children with disabilities and their chaperones. The cashier was extremely accommodating and patient, even though it took about 10 minutes to get it all straight. 2. I ordered a very simple burger. It took about 20 minutes to get it, while all the numbers after mine took about 10 minutes. A young man (Josue? Sorry if I spelled that wrong) offered me a free something (I got a soda) for having to wait. He could not have been nicer. I will totally be back to this location.

You know, I've tried some of the others like Culver's (whoopdee doo) and Five Guys (great Cajun fries and peanuts in the shell), etc. etc., but none do it as well as In-N-Out. We just enjoy their burgers. We went there tonight after a movie and boy did it hit the spot! I had a double-double, toasted bun, added ketchup, cut in half, with lightly well-done fries and a bag of yellow peppers on the side. Yum. I recommend the lightly well-done "secret menu" order of fries. They are more crispy than their regular fries and well-done are a little too done for my liking. My wife had hers animal style with extra lettuce and tomato. My daughter had a single-single animal style and a vanilla shake. I finished her shake. It was nicely satisfying. Service is always excellent, the restaurant is clean, and the bathrooms are clean. I kind of think that places like Smashburger are just a fad. The only competition that In-N-Out has for me is Zinburger, but that's a different classification of restaurant, anyway. Enjoy!

In N Outs are always the same in my mind. Fast food, fast service, friendly workers. I have yet to have an issue going to in n out, they usually get the order right too. Grilled onions is where it's at. I used to like the animal style fries, but I'm not too into the sauce anymore. I found out that by the ketchup they have chile peppers. I also found out that they are really freaking spicy. Word to the wise, DO order shakes, DO get grilled onions, and DO NOT pop a pepper into your mouth.

POSITIVES: + The menu is simple but can be complicated (with the secret menu) + CHEAP + The fries are bomb + VERY efficient with drive-thru during busy hours since there's an extra person standing outside to take your order NEGATIVES: - Heart attack risk factor - Feel like I need to run 8 miles after a meal, but its more likely I'll have a kanak-attack (sleep) from all that fatty oiliness. bleh

Went there tonight for dinner. The cheeseburger was that SO delicious! However, their vanilla milkshake was the WORSE I ever had. It DID NOT taste right and it was like FAKED. I would come back for their cheeseburger! It was much better than the Mc Donald's cheeseburgers.

Awesome burgers! I'm addicted to animal style fries, which is not good for my waistline!! Very fast and friendly service. The place is spotless and very well managed. A true favorite no doubt! But maybe just once in a while for me ;)

Protein style, double meat is always perfect! This is our favorite go-to place when we're in a hurry to get fast, fresh food. Would be 5 stars, but tables are not always clean. I know it's busy, but it doesn't take long to just wipe off a table. The crew is always pleasant and friendly.

My family decided to give In-N Out one more try and I'm happy that we did. The burgers were cooked perfectly! I love a classic tomato, lettuce and onion burger and they did a great job yesterday. A little too much onion for our taste, but we pulled off enough to customize them! Why only an upgrade to 3 stars? The fries. They weren't cold and limp, but rather dry and flavorless. At very least, they could salt them when the fries come out of the fryer. If only they could deliver better fries, I would have easily given them 4 stars.

Visiting the west coast for work and I have heard about in and out for years and years. Anyways, in and out happened to be like 5 minutes from me so I just HAD to try it. I like how the menu is very simple. Burgers, fries and shakes. I didn't have a shake, but I had a burger and fries. The burger to me taste like a fresher version of Wendy's except with special sauce on it. I thought it was very good. But not all oversized like how five guys is. Also the fries are really good. I'm Simone who likes plain French fries. And everything is made hot and fresh. So unlike McDonald's , you're not rolling the dice on getting hot fries.

Here's the truth. I am not a burger snob. As long as it's a burger made fresh with decent meat, I can be pretty happy. And In N Out makes me veryyy happy. Let's face it...instead of going to McDonalds you can come here and get a meal for the same price but fresh. Never any problems with customer service always good burgers and their fries are crispy. Good basic Americana meal. All the ingredients are of good quality with the result being a good tasting meal. I have flashbacks when I get a Strawberry shake there. Fries are good and the burger patties are thin but everything is very affordable. Amazing service. I wish I owned a couple of these - they look like money making machines.

I love this place. It's the only fast food chain restaurant that I eat at. The only thing that bothers me is that a couple of times I've been to the one at el con mall, and clearly asked for no cheese on my burger, to find cheese on my burger...

The burgers are never fussy and no matter how many times you go they always look and taste the same. My favorite is a double double with grilled onions, protein style (no bun but wrapped in lettuce). The same can't be said for their fries. Sometimes they are great, sometimes they are not. In any case, In-N-Out is my go to fast food burger joint.

  • Stephanie H.

I like this place more than I used to. I still mostly like it because it's the best fast food option when you are trying to eat low-carb. Their protein style Double Double (no sauce, mustard cooked, add pickles and onions) is one of the best options when you're rushed and need something fast, cheap, and low-carb. Their employees are among the best anywhere, unfailingly friendly and never screw up your order.

Animal style, baby. Yummm!!! I have never been to In-N-Out, but this location didn't disappoint. The staff seemed like they generally wanted to be there. Upbeat and cheerful despite my 10AM visit (hey! I run on east coast time!). Yes, 10AM I couldn't believe they were open either, score! The burger was enough to fill me up, thankfully, because the fries were not too tasty. I highly recommend Animal Style. Adds more thousand island, pickles, onions, and other goodies. Oh, and mustard-grilled...you bet I will be doing that with my burgers from now on. If I we are driving on vacation and want a quick bite, I'll probably stop. However, if it's not on path while road trippin', I'd rather experience something new.

Yeah, yeah, I know. In-N-Out? Really? Really folks. Really. And here's why. Protein style means I can quickly drive through and get a honkin' piece of crispy lettuce wrapped around huge tomatoes, tangy pickles and a patty. I don't understand why you'd get the bun! I know the meat is probably processed and not the best for me, BUT this is pretty darn raw approved in my opinion, so this month... it works. I didn't have to wait to long, everyone I encountered was super sweet and the entire trip made me think back to 2007 or so when the place opened and I waited in line with my friend Jenny for close to two hours. At the end of the day, it's still a fast food hamburger, but driving around town if you get rid of the bun, it's not a bad two buck snack.

In need of food fast, we stopped at in-n-out. This was like any other in-n-out, but it was very clean. The place was also packed with people. So my husband went to order while I looked for a table. I noticed that the young man taking orders was really efficient at it, and even though they were busy, he took the time to chat with the customers. We also ordered one cheese burger for the girls to share and he offered to cut it in half. We received our order in about five minutes. Everything was fresh and hot!! The burger for my girls was cut in half and individually wrapped, which made it easy for them to eat. I was loving my cheese burger and my animal style fries. I also really LOVE their pink lemonade. We enjoyed our food even though we were in a hurry! This was the best customer service we have gotten at a fast food restaurant.

My mom had told me that the In N Out is not as good in Arizona as in California but we stopped by here last week and it seemed just as good to me (and I'm from California and eat at In N Out often). I had a burger well-done, animal style without lettuce, and shared an animal style fries and Neapolitan shake with my daughter. The place was clean, our orders were correct, the staff was friendly, it took about the same amount of time to get our food as usual. However, I was disappointed that they made my animal fries so far ahead of time that I could see them sitting under a heat lamp for several minutes before the rest of our food came up. Fries are one of those things that just cannot afford to sit around and get cold. I would recommend either waiting longer to make them, or not waiting to deliver all of the food at once.

Loved this place! It was clean & the staff was polite and friendly. Prices are reasonable, decent parking, & there is a drive-thru. Yes, during lunchtime they get a little backed up with orders, but I think that is because they are quite busy and the food is fresh, which makes all the difference in the world!

Overall impression is good, not great. Streamlined menu, prompt and friendly service, reasonable prices. The line moves quickly. Had the double double, requested no sauce since I'm not a fan of mayo, with onion. The quality itself doesn't strike me as exceptional. I find the consistency and appearance of the burger patty resembles that of Wendy's; kind of crumbly, slightly gritty, cooked medium-well. It is quite greasy, and therefore quite tasty. The cheese tasted a bit too much like cheese-whiz-very creamy. The fries are very weak and knock the rating down one full star. The texture resembles a cross between cardboard and and leather while the fries themselves taste more like potato sticks. For fresh-cut fries I don't possible know how to make them worse. Overall I find In-n-Out to be a bit hyped up. Granted it was a solid burger I don't quite understand all the five-star ratings it has.

My California friends almost flipped their lids when they heard I had never tried In-N-Out Burger. I had heard of the fabled chain from the Big Lebowski, and almost everything from that movie is gold. These friends promised a heavenly experience as they swooned at the suggestion that In-N-Out Burger was soon to be available here in good old Tucson. Because I was totally inexperienced, and would have never really stopped there without a strong suggestion, they dragged me there and even bought my first meal there. We paraded outside for a quick lunch, which is definitely cool for a fast food joint--outside seating, who knew. I gobbled up the burger and fries, debating the subtleties of the flavors, textures, all the while taking in the decorum of the restaurant itself, the feel and atmosphere.... After I cleaned up my area, they turned to me and asked how it was. My only comment was, "Ever heard or had Steak'n'Shake?" They looked at me blankly...."You know, fun commercials, steakburgers, and shakes--'not a workaurant'?" The blank stares continued. Well, it is a good fast-food burger. It was certainly better than McDonalds or Burger King or Wendy's. But I've had better, and still prefer the late night rendezvous with Steak'n'Shake from my Midwestern days. Was it good? Yes, it's ok. Was it as good as everyone thinks? No, definitely not, and I highly recommend Steak'n'Shake for anyone that's never had it.

Most everyone knows In-N-Out burger - great burgers, great fries, all done quickly at a decent price. It's no secret that they have a "secret" menu - numerous websites can be googled that will give you a list of those secrets. I may be in the minority when I say... so what. I've been ordering a "custom" burger for as long as I can remember so giving many of the combos a special name doesn't seem all that exciting to me. Want to order a 4x burger, or one with double cheese, or one with all the veggies? They have names for those. I suppose for regulars those tricks are a fun way to order - I'm not knocking anyone, nor the restaurant, for this nice gimmick. It's a gimmick that works, after all. Just about everything "works" right here. So why four stars, Dan? Well I'll be happy to tell you. Two things: the burgers are sometimes a little pink in the middle and I'm not a huge fan of their fries. I like my burgers well done - you don't have to leave it red for me so I know it's a real beef burger. I trust you. Cook it brown all the way through, please. Get it crispy if you want, I won't mind. Now, luckily, you *can* order your burger well done and they will happily oblige (at least they seem happy - almost like Pleasantville happy). They'll oblige pretty much anything here. I like that. But their fries... I only mildly like. I know they're natural so they're not soaked in batter and salt and other "bad things." But they're less tasty than I'm used to. And less crispy. And if you take them to go and actually wait 5-10 minutes to eat them, they grow soft. And that makes me sad. Poor potato, I'm so sorry. I would have dressed you up in a crispy batter and nibbled every last bite. As it is, I dump half of them every time. So for those reasons, I ding a star. But still, a consistently great burger. Can't really go wrong with a fast food In-N-Out burger.

PIER 39 in San Francisco had an In-N-Out , no wonder, PIER 39 is for tourist & morons. The food is awful, it has no taste. Everything on the menu has a "fake" taste quality. It is better than CrapDonalds though. Tucson got one, so what, The food is awful, it has no taste.

Figure it out.

how could anyone give this less than 5 stars?!?!?!? i don't get it. the burgers were freshly made, didn't taste frozen at all (which is one of their big selling points) and fast.

In-N-out......this place is always pack during lunch time. live close by and burgers are delicious so are the animal fries. if you want 3 x burger or 4 x burger which is not on menu, ask for it. if you ate 2 of these burger....4 x burger, you are a hulk. 4 patty stack up burgers dang.

Five Guys is in town too.

how could anyone give this less than 5 stars?!?!?!? i don't get it. the burgers were freshly made, didn't taste frozen at all (which is one of their big selling points) and fast.

At first I was not impressed with their fries at all, but now I have just gotten used to them. The service is quick and the grilled onions make the meal even better. Would like to see more menu choices that are visible.

I love in and out from my days of living in Cali. Now that I'm in tx I just can't get there as often as I like. I usually don't do reviews of big chains, but this is the closest one 2 my home and I always stop here when on road trips to the left coast. Dbl dbl animal style!!

Don't understand what all the hype is about. Waiting in line all hours of the day and night for an "ok" burger is ridiculous. Burgers tastes alright but nothing special. I'd rather go to Fuddruckers.

I love this place. It's the only fast food chain restaurant that I eat at. The only thing that bothers me is that a couple of times I've been to the one at el con mall, and clearly asked for no cheese on my burger, to find cheese on my burger... I'm usually tight on time so going back to let them know is not an option.. Needles to say, ruins my meal. The employees need to pay more attention to customer requests.

Ok I don't understand the reviews for this place. I was so excited to try it & then I couldn't finish my cheeseburger or fries. THEY WERE GROSS. These people obviously haven't had a Shake Shack burger or fries.

Enjoy!

Fresh veges & meat. One of the best fast food chains around. They repeat your order like 3 times and dont mess it up. I personally like this one on broadway but i am sure, they are all the same in consistency .

  • Melisa R.

  • Mariya D.

You hear that, Five Guys? CRISPY. Anyways its good on a day when cooking dinner isn't a viable option or you just don't want to spend big bucks at a restaurant.

Four x four animal style!!! And then the animal style fries. On yes this is the way to start any epic weekend. The service is good a little slow some times but the prices is always right.
