Good basic, steady, what you expect, tasty, great snack or quick meal. Fun and energetic wait staff. Fries are fresh and yummy. Clean, basic .... safe to eat.

This was my first time at this location and I can say that I love it. To me, all the In-n-Out's are the same! Not in a bad way of course. More like, every location has great customer service, great food, and great atmosphere. I've also realized that all the locations are built the same. Which is convenient for me, so I don't have to learn where everything is! Just like the other location I reviewed, it gets really busy here.

My husband and I had our first "unofficial" date at this particular In-n-Out. Of course we ddin't know it would even count as a date in hindsight. My then-new-friend-now-husband glanced at the menu and turned to me, "I forgot how cheap it is here. Dinner's on me." So he chivalrously bought me a burger and we sat outside and chatted for 3 hours. In hindsight, not bad at all. We came back with friends before How to Train Your Dragon 2. Still love it. And I think the server dude deserves a promotion -- the happiest person I've ever seen working in the fast food industry! In-n-Out must have done something right!

I'm sad that I love In N Out so much. I really am. My husband could eat here every day, and I am secretly dating the secret menu's Neapolitan shake. (The large one, the standard size will never do.) Animal style burger, you are incredible. Maybe after my love affair with the Neapolitan shake is over, I will have you. Thanks for making my pants tight, and the miles on my truck jump. You're worth it. Thank you.

Overpriced for quantity and quality of food! Very disappointed, so glad we were in the area and didn't drive very far. The other fast food places in the area will get our future business. Fast getting through the drive through!Won't be back!

I have never been to In-N-Our Burger as they are just coming into Texas. This was my first experience and I wanted to see if it lived up to the hype. On the rare times i comes to fast food, I'm a fan of Texas based Whataburger. But having tried this, I would put it on the same level as me beloved Whataburger. The staff were very friendly and the restaurant immaculate. Through Yelp, I learned of the "Secret Menu" but I was in the mood for just a burger and fries. What I had was fantastic and maybe the freshest fries I have had in a fast food restaurant. The nearest In-N-Out Burger to me is in Austin which is an hour and half drive so I probably won't go very often. However, if they ever decide to build one in College Station, I would be at the front of the line.

Was there a few weeks ago, while on a trip to Tucson. Always enjoy a double double from In-N-Out. Great service and a nice staff . Busy for a 10:30 pm crowd. Wish they would move into Colorado soon. have to travel to get my fix for In-N-Out Burgers.

While on a business trip far from home I needed lunch and asked for "Something simple? A burger joint or something. I want something quick." I was quickly pointed to the nearby In-n-Out burger. As I walked in I was confronted with a simple menu of three options. A burger, a cheese burger, or a double burger (available w/cheese). My initial flood of hesitation was quickly washed away while I waited. I waited roughly 5 minutes during the lunch rush for my burgers. During my wait I witnessed service beyond what I could fathom fast food could provide. A single mother with two children asked for some ketchup and was met with something along the lines of "Of course. Do you need a booster seat?" Quickly she rounded the counter saying "Let me get you one. Obviously you could use one. How else can I help you? Let me carry that tray for you." My burgers were good. The fries were good. The smile on my face having witnessed such customer service was off the charts. I visited a couple of times while in town and it's obvious this chain is customer oriented. The ingredients were fresh and tasty. I highly suggest this chain. Particularly if you're a single mother who doesn't realize she needs more than ketchup. You'll appreciate it.

After walking for hours downtown and wiping off pelts of sweats off our faces, we decided that this is the place to pig down on. We ordered our usual and never spoke with one another the entire meal. That's how hungry we are and that's how much we are craving for some of this. This chain always delivered, but i have one, just one complaint with this establishment. Their cheese fries is a fail!. The cheese they are the square ones, which they put on your fries and melt it in a microwave. You would expect that they would use nacho cheese kind, but i guess i can't really complain since it's off of their secret menu and not really a part of the "main menu." That aside, this joint is always our go to for burgers coz they never fail to satisfy our hunger and their delish!

I'll make this brief: - Reasonable food at reasonable prices - Avoid the French fries - Fresh ingredients - Smashburger is 10 times better and under $5 - place could be kept cleaner *Side note: On Halloween one year, I got kicked out by a young shift supervisor at 11PM for wearing a V for Vendetta mask and fake boobs over my cape. Anti exhibitionist or extreme patriot?

Fast food isn't really fast during the busy lunch hours, but this place has it down to a science! Whenever it gets very busy they have an employee outside at the drive thru that takes your order and pushes it up to the kitchen. This significantly speeds up the process and I'm very glad they do it! The employees are always in a very chipper mood and that is probably the biggest reasons I love visiting In-n-Out vs the other fast food joints. You can tell that the employees are treated well and they treat the customer well. Did I mention Animal Fries? If you're weak and succumb to delicious unhealthy foods don't try it because you'll be hooked :) Always very fast service, accurate orders, delicious food, and great customer service!

We go here every couple weeks. The service and counter people are friendly, polite and professional. In other words, they are very well trained and also very neat and clean and wear clean uniforms. The burgers are amazing and they make them just the way you want them. They even offer to bring them to your table if they see you have too much to carry. The hamburger meat is fresh and cooked just right; the fries are hot and crispy, and the shakes are also very good. And the buns do not fall apart. They also have someone going around all the time and cleaning off the tables and even using their little sweepers to clean up stuff off the floor. We prefer In-N-Out over most other hamburger places including the really expensive ones. Also I see young people working there that have been there for quite awhile, so they must pay a fair wage and hopefully treat them right.

If you are a AZ Transplant, like many of us are, you prob. have no clue about In-n-Out Burger, besides it is a fast food restaurant. The menu only consists of french fries, hamburger, cheeseburger, double double, coke products and strawberry/vanillia/chocolate shakes. However, they have a SECRET menu...and I thought I would help a Yelper out by giving you the run down. And it prints out on the receipt...........Did this come about as a marketing ploy or by demand...curious. A "24 is a burger with two beef patties and four slices of cheese. You can also order a "33," a "42 or any other meat/cheese combo, a 44 is as large as you can get. 2x Meat or "Double Meat Two beef patties, no cheese. The rule of 4 applies. You can get anything animal style and it is quite popular : a mustard-cooked beef patty with additional pickles, cheese, spread and grilled onions diced up and mixed together on the grill. You can also get your fries animal style! Cut in half= cut in half Flying dutchman burger, cheesex2, burger- bunless Grilled cheese with onion, tomoato, and spread aka thousand island Protein style- wrapped in lettuce instead of a bun Veggie or Wish Burger- Bun, lettuce, tomoato, onion, pickle, spread- no cheese Extra toast- toasty bun Cheese Fries Animal Fries Fries light- undercooked Fries Well done Nepolitan shake Choco vanilla swirl root beer float Tea Aid- arnold palmer Lemon up- half 7 up hald lemon aid You can order Extra spread in a packet peppers (peppercini) Grilled onion whole or chopped Extra veggies On the sal- all the veggies with the spread on top They have a mini list on their webpage...guess the cat's out of the bag!

My high schooler had early release day, I let him choose what we were having for lunch and this is where we ended up. The lunch rush gets pretty busy but there were lots of people working. They took our order quickly but then it took 14 minutes for us to get our food. Seems long for fast food, but the food was fresh and hot. I would have given them 4 stars if it weren't for the long wait for the food. I don't eat here often but the food is consistently good and the staff always seems happy and polite.

Tried this in San Diego area got food poisoning... after 12 years gave the company another try... not that special and felt sick again... but not as bad. Burger was good. Fries only so-so. Will I go back again? Maybe

Still the best there is. With all the competition in the burger segment, nobody does it as good for as little money as these guys do. I love their Protein Style (lettuce instead of bun) burger, and come here often just for that. The staff is extremely friendly with even the forced smiles feeling authentic, the place is easy to get to and clean every time. If you want a burger, fries and a soda, for less than six bucks is the place to go. It's better than places twice as expensive.

Had to get my burger fix while in town because we don't have In-n-Out on the east coast. Staff was very pleasant and quick. The food was great. Would recommend going if you are in that part of Tucson.

Better than 5 Guys. Guess I'll always have a nostalgic place in my heart for In n Out! I tried my fries animal style today. That was a first! They come with sauce, grilled onions & cheese on top. I'd say try it if you haven't! It's not on the menu, you have to ask for it by name.

My favorite Cheeseburger place!!! I don't know what but something about in and out burgers...it's so good!!!! I don't like french fries here.

I think the secret sauce is made with unicorn tears and magic. It's delicious and a cure-all. After some particularly fun nights that often turn into rough mornings, I wake up craving their food. They're my favorite fast food restaurant. The grilled cheese makes me feel that vegetarians aren't simply an afterthought. Animal style french fries are my guilty pleasure. If you haven't had them, order them. And of course, top everything off with a milkshake. Eat, Enjoy, and feel Rejuvenated.

Due to my busy schedule, I eat out every night of the school year. Since In-n-out is on my way home from school, I stop by there for dinner about 3-4 times a week. Amazing Service Friendly Staff Great Tasting Food Only negative I can think about is that the wait can sometimes be a a bit long (10-15 minutes) during rush hour

  • Andrew N.

Since we do not have this back home, it is a rarity for me to have some in -n-out burgers... Came here last week with a bunch of people... THis location is very clean. Got a double-double, order of fries and a neapolitan shake... Not much to write about.. but would pick in-n-out over 5 guys.. prompt service, good place to get a burger.

When In-N-Out first came to El Con a few years ago I resisted going there because the lines were way too long. The burger lover inside me, though, wondered what all the fuss was about. Surely the food must be uber-fantastic if people were lined up like it was a Disneyland ride. Eventually, after the initial fervor died down, I went. I still wondered what all the fuss was about. It was a burger. I did not even care for the fries. Since then, a few more locations have popped up around town, making In-N-Out slightly more accessible. I have grown to like the burgers. I still do not care for the fries. It is more reasonably priced than 5 Guys. Neither chain has lived up to the hype in my opinion. All that being said... this is a review of In-N-Out burger and not my take on the burger universe. They keep their menu options limited to do what they do well. If you know about the "secret menu" you can create some of your own options. Their food is freshly prepared and is better than most fast food chains. They don't have to rely on a guy with a giant head or sexy car wash commercials to bring in business. There I go again...

  • Joshua B.

People seem to go crazy over In-N-Out burgers... really. The burgers are good by fast food standards; however, after all the hype, I was really expecting more. The menu isn't really the menu. (Look up their secret menu online.) The service is standard fast food fare. And the food isn't life changing or even something to write home about. Bottom line, they aren't over priced or overly tasty as far as fast food is concerned. It's just a burger people.

We drove by and saw the "now open" sign. I was surprised that there wasn't a huge line. We stopped by and it turns out they opened this past Saturday. Everything was as good as usual. That's a huge compliment since it really didn't feel like they just opened. Everything was running smoothly. No long wait, no different taste, nothing out of the ordinary. The crew was going around offering to toss people's trash for them. They brought my kids stickers and hats. They were chatting with people who were having In-n-Out for the first time. We were asked how we were doing about five times. Wow, at a burger place! Good luck to them and yay for having an In-n-Out Burger slightly closer to my home.

  • Bernadette C.

I don't crave hamburgers that often, but when I do I head to in-n-out! The burgers are pretty good, but what I really enjoy is the animal style fries. They are so good! I also love the pink lemonade...it is my favorite drink!! The times that I have gone to this location I have gotten my cheeseburger with a cold bun. I don't know if that's the way they its suppose to be, but I like my bun least warmed through. The service is good.

It took me awhile to warm up to In-n-Out Burger. Everyone raved about it and when I finally tried it, I wasn't crazy about it ... but then it started to grow on me ... haven't decided if this is good or bad. I always order the hamburger with fries and a chocolate milkshake. When I have a craving, no other burger place will do. The staff is always super friendly, the wait is never too long, and the quality is consistent. Okay In-n-Out Burger, you win!

I love me some In-N-Out!!!! Old fashion burger and well done fries...YES, please!!!! Love to food and service....always prompt and always DELICIOUS!!!!

  • Wes B.

First and foremost Joshua, I'm sorry all the hype had you thinking that in-n-out would change your life but come on, 2 stars? I didn't read a bad word in your review about the location or the food, just that you were let down because it didn't make you cry. Try a burger and fries both animal style, if that doesn't make you cry for joy you may be a robot. The quick note by Wendy "does not travel well, eat asap" while I agree hot food is best eaten hot. If you order it 'to go' instead of the in car open box the bag helps keep alot of heat in. I've had to wait 20-30 min to get my burger home before and they were always tasty. My review is of this new location... Good. Nice and clean, friendly staff. Food was excellent and could have been used in an ad. The drive through line was long but we ate inside and got our food rather quickly.

  • Jerry G.

I am not a big fan of In-n-Out Burger, but my family is. So, based on their input they really like this one. It is close to home and they just love the burgers and shakes. My big problem with this store is they always seem to get my order wrong. How hard is it to not put the pickle on the burger when I order it with no pickle?

    (4)
  • Raul S.

If you feel like a plain old burger and fresh cut fries, I can't think of many places that do it better than In-N-Out. They get 5 stars for doing what they set out to do real well, and not trying to gunk up the works with salads or nuggets. Just don't fall for hype. If you come here expecting to get your mind blown by awesome amazingness, just to figure out all they do is make good burgers...well, if you leave disappointed it's your own damn fault! Contrary to what you might hear, you will not find the meaning of your life or have something akin to a near death experience. You'll just find a double-double Animal style and a chocolate shake.

  • Roland P.

Great fixing and presentation awful burger. All the fixings and roll are excellent then they put a poorly cooked McDonald's burger in the middle. The burger is paper thin and small in diameter, there is no way to make this a decent burger. Just can't understand what people are raving about. At McDonald's I expect a lousy burger and the single burger is cheap ... No clue why anyone would go here never mind rave about it. Did I forget to mention the long wait even when not busy ... Let's see lousy burger and long wait, not for me.

fast service. food is great... though I'm not insane about their food like most tucsonans, it's still a good meal. Double-double Animal style burger is awesome! what's also cool is that they usually give my daughter stickers to play with while we wait for food. Place is generally clean.

    (4)
  • Ashley H.

As to why people love In n Out so much I am unsure. I found them to be pretty much the same taste as a Wendy's. Sure it's cheap and the staff is nice but meh I wouldn't go out of my way for them. Secret menu or not. Food wise was not impressed.

    (2)
  • Cristina L.

In n Out, how I love you. Burgers here are pure deliciousness. I only wish they were a little more substantial. That's okay, that just means I'll have to get a double, double next time. I swear there's something addictive in these things. Truly, I think the secret is using fresh everything-no freezers. I love the simple menu and every restaurant I've visited is super clean. There's a reason this place is always packed!

This one is the best In n Out in terms of speed. They get it to you faster then any other location and the fries are more consistent.

  • Nancy W.

Where to start? These are just the best burgers and fries anywhere for me. Clean, fast and friendly service. I get the protein burger. Burger with no bun wrapped in fresh, crispy and cold lettuce. Without the bun, i can scarff down two burgers. Gosh, i love this place!!

    (5)
  • Robbie S.

Everybody and their mom has reviewed In-N-Out. There's not much to say that hasn't been said already. There burgers are pretty darn good and some people like the fries, and some don't, but they probably still eat them anyway. The thing that I think is great about In-N-Out is they will make your burger exactly how you want it, with everything, with nothing at all, and they'll even open one of those little bags of chilies they have and chop them up and throw them in your burger. The fact that they are open until 1:00 and 1:30 on the weekends make it the go to place for a midnight snack. The employees are always very friendly, either because they get paid really well, or they're robots.

    (4)
  • Jen W.

Huge line and it was not even during 11-1! I was kind of annoyed that I was number 65 and they skipped from 63 to 72, so that added even more of a wait. And all I got was a hamburger ($1.99). It was so worth the wait! Felt a little bit queasy from the grease afterwards, but maybe I need to incorporate these burgers more often. Mmm, I took my mom (transplant from California to the East Coast), and we both agree that In-N-Out has some of the best burgers. Awesome sauce and bread - delicious! Beware: you can ask for "the chilis" which are really small hot yellow peppers - pretty much like a short, spicy banana pepper looking thing. These are super spicy and they are free, but they squirt - sometimes in your eyes, so be careful!

    (4)
  • Terry D.

Not that impressed. I don't see the attraction of this place. Hamburgers are good but Carls Jr $6 burger is tastier. Fries are so-so and McDonald's are better. Besides you sometimes have to wait 20 to 30 minutes to get your order.

    (2)
  • Liz G.

What makes these burgers taste so good? I'm convinced it's the produce. I swear I could eat a lettuce, tomato, onion (and special sauce) burger, forget the meat and cheese. The milkshakes are also really good, but I wish they came in bigger sizes. The only drawback to In-n-Out's menu is the fries. I know some people love them, but unless you eat them right out of the fryer, you might as well be eating cardboard.

i went here for lunch today and it was packed to the gills. this place must be one of the busiest spots in tucson. food is good as usual, but the lines and lack of table space make it almost better to take it to go. also, if you get animal style, it seems a bit too salty. fries and shakes are tasty and consistent. glad there is an in n out on the east side finally.

  • Joseph L.

They are numerous reasons that I like this place... Super Secret menu makes you know your hamburger... In-n-Out... You might want to know whats the super secret menu? Can't tell you...because its " super secret!!" Talking about having your way!! Just Google it! Quality! Staffs are always well trained!! and no matter which one you go you always get the nice and warm greeting. Try that on any fast food chain!! As matter of fact some of the places are laughable!! PS. McDonald.....the kid put the dirty rag next to my tray 2 years ago are doing a wonderful job keep me from going back.
