This location makes the best ranch fries! With plenty of bacon. Mmmmmmmm!

I am addicted to their slushees. That is all.

I don't understand why Eegees on Campbell cannot share a parking lot with their neighbors Goodness Juice Bar! I dropped off my kids at the south entrance of Eegee's so they can place our order at Eegee's. I drove around and parked on the north end so I could walk across the street to order a juice from Goodness. Immediately I have someone yelling from the drive through window. "Ma'am you can't park there we're going to tow your truck!" Aren't we in business to help each other grow and make the consumer happy so they spend they're money on your business!

Awesome fruit slushes. The lemon one makes a great Arnold Palmer. And the rotating monthly flavors are all delicious. Tried the black raspberry today and found it really tasty.

We visit here with the grandkids. They are affordable, fast and great AC. Their frozen drinks are fun. This is a pleasant place for us to stop for a quick meal. The kids really like this place.

Oh how I wish this was in LA! Strawberry lemonade is where it's at!!

It amazes me that this place doesn't have its own priests or temple prostitutes because people talk about this place like cult members talk about their "New Family." BUT..... to be fair its really that good. please notice that any review that is crappy is because those sillys ate food here. THIS PLACE IS ABOUT THE ICE! the classic lemon could make me give up smashing Tokyo in a minute. I would get that headache and the last thing i'd see before it all goes black is a double cross! Lastly, one wonders what else reviewer Malachi doesn't do at home.

Eegees had always been a favorite being a Tucson local. I mean their ranch fries are basically heaven. However this particular time they completely forgot the ranch after paying and waiting 10 minutes in the drive-thru line. Not trying to be picky, but how do you forget ranch for ranch fries?

A family favorite. We have made it a tradition during the summers to grab eegees for the family every Saturday for lunch. My boys always love to split a kid sized eegee, The sandwiches are fresh and made fast. Their fries and ranch dressing are the best. Although they do mess up small things about our order often it never turns me away. What I love most about this company is how they encourage the hiring of people with special needs. We love Eegee's and will be customers for life!

Horrible. If I could give them no stars I would. I ordered TWO sandwiches to get only one and when I called they claimed there was a "big rush". When I arrived there was one customer before me and he got his food as I ordered mine and two groups of people (two people then three after) walked in as I was there. One group of people only ordered drinks. Don't waste your time going here. Screw this place.

Had a skinny berry eeggee and it was amazing tasted just like the regular strawberry. Need to stock up on my next visit. I just wish they would open a store in the Phoenix area.

I'm not a Tucson, or even an Arizona native, but the fact that you can only find this place here is amazing. I love the idea of ranch fries, and wonder why I never thought of that sooner! They're subs are pretty good too. And Eegees! I mean, slushies are not a bad combo with subs and fries! Staff is awesome, this place is awesome. Mango Tango is my favorite Eegee!

Another pit stop in experiencing all things Tucson, I stopped over at Eegee's for one of their slushies. I love all kinds of icees, smoothies, snow cones, so I was super excited to try one that was unique to Tucson. I ordered the piña colada, and also got to try the lemon. I cannot speak to any of their food options, but the slushies were very average. As a Chicago native, I have had plenty of italian ice, and icees from 7/11. I would say that this essentially a fusion of the two. The slushie flavor was okay, but really didn't taste too much like a piña colada.

If you ever consider yourself a Tucson local or native, Eegee's was and probably still is your go to spot for slushees and sandwiches. In my honest opinion, they're the rich man's version of those chain subway restaurants (Yes, I'm talking to you Subway/Quizno's). They have their regular flavors such as pina colada and strawberry, but they have a special flavor at the beginning of each month! My personal favorite is the key lime; nothing beats a slushee on a 100 degree day, which is most days if you're in Tucson. What's even better is you can buy a tub of Eegee's and stick it in your freezer for the rest of the week; it won't go bad! Besides the slushees, the sandwiches is freshly made; my personal favorite is the pizza sandwich (forgot what they actually called it). But you really can't go wrong with any of the sandwiches on their menu, I promise you'll absolutely love it! And you MUST, and I definitely stress the MUST in this case...get the ranch fries! I haven't steered anyone wrong yet with my reviews, and I'm not going to start to here.

I came here for a quick bite to eat. A cute little sandwich shop is just what I needed to hit my hunger woes in the face. I really didn't have a high expectation. I feel like in order for sandwiches to be worthy of 5 star I would have to go to a delicatessen. I bit into my pastrami on rye sandwich and regretted my decision of only ordering a 5 inch. I needed the foot long for sure. The bread was so good and tasted homemade the pastrami was hot and the overall experience with it almost left me in tears. I didn't think it would get any better than this. I then sunk my teeth into the recommended ranch fries. The appearance made me feel like I was at a redneck dinner. These were crinkle fries with ranch on it with what looks like bacon bits. Yes, that sounds trashy but you know what it works for sure. It takes your mouth to flavor town and you are not going to want to leave. Even when your done I'm sure you will be back time and time again every time you come to Tucson. Even the person I was with had a boring turkey sandwich, I bit into it and has to be one of the best turkey sandwiches ever. The mayo and the banana peppers made it and those are two ingredients I don't particularly like. They know what they are doing. I'm very happy I was taken here. A+

I can't wait until every month to see what the flavor is going to be. Okay, that may sound a little sad like I don't have a life or something but once you get hooked on those on those eegee's you'll know what I'm talking about. Save room for those ranch fries. The subs are the best, you can really taste that they have been made freshly that day.

Good food. Great eegees. I have no way why they don't expand past Tucson, beyond the idea of a gimmick. I'm sure they would be successful in other places.

While in town for 2 weeks for the Tradeshow a handful of people keep saying, "go to Eegee's and get a frozen drink, they are like 7-11 but 100% better". So I went, and I got their Pina Colada. It was awesome and super cheap as it was $2 and it was huge for a small.

So I went to this Eegee's before the remodel and, literally within one month, went back (yes, I'm a fatty, what's up?) and it was remodeled. So, THANK YOU, Eegee's gods, because now I'm not so scared to go. Not that the ghetto interior scared me off, but it was... off-putting. Anyway-- it's Eegee's. If you live in Tucson and you don't know about Eegee's, get out of here. Just move. Seriously. That said-- it's Eegee's. If you don't know how delicious the flavor of the month is going to be, order a kid's size. I did that for the lemon, and it was a great idea. If you know what you like, order a giant size of it and go to town! Simple. Iced teegee's are where it's at, in my opinion-- iced tea + lemon eegee's-- yeah buddy! Prices-- super cheap, for everything! You can get several different size sandwiches (5 in., 8 in., etc.) but this isn't Subway, you can't pick your toppings. My personal favorites? The ranch fries... but literally, just fries and ranch. My bf likes the ranch fries, the sandwiches, the teegee's... almost everything! Two 5 in. sandwiches, 2 teegee's, large french fries with ranch: $14, AND we forgot to 'meal deal' it. Just large fries and 2 teegee's always runs less than $10. Everyone at this Eegee's is really friendly, and they get our food out to us super fast. It's a little small (a handful of places to sit), but there's a bathroom and the whole place is well kept. My big idea? To get a giant bucket of lemon Eegee's, take it my house, dump a bottle of vodka in it, and call over my closest friends (no, not the cats... I have friends...). That's a party, my friend!

TWO orders of pizza fries for my phat a$$ in one weekend. What is wrong with me?! Why are your pizza fries the craving of my food baby!!!!

I've been to this Eegee's a few times, and I have no complaints. The food is really tasty and comes out exactly as ordered and fast. The ranch fries are deeeelicious and I always get the BLT. Yum yum. The drive through is fast and the location is awesome.

Ranch fries? More like rancid fries.

My brother took me here when I was visiting Tuscon. He tells me it is a regional spot. I had a meatball sub with pizza fries and a strawberry eegee. The sub was pretty decent, though not much different than what I can get at a Subway anywhere. The pizza fries were interesting. I know if I hadn't had a sub with marinara on it, I would have enjoyed the fries more. It consists of a basket of fries with marinara sauce and cheese spread on top. By the time I got to them, the meatball sub had filled me up, and it ended up being too much sauce altogether. The decor was pretty 1970's, and I liked it. I would probably visit here again, but I'd not order two saucy items...

I don't know what I would do in the summer without Eegees. Not much of a fan for their food, but their Eegee drinks are a life saver in the hot summer heat! I will go to Sausage Deli for a Italian sub then stop by Eegees to get the drink. The flavors of the month never disappoint!

Awesome food and service here!!! I wish they had Eegee's in Phoenix. Very clean inside and several employees checked on us to make sure our food was good.

Growing up in Tucson, this was the original sub shop before Subway, Blimpie's and Schlotsky's and will always be my go to before any of those others. The bread always tastes and feels fresher than the others and the ingredients are added in the perfect amount so that you don't have to go downa line and ask for more or less of a particular ingredient. The slushee is a particular treat with the main stays of pina colada, strawberry and lemon. But the flavor of the month is nice to add to the mix and usually is selected to fit with the time of year (cranberry for November). But to kill any craving quickly, order some of their french fries which are a real treat and consistently come out with the perfect crispy outside and hot inside. You can get them with ranch or chili if that's your thing as well. Other notable mentions: The turkey sandwich on wheat or the classic grinder.

Best quick/fast food joint in Tucson. Flavor of the month keeps things interesting and they also have great coupon books that help charity. Spend your fast foid dollars in a Tucson owned chain!

I'll try to be objective, but honestly I've been in love with Eegee's for my entire life and don't plan on changing that opinion. I will admit, however, their sandwiches are mediocre at best. Yet, I crave them for some reason. I usually drizzle their unbeatable ranch over my sandwich, and dip my delicious fries in it, too. Their drinks are somewhat hard to describe to someone who hasn't had one, not really a slushie or a smoothie, but somewhere in between. I love the watermelon (next month! YAY), who doesn't? I'm happy with how consistent they've been for my entire 23 years, the only disappointment comes when they forget to put my ranch in the bag...sigh.

Usually get a turkey grinder and flavor of the month egee If ur having a party and u want an easy cool drink for summer time get a gallon of egee and a 1/5 of ever-clear. mix and enjoy. Literally the egees covers the alcohol burn and keeps ya cool on the hot summer days (or nights)

It must be one of those small town things where you have to grow up with no other options around in order to enjoy sub par food and entertainment (Tucsonans do this a lot) or maybe it's just me, but Eegees is nothing special. The sandwiches are tasteless and overpriced for what you get, the fries obviously come out of a Sysco bag, and most of the time the workers are airhead high school girls that can't get an order right. If we're talking sandwiches, Jimmy Johns, Subway, Baggins, even the deli at Fry's would be on my list of places to stop at before going to Eegees. Will never understand the love for this place

So I asked these guys if they could toast my sandwich and they offer to microwave it for me. Epic fail and I'll never eat there again as a result. I don't even microwave food at my own house.

What can I say about a Tucson legend? Every time I come back to Tucson I have to go and get an Eegee. I love their crinkle cut fries as well. Eegee's may not be fancy but it is a must have when in Tucson!

  • Jodi J.

Totally a taste of Tucson! Love these things, the drinks rock, and have monthly speciality flavors which is fun. The ranch fries are to die for, sadly the sandwiches are nothing special and are a knock off of Subway, but honestly in 100 degree heat or more the real reason you go to this place is to get a cold eegee's fizz.

always awesome.. ranch fries and flavor of the month for days. if i ever leave tucson, this will be the one place ill truly miss..

I would just ditto Jeff D.s review. Eegees grinder, fries with ranch and a strawberry/pina coloda slush. Make it two, one to eat now and one to take home to Phoenix for later.

When I went to Cali, I was like where are the Eeegee's?! I seriously thought Eeegee's was a national affair. Even InNOut Burger doesn't have as good a fries as Eeegee's. What I love at Eeegee's is not only do they have fresh sandwiches, but their fries and Eegee slush drinks are awesome! If you're an outsider I definitely recommend them. My work would order a 10ft sub and a huge cooler full of strawberry and lemon Eeegee. Hooza!

i live across the country now and my browser has turned up on their delivery page more times than i can count. one of these days, i'm gonna give in. i'm craving a strawberry eegee soooo badly. eegee's are deliciously one-of-a-kind and will be one of the first places i stop by once i'm back in town. glad to see they're branching out! maybe some day they'll reach the midwest :)

  • Tim S.

I've actually never had the food at Eegee's, but on numerous occasions I've walked down to this place to get one of the Eegee slush drinks. I always have to get one when I visit family in Tucson. My mom practically gets one daily when we're in town. Someday I'll get lunch there too to go along with my Eegee drink.

As much as eegee's is not usually on my radar while I am in Tucson, I have eaten there a handful of times. In fact, right now when I am in Georgia, I am craving a teagee. See, in Georgia, iced tea usually means sweet tea - one cup of sugar for two cups of tea and some baking soda to take the bitterness out. It is still sweet and unimaginable to me how it can be consumed during a meal instead of as a dessert. Teagee's aren't that great on the first sip but continually get better, but I can't stop drinking them while in Tucson. Lemon ice + tea = genius. It is almost as good of a concept as the soft serve ice cream + coffee I had in China. Lemon eegee's are straight up refreshing. Love the pina too. Your tongue goes numb and then every once in awhile you get the wake up from a piece of real lemon, strawberry, or coconut rind. The pretzels and anything with the word "pizza" in it are mediocre. Where eegee's really shines is their grinders which are their normal, plain subs with the kick of Italian dressing; so a turkey grinder tastes like a "spicy Italian" sub (which I also want right now). My complaint is that the sizes are awkward. 5" and 8" - which one do I choose? I guess a 5" is usually enough for a person that orders fries and an eegee. Speaking of which, their fries are some of the best - not crunchy, slightly crinkly, amazing with their ranch that they give to you for free.

I was born and raised in Tucson and Eegee's was a prominent part of growing up. A large lemon Eegee on a hot summer day is one of the fond memories of my childhood. Their sandwiches are good but their french fries are better. Whenever my wife and I make a trip to Tucson, we always stop by to pick up a large Lemon/Pina Colada Eegee for the ride home. Yum.

  • Emily L.

some people think they lack originality, but all i know is that i will eat a tuna sub on wheat, ranch fries and a large ice teagee until the end of my days.
