We went for a birthday gathering here last year, and it was a good time, so we came back... Big mistake.... Our waitress messed up our order, and then told us she didn't, but she'd happily charge us more for the item that we wanted instead of the item we got. They were out of the beer we asked for (that was on the happy hour handout), because they were "out of the tall" version that was part of happy hour. What? I never figured out what that meant. Then I ordered a dessert, and told her it was someone's birthday. Some other waiter brought it over, and when we asked her if they'd be singing happy birthday, we were told they "don't do that anymore". Why wouldn't you mention that when I was telling you it was someone's birthday and ordering them a dessert? They changed the channel on the TV we were watching before the game was over and wouldn't change it back. Just an all around disappointing time.... The wings were good.

Location oracle road. Ordered 35 wings extra crispy, was told they were to busy and they couldn't do that. The place was barely over half full. Bartender laughed when I asked her if the place was busy. For my money going someplace else in the future.

Horrible service and ignored by the waiter. Asked for an extra tray to put ketchup in and I never got it . I waited my entire meal for refill and the waiter did not come by once, so I got up and got the refill myself. If the wings weren't so good I would never come back here again.

Service was great, no downfall there. Hard to find attentive service-Ashleigh was excellent! Bathrooms are what threw me off, very smelly. Worse then a rest stop or convenience store in terms of smell. Food was ok, been to BWW over 100 times but this wasn't the freshest or best.

Service is bad here. Don't know why, they have plenty of help, just few serious employees. Last food I got here was not worth the wait. For a sports bar it's pretty mediocre. Wait time can be long because of the mixed up orders.

Slow service! Fries are always stale and cold like they've been sitting under a heat lamp in the back, and the prices are outrageous for the food and service quality. Without fail every visit our service has been terrible. The servers forget to bring almost everything we ask for when it is not even busy.

Not even worth one star. This is the last time we will ever go here and what really sucks is me and my fiancé live super close to this location and we are on a fantasy football league. Again and again we have given this place a chance and tonight was the last straw. Our server Craig was repeatedly making excuses for his service simply because he knew it was atrocious. I get it. It's Monday night football. We're sitting in the bar high tops. But seriously?!?! You are a sports bar franchise guys! Based on all the other reviews, this place is clearly not meeting the corporate standards. The food is eh. But the thing that ruins this place is their staff and management. We really wanted to like you guys but we will be going to mulligans or wings over Broadway from now on.

The food is always good just can't seem to get good service. Think I'm gonna travel to the one on Oracle because the food is just as good but the service there is awesome.

My boyfriend and I used to live by the one by Tucson mall and we would go there to watch PPV events that we didn't want to pay for at home. Really liked that location. We moved to this side of town and decided to check this location out. The food was decent, not amazing but also not bad. I've had better from the other location. The interior itself is very cool and different from the other 2 in Tucson. The waitress however, and I forgot to catch her name, was not good. She seemed like she hated her life and serving her customers was the last thing she wanted to do. She literally did not smile at us one single time. She even messed up our SINGLE wing order flavor. And instead of apologizing, she printed a receipt to check that she messed up and we weren't just lying about it. It was a pretty slow night too so it's not like she was busy helping other people. We don't know if we will be returning, it didn't really have the ambiance that the other locations do.

Go to Wing chain restaurant on the way east side. Was there on a Saturday around 1pm. Mild crowd that started to build as you got closer to a big game. The menu is typical of a Buffalo Wild Wings and I must say the beers on tap are pretty diverse. Was able to get my angry orchard. Sat in the bar area and noise wasn't too bad. Have had the same server the past few times and he knows his stuff. However he gives you options but doesn't tell you when there is an up charge. He also will not take a government issued ID as proof of age. Anywho they didn't have the game of choice on today because of direct TV contract issues which cleared the place out pretty fast. So if you are in the mood for some wings and a comfy low key atmosphere on the east side go with it. Faves: spicy garlic sauce and beer of choice

Hit up Wing Tuesday @ B-Dubs... so glad we did. This particular location is always clean, with pretty terrific service. We even had a table visit from the manager to check in on us. Wing Tuesday is an incredible value - particularly when you order a 'large' -- where you can select up to 4 different sauces and you get no less than 20 pretty hearty sized wings/legs. (usually enough to take half home) Wing Tuesday is pretty much .65 per wing - so 13 bucks for a large order. Asian Zing & Caribbean Jerk all the way! (tried the fried pickle appetizer, not bad!)

It's #UFC189 and there's a 100% chance that i'm eating Wings and drinking Beer. Can't wait to see the Leprechaun get waxed by Chaddyshack... Oh, and the Canadian Psycho, Rory MacDonald over "Ruthless" Robbie Lawler.

Dirty dirty dirty dirty dirty. Last time I'll go there, they wipe down the tables with the same gross dirty towel. There was still food under the table and it wasn't that busy nor was it close to closing time. My beer glass was dirty and didn't realize until half way through my beer, there was stuff stuck to the inside bottom of my glass!

The service here is pathetic!! find a different bdubs or go get wings where the staff cares about your experience!

This was my first time at BWW and I am extremely disappointed on the quality of food and the service was horrible. It's too crowded with tables and chairs sadly you can't even get to your table without bumping someone on the way. Not impressed with the food only the location. But I'll try the other one's before I completely give up on their "famous" wings !!!!

A great place for cold beer mediocre wings and spend a lot of money unbelievably expensive for what you get highly recommend Pizza Hut if you're looking for wings and beer not as many TVs but way better wings in a way better price

Iama Critic Rating - Buffalo Wild Wings - 4 Stars 68 North Harrison, Tucson, AZ Overall: This location kicks my local BWW's butt! Everything is better in Tucson, but the prices are higher too. $9.29 Asian Zing Chicken Salad - 4 Stars This salad is packed with two serious flavors, asian sesame and zing! The salad will have your mouth quite warm for quite some time. If heat kills your taste-buds, you better eat this salad last! I should add that this salad is pretty small for over $9. So next time I will ask them to add a few cherry tomatoes! $8.48 Wings and a Side Salad - 4 Stars This particular Buffalo Wild Wings provides some wings that are the "End" segment! There is no real meat on the end segment. Luckily the don't seem to count these "gratis" end segments, so you get your full compliment of 6 wings at least! The small side salad was tasty but rather meager, ask them to give you your side salad, "on the side and in a bowl", trust me, you will get more salad that way. $8.48 Wings and French Fries - 4 Stars Received more "End" segment! Luckily the don't seem to count these "gratis" end segments, so you get your full compliment of 6 wings at least! The fries were ordinary 3 star fries, they should sprinkle a little spice on these fries! $8.79 Pepper Jack Steak Wrap - 3 Stars This wrap came with tortilla chips and salsa. Although this item was tasty it is also very small for almost $9. There is simply too little of what you want for your money! Better skip this item and order more wings. Conclusion: I am a little disappointed that BWW charged me for a tiny cup of BBQ sauce. I mean seriously, if your wings were perfect I wouldn't need more sauce! Sadly the wings were not perfect! Stuff like this is why some restaurants get 4 stars and some get FIVE!

Atmosphere overall was good. Music wasn't too loud. However, extremely slow service. I think our waiter was basically retarded. Wings were cooked well, but there was VERY little sauce on them and you could barely taste the favors. The fries were finally brought out 15 minutes after we got the wings. Took literally 30 minutes to bring the check afterwe asked them. Very disappointing. This chain has gone down hill.

Last 2 times I've felt sick after eating here. Food is ok boneless wings partially covered in sauce. Service is good but the food is just ok. Charge you 60 cents each ranch.

This is not a review on the food but rather the state of this place. I used to work in the kitchen and all the refrigeration is broken and barely useable. They would never replace anything as it cost too much money. Because of the sour attitude no one wanted to clean so the kitchen is very dirty as well. The last straw was charging a cover fee for the fight coming on. What the hell.....that is why sports bars are popular they have sports on that is the cost of doing business and not allow customers in to the store because you need a cover charge, I did not even want to watch the fight just some wings. Boycott the owners of this establishment they border on illegal practices.

  • Anthony S.

Ok first off this place is what it is! It's your typical sports bar with typical sports bar food! If greasy bar food is your thing you'll love it here, if it isn't well then there you go! The specialty is of course wings, though not horrible, they are your standard frozen wings fried in oil that's just a bit too old, and then tossed in sauces full of sugar and salt! In fact most if not all of the sauces are high fructose corn syrup based! So if sweet and sticky is for you, come and get it! They also have rubs, which are of course primarily salt based, so if you like em dry and salty, come and get it! Burgers here are ok but not cooked to order which is not to my liking, I want my burger rare damnit! There are tons of other bar foods on the menu, some good, some not so much! You will have to decide which ones suit your taste! I like the Buffalitos, and the sliders myself! Now on to my favorite subject, the beer! Decent selection, fair prices, and served cold, (not always a good thing), and served with a smile! Is this place gourmet dining, no, is it what it's meant to be, absolutely! So do me a favor, don't take my word or anyone else's for that matter as what determines if you go here or not! Try it for yourself, and YOU decide!

Menu: Huge - starting with the wing sauces, ranging in heat from Sweet BBQ to Blazin'. You can get them traditional or boneless. They also have burgers, salads, sandwiches, wraps, assorted appetizers... bar food menu gone wild. Drinks: Full bar, with some decent beers on tap. Blue Moon seemed to be flowing freely at the table next to us. I had a Ranger IPA and my wife had a Long Island Iced Tea. One thing: when you order a beer they don't ask what size you want and automatically bring you the bigger 22 oz. If you only want a pint, you need to specifically ask. Hmmm... corporate upsell policy? Food: We started with the pepperoni rolls ($5.49), which were basically pizza ingredients in an egg roll wrapper and fried. They were good, but seemed to be overpriced. The Traditional and Boneless combo ($14.99) was perfect for my wife and me as I love traditional and she likes boneless. It came with (we were told) 6 of each and fries. For the price, you should get what you paid for. I only got five. I got hot and she got Honey BBQ, which turned out to be a little spicy for her. My wings were HOT... but I liked it. We asked the server that brought our food for more bleu cheese dressing, which he never brought. Which brings me to service: we waited quite a while for our food. We saw others that came in after us get their food but, of course, we could not track down our server. She finally came by and asked, "Have you not gotten your food yet?" She went to track it down. When we got it, it seemed to have been sitting out for some time, because it was not real hot. Based on other reviews, service does seem to be an issue here. Bottom line: The wings were good... they should be. The service was not good. Prices are a little high. Will we go back? Probably...

1- we went around 430, and it wasn't busy. The waitress took forever to come to our table 2- the food took forever -- and when we got it: 3 - it was nasty. Room temperature ribs that were dinky and the sauce was not appetizing 4- everyone at the table are now having major BM issues 5- the best thing about our meal was the soda, which we refilled ourselves twice.

If I could give negative-star reviews for this place, I would! I've been here before and often had bad service, but not to this extreme. My friend and I went here for lunch, and we were BEYOND disappointed! When we got to BWW there were probably 10 people in the dining area, so they weren't really busy, however we had to wait 20 minutes for our drink order of a diet coke and water and we had to get it from a second waitress. We placed our food order then and when it came out things, (like extra ranch) were missing. When we asked a passing waitress for our ranch we got dirty looks and snarky comments. We eventually got our checks, without our waitress asking how we would like it split or if we wanted it split at all, and something that I ordered was on my friend's bill. He let it go since we didn't want to wait forever for them to fix it. She ran my friend's bill without waiting for mine, (I was trying to force my leftovers into the WAY too small box she brought me) and though she had brought us 2 different checks she ran my friends card for the full amount. She voided it, but my friend now has to wait around 2 weeks to get that cleared up with his credit company. We finally asked for the manager who was very apologetic, but words only go so far. She gave us a gift certificate but it would have barely covered half our meal, so she added $5 to it from our meal that was $45, so not a big discount. And the certificate expires in like 3 months. Needless to say, I will never go back.

There are a few good points about this place and one is the choices of sauces for the wings. Pretty standard fair for wings, the boneless seem a bit overly breaded to me. I did not like the fact that we were no offered a choice of inside or outside. It is very noisy inside which I suppose is the purpose because its designed as a sports bar. Their choices on beer are pretty standard and limited as a person who enjoys better beers I found this unsatisfactory. The rest of the menu is standard fair I don't remember anything that really jumped out to me as something I would choose over wings; it is supposed to be a wing place. I wouldn't say no to going here again if I had another hankering for wings.

This place is only good for one thing... They have a lot of tv's, but even that isn't so great. I went a couple weeks ago around 4pm and there was maybe 6 people in the bar area plus my friend and I. It took forever for someone to acknowledge us and when they did the server was really sarcastic and rude. I asked a server if they can change a tv to a playoff game that was on another tv, but the tv kept going in and out and it was behind me. The response I got was "it's on that one and the fight is coming on." I asked what time does the fight come on? Her reply "I don't know 5 or 6." So why can't you change a tv that is in my view until the fight does come on??? SMH Horrible. I won't waste my time going back.

The garlic parmesan wings gave me diarhea. But it was delicious. Tuesdays are the best time to go. The waitress flirted with me. Their bathrooms are nice. I like the medium wings more though, they didn't give me diarhea.

A year ago or so, this franchise was purchased by a much larger operator of BWW franchises. Two things happened at that point: 1. Prices went up, way up. 2. Service took a huge dive. This is nickel and dime heaven. 25 cents for the ranch for the wings that are well over a dollar each already, short fills of exactly 3/4 inch on every beer glass, sudden product outages during happy hour, brown salad, the works... It is sad. The same operator owns locations in Scottsdale that do none of this. It is puzzling. The projectors are also wearing out as others reviewers have noted. Almost invisible in the daylight. Don't complain. Showing them these problems, even in the most cordial way gets you nowhere. Your nearly rotten salad will be on the check and your short filled second beer will take 15 minutes to get there instead of 7. They are not nasty or rude about the problems, just indifferent. The manager will just throw the rotten salad away, disappear and apparently tell you server to slow you to a crawl. If you have a choice, avoid this location.

  • Tera E.

The food here isn't anything to write home about but I do like that they have lots of wing options... Between the sauces, spices and traditional vs boneless you're bound to find something you'll like. There are other local places I'd rather go but it's one of the closest places to us that has a bunch of TVs (so they're usually playing the games we want to watch) and has a decent variety of beer. The wait on the weekends is usually ridiculous because people hang around but when a game ends it clears out pretty quickly and you can get seated before yours starts or watch it from the waiting area if need be (more seating out there would be nice!).

I've always loved my bdubs esp back in the south. I always get good service and good food and cravings are always satisfied. This is my first time here on this place and to be honest service here is kinda bland! We came in during easter sunday, place is not that busy and were seated right then and there. Our server came up and is very attentive and made sure we are ready to order before he badgered us again with another question. We decided to order appetizers and wings and of course a kids meal for my lil one. We waited awhile although our order is not that huge, but the basketball games made the wait bearable. Our wings came out pipping hot just how we wanted it. The appetizers were missing in action so we asked our server about it and he told us he totally forgot about it and didn't put it in. He then told us that he'll get it right out for us asap. He came back with it and told us that he'll take it out of our ticket and apologized about the mistake. All in all, our experience here is so-so but we'll definitely come back since we love us some chicken wings!

  • Kinga H.

I remember years ago coming here to watch games and eat yummy spicy chicken... one of two things has happened since then: I've learned quality or this place has gone downhill. Actually probably a bit of both has occurred. Last time at this location I realized the sad state of the place. I met friends who were craving wings and lived nearby. The place was nearly empty on a weekend. The food was so generic and blah, only redeeming factor was the sauces... hot and dipping varieties. Service was lacking on all levels; no friendliness, not efficient with keeping drinks filled, and MIA most of our time here. Want wings in Tucson? Wing Stop is always good. Or Yelp any other wing place, you're better off. You're welcome.

  • Teez G.

The wings were pretty decent. Some were over done and probably some were undercooked. I say undercooked because I had some nasty food poisoning. I've been to other bww and hopefully it was just a one time occurrence. I'll try again later and if I don't get raging BM then I'll probably change to 3 stars or higher

    (2)
  • Brian H.

It's an enormous bar that specializes in wings, mediocre service, giant TV's and noise. Their wings are the highlight of the menu. They seem to be a lot bigger and meatier than at other places, so don't go overboard when ordering. Hot will numb your lips and medium is slightly hot. Their fried stuff is good ole bar food. Good place to take the family. Tuesday is 60 cent wing night, so it's a good night to try several flavors. Still confused why they call their dry rub wings "buffalo" style.

    (3)
  • Austin N.

The only good thing about BWW is decently cheap beer and big TV screens for watching sports. The wings are okay but nothing to brag about and the rest of the menu is terrible. The service is mediocre at best. Even the big screens lose luster during daytime hours when the sun comes through the windows and keep the projectors from projecting vivid images. Enter BWW not expecting much.

Wings, especially ones made with different spicy sauces, are something I enjoy. When accompanied by crispy, delicous french fries and a cold draft beer, they are especially delicious...well most of the time. At this particular establishment, it is often hit or miss. I went there twice this month. The first time the service was fast, the wings were truly delectable and the fries were crisp and tasty. We went there about 9p or so. They left the TVs alone so you could watch sports and continue to watch the same game without changing the channel in the middle of a great quarter. Last night we went there again to partake in deliciousness and watch the end of the Sun's game. We get there and wait 15 min before my friend goes to get us a server. Granted, a rather large crowd was diminshing when we arrived. And the server was very nice. Still, 15 min is quite some time. During this occasion, I was sitting there enjoying the 4th quarter of a very close Sun's game. Suddenly, one of the staff there decides to start messing with the channels! I was like what the ____?! OMG! After playing around with the remote for a couple of minutes she ends up putting the game on again. Whew! So my friend and I are really hungry. It's like 10:30p on Friday night and we haven't eaten since lunch. We ordered a dozen hot BBQ and a dozen spicy garlic as well as a "basket" of fries. The BBQ wings were alright, kinda over done but ok. The garlic ones were cooked to a practical crisp with barely any sauce....sigh...and then the supposed "Basket" of fries was less than what you would get in a large fry at McDonald's. They tasted ok. We then decided to order a half dozen hot wings just to see if we could take the heat. These actually game out pretty juicy and well cooked. Hit or miss like always. This place is expensive, even during happy hour. For a draft bud light it was $3 during happy hour. The wings, fries, one beer and a soda cost us almost $40 with tip. Seems a little steep given that some of the wings lacked any meat at all and a few were juicy. In all honestly, we will probably go back here again just because we like the staff, enviroment and the wings when they are good. Just know that if you decide to come here, it is often hit or miss.

horrible.. on my birthday March 16th we showed up at 7:45 and let the hostess know we had about 10 people they said it would be about 25 mins. we said ok and patiently waited out front. 45 mins later they said 20 more mins my whole birthday party agreed we would wait 35 mins go by and the manager said 5 mins and we would be seated 15 mins later we left. I have given BWW too many chances this places food is marginal and service absolutely sucks you are off my list !!!!

BWW use to be BW3. They lost the Wecks and lost the only thing edible on their menu. The place is good for getting together and drinking in front of the big game. It gets two stars from me for having friendly staff, the NFL package and very cheap albeit sub par bar food.

    (2)
  • C B.

They are ok. Nothing special. They offer a lot of different type of wings and flavors but the flavors all blend together, a lot of them taste the same and only a few stand out. Typical greasy bar food in large portions. A large selection of beer but they are all pretty much typical low quality beer.

"B-dubs," as it is warmly referred to, always leaves me asking, "How does this place stay in business?". I've now been to 6 BWW's in three states, and they're all pretty terrible. There are 3 reasons one would visit a BWW. 1.) Sports 2.) Wings 3.) Beer Doesn't sound too tough to deliver, right? But!.... 1.) Sports: The projectors were broken, and the games I requested weren't displayed. (Dang, well hopefully the wings will be good.) 2.) Wings: Mediocre, room temperature, soggy, disappointing wings (I worked as a cook for years, many of them along side bad cooks. I'm guessing they sandbagged about 75 wings in anticipation for a big dinner rush. (Is it too late to go to Rocco's Little Chicago?) Note: Sandbagging is the process of frying in advance to anticipate future orders, in order to set aside for later use, followed up by (a.) A second trip to the fryer. (b.) A rest underneath the heat lamp. (c.) Microwave. All three methods are poor cooking practices. (Oh well, maybe they have beer specials.) 3.) Beer: $6 for a crumby domestic draft? (Why did we come here?)

Food is good! But don't bother putting in an order by phone and expecting it to be ready when you get there. They usually start to make it when you arrive.

Meh. BWW's isn't my favorite place. Service is always terrible, and food is always mediocre. The only reasons I go are to appease my hubby's need to play trivia or to watch a game. In any case, B-dubs at least gets drinks right most of the time.

I freakin love wings. Wings here come in 6 increments. They have 14 sauces and 4 dry seasonings for your wings. A good thing is the beer is cheap enough to have with your wings to keep the heat down. The wings aren't breaded too heavily or greasy like Hooters. They aren't too dry like Wingstop. If you have had Native New Yorker, these are just as good on some flavors, better on some. I ordered (6) Carribbean Jerk, (6) original Hot, and (6) Desert Heat: a dry rub that was phenomenal. Accompanying this, was a tall Blue Moon. Ahhh fantastic. I was satisfied. Then, my little cousin dared me to try the Blazin' flavor (thier hottest sauce) I petitioned the waitress for a sample of one wing that I could have. She would not give in. I had to order another 6 wings. When the Blazin wings came to the table, she brought me another beer and said I would need it. The first one was delicious! Full of flavor and oh boy what a kick! The second one was the same but the heat was beginning to kick in. The third wing I could hardly taste. Wings 4-6, I could not really feel my mouth. Aaaahhhhhh!! By the time I was done, I had gulped down my beer, I had tears running down my face and my nose was running. My lips were tingling and on fire. I have had hotter wings but none tasted this good. Definitely will be back to this place. I hope they build one on the North side of town.

We are Thursday regulars at this location. Service is usually slow and overall not memorable, but they have a good deal on boneless wings on Thursdays so we keep coming back. This time we got good service and horrible food. I asked for a manager, when she finally arrived she didn't even introduce herself, and told me that she wasn't sure what to say about the food but that she was sorry and she would talk to the kitchen about it and proceeded to walk away. This manager did not care at all about our bad experience and that is why I have decided to write a review and give only 2 stars. If you don't care about your customers get out of the business! This manager had no customer service skills whatsoever and was extremely rude to top it off. I doubt we will continue to be regulars here because of tonights experience.

ok... if you are looking for big wings, large portions and a whooe bunch of beers on tap then stop looking and run rlto BWW. Add in about 10 huge projection style tvs (some need bulbs changed, dim)and you have the perfect place to watch your favorite sport. We got the Chipolte rub and all sauces on the side. Asian Zing is my favorite mixed with the honey BBQ. My kids really like the garlic parmigian and the traditional medium. Service is far, place is always packed when we are there but over all good value n really good wings!

I had forgotten about this location, but as soon as I walked in I remembered what terrible service there had been in the past. I am sad to say that nothing has changed. I asked for an Arnold Palmer and received lemonade, ordered my sandwich with blue cheese instead of Swiss and got Swiss with blue cheese sauce and never got the side of ranch I asked for. We received our appetizer AFTER we had finished our meals. Needless to say there was a reason I has forgotten this place, and I will be quick to forget it again.

Terrible service, waited about 15 minutes for our order to be taken than another 20 for the food. Ordered mild wings and got medium but i didnt want to say anything to the waitress because 1. she hardly came around 2. i didnt want to wait for a long time to eat. Oh and the drinks came after the food. Went for a UA basketball game and the audio was turned to the UFC fight instead. This is the second time I've been there and the second time I had bad service, not sure ill go back.

Ok so I've been here plenty of times and the service was average. This time was the last time I'm coming to the harrison broadway location all because of piss poor customer service by manager Tony. He implied that I lied to him about the fact that i was allowed to modify a menu item the last five times I had been there. He said "that's impossible because corporate doesn't allow it." He was so rude and condescending I almost left right then. If it wasn't for the super sweet waitress Kylie(who obviously felt bad) I wuld have left.

I went back to this location today against my better judgment. This is honestly my second time eating here again since my last review, both of the last two times have been takeout. That's how angry I was. Sad to say that the experience has been worse than dining in. Every single time we order takeout, we end up with lukewarm wings with the wrong sauce and the wrong type. Tonight we ordered 20 boneless wings and got bone-in wings with the wrong sauce. How hard is it?? The worst part is, you can contact them via the phone, their website, or their facebook and they just don't care. I've had issues with Carl's (I found a metal object in my food) and they graciously apologized, wrote me a handwritten letter, and offered a meal on them. I understand when you're a big chain and you make tons of money, you don't have to care about your customers. But you SHOULD. I'm going to the Wingstop on Broadway/Pantano from now on. The food is consistently good and so is the service. Forget this.

the husband met a few friends from high school here last week and i tagged along. it's an average sports bar with lots of televisions and sports playing in the background. they have a good happy hour and a great selection of appetizers to share. the server we had was very nice and was quick with service. i never had to ask for a refill on my drink, which was nice!

I have mixed emotions about this place. On one hand, I love the beer selection, playing Buzztime trivia or watching the big game on one of their TV's, and having a snack. On the other hand, the food is not of a great quality. I usually go with the boneless wings just to be easy, but they do leave some tastebuds desiring more. The biggest perk of the place is that it is pretty cheap overall for certain items on certain days of the week: - Tuesdays - cheaper bone-in weeks - Wednesdays - cheaper chicken legs - Thursdays - cheaper boneless wings I do recommend staying away on Thursday nights after 9. They had kareoke going last time I was there and it was pretty brutal. There were only 3 people singing and it was more like cats scratching a chalkboard. This is probably not the right environment for that type of entertainment. If BWW can stick to beer, sports and wings, they should be ok in Tucson. PS - Although I didn't, I should consider taking them down another star for having an ASU jersey hanging in a Tucson bar.

Great service! Our son couldn't sit in the bar(too young) so the manager moved chairs for us to have a nice spot by the games. The server, Tiffany was awesome. Never forgot about us and was very sweet and charming. The wings were just the right heat, so messy though. Black cherry mojito was yummy too!

Food was as to be expected but the service was terrible. I'm a server, so I'm pretty understanding of slow service. However, this waitress was terrible. She was very quiet, took forever to get our drinks, told me I couldn't order 6 garlic parm and 6 medium (but could do 4 and 8), and left the ticket on top of the wings and sauce when she brought it to the table. She never checked up on us and it was almost empty in there. I saw her talking to someone at the host stand most of the time. We got someone else to get her for us after awhile (and I mean awhile, we were watching a game after all). She took another 10 mins to come back with the check. She looked young, and most of the servers seemed new and to just be hanging out. Still, that was unacceptable. I refuse to eat here now, even though I generally like the food.

Why do I get the feeling when at Buffalo Wild Wings, that this place is everybody's first restaurant job? The wings can be tasty but it is consistently frustrating interacting with those that work here. Translation being, on take-out orders, it is pretty common for an order to be wrong. No matter how careful you are on the phone or in person while ordering, it seems the employees are not really really listening. Is it my breath? Do I have B.O.? Is it because I am a human being and not a cellphone? As to eating on -site, the service is slow even if it is not busy. Not just slow in waiting for your food - but also in waiting for a drink or a napkin or extra sauce or your check. Mebbe the priority here, with so many TV screens, is TV watching, so they only hire people with experience in baby-sitting and not food service. This place definitely has potential, just needs a better corporate training program for their waitstaff. Please pay your employees more so that you hire people with experience in FOOD SERVICE.

My boyfriend and I frequent this place. Not because the food is great or drinks are decently priced, but because it is within walking distance. I like the wings. There is a wing special on Tuesdays for 45 cents per wing. Thursdays, there are boneless wings for 60 cents. Unfortunately, the prices have gone up - the boneless wings used to be 50 cents. I prefer the bone-in wings. The boneless wings are mostly just batter, but the sauces are really good. There is a variety of sauces and the sauce goes very deep. The garlic parmesan is amazing. The medium is hot, and there are other sauces that are spicy like mango habanero and bbq hot. These sauces do not seem very spicy at first but after awhile, they will make you cry, open up your sinuses, and clog your ears. The burgers are not bad either. Our orders were taken very quickly and we got our food and drinks right away. We did get enough napkins but didn't get any refills at all. This is a shame because my pomegranate green iced tea was less than $1.50 and there are free refills. For 20 wings and a drink, it was less than $14. You might have to refill yourself, but I recommend coming on Tuesdays. It is a fun place to watch a game!

Love the Tuesday $0.45 Wing special. Wings are only second to Wingstop. I love the Mango-Habanero sauce. Most of their other flavors are pretty good. Kiltlifter is on tap and only $3.50 for a 22oz during Happy Hour. Legs on Wednesday for $0.60. Strips on Thursday for $0.75. Packed on game days. Many families. Separate tables and Bar areas. Expanded Outside seating. No Snow for those of you above the 38.

You've got to be shitting me right? After MORE than a few trips to BWW I've found that the only thing this place is good for is getting hammered with friends during happy hour. They do post a special on Tuesday where wings are .35 or something like that... Please, if you value a good wing you will stop reading and head directly to Hooters or another establishment.... My thoughts, Super-Chain mentality, TGI-Friday's cheesiness and bennigan's "flare" all served up into one giant mess. Not worth your hard earned dollar.

BWW use to be BW3. They lost the Wecks and lost the only thing edible on their menu. The place is good for getting together and drinking in front of the big game. It gets two stars from me for having friendly staff, the NFL package and very cheap albeit sub par bar food.

Probably...

The wings were pretty decent. Some were over done and probably some were undercooked. I say undercooked because I had some nasty food poisoning. I've been to other bww and hopefully it was just a one time occurrence. I'll try again later and if I don't get raging BM then I'll probably change to 3 stars or higher

They are ok. Nothing special. They offer a lot of different type of wings and flavors but the flavors all blend together, a lot of them taste the same and only a few stand out. Typical greasy bar food in large portions. A large selection of beer but they are all pretty much typical low quality beer.

ok... if you are looking for big wings, large portions and a whooe bunch of beers on tap then stop looking and run rlto BWW.

Meh. BWW's isn't my favorite place. Service is always terrible, and food is always mediocre. The only reasons I go are to appease my hubby's need to play trivia or to watch a game. In any case, B-dubs at least gets drinks right most of the time.

Room temperature ribs that were dinky and the sauce was not appetizing 4- everyone at the table are now having major BM issues 5- the best thing about our meal was the soda, which we refilled ourselves twice.

horrible.. on my birthday March 16th we showed up at 7:45 and let the hostess know we had about 10 people they said it would be about 25 mins. we said ok and patiently waited out front. 45 mins later they said 20 more mins my whole birthday party agreed we would wait 35 mins go by and the manager said 5 mins and we would be seated 15 mins later we left. I have given BWW too many chances this places food is marginal and service absolutely sucks you are off my list !!!!

My boyfriend and I frequent this place. Not because the food is great or drinks are decently priced, but because it is within walking distance.

Probably...

The wings were pretty decent. Some were over done and probably some were undercooked. I say undercooked because I had some nasty food poisoning. I've been to other bww and hopefully it was just a one time occurrence. I'll try again later and if I don't get raging BM then I'll probably change to 3 stars or higher

    (3)
  • C B.

They are ok. Nothing special. They offer a lot of different type of wings and flavors but the flavors all blend together, a lot of them taste the same and only a few stand out. Typical greasy bar food in large portions. A large selection of beer but they are all pretty much typical low quality beer.

Meh. BWW's isn't my favorite place. Service is always terrible, and food is always mediocre. The only reasons I go are to appease my hubby's need to play trivia or to watch a game. In any case, B-dubs at least gets drinks right most of the time.

Slow service, crowded seating area. Always good wings though!

BWW use to be BW3. They lost the Wecks and lost the only thing edible on their menu. The place is good for getting together and drinking in front of the big game. It gets two stars from me for having friendly staff, the NFL package and very cheap albeit sub par bar food.

asian zing are best wings ever! just the right amount of sweet and heat. if you like things a little more spicy, the mango habanero wings are also very good, but really turn up the heat. sandwiches are forgettable, but potato chips are pretty good if salty. be ready to wait, as service is usually very slow.
