This location of Buffalo Wild Wings is one that I would definitely not recommend to anyone. We read the reviews before visiting but decided to overlook the poor rating and give it a try. First, the place was PACKED! We were told it would be a 20 minute wait and decided to sit on the benches out side. 30 minutes later, my husband goes inside to ask when we are going to be called. They said they skipped us and that they called our name but that they don't announce it outside. So we waited another ten minutes. I've never heard of a restaurant with a seating area out front that does not have speakers for the guests waiting there. The only highlight of our meal was my daughter's mini corn dogs, which are really hard to mess up. I ordered boneless wings and they came looking like chicken nuggets with a skimpy drizzle of sauce. I had to ask for extra sides of sauce to even be able to taste the flavor. My husband ordered 15 bone in wings and, just as all the other reviews have said, they were soggy and under cooked. They were even pink inside. We pointed this out to the waitress to which she chuckled, mumbled and apology, and offered to "throw them back in". No thanks. My husband didn't eat a single wing, and yet they still charged us for them. Listen to the reviews on this location and drive the extra distance to another one. It'll be worth the extra 15 minute drive.

Update: I saw that this place had a renovation so I stopped in for some beer and wings. I sat at the bar for a good ten minutes before getting up and walking out. Too bad they keep hiring the same useless staff. I'll never come back again.

Great food. I really like the chicken nachos and the boneless wings. I really like the update they did recently especially the extra /updated/bigger tvs. The only thing I don't like is a lot of times when I try to get the easier or waitresses attention it is very hard to do so but other than that it is always a really good experience.

I love my BWW but the staff at this location is horrible! Told us 40 min wait which I'm OK with on a Friday night. But not when I see tables empty for 10 min+ waiting for someone to clean them and there are 4-5 staff hanging around the hostess table. Haven't even sat down yet and I had to leave my review. Let's hope the actual dining experience is better.

I use to go here with some friends years ago and the service was great. I went here with some other friends for lunch and WOW they were soooo slow and the service was non-existent. After the server took our order we did not see her until we got our food 45 minutes later. I asked for my check when the food came out and we did not see her for 10 minute and I had to ask for my check again letter her know that I had to leave. You would have thought that would have sped things up, but it did not. So what we thought would be a quick and easy lunch was took us almost an hour and a half. We were not the only ones, everyone around us seemed to be just sitting around waiting to be waited on or waiting on their food. On a side note the food was just OK. The plus side of the whole experience was while we were waiting there were plenty of TVs with lots of different sports going on.

I have been here several times. Service is awful. If it's not the waiter over sharing on his personal life to being completely ignored and never getting refills on your drinks. I only order the garlic parmesan wings, which are ok. I can't comment any other menu items. This is definitely not my favorite place.

First let me start off with this... it's not buffalo wild wings it's buffalo child wings!! The wings are probably the smallest you can find in town and also the driest wing in town. There was such a lack of sauce on my wings I could've just got them naked honestly. One side of the wings had a little drizzle of sauce but when I flipped the wings over there was no sauce on any of them. Now to talk about the service which I'd rather not but I will. As long as this place hires kids that focus more on their phones than their job responsibilities this place will continue to receive bad reviews. Numerous times i have been forgotten about or have been served cold food and whenever I'm invited to buffalo child wings I mention other places becuase I wouldn't feed it to my friends or family.

I was a lover of this Buffalo Wild Wings and have been eating here for 4 years but NO MORE. The last 3 times we have eaten here the food hasn't been up to standard at all the 1st time the food started going bad it was a take out order and the wings were super dry (boneless wings) we were at home so I called the manager and explained my food wasnt up to standard he argued with ME about my food been ok :/ bad customer service, but after arguing with him for 10 minutes he gave us credit for food. About a week after we decided to use our credit so my husband went and got a carry out but we had the same issue with our food and hadnt eaten there again until today. I decided to give them another try so ordered a carry out and got EXTRA sauce on my wings... well I sure did get EXTRA sauce my wrap was dripping but I got NO ranch (it was a chicken ranch wrap) and the smallest amount of lettuce like seriously about 3 small pieces certainly couldnt taste it. I wont be giving them another chance... it's a shame because this was my top choice for both lunch and dinner but not anymore something has drastically changed here and not for the better.... save your money and keep driving past!!!!

Good boneless wings. Beer is cold. Sports cheering and rooting going on in the bar area. Would get 4 stars but in the middle of a play off game they started changing the channel not just once but on 2 occasions. Bartenders were very busy almost so busy with table orders they forgot about the people at the bar. They were pleasant but very busy.

We are here for carry out. Don't bother. The poor gal is by herself, line forming and no help for her in sight. Management probably should shift their focus to both dine in customers as well as take out. I'm adding because it got so much worse. After telling us 25 min. They told us the wings take longer to cook so it'd be another 20 minutes. So an hour for to go wings? Yeah. Asked for our money back and wasted our time. Hope you improve your service. While I've been to a BWW before, I have not been to this location. We had a group of 7, which is of course just too big for a large booth. We had to wait quite a while on a Saturday night for a table to be figured out, but the front desk staff did a great job of keeping us updated on the seating situation for that. Once we were seated, our server Leo was great with our party size (4 adults and 3 teens) and getting drinks together, keeping them filled, helping with questions on the menu, etc. Definitely a place we would meet up with our friends again. The food came out warm and as fast as could be expected for a busy March Madness Saturday night. The volume of the TVs was actually more manageable than the previous BWW I had made which was nice.

Weak sauce. Lazy, unprofessional staff didnt answer the phone so I went in to place an order. Overpriced even on a "deal" of the day. They said no longer than 10 min. 20 min later, my wings came out with a pitifull amount of sauce. I didn't bother to complain and just left. I hope a meteor hits this place.

Went to this location on Superbowl Sunday, our order was placed 3 hours before i arrived , when I got there it was compleate chaos, so after waiting in a massive line for 30 minutes without moving, I finally gave up and left. Didn't look like the girls at the the pick up counter knew what they where doing seeing as how no oders where actually going out. This place is notorious for bad service, never fails.

Hmm... Where to begin with? As i was in the area visiting my family we decided to give this place a try. I had never been to any of these chain restaurants but I've had takeout before and wings were not impressive but they were ok. As I entered a place a smell of rotten cheese hit my nose, I felt like I was entering chuck-e-cheese's (you know, with those pools of plastic balls) that gave me a yellow flag but me and my party still wanted to try it. I felt the need to go into the restroom (which were somewhat clean) and at that time my name was called to be taken to our table, as I was walking by the hostess, this rude server was asking each and every single one of my party if they were Sandra, I mean really? Was that really necessary? Felt pretty annoying to me. So, continuing with my "pleasant" experience. A different waitress lead us to our table and before we were able to take our seats she was asking what did we want to drink, WHAT THE HECK!? (I hadn't even seen the menu, slow down!) I will only give her the fact that she acknowledged she was rushing us and had a lame excuse as to why that I could barely understand. Yet, I was still very, very upset by that. A few mins later our "real" waitress showed up wanting to take our order (so soon!?). Anyway, once we order a couple of different flavor of traditional and boneless we waited and waited, and waited once again for our food to arrive but after 40 minutes it never did. Needless to say me and my party left without even paying for our drinks. Not that I would've been kind enough to do it but still.. Bottom line, I cannot recommend this place at all, maybe it was because it was Sunday or they were short on staff, or maybe our waitress was in training, who knows. All I know is that I will never go back to this place while I'm in the area. I might try the one where I live, but that's yet to be seen.

Bartenders here are the greatest... Unfortunately a certain manager aka Daniel did last call at 11:30...one of the earliest I've ever seen!!!! My boyfriend and I have been coming here for awhile during the late hours due to our work schedule and have ALWAYS been able to get not only some beer but also food...sadly on this one night we were turned away..not a happy customer because manager wanted last call way early then it has always been :( Stars are based SOLELY on managers decision to close restaurant early :(!!!!!

Habanero wings are great. Others dry and salty. Place is dark as a cave (by design). Service so so but they do have some good wings. The service is the main issue for me. Skip the honey barbeque wings that are nothing more than heavily breaded mcnuggets
