I love this place overall, first off, which is why I'm not giving an overall poor review. I like coming here during happy hour to sit at the bar for some drinks and maybe have some food. I love the overall vibe, the trivia, the sports on TV, and the good beer selection (more local beer would be even better but hey, it's a chain so I can't get my hopes up!) However, I have had a poor bar experience enough to prompt this review today. I was helped immediately when I came in and served my requested drink. I looked at and closed the menu after five minutes, knowing what I wanted. It truly took half an hour before the bartender checked on me again, only after I had almost finished my drink, to ask me if I wanted another. Then I had to ask him to order something. I heard the wait staff also calling to him more than once to pour their table drinks for them. Maybe I'm being passive aggressive, but I feel I need not wait this long for service, or need to request to order without being asked by staff first. Maybe he was having a bad day, and I understand--we all do from time to time. But I really just wanted prompt service without having to wait and it didn't deliver today. I'll come back, but I'll be sad to see this bartender again if I do...

Nothing to write home about. We usually wait for someone to come to our table- for what seems excessive based on the sheer number of people working there. The wings are ok- mine are never hot, like you have 500 people working here why can't the food come out hot?

Tonight we tried BWW for the first time. Service: Excellent! Beer: Good selection and cold! Appetizers: We tried the fried pickles and the jalepeno poppers with bacon. Both were YUMMY!! Wings: So-so. Despite the kicky sauces, they lacked flavor. Disappointing. Sides: Celery and carrots were crisp and cold. The blue cheese dressing was AWFUL! It had a high oil content. Dessert: We split the hot fudge cake. It was rich, moist, and delicious! My overall grade would have to be a B or B-. This is a WING place, and we had high expectations for the wings that weren't met. That said, I would most definitely return here to pig out on appetizers! :)

Eh. I was there for the UFC fight and it was horrible. I ordered 8 wings and fries and a bahama mama. I got water and my drink 25 minutes later. My boyfriend ordered a hamburger at that time and his burger came out within ten minutes. Thirty minutes later I got my wings and fries. I ordered a second drink and never relieved it. Considering it was my birthday I was pissed. Than considering that fight and how busy they were I would have been okay if I didn't see the servers messing around. They need better servers for nights like that.

This place was absolutely terrible to be completely honest. The only thing that wasnt horrible was our waiter he was very nice and the service was good. My friend was in town and we were craving wings, we have been to BWW at other locations before and the food was great, here however it was AWFUL! We were starving and ordered a lot of food, the waiter had recommended the cheese curds as an appetizer so we thought why not. When we got them we were very underwhelmed, they tasted not so great and made us feel sick. By the time we got our actually meals we didn't have much of an appetite. My friend had ordered the garlic wings and a side of fries and I had gone with the black bean burger and onion rings. The burger was terrible compared to the other black bean burgers i've had in the past, it wasn't all that warm and was very very dry. The onion rings were even worse, they tasted exactly the the cheese curds which also tasted exactly like the fries which all had WAY too much salt. The wings were under whelming as well, terrible taste and left my friend feeling sick. . We walked out feeling terrible and hardly made it half way through our food. We went straight to the store to buy ourselves a bottle of tums, before I even got to the checkout I was busting open the tums bottle because we felt so terrible. I will NOT be going back to this BWW.

Awesome place we stopped for happy hour and it was happening here. While we looked at menus stuff noticed and offered us to try daisies before ordering. It was very helpful. Food got ready fast and everything was tasty. Def one of our new fav spots in Tucson.

So I dont usually get excited about a chain restaurant. It's a place you go when you just want to relax with friends, not have a life changing culinary experience. However, for a quick dinner date with husband, we decided to use a gift card we were gifted and go to BWW. The server was very good, quick, and efficient. I was damn impressed. The food was fresh...yes, read that....fresh. As in, that stuff wasn't microwaved, or if it was it is even more impressive since I didn't taste it. I had the turkey burger which was fresh and juicy and awesome. I don't know if I was hungry or my low fat diet has finally done damage to my taste buds but it was good!!! Anyways, would I come back? Absolutely. Oh by the way. I saw an act of kindness from one of the waitresses and was very impressed. Another reason to come back.

Service here is minimal and the waitress only appeared for a few seconds to stare us down to see if would catch her eye before she darted off again. 6 dollars for a half cup of cheese curds that are terrible. I've been to three different BWW in different states and this is the saltiest food I have ever tasted at this restaurant. Barely edible but I was so dang hungry I just gulped my water to wash down the salt then soon ice because my waitress was no where to be seen. I only recommend this location if you plan to get so drunk that you don't care about the service. Hopefully you have a chaperone to help you.

Good wings. A little pricey but ok. They were out of of the 3 beers I wanted. It's a chain....what can you expect.

After a 40 minute wait before seeing a server, they decide to refuse to serve my beer because of my having the temporary licence, which is a state issued id. I understand the need to stop underage drinking but if you can't decipher the difference between a 30 year old and a person that is underage you're going to start losing business. I've come here every Sunday for football, but there are several other places that treat their returning business with much more respect. I will return, but not nearly as often.

I brought my family to BWW on a Friday night and requested to sit in the "Dining Section". I thought this would be great for us to chat about the week and plan our weekend. Wrong. The noise level was insane. We couldn't hear each other without shouting. That included placing our order, during which I had to speak loudly directly into our server's ear to make myself understood. The room was also VERY dark. So dark we needed to use the flashlights on our mobile phones to be able to read the menus. This was a very negative experience, but I do have to give them props for some very tasty wings - next time we'll just get them to go.

Love this place sports bar lots of games all the time... The menu is mostly wings with many sauces... it is very loud in there all time... love the fact that you can order all drumettes or all flats perfect for everyone... The wings are crispy under the sauce... I love this place always a welcome treat for me...

Stopped in for happy hour and had some wings and a beer. Salina and Sabrina are two of my favorite bar tenders in tucson! Always a pleasure to sit at their bar! Thanks girls!!

Great service from Jordan, our server. Overall good atmosphere but really shitty wings. Nasty ass rubber skin means their fryer isn't hot enough. Woulda asked for a replacement but just tore the skin off instead, inedible. Good chips and salsa but when your name is Wings, you'd think you'd make good wings. Great beer, icy cold. Coulda had 4 stars if the rubber wasn't there.

As you can see from my posts I am a BIG fan of chain restaurants, but I am I fan of this place because of the service I have received. Natalia is such a great service and seems so nice. She really made me want to post about my experience. The food was good and the service just even better. My boyfriend and I sat outside and because we are away from everyone, we can easily be forgotten. Natalia was very attentive throughout the entire meal. She came to our table right away for drink orders, then food and continued to check on us once we were done with our meal. I ordered my usual BBQ and Asian Zing mix (traditional wings) with wedge fries. Wings were crispy and not drowning in sauce, the fries were warm and fresh. The food was brought out on time and we experienced no problems.

I've been to quite a few BWW across the U.S and I have not been as disappointed by one as I was with this one in particular (on Oracle). We went in for an earlier dinner and the place was not very busy. We were sat and we waited for about 10-15 minutes and no one came by to even take our drink order. This perplexed me very much because about 10 feet away from our table there was a gaggle of about 6 waiters talking, joking, laughing, but not working. As you can imagine, this made me quite upset as we waited patiently and nothing happen. I didn't say a word to them but grabbed my family and left as that behavior is absurd to me. We did make it back there and the service this time was mediocre at best. The food isn't bad (about the same as other BWW) but their service just plain stinks!

  • Gilbert T.

The wings are way too bready here! This is my main problem with this place, however I like that it's relatively clean. Wings and beer are crazy overpriced here. The wife asked how much a blue moon was and it was 8 dollars during happy hour! That's too much in my opinion, given that blue moon is almost not a craft beer anymore. The server we had was nice, but again did not refill drinks. Not her fault, as she was obviously busy given that the place was packed. I wish the managers would hire more servers, so that it would improve our experience here. If the service would improve and the wings be a little less pricey, then this would be our place for wings, however we'll stick with Wing Stop.

  • Richard B.

The service here sucks!!! The service is too slow. Often the waitress will take long time to place your order or come to your table.

    (1)
  • Liz H.

Food quality has fallen so low. Staff can't take an order and follow through. Wait times are ridiculous

    (1)
  • Troy V.

Draft beer here is absolute rubbish. I don't think they clean out their tap lines. The kiltlifter and 312 don't taste like they're supposed to. Something easy to fix. One star.

    (1)
  • No T.

We ordered nachos and a wrap. The service was extremely slow. Forgot our Tea, forgot our refills, forgot our Tabasco. Wrap was falling apart like it was just a folded taco. Nachos were OK, but nothing close to $10 worth. We got the manager involved and he offered us 2 $5 off coupons off our next visit. We told him we lived far away and that would do us no good. He ended up giving us $10 off this visit and that made the food almost worth it. We won't be back.

The service is never good during busy times here... Also the prices are high to eat here... It really is what it is... I think if your in your 20s and want to basically drink then it completely works.. If you are Wanting to watch sports all day and drink this place would be 5 stars..

    (3)
  • Emir A.

If I could give it no stars I would. Wings are alright but are nothing compared to wingstop, the service is the worst about this place. Tried calling in a to go order and they hung up on me. Ate outside once and didn't ask me what I wanted to drink for literally 20 minutes. Asked for a side of fries and they totally forgot about them

    (1)
  • Meghan W.

Just ordered a takeout meal and discovered at home they forgot half of my order, and my wings weren't cooked how I'd asked. Really regretting the generous tip I left, and the fact that I spent money on food I didn't receive.

We've been to this chain a few times over the past few years. This was our first visit in Tucson. First, it's loud. Really loud. So loud you have no chance of carrying on any sort of conversation with your table mates. This, obviously, was meant for people to watch TV (there are plenty) and do nothing else besides make noise. So, if you just want to watch TV and you don't care about your hearing... this is the spot. Otherwise, the food is OK but not spectacular. There are lots of wing flavors to choose from and most are pretty good but no better than any other chain wing place. Honestly, for the price and with the horrible noise level, it's not somewhere we'll frequent. Maybe in the Fall to catch a Packer game or something, but that would be about it.

This is our new favorite place for carryout wings. The service was very fast and friendly, no "carryout only" person you have to deal with, like Native New Yorker. I love the fact that you can order flats, drummies or a mix. I only like the flats and was able to get a snack order, 5 wings, which was perfect for me. The medium was great for me and my husband loved his order of hot with a side of wild sauce. The wings were tasty and huge! We gave up on Wingstop because of the increasingly skimpy size of the chicken, but BWW doesn't skimp on the wing size at all! We were given plenty of napkins, bleu cheese, ranch, and several wet wipe packets. My only complaint is that they don't have a location closer to us!

That day was packed full Buffalo Wild Wings, during the boxing game on tv. Food.....was great 3 people our table my friend ordered traditional wings with sauce spice garlic. As for two of us had table gating sampler. Good wings, good sampler. Refills coke. Service....excellent our waiter keeps coming to ask us all okay, more refills. Even this place is very busy during boxing game. Bad......only thing is wifi, seems not working even manager came to my table try get it to work no luck. Ambience.....noisy,yelling during game, we had table and behind us young group of men standing there was some bumps by our table. Place is great lots of tv. Parking plenty . Give it 4 stars, those bumps and no wifi. Would go back for more wings mmmmm, tasty.

Hostesses were rude and inhospitable....5 at the host stand when we walked in. 2 rolled their eyes, 1 stopped texting and walked away and the other 2 just stared at us. Sorry to have bothered them. Same hosts didn't bother with "Goodbye" or "Go F yourself" as we left, just stood leaning against the counter :/ Server was friendly, but very busy/slow and forgot multiple requests by us. Not sure that we'll be back....not even for the Thursday specials. :(

  • Brad W.

A slightly smaller version here in Tucson..but the food was not as good as the one I usually attend in Phoenix area. The grilled chicken wrap contained mostly buffalo sauce, tomatoes and lettuce and what little chicken in there was not tasty at all. The Happy Hour order of mozzarella sticks only had five sticks, not the normal six and I ended up only having two because the date took the extra stick. Servers were nice, but one had too much acne which is not good for a waitress.

Game day; early seating please! Of course the wings are delicious!!! A MUST TRY if you haven't! I believe on Tuesdays, they have a special on boneless wings.

    (4)
  • Sylvia M.

Holy moly!!! I have never seen this many tvs in my life!!!! Service was spotty but when we finally got a server, he was decent. $.60 wings on Tuesdays. That's a steal.

    (5)
  • Christina R.

Don't believe the hype. Spend your $30 on something better than some mediocre wings and a couple beers. If you want some legit wings, I'd suggest Social House.

    (2)
  • Rebecca F.

Their wings are consistently perfectly cooked, moist and meaty. We order them naked with the buffalo sauce on the side. The wings were so good that I didn't deduct any stars for the weird tasting ranch dressing.

I recently made a trip down to Tucson for business, but arrived early. I'm not familiar with the area, but I happened to pass by Buffalo Wild Wings and figured I'd have lunch while I waited. The service is good here; my drink was never empty for long. The food is good! Best wings I've had (and I've had a lot)! The noise level is loud, as there are a lot of TVs for people to watch their sporting events. However, it wasn't so loud that I couldn't have a conversation with someone. Overall, it's a good place to grab lunch. In and out in an hour or less.

Every time I've been here, it's been busy yes, but I've still gotten good service and always great wings.

Good food. Our servers are always nice. This is the only restaurant, in the entire city of Tucson, that people actually know what they're doing and don't seem to be lost everytime we ask them a question. You will only have an issue if there is a game or fight night. you will never find a seat unless you sit outside.

We have been waiting and waiting for this to open and SOOOO disappointed! The service was very good - staff was very helpful as this was our first time at a Buffalo Wild Wings. The "captain" came over and offered samples of the sauces we were interested in which was very cool. We tried about 8 sauces and chose 4 of them on boneless wings (I don't like bones). The batter on these wings was way too thick - way more batter than chicken, batter was too hard and the chicken was dry. There was hardly any sauce on the wings which made them even more hard and dry. My SO decided he wanted to try a "real wing" so he asked if he could buy 1 wing and the helpful staff said they would just bring him one to sample which was again very cool. However, he said the wing was "slimy" and he likes them crispy (like WingStop). He said he would never get wings from here again and I completely agree - WingStop has nothing to worry about! The music is very loud - too loud to have a normal conversation. The patio is large and very nice. Again - the service was wonderful but the food, not so much.

This place is great, it's very roomie and big and there is TV's everywhere so if I needed to come here and watch some sports or fights it be a great place. There are lots of varieties of flavors to choose from but I do love the spicy garlic and parmesan garlic flavors the most. It's a pretty lively place as well and they even have drink specials which is great with the combination of wings. The sauces for the wings are pretty rich and good, they weren't cheap with it and it's actually all over your wings and more. The only reason this place didn't get my full 5 stars is because my friend and I waiting out in the back patio for 30 mins before we even got attended too. Luckily the two of use were too busy talking that we didn't realize how long it has been. We were then about to get up and leave until a waiter ran over and asked if we have been attended to. He then promptly served us and was pretty quick with bring the food out and other necessities we asked for. So he fairly made it up to keep us, otherwise we would have left.

Buffalo Wild Wings is a great place to go watch sports whether its NFL Sunday or some midweek baseball. There is a nice variety of food other than wings. The wings are good and reasonable priced. BBW offers nice assortment of wing sauces to chose from. During my last visit we tried the teriyaki sauce on the wings, which was really good. With that being said I give this location only three stars because of the service. The service is really slowing and sometimes seems non existent, even during then middle of week.

The food was good and the service was awesome. The only complaint I really had was the noise. It was very loud and screaming kids were plentiful here.

Our hostess went out of her way to get a high chair for my daughters baby doll! How nice was that?! Our server was good and the tablets kept the kids busy! Wings were tasty and hot!

At first we thought we were invisible but I have to give it to the Sean the manager. I saw him look at us and notice us after we have been sitting for about 5 minutes. Before you know it, Kelsi was taking care of all out wants and needs. Every bar needs a manager like Sean! The .60 cent wing night on Tuesday was de-lish, beer was cold, and son was happy happy happy with his corn dog bites. I'll be back! Keep it up Sean and Kelsi!

I love the food it's just the service sucks, came in here once sat out in the patio and didn't get served for literally 20 minutes, just sat out with the menu in my hand, had to go in and force them to serve me, couldn't give me the right amount of change on two different occasions, and when I got a to go order cause the service was that bad, they said 20 minutes, I got there about a half hour later and they said 10-15 more minutes... Also ordered 12 hot wings only got 10.. Wish I could of rated it higher

Food was decent-- service was AWFUL! Went in for U of A game on a Sat afternoon, just to check the placeout and give it a chance. Had 3 rounds of beers which we waited no less than 15 minutes to get each time. Food came out with one napkin per person for WINGS. what?!! Asked several times for more- finally went inside and got some myself. By that time, food was cold. Never seen so many servers walking around with empty hands. Patio layout is nice for games, however very loud. One game is has sound, which was nice. They need a lot of help in making this a better experience. I tried going on their website to comment but you need your receipt to do so!!! Shady!

BWW is an old favorite. Good food in a ridiculously noise atmosphere. We really only come here for the wings. The rest is just kind of the annoying stuff you have to deal with in order to GET to said wings. We tend to go on non-game days because the noise is kinda annoying. Even during slow periods, it's hard to have a conversation with the person sitting next to you. The other obstacle is the service. Listen, they're all nice kids. But good lord, when I sit down, could someone come ask me for a drink ordrer? It's not hard. And then it seems like everytime we go we have 13 different people wait on us. ONe takes the drink order, another the food, another brings the food, another brings the check and then one comes by about 37 times while we're eating to ask if we're okay. Argh. But the garlic-parm boneless wings are to do die for. So we make these sacrifices. Amen.

Compared to it's sister store on the south side of Tucson, this store is 20 times better. The service needs a little bit of work... Got sat and they hadn't wiped the table down.. and when they did, they left the table wet. also a little disappointed when we tried to order the beer on special only to find out they were out of it?. Regardless, BWW is my favorite chain-restaurant for wings. My favorite flavors are Spicy Garlic and Asian Zing. This location is HUGE. It's pretty comfortable, if youre not seated at a low top table inthe middle. Tons of TV's everywhere and I look forward to coming here for UFC fights.

I've only been here on a weekday afternoon, so I've never had to wait for seating or service, unlike other reviewers. Staff was welcoming and competent. I ordered 6 teriyaki wings, 6 lemon pepper wings, a veggie boat and iced tea. It all arrived promptly, and the server soon followed up with extra napkins. The lemon pepper wings were nicely crispy and subtly seasoned, but the teriyaki ones were drowning in sauce and not as crispy as I'd like. I personally prefer as little sauce as possible on my wings and nice crisp skin. So for me, that sauce-based wings were a slight disappointment. Nevertheless, I am likely to eat here again - but if so I will either stick to the drier flavoring options or ask them for minimal sauce. In terms of value for money, they are less expensive than Wingstop on Campbell but more expensive than my favorite wings place, Wing Factory on Golf Links. I would especially like to see more veggies in their veggie boat. Even so, it was a reasonably satisfying meal, and a nice change from my usual weekday lunches when I work in this part of town.

Brand new joint bringing wings to the NW side. Huge dining room inside with plenty of TVs to watch your favorite sports, especially UA games. It's a loud and bustling place for your party-ing, drinking pleasure .... and sports watching. The wings are on the salty side. Guess why! I had better wings else where. For a place that has wings in its name, BWW does not live up to it.

Our male server was very nice and let one person from our party use the outside gate. When the alarm started going off a female server and male manger came out and the female loudly and rudely said, "Does she even know how to read?" When our friend was returning the server was shaking her head and pointing to the sine being very rude. A friend at the table stated, "our server said she could use that gate." And the female server rudely said, "There is no server out here." This all happened with the manager standing right there and he did nothing. We let them know we were going to leave because of the rude comments and the manger made no effort to resolve the issue and only when our male server saw us did he apologize. I was disgusted that the manager let the female server say these things and not take into account that her friends were in ear shot. Very unprofessional. I will not be returning to this location.

Great service, decent wings, great for sports, still not better than Wings Over Broadway. Came here for the FLA vs Vanderbilt game and the staff was really accommodating getting my game on. Wings were standard BWW's fare and not bad nor mind blowing. I find BWW's wings to be on the small side, and the sauce just lacks the character WOB has. However you really can't beat the sports watching, trivia, and atmosphere that BWW's offers. So if it's a UFC Fight, a Football game, or any other sporting event on and you want a place with decent food, good service, and a fun atmosphere come here. If you want the best wings in town go to WOB.

Birthday gone bad--7 of us went out to celebrate my wife's birthday at the new BW3 for Monday Night Football. Arrival--Got there and we were told 40 minutes--at the 60 minute mark, we begged to sit on the patio. So, yes we waited an hour. Once we sat down, our server said, oh, happy hour ended 1 minute ago--sigh. Food: The food was good, service was slow--took 20 minutes to get each beer, appetizers 30 minutes and dinner a full 60 minutes after we sat down. Silly little things like no ketchup on the table, no napkins, no plates or anything to put appetizers on were a bit maddening. Cost--Not too bad--for a couple of beers each, appetizers and dinners, we were in 140.00. Birthday--not their thing. Told my server 2x it was my wife's birthday and we were celebrating. Nothing. Even told the manager on the way out--he just shook his head. Said it had been a rough night. Told him, it was a rough night for customers, but he was too out of it to register a response. Ambiance: the jerseys are great, walls a bit dark, tons of TV's everywhere, sound was way tooooo loud--made me feel like I was in section 12 of the AZ Cats Stadium. Go back? Probably not, with so many good restaurants in the area, I'd prefer Sir Veza's. A proven commodity. Best thing? Definitely the cold beer. Worst thing? Service and no attention for my wife's special day.

Not impressed. I had high expectations because the place was so packed, but was disappointed. There was no place to sit inside so I sat outside which is ok, but there did not seem to be a server assigned to the outside area. I had to go inside and find someone to ask for a drink and to change the channel. She brought my drink but forgot to change the channel, then said she would take care of it and never returned. Ultimately I left without getting any food.

The food is 5 star but the service is 2, at best. I'm being generous with 3 stars. I've been here about a dozen times since it's opened, half with family and half with friends. Only once have we ever received our appetizer before our food arrived. Every other time it just never came at all. Oh, I guess I should mention the time it did come AFTER our entrées and we were still charged for it. (Uhmmm why are we paying for your mistake?) The most frustrating thing about this restaurant though is the treatment I've received when I've gone with friends. We usually sit in the bar. Apparently there should be signs posted that if you are a woman you need to prepare to be avoided, have the server roll their eyes at you and seem absolutely disgusted that you even want to order food. Clearly, we're taking up a table that could be occupied by guys who they think are going to tip more. Here's a tip, cocktailers at BWW, I tip based on service whether you be male or female. You don't have to flirt with me to earn it either. Save your time and go to Hooters. Yep, I said it, Hooters. Where you can actually hear the people you're with talking, the service is always outstanding, and the apps always come out on time.

The worst employees in Tucson. My party and I waited 40 minutes for an outside table and watched 6 parties who arrived after us be seated. We asked the hostess multiple times what was going on and her response was, "I'm overwhelmed". After waiting another ten min and not having our concerns addressed, we decided to go elsewhere. A few weeks later we decided to try again, as we really do enjoy their wings. We were seated in a timely fashion, our hostess was very polite, but then our waitress showed up. She was very short, couldn't answer us when we asked what local brews were on tap and repeatedly came back to ask us to repeat our orders. When our food did finally arrive, our "extra wet" wings were pretty dry and when we asked for extra sauce on them the waitress stormed off mumbling under her breath. That was the final straw. Don't see myself going back there anytime soon.

I have visited BWW 3 times now in the past 6-8 months. We have received good service each time and were seated promptly. We usually arrive around 4 or 4:30 before the crowd starts on Friday nights. The wings are good. They have always been fresh and hot. I have also ordered their "Pub Burger", which was very good. It was piled with the toppings. One of my only complaints is the prices are a little high. $10.49 for burger and fries is a bit much. The place is a little loud and if you sit at one side of the restaurant, the managers kind of hang out standing at the railing looking over your booth, while you eat. They just stand there and talk. Kind of uncomfortable knowing they are just hovering over you. Overall, we think this place is alright. I'm sure we will go back sometime.

Great place to watch a game...or 3 at the same time but the service was poor and for being a wings place the wings were not very good. My order of 8 boneless wings came out half without sauce and were little nuggets instead of wings, they forgot a friends burger entirely and the beer was flowing freely but the water took forever. Also despite being a party of 8 they sat us at a booth for 6 and then and told us they were getting a table ready for us. We had to cash out at the first table after ordering to move approximately 3 feet to a table for 8 to start with a new server...not the easiest way to do things for anyone I'd think. I'd would give it 2 stars, but the abundance of TVs and the variety of games gets it an extra star, because lets face it- when you're in the mood for sports the ability to see the exact game you want is the priority not the food or service.

This restaurant was pretty much what I expected as far as food and atmosphere. We went at lunch time on a Saturday. We sat on the patio because the inside areas seemed very loud. On the patio there must have been twenty TVs all tuned to various games. There were only a handful of seated tables and the TVs were not too loud, so we were able to carry on a conversation. Our waitress was friendly and helpful, and the service was very quick. We both had the boneless wings and split an order of cole slaw. The food was what you would expect from this type of establishment. The boneless wings were quite large and I couldn't eat my entire serving. The cole slaw was very good - crisp cabbage and tangy dressing.

I arrived at opening time and was quickly and pleasantly greeted and shown to a table. The hostess was topnotch. My server was attentive, helpful, and did a great job the entire time. I appreciated a team approach to serving, that is it seemed that everyone that walked by made sure my needs were being met, well done team! I've been to several Buffalo Wild Wings, so I knew what I liked and the kitchen delivered exactly what I ordered. Great service, great food, a dream for Buzztime players. TVs all around, games of all types playing, the location is great and easy to get to. Well done.

Went with my friend after participating in the cancer walk. The servers were very pleasant and attentive. The outside patio was very nice and every seat was prime seating for a different game on the big screen tvs. The food was good. We ordered the nachos (which could have used more toppings as the last dozen or so chips had nothing on them). Neither one of us really enjoyed the salsa. We also ordered 8 boneless wings. The Mango Habanero sauce was very good - spicy aftertaste which was very delicious. I will have to return to the restaurant on a sale night for the wings - they were good!

I've been to a few BWW places in Tucson. I get this one fairly new so things maybe a little slow with service and food maybe a little off. The place was not even full but there was a wait of 15 mins... not sure why. Otherwise, the waitress was great. She was very sweet and checked on us regularly. BWW always has the best sauce for wings and their food was not off at all. Lots of TVs to watch the game. But nothing more and nothing less.

First 2 times to this place were great!. Ordered the same thing both times. (10 piece boneless wings with hot sauce, and a couple of bud lights.) The 3rd visit was not a charm. Ordered 10 boneless wings with bleu cheese dressing. The wings arrived partiallly covered with wing sauce. Areas of the wings that did not show a hint of sauce kinda took the "Hot" effect of "hot wings" out of the equation. I realize that on a busy night things get hectic back there in the kitchen, but the people doing the wing sauce thing with the stainless steel bowl need to slow down a little bit and double check their preperation. I'll be going back again cause when it's down correctly, it's worth the visit.

I love BDubs! This one gets so packed on game days that there's barely standing room. There was one manager here in particular that I found to be quite distasteful. The service in general has been very good since it's opened. I'm sad that they don't have happy hour on the weekend, but I love it just the same!

I did not go to BWW when there was a flooding issue, but I did go in the last month. My favorite wings were the salt and vinegar seasoned wings. I also like the asiago, hot, and spicy garlic flavors. I had no issue with the wings, and my friend got a 40% discount for being in the military. Go get some salt and vinegar wings today!

I was so excited for this place to open! What a disaapointment. I have now been to BWW twice and after the second time, I will not back. First of all, the music is extremely loud, even outside on the patio. You can't even have a decent conversation. The second time I went to BWW, I happened to meet my parents there for happy hour. My parents are in their 60's and they were "carded"! Apparently, it is their "rule". Everyone gets "carded" if they order alcohol. No exceptions! (Seriously, people in their 60's?) Ridiculous. Please know that if you go during happy hour, they advertise their domestic draft beers for $3.00. I ordered a fat tire, which was a draft beer and I was charged over $5.00 for it. When I received the bill I asked why. I was told that although fat tire is a domestic draft beer, BWW considers it a "craft" beer. It is not on the happy hour special. In my opinion, their happy hour advertising is very misleading As for the wings, my wings were very skinny, dried out, and small. They were not plump and juicy as wings should be. Finally, it feels as if you are at a fast food place. Your wings and sauces are not served from plates and small dishes, but rather on paper plates and cartons. The only thing good thing about this place was the service.

The service here sucks!!! The service is too slow. Often the waitress will take long time to place your order or come to your table.

Food quality has fallen so low. Staff can't take an order and follow through. Wait times are ridiculous

Draft beer here is absolute rubbish. I don't think they clean out their tap lines. The kiltlifter and 312 don't taste like they're supposed to. Something easy to fix. One star.

    (1)

Just ordered a takeout meal and discovered at home they forgot half of my order, and my wings weren't cooked how I'd asked. Really regretting the generous tip I left, and the fact that I spent money on food I didn't receive.

Game day; early seating please! Of course the wings are delicious!!! A MUST TRY if you haven't! I believe on Tuesdays, they have a special on boneless wings.

Don't believe the hype. Spend your $30 on something better than some mediocre wings and a couple beers. If you want some legit wings, I'd suggest Social House.

Good food. Our servers are always nice. This is the only restaurant, in the entire city of Tucson, that people actually know what they're doing and don't seem to be lost everytime we ask them a question. You will only have an issue if there is a game or fight night. you will never find a seat unless you sit outside.

  • Kristy N.

Good food. Awful service. Took over 10 mins to get a thing of ranch. Wings were super yummy though. I'll come back but when I'm not on a lunch break.

  • Gretchen W.

Amen.

Well done.

Shady!
