Ive seen some negative reviews on this location but I eat in here maybe once a month and I actually don't hate it. Tonight it was 1/4 chicken white with mashed potatoes and garlic spinach, my wife had the same with the mixed veggies. The food was good, tasted fresh, we liked the veggies too. The people were friendly, maybe a tad pushy with the add on's but not obnoxious. Id say for a fast food chicken place its pretty good and for $7.00 pretty reasonable. Ill go back.

I wouldn't normally write a review for Boston market, but the lady working the cash register tonight was so nice and insisted my boyfriend try the au jus. Workers had a great attitude, and of course the food is good as any boston market. So kudos for the great customer service!

My latest visit was a mixed bag. The person who took my order and rung me up was just lackluster, perhaps she was having a bad day, but she assumed I was a to go order (I wasn't) and didn't even ask if I was getting dessert (I might have if she had asked). She also just left my food on the counter and the other person working the front was nice enough to grab silverware for me and walk me to my table (which is BM's standard now). The food was what I expected, in a good way. It was fresh and well portioned. I've had much better service on previous visits to this location, so I'm hoping this was an anomaly.

I love this location, generally not too busy and a fast and friendly staff! The food is super tasty! The overall restaurant is clean and quiet. Only thing I don't like is having to request salt! I understand they want to encourage a healthy lifestyle, but I shouldn't have to get up from the table to get salt for my meal and feel like a chump for wanting it.

I'm just visiting and Boston Market is across the street from my hotel. Overall, I found the gal who took my order pretty robotic and lacking in any sincerity. The two guys in the back were personable and helpful. The food was great. Chicken was perfect, corn bread was just right, all the rest of the sides were good too... green beans, corn, steamed veggies, mashed potatoes. The only strange item was the gravy... I don't know what those bits were but they were unique. Overall, I found it to be a positive experience.

Business Review We asked this bunch to cater our Thanksgiving Party. They failed badly. When asked why our food wasn't here, we were told that there was a price change (despite the price being clearly published) and had called us about it (they didn't) so they were just not bringing us the food. The Boss called and raised hell so the food, an hour late, is still on the way. The lack of food has everyone here drinking on an empty stomach so the food review will not doubt be 'interesting'. The delivery guy was pleasant enough. Food Review It was fine.

My friend and I went here yesterday and left unsatisfied. I wanted just sides and didn't want to spend $7. The corn and the mixed veggies were completely shriveled up and the gravy was congealed and chunky at the same time. I did get the kids meal sides, so that was a better deal - three sides and a drink for $5. You can get caesar salad as a side too. Going to Boston Market used to be a treat - now, it's just an imitation of something I could make at home. My friend spent $8 and got a couple pieces of chicken and a couple sides but it was very unfulfilling. Maybe we'll try it again.
