I like the sweet and sour chicken here, but not everything is as good. The noodles have weird taste but overall an average place to get Chinese food "safford style" as they say. I would say eat here when you have eaten at Jumbos to many times in a row. LOL.

Not an elaborate buffet, but not terrible either. I must admit I'm a sucker for Chinese buffets... my standards are probably lower than the average person. I'll probably try the other Chinese buffet a short walking distance away in the Best Western parking lot area next time.

*Dinner Buffet* I've eaten a lot of Chinese food in my life time and I'll promise you I'll never eat here again. I know I'm in Safford and not in Phoenix but even using Saffords standards the food sucks. It all tasted the same and kind of even looked the same. Everything else was ok. The place was clean, the food was hot and my waitress was nice. Too bad...

We used to eat here regularly years ago. Never again. Tonight was ridiculous. We ordered lemon chicken, beef with snow peas, and the sweet and sour combo (pork, chicken, shrimp) off of the menu. The chicken was fine, and most of the sweet and sour was typical buffet Chinese fare. The shrimp, however, had not been deveined. I guess they thought they could get away with serving nasty gritty shrimp since it was battered and fried? It was evident from more than one shrimp that no effort was made on this front. The beef was rubbery and tasted incredibly un-beeflike. First, I thought it tasted like egg yolk. Then I thought maybe I was just smelling my wife's soup, so she moved it across the table and I took a break from the beef. When I gave the beef another try later, it was just as bad as earlier and I think I am going to identify the taste/smell as bad fish. My stomach is gurgling unhappily and I'm now mostly just hoping I don't get sick from this.

This place can be pretty good or pretty bad depending on what you order. Best fried rice in the area, and the szechuan chicken is pretty good. They serve Pepsi products and that is always a good quality in my book. Super Wok also has some of the best looking waitresses in the area.

Chinese Cuisine

The popularity of Chinese food in America can be adjudicated by the appearance of China Town in many major cities in the United State of America. The popular trend of ordering or opting for Chinese take away food isn't unknown in America. Chinese take away food comes to rescue when you're too tired from work or too exhausted to cook. No one can resist the temptation of eating spicy noodles, shrimp, chicken, beef or pork cooked in the sweet and spicy sauce. The cooking method of authentic Chinese food is a lot different compared to what is served in America.

Generally, Chinese use dark meat small bones and organs to cook dishes but this changes when you are eating American-Chinese fusion food prepared using white boneless meat cooked with broccoli, carrots and onions. Back in China, the food is less spicy and oily as they favor steaming and braising method for cooking the most popular dishes. So, if you have a taste for authentic Chinese food, then try finding a real Chinese restaurant in the city. You can also try the most popular fusion Chinese food like Pecking Duck, Chicken Feet, Hot Pot, Shrimp Dumpling Soup, Mapo Tofu, Wontons, Chop Suey, Egg Rolls and not to forget Fortune Cookies.

There are not many restaurants in America serving authentic Chinese food. A little research on Restaurant Listings directory can help you locate the best Chinese restaurants in the city. Chinese cuisine is continuously evolving, and you can find a variety of dishes categorized as the food for lactose intolerant, gluten intolerant, vegan, vegetarian, and diabetic friendly. So, if you have a group of friends with different taste patterns, save the hassle and visit the nearest Chinese restaurant in your city.
