This place is becoming our rest stop on our way to phoenix! Ample parking, Tesla charging stations in the back, and there's never a wait. It's spacious and a great place to stretch your legs! It's also in a perfect location - right off the i10 ramp for a grab and go! They're staff is fast and friendly and there's always someone on the floor cleaning tables, sweeping and moping up areas. Definitely a great place to shake the sleepiness off and if you have time, you can walk across the street and check out a collectables/book store, gem rocks, and discount store.

I had to stop in and try the All Natural Burger. Grass fed beef, no steroids, sounds like a more healthy option in fast food. We came in and ordered and they deliver the food to the table when you eat in. The burger was good, very tasty, with a distinct grilled flavor. I enjoyed this meal.

The food was overcooked I was charged for extra food I didn't order and the restroom looked like it belong in a truck stop, no locks on the bathroom door stall and it looked like some deficated in the urinle! There is much more I can go into detail about like the flies all over the restaurant but I have already spent more time than I should in this bottom dwelling so called restaurant!

The worst biscuit and gravy I have ever seen. I won't feed it my dog. I asked the waitress if she would eat it, she wouldn't eat it either. The gravy had the consistence of jelly. The sausage was dried out and look like it was cooked last week. I wish I had taken a picture it was unbelievable that they would even service it.

It is hit or miss with the cleanliness of this location. The food/drinks/service is pretty standard. We really only stop here for the 79 cent drinks and to use the restroom on our way to/from CA. There's a Tesla charging station in the parking lot.

Only reason I'm giving a one star is because it's the lowest rating possible. Walked in the order taker was changing out the trash cans, then started taking an order without even washing hands. He then asked someone to take over so he could go in the back. I tried to get ice for my drink and there wasn't any in the machine but there were dead flies and bugs in the soda trough, disgusting. The dining was extremely filthy, not one clean table. The guy who was changing trash cans came and filled the ice (not sure he ever washed his hands) the food was disgusting and we tried to correct one sandwich and he gave a total attitude. This place is horrible and that is an understatement!!! Had to go somewhere else to enjoy some food

Food was like any other Carl's- good. But the service SUCKED. Walked in after an 8 hour drive to use the restroom, every stall in the women's restroom was out of paper. So I asked an employee if they could get some extra paper and he responded by rolling his eyes- as if I was bothering him. He returned to the cash register without letting me know if he filled the restroom up or not... So I asked what the status was with the paper and he responded by saying they were all out of toilet paper. WHAT?! HOW can an establishment with such a "big name" be out of toilet paper?! Next I asked for ketchup for my fries, they are also out of ketchup. COOL. Are you out of hamburger bread too? Although the employees all looked like they were still in high school, the employees were very loud and obnoxious with each other while having an establishment full of customers. Very UNPROFESSIONAL!!

On our way to Cali for New Years, stopped off for a bite. I really liked it because there is an empty lot next to Carl's Jr for any pet owners. Now of course it's not for us, but we use it anyway. Just clean after your pet please! There is not much you can review on a fast food chain except for there service. The food, you already know what you are getting yourself into. Service here was very fast, and very friendly.

Since moving to.Arizona from California, I have frequently stopped at this location. There is always something wrong, broken, or not available. The food I get I really don't have a problem with, its fast food, so expectations are not high.

We live in AZ and go to CA at least once a year, usually stopping in Quartzite for a bite. This Carl's Junior had an off-putting smell upon entering, reminiscent of sewage. After ordering we hit the bathrooms, which were pretty smelly and yucky. Flies in bathroom and dining room area. The soda was terrible, and when we asked about it they said carbonation wasn't working properly (but didn't warn us beforehand). Both of my daughter's returned their sandwiches after a bite -- and a second bite from by husband to confirm they tasted "off". I am not a complainer, not high a maintenance and most of my Yelp reviews are positive. This Carl's Junior needs some attention from the owner or corporate or someone. We left and went to MacDonald's, which we usually try to avoid, but in this situation it was the preferable option.

On a recent road trip to Cali, kiddo and I wanted to grab a bite to eat so we stopped by this joint. They were very busy, which is normally a good thing when you eat at fast food restaurants because the food is usually fresh and doesn't sit around. They were chewy and cold, not crisp and hot like fresh French Fries are supposed to taste like. The Bread on my Big Carl also didn't taste fresh either. I don't know what's going on. Perhaps I caught them on a bad day, I don't know....but it wasn't a good experience. There are other fast food options on this exit, so I don't know if I'll come back. Return Factor - 17%

Completely grossed out with my visit here. While waiting in a very long and slow moving line I witnessed the fry cook grab a bag of fries from the freezer, place it on the floor then pick it back up, dump it in the fryer, throw the empty bag back on the floor, then proceeded to pick it up and throw it away. He then proceeded to grab raw food and cook it, all while never changing his gloves. I immediately left. This has been reported to the department of health. Also, the bathrooms smelled horribly.

We normally stop at this location when we are going to or coming back from CA. The service that we normally experience is never bad...but on this night it was different. We waited in line for about 20-30 minutes. That alone will drive anyone crazy. There was heavy traffic, so I'm sure it was busier night than usual. That does not excuse the service we got. The girl clearly didn't know what she was doing. She kept asking what size we wanted for our soda and fries...it was a kids meal! When she was going to hand us a soda, it was dripping wet with soda all over the cup. She saw our face and got us another one. Not a great experience at all.

I am a frequent customer of Carl's Jr, and I have never had such poor food or service from one. My family stopped here for lunch on a trip from Phoenix to San Diego. The restaurant was very busy and this usually means fresh food for anyone who has worked in or frequents fast food places. First, when we ordered it seemed that the employee was not paying attention because we had to repeat parts of the order a few times, but I understand they can be busy so no big deal. We ordered $37 and change of food: 4 combos, a turkey burger, fries and a milkshake. When they handed the food, it was all in one paper bag, which prompted us to ask if the entire order was there, and she said yes. Upon distributing everyone's food, sure enough we were missing one of the jalapeño burgers. We were still in the parking lot so I went into the restaurant to correct the problem, and when I told them that I was missing the burger from the drive through order it was shoved rudely across the counter without any sort of apology as if they were inconvenienced, not the other way around. It all would have been fine if the food was acceptable but it was nowhere close. All of the fries were barely warm and mushy, two of four burgers were not hot and the turkey burger was cold and overcooked like they cooked it and intended to throw it away or something, and was served on a bun which was flattened and the bottom one was ripped halfway through. I will never return and if not for other good Carl's Jr restaurants I probably would be done with the chain altogether.

This Carl's Jr is by far the gem of Quartzite, AZ. It is a newer location, so the bathrooms are clean as is the restaurant itself. Please note that "clean" is a relative term. A clean bathroom in Quartzite means there is only urine on ONE of the toilet seats and the graffiti is rated PG-13. Considering you will probably stop in Quartzite to eat and maybe gas up, Carl's is a great please to eat....and unfortunately you may get a bit of gas there whether you like it or not. I am confident this Carl's Jr could also double as the City Hall since it is the newest and cleanest building in the area. Food tastes like Carl's Jr food. What else do you expect? Service is fine. Drive-thru is speedy. If you don't stop here on your way from Phoenix to LA, you can always stop at Blythe about 30 minutes down the road. The Blythe Carl's Jr is a madhouse however, so stop in Quartz instead if it's a Western Bacon you crave.

March 31, 2011. stopped in carl's jr restaurant for lunch with four in our party. Woman working the counter was rude and impatient. I ordered chicken strips and onion rings. the onion rings were already cooked for who knows how long and were sitting in the fry basket over the fry vat. they were hard and dried out. the chicken strips were supposed to be breaded but there was either no breading on some and so much on the others they were all breading, over cooked and dried out. the music was so loud we literally had to shout to hear each other talk during the meal. I requested it be turned down, the woman at the counter told me there was no volume control on the radio. Really? The other customers were asking to have it turned down as well. I asked to speak to the manager and got a shift supervisor. she informed me she didn't know how to turn the radio down, NOT that there was no volume control. really? you can learn how to use a computer register but can't find the volume button on your radio. i wouldn't eat at this place again if it were the only place between quartzite and jackson, michigan my home town

Can't believe this was a fast food restaurant! We were greeted upon entry, then our order was brought out to us, and if that was not enough, the staff came out to check on us to see if we needed anything. Clean, fast service, and very friendly. We ate at this fine establishment on 28 Dec 11 at 11:40 AM.

I ordered chicken strips and onion rings. the onion rings were already cooked for who knows how long and were sitting in the fry basket over the fry vat. they were hard and dried out. the chicken strips were supposed to be breaded but there was either no breading on some and so much on the others they were all breading, over cooked and dried out. the music was so loud we literally had to shout to hear each other talk during the meal. I requested it be turned down, the woman at the counter told me there was no volume control on the radio. Really? The other customers were asking to have it turned down as well. I asked to speak to the manager and got a shift supervisor. she informed me she didn't know how to turn the radio down, NOT that there was no volume control. really? you can learn how to use a computer register but can't find the volume button on your radio. i wouldn't eat at this place again if it were the only place between quartzite and jackson, michigan my home town

Can't believe this was a fast food restaurant! We were greeted upon entry, then our order was brought out to us, and if that was not enough, the staff came out to check on us to see if we needed anything. Clean, fast service, and very friendly. We ate at this fine establishment on 28 Dec 11 at 11:40 AM.
