We are visiting from Phoenix. We went here for lunch and ordered from the breakfast menu. The scrambled eggs were very ordinary and I could do as well at home. The creamed apples were good. I had ham which was very good. The service was slow and took awhile to get our food. The server was slow to refresh our drinks. It would probably be better for breakfast if I was very hungry. We ordered smaller items since we could not have any leftovers back to our hotel.

I had not been here since my boys were little and it was great then. I was pleased to know that 10 years later it is still a great experience! Our service was wonderful and the food was good home-cooking! Atmosphere was typical small town with the regulars and everything! Definitely recommend!

This is our new favorite breakfast spot. I highly recommend the biscuits and gravy. Our server, Katherine (if I remember correctly) made our experience. She was friendly and kind. All in all, great service, comforting atmosphere and great food!

My two daughters were in town for the holiday. Naturally I take advantage of every opportunity that presents itself in having the entire family around a table "Let's go out to breakfast" one suggests. Done. We all have our 'go-to' favorite breakfast, lunch and dinner spots. The spot where you are guaranteed to have your favorite meal with reliable service. Sue Ann's

Have to admit, I'm a breakfast gigolo. I'll go to a place for a while, declare it my favorite, then look for something new down the road. There's a 12 Step Program for that, but after a while I left it for a 13 Step. That said, I really dig this little place in Prescott. A real family-run business. Excelent food, though sometimes if you time it wrong the wait can be lengthy. Small kitchen. Loved the spinach/shroom/cheese omelet I had last time, though 3 eggs is too many for me. I end up eating the ingredients and leaving a pile of egg. Kitty had the breakfast burrito which was a real winner. Most recent visit we saw some of the same customers from our last trip, giving it a homey feel. Neighbor at the next table recommended the bacon, and he was spot on. Cooked perfectly, thick slices, just wonderful. That same neighbor had the chicken fried steak, which I was going to ask about. After watching him devour every last bite of food and drop of gravy, I think he answered the question. It's no frills diner style food, but prepared with fresh ingredients and obviously with care. Nice atmosphere. The kind of place a guy could decide to settle down with and call his own.

Food: Good, Service great. I got a biscuit that I am pretty sure weighed as much as my shoe but it was yummy and homemade so yeah I tried to eat the whole thing with my omelette and hash browns. I'm not gonna lie, I regretted it a little later. Over all it was a pleasant experience.

Been in Prescott for the last week, and this is going to be my regular breakfast place every time I come to town. Consistent good service, polite and friendly staff, and great value for the food. Try their house-made salsa!

Best breakfast in Prescott...so far! I moved here last June and have been sampling all the locally owned breakfast establishments. Sue Ann's Apple Pan serves large and tasty portions and has accommodated me on my special order (hash browns, onions and melted cheese on top). Service is good, meals take a bit of time to cook but I'm guessing they have a small kitchen. Love this place.

Best breakfast in town. Cheap and well-made. They serve a little bit of apple confit with the meal too, which is cute. Plus, the owner is a super-nice guy. I wll take Apple Pan over Denny's and so on any day. So should you.

Just finished breakfast here. We're from out of town and like trying new places rather than sticking to the tried and true. If I was rating the food alone, I would give 4 stars. If I was rating service alone, I would give 2 stars. Several customers who arrived and ordered before us were served before us. A half hour after we ordered, we kindly asked our waitress about the status of our order. She seemed immediately defensive and stated that the crowd had come all at once and they were doing the best they could. Our bill was left with us along with our meal, which I feel says "I'm finished with you until it's time to pay." Our waitress didn't visit our table again until then, but we did get coffee and water refills from another waitress who was friendly. The cinnamon apple stuffed french toast, pancakes, biscuits & gravy, hash browns, and home fries were all good, and the prices weren't bad. The service just wasn't as good as the food, unfortunately.

The service here is great - almost like you are family. The food is great, you can tell they pay attention to the details. The apple theme is fun!

I really like this little place. The food is always good and the staff is always as sweet as can be. They have the best biscuits I've ever had. The menu has what you would expect to find at a breakfast place, lots of omelets and pancakes. They have my favorite grilled cheese sandwich, it has two types of cheese and grilled tomato and green chile inside. Mmmmm.

I stopped in to grub out at SueAnn's Apple Pan (I think that's what it's called. I think Angela's right). The breakfast was good. I had the steak and eggs. I wanted to get something with apples, cause.. you know. Apple Pan. Why not? When I heard that they had steak and eggs on special, I decided to go for it because I'm a big, fat sucker for that particular breakfast. I only get it once in a blue moon, but it's one of my favorites. The ambience was nice. It was a little on the creepy side. Apples everywhere. It made me think of being in a Sesame Street segment where I'm learning that "A" is for apple. When we got the check, we put down three cards to be split evenly. How many times have I done that? Realistically I'd say probably about 150 times. You put down three cards, no separate check, just one deal divided by three. The waitress treated us like we ruined her day. Seriously. She looked at us like we offered her a cup of coffee, then said "Just kidding" and dumped it out on the floor. We asked if it was okay to split it three ways and she said, "No! Not really!" in a shitty-ass way and before we could tell her that it's okay, just put it all on one card she stormed off. We didn't get our receipts for like maybe fifteen minutes after that and I guess the waitress was so offended someone else had to come out and have us sign for our cards. That incident didn't ruin my breakfast but no one likes dealing with a bi-polar nutcase. I can understand, maybe, with outdated equipment you can't divide the check three ways. We would have gladly put it one on card. Instead we were treated like real pricks and I didn't like it.

I think this place is actually called "SueAnn's Apple Pan" and the one in Prescott Valley is the Apple Pan, Too! but either way, check it out. I worked here under the evil dragon lady, Marilyn, approximately 15 years ago, and I'm happy that my old pal Mark and his wife SueAnn bought the place about 5 years ago. I'd so rather give them my money for what is essentially the same excellent diner food. The servers are quintessential diner waitresses, literally flanking customers to refill their coffee and call them "hon." Every dish is served with an apple slice, and apples grace nearly every square inch of useable space. Stand-out dishes include omelets and pancakes, apple crisp and grilled cheese. Try Mark's potatoes.

This place reminds me of a little diner you'd find in a small town. The waitresses were friendly and attentive and openly recognized the "regulars". I ordered one buttermilk pancake that was so delicious, I asked what was in the batter to make it so sweet. The waitresses all shrugged and said it was just regular batter. No. It was so tasty that I'm sorry I live so far away. :( I also ordered a side of hashbrowns. It was such a large side order, I was glad I ordered one pancake, which was large and fluffy. The milk was a bit over priced (nearly $3) but it was a large glass and very delicious. You'd drive past it if you weren't looking for it, so take note of the address. It'll be worth it. I promise.

Good Food Good Prices! Here is a nice friendly restaurant with good food. The prices are very reasonable, and I've never seen it crowded. It's like a Denny's with a large menu and lots of good choices.
