    Unfriendly service, moody baristas act annoyed at the simplest requests. They need to learn that smiling at customers won't hurt (especially the older lady with black hair that likes to repeat her car accident story to the entire line of customers) , and how to show positivity, graciousness and genuine care for what they do. Been giving this location 2nd chances for well over a year despite snotty attitudes and drink after drink made carelessly. After today, I'm done. Which stinks because it is convenient to where I work. Literally the worst Starbucks I have ever encountered. Been redeeming only my free drinks there for a while because I refuse to give them actual money to treat me badly. Additionally, It's a shame that they transferred one of the male baristas to my favorite location at Shea and Tatum, now I will have to travel farther to tbird and tatum. Or maybe it's time to ditch the habit and my gold membership altogether. So frustrated.

    I'm here pretty regularly, and my order is regularly good. It's Starbucks, after all. Starbucks is Starbucks. Maybe it's because I don't generally go before 3pm, but there never seems to be much in the baked goods case. Since I don't go for the food, it's not a big issue. I'm usually accompanied by two small children anxious to play in the kid's area, so it's nice to be able to stop in some days and grab something to drink while they play. I've never had any issues with anyone who works there, and only a few times had a drink not prepared quite right (like when I ask for nonfat milk, sometimes I'll also somehow get sugar free syrup which is gross). Overall, it's a good starbucks.

    Oh my gosh, they have a Starbucks inside PV Mall even though there are two across the street? Weird! Well, you know, Starbucks is Starbucks is Starbucks. Yea, certain people say other locations may make better drinks, but honestly it just depends on when you go and what barista is behind the bar. I love sipping on an iced carmel macchiato while I window shop in the mall since I'm recently broke due to purchasing this $5 iced coffee ;) The staff always is welcoming despite dealing with the occasional group of 6 teenagers hanging out and being loud. There are two tables outside to sit out and get freshly contaminated air from that same occasional group of 6 teenagers that think smoking is cool. But anyhow, all jokes aside, good location to pick up a Stabucks!

    The @ShopPVMall @Starbucks should learn about saturation. I mean, they clearly understand HOW to do it. But they should learn WHY NOT to do it. I suppose this location may be a slight exception, what with being in the mall, but really, there are about five hundred other locations within a stone's throw of here. (I may be exaggerating slightly) It's nice that they still give you a free cup of ice water. It's nice to have something to drink while the kiddos play in the play area at the mall. I don't dislike the products at SB, I just have a general distaste for the lack of small business coffee shops left, after the aforementioned saturation takes place. Blah blah free market.

    Another morning and another iced espresso with a touch of cream. Of course the usual friendly service, high energy environment. And of course the usual 4-5 minute wait for the beverage but that is understandable since if you want a decent cup of anything, you might have to wait a few minutes. Starbucks is always going to do a great job at what they do and that's make coffee and provide a mini wake up with the energy in the store

    i have been excited coming here to get my drink today. i got my promotion in my Starbuck app 2.50 for beverage grande size. The girl just denied to do that for me right away because i didnot have an actual receipt. i did show her my account history that i bought my drink at the same day before noon. She didnot even accept it either. i told her that i had been to the same store 2 days ago and the other barista didnot need a receipt. Well, i have been a loyal customer at the store for so long and i am very disappointed now. My mistake was that i didnot keep my paper receipt. She made me feel like i were begging her to make me a drink for free or begging her for money. This was not how starbuck's service usually. Really sad! She didnot wear any name tag while she was working. I did ask her name but not my point to put it in here. The point here is, she was trying to follow the rules exactly and didnot realize she ruined someone's day with bad attitude. However thanks to her that i saved my 2.50 plus tax today. yay! maybe save more from now on, because i dont want to have bad feelings again.

    My fiance and I visited this Starbucks location yesterday afternoon at about 2:00pm. There were 5 people behind the counter and maybe 10 customers. I stood inline with my fiance and ordered two double shot espresso's, when only one was produced, we asked for another, the women behind the counter blamed the person making coffee and then the guy making coffee gave use attitude about making another shot. While we were waiting I tried to sit but all the tables were dirty. It seemed as though even with five people behind the counter and no one in line they were too busy to wipe any tables down. After our espresso's were ready I had to then ask for some half and half to be brought to the condiment station as it lacked this basic extra. I felt like all I was doing was asking for things. Before we left I needed to use the ladies room, when I went in and closed the door the handle completely flew off the door and hit my foot! It was heavy and actually hurt quite a bit, on top of that the lights suddenly turned off and I was left in total darkness. And it wasn't even an auto sensor light either but a manual. After I got out of the ladies room I took the detached handle to the front thinking the staff would be shocked that something like that had happened, to my surprise the guy said to me " oh yeah, that happens allot" . This was also served with a look of fake pity. I have been to many Starbucks locations through out the valley and have had excellent service and coffee. So I am only suggesting to stay away from this particular location. I'm not sure what is going on with management, or lack there of, but my experience could not have been worse. I don't believe this is the norm for Starbucks and hope that this location can correct their attitudes quickly.

    Okay- I am not the one to give reviews but this time I'm going to have to say I have to give one because of the extreme lack of costumer service I got. I had not been to this location in a long, long time, today I went and got my drink I get almost daily but decided to add something extra, the guy who was ringing me up was nice and as soon as I said I wanted some hazelnut drizzle I hear a lady yell from the back "that's an extra charge" okay... Sure I don't care. Well I got my iced coffee ms it tasted really bitter so I asked the lady if she could please pour some more 2% milk in my coffee, she proceeded to get an empty cup out and tell me that's everything's measured and that I should tell them before that I want extra milk. She was not nice about it, and I had to get her attention after about 6 times of me saying "excuse me" right by the counter when it wasn't even busy! There was no smile on her face, no being nice, just looking annoyed. In the years that I have gone to starbucks, never had I had an experience like this.

    Kind of tucked away in a corner of the Paradise Valley Mall. Good service, friendly staff and not overly busy. They also have nice outside patio seating.

    This is my local Starbucks at the mall near my apartment. This location is very fast....has a friendly staff....and of course the half off Fraps from 3-5 pm are the best deal in town right now. We I need my Starbucks fix...this is definitely my favorite location. Eat, Drink, and be Merry my Friends!!!!
