Went on a date and loved it! Great gelato that I couldn't even finish because it was so good and filling (and that was the smallest amount I could get). Little bit pricey ($8 for two of us), but I didn't even finish and liked every bite. Just a tip, they need to clean the tables after each customer sitting there.

Yum!! Service is great, staff is very helpful. A wide variety of flavors. This place took over the spot of Mojo, it feels more open even in the small space. You have to try it out!

OMG!!!! Come here it's amazing and the staff is incredible and so helpful! Not your typical ice cream joint.

Just went here for the first time, Jake helped us out. It was the best service I have ever had at an ice cream parlor or gelato spot! They gave us amazing recommendations. We sat outside and they brought us cold waters and extra cookies! Thank you Frost & Jake! I recommend this place to all my friends and family!

The display and design of the store is perfect. More importantly, the gelato was bomb! They gave me a sample of the Salted Carmel and "Game Over"! I didn't want to sample anything else, I just want more Salted Carmel in my mouth! Service couldn't have been any better. The whole experience was perfect and I don't care to go anywhere else for gelato.

Madison was super nice let us try a few flavors, we also ordered espresso and she brought it out to us. Angelina brought water out to us, they were both SUPER friendly. I ordered peppermint chip and stracciatelli and my boyfriend ordered dark chocolate and coconut, all the flavors were like a party in my mouth!

If you used to "do yogurt" it is time to put some FROSTing on that old cake and visit Frost Gelato at the Biltmore Fashion Square. Here is where you will find the most wonderful contrast between cold gelato and warm personalities! Everyone who works there is genuine and helpful--you can tell that they have a passion for producing a very good quality product that increases the happiness quotient of any individual who samples it! Tonight I tried the dark chocolate gelato with the raspberry sorbet. This, my friends, is what angels would eat if they had taste buds!

Best gelato spot.... Walked in and got outstanding service, offered tons of tasting samples and suggestions. My #1 spot I will tell everyone I know this is the only place to get fresh, homemade, tasty gelato!!

  • Ronnie V.

This is the ONLY place in the valley to get gelato!! I have been to both their locations and both are good, clean and the quality and taste are the best. When you go please don't eat the Salted Carmel because if I go and can't get any there will be a hostage situation. They have plenty of other flavors for you newbies and non- regulars. Mmmmm Frost!!!!

  • Cactus P.

They make sure you can try any and all gelatos and sorbets samples. They all are great especially the sorbets! They bring cups of water to you which is a nice touch. Walking around the Biltmore with a dish of Gelato is just about a good as it gets.

  • Ashlee W.

Delicious! They will let you try every flavor if you wanted without reserve. They have a vast array of tasty flavors to choose from. This will surely be a place we frequent often.

My Boyfriend & I absolutely love this place. We had tried it when they first opened. The owners were very inviting and were now than pleased to offer us samples of everything. She had told us all about the catering that do as well. I loved the idea of having this for a Wedding Dessert rather than having a cake. We come here often and I LOVE the idea that IT'S MUCH LESS CALORIES than Ice Cream. We will no longer go to the other Gelato that is closer to our house. I LOVE the Peach Bellini!! It's so refreshing.

Wow what a great experience, the gelato is as beautiful as it tastes. The place is fun and clean.

First and foremost, the customer service alone was AMAZING!. The girl who helped us out was extremely helpful and super funny. As soon as we walked in the door she asked if we had ever been there and we had not so she stated, "Welcome, we have been waiting for you." Immediately she pulled out sample spoons and was encouraging to try as many different flavored as we wanted. Truth be told, when they say unlimited samples they mean it. As we were walking out we were walking past the glass and looking at the other gelato and sorbets and were offered more samples. Now, on to the most important part. I can't have dairy so I came in looking at the sorbet. I had a mix of the pineapple and blackberry. Sooooo good! Refreshing on a hot day and worth every penny. I would highly recommend this place to anyone who is looking for a cold treat and great customer service.

So what's better than dessert, you ask? A dessert to eat after dessert. Sho 'nuf! Post dinner at Biltmore Fashion Centre we instinctively walked towards Frost. The smell of free samples was in the air. Their website lists a long menu of gelatos and sorbets, but the store displayed 38. My guess is that flavors get rotated every once in a while. There's a good mix of fruity flavors, caramel flavors, nut flavors, cheesecake, and chocolates of which you get unlimited sampling. Unlimited? That's what our server said. I think there were some "diabetic" options too. Already running on a full tank at the time, I failed to take advantage of the sampling. Damn stomach, grow bigger! 3 particular flavors that pack a punch: salted caramel, peanut butter crunch, and pistachio. Amazingly tasty but light on the tongue. Sadly, the taste doesn't come through in all of the gelatos and in my opinion the frost bite was pointless. And cost? Ain't cheap. Your pick from three cup sizes or a waffle cone which costs 6 bits extra. But for a nice treat, I will definitely go back again and lick more flavors.

They didn't have very many "unique" flavors, just your general. However, for sorbets they did. They had champagne mixed strawberry flavor, and one with peach. Wish their gelato flavors were as different and unique too. If you want unique flavors or just more in general to choose from there's the Gelato Spot on Scottsdale Rd, and That's Amore Gelato! :)

Such a delish treat on a hot AZ day! After having lunch a couple doors down at True Food Kitchen, my cousin and I took a peek inside Frost. Not really planning on getting anything initially...but we were greeted by this awesome guy and the gelatos were too beautiful to pass up! Unlimited samples by the way. I went with sea salt caramel and half lotus cookie. So good! They also have coffees and tables which is a nice touch. I started to read a magazine article on one of their gelato makers..a true Italian who worked in Italy making some of the best gelato! Didn't get to finish reading it, but u could definitely taste the authenticity of the smooth & creamy gelato in each bite. I'll be back in a couple days to try their sorbets..thx Frost!

The place is SUPER bright white.... Like a toothpaste commercial where you see the shimmer clean shine. LOL! The staff is SO SUPER AWESOME... They have patience and they are very knowledgeable of the product. I got three flavors: coconut, roasted almond, and chocolate with hazelnut.... The gelato is perfect, not too sweet and packed with flavors. We were sitting outside and the staff would come out with cups of ice water. She came out x2 when were we there. SO nice. Remember to tip these guys!!!

I'm so glad I made room for dessert. My friend recommended Frost Gelato because he knew I didn't want anything too sweet but needed something to help beat the desert heat. Frost is located in the Biltmore Shopping Center and the parking lot is free for 2hrs with a validation. I came on a Sunday night and there was no charge for parking. I love that they let you try as many flavors your heart desires. I was really tempted to try every single flavor but I was rather full from dinner so I only tried a few. The salted caramel seems to be quite popular and I'm not surprised. It's definitely sweet, as caramel should be, but that light saltiness really creates a nice harmony. The lotus cookie tastes just like the cookie. The tiramisu has a strong rum and coffee flavor that they keep competing to dominate. It made my taste buds happy with all that attention. The bellini is so frikkin refreshing. It's just icy and tango... makes my mouth water just thinking about it. The winner of the night, based moreso on mood than anything, was the stracciatella. Think of a super creamy chocolate chip ice scream with such fine pieces of chocolate chip. The service was impeccable. The portion was perfect and it was priced reasonably. I like that they throw in some rolled wafers to enjoy with your choice of gelato. I'm really impressed, especially with it being half the calories of a scoop of ice cream. It just makes the experience guilt-free :)

Why do restaurant proprietors give their employees silly little catch phrases to shout every time a customer comes through the door? I see this in Undercover Boss all the time. There's no way these scripted greetings don't come off as phony and brand-y. Such is the case with Frost, which has a good product. No need for a young woman to call out, utterly without feeling, "Buona sera and welcome" as every customer enters at lunchtime on a Saturday. Well, good evening yourself. ...? This is not really the main point of this review--mmm, gelato is the point--but it speaks to the aggressive, off-pitch branding of this place. Right, right. The gelato. It's good! I had "alpencaramel" and my husband had the much-lauded pistachio. I have to say that while the alpencaramel tasted very sugary, the pistachio tasted more authentically nutty than any pistachio gelato I've ever had. The serving sizes are small but adequate--you don't need to eat six ounces of frozen dessert---and the flavors are arrayed beautifully. I don't drink bellinis (because I'm still under 40 and not a real housewife of anywhere),but the big trough of brightly colored gelato dotted with wine corks (!) was delightful. Back to branding. The aggressive this-is-healthful thing is a little disingenuous. And the logo and teeth-whitener aesthetic of the store and print collateral don't really go with the whole old-country ingredients thing. It's like they told their graphic designer "You know The Gelato Spot? Make our stuff the exact opposite--hard edges, rectilinear shapes, cool tones, and a name that doesn't exactly scream 'dessert.'" But the gelato is pretty good.

I've been bit! Bitten by Frost Gelato that is ... After being hesitant at the high ratings and raves about Frost (I always take reviews with a grain of salt.) I finally got to try it first hand. Upon entering, we were greeted by the lovely manager(?) who introduced us to their product and let us know we had unlimited samples. She was informative and gave us recommendations on their most popular flavors. Many samples later Anthony decided on a fruity cup of sorbets and creamy flavors to go in a waffle cone. Each were topped with a pirouette cookie. Cup: Bellini & Pineapple Bellini- refreshing and light! Pineapple- like eating ripe pineapple, not artificial tasting or overly sweet, think lighter version of dolewhip Cone: Pistachio & Amaretto Pistachio- hands down the best Pistachio gelato I've had thus far Amaretto- sweet, warm flavored and nutty, we picked this and went well with the pistachio Service here is amazing, a bit pricey but the quality of the gelato and sorbet they provide is top notch. They even passed out water at the tables! What other gelato place does that? There is seating indoors and outdoors.

  • Danielle R.

So many glorious flavors. And they really are all glorious. AND they have special flavors of the month to switch things up every month. You get more for your money here (we are officially Gelato Spots defectors) Every single person that works here is so genuinely kind and even will bring out water and remind all the patrons to stay hydrated.

  • Kristin B.

This place usually always has a line out the door, and for great reason! The gelato the owners serve here is extraordinary! I've tried many places around the valley and this is by far one of the best I've encountered. The staff is always very benevolent and allow you to sample as many flavors as you want (which I always do, every time!). The ambiance is simple, but efficient and there is a water dispenser and tables set-up around the establishment for relaxing and enjoying the flavors!

  • Lindsay K.

The customer service was amazing! Sometimes at an ice cream shop you feel like a burden asking for tastes of this and that, but she was excited to let us try her favorites and was very well informed on the ingredients and allergens of each one. She even offered to wipe our table clean and brought us ice water. The favors are complex and unlike anything you would expect from a low calorie treat option. Definitely our new favorite spot. Splitting the medium was too much. Next time we'll split a small!

Came in tonight to get a sweet treat and a very passionate young man (in a white hat, didn't catch his name) spent about 10 minutes with my two friends and myself letting us sample pretty much every single gelato. He was very knowledgable about all of the flavors and had suggestions and recommendations for all 3 of us! He was even patient when we couldn't make up our minds (I was lame and finally settled on good ol' chocolate). Awesome customer experience provide by the young gentleman in the white hat!

  • Eva F.

SOO yummy! The decorations of the gelato on display is so pretty too! They had many vegan options and I got the blackberry gelato. My friend got salted Carmel and she loved it. Workers are very nice and give many samples, just ask!

Good gelato, but not quite as good as the Gelato Spot! On the expensive side? ($5 for two scoops) Yes. Worth it? NO. they don't have a public restroom. you CANT get two flavors in a small cup! They didn't have very many "unique" flavors, just your general. Their website lists a long menu of gelatos and sorbets, but the store displayed 32. It's like they told their graphic designer "You know The Gelato Spot? Make our stuff the exact opposite--hard edges, rectilinear shapes, cool tones, and a name that doesn't exactly scream 'dessert.'" NO WIFI! the attitude among everyone in the store is clearly fake. The manager like whisper screams rudely at the workers. Seems like hell to work at.

My first FROST experience was yesterday during a mid day shopping experience. Perfect day to have a refreshing treat to help beat the heat. I'm a huge fan of Gelato Spot matter of fact that is the only Gelato I like. Tempted to try something new I'm glad I did. The flavoring off all the flavors I sampled were amazing. Tempting to only want to try them all based on all the delightful colors neatly displayed it is hard to resist. I settled on my favorite Raspberry. I was offered a free regular cone topped with a small wafer cookie. It hit the spot. They do also offer freshly made in house waffle cones to purchase. The staff was a great crew. All smiles and friendly the moment you walked through the door. I was even asked if I wanted some water while sitting down enjoying my new favorite treat. You can dine in or outside the establishment.

This is my new favorite desert place in Phoenix !!! I don't even have words for how delicious this gelato is. It's my new guilty pleasure :) I have tried espresso chip, Nutella, tiramisu, pistachio and banana. I would highly recommend ALL OF THEM !

Great customer service on top of some very well made gelato/sorbets!

  • Jessica S.

Oh wow can't say enough about this place. The flavors are strong and amazing and fresh. The sorbets have no corn, no soy, no gluten, and no dairy. Love the flavors. The pistachio tasted so much better than just regular pistachio, much more nutty. I had the sorbet and it was fresh, fruity and was nothing but fruit water and sugar in the ingredients according to the gals who worked there. They were also very friendly and patient with people who wanted to taste test. Definitely will be back!

  • Stephanie K.

Frost gelato - my favorite frozen treat! I can't get enough of this place. They are always busy, but the service is always friendly and I never feel rushed sampling all the different flavors. I love that every time I go, they have at least 2-3 new choices. Honey is one of my favorite seasonal flavors (I really think they should make it a regular). Cheesecake and raspberry are also delicious! Just wish you could get two flavors in a small cup!

There's a new gelato spot in the Biltmore area. I decided to visit after shopping at Macy's. There were so many flavors and customer service was awesome. The girl helping us was so sweet and said we can have unlimited samples. I tried about four and decided on the espresso chip. Before ringing us up, she asked if we wanted to try any others. Ha. If there wasn't a line behind us, I could be there all night sampling. The gelato is good and I will be back.

Italiano gelato, crafted by master gelato chefs, is presented here in thoughtfully designed frozen amalgams like their popular salted caramel. Traditional flavors such as stracciatella, amaretto, and limoncello are available here and taste of my childhood visits to local gelaterias in europe. Even the amaretto gelato was decorated with a crisp amaretto cookie, like I remember. One gets a sense that there is a chef at work here, exploring a titillating array of flavor combinations such as peaches and champagne, honey and lavender, and pears and riesling. If gelato and sorbetto are not your ideal, try an "affogato" which is espresso poured over your choice of gelato, or try a gelato shake, latte,or sorbettini. The dark chocolate covered bon bons are also sinfully excellent and can be purchased as gifts in boxes. watch videos of how your gelato is made while you enjoy your treats, experience a taste of italia.

This is one of those places that I'm sort of glad is a little ways from our house. Otherwise we'd be here too often. We stopped in on a whim and were blown away by just the presentation of the gelato. The fruit flavors were especially beautifully done. The employees were extremely friendly and happily let us try sample after sample and answered questions about the ingredients (the espresso gelato is made with decaf btw). Hubs and I ended up splitting the berry and cabernet, and it was delicious. Lots of berry flavor with just a hint of the red wine. Price were about what you'd expect to pay at Coldstone and the serving sizes were generous. Eating with a tiny spoon helps you to savor it more too. :) Overall, delicious. We will definitely be back when we're in the area.

  • Melissa B.

The gelato here is plain delicious---I would schlep 40 miles to the one In Gilbert to get some of this creamy deliciousness, so naturally I was thrilled when Frost opened at the Biltmore. Speaking from experience, you won't leave with the same heavy feeling eating a bowl of regular ice cream will sometimes give you. You can also sample as many flavors as you want! I went with the straciatella and gianduja. If you like Nutella try the gianduja. Rich and delicious. I did have a little trouble finding it...it's facing Camelback and is next to True Food. FYI...they don't have a public restroom.

  • Jenn W.

Delicious! We visited this location for the first time this weekend and we were impressed by the selection and the presentation. There were all of the traditional flavors you would expect with a number of unique flavors - the Seal Salt Caramel is apparently their most popular. The helpful staff offered "as many samples as you'd like" and made recommendations. They were patient and friendly. The gelato was some of the best I've ever had. My kids enjoyed their bubble gum gelato, complete with two pieces of bubble gum. We also had a mint chocolate chip and peanut butter chocolate - both of which were great. Despite the location, the gelato is priced competitively with other gelato shops in the area. The only downside was the parking situation at the Biltmore Fashion Park - you have to take a parking token that you get validated by making a purchase in the Fashion Park. Not a huge deal and pretty consistent with other upscale shopping establishments. Certainly not enough to deter me from returning when in the area!

Excellent gelato with a number of interesting flavors. Not the absolute best I've ever had in my life, but very high quality Italian-style gelato nonetheless.

  • Serena Y.

I'm totally blown away by this place. First off, the gelato is delicious. We had the salted caramel and the cheesecake flavors and they were on point in terms of flavor. The two scoops we got were also packed into the cup rather than just being little round scoops like at other gelato places, so I feel like we get more for the money. Even more awesome, the workers here are indeed ridiculously nice, as other reviewers have noted. When we sat down, a worker offered us cups of water (I've never been offered water at any gelato/yogurt establishment), then later another worker came by offering free hot chocolate samples. Also, when we first walked in, the worker said that we could try any and all flavors and she seemed to mean it. We will be back to take her up on that offer!

  • Brooke S.

This is the best place In the universe of gelato. Half the fat dairy free some of them. The people are the friendliest workers. When the people ask for what I like they explain all the flavors. I ordered strawberry and raspberry and then at the end they added little rolled up cookies on the top. Then you pay its kind of pricey but it's worth it. It's like heaven when you lick the spoon. I suggest this to anybody wether you like gelato or not.

  • O'Zandra F.

I went into this space when it was Mojo's. It's completely reformed. It's very airy and inviting. The staff is way friendly and knowledgable of their offerings. Whatever flavor you thought you wanted prior to entering would definitely change once you start sampling their many flavors. Staff even brings around water if you are eating inside/outside. Prices are reasonable too!!! I'm a fan. :-)

    (4)
  • Kathy S.

Awesome awesome awesome!! So so tasty. The dark choc, peanut butter crunch, sea salt caramel, and coconut..!!! Really good stuff.. And they let me sample quite a few! Lol. Super friendly service!! They were apologizing for my wait but honestly I was happy to have a little time to look over all the flavors! A definite must try!

Amazing (pistachio flavor, at least). I'd definitely walk there in ridiculous heat all over again.

  • Noor B.

Love Frost in Gilbert. Almost fainted when I found out Frost opened a location in the Biltmore which is MUCH closer to me. The Biltmore can be a pain to walk around when it's 110+ outside, so if you're only there to grab a scoop and go, it's located off Camelback a few stores from Zinburger. Texture is so creamy and smooth. Flavors are so delicious. I always love stracciatella, but amaretto and panna cotta are also great. Cappuccino and salted caramel are also fantastic. Strawberry sorbetto and kiwi sorbetto are delish and good for the days I'm feeling calorie conscious. I like that the people working there walk around offering glasses of water and additional samples. It just makes the entire experience all the more fun.

    (5)
  • Shigeru Y.

The workers here are ridiculously nice. They're perfectly happy to let you sample three, four, or five different gelato flavors! They're very personable and conversational too. I've ordered the peppermint (candy cane) flavor and the mint cookies and cream. My first time here they even gave my mint gelato cup some of the delectable "garnish" cookies that were sprinkled on top of the gelato and made it look wonderful. No special garnish the second time, sadly. Go for a hand-packed pint for a more cost-effective treat. As always, free parking at the back of the Biltmore!

Went for the first time tonight and it was heavenly. I got half stracciatella and half dark chocolate. Both were delicious, the dark chocolate is really rich. Loved and it will definitely be back.

Perfection! Tried like 5-6 samples and staff was really nice about it all! Plus after we ordered and were enjoying this deliciousness, a staff member came out with a platter of waters for us. I wish this place was back home...

Loved the Limoncello! Never thought I would say this, but the Dark Chocolate was almost too chocolatey - almost. Great gelato. Will definitely go back.

This is the Disneyland of gelato. We ordered a beautiful gelato cake for Father's Day with his favorite flavors, it was amazing. We always love visiting their store in Tucson now well are thankful to have a taste of Italy just 30 minutes away! Amour Frost...you really need a passport to get gelato this good.

  • S L.

On the expensive side? ($5 for two scoops) Yes. Worth it? Yes. Frost Gelato...when it first appeared at my local Biltmorium...I wasn't amazed and excited as if a chocolate factory or Suns practice court was introduced. By that I mean, a gelato stand isn't very exciting. But I tell you what...after experiencing Frost several times over the past few months, I gotta say, it's a quality experience. The staff is trained extremely well and customer service is top flight, dog. They even add the Italian-ish touch of saying "Buona sera" when you enter the shop (at night at least). Nice touch. Reminds me of Fatburger; how the employees sing "FATBURGER" when you order a...well, Fatburger. Simple, yes. But little things like that add to the experience. Sue me, I like the details. And I like feeling as if the store is run by people who want to be there and care about what they're doing. Is this true gelato? I honestly can't tell. It pretty much tastes like ice cream to me, and it tastes like GOOD ice cream, so no complaints as to what exactly this frozen treat really is. In our area, The Gelato Spot next to Hava Java at 32nd and Camelback used to be the place to go. But really, over the past couple years, the service and quality at Gelato Spot has been slippin and slidin to the point we won't even go there anymore. So along comes Frost in our neighborhood...with great service, delicious "gelice cream", interesting flavors and an always changing menu (last time we tried "toasted marshmallow" and "hazelnut chocolate"), easy peasy parking all around the store, nice outdoor seating that is always clean and wiped-down. ***AND the staff comes around with samples and water cups. BA-ZOOM that's good stuff!*** Brother, there is no contest...for frozen dessert in our neighborhood, Frost is where we will be spending our hard-earned cash.

Good gelato, but not quite as good as the Gelato Spot! We stopped in today and the staff was super welcoming and friendly. I tried the strawberries and champagne and really liked it. Great treat when visiting the Biltmore shopping center!

I stumbled across this place when I went to dinner at True Food Kitchen. I decided that despite the rain gelato sounded good so I popped in. Clean, bright, friendly... And the ENCOURAGE samples. After trying a few of the DOZENS of flavors I decided on Salted Caramel and Dark Chocolate. It was AMAZING! I loved every bite of it. The owner was there, he was knowledgable and kind. I wish them the best of luck! The only problem is... we don't have one in LA.

They should pay me for unlimited free advertising. I'm obsessed. All day, everyday gelato!

  • Hugh N.

The staff were so enthusiastic, greeting, gave out samples, and being friendly - Definitely makes a difference for the business (Applause!). Variety of selection is a plus, makes it easier for one-stop. Very clean! Super cool location to hang out-door to enjoy the ambiance and people watching. Suggest to have a few more seatings. Providing water for patrons is definitely a plus (G-Spot on 32nd St doesn't) for promoting business.

What can I say, DELICIOUS gelato! And the presentation, phenomenal! Friendly staff, prestine place with a cool nouveau design. Great for a quick out of the heat, experience. Thanks! I hope you come to San Diego.

  • Anthony N.

I don't have much of a sweet tooth, and prefer to have ice cream over gelato or sorbet. But this place is pretty damned good. They have so many flavors and don't mind if you take your time trying out as many as you'd like. I was overwhelmed by the array of options. Service was wonderful for their first day. My friends and I were sitting outside after our order. Staff even came out to offer us water and more samples of their gelato. What kind of dessert place does that? FROST does. And it helps that portion sizes are pretty generous.

  • John M.

I've been a fan of Frost for a number of years now. Every time I visit Tucson, I always stop by for a quick gelato treat. When I saw that they were opening a shop in the Biltmore, I was ecstatic to have a location much closer to home. Thankfully, the Biltmore location does not disappoint. The gelato here is perfect. Very smooth and flavorful. The staff is extremely friendly and helpful -- they had great recommendations on which flavors mixed well together. They also walk around and provide cups of water. Frost has won "best gelato" in both Phoenix and Tucson over the past few years, and this location will certainly assist in the cause. A must visit!

Such a sweet staff! Every person here is genuinely helpful and not annoyed if you want to try absolutely everything and can't pronounce anything! :) they walk around with water cups and always aim to please. And of course their gelato is fantastic. Rich, creamy, frosty ;)

This will definitely be my go to when I'm in the area. Frost gelato was fresh and delicious. Right when I walked in, I was greeted immediately by the nicest young ladies. Amanda was a sweetheart and extremely helpful with letting me sample flavors and telling me which ones were her favorites. She was so polite and personable, I was sure to leave her and the other girl a tip. The ambiance is bright and clean. I'll be back soon! Thanks again Amanda for your outstanding customer service!!

I stopped here for a business meeting with a few colleagues and had an incredible experience! Not only did I enjoy 10 to 15 different free samples before I made my selection, I got hooked up with a candy bar shoved into my gelato just by asking. My colleagues and I then went outside to enjoy our gelato, and decided to hang out and enjoy the weather for a little while. After about 15 minutes one of the employees came outside and actually brought us water just because we were sitting there!! Not to mention the gelato was amazing!!!!! The only reason why I'm not reading this place five stars is because they don't have a bathroom.

I loved the Frost in Gilbert while I lived there for a year, but I've been struggling to find a new gelato place since I moved to the Scottsdale area 4 months ago. This will once again be the ONLY gelato place I go to. The staff was wonderful and the gelato is heavenly!

Go here NOW. Beyond beautiful presentation. The flavors are plentiful and diverse. The pricing is spot on and fair. Absolutely a must stop if you are in a 20 mile radius. The shop is clean and trendy. 10 stars would be appropriate.

If you have a sweet tooth but don't feel like eating a 600+ calorie ice cream dessert, you've got to check out Frost! It's delicious, creamy, and satisfies a sweet tooth for a minimal amount of calories. My fave is the Italian Cookies & Cream one! :)

Yumm best gelato ever. All ingredients are from Italy and made fresh. Each flavor is unique and very tasty. You won't be disappointed and the calories/fat/sugar content is less than ice cream.
