Great selection. Super friendly staff. Im happy for the Slope but nervous that they cant possibly sell enough great craft beer to Slopers to keep the huge selection fresh. My IPA was 8 months past the stamped date. my friend's wheat beer was two months beyond the "enjoy by" date. If you arent a ridiculous beer snob like I am, then it wont be a problem. Either way, the atmosphere and selection is definitely enough for me to go back. Prices are great, too.

This is a really cool place. Great bartenders. Clean bathrooms. And an eclectic clientele. We've been coming in since the new owners took over last year. They've done a great job rebranding the bar. We'll keep coming in!

Enormous beer selection and great bar food. Super clean and friendly staff. If you like the personal touch and enjoy a great night out this is the right place. Safe and we'll lit. Two pool tables and darts. The jukebox has deep selections. All around great bar.

Great service, great beer selection, and loved the fun of a "brown bag" beer selection! The people were awesome and the bartenders knew most of them by name, which made us jealous it's not a walk away from our house. If it was, we'd make this our regular place! If enough people knew about this bar it will lose it's "dive" quality fast. anyone could have fun at this place!

It's an all spurts bar but they saver Detroit. if you checking on Yelp you get a dollar domestic beur with friendly service people. They are a lot of tivers and will change the channel to everyone no problem. When the best part is you get a frosted shot glass!!:)

My rating is for a dive bar. Not a gross bar, but a cool, friendly dive bar. After driving by numerous times, we finally decided to take a chance. We have now been here a handful of times and have always have a great time. The owner (s) are super nice and chatted with us off and on through the evening. Other customers were friendly and we had a great time talking and joking with them. They have a GREAT selection of beers on tap and in bottles. The beer selection rivals some of the 'pubs' around town. All beers are ice cold. There are also shots that (of course) are very tasty after a few beers. .. The nachos were regular bar nachos with velveeta, but the sliders were very tasty. They have had live music a few times. There are 2 pool tables and giant Jenga! Seriously, the Jenga has to be 3-4 feet tall. Get drunk, play and make lots of noise :) Not the best part of 7th street, but a hidden gem of a dive bar.

I don't usually go to bars but my son's band plays there (Throw the Switch) along with lots of other local bands. I always have a great time the bartenders are awesome and the owners Rob and Jen, make you feel like you're part of their family.

This bar sucks and you can tell because no one takes the time to actually review it! We have stopped in a few times and while they serve a great selection of craft beers, the place is crawling with drug addicts, typical slope, unfortunately. We witnessed bartenders serving obviously drunk patrons. I saw people not even able to stand getting served, appears they have no regard for their liability which should bite them in the ass eventually. Advertise as a sports bar but then have metal bands on the weekend, pretty sure that place isn't zoned for that, at least for the amount of people they are drawing in! I heard fighting is allowed, maybe they will start a "7th St Fight Night" in the parking lot next. They do not have Karaoke or anything else but a large Jenga, guess their TV's are supposed to keep you entertained, but beware, you can't hear them over the jukebox! ***added note - there are no "waitresses" here, they're called "bartenders" just cause they serve bar food, doesn't make them a restaurant either 8/3 It's really unfortunate that the original response to my review was edited, it truly showed the mentality of the owners and was quite funny, still think this bar sucks but hey, there are lots of other bars, no skin off my back!
