Food was very good. The little place was clean. The food came out quickly. The problem was that the expeditor did not know how to read the ticket numbers. She would call out, '38' and the order was '36'. A line of people quickly formed while the food piled up. Nobody would pick up their food because the numbers were mistated. Very frustrating as everyone had to get to work.

I've been stopping here since it's on my way to work and easier to get to. I understand it just opened. But there are people there who've worked at different locations also there training the new people. How do I know? Because I recognize one gentleman's voice from my regular spot. When I asked, he confirmed it. My issue? If I just say my regular order, Large Toasted Almond. Waiting for them to ask cream and sugar. I say Yes. And my order is correct. For some reason, when I say the entire thing, cream and sugar included, they screw it up. I'll get NO cream and sugar. If I say extra sugar, I'll get NO sugar. If I ask to have say coconut flavor mixed in with cream and sugar. Again no cream or sugar, once it was no cream. LoL...needless to say, I just keep it simple and don't ask for anything extra. Oh yea, Monday or Tuesday a Team Leader or Mgr was standing behind the employee at the drive thru window, saying the time of the order really loud. I understand your time's need to be good, I served 6yrs at Jack N The Crack, but standing there puts pressure on the employee who can potentially screw up my order. No bueno. Otherwise, I have no problem with this place. Fantastic coffee and at $2.26? Worth my money.

Place is okay. Been more than several times but just had to quit them. In my opinion, what makes a "good" donut shop "great" is the ability for that establishment to make the heralded double chocolate donut. That's where this place deserves a 1-star rating. I'll admit, there actually aren't many places around Phoenix that can execute a good double chocolate donut. Unfortunately, this place just got too hit-or-miss for me with their donut execution-especially for my favorite, which is of course, the double chocolate. Why else would one go to Dunkin'? They will have some good days where the texture of the donut is perfect, and then some days where the donut will literally taste like a chocolate sponge-yuck! When it tastes like the latter it's just inedible and a waste of money. But if you're looking for a solid coffee place I never had any problems with their coffee-I typically used to waver between their sugar-free vanilla latte and dark roasts, but with a Starbucks literally right across the street, I'll gladly take their quality and consistency and shell out an extra few bucks every morning for a better breakfast start.

I've only been to this location once, but from the first sip I knew I had hit the DD jackpot. I've been disappointed on numerous occasions at all of the other locations I have been to throughout the valley, but this was EXACTLY like I remember my East Coast coffee tasting like. Hope they keep it up.

New location! It's in a prime area (16th/bethany) and across the street from Starbucks. It's great to have another option in the neighborhood. It's a really nice, modern location and it is well staffed so far. It's relatively new so I don't have too many pros or cons yet. The biggest pro is that I can hop over to Dunkin when the line at Starbucks is too long.

Went inside thinking it would be faster! NOT 5 cars went through drive through and 7 orders inside (2 people left) over 30 minutes waiting to place order; glad you have good drive through business. Get it together, you have 1 cashier she has to get the donuts plus run register. While 2nd cash register sits idle by. Won't visit this place again.

I was stuck in the drive through today for 20 minutes. Unacceptable. I've been to this location 5 times and every time the service was extremely slow as well as having errors with my order. I know this is an entry level job but I feel this location needs to fire everyone and start from scratch with people that have the experience and ability to handle the flow of customers. This location happens to have a Starbucks right across the street that easily does the same amount of business if not more and doesn't have any issues with speed or efficiency. It's pretty bad when you can't get a cup of coffee right. It goes beyond screwing the pooch to the level of effing the whole pound.

Stopped when they opened at 4am but they had no donuts. Delivery of donuts was late. Really! This should never happen. Won't stop here ever again.

As an east coast transplant, I love my Dunkin coffee. I've been to many other Dunkin Donuts locations in Phoenix and none of them have gotten it quite right. The coffee always tasted a bit burnt or stale or just not good at all. I had pretty much given up when I saw that this one was opening in my neighborhood, but of course I would give it a try. Well...... They nailed it!!! Finally a proper cup of Dunkin Donuts coffee! It is on point every time. And the staff is lovely. If you love Dunkin Donuts, this is the one for you.

First impressions have been good! Drive thru runs smoothly, coffee taste is consistent & I think they were even offering free drinks this weekend! Welcome to the neighborhood!!

Love everything here. It's a brand new store opened not long ago. Sitting on the busy intersections off SR-51. After every purchase, if you go to do a survey within 2 days from your purchase, you can get a free donut with purchase the next time you stop by the store. They also partnered up with Arizona Cardinals, for every win, you get a free iced or hot medium coffee, no purchase necessary but you do need to have the app installed on your phone and/or tablet.

I've been going to this one frequently since it opened as it is just around the corner and has a drive through. Pros: great coffee and donuts, tasty sandwiches. Cons: dreadful drive thru service. At least 6 times out of ten, they screw up the order. Wrong items, wrong quantity, or they are out of ingredients ( no biscuits, sprinkles). And they don't wrap each donut individually if you get less than 6 so the frosting sticks together. This location needs to get competent staff.

Unfriendly staff and horrible hot coffee the iced coffee is good apparently they can't sell coffee because they are always giving it away for free I like free stuff but you get what you pay for and I would go somewhere else for coffee

While I do understand that companies have policies and that they train their team members to follow them, there are times when the policy does not make sense to the customer. I went to the drive thru this morning at 5:15 AM. I ordered 2 dozen donuts. After that order I asked to order a another dozen but on a separate order. I was told that I could only do one order at the drive thru. I went to the window to pick my order up and asked if she could put in my 2nd order. I was told no and that I had to drive back through. There was no one else behind me at the drive thru. I shared that and asked if I really had to drive back around and was told yes, that is the policy. I should have driven out but I really needed by 2nd order so I drove around, back to the drive thru and ordered my additional dozen. Again, I do get that you need policies and when there is a line, I do get why you would have this policy but the team members need to be able to make good business decisions in situations like this.

This is the worst Duncan Donuts I have ever been to. The girl taking my order did not know how to ring anything in and had to ask how to do everything. It took over 5 minutes to ring in two sandwiches and two coffees. I asked for cream cheese on my sandwiches and they charged us for two 8 ounce cream cheeses which came out to over 5 dollars extra. There was no more than 2 ounces smeared on each of the sandwiches. When I received our iced coffees, they were luke warm. I live within two miles of this location and by the time I got home there was no ice left. The hash browns were cold and the bagel on the sandwich was hardly toasted, very doughy, and stale. They also gave us the wrong bagels and had to remake our sandwiches. Instead of trying to make their mistakes right, they acted like we were an inconvenience. Do not go to this Duncan Donuts. There are two much better coffee shops across the street.
