This place does not know how to run a Business went there at 7:00 pm and they where out of Boston cream , jelly filled and Apple filled. Wow. Why stay open if there not going to have any product to buy and it doesn't close till 9:00 2 hours without any popular donuts , I can imagine what they had would've been stale I will ever waste my time going there again. I'll go to Krispy Kreame

The manager Adam was very friendly, helpful and patient while assisting me with my order and questions that I had, all while training a new employee. Thank you very much for your help and kindness.

Super sweet staff. They offered my little princess a free donut. I was totally surprised. They are super friendly and the location is very clean and staffed very well. This made a 2 year old very happy.

Drive through is soooo slow. Had to repeat order 3 times and been in line for nearly 10 minutes now. Just brutal!

Understaffed, out of everything. Just waited 15 in the drive through, paid, then was told they were out of everything I ordered. How hard can this be? I will not be back to this location.

Have been going to this location since the first day they opened. The staff always have a smile on their face and great personalities. I've had a few special requests and they were more than helpful and willing. Love using the DD Perks app and getting discounted or even free iced coffee drinks!

After reading everyone's reviews I don't feel bad about my experiences. Pros: The place is amazing inside. Cons: Takes way too long in the drive thru line to make a single drink. Seriously, it shouldn't take tihs long as I was the only one in drive thru. Had them make my drink 2 times and each time they failed. The Shift leader didnt look all the way with it . I suggest anyone to drive the 2 miles or so and visit the one on Tatum and Bell where they are friendly and fast. There is no drive thru there but at least you get what you ordered.

How long until they go out of business? Especially when you can drive a mile to greenway and get your orders right! Never again will I go into this DD. Thank goodness for three DD's in the area cause 2 of them stink!

I am always really impressed with the crew at this Dunking Donuts. The manager Velvet is always friendly professional and really brings her team together, especially when the lobby and drive through are clearly busy with all of us mornig commuters and families. I've had Shandi at the window many mornings and she always greets myself and children with enthusiasm. She even addresses us all by name when we're ordering. We also come in on the weekends to sit down and Elisa is super-friendly and helpful. It's clean inside and we are so happy with this location!

The drive thru can be tricky because you can't really see how many cars are there unless you pull in. Took 10 mins to get through!!! I was never even told a total or asked to pull forward.

What doughnut shop tells you there is a 30 plus minute wait for doughnuts? it's 8 am on a Sunday and no doughnuts.

Worst DD in Phoenix. I have never experienced such poor customer service whether you walk in or use the drive thru. They are always out of muffins and sometimes even donuts. It's called DD?!? My order has been wrong more than once when asking for a simple cup of coffee. Since there are two other locations nearby I will never go back to this one. I've been here about 10 times out of convenience and only two was i satisfied with the experience. Poorly run and the afternoon crew is awful. Avoid this DD!

Classic American donuts! Pretty good coffee and quick service. Their maple long john is definitely one of the best. Also their glazed will beat crispy cream any day.

The employees here CONSTANTLY jack up orders. This is the third time they've screwed up - which means they're not only getting their receipt survey done but it's finally time for a Yelp review. Each time, no matter how clearly you tell them what you want, something is inevitably wrong, either with the order or with the food quality. For example, today I ordered a #13 (ham/grilled cheese sandwich with hash browns), 4 wake up wraps (I made CERTAIN to tell the girl that they were egg and cheese only, and I checked that that was reflected on the receipt), a maple bar and a donut. The only thing they got right was the donut. When I checked my bag they had forgotten the hash browns. I went back to the servery counter and told the guy, he was like "what did you order?". I'm like number 13. He squints at the monitor then makes it for me. Meanwhile my kid has gone into the rest of the order to start eating one of his wake up wraps and sure as shit it's got ham in it. EGG. AND. CHEESE. ONLY!!!!!!! My kid didn't care since he was pretty hungry and by this time I was already mentally forming this review and left rather than bothering to once again go back to the counter and ask them to take out the damn ham although I was sorely tempted. The donut was fine. The maple long john was stale. We've had fresh ones from there before - this one wasn't fresh. In the past they've proved substandard in other ways. Example, we bought a bottle of milk once, and when we sat down to eat we noticed that it was out of code. Took it back to the counter, whereupon one of the employees at that point went to the drink fridge and realised that other bottles in there were also out of code. Seriously?? The employee was all chuckles and "wow" and joking with the other staff behind the counter as they removed the bad stock from the fridge. It's gotten to the point that I actually EXPECT something to be wrong with the order, or that the employee I'm talking to won't have a clue how to ring up particular items. Example: I asked for a grilled cheese sandwich once. They clearly list that item as as "Texas toast grilled cheese" on their menu. The employee kept asking if I wanted ham or bacon then couldn't seem to punch in an order for a ham and cheese then remove the ham. Someone else had to tell them that it's actually a separate item. Other times I've been there to hear an apparently senior staff member talking to the others LOUD like they were ghetto trash. I don't know what sort of employee turnover this place has but there's been almost nobody here in my five or so visits that has seemed to know everything they should. Last time I was in, I asked for a maple bar. They're like.. we don't have any left, but we do have maple long johns. Wow - just.. wow. I'm starting this tragedy of a place on 2 stars with my first review. I quite literally never thought I would find a fast food place that consistently messes up orders as bad as the McDonalds in Surprise next to the Sam's Club, but this place proved me wrong. The only reason I'll come back is because my wife and kid like it so much, but the very next time that my order is screwed up the White Star Line's going to get a strongly worded letter (if you understand what I'm saying), my Yelp rating of it goes down to a single star and it'll be my absolute last visit. Screw this place, bring on the sit-down Dutch Bros stores. Edit: The final chuckle here - I go on telldunkin.com to start the survey and get a warning that the SSL cert on the site is invalid - issued by "Trusted Secure Certificate Authority 5" and using obsolete encryption. It truly doesn't surprise me - just another confidence-inspiring experience at Dunkin.

I work early and figured i would get a breakfast sandwich and coffee. I arrived approximately at 530 to the drive in. Either they had just opened or had the speaker turned off needless to say i did not get the coffee or breakfast. Have not been back as i have heard bad service since. Owner should know this.

I went in for a free coffee thanks to the Arizona Cardinals victory on Sunday. When I go in, I also get a donut that I pay for. The costumer service was very disappointing to say the least. First off, I was waiting for my coffee for over 10 minutes and when I asked the guy where it was, he had forgotten to make it. To top it off, the lady who ran me up was giving me an attitude and being very rude to me. They were snappy and got upset when I asked for a water too. In the back while I was drinking my coffee with my friend, I overheard the staff shouting obscene things. Next time I want coffee, I'm taking my services elsewhere.

Ordered a small coffee for myself with cream and sugar and a strawberry frosted donut for my daughter. Received my coffee with a dirty lid on it. (Coffee grounds and a facial hair.) Gross. I leave and realized I must have misplaced my keys. I went back inside and asked if anyone has turned in a set of keys. I asked 2 different cashiers and they reply no. I left and took my daughter to school. Upon my return I ask to speak to a manager to leave my details in case my keys show up. At this moment another cashier confirms they had my keys all along and hands them to me. Bad miscommunication all around. Not impressed.

I love dunkin donuts coffee! However every time I have been to this location I have received nothing but rude customer service. I went inside to ask them to remake my drink when they put sugar in it and they sat there arguing with me about how there was no sugar inside my drink. Except I could taste the grains of sugar in it!!! I'm sorry but arguing with a customer is never the way to go about things. WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE.

Lots of parking. Clean space and friendly workers. Super fast checkout process. We ordered two chocolate glazed donuts and one glazed munchkin. I thought the chocolate was reminiscent of blueberries. Kinda odd -- maybe they used the same fry oil as blueberry donuts? At any rate I was craving dough so I devoured it. Quality level was what you'd expect for Dunkin Donuts. Sadly, they'd run out of croissant donuts before I got there. Someday I'll get a cronut. Someday.

Convenient location, good donuts and coffee. Unfortunately the day I was here, typical Dunkin Donut experience- poorly trained staff. Nice but poorly trained. Don't know- Dunkin Donuts keep popping up so they must be doing okay with their bottom line. Still, just think of the increased volume of business with a well trained staff! I did discover that I love their dark roast coffee! Delicious, hot & full of flavor!!!

The employees here are constantly messing up orders. I walked in today trying to get 100 jelly munchkins and the employee says there are none so I decide to get some glazed donuts only to have my peers yell at me for getting the wrong ones. Then one of my friends calls them up to complain about how they had no jellies and the manager said they had them the whole time. Clearly there is some miscommunication between the workers here. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND!

My kids and I make it a routine to do Dunkin Donuts every weekend, and have for years. I'm sad that we won't be coming back to this location. The past two times, it was so hot inside the store, we had to leave and eat in the car.

Horrible service. Went to this location 3 times. First time just ok. Second time no one was there but me and my roommate. We ordered one coffee, one ice coffee cream no sugar and a donut. The donut was old. We waited 10 minutes to get our coffee. There were 3 people working. The last and absolutely final time I went through the drive through. Ordered just one black ice coffee with no ice. They gave me tea. This place is pathetic and Dunkin Donuts should be ashamed about this place. If you ask me, don't ever go to this location. I have not had any problems at the one on cactus and the 51.

The worst Dunkin donuts ever, went in there the other day and ordered a coffee and a bagel with cream cheese and waited like 35 minutes.. I finally got really upset and asked for a refund and left hungry.. The lady said "your order was never processed " I was like .. What??? I'm a paying customer just like everyone else!! I will never go back there!!

This is my very first Dunkin' Donuts ever !! Back in LA they opened a couple of them, but I never had the chance to drop by. For my first time trying DD the employee made it very memorable. He told me which donuts he recommended and had excellent customer service (lead shift leader) I tried the pumpkin pie donut (I've been a little pumpkin crazed lately) and an iced dark roast mocha with almond milk. (Almond milk!!!! :D ) everything tasted great! The place was clean and the donuts were freshly made... I must say, I have a go to donut shop that has what I need for my coffee obsession whenever I'm here visiting :) can't wait to have DD again !

tried this place 5 times since they opened and each and evey time was an epic fail. 1. Went during morning rush before work, went inside to order a decaf and bagel NOT toasted w cr cheese. Had to repeat my order at least 7 times to the cashier she could not comprehend a simple order for some reason. Then I had to wait 20 minutes for them to make decaf coffee (apparently it came as a total surprise that someone might want something ready during morning rush?) Then they could not quite grok the concept of an UNtoasted bagel... Took a half hour all together to get my order 2. Yesterday drove thru and got LARGE iced coffee. After I drove away I realized I HAD NOT GOTTEN WHAT I PAID FOR they gave me a medium instead but I had paid the large price so 3. as a test I went back this morn and ordered same and again they tried to pass off a medium to me but I called them out and they dis ingenuously went oops and gave me a large, so I ask it is a policy to try to rip off customers this way? also 4. Ordered bagel w VEGGIE cr cheese and (got in drive thru) and after I drove away I discover it is plain cr cheese. So in conclusion, they have never gotten a single order of mine right, they rip you off and they are ill-prepared and obviously in need of some sort of competent manager. I predict this location will close within a year since the other location at Tatum & Bell has a competent staff, never have problems with my order there
