I have to come to this Starbucks because its the only one in my area between home and work. Too bad its the slowest Starbucks I've EVER visited. It seems like they could use their staff more wisely when a rush comes in. There is no sense of urgency when taking your order or preparing it. Just leaves me feeling frustrated. Staff is nice at least, maybe too nice.

Vikki just blew my mind, she made me and my bf the best drinks we've ever had at Starbucks, most make the Java chip too sweet and this is perfect and some make my favorite Italian cream soda too watered down and always forget the whipped cream but again it's perfect. She offered us desserts, we bought them and did everything timely and with a friendly cute smile. This is my new Starbucks Bc of of her, make sure u leave a tip!

This Starbucks was my primary go to coffee spot while I was in town on an extended stay. One thing I love about Starbucks is that you can almost guarantee consistency and I so happy that here, my drink taste perfect everyday like the ones I'm used to getting at home. People love to hate on Bucks because it is a chain and certainly there are smaller chains or places where you have more options; yet, apart from consistency nationwide that you're almost assured, there is the experience...people go to Starbucks for the experience. After only two visits the main Barista in the morning knew my order and she would greet me with a smile, ask me how my evening was and we would have small talk. She made sure that my drink was prepared beautifully as well and was a delightful person. It even tickled me one day that someone else took my order and she came over and said "no no no that's not what she asked for - make sure you get her order right." I often got my morning drink, a breakfast item an afternoon treat while I was here on my mornings run. Also they have a steady flow of regulars and there's one dog that waits outside for his/her Human every day and is a celebrity there. Even the people that I rode with in the morning who didn't get Starbucks looked forward to seeing him/her. My only complaint here is that more often than not when we came in the morning it was hotter inside the store than it was outside (one day the ovens were left on overnight). If you're anywhere in the area I would definitely trust and try this Starbucks. Yeah it's on the outside of Fiesta Mall which is for all intensive purposes in a zombie-like state but the staff here is great and they go above and beyond for you. Be sure to tip your baristas!

I have to say this Starbucks is the best. They know who you are what your drink is and are very personable. they are awesome I have not seen another Starbucks like this ever. They don't argue in front of the customers as I have seen many times before. They ask how are you doing and don't just talk to each other (ignoring the customer) as I have seen before at other Starbucks. They are awesome. I had to relocate to another state. Sadly I will miss this Starbucks they are simply the BEST!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I've been coming to this Starbucks for about 6 years. It used to be awesome, but lately they are seriously understaffed. You shouldn't have to wait 25 minutes for a latte. Line out the door an 2 people working. Step it up and hire some more people already! This has been my experience the past 4 times in here....

Of course I'm a fan of Starbucks! I like this location because of the long table with ample plugs as well as the bar with plugs as well. I wish all Starbucks were this accomodating! I guess it helps being next to the college!! I'm two stars away from my gold card! I sure am coming back, maybe not to this location, but I will be seeing star(buck)s in my future!

Need to improve service. The cashier is nice but slow. Drinks came out slow. They had one training barista making all the drinks. He kept asking questions to the cashier. It just looked like they didnt have enough people working. My drinks were not up to par. The only nice thing was one drink was free because it was taking them extremely long. It just didnt seemed well managed. I would rather drive little bit farther for better experience.

You always know what you ate going to get when you are at starbucks, but you can't always assume it will be a great experience. Here you can. Everyone who works here is a great person and they amazongly remember so many peoples faces, names and drink orders. A lot of the regulars are great people too. This is also a pretty nice location to study with a table that seats 4 with outlets, 3 two peron table with outlets and the two comfy leather chairs also have tgeir own outlets

Love the shop. Love the baristas. Love the coffee. Hate the smokers who swarm the outside patio and make drinking coffee outside hell for non-smokers. The friendly staff has no interest in enforcing the non-smoking city law and Starbucks policy! If you are a non-smoker, it is inside or nothing. If you smoke, the patio is open!
