As good as the average Starbucks. Came in on Saturday morning, it's crowded. Coffee is perfect as I expected. Although, the parking was a little inconvenient, because the crowd. There is NOT many seats for staying at the coffee shop though.

I usually come here while stopping by Trader Joe's. (Typically, in the afternoon). This location is not bad but not really great either. I feel pretty unenthusiastic about this location. I get the feeling the staff feels the same way as well. They are cordial enough but certainly not as interested in being friendly & welcoming to customers as they are interested in talking amongst each other. I much prefer other Starbucks locations over this one since you feel more like a valued customer. Set up is a bit more group friendly other locations with slightly larger tables and typically quieter environment (minus the employee chatter). I do often see people sitting around plugged in working on various projects. Overall just an okay location but that works for an afternoon tea pick-me-up.

The staff was very helpful (especially Rose) and she even offered me a sample of the cold brew coffee versus the regularly brewed iced coffee which made it fun! They seemed very productive yet attentive to each customer which is difficult to do on a Saturday afternoon! I'm sad about some of the other reviews but since I'm here in the afternoon on a Saturday it might be a different experience. I have to also mention that I have been here some mornings last school year (I work at a school) and I always had a pleasant experience! Keep up the good work!

Horrible experience at this Starbucks, all around. We asked for a Trente Black Tea with 3 pumps of classic and 3 shots of honey. Llana, one of the workers, looked at us and said (very rudely), "We can't put the honey in your tea, so you have to do it yourself." Since this has never happened to us at any other Starbucks before, my boyfriend said that this is the first he's heard of that. Llana promptly responded, "Yeah, and we're probably the only Starbucks that has five health inspectors that come in here as customers every day. They work right down the road." As if we couldn't figure out what Llana was saying, another worker piped up and said, "It's a health violation." To add insult to injury, it took them 15 minutes to make our drinks. There were 10 people waiting behind us and they only assigned one worker to make the drinks. I saw 4 other workers walk in and out of the backroom. We won't be coming back.

Apparently this is the only Starbucks in all of Maricopa County that will not add honey to their tea because they are not allowed to open their honey packets per the Maricopa County health inspector who comes in every morning as one of their customers.

Even though this Starbucks is located in a strip mall with one of the worst parking lots ever, it's still relatively easy to get in and out. Once you are inside, that may be a different story. The staff is friendly enough, but seem to lack a sense of urgency. There is usually a line every time I go in, but today was the first time I have seen another employee come from the back to help ring people up. I use a gift card on the Starbucks app to pay, but any time I want to use one of the deals they seem to be a little confused. Unaware may be more like it. I'm sure that's the fault of the Starbucks corporation though....communication gets lost, I'm sure. The drinks are fairly consistent, but the cost is not. Not sure if it is lack of training or one employee just trying to "be nice" but depending on who you get will determine if you are charged correctly or get a little break.

I keep forgetting to not come back to this Starbucks. I think this maybe was my third time ever at this one and my last. This time i witnessed the barista wipe her nose with her hand right in front of me before getting the ice for my drink. I should have said something to her but didn't. Everyone that works here look like they just rolled out of bed and do not act professional. They were also playing soccer behind the counter with a plastic cup. I will not be coming back here.

This is the worst Starbucks I've ever been to. Everytime I go their they get my order wrong and they are slow. It's really close to my house but I won't be going back.

Overrun and understaffed. Poor training of cashiers. Glass barriers behind espresso machines are super messy. Cashier tried to give me Pike when I asked for dark. I said "is this dark roast?" She said "yes," I said "isn't it pike?" "Yes, our dark roast," she said. I had to inform her that Pike was NOT Their dark.

Worst customer service I have ever received. The employees didn't stop talking to assist us. It was like we were interfering with their free time at work.

I really liked this location! The coffee is good...the same as any other location but I felt really comfy here. The place wasn't packed but they were busy. People coming and going constantly. I noticed that the people going there were definitely regulars as the staff knew everyone's name that walked in the door. Even though they knew their customers, it never interrupted the flow of traffic in there. The customers waiting never had to stand and wait because the barista was catching up with the regulars.

I have frequented this Starbucks location because of its proximity to my home but I wish there was another one close by. I have had a few times when the wait was extraordinarily long and it didn't appear that busy. On one occasion, I waited nearly 10 minutes for my 2 drink order for my daughters. The individual making the drinks had actually spilled another customers drink on the floor and had to start all over with that order. She did not even attempt to clean up her mess and another helper had to clean it up. By the time she gave me my drinks she made no attempt at an apology for the extended wait and just simply gave them to me. A simple "sorry for the wait" goes a long way in the service industry.

Holy cow!!! The Barista had a big bloody cut on his hand and kept wiping it on his apron, then was handling the cups and making drinks ewwww!! When I asked him to stop and go wash his hands, his response was I promise I don't have any diseases. double eww!!

I think I lived at this Starbucks for the last year that I lived in AZ. I love the outdoor patio and the chairs and couches inside are always comfy. I never got harrassed by the employees about hanging around for like 3 hours or chilling out in the front making lots of noise with friends. There usually isn't a line, because this isn't a busy Starbucks. There's also the random magazine stands right in front of the store which are handy if you feel like reading something, but forgot a book. The parking lot kinda sucks, but there's like 10 other stores using the same lot. One of my favourite Starbucks.

Very good atmosphere, never super croweded even on the weekends, oh and my favorite part-They close at 11:30pm!! Great for a night owl like me. The other starbucks I've been to in Chandler and Gilbert are usually closed around 9pm or so. So when my husband and I have a usual night craving, you'll find us there, happily hanging out here. Employees are friendly, place is pretty clean. What is also nice is that there is plenty of shopping to do and restraunts to try around the area as well.
