The food was average and I am pretty sure it was margarine not butter. The soup was very good and the salad came covered in dressing. Plate with wet napkins for the ribs. But the table next to us got nothing. Our service was ok. For the price, we would expect better than a sizzler atmosphere. Concrete floors and TV blaring in the background. Not a game or anything important. Just loud. I would recommend passing on Chop House.

We arrived in Kingman and went to our favorite steakhouse. Gina was our waitress and the service was great. The steak dinner was great!!! Every time the steak is cooked to perfection. They have ice cold beer !! We wish we had a steakhouse like this in our area in California.

Been here twice and both times the food were on point. The first time I went there, I had the filet mignon. The meat was very tender and juicy. It has a lot of flavor and a natural sweetness to it that you don't really need to eat it with a sauce. It came with a side of mashed potatoes and it was probably one of my favs I had so far. The second time around, I ordered the grilled chicken salad. The salad was very fresh and the chicken was well seasoned and definitely was not dry! I would definitely recommend this place if you're in the mood for some great steak!

I was in town visiting family, and this place was recommended. Having previously been to the Hualapai Mountain Resort for dinner, we figured this place couldn't be any worse. The food was average and the service was attentive, but it was overpriced. That's really my only complaint. At their price point, they should deliver more and the food and experience should be memorable. My next time in Kingman, I'll try a different restaurant.

My husband and I stopped in Kingman for the night (staying at the nearby, cool KOA (really) and asked for restaurant recommendations. The gal at the front desk told us about the Chophouse and she wasn't wrong. Our dinner was EXCELLENT! My sirloin steak was done exactly as I had requested and my husband had ribs where the meat literally fell off the bone. Yum! Try the garlic mashed potatoes. Double yum! Stacy was our server and was terrific. Thanks!!

Was there this morning for breakfast. The service sucked. The server (Stacy C according to the receipt) had to come ask again what kind of toast we wanted and then never brought it. After 15 minutes and almost done with our food she finally can over to see if everything was OK and we had to ask for it again.

My coworkers and I stopped by this place while in Kingman, AZ on business and we were blown away! We were here to watch game one of the World Series and they changed all of the TVs in the bar for us. The Delmonico was so rich and delicious I almost couldn't finish it, the baby back ribs were perfectly cooked and not over done like many places do, and they're JD burger was great. The local Kingman Beer was so good the three of us got two pitchers of it. To top it all off we had a phenomenal waitress. Brook not only was quick with our drinks and food and extremely attentive to our table but she was funny and sassy in all the right ways. It was a wonderful night and it was all because of Kingman Chophouse. Whatever problems they've had in the past were ironed out by our visit.

Went here for lunch today, was our first time. The host was very nice and helpful. The food was excellent! and the waitress was horrible. I ask for a dinner salad and she interrupted me and said, order your food first, then we will get to the salad! Wow, that was helpful. So we did it her way then when she brought our food, we didn't see her again. I asked the host and he said yes she was here somewhere. Never saw her. We came in on Sunday, February 22 at 1:30 in the afternoon if management reads this material. We were pretty excited about eating there, and then this happens! Thank you Mr Host and cooks, but not the waitress! She would make an excellent buffet waitress. Lol.

Amazing food! Service is average and prices are little high but the food is high quality so you get what you pay for. I will definitely be back.

My husband and I were in town visiting family and they recommend the Kingman Chop house. I had the Delmonico steak, and it was delicious, and cooked to perfection. Our waiter Nick was attentive and did a great job keeping our table clear and drinks full. If your in town and want a good steak, I would definitely recommend The Kingman Chophouse.

The bread was microwaved to the point that it was hard and chewy in some parts :(. My chop steak was a huge burger and salty the potato soup was alright and so were the mashed potatoes that came with my meat. I was very disappointed because I asked for medium rare but it was not pink because it was not a steak! I will not eat here again.

VERY overpriced for the bad service. Everything tastes like it was frozen with no taste. Server brings everything out at once like they are shoving you in and out. It's a shame because it used to be good years ago when it was located on Stockton Hill and I40. The manager wouldn't even come to our table when she knew we had a complaint. Save your money and goto Laughlin for a much better meal for the money.

This place was deeee-licious! I had the baby back ribs (it was A LOT of meat!) and the garlic mashed potatoes were divine. Service was great and prices were actually reasonable compared to quality and amount of food (my ribs were about $17 and steaks ranged from $18-$30) If your cheap then DON'T go to a steakhouse, it's not rocket science, people. You are going to pay more than an average restaurant lol Menu had a good selection of seafood and land dwelling animals, but was not huge or overwhelming, simple and straight forward. I would definitely eat here again!

This place has to have one of the best steaks ever. Beats the chain steakhouses! Almost compares to Emeril Lagasse ' restaurants. Service is good. Price is a little higher than other places, but worth the money. I have been around beef all my life, having grown up on a farm, this THE place to go for steak!!!

I was in town so I stopped in on a recommendation I ordered a salad with grilled steak with thousand island dressing and a side order of calamari. my order came and it had ranch dressing on the side instead no big deal the waitress got my thousand dressing but the calamari didn't look like a traditional calamary you know the rings and technicals breaded and fried these were sticks like mozzarella stick shaped. I mentioned it to the waitress and she told me they were calamari. so I tried it it tasted okay because it was fried. I took off the breading to look inside and it looks like that pollack fish that is pressed into shape. I ran out of marinara sauce so I asked her for some more she brings me cocktail sauce instead so I tell her this is not marinara sauce it is cocktail sauce it seem to have annoyed her but she did bring me marinara sauce but it was cold. At least the salad tasted good. I won't be coming here again.

Friendly staff. But don't be in a hurry when you show up. The food takes forever. No Sunday football drink specials. I've given this place multiple chances and I'm not impressed...

This place is new but it is already outdated the service sucks we had 3 different waitresses and we ordered food not drinks so we waited at least a half hour or longer to get fettuchini that was like white sauce soup my sweetie had cold fettuchini with rubberized shrimp. They apologized and offered to comp we don't want free we want good food!

HORRIBLE HORRIBLE HORRIBLE The service was ridiculous. The waitress didn't know what kind of mashed potatoes they had or if the had gravy. Porterhouse is market price and she had to ask what the price was, we order it, then she returns about 5 mins later to inform us they Are out of porterhouse & Tbone. They claim to cut their own steaks, how do u run out??? The steaks were run if the mill nothing special for the $25 price tags. The "sweet tea" was watered down and tasted like water with Sugar & lemon in it We seen the waitress 3 (2 of which we called her over) times total other than that it was the busboy and that was only to seat us, bring us our drinks and clear our plates Save your money So not worth the $85 We will never be back

One of the best places to eat in Kingman. We've been in 5 or so times since they reopened at the new location, after rarely going to the old one. The food is really quite good... husband and I are declaring the burgers the best in Kingman. Steaks have been excellent. Sweet potato fries were undercooked, baked sweet potato was overcooked. Since the bleu cheese burger is so amazing, we can overlook the fries! The service has been absolutely above reproach every single time. I'm not sure how the other people are getting poor service. I've been in on busy nights, and again today where we were only one of three tables in the place (during off hours). The service has been excellent every time. Biggest disappointment is they took their hand-battered onion rings off the appetizer menu... they were amazing.

Over priced service was so slow they were not busy they took forever to bring our drinks they said they were out of colors tap beer I think the bar tender was to lazy to change keg our appetizer arrived over cooked at end of meal and our meal was nothing to write home about they really need to improve on there service I have been here several times and always a problem with the slow service I don't mind paying for a good meal but this is over priced for kingman management take not not satisfied again

Had a nice dinner here. We ordered our meal from the Date Night menu. Have to say you don't go away hungry. And the staff was so pleasant, we enjoyed it very much.

we had gone to the old Kingman steakhouse many times and had their lunch salmon. soooo good. A nice sweet and sort of crusty jack daniels grilled, and no bones, ever. We went for my birthday last week and it was awful. salmon was hard, no taste, lots of little bones. never again. they sure lost something when they moved and changed the name. I did get a free slice of cheesecake when the waitress found out it was my birthday. but they lost a salmon customer for sure. sad
