Not too busy mid-day. Lots of indoor and outdoor seating.

After a recent remodel, this edition of the Global Living Room has tons of new electrical outlets for us mobile officegoers. That and coffee!

I visit this location habitually while waiting for my boyfriend to get off work. And I normally have "ok" experiences. However today I was a bit let down. I came in with a caffeine headache so I wanted to get a drink that included an extra shot. But to drown out the taste of their strong espresso I asked to also get extra caramel. The cashier told me they couldn't do that because they were running low on caramel drizzle. I asked if they were completely out and he said no they still had some but that they couldn't use any extra on my drink. I was let down but I agreed to just have regular caramel drizzle and still keep the extra espresso shot. However while I was sitting on the couch waiting for my drink I heard another lady request extra caramel and a different cashier agreed it! No fair!!! Then on my way out, I needed to use to the restroom and was disappointed at how unclean it was! There was no toilet paper rolls and there were scraps of paper all over the floor. Once I flushed the toilet it made a really weird sound for at least 2 minutes while I was washing my hands.

Nothing bad to say about this Starbucks. Typical Starbucks inside and out. Stopped in early to get a coffee and breakfast sandwich. Quite a few people in line, but my drink and sandwich was prepared quickly and came out hot! Enjoyed my breakfast at an outdoor table surfing with their free wifi. Nice to find a Starbucks close to my hotel.

This Starbucks is in very close proximity to my work so it is the one that usually go to by default. It is just okay in terms of customer service. I have had good customer service and bad. Today I remembered that I needed to get a cup of ice water after I had ordered my drink and I politely asked the barista if she could possibly get me an ice water along with the drink I was waiting on, they were not busy at this time so it really should not have been a problem and usually isn't at most Starbucks. Today the barista seemed quite irritated that I had asked for water after ordering. I have also had good customer service with one of the cashiers personally bringing me out my sandwich on a plate. I thought that was such a nice touch and very unexpected for a Starbucks! Overall it seems like it really depends on who is working and what kind of service you will get will vary. I will still come back because apparently I like paying ridiculously high prices for mediocre coffee.

Starbucks are pretty even as they come....but this did happen on my visit here: Barista: "This was made for you, with love" Manager: "No whip" Barista: "Damn" *removes whip* Barista: "Still made with love" Nothing like a cup of coffee with a side of sweetness/humor at 7am.

The coffee and pastries are typical of Starbucks, so surprises there. But my beef with this location is he lack of friendly customer service. Besides a couple of wonderful times chatting with an overtly friendly voice on the drive thru intercom, I usually feel pushed through the process like a cow in a herd, and when I get to the window it is more about taking my money and tossing me my goods to move on to he car behind me.

I must confess that I'm not really that big of a Starbucks fan (coffee-wise), but this is my favorite Starbucks in the whole wide world, mostly because the staff here is the best of the best. They pump out the orders and do it with a smile. Oh yeah I also met my beautiful, amazing, awesome wife here :)

Another great Starbucks location! The staff is very welcoming and they remember like things about you to be a little personal. I usually have my drink ready for me when I get through the line and I know I can expect excellence everytime I stop there.

Very typical Starbucks, but with some very comfy leather chairs. Clean environment with friendly staff. On par with the better Starbucks locations.

I am a big fan of Starbucks because I do enjoy the consistency of service and beverage quality they offer. And this Starbucks did not disappoint. My boyfriend and I stopped at this location while moving back to our home in Tucson. We were warmly greeted as we entered the store. The drink was yummy and the Google wifi was excellent. We were just starting to relax and decompress a bit in two of their comfy chairs when two men decided to hold a conference call on speaker. We gave these two men a few minutes to see if they would realize that the female caller's volume was piercing the atmosphere of the entire cafe. These two men were utterly clueless and the baristas were busy with customers at the counter. My boyfriend walked over to ask them to please either adjust the volume of the speaker phone, or perhaps hold their conference call in a more private setting. The two men were sarcastic and rude in their response, but the glares of other customers forced them into compliance. A minute later another gentleman walked over to thank my boyfriend for asking them to turn down their volume. He and a few other customers in a corner were not sure where the noise was coming from, but they found it equally disturbing. We commiserated on some people's lack of common courtesy. Then one of the baristas came over and offered my boyfriend a $4 off your next visit gift card. She also thanked him for helping keep their cafe environment pleasant. Kudos to this Starbucks for rewarding customers with good manners. When we're in Phoenix again, we know this location will be the one we prefer.

This is easily the worst stand-alone Starbucks in a 20 mile radius. It could in fact be the worst Starbucks in the entire East Valley...I just haven't been to every location to prove it yet. Something is "off" about this location. The drinks are generally fine, but the staff is, and has been, consistently a letdown -- for years. They are the least customer-focused group of Starbucks employees I have ever come across. The staff at this location is more concerned about themselves than the customers. And, that is customer-service-cancer right there. Corporate would do well to come in and clean house at this location -- a scorched earth scenario: fire 'em all and start fresh. Because for the atmosphere to remain so consistently inward-focused and cliquish for this many years tells me that something (most likely someone) is at work keeping things that way. A negative employee culture has developed and has been let fester. It's palpable and off-putting. If any Starbucks managers (or preferably DMs) scan Yelp reviews, take this one to heart. I've been to a TON of Starbucks locations all over, and this location is one of the worst from a customer service standpoint. Overall, I'm done with this location. Today was the last straw. I'd rather go without coffee than be made feel unwelcome while buying it. I can't see me ever returning to this location...unless by some far-fetched chance corporate really does come in here and clean house. Good riddance.

I am not really a fan of Starbucks but it was the only place I saw open. The sevice was good and the lattee hit the spot.

I went to this location for my very first time yesterday and being it was my birthday, I got my free birthday drink. I went with the Passion Tea Lemonade since I wanted something to tie me over until dinner and not to mention, being it was triple-digit weather outside, I was wanting something cold and refreshing. The crew here was really friendly and helpful and I got my drink within 5 minutes time. Very good service.

I love it here. The staff is always friendly and pretty speedy. I go every morning before work for coffee. I love that some of the baristas even remember my order. I have the gold card so every 12th drink I get a free item. Who doesn't love starbucks? The only thing this location is lacking is a drive-thru. That would make it perfect!

Greatest Starbucks on earth. Baristas are awesome and they keep it personal by remembering my name.

I started working right across the street from this Starbucks a couple weeks ago and it's been dangerous to my finances but great for my Skinny Caramel Macchiato fix! Almost all of the baristas I've come across have been friendly, there was just one guy who seemed kind of bored but he wasn't rude or anything. My drinks are always made quickly and correctly.

This is a fairly decent Starbucks, and I know they are all supposed to be pretty consistent because it's a giant corporation now but if you've ever visited one on a highway rest stop you would wonder if it's actually the same thing. The coffee at this one was good, not too bitter, and it sure as heck beats the free coffee in the lobby of the Marriott.

Great place and the people there know how to make your special drink. What's awesome is that we go there so much that they know our name and drink. That alone makes ya feel special. The only thing that I hate about this location is they close at 7PM.. I know?! Get there early in the morning!

I happen to like Starbucks. no matter what all the haters say. It's consistent , they make my drink perfect every time and the girls here are always friendly in the morning. They can get busy, so I don't really like the line, but when I want a drink that I know I'm gonna enjoy I'll definitely stop here knowing it will be worth the wait. I LOVE their Green Tea and recently found them to make a very tasty Dirty Chai. It's definitely the spiciest chai I've had, also one of the strongest espresso's too. I like the spice and when I'm really in need of a super boost it's good to know I can stop in for my crack in a cup! ;-)
