First, the parking lot stinks. There are about 8 spots, and it's not easy to navigate in a full size truck. Second, we walked in and all the tables were filthy, but empty. The place was dead. We stood at the counter for 10 minutes before we were acknowledged by the teenage worker. I saw 4 other people in the back. There was no greeting, no Welcome to Krispy Kreme. We came on a free doughnut day, but there was no signage anywhere, so I asked the guy if they were participating. He just said yeah. So we got the doughnuts and checked out. The guy didn't say anything, didn't thank us, nothing. We sat and ate our doughnuts. My kids wanted a cup of water, and they stood at the counter for several minutes and were not acknowledged. So I went up and asked the same guy for 2 cups of water. He looked around like he was lost or didn't know how. Another guy came over and took over, but then the cups just sat on the counter. So I asked if we were able to get them or not. 2 of the workers said something along the lines of "uh yeah in a minute". So I said forget it and we walked out. They were totally indifferent to us being there. None of the workers looked me in the face, or said hello or acknowledged that I was a customer in their store. Totally inattentive, didn't seem to care that they had customers in the store. We had planned on buying a few dozen donuts to take home, but after this, nope, we weren't going to spend any money there. And we won't be back. Worst experience. I'll drive 30 extra minutes to go to the Superstition location, where they are much better.

I've always loved Krispy Kreme glazed doughnuts, but who doesn't? I was so excited to see one opened near my neighborhood, I had been driving all the way to the Superstition Springs location for my glazed fix! We stopped by on my way to my daughters school for a treat, and this location didn't disappoint. The glazed were still warm and the employee at the drive through greeted me with a smile. I was the only one in the drive through line so I was in and out in about a minute. The rest of their doughnuts have always been a little more average, and the Apple Fritter I ordered was auctiually a little below. I liked the big chunks of fresh tasting apples, but it was small and slightly doughy. The drive through worker even acknowledged the size of the fritter with an apology and a 2nd fritter at no cost. Overall, great service and amazing glazed doughnuts so I'll be back.

I am normally not one to post about this but this was probably the worst experience I have ever had with a drive thru food service. On a Sunday afternoon when there was only one other car in the drive thru and one in the parking lot, i waited 20 minutes to even order a dozen donuts. I repeatedly asked if they were ready to take my order, and the response I kept receiving was no not yet until someone else got on the intercom and asked if I had been helped yet, which I had not. Then the girl who was working the cash register was super rude and gave us stale donuts.. It was a waste of money and time for me.

The parking situation at this location is laughably terrible. I hope you don't drive a car larger than a Chevette! Maybe Chandler wouldn't let the owner move the retaining wall, but there's a third of an acre of landscaping and ten skinny parking spots. Ugh Friendly yes, but the cashier didn't pay attention to what I said at all and I had to correct her four times. SMALL iced coffee, LARGE coffee, NO, not decaf, REGULAR, "it doesn't matter the price is the same sir" yes it matters because someone else is reading your screen and making me a decaf "oh sorry sir". Just listen and get the order right, can we do that? lol I'm all mad now. The coffee I received... not good at all. Not sure what kind they gave me actually. Also there is no table to rest my stuff on while waiting for a specialty drink. Me and the guy in front of me almost dumped our flimsy boxes on the floor standing there. Can ya put a little table over there? Especially when frozen coffee takes five minutes to make. Dunkin Donuts is eight blocks west.

We came here on June 5th for National Donut Day! We all got a free donut! The line was huge, like out of the door. The donuts were just made and still a little warm, very yummy! I got the chocolate one but the plain glaze one is just the best!

Coffee is always good with the right amount of sugar/cream that I requested. Their donuts are absolutely delicious. Their drive-thru service has very speedy early in the morning on my way to work. The tables inside of the store, however, is a bit dirty. I don't blame them since donuts can make quite a bit of mess and workers can only clean up so very often. I've been here twice now and both times have good experience.

Previous good experiences, but not so much today. The doughnuts are "Ok" but not quite what I was anticipating. It would have helped if she had filled our small order from the fresh doughnuts on the top rack- like I had specifically asked for. But that didn't happen. Dining room & restrooms were nice and clean. Service was mixed. I appreciate her getting me the 2 cups of water with a good attitude, but I really wanted fresh doughnuts. Better luck next time. But this (closest) location is 35 min from my house, so I doubt that will be anytime soon.

We went in late at night. The donuts were stale and old tasting. Very unfriendly staff as well. I waited 10 min to order while there were 3 employees not really doing anything. Pretty disappointing experience. I will be giving it another shot to see if it improves.

People are either a Dunkin Donut, Bosa Donut, or a Krispy Kreme LOVER. I'm a Krispy Kreme lover, so sweet it makes my teeth hurt. Place is clean, service is always good and every time I've gone in the morning, I get the hot glazed off the belt.

Went at like 9:45 (they close at 11) ordered an iced coffee and a dozen donuts. First they gave black iced coffee? When I asked for cream and sugar the chick at the window (who looked lost) seemed hella irritated, whatever. When I did drink the coffee it tasted old and you could taste the coffee grounds..gross. As far as the donuts they didn't seem very fresh at all..not even recent! I've gone to plenty other locations and everything is always fresh no matter the time, this location needs work. You are better off going to BoSa.

Came in for "free doughnut day" and was charged for 5 extra doughnuts ! I had 4 people with me and we were all told that we could have a free doughnut with our order. I ordered 5 dozen doughnuts to share with daycare and work. We went through the drive through and spent over $50, I knew the total seemed high but didn't have a chance to check my receipt until I got to work .. I tried to get ahold of a manager at the store within an hour of leaving , and emailed the company .. Here we are a month later & still no one will get back to me .. BOO YOU Krispy Kreme .. It's back to Dunkin for us .

I've love Krispy Kreme since I was a little girl, and today I came in for the first time in 10 years for my 17th birthday. They were so patient and kind while they watched me gawk at all of the doughnuts and the fresh ones being glazed, they even let me pick out a free doughnut for my special day!! I ordered two dozen doughnuts and when I bit into the glazed, it was exactly as i remembered! All of the icings on the doughnuts were perfect and undamaged, the staff were super kind and patient, and the doughnuts themselves were light, fluffy, crispy perfection. Thank you!

I brought my kiddos here for opening day for free donuts! I was so excited for a Krispy Kreme to open up so close to us since the Mesa and Tempe locations closed. We got the original glazed of course and they were hot, fresh, and delicious! And we got a stack of free donut vouchers to return after Christmas. So we came back the other day. Meh. Donuts were cold and employees were pretty indifferent. Coffee is not good so don't bother. And parking is super tight. The bloom fell off the rose pretty quickly. I did notice there are people there with laptops so maybe there is free wifi? Also drive through is open 24 hours. I mean, it's a chain, what can you do.

This has got to be worst Krispy Kreme. The shift manager was yelling at customers because the top row of doughnuts were not for sale, and they had no others to sell. She also stated she "could't put more doughnuts out, because the more I put out, the faster they will go." What?! The coffee has always sucked here, and but don't bother asking for water. It's Chandler water straight from the tap. Both restrooms were out of paper towels. I guess I'll stick with the drive-thru because eating in was not a pleasant experience.

We had a bad experience. Never going back. Bosa Donuts are much better!

I have only done drive through. Never had a problem. I grew up never liking pastry, cake, ice cream, pie, chocolate. Yes, perhaps a freak. When Krispy Kreme came to town and I tried one,my taste buds sang for joy. Well, maybe it was a fat arse curse. But they still sang. Alas, I thought,I now liked doughnuts. When they pulled out of town. Someone at work brought in Bosa's then again dunkin donuts. What? DOUGHNUTS SUCK! I don't know what people like about fried cake but even the smell makes me Ill. Soooo Krispy Kreme back, me likey! These are not doughnuts. These are eatable crack fluffs! Yum!

This place is horrible! This is the 5th time I have gone there and they were out of the donuts I wanted (it was afternoon)..however they didn't even bother to tell me until after I paid. Here is a tip MAKE MORE DONUTS.

Brought my kids here this morning for a yummy spring break breakfast!! The doughnuts were delicious!! The "cookie dough" doughnut was to die for!! However, Frank (cashier/order taker) was very rude and seemed annoyed at everything I asked and/or ordered. Very disappointing to have to give a three star review, because of service, for great food!! Will try this location one more time and hopefully Frank will be having a better day :)

Waste if time. Why should I have even bothered to attempt to fulfill my sweet tooth craving??? When they are out if doughnuts! Seriously, two hours before closing and they are out of most of the different types of varieties of doughnuts. WOW!!!! If they aren't going to make any more doughnuts to fill demand, then just lock the doors and put a sign up that says, "Sorry we're closed. Management is too stupid to effectively run a business."

Had a couple of good experiences before yesterday, but now I am having a second thought of ever stopping by at this location. The donuts were awful...every single of one them. We smelled and tasted oil (like they never changed), 1/2 of the donuts that we got had "indents" of finger tips - which we originally thought because the donuts were fresh and warm as the server picked them up. WRONG. It was there and every single dough was not moist, soft or fresh. Most disgusting dozen of donuts and a cup of donut holes in my life. I blame on the manager of this particular location! I am going to stick with Bosa (at any location) for fresh donuts.

Warm, freshly-made Krispy Kreme doughnuts are amazing. From now on, I won't be going any where but this location because eating doughnuts from the store and not freshly-made does not compare. We went around 9:30 pm on a Saturday night and it wasn't busy. The service was very good and the store seemed to be pretty clean.

This place seriously has the worst customer service ever!!! Waited in the drive thru for 30 mins after placing my order with only one car ahead of me! Then when I got to the window I had to repeat my order a grand total of 4 times to the girl working the window...who had some major attitude issues... Only to wait another 15 mins for 5 doughnuts only for them to get the order completely wrong!!! And the manager Erin had attitude when I went back through to get the correct order. As good as the doughnuts are I doubt I'll be coming back here anytime soon!!!

Are you serious?! I went to get some doughnuts from this location and it was a weekend and it was about 9:30pm. After ordering, (it was a joke to navigate out from ordering and they tell at the window when I go to pay that they are sorry they don't have any of what I ordered. Really?! You could have told me that while I was ordering? They don't even close until 11pm! Worst place I have been to and I would never recommend this location. I will go to a different location where management isn't so poor and the customers aren't so stupid either!

0.7 mile from my house?? What's not to love?! Drive thru cashier was super friendly, and donuts were fresh! Will definitely be back again. And again. And again.
