Bread Roles - Poor White tasteless dough, with no discernible crust. Green Chili - Good Green chili taste with shreds of chicken. Fried Calamari - Average Fish stick shaped breaded squid meat. These must have been huge animals to get such large symmetrical looking chunks cut out of their carcasses. Ribs - Average I thought these ribs were dry, but possibly appealing to some diners. Wait staff - Good

We almost didn't come here based in the stars. That would have been a big mistake. Slow cooked ribs. Yes. Chocolate cake. So yes! ( and apparently our server made it) Everything else was good too. Servers were super nice but not in an obnoxious fake way. We may be back in the area someday. We would definitely come back to pablos!

This place is pretty delicious! I have been here twice: had the steak and the California Chicken Sandwich. We also had the nachos as an appetizer and all of the food was delicious. For some reason, my boyfriend likes the rolls they serve before dinner. To me, they seem like they were frozen and are bland. However, the California Chicken Sandwich is what made me fall in love with this place. The chicken was perfectly cooked!! Such a big piece and so juicy, I had to use my fork and knife to eat it. The buttered buns are a nice addition too. My only other comment is that the place seems a bit pricey for the area and some of the food. The staff is also friendly and attentive. I will definitely be back.

traveling across country the restaurant options become extremely limited and the consistency of places becomes questionable so I always whenever try to defer to YELP. And in similar fashion the reviews were on point, the complementary beans and bread were great! We had the ribs which were average at best but the steak and sweet potato fries were awesome. If you order a salad beware the add hard boiled eggs, which is definitely not my style. Dessert was okay but definitely lacked a lot of presentation. Overall the food was cooked and not reheated, making this place a solid three. Signing off, Traveling is hard use yelp

Very overpriced for the amount of food and quality of food that you get We ate there and my wife was deathly sick the rest of the night I would not recommend this place

Meh. Just a simple diner with simple food. Service was slow. Saw someone eating their ribs, which they liked. We had Salisbury Steak. Meh.

Well, this place needs more reviews! The complimentary bread, butter & pintos are delish. They have a great early bird menu. I got the 6oz sirloin, loaded potato & house salad with blue cheese. It's the little things that impress like red onion & hard boiled egg in the house salad with plenty of carrots & tomatoes. The steak was neat & cooked to order. The baked potato loaded was huge with bacon, cheese, sour cream & butter. I was a happy camper! My husband had the koki fish, veggies & green chili soup. The green chili soup was one of the best soups ever! He liked his meal, loved the soup. We sat in the bar as we like to watch TV and chat up the staff who were lovely and extremely willing to please. It's right on the main drag through town so it will be easy to make a point of stopping in. Enjoy!

Had dinner here on a recent trip (January 2014) with the wife. The wife is a vegetarian when we travel, otherwise a vegan. She told the staff this and they were very helpful and accommodating. Sure I have had much better meals, but the food here was good. The best thing here were the Ranch Beans! Next time I am in Benson, I am liable to stop in just for the beans. This is a locally owned and operated restaurant so please support it.

The food is pretty good here. I did a lot of work in the Benson area and this place offers better quality and more menu diversity than most the restaurants in town. I had good service every time I went. Their specials are usually quite good. Recommend.

Very friendly service. Limited bar. The New York strip was good.

I had to write a review because I am a picky eater, was out on the road and had no idea where to eat in this small town! We finally decided on Pablo's because it had the most cars in the parking lot. To say we were surprised at the quality of the food would be an understatement! I eat veg, so I ordered the fried pickles, fried zucchini and steamed veggies, not really expecting much. My sis ordered the boneless chicken wings and my friend, the fish tacos. To start out, the friendly waitress immediately brought to the table fresh warm rolls and some delicious pinto beans (?). We didn't really get the beans, but they were homemade and really good. My sister's chicken was not frozen, was fresh cut white meat, perfectly cooked with a spicy sauce. All it was missing was the blue cheese dressing and celery, but we let that go. My friend's tacos were also delicious. But what I really want to point out is the that HUGE plate of fried pickles were homemade, with a very light, crispy batter and served with a spicy mayo based dipping sauce. The zucchini sticks were the best I've ever eaten. They had a different type of batter and inside we were shocked to find FRESH zucchini that still retained a little firmness, not mushy at all. Neither was greasy either. And the steamed vegetables were one of the best I've ever had in a restaurant. Fresh cauliflower, broccoli, carrots and YELLOW carrots! Perfectly steamed, a very large portion that was perfectly seasoned as well. You could have knocked me over with a feather at this point! Maybe we just got lucky, but we were so shocked at how good everything was and how nice the people were that I had to give them credit. Anyone who travels a lot knows that you never know what you are going to get when you walk into a place like this in a town you don't know. Kudos!!

decent food, yummy french fries. Very limited drinks (Margarita's, a few wines and beer). The place is a bit "dark and dank". Overall, not bad for a small town restaurant.

Way over priced for what you get, I asked for the sirloin steak 6 oz medium well to well done with just a touch of pink and they gave it to me cooked on one half while the other was red and bleeding. No flavor in the steak too. One thing that was awesome was the prickly pear margarita. Wouldn't go back anytime soon sorry. Plus our waitress seemed upset she had to work...

Nothing too great about this place. Their steak was ok, their loaded backed potato needed way more toppings! For being one of the only restaurants in the town it was decent! Will I be coming again? Hmm not sure, probably not! Overall a 7
