I planned my brother's wedding from up in NY, and picked Two Sisters Catering from a list online of caterers I found in the area. We ended up doing a brunch reception after an early ceremony. The food was delicious, but we ran out of the biscuits. It was my fault for not clarifying, but we had a headcount of 40 people, not all of whom had shown up, and the food was served buffet style. I assumed that there would be enough for a refill on the items, but didn't realize that there would be exactly the amount of portions as for the estimated people. I might just be used to the way buffets are done in my area for weddings. The service was great, fruit platter perfect, and food delicious. Price was also within budget for my brother and sister in law, and the cupcakes we got were delish too!
